I knew they weren’t seen together just per pure chance, Drake invited Kira to perform with him:

 "We were just on tour in Florida, and as we were driving back from the airport, we had passed by Pulse," Drake said when he stopped by Studio TooFab this week. "That was such a -- it just hit home when that happened. But I hadn't actually been there and seen it afterwards, so we turned around and we got out and were just looking at everything... And we were just sitting there, and we were like, 'Dude, we should just do something. Like, what can we do? How can we [give back]?”

Drake said he called a few of his friends -- including a band member from We The Kings and singer-songwriter Kira Kosarin from Nickelodeon comedy series "The Thundermans" -- to pitch them his idea of putting on a benefit concert at The Abbey in Orlando, which is located 2 miles from the Pulse Nightclub memorial. Drake told TooFab 100 percent of the concert's proceeds will be given to the onePULSE Foundation. “
