Okay wait here me out!

I never truly understood Hanahaki AUs where once character A confesses, B's all like "Actually, I liked you too for a while now!" because isn't it a sickness about unrequited love?

Don't get me wrong, I don't mind when characters finally confess and they get the sickness cured but what about literally SO MANY OTHER POSSIBILITIES!! I have a couple ideas in my head but don't have the chance to write them atm, but I was wondering about your thoughts on them!

So the first idea is what if you still want that happy ending but don't want the instant gratification? Like, A confesses to B and B is like "I'm sorry, I don't love you, but I want to take care of you to make this process go smoother for you." (And maybe add some guilt for some ✨spice✨) And eventually, B SLOWLY falls for A as they take care of them, but are unaware of said feelings until A's final dying breath and their final request is at least a kiss, even if B didn't love them. B desperately follows through trying to save A after realizing that they finally got feelings for them and BOOM! Happy ending!

Another idea is where character A is Aromantic so they literally cannot love B, and they know that. After realizing that B has gotten Hanahaki, A stays silent about it, not wanting to assume that B got it over them and wants to take care of them. B then says in a feverish state just how much they like A and let's just say the angst can get pretty heavy with this...

Now I like this one idea I have cause it mixes Hanahaki and the Red String of Fate! This one actually involves many characters and is a little more complex so my there are still some wrinkles in this idea, but what if A got Hanahaki for B, and B has Hanahaki for C, who's interested in someone else and C even gets with that person later. Eventually A confesses to B and B gets with A, curing A's Hanahaki, but B still dies because they couldn't let go of their feelings for C. That's when character D comes along, able to see the Red String! D can see other people's string, but doesn't have one for themselves for whatever reason (idk yet) and can see A's broken string and C actually even has a broken string because of their deep friendship to B. D then tries to figure out what the broken strings mean because they never seen it before, eventually falling for A, who (maybe) falls for them back. Again, still working on this idea! Just thought it'd be interesting to combine 2 AUs together!

This is all I have for now, but if you want more for me to share, I can gladly do so! If you could rate the Hanahaki trope in general out of 10 what would you pick? Feel free to even rate my ideas if you want! I won't take it personally if you don't like them, haha! Have a lovely week!

So this... doesn't line up with the copyrighted list of titles I got an ask about earlier. I mean, Rosie's presence checks out, and Heaven's gonna have a role too, but other than that, even if this was legit when it was leaked things have been evidently changed around since. But the storyboard art does look rather Vivziepop. (Also, I think Baxter has been scrapped entirely. For shame. Would've loved to meet the goober.)

Ep 9's left drawing is supposed to feature the Deadly Sin council, so is that a Satan concept glimpse I'm seeing? Hmm. Lowkey reminds me of Lord Hater from WOY. Didn't the same design feature in the pilot though?

A lot of these sound like fun plots, to be honest. It's odd that they were rolling with such an episodic slice-of-life comedy vibe here when it's been confirmed since that Hazbin is supposed to be the more story driven show. Maybe that adjustment in direction also necessitated some changes.

flustered anon here again. i was at my retail job. i don´t work the register but i was sorting through some things there. tall dark and handsome walks up to the register. i got my coworker to help him, and continued to sort things while he payed . i kept stealing glances and listened to their exchange, kept getting more flustered. nothing stood out except how he made me feel. after he left i went to cool my face down. even my mouth was dry. don´t know why being in the precense of this complete stranger had this effect on me, especially since we didn´t really interact.

I love everything and anything by Florence & The Machine so like, automatic yes, Florence could destroy me and I'd be fine with it. I have never heard Am I The Antichrist To You but upon listening it's such a nice song, and I really enjoy the lyrics, especially since without divulging too much they do fit who he is very well. Save Today by Seether reminds me of Nickelback which, as a Canadian, is a cultural icon, so I automatically adore it. I do also think the lyrics fit Pariah a wee bit more but, still a bop nonetheless!

idk how much y’all have heard about this, but Australia’s ACT government has drafted a bill “Variations in Sex Characteristics (Restricted Medical Treatment) Bill 2022” that would codify intersex people’s right to not receive medical intervention such as surgeries without consent, including for intersex children. Individuals can submit responses via an online questionnaire, and the deadline is Friday, 8 July, 2022.

This is really interesting! It looks like they have been working pretty closely with IHRA to draft these proposed legal reforms. I have not looked through it super carefully yet, but it looks like it is trying to put up a lot of barriers to stop IGM from happening to children. It does not totally ban it, but I personally think these reforms are a good harm reduction method.

It is open for public comment by people from any country, so I strongly encourage intersex people and allies to leave a comment in support of this bill/leave feedback on where you think it could be improved!
