Dc x Dp idea 22

John summons the new ghost king with the justice league to determine the threat. Hoping it’s not a pariah who could target their dimension. After all whoever took pariah down had to have done it for the power. He was unsealed and replaced in the span of 2/3? days. That’s just how the infinite realm works

Meanwhile Danny is stressed. His parents and Valerie are more laser happy since they were sucked into the ghost zone. Clockwork, Frostbite and Pandora have all taken to teaching him more about the infinite realms and future responsibilities. Sam is on his case about him wanted to relax more and Tucker is acting jealous again. It’s like the whole Desiree thing didn’t happen. He has a test in the morning he actually studied for and no rouges out for the night.

Getting summoned at 3 am was not his plan for a good night’s sleep.

Danny is just trying to get this questioning over with. The summon circle was not one he could reverse on his own (clockwork had been teaching him how to ignore and deal with them).  He just asks then if they could hurry this up, he has things to do.

It’s only johns’ comment that sets him off. That if he didn’t want to deal with summons, he shouldn’t have fought pariah for the power.

Danny doesn’t take that well. He can’t leave the circle as phantom. Can’t stop Danny from jumping out to scream at his face.

Danny: you think I wanted this. That I wanted these powers. That I walked into my parent’s lab into their broken portal just to have it turn on with me in it. To kill me and bring me back. That I wanted to fight, the ghost that kept coming through the portal. I didn’t have a choice. If I hadn’t spectra could have harvested all my classmates after giving them the ghost flu. If I hadn’t nocturne would of kept everyone in amity asleep to gain power, undergrowth would have fed them to his plants keep Sam as his forced daughter, Technus would of invaded the World Wide Web, who knows who skulker would be hunting and Pariah would still be free.

Danny:  I never wanted any of it. If I hadn’t stopped pariah amity would have stayed in the infinite realm. I had no choice. All I wanted was to have a normal life. I went from being a straight A student to barely passing. I have a test in the morning. Check your facts next time. Lose my summons clearly you made a mistake and wasted my valuable time. I had no intention of harming any dimension.

Ending his rant, he transformed and got to school right before the test.

Huh, found an older art piece of the FSM as a child

My anatomy is meh here but oh well. The eyes around him are basically the onis and the dragons. Its the pressure he felt when they were making him chose sides in a war… yikes.

Rambling below cut (and sketch!)

I hc he ran away when he was 14-15. This is him as a kid, basically 14. Also, i thought it’d be fun if he looked like both his sons hence the two toned hair (personally think he made his kids asexually btw cause its hilarious)

I also like to think hes a lot like BOTH his sons personality wise.

ANYWAY that moment when trauma hits you like a truck. As a child soldier, you are robbed of your childhood (lloyd parallel fr) and then you run away making 16 realms, 2 kids and possibly humans as well. You ingrain it into your everyday life and never realise your coping methods are unhealthy until you suddenly realise you’ve hurt your sons, but its too late by then.

My angst material is focusing on the generational trauma here btw

I mean FSM runs from the pressure from everyone around him -> Wu and Garmadon feel pressure to uphold their fathers expectations and everyone elses -> Lloyd trying to uphold expectations from everyone around him…

(Also, so fun cause my lloyd design looks like his grandfather, OOF think of the parallels is what i’m saying)

Apologies for dying!!! Got hit with art block + illness so I couldn't finish Emmet Month 😔

Anyways here's a design update for Burst AU. Finally figured out what to do with Ingo's wings and coat! Top drawing is a concept sketch for general appearance, bottom sketch is basic reference for the wings/coat (I cropped the coat so the wings were more visible but it will likely still be full length).

Verrry happy with the final result, gotta say my favourite part is that the wings look like Ingo's long coat when folded. Also the coat itself is mostly just draped; the seams are open so it just slots over top of the wings (also partially held in place by straps). All that's left is to figure out the hat ^^

My Little Pony: Masters Of Spinjitzu

This set in an altarnate timeline where the creator of Ninjago; Michael Hegner & Tommy Andreasen are siblings with Lauren Faust, the creator of My Little Pony: Friendship Is Magic. And Hasbro bought Lego.

When Lauren Faust were told to make a concept show for the next generation of my little pony the 4th generation by Hasbro at the same time her other 2 siblings is pitching a new lego show centered around ninjas. In the middle of that somehow they decided to combine their ideas then BAM. Came out “My Little Pony: Masters Of Spinjitzu”. Hasbro and Lego liked it, so in the end the concept got accepted and the show runs for 2 season. But the fans got mad cuz they want more seasons so the seasons continued and yada yada yada theres movies yada yada yada multiverse yada yada yada have I mention that lloyd have a snake form?

Theres an elemental wielding ponies here.

An element that an elemental master wield are used just like in the original ninjago. So if nya were to use her power it won’t be like her controling some cloud and getting rain out of it, the water element will be controled by her limbs like in ninjago. Maybe by using her wings since I made her a pegasus.

‘but won’t a unicorn would also be able to do that?’

No

In this universe the magic an avarage unicorn have does not range into an elemental master category, and same goes to the other races.

Moving on.

How cutiemark works in this au is kind of like pokemon(it evolved) but only for those that wield an element/is an elemental master.

First, they got their usual cutiemark, their talent of some sort like the original mlp.

After getting their true potential like the original ninjago, their cutiemark changes slightly depeding on their destiny/element.

For the main ninjas; Kai, Jay, Zane, and Cole their normal cutiemark changes giving it a symbol similar to their element with an added shield in the background because their destiny is to protect the golden ninja/Lloyd.

Meanwhile Nya’s cutiemark, because she was not destined to protect Lloyd (I’m basing this out of the original ninjago seasons, s1 and s2) she doesn’t have a shield in her cutiemark. That is unless her talent/original cutiemark already have a shield.

Now, Lloyd got his cutiemark in the episode of ‘double trouble’ in the course of him trying to escape the ropes that the darkley’s kid tied him up, to the scene where he and the darkley kids teamed up to defeat the bizarro ninjas.

Though no one noticed when it was specificly appeared.

They (including lloyd) have only noticed it when they go home and suddenly garmadon hacked the monitor in their veichle and pointed out the cutiemark on his son. Let’s just say that this is the more wholesome version from the original ninjago scene.

Time skip to the time lloyd fight the overlord and become the golden ninja.

When he changes into a gold gi like in the original, in this au Lloyd’s mane, body, and cutiemark changes. His hair becames longer+gold color on the inside replacing the light green, him becoming an alicorn tall princess, and his cutiemark having a more gold dominant colors. And because a ninja-pony still wear gis in this au, lloyd gi’s will also turn gold.

‘wait before lloyd become the golden ninja, the main four gotta give up their element to lloyd. Does that mean their cutiemark revert back to its original form?’

No

I have a headcanon that the elemental master never have their elemental stolen/dissapear. An element in an elemental master will always be in them no matter what. Example; in the end of crytalized the main four ninjas gave up their power to again deafeat the overlord, their element menifested into a dragon. And after winning dissapeared to who knows where. After that Ninjago; Dragon Rising came out and suddenly they got their power back??? Nah, it never dissapeared in the first place. Just got weakened I’d like to say.

‘oh, so does that means when lloyd gave back their elements and giving up his golden ninja form his cutiemark stayed the same?’

No

Lloyd’s cutiemark revert back to its original lightbulb form heres the explanation;

So i read some theories regarding Lloyd’s true potential and decided that Lloyd got his true potential when he become the golden ninja, but in that theory they also regard that lloyd’s green element are just a downgrade of his golden element/god power. So when he gave back the main four elements he had never given up his golden element so that should make his cutiemark stayed the same and didn’t revert back.

But because I made this au and I can do whatever I want with it, I’d say that lloyd’s cutiemark revert back to it’s original form and his alicorn body also revert back to his normal/earthpony form.

Because the way lloyd cutiemark works is that he have different elements (green, golden/god, destruction, a bit of creation, and perhaps some snakey from his dad getting bitten by the devourer) and with different element it got different form and true potentials.

The golden ninja form is the true potential moment for the green element becoming gold. And so his cutiemark changes into a more gold dominant, and when he gave up the golden ninja form the gold minimize and revert back to the original because its not dominating Lloyd’s elements.

The element that’s neutral is his green one and the green one have the original cutiemark.

Another timeskip when lloyd got his oni form.

The oni form shared the same case as the golden ninja form, but instead of green to gold, its green to destruction. And when it dissapeared/not the dominant element, lloyd’s cutiemark and form revert back to its original state.

As for the dragon and snake form its just my silly add-ons to the au :3 but still shared the same case like the other two.

‘what? snake form? How would lloyd even transform into the snake form? Yeah the dragon form is plausible since he’s part dragons. But snakes?’

Uuuuuuuhh, sometimes in dragons rising lloyd woke up and became a snake form.

This au at the mean time have serpentine, oni, ponies(pegasi, unicorn and eartpony) and dragon race. Though they mostly lived in a different realms(except ponies) and other races to (like in ninjago before dragon rising, but after that there’s many more other races)

Tl;dr

MLP:MOS lore leans heavily to ninjago and having mlp:fim as its visualisation and some parts of world building.

GOD DARN IT.

I'll have to change the color for Lloyd's dragon form from gold to green.

Also, I'm having complicating thoughts on should I changed Lloyd's oni form body to gold or nah...

I'll just decides them when I drew it, see which ones more pleasing to see.

For context this takes place during s7 when Pixal rebuilds herself but before she becomes the Samurai

I finally drew this, this concept has been in my head for months! I’m really happy with how this came out and want to rant about it:

Her armor in the first panel is supposed to be similar to the fist version of Nya’s samurai armor from s1. And Pixal’s kinda using it for training

In the next few panels is her armor slowly being built and added, with her skirt? belt, and shoulder armor coming in later
