I'll never get over how every single one of Eda's concept designs for the epilogue was better than the one she ended up with. We were robbed.

Bullet Train has to be the only movie where I watched it before reading the book and enjoyed both. I spent majority of the book reading Lemon and Tangerine’s lines with English accents. The Wolf’s change was welcomed; I immediately thought of Miguel Rojo from Tekken when his backstory came up. I only have two problems with the movie.
Brad Pitt as my baby Nanao/Ladybug? Nah I think they should’ve went with someone else. Maybe Justin H. Min, Manny Jacinto, or literally anyone not Brad.
On one hand I’m fine with Joey as The Prince but her character? Yeah nah. (The little shit was a monster of the highest order but I guess they wanted you to root for her in the movie)
The book has it’s issues too (looking at you crossdresser) and it’s surprisingly less gory.

Was excited to read a book about spirituality this morning
The preface: there are two distinct types of human beings genetically, I elaborate in Ch 9
Me: .....*jumps to Ch 9, suspicious*
Ch 9: The ancient astronauts theories of civilization make sense for explaining how fucked up “Judeo-Christianity” is in its relationship to the natural world, and its a shame academia has disregarded them just because some non-intellectuals have argued in their favor poorly
Me: ._.

i feel like social media has warped people’s perception of conflict in relationships by making you think that any minor fuck up is the end of the world and everyone is secretly a narcissist manipulator with sinister motives, because actually in real life you just say “i’m sorry, that was a bad thing, i shouldn’t have done that” and the other person says “thank you for apologising” and then that’s the end of it

Damian's online friend is sleeping over at Wayne Manor, and its going great.
Well, until he dies.
They had all gone down to "sleep", which meant that they had Daniel go to sleep while everyone went out on patrol.
Upon returning, Damian checked on Daniel.
Just to make sure that his Grandfather had not sent any assassins that had taken advantage of Damian's weakness in friendships, of course.
Daniel isn't breathing.
When Damian goes to check his pulse, it isn't there.
Damian storms out of the room on a warpath; he would find who had killed his friend and he would make them pay.
Danny wakes up six hours later on a metal slab in a secret underground lair with one Leslie Thompkins hovering over him with a scalpel.
