X-Men 97’ Nightcrawler x Reader
Tumblr media
Warnings: ‼️X-MEN 97’ SPOILERS‼️, smut under the cut, cuteness overload-
A/N: KURT IS MY ALL TIME FAVORITE X-MAN/MARVEL CHARACTER IN GENERAL I ADORE HIM SO OF COURSE I HAD TO WRITE FOR HIM AFTER THE NEW EPISODE. I really hope we see him join the team or at least just more of him!
You were a mutant on Genosha when you met Kurt, he had helped show you and the other mutants around from your ship the island, and you had followed the handsome blue boy around like a lost little puppy. He was charming and mischievous, flirty with a cute fangy smile on his face. After the official tour was over, you asked him to show you some hidden gems of the island, to which he bowed and kissed your hand, “As you wish!” before teleporting the two of you away from the crowd. He had showed you a beautiful, peaceful and tropical spot away from everyone else, where the two of you got to know each other, soon becoming friends and meeting at that spot almost every day
He’d ask you out on a date pretty quick, he’s not shy about flirting at all and will make it clear that he finds you attractive and would like to know you more intimately. He’d take you to a nice restaurant, showing up in a dashing suit to impress you and his curls gelled back in a slick style. Will compliment you on your dress/suit and have you twirl for him to see the full outfit, saying “Mein gott! You look absolutely stunning, liebe!” before pulling out your seat for you like a gentleman and ordering a nice bottle of wine for the both of you to have with your dinner
After dinner you go for a walk around the gardens, holding Kurt’s arm he held out for you. His tail would curl around one of your legs as you talked, sitting on a bench together to view the night sky above the beautiful greenery together. He’d want to know your life story and would share his with you, he’d want to know what you like to do, what you hate, what you’re afraid of, what you love, and he’d share all of that about himself with you as well
After a few dates you became official, more often than not staying with each other in your homes (we’ll get to what goes on in the bedroom later😉). He’s a huge cuddler for sure, wants both his arms around you and his tail curled around your waist or leg. He doesn’t mind being big spoon or little spoon, he’s perfectly content and happy with both and just wants to feel your skin against his. He’s big on physical affection and PDA, he just loves you so much and he’s a physical guy in general. Wants to be able to hold your hand, give you kisses, wrap an arm around your waist, anything as long as he touching you in some way. Plus he likes to show off how lucky he got with you, showing you off and always making sure everyone knows he’s taken. He’s highly sought after, after all (if you ask him)
He’s always got a date planned, he’s definitely not one of those guys that lets the other do all the work in the relationship. He’ll take you to your favorite restaurants, do your favorite activities, anything you would like to do. He’s adventurous and will try anything once, and will always make an effort to do things you enjoy. He will teach you some sword fighting skills, just you know how to use them and plus, do some borderline erotic sparring sessions with him of course! It’s something he enjoys and wants to do with you, but if he ever cut you with a sword he’d want to damn himself to Hell because HOW DARE HE GIVE YOU A CUT LESS THAN A CENTIMETER LONG?! HE’S THE WORST PERSON TO EVER EXIST. He will bandage it and kiss it better, begging your forgiveness despite you already saying it wasn’t a big deal and it didn’t even hurt at all
When you were recruited to the X-Men, he was offered a spot as well so the both of you packed up and moved to the X-Mansion so you could help mutants from there. On missions, he’ll always catch you if you fall and teleport you out of harms way. Definitely flirts during battle as well and likes to show off his skills to you, making you giggle and smile at him before focusing back on the mission. If you get hurt during it, he’ll teleport you to the mansion immediately to the medical room before going to help his teammates so he can get you their help quicker. Will spend lots of time with you and cuddle with you while you recover, you don’t have to lift a finger, this man will get you whatever you want
He does like to tease you a lot, things like squeezing your butt as you walk by or giving it a light smack with his tail. Will whisper innuendos and jokes to you during important meetings and such to make you giggle, to which Scott gives you a deadpan stare until the two of you refocus. His tail will move up your pants or skirt under the table, making your face heat up
He’s constantly winning you over long after you’ve become official. Will still bring you flowers, will still flirt with you, but he’s also the type to be like “Would you still love me if I was a bug?” He does need some reassurance due to his looks and how he’s been hated because of them, like, HE knows he’s sexy, but he wants to make sure YOU think he’s sexy. And you assure him you think he is⬇️⬇️
NSFW Under the Cut
Oh he is SUCH a lover boy. He’s more focused on your pleasure than his own for sure, and my man is SKILLED and EXPERIENCED (everyone wants a taste of the fuzzy man-). His hands will be all over your body, even his tail will be wrapped around you as well, and he’ll be mindlessly blabbering on and on in English and German about how much he loves you and how beautiful/handsome he thinks you are. My dude is AMAZING at giving you head, doesn’t matter which genitals you have, he’s got experience with both and will have your legs shaking and your back arched far off the bed during round one. If you’re AFAB, he’d know exactly where the clit is and exactly how to pleasure it, rather than just roughly rubbing it and calling it good. If you’re AMAB, he’d for sure be fingering your ass while sucking you off, his other hand squeezing your thigh and spreading your legs for him while his tail holds your other leg for him, or even smacks your ass with it teasingly
You often insist on giving him head in return, which of course he doesn’t mind but HE IS ALWAYS TRYING TO MAKE SEX ABOUT YOU, when you want to make it about HIM sometimes. He’s so loving, caring and sweet to you, you just want to show him how much you love him as well and sometimes have to get that through his fuzzy head. He loves body worship for sure, so he’d love to hear you say how hot and sexy and handsome and adorable and beautiful he is while the two of you make love to each other, it’d make him cum 10x harder and faster
He’d lowkey be kind of basic and love missionary, but he’s certainly not vanilla. He just wants to be able to see your face and to hold you close to him, so missionary tends to be good for that, but he’d also love it if you rode him and watch your chest bounce and toss your head back at the feeling of his cock inside of you. I honestly think he’s got more girth and length, but definitely not too short at all and would fit perfectly inside of you. He also likes to hold your hand during sex, which may be cheesy but he just wants to make sure you’re okay the whole time
Being in a mansion with many others, it is sometimes hard to find privacy and quiet time for longer than 20 minutes, so he’ll sometimes teleport the two of you elsewhere so you’re not interrupted. When in your room at the mansion though, he likes to make you scream while teasing you to be quiet and that someone will hear you, covering your mouth with his hand or kissing you muffle your loud moans and whines for him. But when the two of you walk out to the living quarters to join some of the others, Jubilee and Roberto will not make eye contact, Morph will give Kurt a knowing smirk and a high five, while Gambit outright says “You know we could hear y’all at it all the way down here-“ before Scott gives you two the disappointed dad look and says “There are children residing here.”
Kurt: And how exactly did Jean get pregnant?
Scott: 😳
Kurt: Yeah, that’s what I thought-

Mirthrun x gardener reader
Tumblr media
(if people like this I'll create a small fic)
Part 2 (Beach Day)
Yeah here me out. This is after the events of the Manga where Laios becomes king. Mirthrun and the Canaries stay on the island to avoid the law and all that...
Mirthrun gets lost, like a lot. No matter how many Canaries are supervising him he manages to allude them. His teleporting doesn't help either. It's not like he wants to be alone. He just gets caught up in the little finds, like a bug or some rabbit moving by and follows after them. See he's being trying/ training himself to reclaim his desires/wants back and Kabru mentioned to try to focus on a specific things to get a better understanding of his emotions onto it.
Anyway, one day he stumbles on a green house and sees a tall man there. Your minding your own business, picking the herbs from your garden, utterly unaware of the elf who just transported behind you. The first encounter was .... unpleasant. With a fright, you slapped Mithrun and cussed him out of your green house. He just trots along. You were confused at the whole ordeal, especially how the man didn't really react to you at all.
He shows up again, a couple of days later. And again you kick him out. Its almost became comedic.
He keeps on showing up to the point you don't care anymore. He doesn't do anything but bask in the green house sun, utterly in his own world, speaking no words to you.
You do ask why he shows up. His only response was a lifeless stare in deep pool his single eye casts, followed by a shrug. Not the response you want but nevertheless you keep allowing him to stay.
You notice that after a while he watches you tender the plants. You mostly strike a one-way conversation about your passion with your medical herbs but at times he does ask questions.
The first time you heard his voice you had to double take. You thought he was mute. He just cocks his head to the side , confused at you surprised acts.
Some time later you become more accustomed to his blandness and directness, able to read his emotions with subtle things like the flicker of his cut ears to the twingers of his eye. This though came with time and after finding out that he doesn't really take care of himself.
That one time you saw him passed out from dehydration wasn't a fun memory. And not wanting to relive it, you offer him tea and sweet pastries when he arrives. You found he particularly likes sour things, so lemon tarts are frequently on the menu.
He does help out with tending to your plots, though he isn't much of a green thumb, picking the ripe fruits off your small orchid helped you tones. You even gave him a basket of lemons to take home one time. It was a sight to see when he smiled at it, even though it turned quickly back to his emotionless form.
The Canaries still didn't know where he was going most of the day until he arrived back with that basket of lemons. Fleki ask where he got them from but Mithrun refuses to answer. They reach for one, but Mithrun grabbed their hand tightly. Anger distorts his face making the other Canaries surprised by his quick change in demeanor.
"Their mine", was all Mithrun said before he stormed into his room.
Eventually they were able to make out where he was heading all the time , though there was some misunderstanding. See they thought you were using him as free labor and quite abruptly came to you about the situation. Drama pursues, Mithrun gets upsets and snaps at his companions.
It just turns out the reason why he never told them where he was, was that he wanted you all to himself. He didn't want to share you with anybody.
Ah and that's it

SUMMARY OF ALL ARKANIS POVs
DAY 01 — 03/09/2024
At the beginning of Arkanis, all players were divided into two groups, the RED and the PURPLE. The red team go to Valigma on a ship, while the purple team go on a plane.
Unfortunately, due to a distraction from the ship's captain (cof cof A distraction called Felps cof cof), the ship ends up crashing into the neighboring island of Valigma, which strangely was surrounded by a dome.
By solving several puzzles to release specific items, which were placed on pedestals, the dome was broken. Sheriff Jorge then appears in a small boat and arrives at the group, informing them that they needed to leave that place as soon as possible using the waystone he brought, giving no further explanation. The group, without much choice, chooses to do what the sheriff says and use the waystone, being teleported to the Valigma's City.
With the purple team the story was very different. Everyone managed to board with ease (despite being informed at the last minute that their baggage would be received within 300 business days), landing safely at Valigma airport. The group is then taken to a waystone located outside the airport, being teleported to Valigma's City.
All players were then able to get to know each other and, in the case of the red team, explore the city. Everyone got cell phones and got to meet the city hall employees, being able to explore the city. Unfortunately, due to the separation of everyone into two groups, both groups are afraid of each other, choosing to only trust the people they were with previously on the trip to Valigma. Now Felps is wanted by the city banker to pay the costs of the accident.
During their explorations, players managed to find old books and diaries located in houses in the city. Bagi, Felps, Guaxinim and Meiaum also managed to find a hidden room behind the airport, along with more books. Pac, Mike and Bagi interrogated Secretary Alice, resulting in a harsh scolding from Mayor Jota.
While all the investigations were going on, each player began their own search for a location for their bases and homes:
Funbabe started living at Secretary Alice's house. Coreano made a hole to store his things while exploring. Bagi settled in an abandoned house and invited Matt to live with her, he accept. Felps, Guaxinim and Meiaum made an underground base. Wuant proclaimed a piece of land for his base, which was later stolen by Gabepeixe and Yayahz. Mike made an improvised base to spend the first day. The rest still don't have a fixed or built base/house.
Maethe and Quell did not participate in this day.
[A separate post about all the secret books and diaries players have found.]

Hi there! If stardew requests are still open i would like to ask you for one. Recently in your writing Shane has been very sad, which is great for angst and o loved reading that but i think we can both agree our boy needs some rest.
I was wondering if you could write some good ol' fluffy fluff with him and the farmer with prompt number 20 ("You look amazing tonight").
If you're busy or closing requests or just don't feel like writing this one that it's totally cool, no pressure. I hope you have a great day
The Dance of the Moonlight Jellies.
A summer spectacle that Shane attended like clockwork. He only ever went because of Jas, staying away from the saloon just for one night. For her and Marnie's sake...as he didn't want his aunt talking his ear off about staring at the aluminum can in his hands more than the ocean.
That was in years past.
This year, however, was different.
Because it's the first time he'd be seeing it with you by his side, and boy..was he looking forward to it.
Both of you arrived together a bit later than the other villagers, but only because there was a lot of farmwork to take care of..and time quickly got away from you.
Fortunately, your spouse remembered and you practically rushed to the beach together, praying that Major Lewis didn't launch the boat yet.
You would have used a warp to get here sooner, but the first time Shane used one of the mini obelisks...the effects of teleportation made him horribly sick, and he vowed to never touch one of those again.
That was understandable, and you refused to leave him behind. So you headed through the dark town square and to the docks.
With luck, you managed to arrive in the nick of time.
Instead of idly standing alone with a beer in-hand, Shane stood with your hand in his own. He still liked keeping the PDA subtle, never wanting to make a huge scene out of your relationship in public--despite the whole town being there at your wedding--but you didn't mind it.
Once everybody got into their places to witness the event, Lewis lit the candle and finally launched the boat out into the open sea.
For a minute, there was nothing...
And then they arrived.
Hues of lavender, blue, and green began to illuminate the dark waters, which Jas excitedly pointed out to Vincent and Leo, the latter being mesmerized by the jellies--as was everybody else who managed to catch a glimpse of the magnificent creatures that came closer to the surface.
You chuckled softly at the wonder in that boy's eyes, thanking Yoba that you were able to rescue him from a life of solitary on that island and introduce him to life here in the valley, before looking back at Shane and realizing...
He wasn't staring at the jellies anymore, but you.
Tilting your head, you smiled a bit, wondering what was going on inside his head right now. "Something on my face?"
"No..it's just..." For a moment, he felt breathless, his head dizzy (not from any beer for once) and his heart fuller than ever.
All he could do was look at you. The bioluminescent glow from below highlighted your best features, the lights reflecting in your eyes like stars.
'Wow..how did a guy like me get so lucky?'
"Just what?"
Coming back to reality, he just grew bashful at your persistence, being grateful you couldn't see the rising blush on his face.
"You look amazing tonight," he said with full confidence, only to find himself holding his breath afterwards.
As though he were expecting some negative reaction from you..
Was that a weird thing to say?
Was he being weird again...?
Your soft chuckles pulled him out of those thoughts, and you leaned over to kiss him on the cheek. "Thanks, so do you..but then again you look amazing everyday."
He snorted, although internally he was dying..in a good way. "Even when I'm out on the farm all sweaty and dirty?"
"Hey, you always compliment me when I look like that."
"..true, but-"
"Woah.."
"What?"
"Look! Your mermaid pendant is sparkling." You pointed out his necklace.
"Huh?" Glancing down, Shane held the shell between his fingers for a few seconds, staring in wonder at the tiny pinprick lights dancing across its surface. "Ah..guess you're right. It's pretty sparkly." He chuckled, before noticing a peculiar jelly lingering in front of you two.
Unlike the rest, it was a seafoam green.
"Babe, look..that's a rare jelly!" He pointed it out, his smile growing as you gasped, holding onto his hand even tighter. "They're really something, huh? Nature's pretty neat."
"Yeah, it's incredible....ah...and there they go." You hummed, watching the horde drifting away from the docks, a bit disappointed it was over so soon. "Bye, jellies!"
Once more, the glow of summer fades away, leaving everyone on the pier in darkness. But you knew they'll be back next year when Lewis sends off the candleboat, hopefully with bigger and brighter jellies.
You looked forward to seeing them again with Shane..and every year after that.

You did? I should check them.
Then, what about Platonic Yandere! Luffy, Zoro and Sanji with Female!Teen!Y/n who is from the real world and is a fan of Strawhats Pirates but got teleported into their world?
─Yandere!monster trio x fem!teen!reader (platonic)
─Summary: you find yourself in your favorite anime but things seem to be a little weirder than you imagined
─Warnings: obsession, toxic behavior, general yandere stuff yk
Part two
Tumblr media
─ One day your existence simply decided to teleport to the world of one of your favorite animes, One Piece, let's not go into details, you just did it somehow and you accepted it quickly because you had already read about all those fanfics where someone changes universe.
─ But nothing happens! It seemed that all the luck you never had finally came to you with a bang because you landed on the Mugiwara ship, nothing less.
─ Excited was a word that fell short of how you felt in that world, but also scared because you knew the entire context of many of the things and atrocities done.
─ You forgot everything bad to focus exclusively on the fact that you were meeting your favorite or comfort characters, you could definitely die after this because it was like a dream come true.
─ Leaving all the confusion and distrust of how or why you were there, everyone seemed to believe that you were not from this world and that they were not real in yours because you knew a lot (too much) about them.
─ Usopp is a little afraid of you because of all your knowledge about them.
─ Robin wanted to know more about the void century but Luffy simply refused you to give them 'spoilers' of what was about to happen in their lives, you had no choice but to respect him, now he was your captain after all.
─ Luffy was very clingy to you from the beginning, he found your admiration towards them adorable, he really likes to impress you when he uses his devil fruit, although everything here is out of the ordinary and impresses you.
─ You won't have a second of peace with this boy if you ever get hurt by someone (or even if it was your fault because you tripped or something), he feels responsible for your health and won't let anyone do anything to you.
─Zoro is in the same line of thoughts as his captain because in his eyes you were someone completely vulnerable in this world full of monsters, that sometimes you get lost because of your fascination simply increases his degree of protection.
─ Sanji became equally fond of you, having you in the kitchen learning about your world was more fun than he thought at first, he felt like a father whenever you came to him to tell him about any nonsense you had done with Luffy on some random island.
─ And despite the fact that all this time with them was incredible, you inevitably missed your loved ones, your old routine and life.
─ The faces of the three when you carelessly commented that from now on you were going to start looking for a way to return to your world was completely horrified, the three of them looked at each other and nodded, a silent pact.
─ They threatened Nami because she was the first one who offered to help you, just like Robin, weren't you happy with them here? You seem happy and you would be well protected, why would you want to leave their side?
─ They would lie if they find valuable information, they only try to protect you, you have also told some bad things about your world and if you leave they will not be able to keep you safe.
─ Luffy is much clingier, Zoro is much more careful of your surroundings, Sanji doesn't seem to take his eyes off you in case something unexpected happens that could hurt you.
─ You practically have a trio that is all over you all the time, lucky for you, you decided to ignore a lot of the red flags in their behavior, chalking it up to just being worried and you couldn't defend yourself, which got you rid of a lot of possible punishments.
─ Although, it was inevitable not to notice how persistent they are when you want to go explore an island, you don't even have a wanted poster because they always manage to lock you in the ship somehow when the fights start.
─ But by the time you realize that they are behaving differently from their normal personalities, it will be too late, they will limit you as much as they can, they will only blackmail you because they would hate to see you hurt by one of them.
─ It doesn't matter if you start to be afraid around them because of their obsession, Luffy will still demand his hugs, Zoro will want you to take a nap with him and Sanji will make you his kitchen assistant whether you like it or not, you have no opinion here, just do it.
─ The punishments are not very severe, no violence, just deprive you of things like food or movement, if you need to spend a few hours or days in your room without seeing anyone, you will.
─ They won't see their behavior as strange, no one from the crew will dare to say anything to help you because the last time Franky was almost decapitated by Zoro.
─ They see you as an innocent little sister who doesn't know how to take care of herself, they don't want anyone to corrupt you, they're just trying to keep you safe, can't you see that? They want the best for you even if they have to punish you in the process, after all you were a careless teenager who was unaware of true evil.
─ Now you'll be safe, right?

i might have talked about it before but i kinda wanna rant a lil how nonsensical both the "getting of the time reversal" and "giving zelda the mastersword" things are
bc ... to get the time reversal powers you touch a ... ghost of the enigma stone that used to be there .. and i GUESS it was the one zelda has now but used to be raurus and since its now linked to her we get .... link being astral projected into ghosty dimension similar to the other sages and we get zeldas sage power, but .. how does that even work, zelda, having supposedly long lost her soul to being a dragon is somehow still able to do the whole sage thing of taking you to fogland mclight dimension, just doesnt tell you the same stuff the other sages do word for word (thank GOD)
but how did that even manifest? even ignoring her soul being GONE how can she make that oath or whatever while shes not awake and just floating there, what business does the ghost engima stone have there and why dont the others have something similar to where they were once stored (in the forgotten temple backrooms tm bc we cant have the sonau NOT touch a thing in this world all of the sudden-)
is it bc they were like ... released of their holder from the old sages since they had long died and those go back to being big floaty stones (for whatever reason .. shouldnt have sonias stone done the same when gan took it then??)- also zeldas ability being put into the hand ability wheel while we gotta chase down the damn sages any time you want to use one of their abilities is so unfair .. you could have made the sages usable .. but no ..
its a relatively small complaint compared to the rest but it still bothers me bc it just ... feels so contrived, like it feels to be so clearly just some loose string to get you that power
the same with the weird ass time bubble to get the mastersword back in time to zelda just so she can have a flimsy reason to do what she does (we wouldnt want the character this series is named after be an actual CHARACTER instead of a pretty prize at the end now would we??) and its jsut so .......... why not have her grab the broken master sword as shes falling into the past (SOMEHOW) or it falling down with her bc really link shouldnt maybe not be able to hold it anymore- wait he reaches for her with that hurt hand .. so he did drop it .. and it somehow got back to him instead of being put into the past WITH zelda right then and there?? why??
(also ..rauru just teleporting him to the sky island ... wasnt that arm the last bits of raurus physical body? was his ghost just chilling up there the whole time- ... can ghosts in totk control and teleport their physical, dead limbs to whereever their ghost is? why can a ghost even be so far apart from the rest of his remains .... or was that spiraling energy stuff just him slowly turning into a ghost there ... but my point about ghosts controlling their dead limbs still stands- WAIT he ALSO has to be able to ... SEE somehow bc he grabbed link before he fell too .... the way he talks when you find him chilling on the island tho is like hes seeing it all for the first time too .. so .. he wasnt a ghost yet and still knew where to go .. even tho the place is somehwere totally different to where it used to be and if he became a ghost right there why couldnt you see him when he grabbed link... if the hand that grabbed link wasnt actual the one that fell off gan why does it look like it then? bc gan hand was long and thin with long ass class and raurus actual ghost hands are barely different from typical human ones- .. i think im having more thoughts about this point thant nintendo had over the entirety of making the game .... also fuck rauru for doing the fake out "oooh noooo im fading awayyy" thing just so he doesnt have to answer any of your thousand questions i guess, only to return at the end going, "actually, i want my arm back and yours was fine anyway lol, and here sonia is here too for some reason! also check this out! zelda is back and you didnt have to do shit, isnt that cool?")
the weird time bubble makes me so angry when i remmeber it exists bc it just .. makes NO sense?? what even is it?? if it was a foreshadowing to zelda learning to use her new time powers and you find more over time in the game where she manifests mroe and more until she manages to return on her own like it was kinda teased with sonia tellign her shell find a way to use her new powers to go back since she (SOMEHOW) also got herself here and that point going nowhere like so many other points (hows it going impah, foudn a way to get zelda back yet? dont bother, turns out the solution was 'beat the bad guy' and it all solved itself) OK fine, that works
BUT ITS NOT a foreshadowing of anything, the time bubble thing is just THERE and it drives me nuts, it really only adds to this whole game feeling so weirdly held together by loose strings and it just gets worse the more you think

ok so while the au is about enerjak the main character is silver. he returns to his future after helping team fighters rescue mecha sally deroboticize her stop king naugus blah blah. wrap up the preboot threads quickly theyre not the focus. we need silver to go home (somehow). once he returns to his future he finds that the future is different. he recognizes it as similar to the future he encounters in dark mobius, and deduces that the timeline must have changed and enerjak was the cause for the ruined future at this point. while he is very devastated since he believed for almost all his life eliminating the traitor in the freedom fighters would fix everything he stills himself and goes to travel back in time again. (lets say the method he used to go back in the first place was that 2 way chaos control thing from 06) however the state of the future this time is a lot more intact than before, since eggman's takeover was much more destructive to mobius than enerjak's cleansing was (but silver wont know that). because of this, angel island is still intact and floating, although there is no master emerald. instead, the 7 time stones are keeping the island aloft (knuckles used the time stones to destroy little planet and freeze angel island in place but that will be revealed later). silver finds a library similar to the one he found antoine's diary in, but instead he finds locke's journal instead, mixed with assorted documents from haven (which silver won't be able to decipher very well). similar to antoine's diary, the last entry gives silver the information he needs to travel back in time, a description of what happened on the day of his death. and more importantly, the date. without reading any further than locke's description of the weapon to destroy enerjak and his transformation, silver grabs a time stone and warps back in time.
^THATS THE PROLOGUE THE REST ISNT AS DETAILED
silver arrives in the past, on angel island when locke teleports sonic and julie-su there. he's more confident than normal, since he's beaten enerjak before and didn't get the facts wrong this time. however, by the time he arrives to the master emerald shrine, sonic already destroyed the enerjak weapon. silver thinks that he was too late to change history, and angrily tries to immobilize sonic with his psychokinesis. at this point nobody knows who he is, and so while locke, sonic, and julie-su interrogate him and he tries to explain the best he can the destructix slip out of the way like they did in the normal story. after he clears things up, sonic declares that he has a plan to stop knuckles and silver follows him to the emerald. however, he notices finitevus lurking in the shadows while sonic turns super, and recalling how knuckles was turned by a hex on the emerald, silver rushes to grab sonic again at the instant he turns super. since he disrupted the transformation, sonic turns super but is knocked out, lying on the ground (and does not detransform). the feedback strikes silver too, so he's pretty winded. knuckles sees the commotion and goes down to the chamber too, where finitevus commands him to attack silver. they engage in a fight while locke and julie-su check on sonic and finitevus disappears through a warp ring. silver tries using the same tricks he did during the dark mobius fight, but due to the strength of the hex he doesn't do much other than slow enerjak down. meanwhile, super sonic awakes, but is noticably more sinister than normal. (either he changes to an entirely different form due to the hex or hes the evil super sonic from the red emeralds idk which yet) however, he still goes to fight knuckles, knocking silver down. sonic isn't trying to restore knuckles here he just wants to beat him up. silver recuperates with locke and julie-su.
silver asks if locke has a second copy of the weapon or anything similar to which he obviously says no. meanwhile finitevus tells enerjak to teleport super sonic to one of his labs in downunda, and knuckles complies. sonic moves to attack him again, but is stopped by finitevus who has deduced that his hex worked. some way or another (idk yet) he convinces super sonic to ally himself with him, and they go back to the master emerald chamber. immediately, finitevus tells enerjak to KILL locke and for super sonic to fight silver. both comply, and locke dies. no noble sacrifice for him here he just dies. its pretty unceremonious. i bet knuckles would feel bad though. julie-su holds finitevus at gunpoint and tells him to break the curse, pretty desperate at this point. finitevus says the same schpiel of someone sacrificing themselves, and julie-su assumes she'll have to do it but archimedes (hes here too i forgot about him sorry guys) offers to do it instead. however at that moment knuckles (who finitevus told not to interfere when julie-su threatened him) shows up and is all nuh uh. no sacrifices for you. and motions for super sonic to come back. silver is vaguely chasing after him but hes kind of slow. in the meantime, sonic and knuckles use the master emerald to absorb it fully, causing angel island to fall into the ocean. theyve now become twice as powerful, and the blast knocks out julie-su.
silver returns after the trio warped out of there, and not really sure what to do and believing he fucked everything up he brings julie-su to new mobotropolis to ask for help. the freedom fighters (and shadow i guess) are obviously horrified at that. silver tells them that at this point, their best bet is sending him back to his future so he can prevent this from happening. he doesnt say that doing this will probably erase everyone from the timeline.he asks if anyone has a time stone, but nobody knows what those fucking are. he determines that their best best is using chaos control again, and tails mentions that the chaos emeralds are in the special zone. just then, they get word that enerjak has completely decimated new megaopolis and sonic is coming for new mobotropolis next. silver tells everyone to hurry (real fucking helpful silver.) and asks if tails and shadow can accompany him to the special zone. they agree, and enter the special zone through the star posts just moments before super sonic and enerjak attack the city. they do some miscellaneous challenge that doesnt really matter and then return back through the star post portal, where super sonic and knuckles are waiting. they reveal that they saw the portal and deduced who had came through, and wanted to wait before destroying the star posts so they could finish them off too. sonic asks tails and shadow to join them (he doesnt care about silver), since he doesnt really want to fight his friends more than he has to (implied here he didnt kill the freedom fighters or chaotix but their fate is unknown). obviously they refuse and knuckles fires a Beam at them. tails absorbs the energy however, turning into turbo tails and telling silver and shadow to hurry and send him to the future. as the three fight, shadow and silver each grab a chaos emerald and prepare to chaos control. shadow asks what will happen after silver goes back, to which he professes that he doesn't know. they chaos control to make the time portal, and as silver goes through he sees shadow turn into chaos shadow and join the fight before closing the portal behind him. THE END!

Why Lupos fear Projekt Red. Il Siracusano lore
So personally speaking Red has always been one of the more mysterious characters in Arknights to me and chief amongst the reasons is how she scares other Lupos. A thing that even theorizing why never made total sense.
But then Il Siracusano came out with so much Beast Lord lore and somehow made it more confusing.
(It's quite a long post so)
What I'm referring to is the last moments of the story before the Zarro boss fight in IS-10:
Tumblr media
This. This is effectively the same effect that Red has one other Lupos which it draws attention to by referring to it as a 'chill' such as Red's talent name as well as when later in the event Crownslayer meets Red again
Tumblr media Tumblr media
Now on the surface this makes sense. Red is Grandma's Fang and Grandma is a Beast Lord who'd be able to do the same thing. We also know that Crownslayer's mentor taught her a bite so there's techniques that Beast Lords pass onto their Fang.
Except it's not as clean cut as that because we don't see any sort of ability like this outside of Red. Neither Bernado or Lunacub exhibit this ability. There's also no accounts of any other character, playable or not, showing anything similar outside of the Nightmare Knight.
Then you take into account this from Lunacub's files on the Beast Lords:
Tumblr media
"Polar opposite of Originium"
We know that like them there are also Feranmuts like Nian and her siblings who have no connection to Originium at all and don't use Originium arts wherein lies the problem.
It's not an Originium Art, it's inherit to Beast Lords and yet Red seems to be capable of it also.
So two options:
One is read the end of that screenshot. "Researchers struggle to find the profound differences between them and us." and we know thanks to Mephisto that if an Ancient goes into the Sarcophagus that they revert into an animal.
Not only that however. This is speculation but between both of Mephisto's boss fights we see that he's capable of healing and making husks out of corpses that he controls however in his second one after going into the sarcophagus he gains the ability to teleport.
I can't say whether this is a Feranmut ability but between the abnormal size as well as this, it's a possibility that it's between a regular bird and a Beast Lord.
But pushing that aside, it's possible that Ancients have abilities deep inside of them that they share with Beast Lords that they can bring out but that it's rare that they do.
Maybe this is the explanation for this part of Horn's files though it, like other aspects of some characters, isn't a 1 for 1 thing like Zarro and Red.
Tumblr media
Second option is that it is "functionally the same" but actually has a different origin. I'd rationalize it as Grandma seeing how useful this ability is (assuming Zarro even used it consciously and other Beast Lords do too) and so tried creating something identical.
Maybe it's Red getting drenched in presumably wolf blood, with it lingering on her that other Lupos can smell and that sets off a fear response? This being my original theory based off Red's tendency to identify Fangs through scent as well as this pit from Executor and Vermail's vignette in Operational Intelligence.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
Now the thing I would say about this one in particular is that, if killing enough of a certain animal/race makes said race terrified of you then why do we not see that from people such as Hellagur or Lappland or long lived characters?
But that's all I'll say on that because I do have a secret third option which is only secret because it is the worst and if true then wow that's cruel.
And that is that Red isn't the one who has these effects on Lupos but instead it's Grandma who can't be seen but is with Red, possibly intentionally doing this as to stop Red from staying from her mission OR and perhaps more interestingly (and ooc) is Grandma permanently gives off this effect.
Is there evidence? Well sadly there may be.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
Here we see another Wolf Beast Lord making herself imperceptible to Rhode Island's personnel and in the second screenshot it's possible that she's hiding herself from even Lunacub, though it may also be that she left to somewhere.
Then there's Red's dialogue after her first promotion where she says she can hear Grandma. I repeat "heard" aka she didn't see her.
Now consider this: Zarro and Grandma are the same being with the same abilities and he went to Lungmen just to tell Texas he needs her for something and also that he raced across Il Siracusano to meet Bernado after he put his plan to detach the new city from Volsinii into action
The fact he doesn't use any sort of long distance communication implies to me that Wolf Beast Lords aren't capable of it, meaning it's improbable that Grandma wasn't there
So if Grandma has probably visited Rhodes Island, wasn't even seen by Red and would naturally have the same ability as Zarro while Red having it opens a billion questions,
It's arguably the most likely one.
Now that's all on the brain storming but if I can have a little more of your time, please read this:
Tumblr media
Red's Trust 2. The one after her questioning the importance of family and preceding wondering if her life would be different if she wasn't a wolf hunter (aka groomed by a evil wolf to win a murder game so said wolf can become the leader of their pack off her efforts)
Now consider that the reason why they're afraid of her, why she can't befriend her fellow Lupos is because the person who has controlled her her whole life is still there, warding them off
Think about that the next time you see one of those tail hunter memes

ok I am cooking a very interesting pattern is being revealed with Pomme and Ramon’s reversed deaths. This is 100% tin foil hat conspiracy territory and lmao
This got long so under a cut it goes :P
Both of these deaths were recalled because the admin controlling the entity “broke the rules” and both times, no streamer was able to see the entity. In Ramon’s case, no one was present. In Pomme’s case, the entity was invisible.
It... seems very odd to me that the rules that were broken were broken. Do not enter egg’s reinforced room and don’t use god killing weapon are pretty straight forward. In Ramon’s case, I can see it being an accident as the code admin could have teleported to Ramon not thinking he’d be in the room only to find that he was and Ramon’s admin instinctively went “ah monster time to flee” and ran outside where he was fair game. But the admin actively choosing to use a god killing weapon that they knew was off limits does not seem like an accident.
Pomme’s death was planned to a degree. The quests were designed to separate the players and potentially leave the eggs vulnerable. There were many times where Pomme would be alone and vulnerable to attack be it her and one of her parents during the boat race, separated from everyone else while racing, or the water drop where everyone had to climb up a precarious ladder to the height limit and jump down. There are plenty of opportunities for Pomme to be alone and vulnerable during that time. The entity just got lucky when Pomme went through the teleporter alone and took that opportunity.
Additional evidence that Ramon and Pomme’s deaths are linked. The entity attacked when the eggs were alone/separated from their parents. The eggs had no chance of surviving the encounter: in ramon’s case, he was truly alone; in Pomme’s case, god weapon + Invis. No additional monsters were spawned during the attack. These felt much more like assassinations than attacks meant to instill fear.
The Binary Entity’s motive has been very clear for a while, and was even more blatant with the ARG being solved. One of the first things it ever said was “LEAVE” it said in the chat to BBH and Maximus when attacking Dapper ages ago. The ARG revealed a message from the Binary Entities that they do not want death but will not stop until the players leave the island. Their actions have a clear motive even if the why is unknown for now. They want to instill fear in the players so they leave the island.
Every time it has attacked in the past has felt like a reminder for the players that they are not safe. It targets the eggs while they are with their parents so their parents can watch helplessly as their child is slaughtered. Plus, the Binary Entities only start targeting the eggs when the players start getting complacent. No one is actively trying to find a way off the island (BBH is the exception but he keeps getting distracted with other lore lol). The Binary Entities have a clear pattern. Take an egg’s life. Wait a few days to a week to see if the players are going to try to leave. They do not, so it attacks again, reminding them again. It is sending a clear message.
The message Ramon and Pomme’s deaths tell is different. There is nothing the players could have done to save Ramon or Pomme, not at the time. (with their current strategies, they could have saved Ramon but at the time there was nothing they could do) This isn’t a reminder of, hey you need to get off the island, its a statement that nothing they can do will save their children.
Additionally, it is VERY interesting that the entity that killed Pomme waited to attack until she wasn’t alone. According to Phil, Pomme was alone when he came through the teleport. The entity could have attacked Pomme then, when there were no witnesses, but there is an important story telling thing here. If no streamer was present, we would not know that entity’s attack patterns were ENTIRELY different from the Binary Entity. That feels very intentional.
Whether there were players present or not, Pomme would have died. There was nothing anyone could have done to prevent that. Why wait, then. From a story telling pov, the admin waited until other players were present so they could observe how different the attack played out. Even without the god killing sword, the entity did not change the day/night cycle, it didn’t summon any additional mobs, and it was invisible. Under those circumstances, Pomme was pretty much fucked regardless of the op weapon. The entity needed a witness because it is NOT the binary entity.
Then we have Cucorucho’s message to Phil “WHAT DID YOU SEE TODAY :)” and I feel like that almost confirms it. Cucorucho has shown in the past that it wants the players to figure out the Federation’s shenanigans to a degree. It encouraged BBH to ask questions and allowed Cellbit to infiltrate the Federation and get word to Richas. It wants them to figure things out. Cucorucho asking this question to Philza, the sole witness of the attack, feels incredibly important. Cucorucho is pointing out that there is more to this attack then meets the eye. Or it is just mocking him I don’t know lol.
Also, it seems evident the Federation has some say on which deaths are cannon or not and this comes from Bobby’s death and farewell. They were the ones to reveal that Bobby was really gone. They were the ones with the power to “resurrect” dead eggs for a short time and - in Juanfillipa’s case - for good.
Ok, bringing this all back around to Pomme’s assassination. The admin playing the entity chose to use a banned weapon, meaning the death would be reversed regardless of the outcome. The death completely blind sided the players present because there was no warning and nothing they could do to prevent it. The Federation has control over which egg deaths are “real”. That day, Cucorucho suddenly started showing interest in keeping the eggs “safe” via its agreement with Jaiden.
The Federation knew the binary entities are targeting Pomme to make the players leave the island, which they do not want. The Federation doesn’t want the players to leave and starts showing interest in helping them directly protect the eggs on the same day something assassinated Pomme in a manor that could not have been prevented by almost any means. The message is clear.
“The Binary Entity has evolved and you cannot defend against it alone. You need us.”
From a meta pov, I do not think using the op weapon was an accident. I think it was used so that this death would be reversed. This death was a threat and a warning to the players from the Federation, using their fear and hatred of the Binary Entity to push them closer to the Federation’s clutches.

"So, the Maldives, Bahamas, or Greece?" Astaroth’s lips caressed the curve of his wife's ear to ask her preference of honeymoon destinations after he teleported them from Lucifer’s outer office to their living room.  "Or would you like me to create our own private island?  Clothing optional, just my staff," he moved behind her, wrapping his arms around her waist to pull her back flush against him gently, "no one to disturb us until we are ready to deal with people." He kissed the curve where her neck and shoulder joined, inhaling her soft scent.  "All the time in the world to get to know each other."
"You're trying to distract me from that visit, Asti." Yara’s voice was breathy as the attention he was paying her began to affect her.  "And you are doing a good job of it, maybe too good."  She let her head relax back against his shoulder, bringing her arms to rest over his.  His type of distraction was one she would welcome, happily.
"My beautiful Papilio, I have multiple goals. Distraction is but one of them." His voice lowered in volume and timber.  "This trip will not only be one of discovery about one another, but also a time for you to become confident in all that you are to me."
"I am to you?" Yara didn't move.  She was suddenly confused and wondered if she had missed something, or was misunderstanding him.  Obviously she was his wife, he was obviously seducing her,  and they were working towards something like friends or partners, but was there more?
“Wife, partner, very skilled apprentice it seemed,” each word was followed by a kiss upon the soft skin of her neck, the last one delivered with a devious smile upon his lips as well.  “Hopefully, eventual lover.” Astaroth pulled her tighter against him, leaving no doubt as to his attraction to her. He knew he could have been more demanding and forceful; but seduction was more his style to begin with, and since they were now bound, it behooved him to make her desire him rather than force a thing.  “I am sure that you will become more as the days pass, my lovely Princess.”  His lips ghosted over the skin of her neck, paying attention to each inch and detecting each stuttered inhale and the increase of her pulse with each breath he let dance across her skin.
A warmth and vibration seemed to start in her chest and spread as he explained his meaning.  Never had she felt so desired, in all ways.  It still confused her how her father, who had made it abundantly clear his disdain for her, had somehow arranged this marriage to someone who very much wanted her.  Could her aunts, the Fates, have something to do with it?  Could her mother?  How had this happened?  Did it really matter?
“Asti, if you keep talking like that, you may never be able to get rid of me.  I may just forever be taking up room in your bed and your closet.” Her voice was almost a purr, and Yara was only partially teasing him with her words.  She was falling for him and she knew it. Even as she tried to fight feeling anything, she was and it scared her to death.  Caring about someone, loving them, it made you even more vulnerable.  In a life that had never been soft or kind, being vulnerable was the last thing you wanted to be.
“If you keep responding like that, I won’t want to.” His arms tightened around her.  Astaroth had held many women in his long life, for many different reasons.  Some as he ended their life, others romantically, others still as simple lust and passion enveloped them, yet she was the first that he had embraced to provide comfort and ease the pain of something, even if there were additional motives.  “I’ll have to find another way to bind my beautiful Papilio to me besides the rings on her finger.”  His left hand slid out from under hers, his fingers running over the wedding set on her own hand.  “I’m sure I can find many delightful ways.”  He could not keep the grin out of his voice as he laved more attention on her neck, only serving to increase his own desire for her at the same time.  Yes, being married to her was going to be quite enjoyable if it was like this.
Yara pressed her whole body back against Astaroth, letting out a deep sigh as her desire for him and his touch grew.  “You have proved so far to be able to find such ways.”  Her voice was breathy and she did not even attempt to hide the desire in it.  “And it seems your distraction could lead to fulfilling the last condition of the contract if you keep that up.”  It had been after they got back that she realized what Lucifer had been referring to.  It was the part that had caused their misunderstanding in Astaroth’s office.  She had seen it, he hadn’t…and it had gone from there, it was only now that she realized this.
Astaroth’s eyes closed.  So, that was the last condition.  And, they had already had the conversation over it, which he now understood all that had happened in his office.  “Yara…I expect nothing…I will demand nothing…I will force nothing…” his lips ghosted over the skin of her shoulder and neck as he spoke, “but I don’t want to have to try to fight your father for breaking the contract, nor will I deny my attraction to you.”  Honesty seemed the best route at this point.  It wasn’t like she couldn’t tell at this point he did desire her carnally.  “I won’t let you go…”
Yes, her aunts definitely had a hand in them coming together.  There was no other explanation. Turning in his arms, she brought her lips to his softly, savoring the feel of him. “I might be changing my opinion on our discussion yesterday.”  Her fingers lightly played with his hair just above the collar of his suit jacket.  “You will have to let me go though.” A teasing smile flitted across her lips as his brow rose in confusion. “Unless you want your suit ruined to get it off of you.”  Slowly her nose ran along his as her lips once more made their way to his.
He couldn’t help but chuckle against her lips.  It seemed that his wife was going to be an endless source of surprises.  First she somehow figured out how to remotely eliminate someone, then the way she had stood up to Lucifer, and now the desire that was glowing in her eyes was such a reflection of what he knew was showing in his own.
“I might be willing to let you go for that.” Astaroth’s voice was deeper, a slight rasp entering it born of desire. His hands now gently roaming her back, still holding her to him. “I do want to keep my Papilio happy after all.” Foreheads together, he couldn’t help but look down into her gorgeous emerald green eyes as he teleported them from the living room to the bedroom.

A tasty delicacy, a tidbit

Ar'telan makes a surprising discovery in the Sea of Clouds
Ar'telan was always happy to seize upon an opportunity to get lost.
Ishgard had not afforded him many such opportunities, so far. Other than the wait for the Ironworks to sort out the Manacutters, he felt like he had always been on his feet, one way or another. But now Thordan was defeated - 'dead' didn't feel wuite right, given the primal he had become - and though the shade of Nidhogg lingered threateningly on the horizon, for the moment there was no use for Ar'telan.
He liked it that way.
He had taken himself out to the Sea of Clouds, the incliment weather in Coerthas too hostile for a gathering trip. The knights at Camp Cloudtop were mostly perplexed when he had quizzed them about local flora, but the Vanu Vanu had been more accomodating, directing him to places where he might find things to harvest without disturbing the delicate local ecosystem they cultivated.
Ar'telan did not much like the Sea of Clouds. It was almost entirely open sky, the rocks bouyed in the air by gods only knew what mechanism, and it did not feel much different to be the one on the rock that plummeted to earth than to be the one who felt it fall. But he had his carbuncle at his feet, Lily at his shoulder, and a carefully sharpened knife in his hands, and that would have to do.
He hadn't gathered much, so far. Some very strange bananas, a few hardy lemons, anything he thought he might be able to get some use out of squirreled away into the bag tied to his hip. He wasn't sure the cooks at Fortemps Manor would even let him try to make something with his findings, but it was worth the attempt.
He was picking his way across one of the islands when he came across something different.
He caught the scent before he saw it, turning immediately towards the source. It was familiar, something he had been sorely lacking in Eorzea thus far. He crept past a wamoura, stepping softly to avoid alerting the beast, and knelt by the plant.
Sesame.
It had been years since he had last seen sesame. On Meracydia, he had used it often - it complimented all kinds of food. But it was a Meracydian plant. What was it doing here?
He thought about Allag, distributing conquered peoples across the Empire to reduce the chances of uprising, and the wind chill felt colder.
Still, he knew very well how to work with sesame. A few deft strikes of the knife garnered him a bounty of seedpods, stuffed in his bag quickly as if they were like to disappear in his hands. He held his fingers up to his nose, closing his eyes and breathing the scent. He could almost imagine he was home.
Almost.
---
He teleported back to Ishgard, the cold of the wind being replaced by the radiating bite of snowed-in stone, and trudged through the slush to the Jeweled Crozier. He was not the kind of man who carried much gil, and most of the shopkeepers knew it by now, but he had some. A shame he couldn't convince them to barter for some of the other things he'd found.
Still, he acquired a small amount of flour. The man on the shop looked at him askance, clearly knowing him as "the man who rode into Ishgard on the back of a dragon" or possibly "the man who had helped slay Nidhogg", though Ar'telan would have vastly preferred the former. He supposed that in Ishgard, knights did not have much call to be baking, so it would be strange for a fighter to be pursuing such a thing. Another strange Ishgardian custom he didn't entirely understand.
He put the flour in his bag, and fought the urge to run back to Fortemps Manor. It felt silly to be so excited about something so small, but it had been so long since he had had anything to be excited about at all. He would let himself feel this, even if it wasn't much.
---
He was ready to have to get on his knees for the Fortemps kitchen staff to let him actually cook in the kitchen, rather than simply making a request, but they acquiesed remarkably quickly. Perhaps his enthusiasm showed on his face, a nice change from the lines of stress that so usually accompanied him these days. Perhaps it was because he promised to only take up a little space, and they knew he was very good at that. Ar'telan didn't spend too much thought on wondering.
There were so many things he could make with sesame, but he was missing the ingredients for many of them. Presumably Ishgard had some recipes that used it, but there was one he could make with what he had: cookies.
They were a simple thing, all things considered. He had made them for the kits, back home on Meracydia, though half of them had always been pilfered by the adults when he did. There was not often time for such little treats, dangerous as their watch of the waking wood often was, and so it felt like a welcome reprieve from the worry. From the danger. The ghost of a dragon lingering in the twisted background, the biting fear in his stomach, those were oddly familiar friends to the baking. He wasn't sure he liked it.
The smell of the sesame seeds attracted the attention of the other cooks, and he talked as much as he could, needing his hands for the work, on how Meracydia used the seed. The cooks told him a great deal in return - they used the seeds to season Kaiser rolls, a fancy bread favoured by the upper class in Ishgard, and also in salads. It was fascinating to Ar'telan, how something that to him seemed so Meracydian had blended so deeply with Ishgardian culture. The cooks, too, seemed surprised at his skill with baking, just as the shopkeepers had been. He wondered if anyone knew that he had been little more than a firekeep before Eorzea had thrust him at adventure.
He learned quickly. He had little choice about it.
---
The smell when he pulled the cookies from the oven was almost heavenly. Much as he had to back home, he fended off the cooks eager to pluck one straight from the cooling rack, and set them to lose a little of the heat.
He wondered if he should bother the others with it. If they would want to be bothered with it. All of the Fortemps seemed busy these days - if they were not standing vigil at Haurchefant's bedside, they were doing anything they could to not think too deeply on how still he always seemed. A warm cookie would be nicer than the chill of the grave, but Haurchefant was not awake to eat them.
But he would be. One day. He would.
Ar'telan plated the cookies, stealing just one for himself. the first bite was almost enough to remember simpler times on Meracydia. Almost. Either way, it was a welcome reminder.
He took the plate up to the main house, in the end. Artoirel was absent, but Emmanellain showed his usual enthusiasm for Ar'telan's efforts. Ar'telan was reasonably sure that it was real. A great deal of Emmanellain was an act, sometimes, but this did seem legitimate.
Count Edmont seemed surprised, more than anything. It was clear it had been a long time since he had been offered a simple treat, and the etiquette of being presented one by your ward was lost on him, but he took it regardless.
It was nice to see a smile on his face, however small.
The rest, Ar'telan left on a plate in the main room, with a little note that said, in his shaky handwriting, that they were free for any to take - including the serving staff, who seemed so often to be left out of things like that. Ar'telan found that it felt nice to be able to do something so small, but kind. To make a difference in a way that did not need him to call upon more destructive arts. To not have stakes.
And when Haurchefant woke, he would know where to find the seeds a second time.

Just got the parrot trinket in sdv!!! I had the quiver before, and that's invaluable, but the parrot follows me around ^u^. Apparently he'll find me gold coins from monsters, which I think just means normal money but who knows. I'll definitely have to try him out! Even went out and bought the bird house lol. Not sure what I'll name him. Probably Davy.
In all my previous saves that got past a year, I had the sun totem things that let you teleport across your farm. It's been three years and I still haven't gotten the quest that unlocks it, and I'm nearly going SPARE. I used them so much! My daily routine takes until 1 pm! I don't have time for that! Wizard plz.
And I got my first gold animal cracker!! I gave them to my goat Mary (she's got a brother, Peter), and if I find another I'll give it to him, but after that I'll probably give it to my dino Smaug. Depends.
Tier three farm cave thing! I took sword watering can and now pickaxe. Wonder what I'll get when I get all five...
Unlocked ginger island earlier but it's only now I'm rich enough to afford the ferry and I've maxed out all the relationships I'm able to give it the time it needs.
Thinking of getting the beach monolith first. The mountain one is basically useless, the desert is great but twice the price when tickets are 500g right outside my door anyway. The ginger island one is extooooortionate. My main problem is beach events (and the ferry) take so long so get to if I'm cutting it fine, so the beach monolith is by far the best option. Beach totems are easier to make than farm ones, anyway, I simply can't get enough fiber to both keep my animals fed on fresh grass AND use it for all the crafts I need. So much fiber for a blessing statue, it's unreal. Got all the other ingredients forever ago.
The nice thing about sdv is that I've got pretty much everything that isn't super late game, but it still feels like there's so much to do. Befriend Leo, get lobsters for the raccoons, there's the triangle shaped tanuki by the sewers, get my house the way I want it, decorate my farm, finish filling up the shed with kegs and jars, organise the quarry, reach 100 in skull mines (and figure out what the skull button does), get into the walnut door, apparently there's pirates, enchant my sword to max level, get the last two super perks, unlock the sun teleporters, fix the animal grass issue, find the slime ring so my tiger slimes don't kill me (my second slime egg :D) (they have actually beaten me to death and I had to send gil in to get my stack of iridium cheese), get a horse, fix my crops garden, get the last fish pond, plant crab traps in the river, figure out a way to fit the junimo hut, win the crane game at the movies (there's some decor I loved in a previous world), figure out the blocked path by the train tracks, buy every book from the bookseller, get the achievements, finish the museum (I'm missing like. Five things), finish the bone tent and answer the questions, unlock the sleep hut, get every monster reward, find more crackers, get the max score in the summer lulau (I got it first year EVERY OTHER RUN what am I doing wrong?!), get the home scepter (it's pretty cool but EXPENSIVE), get the mango (?) tree, rename my dog somehow, dye my new skirt, redecorate my pet room cuz it's terrible, find the right song for the barn. It's all go!
It's such a good game ☺️

So, this is it! At the time of writing, this is the final Bugsnak to talk about. And it is a significant one, to the point that I actively consider it a spoiler. There’s no way to be sure if there will be more Bugsnax in the future, but the Bigsnax update feels to me like it truly completed the game, and this one has such a sense of finality to it and its circumstances that I feel this is truly the Final Bugsnak.
So, obviously, a big spoiler warning for this whole post! If you have not played Bugsnax and discovered every Bugsnak yet, this is your warning! If you have seen them all and do not mind both snak and story spoilers, then come... join me.
So. Ever since the launch of Bugsnax, there had been plenty of mysteries! At the end of the game, we do learn more about the Bugsnax and why they do what they do, but we never learn exactly their origin, or how they came to mimic snacks in particular. We still don’t know, and that’s all well and good! Not everything needs to be explained, and I like it better that we don’t know everything.
Tumblr media
The BIGGEST mystery, though, was that of the Triplicate Space. If you went out of bounds specifically in one area of Boiling Bay, you would be teleported back, with an error message stating “The Triplicate Space is not yet available to you.” Now what in the DANG could this mean? No one knew! There was nothing similar in the game to suggest anything, and the developers would cheekily feign ignorance or dance around the subject when asked. It felt like there was an equal chance of it either being some kind of major foreshadowing, and that we would one day be able to access this mysterious space, or of it just being a big ol’ joke.
Then the Isle of Bigsnax update came along.
Tumblr media
Well whaddaya know! Hidden in Broken Tooth is this mysterious key, and the use of “space” in its description makes its purpose obvious, and I’m telling you, the feeling I got when finding this was indescribable.
I don’t want to spoil much. This really is something you should try to experience as firsthand as possible. But the Triplicate Space is unlike anywhere else in the game, a place where you do NOT belong, where you learn things you are NOT supposed to know, and even some new mysteries, as well... and what waits for you at the end?
Tumblr media
It’s this silly looking coffee mug with two handles! Why does a coffee mug have two handles? That’s just not realistic.
Tumblr media
CAPPUCCEETLE
It’s because those aren’t just handles, they’re legs! This little snak was just taking a nap, and when it notices you, it flees. Well you better go catch it!
Tumblr media
Doing that is no easy task. Not at all. First of all, you cannot catch it in the Triplicate Space. This is a snak that goes where it pleases, and that means it will run freely across the entire island! It’s the fastest snak alive, and can even run on water like a Jesus. This isn’t a Jesus, though, it’s a Joe! It is nicknamed Joey Quickbeans, and no I am not going to tell you the context of that. Sorry.
Tumblr media
Evasive snax are no problem, right? Just set up a Trip Shot and let it get stunned, right? WRONG! You silly goose riding in a caboose! Cappucceetle cannot be tripped. It will just cheekily zip past the wire, taunting you as it does. And if you scare it away, off it will run to a whole other area! That little scamp! What are you to do?
Tumblr media
You will have to rely on help from other Bugsnax! The only way to stun Cappucceetle is to have another snak do it, and there are options in any area it might end up in. Taking advantage of its love of chocolate, you can lure Cappucceetle into the path of an aggressive snak to get it knocked out! If you really want to overdue it, you can even summon Megamaki to do the deed. Whatever you do, though, there is another trick- putting the Trip Shot aross the exit to the area will prevent Cappucceetle from escaping!
With that, I have gone over all 112 Bugsnax here on this blog, and now I have to say... a very wonderfully happy anniversary to Bugsnax! Even if it is not as constant in my brain as it once was, it remains my favorite game ever, and will always be so special to me. It really messes me up that it has been TWO YEARS since the game came out, and I’ve been thinking about it for even longer! Whether there is more Bugsnax on the horizon or new projects entirely, I am very thankful to Young Horses for bringing us this wonderful game, and look forward to what they’ll do next!

Made another mockup because I needed to do something other than work and I'll probably never get an actual vacation anytime soon...
This one is based on the game, "Cartoon Cartoon Summer Resort," however, because the characters in FusionFall don't really refer to themselves as cartoons and the meta element isn't really there, I ended up changing the resort's name and tying it closer to Mike, Lu, & Og--which didn't really get much, if any, rep in FusionFall. For this, I used mostly imagery straight from Canva, but if I were to make other brochure mockups, I'd probably take screenshots from the game. The only image from another site is the coconut dessert from Jessica Kantak Bailey on Unsplash. The mockup itself is this one.
To explain some of the references, I might as well put some headcanons down below:
Despite their more frugal lifestyle on Albonquetine Island, the people who live there are actually pretty wealthy as seen in "Queeks, Queeks, Who's got the Queeks?" There's a ton of gold and treasure there from pirates alone. It's just that their lifestyle is so different from being isolated from the rest of the world: Such as Og fashioning food/technology/etc. based on Mike's descriptions with what resources are available or even in how their currency is more trade-based, using piglets and crabs. However, after Mike left the island, they were able to maintain some connections. These connections eventually led to the Albonquetine Clan establishing a resort: Promoting further relationships and allowing them to maintain a stronger financial base with the outsiders. (Just because they trade in crabs, doesn't mean others are willing to...) Still, certain aspects of a trade-based currency remain, if not with shops, then often with the guests themselves as part of the experience when visiting. One prime example of this is the Trading Hut located on the beach: An area with six huts where items can be exchanged between them.
Things offered at the resort are pretty standard overall. Since the Albonquetanians aren't familiar with the outside world, they took a mostly hands-off approach to running it. The aspect that focuses more closely on their true culture is the island tours. Some of these tours are more chaotic than others. One negative aspect is that teleporting crabs from one of the islands has now made its way to the mainland, so controlling its population is a chore.
Most of the rooms and suites are named after specific aspects from the island. The Princess Suite was designed mainly for Lu, with her insisting that she wanted a place all to herself based on her own preferences if/when she ever visited. The Cuzzlewitz Cabins were Mike's suggestion, as despite the rivalry between the two families, they couldn't not include them when referencing the island as a whole. (Nevertheless, you'll often find that these cabins are farther from the beach and are less maintained than the others.) The Queek Suite is not open for rental, but is "exclusive" in that it is where the most troublesome guests often get dumped as an "upgrade."
If the Queek Suite wasn't enough of a clue, neither the Albonquetanians nor their staff like rude guests. The former had already had enough after the events of "Crowded House." As a result, there are certain people who have "gotten lost" on a complimentary island tour or that Queek himself has sicked the clan ancestors on. In short: Show some respect while you're there.
Much to Mike's dismay, coconuts are heavily featured on the menu for any of the resort's eateries. There's definitely more variety, but you'll probably get your fill of coconut before you leave if you're eating on-site very often.
Lots of famous people in FusionFall's world have visited the resort at least once, such as Dexter and the Powerpuff Girls.
The Red Guy worked at the resort's front desk for a time, where he went by Don K. Donk. Other personas he's used around the resort include Cherry Cheeks (a maid) and Mr. Rowbottom (the dockmaster).
Like many other locations in Fusionfall, the resort suffered greatly because of the invasion. However, much like in Orchid Bay, the people there weren't about to let Fuse's monsters ruin their lives. Things can't operate as they used to for the time being, and the volcanic island near the resort now has an infected zone to deal with, but the people there are not about to give up easily.

Straw hats x speedy male reader during the marine ford arc where y/n literally ran out of his way in the ocean using all of his speed despite struggling through the rough waves manages to arrive just in time the middle of the war between the white beards and the admirals since obviously he just can't stand there and do nothing and since the place he got teleported to had nothing to offer and he had to find the others too (yeah sorry If I didn't add much on how it would go tho maybe we could have a moment where he crashes onto the ship so hard that the ship was literally shaking?)
I'm just gonna left this right here since I was suggesting an idea if you could write male reader where he awakened his speed devil fruit and now he has the ability to control the wind using his speed and being able to travel somewhere faraway using teleportation which takes a lot of speed and stamina to do it
(think of it as like a mixture between toothless in HTTYD2 and movie sonic during the baseball scene where they kept on running at full speed as the electricity begins to surround their bodies until they released it, creating a huge shockwave)
(this is something they forgot to put in the request)
—Strawhats x male!reader
—Summary: You seem to awaken some powers that you did not know and you try to help as much as possible but time plays against you
—Warnings: none
Tumblr media
─ You separated from the Strawhats in Sabaody like everyone else, the thing was that you ended up on a completely remote island, only a few people lived there.
─ In your desperation to return to your companions you ate a devil fruit that according to the locals could 'teleport' you to other islands.
─ It took you at least a day to think about what you were going to do, and you thought that the villagers had tricked you because you didn't feel any power after devouring it.
─ It was maybe a few hours before the whole battle in Marineford broke out that you noticed some changes in your body, or rather on the outside, they all seemed to go in slow motion while you moved.
─ It was hard for you to come to the conclusion that the teleportation they were talking about was nothing more than supersonic speed, barely having been able to experience the use of powers and with complete inexperience you jumped fearlessly into the sea.
─ You thought you would die trying to run through the water, however when you noticed that your steps were lighter due to the speed you gained enough confidence to run more.
─ Nothing could stop your feet at this point, neither waves nor giant doors, although that was the problem, you didn't know how to stop your run so abruptly, you entered the battle overwhelming many soldiers without even wanting to.
─ You couldn't stop until you flipped a couple of times and crashed into a big ship, shaking the ground in such a way that some people staggered and fell.
─ Luffy was happy to find you there, although fate was already sealed, you tried to help as much as possible, but the exhaustion of getting to Marineford and the little experience with your powers were not the best help.
─ Events did not change and unfortunately neither Ace nor Whitebeard came out of that war alive, but at least you could be there with Luffy after all that.
─ As for the next two years, you dedicated yourself to honing your powers, improving your stamina, improving your speed, you used your 'teleportation' to visit others, although everyone wanted to keep their personal training a secret, you were their confidant.
─ Chopper was so scared to see you there, he gave you a revision and recommended activities so you don't wear yourself out with your new abilities.
─ Nami used you as a guinea pig to create air currents or move clouds.
─ You didn't visit Zoro much because Mihawk looked at you badly the times you went, he's just resentful because you accidentally knocked him down in Marineford.
─ Usopp was glad to share his little inventions and crops to someone, proud boy showing you everything he has improved.
─ Sanji will cry for you to take him to another island, but you just can't interfere with his training (it's a canon event).
─ Franky will ask you to bring him cola because there isn't much around there and Brook will give you a VIP pass to his concerts, he will also ask you to do some kind of show with your speed for his shows.
─ Robin will be glad to see that you're okay, surely she was the one who helped you the most to understand your powers and trained you with the revolutionaries, you needed to get stronger so that things like the Marineford incident doesn't happen again.
