FLICKORYYYY. My beloved crack ship for two characters who share no screentime!!! While no one was looking I have steadily become more deranged about them and I'm having a blast.

So like, this is way more than you bargained for BUT.

The Flickory meeting I have on hand for u is from a Winged!Floyd AU that's not gonna make any sense unless I explain a thing or two. It all started cause I'd been drawing some fluffy wings for an upcoming tarot project I'm a part of, and got the urge to draw Floyd with some. Then it spiraled outta my control lmao.

In this AU, Floyd gets a Gift in return for comforting a supernatural being on their deathbed.

The gift in question is a mark that gives him eerie, eldritch feeling wings that activate when he sings. They start as little stubs but grow larger with each song.

i had a whole unhinged ramble about this idea but that's not what we're here for. SO EITHER WAY.

Flickory first meeting. I decided to go the traditional route for a winged AU; the Dock Bros meet Floyd via property damage to their travel wagon when he falls through their ceiling.

The Art of War: I've been DYING to do SOMETHING with Apollo (Favorite Son™) and Ares (Failure Son™) and I have 3 whole scenes in different points of time now!!!

First is when Apollo's young and new on Olympus. He's been shoved onto Ares for the time being because in Ancient Greece, boys were raised by their fathers and girls by their mothers, and when the father was unavailable, it was the eldest brother's job to watch his younger brothers.

Second scene is during/post Ares's kidnapping by the giants! Some Apollo angst, Zeus being the best dad ever (not), and Ares not having a good time.

Third and finally, is a little conversation post-ToA between them :3

so my interpretation of jim, and the reason why i drew him the angsty way i did was because i looked at his character in ToA from like, a mental illness metaphor perspective. i dont think(?) it was ever the showrunner’s intention to do that, but its just a personal way i viewed it bc i saw and felt a lot of his struggles between the lines of the series.

like in episode 6: Win Lose or Draal- where Jim thinks hes going to get killed in battle, writes letters to his loved ones, cooks a last meal for his mom, felt and acted like was the last day he was going to live. Claire interpreting his letter to her that he was talking about having “internal monsters” and “being in some kind of trouble” didnt help much as well AHAH

jim hiding so much from his mom, that one shot in season 1 episode 12 or 13 where he hides the damage on his arms from the goblins behind his back-AHHHHH

and dont get me started on the bathtub scene in A House Divided like idk what the showrunners were thinking doing that but okay i guess😭 that one made me sob on the floor like TWICE

and Jimhunters-god that really felt like your life being altered, and seeing everything in a much darker lens when going through depression. the first time i watched it and when Jim ran to the school rooftop i was legitimately horrified and scared out of my MIND but thank god they didn’t go much beyond that. STILL. thanks for the heart attack 😭😭😭

so back to the tags on that post:

i never liked a hero w a thousand faces because of how chaotic and exaggerated everything was but i guess its because it was different parts of jim split and personified.

but i guess it just messed me up seeing that episode again and having Hunter Jim, the highest functioning one out of them all being the one hunting HIMSELF DOWN, one by one. it really felt like a lot of self loathing going on, and he literally was looking to “kill” other parts of himself, and then the Real Jim as a whole. sorry that was jumbled up and a lot but it was what made me go like

thats kinda the gist of how i saw some moments of Jim’s character back then, and i guess it explains why so much of my art leans towards angst and that hurt comfort, because of all those interpretations i had going on in my head. it was rough a couple years back and this series helped me to reflect and process a lot of what happened and the feelings i had, through Jim. it was a like a safe little sandbox i could toss around in and it genuinely helped so much in healing :”D!! so yeah its more of a personal take, but hope this answers ur question?

Hi! I have some next gen head cannons for you

- Lily Luna magically dyed her hair blonde once to match her auntie Luna. It didn't last long but she took a lot of pictures and often thinks about doing it again.

- Albus is the "have little random cuts that mysteriously appeared" type and Scorpius is the "have little random bruises that mysteriously appeared" type.

- Ginny and Draco talk about quidditch when the boys are hanging out. Harry stands awkwardly to the side.

- One of Scorpius's first celebrity crushes was the same as Draco's, unfortunately that crush was young Gilderoy Lockhart.

- Scorpius gets home made meals from home, both because of his allergies and because Narcissia sent Draco food when he went to Hogwarts.

- Lily Luna and Albus get into sibling fights. James eggs them on.

- James gets peer pressured into getting a pick and poke tattoo his fourth year. He immediately brags to Teddy and then begs Teddy not to tell Ginny.

- Albus and Scorpius play Minecraft.

- Albus has a black skinny jeans phase. Scorpius has an "art hoe" phase.

and omg i could make a whole seperate post about scorbus playing minecraft. scorpius having no idea how survival mode works and continuously getting killed so albus has to leave ‘keep inventory’ on at all times or else scorpius will rage quit. scorpius being terrified of mining and always spam-pressing buttons when he has to fight instead of aiming (he always dies). albus having to be hunter gatherer whilst scorpius stays around the house trying to tame frogs because albus has given up on teaching him how to play. scorpius just being a designer for their house and always overshooting the amount of materials they have, prioritising dyeing wool for pink carpeting over food or armour or weaponry.

Now please imagine him complaining about the coffee in Sweden because they normally just burned beans to oblivion. The coffee is destroyed. He started out as a Starfield character (and still do for most of the time) but I always like to see my character being real in some sense so there's that. He used to be a roughneck on a drilling rig offshore in the Norwegian sector for Maersk Drilling Norway. Started out as 18 years old apprentice, made pretty good money but eventually quit at 25 to follow his passion to work in live sound. Ofc, you could catch him at Tons of Rock lol but he would be working.

I need your help with Asoiaf fashion! I’m working on a oc who lives in the reach specificity Horn Hill area and I want her to be very Artemis coded. If u went with more medieval-aligned hunting attire, there's more variability though it might not be in line with what (I think) ur telling me but the good news is it can all be adjusted and changed to look more like what ur going for bc it has that variability
