You know I think that spider factoid was actually supposed to be about spiders ACCIDENTALLY eaten. People ACCIDENTALLY eat an average of three spiders per year.
Spiders Georg, who lives in cave & eats over 10,000 each day, is clearly intentionally eating the spiders. I would go say far as to say that he has never accidentally eaten a spider- every spider that comes within twenty feet of him is intentionally eaten. Spiders Georg accidentally eats ZERO spiders per year.
That means the rest of us are all accidentally eating slightly more than three spiders per year, on average.
