I actually had to redo this pile because I got busy with something important mid reading, and when I had time to continue I couldn't really connect to it again, so I pulled other three cards to do the reading again. The vibes then and the vibes in this new one, suggest that your future self know you are having hard times, and are probably dealing with some childhood related issues, but they want to tell you that things will get better. Also something tells me that they REALLY wanted you to get their message, since they sent both the bearer of messages and the bearer of good news.

Your embrace lingered for a few more precious moments before you reluctantly pulled apart, your smiles never leaving. You couldn't help but steal a soft kiss, your lips lightly brushing against Kazuha's, catching her off guard yet again. Though, her surprise quickly turned into a delighted giggle, her cheeks flushing with a rosy hue. She returned the kiss with equal tenderness, cherishing the intimate connection you shared.

“As much as I love your hugs, I think cuddling on the couch and watching a movie would be better.” Kazuha whispered against your lips, her voice filled with a hint of playfulness. “Well, if you think about it, cuddling is just hugging, but longer.” You squinted your eyes at her, not wanting to be convinced by the comparison, though it was harder not to when you did really think about it. “You have an interesting mind, my love.” You teased, earning a triumphant smile from the latter.

“Movie time!” Kazuha suddenly shouted after a pause, wrapping her arms around your back and behind your knees, lifting you up bridal style. You yelped, tightening your hold on her and hiding your head in her neck. She then made her way over to the couch and dropped you on it, but you quickly grabbed her shirt and brought her down with you, resulting in a giggling fit between the two of you when she held herself up from landing all of her weight on you.

Your faces were mere inches apart, to the point where her breath tickled your nose. Kazuha's eyes, deep pools of calm, met yours after the laughter died down. "Hey," She whispered in the softest of voice, her lips curling into a gentle smile. “Hey..” You replied in a hushed tone, mirroring her smile soon after.

Unable to resist the allure of your closeness, you wrapped your arms around her neck, pulling her down just a bit closer. Without any resistance, she allowed herself to be drawn in, sealing the gap with a kiss. The room seemed to fade away, and it was as if time had slowed to a standstill.

König admired you. He had always admired your talents and watched your streams with a mixture of awe and pride in the living room while you were live in your gaming room.

One day, your chat buzzed with excitement and cheers. You wondered why they were freaking out because you were having a chat with your fans. The chat was completely going crazy as they all asked the same thing:

As you turn around you can see König in the corner of your room. He probably forgot you were still streaming and he looks as confused as you do. "Just wanted to ask if you wanna eat something" König says and tries to hide himself as good as he can. His heart definitely started beating faster than a few moments before. "hmmm… yes!" you reply and take a look at the chatscreen and see the the people waiting for you to confirm.

"Yes, he's my man" you said, your voice tinged with affection and pride, sharing your secret with your viewers.

König, caught off guard but unable to hide his emotions, blushed slightly, his heart swelling with love and admiration for you. He stepped back into view, leaning in to give you a gentle kiss on the cheek, which you welcomed with a radiant smile.

The chat erupted into a frenzy of supportive messages as your viewers reveled in the heartwarming moment.

It was a usual day and you were 40 minutes into your stream but you noticed that the chat was talking about someone behind you. Someone messaged me regarding a particular "childhood sweetheart" on afkJ's post about Lyca, so I'd like to talk about it. (⁠◠⁠‿⁠◕⁠)

Okay, so here's the immediate train of thought I had when I saw that:

"Oh, it's just like that customer service representative who said Gavus and Eugene are just friends bc some dudes were disgusted by idea that they're basically a married couple with kids. So, in this case, they had to slap on that heteronormative childhood sweetheart thing so that no more random disgruntled homophobe will bother their CSRs just to ask if Eironn and Lorsan and/or Lyca and Florabelle are fruity. lol Ngl, I'm not even mad at this cover up. 😂"

Seriously though, if they genuinely wanted Eironn to be Lyca's "childhood sweetheart," they should've shown any indication that either of them had at least a puppy crush on the other; or like, talk about some sweet memories from the past. But who actually talked about some sweet intimate memories? Florabelle. And how did Lyca react? She got flustered — even before talking to Florabelle. Even the mere mention of her name had her stuttering.

On the other hand, all Eironn talked in relation to Lyca was how they (including Lorsan) grew up together and then, Lorsan said he left the forest in pursuit of improving his sword skills. When Eironn fought corrupted Eomir alongside his friends, he said some heartwarming things about everyone, including Lyca. During that short fight with Lyca bc of his stubborn habit of fighting alone, it didn't even end up remotely romantic. They just casually reconciled like, "We good? Mm'kay, we good, homie." And moved on with the journey. Heck, they don't even have any correlation with each other in afkA. ಠ⁠‿⁠ಠ

uhh so a little ramble under the cut about my mental state and our boy Arnas (not connected I swear)

first of all; I've been overwhelmed by all your sweet comments and messages about my engagement! Truly, it has been so heartwarming, and the reactions were so unexpected that I barely replied to anyone, but to all of you: thank you so much! it means a lot that many of you not only enjoy my fics, but also seem to genuinely like me for some reason haha!

ahh other than that, I'm having a weird, bad mental day, which is also a big reason why I haven't been responding to many dms/replies, not just here, but also on insta or anywhere else some of you may have me on. it's nothing personal if I read and don't reply, I often forget (hello adhd), but today it's also because I'm just fighting with myself again. however, I'm okay and I know tomorrow will be better. I just gotta let these days happen.

AAANYWAYYY, so, tomorrow! big day, huh? If I'm correct, the first 3 episodes of the Wheel of Time will drop in my country at 2AM (which is in about 3 hours). since we don't know which episodes Arnas will be in, I have no idea if it's worth staying up for, but I want to try to watch at least the first episode when it airs (will probably fall asleep before but ehh) anyway, since my boyf- fiancé?! watches the show with me, I probably won't see the other episodes until later tomorrow afternoon (he found out last night Arnas will be in the second season and he was not happy lmao) BUT, as I want to avoid spoilers; I won't be online much here until I've seen the episodes. I do want to warn that IF Arnas is in the first episodes and I can get some decent stills, I will be sharing them here. I try to keep it spoiler free, but just a heads up. I am considering to not put the taglist in any possible edits because I know/understand not everyone can watch it the first few days. so yeah... there's that. I know what you mean! Everyone I know definitely is an egg person and they keep telling me that oh, I just haven’t tried them prepared like this or I’ll love them if they’re in something. And they’re kind of right on that one – I tell them I like them in cake and cookies and they look at me like I’ve committed some kind of culinary crime in disliking them. I know the struggle. Also get lots of weird looks for saying I hate Jello – it’s a texture thing though. Squishy makes me so blegh and it’s not pretty, haha!

This is a lesson I’ve learned the hard way, but people’s actions speak volumes. Unfortunately, it’s been a lesson hard learned, but anyone can say pretty words, anyone can promise you the moon and the stars, anyone can convince you that they’re this amazing person just from their words alone, but their actual actions and what they do will speak volumes more. People whose actions tell me they’re a good person, people whose actions show kindness, respect, and strong morals and character – those are the people I have learned are safe to trust and open my heart to and let into my life. I hope nobody ever has to learn that lesson the hard way, of course, but do believe that people’s actions should be what others judge them by, not their words alone, not some superstition based on star signs, not their looks, not their mental illnesses, not their physical capabilities…just their actions.

🐶 Are you more of a dog person or a cat person?

Both! I love all animals – up until my last couple and current apartment, which are pet free, I’ve always had a cat and love lavishing my friend’s dogs with attention and treats. Once I get a new apartment (or, crossing my fingers, my own house), I definitely want a cat again and I would kill for a place where I can have a pig again! Just a mini-pig, honestly. I have a friend who got one and I love them so much. They’re harder to train than a cat, yes, but once they’re trained, they’re smart and cuddly and lovely pets.

💎 What’s your most prized possession?

I have a leather jacket a friend gifted me. Yes, you guys can be mad at me, it’s indeed real and genuine leather, a motorcycle jacket so I’d be a bit safe when I rode behind him. It’s lasted me eight years now and looks almost the same as it did when I got it. Not only has it held up remarkably well, it’s warm enough to last me into December (though I admittedly run hot) some winters, most definitely into November. It also looks good with everything I own, has good pockets on it. I also have a hand-me down cut from the same friend that I wear when I’m feeling really lonely, as it always reminds me of him. I’ve had some rude people tell me it looks ridiculous on me, especially when I wear it with my usual pastel dresses and frilly skirts, but he always told me I rocked it like no one else, so I take his confidence into all days when I wear it.

🌿 Describe your favorite outfit.

I wear a lot of dresses and skirts, to be honest. It’s only in winter that I start throwing on pants or when I have to work (uniform and all). My favourite one is super geeky though! I’m actually going to add a picture here!

I’ll throw leggings on under it in chillier weather and always wear bike shorts under all my dresses and skirts (I’m super active and tend to sit like a man, so they protect my modesty). It’s old now, at least five or six years old and it’s been washed so much the colours aren’t as vibrant and it’s all stretched out, but it will have to come apart at the seams before I give up wearing it.

hello! i don’t typically use tumblr so i apologize if the formatting is odd, but i wanted to just express my absolute gratitude for eventually the birds must land so i am taking the leap of faith and doing so by starting off with:

wow.

just wow. genuinely, i have not read a fic in a very long time [possibly ever, in the years i’ve spent consuming fanfiction] that has elicited the type of emotions i’m feeling in the way that eventually the birds must land does. i’ve kept up with the work since the first update and have been hooked ever since, these past few updates leaving me constantly thinking about how the plot could go next [expectations always exceeded,] the interactions the chapter held, just rereading upon rereading segments eagerly awaiting the next update [as patiently as i could, of course.]

it left me to vaguely talk about my excitement to my irl friends, who fortunately know about my tendency to consume literature like it’s nobody’s business. that was a bit insane in itself because i never talk about fics to anyone!! i simply felt so compelled to express how crazy i was going over a fic of all things because of how beautifully written and inspiring it was, is even, and i’m very much not the type to do so.

of course, after realizing you had also written the sky was still, honestly, blue, all goes outward and onward, and home, home again [the series i still go insane about and reread occasionally, mind you] i realized i probably shouldn’t be shocked that of all the writers to create something so absolutely heartwarming and overwhelmingly human, it was you milo hypno-cat.

and so, thank you for creating these pieces and sharing them to the world, they are always a joy to read and i do hope you’ll continue for as long as you enjoy writing. eventually the birds must land got me through a lot these past few months, and i wouldn’t have it any other way. enjoy the holidays if you celebrate and i look forward to reading the other one-shots you add to the universe, if you choose to write them!

Lasko is talking to Listener about the invitations he made, obviously anxious about them.

As he is rambling, Lasko notices that Listener has been quieter than usual. He points out that they seem troubled by something. Listener opens up to him about feeling anxious, and he assures them that they don't need to worry. Of course, it's Lasko, so it's a big of a rambled mess, but the message gets across. Lasko assures Listener that his friends, the DAMN Crew will love them.

Lasko says, "All of you are really important to me." Which, ugh, he is just so sweet. He follows up by saying, "They are my family..." And I almost cried.

He continues to give Listener reassurance, he is open with honest with them.

Lasko goes a bit down memory lane, explaining some of his first impressions and interactions with the rest of the DAMN Crew. Explaining that despite the less than ideal "first impressions" they still all became friends anyway.

Hearing Lasko talk about his friends is genuinely very heartwarming, he talks about all of them with such love and admiration. He holds his friends so high and has such high praise for all of them.

This audio was so sweet and adorable. I love Lasko so much, he is easily in my top 5 boys <3 (also, this is so weird lol but i love the way erik does like kissing in his audios, something about it is very sweet and very real)

(also I'm gonna be bending the rules a little bit for what counts as a movie because there's some things that I just need to mention that aren't technically movies but I watch as movies if you know what I mean)

Okay first and foremost, let's get the elephant in the room out of the way: Kiki's Delivery Service.

I could write a whole 4 hour long video essay on how much this movie means to me and how it is absolutely incredible. The art, the characters and their development, the message, the voice acting, THE SCORE?!?!?!? EVERYTHING ABOUT THIS MOVIE IS AMAZING AND IT IS CRIMINALLY UNDERRATED FOR HOW GENUINELY THOUGHTFUL AND WELL CRAFTED IT IS. I love this movie so much and there are a bajillion times more instances that I have related to Kiki than I can count. I love this movie.

Okay now that that's out of the way, another two favorites of mine are Amélie and Little Miss Sunshine.

These movies are so warm and fuzzy. Like, I always leave them with such a giddy smile on my face lol. I am quite literally BEGGING to live the life that Amélie is living (who knows, maybe I will) and the family dynamics in Little Miss Sunshine are so genuinely heartwarming and I just UGH. I LOVE THEM SO MUCH. Also, both scores are ✨️impeccable✨️

Another one of my favorites is Fantastic Mr. Fox which I actually only watched fairly recently. I'd just watched it around autumn of last year so it's more recent than a lot of the other one's on my list but I FELL IN LOVE WITH THIS MOVIE. First of all, the script is hilarious and I love the sheer ridiculousness of the whole escapade, and the foresty fall vibe and colour palette of this film is just so ✨️🍂crisp🍂✨️ it's PERFECT. Also I just ADORE stop-motion animation so this movie is an absolute delight.

I'm gonna group these next two together under the category of "Romance I am completely hopeless and pathetic for" and those movies are The Wind Rises and Anastasia (Amélie could also fit in this category but it carries more of a similar fuzzy feeling to Little Miss Sunshine so I grouped those two together instead)

I FEEL SO LONELY AND IN LOVE EVERY TIME I WATCH THESE MOVIES. I'M NOT KIDDING, IF YOU HAVEN'T WATCHED ANY OF THE ROMANCE SCENES IN THE WIND RISES GO DO THAT RIGHT NOW YOU WILL NOT REGRET IT. THEY ARE SO SWEET. THE HUG. THE HUGGGGG. AND DON'T EVEN GET ME STARTED ON ANYA AND DIMITRI'S DYNAMIC BECAUSE OMG. I need that in my life :') I also just love all the visuals in both of these films. Like that one scene in Anastasia where all the ghosts of Anya's past fly through the windows is just SO PRETTY. Anyway I'm done being obnoxious about love now ajsgsjhsk

Now is the time where I bend the rules for this question a little bit because TECHNICALLY it's not a movie, it's a recording of a stage musical but I don't care because it's just so good. That Musical is Into the Woods (not the movie because it's terrible)

This movie is Shrek before Shrek was made. It is so funny and yet so genuinely impactful and meaningful all at the same time and it baffles me every time. The music is so fun and the lyrics so well written. It's bizarre and fun and bittersweet and I love it. If you haven't watched it already, the full original recording is up on youtube for free and I HIGHLY recommend if you're feeling down.
