Do you get the vision? I mean like since Kabru’s thin from all the dying it’s easier to see the muscles. And I also tried to put my hands in drawing Laios’ body based on Ryoko’s drawing. Laios with happy trail is also very cute to me, I like him like that.

Scars are cool too! But I think healing spell would cure the wounds completely to the point it seems like you’ve never had the wound before? Idk.

Some Voltron Headcanons

(they don’t line up with canon timelines because they adhere to my universe, Voltron: Psychopomp)

Voltron all have altean earrings they wear on a daily basis. Come events and parties they swap them out with exact replicas which are actually earpieces and mics

Keith calls Pidge birdie

Keith has struggled with chronic insomnia and sleep issues since he was little and once he started to recover from that, and the stress of constantly being aware started to fade he started to sleep a lot to recover his sleep deficit so to speak. he’s typically found knocked out on the lounge couch or in Pidge’s lab really anywhere he wants he’s a tripping hazard

Keith can’t drive a car. He can figure out literally any vehicle except cars they stump him

Pidge never learned how to style her short hair since she made Lance style her hair the entire time they were in space. She’ll be 30 and banging on Lance’s door to fix her hair in the mornings

When Shiro is too tired or stressed to do his eyeliner Lance does it for him

bPidge grew up wealthy and therefore is completely out of touch. She does NOT know how much a banana is, she’s never shopped at a thrift store, she throws out shirts she stains or tears until Lance whacks her on the head

When Keith left the blade Hunk offered to teach him how to cook as an outlet for his restless energy and for something for him to do other than train and Keith took him up on it. He and Hunk trade off on cooking duties now

Keith is a Painter. His favourite subjects are of course Voltron’s Paladins (cough, especially Lance, cough) and Voltron take great pleasure in hanging them up around the castle, much to his embarrassment. His works form an important part of Voltron’s legacy.

Hunk is the sorest loser on the planet. They CANNOT play monopoly and uno is banned

Keith proposes first to Lance but when they get to earth Lance acquires his mothers engagement ring (that she always promised he could have) and gives it to Keith, who wears it around his neck because he’s scared of losing it

Pidge calls Keith marmalade after she forgot the name of the Blade one time and keith calls her birdie cause it makes them twitch

Voltron were gone for 8 years, missing presumed dead after their belongings were found in Keith’s shack. There are some rumblings that Keith was responsible for their deaths, but they were quashed by the families of Voltron who believed Adam’s desperate plea that Keith wouldn’t have done that. In the time Voltron was gone, the families grew really close and were largely discontent with the Garrison’s findings, but largely believed their kids to be dead. Needless to say, there was one hell of a press circuit when Voltron made contact with a completely unaware Earth

Hunk and Shiro have an unacknowledged alliance to bully Lance for being shorter than them (by 1 and 3 inches respectively) and they regularly pick him up like a sack of flour much to his fluster and irritation

Hunk and Shiro also watch drag race and bad space soap operas together

Pidge broke out really bad in space and eventually got so upset about it (after pretending it didn’t bother them) that she very hesitantly asked Lance for help and Lance HAPPILY. passed down all his skincare knowledge to them

Lance loves pretending to flirt with Shiro to the point where the press genuinely think they’re in some weird love affair. Shiro is entirely exasperated and vaguely offended people would think he’d get into a relationship with Lance (who was 17 when they met) but he does find it amusing to read the tabloids

On that note, Lance had a poster of Shiro in his room when he was younger and was absolutely humiliated when he let it slip during a round of truth and dare. When they got back to Earth Lance took the poster down, stole Veronica’s red lipstick, covered the poster in kisses and gave it to shiro for his birthday. Shiro laughed so hard he cried. He promptly forces Lance to sign the poster and gets it framed. It does not help the affair rumours.

It's Time For...

My headcanon about Johanna Hezenkoss & Emmrich Volkarin's relationship. Which nobody asked for BUT that's what tumblr is for.

Now, hear me out, I am thoroughly enraptured by the collective fandom brain that says Emmrich was Down Bad, and Johanna was too busy being a Bad Bitch to care about his feelings. In at least one universe each, you're all 100% right, and I respect you for it. However, I posit an alternative and beseech you to go on this journey with me. I want to explore a woman who does not have a singular mind for a man, who carves her own way through life with a diamond-headed sickle, but who still thinks about him enough to hate him. A woman who sees obsession as a way of life and treats him as just another in a long line. 

Our gentleman necromancer is the kind of man who falls in love at the drop of the hat. A man of a million heartbreaks. Emmrich has fallen in love with every person he's ever been on a date with. He has fallen in love with a woman selling flowers from a cart because she told him the species, though he already knew, and he fell in love with the man he met in the lift because their hands brushed when they reached for the lever and he had a beautiful laugh. That's simply how he is. 

To someone like Johanna, that is a paltry weakness. Worthy of scorn if not outright mockery (and, let's face it, usually outright mockery). Johanna is a woman of barbed emotions, they stick in her mind as they catch upon thought and idea and they do not become action. She doesn't have time for them when she could be bringing her brilliance to life. 

As students, Emmrich is in awe of her. Passionate, intelligent people are his favourite to be around and Johanna has them both in spades. She is fearless and unfettered by the law of man or magic. Daring and dauntless are also qualities Emmrich finds commendable, and on paper he should have been in love in an instant. He could have been in love. But Johanna is something else, too.

Johanna is also cruel. There are so many things that Emmrich, in the sweeping nature of his own passion, can look past. Selfishness can be self-determination. Recklessness can be bravery. Even the willingness to defy the laws and responsibilities he personally holds so dearly can be novel, an experimentation, the base of all new discovery. But cruelty is, perhaps, one of his only staunch nos. 

To think of it in simple terms - Emmrich is the one to see a starving kitten and whisk them into his arms to find them food and shelter. He loves to see someone else do the same. He can understand the person who walks past. He can forgive even the person who left them there to begin with. He cannot abide the person who laughs. 

Johanna laughs.

For Emmrich, this is easy enough. He does not fall in love and he needn't do so. Johanna is still a valued colleague and, somehow, he enjoys her company. Even if they don't see eye to eye, she is still all of those other qualities he gazes fondly upon and they don't have to agree to have spirited conversations and to learn from each other.

For Johanna, this is a slight. This is inexplicable. This is enough to burrow an emotion past the rest and what she feels is confusion - and that is so much worse than anything else it could be. Johanna knows that she is perfection personified and even if she doesn't want Volkarin, why doesn't he want her?

Johanna is clever, and desirable, and if she's in the mood for a lover it's easy enough to find one. She knows how to crook her finger. Sure, she's intimidating and she can just as easily send them running as keep them coming, but it works for her. 

Except not with Volkarin.

Every fortnight or so she sees him doe eyed and dreamy over some fellow student - once, even a visiting Chantry Sister! - and yet he has never looked at her that way. When they stay up all hours of the night, researching their shared love of magic, studying for an exam, performing an experiment, he treats her with kindness and respect. Gross. He exclaims appropriately about her brilliance. Deserved. And he never strays from the bounds of their strange friendship. Unnerving.

Worse, still, he doesn't even seem to realize that they're rivals! Both of them sit at the top of any class they're in, trading number one back and forth in a constant dead heat. When she is number one, Volkarin congratulates her! He gasps in awe at her impressive work. He even stills his tongue in front of others when he believes she may have cheated. Later, alone, when he calls her on it he is gentle. He offers to help, tells her that he will always be willing to help. She can only laugh at him. Because that is pathetic, and condescending, and she is cruel. 

It turns out that when he's hurt, his wet doe eyes aren't all that different from when he's a besotted fool. 

Their relationship is always like this. They drift apart, eventually as students, but are thrust back together as members of the Mourn Watch. Johanna is never less intelligent, never less driven, and Emmrich is never less kind. He supports her when he can and challenges her when he must. He wants what's best for her, and for the Mourn Watch. 

She wants the same things. 

When her twisted experiments and refusal to follow the rules finally ends in her dismissal from the Mourn Watch, she is furious. Emmrich is sad. For a while, he sends her letters, and they say the same things he always has. He wants to help. He will help. He cares about her. Johanna responds to exactly one. 

Volkarin,

You have always been a mewling, pitiful little creature with no backbone. Impressive, considering how easy it would have been to graft one to yourself. If you conquer one fear in your miserable life, let it be the one that forces you to keep talking when you should be quiet.

It's the one Emmrich doesn't respond to. It is short. It is cruel and their bond finally severs, a task Johanna thought impossible. He wants to help. He will help. Until he doesn't. Emmrich Volkarin never follows through on anything. Emmrich is fearful and petulant and compassionate to a fault. And he has finally had enough of her.

That's fine. They were never friends, always rivals, and he never loved her because he was too cowardly to truly see her. She knows this now and that is why she relegates Emmrich Volkarin to a footnote. Part of the past and not her glorious future. It is by nature of the beast that there is no one around to point out, no one that cares enough to notice, that she doesn't need the same footnote on every page.

Can we just talk for a minute about the morning after in Tharn’s apartment during episode five while they were getting ready together and the Monk calls Tharn to speak to him, Phaya motions to Tharn to put it on speaker when he hears who it is. Tharn doesn’t question it for a second, just does it and continues listening to what he has to say only for Phaya to reply instead of Tharn, which did not surprise the Monk at all nor does Tharn react like they should be hiding that they’re cohabiting. Remembering that up until the night before, the only person who knew that Phaya would be staying with Tharn for a while was Yai (he was sent to Phaya’s place to get him some clothes and stuff). Even Chalothon wasn’t expecting to see Phaya there, and he’s a creepy green eyed stalker snake deity. But to just go on speaker phone together with the Monk (the man who basically raised Tharn) without any preamble? Like my dudes, my bros, my lil cop idiots. You’ve skipped right past the dating stage and are now 4 years into marriage.

Touchstarved Astrology Headcanons🌠

Mostly based on my own irl observations over the years, as well as my bookworm era a few years ago . Also taking into account my own impressions & feelings for the LIs, so sufficiently biased and I'm not sorry. Ais

Venus in Virgo. Period. I'm dying on this hill. Fight me. No but fr, first he's a diehard animal lover and will jump into a dog fight to save a puppy. Second, he's giving "mother hen" behavior - says "watch your step", then grabs you when you trip and scolds you "told you to watch your step"(Virgo 101); sends you off with an ESCORT, jumps in fists first when the roughneck tries fighting you then hides you from the purple gang later and escorts you back himself - need I say more? Not to mention he VERY likely helped Kuras save us (his scent lingers in the clinic when MC wakes up), and helps in the clinic regularly (so a part-time nurse, most likely helped save Mhin too). Also, he was definitely watching over us even before the Seaspring (the scarred woman knew our name from somewhere, also the Unnamed can feel Ocudeus' presence outside the clinic). He craves taking care of someone - people, animals, soulless, poor unfortunate souls - you name it. And it's not for show - that's just how he is. That's how he shows love - by being attentive. All my favorite people have this placement, they're all like him in this regard - best Venus placement imo (yes, I'm a biased Venus in Taurus, BUT I'm also right, lol)

Scorpio Ascendant I mean... come on. Come on. He's LITERALLY a gang leader! Not that anybody needs convincing, but aside from the sharp, intense eyes and the fact he oozes sex appeal, this would place his Sun in 10th House- he is known publicly as a leader, his presence demands respect and attracts attention. BDE for sure. Also he's very smart, intuitive and observant. Very aware of his surroundings, can pick up on people's moods & intentions like it's nothing. I'm convinced he can literally read our mind. A smart, sexy and caring bastard, lord help me...

Kuras

Virgo Signature sign Kuras is very service-oriented, focused on helping the community and always looking for ways to assist others. Very mindful of people’s problems and what they’re in need of - and ready to provide it, no matter what it may cost him. He’s also very polite, but comes off rigid, like he’s read “Social Etiquette for Humans 101” and is following it to the letter lol. Also kinda nerdy – has his special interests, and if you let him he’ll talk about reductions and concoctions all day, every day. I don't think it's a specific placement that influences this behavior, it's the whole picture, thus - a signature sign!

Saturn Dominant This man is a Capricorn already, sure, but there’s a difference. Capricorn placements have an inner spark, a fire about them – they’re ambitious and driven while being practical and disciplined. Saturn, however, is a dry and dark, malefic - almost apocalyptic planet. It’s the last visible planet – the gatekeeper of the divine knowledge (depicted by the outer planets). It represents time, boundaries, a sense of duty and responsibility, guilt and the consequences of one's actions. A symbol of Kronos and the Devil, it represents the falling of God, the grotesque expression of divinity. Kuras has a curious mind, fascinated by science and humanity, and in light of the Kuras character lore (and his not-too-subtle mischievousness) he def has strong Uranus & Jupiter influence as well. But the Saturnian themes in particular parallel the themes and main conflict in his story most strongly.

Mercury Retrograde I had to. The way he's so precise and eloquent, but roundabout when he talks? How he's so tight-lipped and takes his sweet time before answering a question? Mercury retrograde, 100 percent. I don't make the rules.

Mhin

Moon in 1st House. How do I know? I have it. The color of printer paper (the sun hates us), emotions written all over their entire existence and impossible to hide, as well as rather intense emotional outbursts? Yes, yes and yes. Big-time tsundere? Yes. Big softy, too? Yes. We could be twins, honestly. I stg they have a crush on Ais, but unlike with Kuras they're not happy about it. I dunno, call it twin telepathy. The Christmas photo doesn't help either.

Water moon, most likely in Cancer. Not Scorpio, because their emotions fluctuate rapidly, and are overtly moody. The difference between big waves and a rip current, for example. But more so, this makes for a Sun-Moon square - the dissonance and lack of harmony between their outer persona and their inner needs and desires is clear. They have difficulty expressing their emotions, not difficulty as in showing them, but in a way where they come off wrong and get interpreted the wrong way. Very protective, like a smol soft crabbie shielding themselves with their shell. Pushes people away consciously, but hoping for someone to have enough of a "spine" to handle them and protect them, giving them a safe space to finally relax. Most of all they need love, reassurance and acceptance (my poor little meow meow💙)

Mars square Mercury That Mercury is in Aries, you can't tell me otherwise. The extra 'angry' coming from Mars in Capricorn is helping, too. But not only that, it also makes a square to their Sun AND an opposition to their Moon - a T-square, a highly difficult & stressful configuration. The Mars is in Capricorn because they like a partner with authority and attitude (Cap in 7th), and it makes for good synastry with Kuras (my cutie patooties). Also for how small they are, they're very agile and skilled with knifes (ruled by Mars).

Leander

Venus conjunct Pluto. Sexy. Magnetic. He pulls you in with the gravitational force of his tits. These people are the definition of an intense lover. Obsessive and hungry for love - and pain, equally, very big on extreme and overwhelming sensations. You have a terrible curse? Oooh, danger - gimme! You can never give them too much attention - they want it all, and they're not sharing. Possessive, wants to draw you into their little world and keep you for themselves.

Leo Ascendant, for a few reasons. I was initially thinking Libra, but after looking at everything, I decided on Leo. He has a noble presence - not surprising considering his upbringing. He's a very charismatic talker, well-spoken, lovely voice, can charm anyone into trusting him (Libra in 3rd coming through). To his credit, he takes his work seriously and comes off as a reliable boss (Cap in 6th, also Taurus in 10th). He wants to take care of people... or rather, wants to be seen as a savior. I really see him as a Gemini-Cancer cusp, but technically he's a Cancer so his sun will be in 12th house. It’s a house of self-undoing, the afterlife, illusions - ego and reality go to disintegrate here. All that connects into the life-and-death theme surrounding him and his design. The sun here becomes a fantasy, a goal rather than reality – a dream of being a leader, a hero, someone who people look up to for help and answers. He’s really giving Jesus-wannabe, with the resurrection and savior complex he has going on, as well as the over-the-top generosity. A big red crab, with a big red flag... and the tits to match (Cancer rules the booba).

Vere

Venus conjunct Midheaven, Midheaven being in Scorpio. With Sun in Scorpio. Lots of Scorpio. He’s so pretty! Pretty in an elegant, sensual, effortless yet manicured to perfection way. Apparently, the BBC (Big Bulky Collar) on him does not signal “DANGER!” to the rascals who take him for an easy target, because all they see is the approachable, delicate face and inviting voice. He knows the effect he has on people, and he’s using it to his advantage – to get a free drink, or to make people trust him juuust enough to get what he wants. He is attracted to power, powerful people, and wants power for himself – and he’s ruthless about achieving his goals, too (Scorpio in 10th); there’s a lot of gossip surrounding this man’s public image, his reputation. Venus conjunct Midheaven places a focus on art – he is an artist, appreciates art as well as creating it himself. He IS the art, or that’s the perception of him anyway.

Venus in Scorpio As Venusian as he appears, Venus is in detriment here – there’s conflicting emotions regarding his looks, and the perception of him – or rather, the expectations placed on him because of it. He'll break rules on purpose, act outrageous, play coy, use his beaty for all its worth – he’ll purposefully play the ‘bad guy’ as a form of rebellion, a defense mechanism. He can’t find comfort in a traditional relationship dynamic and has a hard time liking someone who likes them back - he’s afraid of commitment. I believe his confidence is a façade; there’s an underlying fear of betrayal and rejection, and a paranoia that any good thing that comes his way is a trick, a trap, or a lie. That he doesn’t deserve love or care, really. Buuut… if you’re like Ais and see him for all his ‘ugly’, and accept him anyway… then you’re really something💜.

Random Teen Wolf thoughts (Season 1-4)...

-The time skip between season 3A and 3B heavily implies that Stiles has been mentally tormented and sleep deprived by the Nogitsune all summer.

-While I love the idea of Scott being a very morally good character the show is unable to support his strict moral code in a way that isn't aggravating after a few seasons. If you write a main character who refuses to kill his enemies he has to have a really good way of neutralizing the seasons big bad or he's just letting horrible people go to terrorize different people somewhere else. Or they come back like a Batman villain for a future season.

-I feel like the writers in the later half of season 3 realized that they have no idea what to do with Allison if she was no longer Scott's star crossed lover and tried to recreate a similar dynamic with Isaac before giving up and just fridging her.

-Scotts plan to get rid of Gerard is one of the worst things Scott has ever done. Don't get me wrong Gerard deserved it but the fact that Scott violated Derek's trust and then used him to bite Gerard against his will always sat badly with me.

-Stiles values control because he watched his mom lose herself when she was dying of frontal temporal dementia and that's the real reason he won't take the bite. While Stiles would love werewolf powers he would never willingly put himself in a position where he couldn't control himself.

-Peter was justified in Season 1. He's a piece of shit in later seasons (especially season 4) but in season 1 every death except for Laura's was deserved.

-Allison's moral code is too easily subject to peer revisions. The only reason she didn't turn on us in season 3 is because she was out of family to manipulate her into almost killing her friends.

-I know Paige's story line is to explain why Derek has blue eyes and to connect Derek to Jennifer's story but the fact the narrative presents it as a "and this is why Derek is the way he is" is crazy because he doesn't need a dead girlfriend he mercy killed to be grumpy and tragic. His entire family literally died in a fire.

Anyway those are some of my thoughts on the series so far I may do another if I have more to say.

Imagine a mcu x Hatchetfield crossover where Tony is related to someone in Hatchetfield, the Spankoffski’s or Monroe’s, maybe even the Fosters.

Maybe he’s just a friend.

But he brings the other with him to Hatchetfield to visit his friend/relative and all of them are immediately like “What the fuck is going on here. We need to investigate. Should we call Stephan?”

And he’s like “What are you talking about. There’s Nothing Wrong Here. Come on let’s go to Miss Retro’s, you’ll like it. Don’t go in the woods by the way. Guys I’m the genius, I would know if something’s off here. No, we’re not going to Watcher World.”

Basically I just really like crossovers where one of the main cast HEAVILY gaslights the others and these are the only fandoms I can think of that fit

Pearl didn´t want to win Secret Life. Scar attacked her and Pearl threw the fight, but she still gave the appearance of fighting back. She didn´t want to win anyway but she pretended to, well enough to give him the satisfaction of the kill.

I wonder if she remembered Scott sacrificing himself for her. Something unexpected, something she didn´t have an active hand in, with no closure. I wonder if she wanted to give Scar a better win than the one she got.

Don't Be Afraid, Just Start the Tape

Starting off strong, I want to discuss the argument between Louis and Armand. This, in my opinion, is where everything fell apart. It's just them going back and forth hitting each other in the jugular and it made me want to rip my hair out just hearing it. I, personally, have always hated when things like that get thrown up in arguments so that's my own personal bias. Just hearing Louis throw back the CSA in Armand's face and Armand throwing Paul's suicide, Grace leaving him, and his history with Lestat back up brought me to tears almost. It really sucks that these two felt that they had to resort to these things, but that's the tragedy of it all.

But, for some reason, I think Armand was more hurt that Louis called him dull and boring. My belief is that it hit harder because being boring and dull to Louis means he goes out to look for more exciting things and people, leaving Armand home all night. He doesn't want to lose Louis and the first ounce of real love that he's experienced, so he was taken aback by that. Louis walking out into the sun wasn't much of a surprise to me, but I think him doing it at that moment was. I would have expected a suicide attempt back in Paris, or even in Dubai, but not in San Francisco. I do understand now that the story has unfolded. 

I think Louis has just had enough of it all, talking about it with Daniel who kind of brushed it off in his intoxicated state and his argument with Armand only fuels that. He wants to be with Claudia, she's the one that he says is calling him, and if dying is how he's going to get to meet her again, then so be it. Now, the whole situation with Armand leaving Louis on that bed to suffer while he begs for relief definitely rubbed me the wrong way. Louis no longer has Claudia to nurse him back to health, as she did when he was dropped, so he has no choice but to rely on Armand and that sucks. Armand is in here torturing Daniel while he leaves Louis to holler and yell for him, that's so messed up. Even going as far as to contact Lestat and relay messages from him to Louis, and omitting some things. The psychological abuse at play here is crazy to think about.

I also want to talk about the power balance that has been discussed as well. Yes, Louis is able to express himself a bit more and in a different way in his relationship with Armand. They have an understanding of each other and what the other needs and their roles and positions switch based on what one needs at that moment. The whole Arun/Maitre thing is really working in Armand's favor more, in my personal opinion. He knows just how to push enough to get Louis to fall in line with that. You can see that towards the end when Armand calls Louis maitre after all he said. He's all of a sudden asking Louis to lead after everything that has happened, after Louis had to beg, and Louis will happily oblige in order to keep the peace between them. I wonder in what other instances has this happened before. We see Louis trying to keep Armand from falling off of the deep end while he, himself, is the one sitting in the coffin burned and charred begging for blood. So curious as to how this will all unfold in the coming episodes, I know Dubai will be a madhouse just as much as Paris. 

Aside from the analysis of relationships and arguments, this episode was amazing. The styling choices in both the filming and wardrobe were superb. I'm still trying to wrap my head around the fact that this was Jacob and Assad's first episode they shot. It had to be funny to go from this to all the sweet lovey dovey stuff in the earlier episodes. I want to hear them talk about this more. Also, the SFX makeup was amazing! Much love to everyone involved with that! And it was nice to finally see Luke! He played that part so well. This and episode two are my absolute favorites so far. I wonder what's to come next in Dubai...

Small warning for descriptions of compulsive and obsessive behaviors, because I know that can trigger some of this stuff to happen. So be slightly cautious if you’re someone who is affected by this!

It’s a big reason why he’s such a caregiver type.

A fair amount of his obsessions and rituals revolve around zephyr. The idea that he has to constantly be there to help them there will be one time he doesn’t and zephyr will be injured because of it. He has to check on them, thinks about their health constantly. Because sure zephyr says they’re fine but what if they’re lying? What if they are really sick and they just don’t know it? What if ifrit is the only one to notice the signs and if he doesn’t say something then something bad will happen to Zeph and it will be his fault?

It eats at him, the constant idea of zeph is in danger or needs him whenever he can’t be physically with him. And the idea that zephyr is annoyed by the constant attention, even if he can’t help it.

Zephyrs really patient with him though, lets him act out his compulsions to give him the peace of mind he needs. Always reassures him that he’s not being a bother to them, that zephyr knows why he dotes and does whatever they can to lessen then obsession. Whether that be with proving they’re ok or just the reassurance that if anything were to happen, it’s not his fault.

He does little things too. When he works out it has to be a certain number of reps or he won’t be able to stop thinking about it until he rights the “wrong”, constantly checks the weights on his bar to make sure he grabbed the right one, even if he saw it, he has to check again because what if he misread it?

He does it while baking too. He tries to have a partner with him so he doesn’t completely lose it trying to be certain he didn’t poison anyone with his batch of cookies. Because sure he read that he put in vanilla, but what if it wasn’t? What if he was lying to himself and now he’s going to hurt everyone?

There’s been a couple of batters that have been thrown away because he’s convinced himself he put something poisonous in there. That’s why he makes someone else stand there, just in case. Puts his mind at ease.
