favorite female character: Okay, okay, okay, if we do ooonly go by Redemption, I would go with Breanna - I gotta say, I do think that Parker doesn't get as much spotlight and most of her most Parker moments are in the OG series and Breanna is a wonderful character, I adore her, she's a great addition to the cast

will it be too fucked up of me to think of a fic/scenario where gracie gets turned and in her devotion/codependence savannah instead decides to lock gracie up in a room instead of killing her. because. –baflegacy

OOOH. WHAT a concept ... I mean I think its an excellent level of fucked up 👀 like hey listen fun characters are the things you are supposed to put into fucked up fiction/fictional scenarios!! And its just so juicy conceptually.... Like obviously we probably need to see more of these characters to really get the depth of Whatever The Fuck is going on there. But this idea alone has SO much potential. Devotion and codependence twisted beyond recognition and persisting anyway (just. like gracie). Love, or some poor imitation of it that is deeply passionate and all-encompassing and also steadily rotting.

Gracie as an ambling husk of herself, all of that power and poise gone. She tries to hurt Savannah anytime she gets too close or makes the slightest misstep but Savannah keeps tending to her anyway, because how different is that from their regular dynamic? (Or maybe its worse, that Gracie is almost easier to handle this way?) Gracie dead but how much of Savannah's treatment and view of her was her, aa a person, anyway? Not just a figure or a symbol, or something that Savannah's whole life and purpose was structured around. She's dead but in some ways its the same. She's dead and Savannah is still taking care of her because whats left for her if she doesn't. Gracie is dead but you can't expect Savannah to kill her. Or to leave her. So instead she locks her in a room and even though she's the one with the key and the world has ended and Gracie is. literally. a zombie. some things still havent changed. anyway. sorry i got lost in the sauce a little bit there. delicious concept. fucked up. delighted to see if you write something about this @baflegacy 👀

I heard you’re making something original! What’s it about :3

i am! i don’t have a synopsis yet (instead, i have plenty of gay thoughts). i believe i posted the prologue on here, like… a year or so ago? it’s been that long that it’s been in my head; i’ve just never gotten around to making it an actual story until recently.

anyway! what i can share so far is that it’s sapphic, there is an unreliable narrator in one of the POVs, and it is… tragic. y’all know me. i can’t not make something angsty.

i’m trying not to be super spoilery considering i am only just now on the second chapter (they’re short but still). the main theme i want to explore is love in the purest sense: seeing someone damaged beyond repair, at least to their own eyes, and loving them all the same, no matter who they have now become. and that mental illness, while it can seemingly take on a physical presence in your life, is not always noticeable to someone who loves you for you.

i was going to make it toxic, but i decided writing a happier couple who struggle through all of this would be better for my state of mind and those of my readers’.

anyway. if i can find the prologue somewhere on this page, i’ll reblog it for those who may want to read it or who didn’t know i was writing something original. i’m not sure if i’ll get back to TPtM anytime soon (i am struggling a lot with motivation right now), but i hope i can :)

Favourite movie?! Iron Man 1, I love this movie with my whole heart. I also love London has fallen and Die Hard, God they used to be my whole personality before I learned about Marvel

Favourite TV show?! Hawaii 5-0 is in the number one position, made me who I am today and I will always love it deeply. Other than that, Brooklyn 99 holds a very dear place in my heart (RIP to our Captain, I was devastated, he was one of my faves) and Poirot (1989-2013) is an oldie but goldie, I still watch it from time to time, I read all the books as a kid and Hastings was the first who made me think of a career in the army.
