Day 26: War

Tw for nothing. I can't remember the details of the Prank War exactly, but I tried. Enjoy!

The Prank War. Probably on of the best decisions Grian had made in his life. It made it to the Top 10 at least. But Grian had been pulling another all-nighter to finish up the G-Team base. Maybe it was concerning how Grian hadn't slept in quite a few nights, but Grian didn't mind. He was grinding out the base and it was looking great so far. The base needed a bit of detailing but he could always do that later.

"Grian!" False calls and lands behind him on one of the walls he had been building. "Grian, love, do you need help?" She asks.

Grian whirls around, slightly disoriented. "Huh? Oh, no. I'm nearly done here False. I'm good." At this the woman just frowns.

"When did you last sleep? I've been hearing phantoms for the past few nights." Grian's eyes widen slightly, and to be honest, he couldn't remember when he last slept.

"Exactly. So off to bed, I can finish up the wall, then when you wake back up, we can finish it."

"But-"


"No, get some sleep to rid of those stupid phantoms." False states firmly and points in a general direction of a bed. "I can finish this wall up easily okay?"

Grian sighs heavily, shoulders slumping, and nods before gliding to the ground and crashing on a bed.

The prank war that @maxssillyangstyblog has mentioned a few times ended in floor 6 being scared of floor 4, floor being burned to the ground and floor 7 being blown up, all and all it turned out pretty well -🪈🍏

guys, i think the hermits are going to accidentally start a prank war again. because just like last time, a game of telephone has begun. first, false made iskall's build into ''false beans,'' her shop from the previous season. however, to give herself plausible deniability, she signs it with "love, Joel. x" due to his username, smallishbeans.

next, iskall sees this, and completely believes it. he thinks it was joel who pranked him, and as he says to pearl while showing off the sign, which he kept even after tearing the prank down, "joel gave me a kiss." in his most recent video, he pranks joel by sending him loads of anonymous messages in order to completely spam and fill his inbox, preventing him from getting any more mail, with notes such as "thinking about you. x"

of course, joel is going to have absolutely no context for this, because he didn't make the initial prank. so who is joel going to assume sent him all those messages while he was away on holiday? well, i have a guess.

Deciding to prank/ haunt batman was one of the best decisions Danny's ever made.

The Batcave is filled with Superman squishmellows.

The T-Rex is covered is so much glitter it is more disco ball then dinosaur.

The bats are dyed bright pink ( with animal safe dye of course)

The Batmobile Rick rolls people when it's turned on.

Their weapons all make cartoon sound effects when landing a hit.

Their Batsuits unleash yellow and black confetti whenever they do a dramatic Cape swish.

And Danny is recording every reaction for Jazz, Dani, and the others to see when he gets home. Because despite how fun messing with the bats is, he has to go home at some point.

The portal he came through is still perfectly fine, nothing will probably happen to it...

i have to say the entire thing with blowing up mumbo's door was just. flawlessly executed in both concept and result. grian's like number one personality trait on the hermitcraft server, aside from being a troublemaker, is how much hes obsessed with mumbo. this man is completely deranged about mumbo. he's made it ABUNDANTLY clear he wants that crown just for the sake of having an object that proves he's mumbo's best friend. everyone knows this and has known this since he joined the server.

so to then take this desire, and trick/force grian into setting off a tnt trap that destroys mumbo's FANCY REDSTONE DOOR? oooh. ooohohohoh. it's so good. it immediately lands grian in a position that looks terrible, where he has to justify and explain what actually happened. it's redstone so he obviously can't fix it, unlike if just a portion of the build was blown up. he can't pretend it didn't happen and fix it before mumbo sees, because the tnt was placed where it actually hurts: the redstone design. it interplays perfectly back into the original sin of breaking doc's machine.

it also plays the psychological card--mumbo's only got one best friend, and it's not you. how could it be you? look how you just blew up something he worked so hard on! you can have the crown, but it's your actions that matter, and your greed to prove your friendship to mumbo with the crown has forced you to hurt him instead. it uses grian's desperation (insecurity?) against him to (potentially) drive them further apart. OUCH.

10/10 flawless torture. i'm incredibly pleased.

Danny would definitely screw with the waynes

So danny has been introduced to the waynes one way or another

What people failed to warn the waynes about is that danny has a grudge against billionaires of the richest kind, so for a month after meeting any billionaire he unleashes the most petty part of himself

He has spiked Tim's coffee on multiple occasions

Damian once stabed him and danny pulled an olaf ; oh I've been impaled, anyway this is mine now

Overshadowed a bat in the batcave and makes random noises every 3 minuets

He'll spy on a baftam member and when they say they need something danny will hide it in the wall for a couple hours, and only after the batfam member is vary annoyed, leaves it in the place they started

Has put little plastic babys EVERYWHERE while still being subtle

Leaves rubber middle fingers in peoples rooms

Has painted their nailes wheile they slept and waited 24 hours before he told them

Has shoved joker into a wall and sent his location to all the batfam members with the caption : don't be mad but my clown trauma kicked in

Danny gets adopted by the Batman au but Danny sees how bad they are at being siblings and asks about it.

Upon learning that all the kids were originally only children before thier unfortunate circumstances brought them here he decided to "Teach them how to sib" unfortunately for the batfam, Danny has experience being the "baby brother" and is a little shot.

It starts with Damian doing something to anger him and Danny openly swearing vengeance to Damians face. Dami just laughs at him because he was a fully trained child assasin and the ghost boy has openly sworn off violence. What could Danny possibly do to him?

This was countered with Danny putting on an instrumental of some kind from his phone speakers and Danny looking him dead in the eye as he sings "Its a small world after all"

Damian returns from school and zooms through the manor with muder on his mind. He chases his new baby brother throughout the house with his sword ready to taste his blood. Tim is just leaving the kitchen with a fresh cup of coffee when Danny-instead of barreling into him- threw him over his shoulder and kept running. He plopped Tim onto the couch in one of the living rooms, somehow not spilling a single cup of coffee throughout and booking it out of there with Dami hot on his heels.

Tim takes a big gulp as he decides what to do.

Dick decides he needs to figure this out and tries to fix the situation and makes the mistake of laughing after Damian told him what happened.
