is this another fic idea that i will never write? you bet!

context: post amsterdam, theyre 24-27, this could have 2 beginnings, either established relationship boreo, or friends with benefits boreo. because i wrote about fwb!boreo last time, ill choose married!boreo today, andys a hippie because i read one fic and i liked the idea

it had been a busy week at the shop and boris had just gotten back from god knows where in europe to "visit family" which theo hadnt called bullshit on because he saw how excited he was talking about the few details he did share. but theo needed a break, so on sunday night he asked boris if he'd like to go out, said there was going to be some live music played at a jazz bar hobie had shown him. boris agreed and so they go to this pretty new jazz bar across town. they walk in, go up to the bar, order and sit down on one of the puffy orange and magenta couches. the place vaguely reminds him of andy's house with fake vines lining the walls and LEDs under the tables yet still having warm lamps dotted around. they chatted for awhile about boris' trip, theo's week and the books eachother were reading but soon their gaze shifted to the band on the makeshift stage. the kick drum read "Vintage Trouble" and theo remembers reading about them in some magazine on the subway months ago. the night moved quickly, getting more hazy as they emptied their glasses one by one. at one point boris dragged a stumbling theo over to the makeshift stage and slowly started dancing. theo looked as if he had just been dunked in ice water without being wet, he had never danced in public. sure he and boris sometimes put on a record and danced in their home, arms wrapped around eachother, swaying gently but he had never been the dancing type. boris noticed him standing awkwardly in the crowd and pulled him close to his body, taking his hands in his own and leading him. by the time the band had left the stage, theo was kind of into it, liking the serotonin pumped into his brain by this simple action. there was also the bonus of seeing boris dancing, sheer shirt revealing his sweaty body, reflecting the LEDs, and his curls sticking to his forehead. knowing with one tug he could - (I AM NOT WRITING THAT! use ur imagination). as they made their way out of the bar, they clung to one another, no one in a better shape than the other, and stumbled down the street back to their apartment.

prowl is more based on his g1 incarnation and that one abridged dub I saw where he was very soft-spoken and walked all over. idk about you guys but some hospitals I see have security at the front and this is basically what prowl does, checking people go in and out.

i have nothing special for ironhide i just think he makes a really good Old Guy Coworker who annoys you at worst and endears you at best, hes still working in security god knows why and has a beautiful wife working as a tankermen at Iacon's ports

red alert heads the security firm that Iacon's hospitals hire out of, not for very long though i imagine he ends up out of the job like 6 months in bcs of the stressful workload getting to him and gets whisked off to work as like, in search & rescue w/ inferno

also this really is a case of everyone kinda vaguely knows everyone if you reach hard enough you could add how ironhide and chromia know elita, op and kup and that gets the rest of the nyon citizens connected to everyone else in someway shape or form

jazz and blaster are both radio hosts and in the entertainment industry. blasters cassettes work in diff parts of it, rewind idrk yet, eject and ramhorn commentators for cube, rossana and steeljaw are in music

all ik fr rewind is itd be cute for him to work w/ the reflector trio

soundwave and his cassettes stream gladiator battles, frenzy and rumble are ofc the commentators while soundwave works more like a producer and the others go between working cameras/mic/directing

IVE BEEN STRUGGLING W WINDBLADE AND STARSCREAM TBHHH, starscream polisci space engineering double major nightmare working w/ xenobiologist jetfire in tandem... but also smt funny abt making him part of a circus w/ windblade, bumblebee, cliffjumper and skywarp

5 (what made you start your blog) - i first joined tumblr in late '21 i think? (i'd just had a rlly bad rehearsal and needed to blow off some steam lol) I didn't post anything or interact with anyone, i just lurked for quite a while. In early '23 i think, i started posting stuff and put up a bunch of my (truly terrible) observations/photos/poetry/whatnot, and then deleted it all in that summer. i tentatively started posting again that fall, and here i am!

11 (what do you consider to be romance) - huh idrk! i don't crush much, so i feel like my own definition might be a little looser than others'.

12 (advice you want to share) - hmm, get outside as much as possible (it's done wonders for me), pick up as many hobbies as possible while you have the time, if you get periods (or just are tired) then heat up milk and add sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, and vanilla extract (super relaxing and good for cramps WITHOUT the caffeine and super high sugar)

18 (do you believe in ghosts/aliens) - DEFINITELY ghosts, i've had a lot of family members have personal encounters. With aliens, it's more of a scientific probability, it'd be a lot more unlikely for them not to exist

24 (something you're proud of yourself for) - Earlier this year, i started trying to make a point of spending time with this girl who never seemed to have someone to talk to (she's homeschooled and shy, comes from a super conservative fundamentalist family, is tall with a blue mullet, stims a lot, and will happily talk about transformers for hours). Turns out she's super sweet and warm, once she gets comfortable! Now she's rlly happy to have someone to hang out with, we're gonna go get smoothies soon :)

28 (do you collect anything) - not really lol!

31 (are you messy or organized) - i'm organized when i really want to be. The rest of the time, i'm usually kind of a slob :)

33 (hobbies) - quite a few haha! I'm a dancer (ballet, pointe, modern, jazz, tap, and hip-hop), i play the piano, the flute, and the ukulele, i crochet/knit/sew/embroider/sketch/paint, i read a LOT and do a ton of jigsaw puzzles, and i bake and cook! i also like biking, swimming, and jogging, and my brother's trying to get me into weightlifting :)

39 (youtuber you've been obsessed with/why) - i don't really watch youtube, sorry! i like watching cavetown's stuff ig, and i've been enjoying a comedy improv group called shoot from the hip???

i appreciate all of your advice with exercising and the gym too, i need to keep that in mind, i might try to work out on my own time, and at home first to gain some more confidence that way before moving onto the gym.

And yes!!! info systems was one of my majors 👩🏻‍💻 ngl I wish my other major was art instead, but I’m stuck with accounting now I guess 🤧 are you majoring in it / wanting to study info systems, sweetpea? You don’t have to know any coding beforehand to major in it! I think it’s the same for any coding major, like comp sci or engineering. For sure, it’s definitely advantageous if you know coding already, but it’s not required. That’s the whole point of taking classes! You’ll learn how to code in the lower division classes and build up your skills as you take upper division classes 🥰 most code is structured pretty similarly and once you get the hang of it, it’s not too bad! I was a huge robotics nerd in hs, so I had experience with C++ already and a few other basic front end web design languages. It depends on the school you go to, but I learned html, css, javascript, python, arduino, sql, ruby, c, c++, linux programming, etc. Some languages were required major classes, while others I decided to take to fulfill the elective classes I needed for my major. The ones I needed to learn for sure were python and sql. A ton of my info system classes was also heavily dependent on learning how to use Microsoft programs, such as visio and project, but mainly excel. It’s not just things like using basic SUM functions though, like I had to learn how to make complex pivot tables and set up macros and all that fun jazz. War… Hold up, do we really need a warning for this one? Also, ‘JackieSax’ was the name of Jazz Mum and McBleep’s singing duo, as it also is the way people refer to their family (The JackieSaxxes)

Though I made this as a way to refer to their backstory (again), in design matters I used it as an excuse to draw Jazz Mum’s saxo lolololol

BTS CONCERT EXPERIENCE 9/8

Ok this was my first ever bts concert I was hecka excited and nervous. I’ve been a fan since boy in luv was released and I’ve always wanted to go to their concerts and I DID! I was lucky enough to get GA AND SOUNDCHECK! And I’m usually known for my bad luck so this was super shocking to me lmao

I went with my cousin and we arrived at staples center at around 6:30am and the line for ga was already SO. LONG. I felt my chances of being up front at least 2nd or 3rd row from the barricades were so slim by then :( I really wanted to see my boys up close with some chances of interacting with them.

I was in the unofficial line for ga until 10ish which was when we were finally able to enter the official line to get our wristbands. We got our wristbands by 11 and found out that we were 703-704 IN LINE. YALL it was right then and there that I lost all hope to be up close. After that I went in the soundcheck for my wristband. By the time I got out it was 12pm. I thought I would be around the 400s but I was 228!

NOW THIS IS WHERE IT GETS INTERESTING. We walked around for awhile bc I wasn’t allowed to go back in line for soundcheck until 1. We decided to go use the bathroom which was located across the street in the parking lot for the Microsoft theater. But before we crossed there was a security check to the left of us for big hit staff and all that jazz. And there, we saw two black fancy cars that were tinted waiting to be checked and parked. My cousin was thinking that it could be bts and I was like “nah no way that can’t be” mind you that there weren’t a lot of fans in this area for some reason except us and some tourists passing by.

The staff stopped us to let 3 more cars come in and I try to look closely to see if inside were the members and saw one guy with a hat and sunglasses. After they passed it only hit me that there was a chance that it was bts but I just let it pass me.

SOUNDCHECK. Ok I felt this was probably my favorite moment. More than the concert itself bc it felt more intimate. As soon as I got in I felt super nervous and my legs were weak. Since there were only 500 winners, there was so much space. I decided to stand in front of the catwalk where I was somewhat third row bc there was only two girls in front of me. Then at 2:30, the lights dimmed a little and I here NJ go “how’s everybody doing?!” And I FREAK. NJ comes out first with the rest of the members following after.

NJ-wore beanie and sunglasses (literally matches the description of the person I saw in that car omg) and white long sleeve

JH-same as NJ but a beige long sleeve (what he wore in his live)

YG-Black cap and hoodie

JM-hair pushed back, sunglasses, and black long sleeve

SJ & JK-Black oversized tees

TH-purple dress shirt

JM, NJ, JH, and SJ came to my side the most. Kookie barely came to my side :( BUT when he did, there was a moment when we made eye contact (or I’d like to believe lol) and I looked away real quick yo he made me feel so embarrassed. Jimin squated down on my side. LITERALLY RIGHT IN FRONT OF ME. And I wave super hard at him and he waved back! He looks a the girl at the very front of me and mouths “ily” and walks away. SHE SO LUCKY SJDUSAJBD

They sang INU, RUN, and MIC DROP. In between they would talk a little bit. Tae did that thing where he would stare at everyone in the crowd. Kook did the same too. Jin did his little hand kisses omg and jhope was literally the CUTEST. Yoongi was the quietest of them like he kinda just looked/acted like he was just there to do what he needed to do but idrk he didn’t really come to my side :(. But from what I learned from this experience is that JIMIN IS FREAKIN HOT he looked soooo good that day I just can’t.

By 3 we were out and I went straight back to the ga line. By 4ish we were inside. We slightly rushed to the floor and by then there were already so many ppl in front of the diamond stage :(. We still went to the left side of that stage but we were in the back :(. I was sad but luckily the view was still good.

The concert started at 6 and bts started off with Idol at the main stage. By now all the fans were going insane and everyone kept moving. I literally could not see the main stage. After a while I didn’t mind and just sang along to the songs while looking at the big screen.

The first time they use the diamond stage was for JH’s Just Dance and we went CRAZY. I got a good view of his upper body only but I was totally ok with that.

I tried recording only some of my favorite parts of songs/whenever they were in front of me and UNFORTUNATELY my phone ran out of storage a couple of times during the concert and I was pissed bc I had to delete stuff during the concert.

Throughout the show I felt that I didn’t fully appreciate bts’s presence. Like it didn’t really feel like they were there. I wasn’t at all feeling like I wanted to cry and I was kinda disappointed at how I was reacting to everything. I did enjoy the concert. It was super fun! But tbh I felt like I was more worried about recording things and also trying to see everything :/. I feel like it was bc I was GA that I couldn’t really feel the emotions. If could go to the next tour, I’d definitely want P1 but I’m still glad I got to experience GA :)

uhh quite a bit methinks, but nothing involving r*pe/abuse/toxicity and all that jazz. not as like a serious ship anyway. like i’m definitely never ever open to writing r*pe, but if we were to have our muses in an abusive/toxic relationship as a plot device in a thread that would inevitably lead to a break up, i think that would be fine. but only as a plot device, never an actual ship-ship.

 3.   HOW  LARGE  DOES  THE  AGE  GAP  HAVE  TO  BE  TO  MAKE  IT UNCOMFORTABLE? :

listen as long as both muses are of age, i’m not too prickly about age gaps. now if one muse is not of age, that’s a different story. i like to think i’m well-versed in the legality of certain relationships, so for example, if one muse is below the age of consent and the other one is above, the age gap could only be four years at most and that’s stipulating that the ship will not be sexual in nature. i refuse to write smut with characters who are minors, but romantic relationships are more or less fine within reason. i know that might be an unpopular opinion but i actually did the research so that’s my stance on the matter.

4.   ARE  YOU  SELECTIVE  WHEN  SHIPPING? :

more or less. i’m only selective in that our muses must have chemistry before we decide to ship them. as long as there’s ample evidence that they could develop romantic feelings for one another, i’m willing to consider it. of course, that “evidence” also includes the willingness of both muns to write them as a ship. even if ic our muses get along swimmingly, there’s a chance i’m just not interested in a ship between them.

5. HOW  FAR  DO  STEAMY  MOMENTS  HAVE  TO  GO  BEFORE  THEY’RE  CONSIDERED  NSFW? :

once it reaches the point of genitals being mentioned in any way (e.g. “stirring in the loins” or things like that), it needs to be tagged and put under a read more. not that i’m willing to write it or that i think they’re sexual organs, but gratuitous mentions of breasts are included in that. the only reason i’m not willing to write that in particular and that i’m uncomfortable writing smut with female muses is because it gives me major dysphoria. i’m more than open to fade-to-black though.
