Let's play more Open Roads (somehow)
"Isn't this supposed to be a 2-3 hour game? Didn't you already stream 2 hours of it? Why are you doing another stream"
Turns out when a game makes the labels on everything legible, we are compelled to read them. We barely made it out of the house last week. So join us tonight at 7pm ET as we attempt to make more progress on Open Roads!

God imagine if post-Lonesome Road Ulysses started traveling with Six, growing extremely close to them and believing that he can finally leave his past actions and the consequences they've had behind him only for Six to go through Dead Money, return irreversibly affected and scarred by it, and vent to Ulysses not knowing he's the one who sent Elijah there in the first place deAR CHRIST.

Episode 3 - Catch a Ride (Alternative Dialogue?)
Jack: "This is a complete waste of time. We should be downstairs plotting our endgame. Not chaperoning robots."
Rhys: "No! I didn't come up here for the robots. I came up here because… Look, you and I need to… you know, get on the same page about a few things. Okay. What you did back at Atlas was amazing, Jack. But I feel like we should tell everyone what's going on - that you're my secret weapon."
Jack: "You're too kind. But the operative word here is "secret." Tell everyone I'm in your head and who knows - they might crack open your skull for a piece of me."
Rhys: "Look Jack, I appreciate you trying to help me. I really do. But if I'm going to be the leader of this group, I've got to handle things myself. All I'm saying is we should be more discreet. If the others see me talking to you they'll probably think I'm crazy and stop taking me seriously --"
Jack: "Ohhhh I get it…you think you don't need me. Let's cut the bullshit. Nobody takes you seriously. You've got zero experience on Pandora, not to mention no spine. You can't lead this group - not without my help."
Rhys: "Yeah, well, that's just your opinion."

Commission | Atlas Games Cryptid Hunt Pt 7
At the beginning of last year I was contacted by a publishing company and contracted to make all the art for an upcoming puzzle book they were making. I spent 5 months working on this, and I have so many pieces it’ll be broken up into multiple parts! This was Batch D.
These were the two biggest pieces (aside from the cover) of the entire Cryptid Hunt commission contract, and that’s just because they were both two page spreads haha 😅
We’ve got a road trip map with all of the cryptids features in the book, and the title page with a cryptic note to the reader~
If you like this style and are looking for an artist to add inkwash sketches to your book, or even looking for a cover artist, my commissions are open! Feel free to DM me here on Insta, or FB, or you can contact me via email at
[email protected]. I have lots of price packages for standard commissions, and I offer plans and contracts for larger commissions as well!
The kickstarter has officially ended, and I found the link to the publishers listing, Cryptid Hunt releases for both digital and physical sale in July!

Open Roads delayed to March 28
Gematsu Source
Publisher Annapurna Interactive and developer Open Roads Team have delayed adventure game Open Roads from its previously planned February 22 release date to March 28. It will be available for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Switch, and PC via Steam.
In a statement, Annapurna Interactive said the delay was made to “ensure the most polished experience for players.”
Here is an overview of the game, via Annapurna Interactive:
About
One fine fall day, Tess Devine and her mother, Opal, discover a cache of old notes and letters carefully stashed away in the attic of their house. Hints of deep-rooted family secrets, decades-old burglaries, a lost treasure somewhere near the Canadian border… What they uncover suggests a much darker mystery, best left well enough alone.
But that’s not going to happen.
In Open Roads, Tess and Opal embark on a road trip adventure to explore a series of long-abandoned family properties, unearthing the past. They’ll search the ruins of these places that hold buried memories, things Opal has tried for years to forget. And in this search, they’ll discover not just the truth they’ve been seeking, but each other.
Featuring star performances by Keri Russell (The Americans, Star Wars: Rise of Skywalker) and Kaitlyn Dever (Booksmart, Uncharted 4: A Thief’s End).
Key Features
Experience the story of Open Roads as 16-year-old Tess Devine, on a road trip with her mother to discover what has been left behind in evocative places forgotten to time.
Bask in classic road trip vibes as you chill in the car en route to your next destination, fiddling with the radio and chatting with your mom.
A groundbreaking art style melds detailed first-person environments with beautifully hand-animated characters, bringing the adventure to life.
A unique and engaging interactive dialogue system moves the narrative along, exposing character flaws, secrets, and buried truths.
