to the (un)official Timothy archive!

This is a blog dedicated to Timothy (The Pulverizer) from Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles (2012). It will be filled with reblogs, and we will not repost art without the artist’s permission. Got a photo or some art of Timothy? Send it in!

If you do not know who an artist is, send the art in anyways, and we will try to find the original post/account before asking for permission (if the account is still up) and crediting them.

Timatello is allowed and especially encouraged on this blog, though we ask that you do not submit any sexualized (or NSFW) art/posts about them at all.

Side note: Not everything will be Timatello. A lot of reblogs will be about it, as it is currently becoming popular. If you do not ship it, don't worry! There's still a ton of reblogs unrelated to the topic.

The reasoning for making this blog:

- Timothy is a character whose world was flipped upside down the moment he met the TMNT. He was a cut plotline and was crucial for Donnie’s character growth for the show before Nickelodeon cut him. We unfortunately will never know what could have happened for Timothy in later seasons, and he could’ve been a fantastic character. It’s only fair if we give him the equivalent of a love letter as a proper send off for 2012 Tim.

- Why not? It’s fun.

Final note:

The blog will not be cluttered with anything that has nothing to do with Timothy, so if you want a general TMNT blog then this is not for you.

Latest Change Log

March brought a handful of noteworthy changes to AO3 in addition to the usual assortment of bug fixes and enhancements: we increased the maximum tag length from 100 to 150 characters, expanded the wrangling status options in tag search, and added the ability to have your invitation resent if it didn't arrive. Then we wrapped up the month with some changes to help combat an increase in spam, including spam checks on new users' comments and a rate limit on comments from all logged-in users.

how to build compelling characters

Martin is very internally in-tune and good at identifying exactly what he’s feeling and why. But he’s cagey with that information, and or at the very least, the truth/meat of those feelings. He’ll tell you, but he’ll leave the deeper meaning out, cards always close to his chest until he knows what you’re planning on doing with it. He could write a think piece on exactly what makes him tick, and he is absolutely not going to show it to you. You’ll get vulnerable Martin Blackwood, though, easy! He’ll have a deep heart to heart any day! You’ll just leave with next to nothing on him.

Meanwhile, Jon has absolutely no idea what any of his emotions mean or where they came from, but he also can’t stop himself from feeling them constantly all the time, and with no words for them, they’re just leaking all over the place. but he’s incapable of vocalizing anything, so he expresses instead through stubborn and fast actions with little to no thought or logic behind them, operating only on gut feeling, immediate reaction, and high emotionally charged choices when the chips are down. If you tried to have a heart to heart with Jon he would explode.

Being jurgen leitner the day that gerry almost killed him was probably really surreal. Imagine you’re minding your business, collecting fucked up books, and out of nowhere this goth guy covered in eye tattoos shows up and beats you half to death, then stops, goes, “no you’re too pathetic to be jurgen leitner” and leaves without further elaboration. And you dont correct him, you like being alive after all, and after that you just… continue with your life. And then several years later you tell this to some random guy in the tunnels you’ve been hiding in, and he not only knows who the goth was, but seems somewhat fond of the goth. And then you get brutal pipe murdered by the random guy’s boss. Oops
