Won't You Shake A Poor Sinner's Hand?
I imagine Reigen and Serizawa were going for a lovely early morning stroll through London and on their way home Reigen offered they try taking a shortcut through a very suspicious foreboding looking alleyway and ended up running into this equally suspicious foreboding looking man, Dimple, who greeted them like the Shadow Man from Princess and The Frog and sang Friends From the Other Side -- or maybe he tried selling them sketchy multi-purpose tonics or used watches or whatever -- Anyway, Reigen's frantic rambling is not helping the situation AT ALL and Serizawa is just standing there nervously, eyes wildy darting back and forth between Reigen and Dimple until he starts silently and anxiously eyeing Reigen and shaking his head hoping Reigen would stop digging his own grave by interacting with this mysterious (and possibly dangerous?) man and, for the love of Mob, just get the heck outta of there lol

I don't do fan art. Ever. That's been a fact about me, for some reason. I always end up thinking my artistic skills can't do justice to the characters I love, so I always end up giving up with fan art. Which is weird, since I'm pretty sure the only other time I posted my art on here, it was also fan art, but believe me, this is the second piece of fan art I've ever finished.
But, this year, I ended up attending the art track of Joutsenon Opisto in Finland, and I learned a lot of things. Both about art, in it's different forms, about how I myself do art, and approach all of that good stuff, and, most importantly for this post, I learned that, actually, I can fucking paint. And I can paint whatever I want.
So, if I wanted to, as my final project, use all the oil paint I could get my little gremlin hands on to paint the skrunkly, Roronoa Zoro himself, absolutely nobody could stop me.
And so, that's what I did. I made this. Look at it.

While we're all talking about Andhra being ace and Rue coming out extremely publicly can we talk about that beautiful moment. Immediately after Rue reveals their true form, Andhera goes to them, embraces them, which we know canonically is the most true demonstration of comfort and platonic affection in the unseelie court, and expresses sadness that they ever felt the need to hide as well as a reassurance that they are not alone.
The soft eyes and queer solidarity had me more choked up than anything yet. Oscar said it is always a dice role to come out, and is correct. But I hope everyone has their moment of terror in the face of being out balmed by the comfort of understanding and the validation of not being alone.
