I hope it's alright that I split up your ask into multiple segments :') It'll just be a lot easier for me to organize all of it in the Masterpost chronologically (plus I may have gotten a bit too invested in all of your questions XD)

After everything that happened with the Foot, Dee's tried keeping his emotions under wraps, downplaying when he's triggered, etc. For the most part, he does a pretty darn good job.

But seeing Kendra again? It took every ounce of self control not to completely freak out like he did before.

He knows that Kendra in Mikey's timeline isn't a bad person anymore. She's made a real turn for the better, and is actually quite a lovely individual nowadays.

That doesn't mean 'meeting' her was any less difficult for Donnie.

He was brought right back to the last time he saw his Kendra, to a moment when he was helpless to do anything.

I mean, If it hadn't been for Mikey. . .

Anyway, Don was pretty eager to get as far away as possible.

And poor April and Kendra had no idea why Donatello reacted like that. The only person that knew what had happened up to this point was Mikey.

April knows he's had a rough past, knows what the Foot put him through at least. But other than that, he was still a mystery. She didn't know about Kendra.

And Kendra? She's been trying for a long time to make up for her past mistakes. She smart enough to notice the way Donnie looked at her, the fear, the anger. . . She figures she must've done something to upset the guy, if not intentionally, but she has no idea what.

And she feels terrible about it.
