I’ve been finding Ohms law a little useful lately so I’ve been playing with some designs inspired by it - If in doubt consult Ohm’s law available with black white and blue text.

don't mind me just gonna drop some act formulas (I'm taking it in an hour and a half)

A of a circle = pi(r)^2

P of a circle (circumference) = 2pi(r)

Soh Cah Toa (Sine = opposite/hypotenuse) (Cosine = adjacent/hypotenuse) (Tangent = opposite/adjacent)

(any of these, sine cosine or tangent, to the ^-1, is equal to the reciprocal)

Area of an elipses = ((x-h)/a^2)-((y-k)/b^2)=1

pretty much any logarithm can be solved with (loga)/(logb)

law of cosines: a^2 = b^2 + c^2 - 2bc(cosA)

law of sines: sinA/A = sinB/B = sinC/C

the scariest thing for me rn is that if lando wins the wdc, haters will say that he doesn’t deserve it, etc etc etc, but if lando doesn’t win the wdc, then the haters will say that we knew he couldn’t do it, he’s a bad driver, etc etc etc.

i really don’t think people understand how big a 60+ point difference is. it’s a huge gap to cover up, especially with only 8 more races (and some sprints).

if lando, by some miracle, wins, it’s going to be absolutely deserved because the man was able to cover up that 60+ point difference and beat max. that’s a big fucking deal.

if lando doesn’t win, which is more likely, it’s still going to be a big deal because he was able to give max a proper competition this season, just like charles, and just like lewis.

the point difference last year was 575-285 (max-sergio), and the year before that was 454-308 (max-charles).

lando has gotten closer to beating max than anyone has in the past two years. and, i think he deserves a helluva lot of respect for that.

the price of a sponsored gift increases 38%/day in the 50th hunger games according to wyatt callow. if we assume this is still true in the 74th games, and we assume on day 1, the feast Katniss and Peeta received in the cave would have costed $1000 (likely a gross under estimate, but for simplicity's sake, we'll make it $1000) it means on day 13, their feast costed $65,830.65. According to the excerpt above, we know it actually costs much, much more. She says "a meal", not the feast, or multiple meals from the cave.

now let's do district 11's bread after rue's death. I'll be more conservative and assume it costs $100 to send someone bread on day 1, as bread is something katniss finds at the cornucopia. it is something more reasonable than the burn cream or a special weapon, like finnick's trident. Assuming it costs $100 to send bread on day 1, and that Katniss receives the bread on day 9, it would have costed the people of district 11 $1,815.15.

honestly foolish's character walking the slightly meta line of "oo this'll be fun content" makes him feel like that marvel immortal character who is only immortal as long as he doesn't get bored (and was played by jeff goldblum in the movies). like idk why but the more i see of foolish's rp the more solidified the comparison gets in my mind.

like it's kinda cool for a headcanon ngl and also it means i'm not really surprised pikachu-ing when, say, he flips a coin to decide whether to rat out his son-in-law, or climbs into an incubator of corruption crystals, or doesn't ENTIRELY kick owen out of the kingdom. it's not that he doesn't CARE, but..... well, wouldn't it be interesting? don't you want to know what would happen?
