Ik i said there wasnt an overall alloace experience but I think one thing that gets me is the idea of the hopeless romantic and how I... kinda don't care? I feel iffy about how much alloace content assumes every non-aro SAM ace is automatically a hopeless romantic. I think the assumption is alloace = experiences predominantly romantic attraction bc of little to no sexual attraction = obsessed w/ romance and romance favourable. Like it matters to an extent yes but its not the be all and end all of being alloace. We're still ___romantic when we're single and unpartnered. We have asexual experiences that don't centre romance. I wanna have convos about asexuality that don't begin and end with "no sex :( but its okay there's still romance :D" Same goes for alloaros too. Not all of them are sex favourable. Plus its just weird to assume allo = experiencing sexual/romantic attraction 24/7 when wbk non-aspec people have periods where they don't have sex or date so why would you project that onto your fellow aspecs? Ugh...
