What if the villain in Shrek 5 is the witch that originally cursed Fiona?!

And they curse Felicia!!!!

Just finished watching the first Shrek movie for the first time in years.

Thought this would be an interesting concept.

Unironically I hope one of the Shrek Triplets is trans. I think it would be great. It would one up Disney, who forced Pixar to tone down LGBT characters in their shows and movies. The Shrek films are about otherness and countering traditional fairy tales, so it would work with the themes of the franchise. And imagine Shrek being try hard supportive because he is new to this, but really wants her to be happy? I think it would be cool to see. Also, Limp Bizkit is doing music for the movie, and they're trans activists. I only have one thing to actually support this and that's the reveal of the Zendaya ogre too. Everyone keeps pointing out she has brown eyes where the original Shrek baby girl model has blue, but both of the other triplets had brown eyes. Soooo trans girl ogre or animation error? You decide.

There was a post on here saying a theory that Shrek never had a name because he was never asked it before, so he hesitated and said the word שרעק (shrek: fear, terror) as that was all anyone called him. Now watching the movie (for the first time all the way through, and I’m very high) and with that theory in mind, a lot of small things line up with it. (Writing this after the scene at 58:50) Small hesitations before saying it and different reactions when hearing it. I just think it’s a cool headcannon that makes the movie richer.

I have a lot of things in fandom I'd call "Brown M&Ms" in that they're harmless opinions to hold but nearly always mean the person who has them will not say anything I care for and anyway for the fourth year running it is "gives characters nicknames they don't have in canon."

when monty asks if edwin is a capricorn he doesnt really have a response which could be taken as a 'oh how did he snipe me so accurately' but i take it to mean that edwin does not remember his birthday :) it has been over a hundred years, 70 of which were in hell under great duress, and without any reason to celebrate or remember his birthday why would he still know it :)

Whether Fairy Godmother is an actual fairy is up in the air, she could have very well been a witch and that is definitely a plausible theory

Hiii, I dunno if you can even share this with us but....will Jurassic World Chaos Theory perhaps have a more "mature" tone now that the characters have grown up? I mean I know the original series was already pretty brutal when it wanted it to be, but I'd always like to imagine this universe to tackle into more mature and violent tones like prominent characters actually dying and compelling villains with a personal history that screams more than just "nah I'm evil cuz I wanna butcher some dinos or make money outta them". Anyways I loved your work on the show and can't wait to see what comes next ❤️❤️❤️
