A = Activities. What are their favourite things to do with you?

Steven often asks what you want to do, happy to go along with anything you wanted - even if it was something as simple as going to do a food shop, he was more than happy to come along. He had been dreaming of someone to share his time with for so many years now, that even the little things are fantastic for him. Evenings tend to go with you both cuddled up either in bed or on the sofa, Steven flicking through the tv until he finds something for you both to watch but eventually you end up reading a book or falling asleep.

B = Baby. Do they want a family? Why/Why not?

In his head he’ll always imagine having a home with you, a couple of kids running around as you live a pretty simple, domestic life. Him coming home after work to a warm house and loving family fills his heart with joy every time he thinks about it. But then he’s dragged back down by his other thoughts, questioning his own abilities and decides maybe it's best to not have kids as he’s not sure what kind of parent he would be. Steven would constantly flip between wanting and not wanting kids.

C = Cuddle. How do they cuddle?

As long as your pressed together as much as possible, he’s happy. Although him having his head on your chest as you both lay in bed reading a book is basically heaven to him.

D = Dates. What are dates with them like?

At the start they’re very traditional. Going out for dinners, ending the night with him walking you home - always making sure to buy you some flowers or some chocolates. But as time went on, you would start to go to museums or just have movie nights at home.

E = Everything. You are my ____ (e.g. my life, my world…)

You are the love of my life.

F = Feelings. When did they know they were falling in love?

Steven is a man who falls hard and fast for a person. He knew it was love on your second date as he gushed about his workday, how he’s still trying to become a tour guide even though his boss keeps telling him it would never happen. He then went on to spurt out all of his knowledge about Egyptology and his love for it. He was a little nervous, so he kept rambling on and on and didn’t realise until you started to ask questions, watching him and genuinely interested about what he was saying. Although you were interested in it, you were more loving watching how passionate he was being about the topic. After about an hour of him rambling and you asking follow-up questions, he switched the topic of what you’re most interested in. Just like you, he adored how your eyes lit up when you spoke your passion. It was a look he loved with all his heart.

G = Gentle. Are they gentle? If so, how?

Oh my days he is so gentle. Almost like if he holds you too tightly, you’ll break. He’ll run his hands down your side as you cuddle, leaving a trail of goosebumps. His head resting on your chest as he listens to your heartbeat. The only time he’ll basically grip on to you is in his sleep. He’ll have his arms wrapped around you, pulling you into his chest as if he’s afraid you’ll slip away in the night.

He’s also gentle in the way he talks to you. Even in arguments, Steven would never ever yell at you. Yeah, he may get frustrated and a little sarcastic, but would never yell. 

H = Holding Hands. How do they like to hold hands?

Interlocked fingers, maybe absentmindedly swinging them as he walks along.

I = Impression. First impression/ how you met.

You were taking a tour around the museum with a couple of friends when you met Steven. It ended at the gift shop, your friends having a quick browse before deciding there was nothing of their interest, but you were tourn between a couple of things. Your friends left, saying they’ll meet you outside and that's when Steven came over to help out a customer, just like any other day. But as you looked up to him, a smile on your face as you explained you liked both of the things you were holding but only had enough money for one, asking for his opinion on which was better, Steven found himself staring a little more than he would like to admit. He could tell you were kind and couldn’t help himself when he said you could take one of the items with no extra cost. He would definitely get in trouble for it but seeing the smile on your face as you kept repeating your thanks, it was worth it. The next day you came in again, heading straight to the gift shop with some cash to give to Steven for the free item he gave you the day before.

J- Jealousy. Do they get jealous often/easily?

Not very often but every once in a while, he’ll have a bit of a jealous fit. You noticed it tended to come on when his sleep has been worse than usual, making him pretty hard to deal with sometimes. The latest time was when you met Steven at the museum to join him on his lunch break, he noticed you were talking to a couple security guards as you waited. In his mind you were smiling a little too much and they were laughing a little too hard at your jokes. But he won’t come out and say to you what's wrong though. Steven in more of a bubble up in silence type. Eventually you’ll coax him into telling you what's wrong and that's when all his jealousy mixed with insecurities come tumbling out of his mouth.

K = Kiss. How do they kiss?

Most of the time he would start with holding your chin between his finger and thumb, gently brushing his lips with your lips. But when you chased his lips as he would pull away, he would go back in. Moving both of his hands to the back of your neck, holding you in place. His kisses weren’t dominating at all but were always extremely passionate.

L = Love. Who says ‘I love you’ first?

You do, although Steven had been thinking it basically since your second date. He knew what he felt, but his inexperience in dating meant he wasn’t sure when the right time to say it would be. Although the moment you told him you loved him, he told you he loved you too every second he got.

M = Memory. What’s their favourite memory together?

The day you agreed to move in with him is certainly a treasured memory. You had been sleeping over constantly, neither of you wanting you to go back to your own place. Steven had even got rid of some of his stuff to make room for your own. One day when you had finally run out of your own clothes and had to head back to your own place for just a night or two, Steven had a sudden idea! 

“What if you just brought all your stuff over here? I could clear out some more space, y’know. So, you don’t have to go back...”

“Are you asking me to move in with you?” You asked, a huge smile creeping its way onto your face. Steven instantly felt more confident after seeing your reaction. 

“Yeah! Move in with me? Please?”

N = Nickel. Do they spoil? Do they buy the person they love everything?

He hasn't got much money to spend on you but that doesn’t stop him from trying his best. Steven will get you flowers once a week, whether it be cheap lilies or expensive roses. He also often tries to make you little things himself - dinners, gift cards, photo books etc to show his love.

O = Open. When would they open up and telling you things about themselves?

Steven admitted his sleeping issues on your third date. He wanted to make sure he let you know about it and how sometimes, his body must be so desperate for sleep that he sleeps through an entire day - the only explanation he can think of for why days seem to just disappear for him. He was terrified of the thought that he would miss a date with you and make you think he stood you up. Thankfully that didn’t happen until you had already been dating for a long time, at which point you knew Steven well enough to know it was a complete accident. 

Other than that Steven has always been a pretty open book with you. Loving having someone he can share things with. At the start he had a little bad habit of over-sharing but thankfully you thought that was pretty cute.

P = Petnames. What petnames do they use?

Most of the time its love but occasionally it will be darling.

Q = Quiz. How much would they remember about thier partner?

Steven, our sweet boy, would remember every single little thing. From how you liked your coffee in the morning to that Christmas present you hinted you wanted six months ago.

R = Rainy Day. How would they spend their rainy day off with you?

Steven is a sucker for a good cuddle. Money is a little tight so instead of turning the heating on during cold, raining winter days, he would opt to have you cuddled against him, a thick blanket over the two of you as you both read your own books. It would be silent except for the storm outside that would often lull Steven into a much-needed sleep, head resting on your shoulder as you ran your hand through his hair.

S = Sad. How do they cheer themselves up?

He still tends to struggle to explain his emotions sometimes. He may begin to try and explain but gets frustrated he can't communicate it properly. So instead, you got him a diary, hoping he may find it easier that way. He did and it actually helped him in finding ways to communicate with you. Of course, a hug and soothing words from you always worked as well.

T = Try. How much effort would they put into dates, anniversaries, everyday tasks etc.

Stevens love language is definitely acts of service. He would wake up every morning and make you a coffee or tea, making sure to wake you up for work with a kiss and a warm drink to start your day. Gifts wise, he was amazing! As said before, money is a little tight but that doesn’t stop him bringing things home from work often, saying how they’ve just got these new things in stock at the gift shop, and he knew instantly you would love it. 

Dates he would struggle a little. He knew of the basics, going out for dinner, going for walks etc. But when it came to doing something bigger and more exciting for anniversaries or birthdays? He had no idea. He thought maybe a more expensive restaurant would be good enough, not really having an idea of what else to do. Eventually though, you would start planning some dates and doing different things together which would give Steven a little inspiration of what to do next.

U = Ugly. What would be some bad habits of theirs?

Steven is messy. Like annoyingly, extremely messy. At first you didn’t mind too much but when you did finally move in and try to clean up his flat a little, it would annoy you to no end when he would come home and mess everything up almost immediately. You knew it wasn’t his fault and he didn’t do it on purpose but even so. When you spoke to him about though, you did notice he started to actively try and be tidier. Though it didn’t make much of a difference - you still appreciated it. 

V = Vanity. How concerned are they with how they look?

Not concerned at all most of the time. He often had tired eyes, hair sticking up a little where he would try to tame down the curls but never really succeeding, clothes never ironed and always slightly baggy. But on the occasion, he would make an effort for you. Putting on a suit and tie and even ironing it. 

W = Wedding. When, how, where do they propose?

Steven did have a big plan. He had a reservation at a beautiful restaurant, set aside some money to buy himself a new suit and you a new outfit too. He picked the perfect ring out and was going to buy some flowers to match the colour of the stone. But one evening, when you were both in your pjs, lying on the sofa watching a documentary, Steven looked down at you. Your head was lying on his legs, one hand under his thigh as you hugged his legs. He could see your eyes were starting to droop as he ran his fingers through your hair but could tell you were trying your best to stay awake. In that moment of pure domestic bliss, the words ‘marry me’ slipped past his lips without him even realising it. 

X = XO. How do they show you affection?

He’s an act of service kind of man but he’s also very touch deprived. He likes to have a hand on you pretty much at all times, especially when you’re out. Whether that's holding your hand, having his hand on your waist or just standing close enough that your arms brush. Steven also often gives you random kisses, muttering ‘I love you’s’ as he does so. He does little things but does them a lot.

Y = Yearn. What do they do when they miss you?

He’ll take a moment to use the diary you brought him, trying to get out his emotions but usually ends up writing about you. He’ll often burn your favourite candle as well, the smell filling his flat reminding him of you. He did worry sometimes about coming off as needy so would have to learn to cope without your presence with him 24/7, but that doesn’t mean he likes it.

Z = Zebra. If they wanted a pet, what would they get?

He loves Gus to pieces, but Steven also likes the thought of having a house cat. A cuddly little thing, all warm and fluffy. He brings it up to you all the time until eventually you both go out and adopt one.

Hey there! This is for my fellow Bruce Banner lovelies.

A/N: Tbh this is a repost. I got sad because for some reason it wasn't showing up under the tags :/ Anyway I hope you enjoy and I plan to do Bucky's next :)

A = Affection (How affectionate are they? How do they show affection?)

Bruce definitely isn’t down with super intimate PDA. The thought of drawing attention to himself in public makes him nervous, so when around others he prefers to keep things simple. He’ll almost always be holding your hand, especially when in large crowds. In private, however, Bruce is never one to shy away from affection.

I would definitely say that his love language is acts of service. He is constantly doing little things for you throughout the day, such as making you coffee when you seem tired, or running your towel through the dryer for when you get out of the shower. He also is never opposed to a good cuddle sesh. 

B = Best friend (What would they be like as a best friend? How would the friendship start?)

What Bruce looks for most in a friend in normalcy and understanding. There’s nothing that makes him feel more insecure than when those around him act as if they are walking on eggshells. He hates the thought of making others feel afraid, and when with those he is closest to he would prefer to be able to forget about the Hulk, even if just for a moment. 

The friendship would probably begin with some sort of common interest/ activity. Maybe you are a fellow avenger or simply just a lab assistant working in the tower. Bruce isn’t one to go out of his way to socialize, so you’d probably approach him first. Honestly, all this man wants is some respect, and to see someone who treats him as if he isn’t some sort of ticking time bomb. 

C = Cuddles (Do they like to cuddle? How would they cuddle?)

Before meeting you, Bruce was never one to go out of his way to receive or give any sort of physical touch. It was something he had deprived himself of ever since the initial accident, and the thought of somehow hurting someone he loved made him genuinely sick to his stomach. 

When you began to initiate it, however, it was as if some sort of switch flipped. Bruce realized how starved he was for your touch, and now its as of he craves it. He genuinely melts whenever you run your fingers through his hair, or snuggle into his side after a long day. There is nothing else that makes him feel more loved, and more human. So, yes my boy Bruce loves a good cuddle session. (whether that be a as the big or little spoon) 

D = Domestic (Do they want to settle down? How are they at cooking and cleaning?)

Bruce is the male-wife of our dreams. Genuinely this man wants nothing more than to make a home with you; a safe place where he can spend the rest of his life. Even in the tower he takes on a more “homemaking” role. He is an excellent cook and baker, who is constantly trying out new recipes on date nights. 

Kids, on the other hand, are a more sensitive subject. He wants to be a father; he wants to be able to have a family with you. When I say this man wants it, I mean he yearns for it. After his experiences as a child, however, he can’t help but be apprehensive. He is absolutely terrified of being a terrible father, but he knows deep down that he would never ever be able to hurt hs family the way his own father had. 

In addition to that, he also infertile due to the radiation. He oftentimes gets pretty insecure about it; wishing he could provide you with a biological child. You reassure him, however, that you don’t want kids unless you are raising them with him, and that there are plenty of other options you can use to become parents <3 

E = Ending (If they had to break up with their partner, how would they do it?)

He would leave for your safety. It would be abrupt, as to not elongate your suffering. He would tell you face to face with tears in his eyes, before picking up his things and leaving without a trace. 

Bruce wouldn’t be able to live with himself if he truly thought he was putting you in harms way. So, you would probably never see him again, mostly out of his own fear that he wouldn’t be able to stay away if he did. He’d spend the rest of his life wishing he could’ve had you, and that he could’ve kept you safe. 

F = Fiance(e) (How do they feel about commitment? How quick would they want to get married?)

As I previously mentioned, Bruce loves the idea of having a somewhat “traditional” and loving family. He would 1000% want to make you his wife, but with his own insecurities surrounding the Hulk he would definitely wait a while. He isn’t the kind of guy to rush into things, but if he were completely honest, he would say that he wanted to marry you much sooner. 

G = Gentle (How gentle are they, both physically and emotionally?)

When I say that Bruce is gentle, I mean gentle. I think this man would go into a state of pure guilt if he ever caused you some sort of physical or emotional harm. His words are always sweet and honest, and he absolutely never raises his voice. (A practice you repeat to him in return.) He is the kind of guy, to softly say your name when he walks into the room as to not scare you. 

His touches are always very light and tender. He will oftentimes ask if he is squeezing you too tight, or if you’re uncomfortable. He loves holding you, and he loves being held in return. Everything he says and does is done with gentleness, especially when it comes to moments when he is comforting you. When you feel down or if you get hurt on a mission, I swear this man goes into caregiver mode asap. I’m talking constant check ins, bringing you snacks, extended cuddle sessions and so much more.  

K = Kisses (What are their kisses like? Where do they like to kiss you? Where do they like to be kissed?)

Although Bruce isn’t one for PDA, he is known to give you a quick peck on the cheek while out running errands or with friends. When alone, however, he is much more generous. In more simple (and less heated) moments he is prone to forehead and/or temple kisses. During make-out seshes, on the other hand… Let’s just say this man knows how to use his tongue. He holds your body close to his own, his calloused hands gripping your waist, or cupping your cheek. There’s never really any biting or teeth involved. Like I said earlier, everything Bruce does has a certain level of gentleness to it. 

As for his preferences, I think Bruce would be one for cheek kisses. He likes the simplicity and the intimacy of them. There’s nothing that makes him feel more loved, than when you waltz into the lab to tell him something and give him a quick peck on the cheek; leaving his cheeks bright red in your wake. (Tony teases him mercilessly about it lmfao)

L - Little Ones (How are they around kids?)

Bruce is an absolute angel around kids. He loves talking with them; sitting in amazement as he takes in all of the ways in which they experience the world. He loves to teach them things, to admire their innocence. 

When Morgan was born Bruce took to the role of “uncle” immediately. Spoiling her rotten, taking her museums, indulging in tea parties. He wanted to give her everything he never got as a kid. Besides, it’s good practice for the future ;)

M - Morning (What are mornings like with them?)

My man Bruce is most definitely a night owl, so let’s just say mornings aren’t exactly his forte. So, most of the time he uses every ounce of energy he has to attempt to keep you in bed as long as possible. Every time you try to get up, he will just make his grip tighter, until eventually you just give in and spend the rest of the morning cuddled under bedsheets. 

N - Nights (How are nights spent with them?)

Bruce is not exactly skilled when it comes to keeping track of time in the lab. So, most nights you find yourself having to remind him to come to bed, his eyes weary from hours staring at screens and calculations. Before you came around he didn't even have a sleep schedule, he just worked until he fell out from exhaustion. Now, however, he wants nothing more than to fall asleep beside you, so his schedule has vastly changed. 

He likes to be touching you in some form when sleeping. His favorite position is when your arms are wrapped around his waist with your head buried in his chest. Having you there keeps him grounded. So, when the inevitable night terrors do come, he wakes up knowing everything’s okay. 

O - Open (When do they open up about themselves?)

I feel like Bruce is definitely a more private person. He already feels a bit inferior to his coworkers/friends and in his mind piling on a sob story would just make things worse. So, instead, he just bottles it all up inside until eventually he can’t hold it in anymore. He has been through a lot in his life, so much that you didn’t even know about until you found him sitting in his lab with tears streaming down his face. It was then that he opened up, after he grew to feel so incredibly overwhelmed. You sat upon his desk, with him standing between your legs wrapped in your arms. 

Over time he’s learn to come to you more often. When he’s had a rough day and finds himself in bed with his head resting on your chest. He’s learned to share his emotions with you, and it takes a huge weight off of his shoulders. 

P - Patience (How easily angered are they?)

Due to Bruce’s intense level of emotional control he is extremely patient. His voice will never raise, and he certainly would never do anything to hurt you emotionally or physically.  He grew up in a household where his father was constantly in a state of rage and his mother took the brunt of it all. So, when it comes to his own relationship you will often find that he is too passive, to the point where he won’t voice his own opinions just to avoid an argument. With time you both begin to value open communication. If there is an argument it is always calm, due to the fact that you know the other means well. 

Q - Quizzes (How much do they remember about you?)

Bruce is observant as hell. He is the type to constantly be taking mental notes of your routine, people you mention, things you like etc. When it comes to being a good listener Bruce reigns supreme, and combining that with his superior memory he remembers everything pretty well. 

If he ever catches you staring at something you like in the store, he oftentimes will go back to buy it for you. If you mention your favorite food, he will go out of his way to find the best recipe and make it for you. My boy just wants you to feel loved. 

R - Remember (Favorite memory with you?)

The morning after you first said the L-word. It had been an ordinary night-in; nothing extraordinary, but you said it anyway. Bruce could tell you meant it, the sincerity of it all bringing tears to his eyes. 

While that moment may be another one of his favorites, the morning after still takes the cake. There was something about having you snuggled up next to him, the morning sun peaking through the window, illuminating your sleeping form. You loved him, just as much as he had loved you for months now. He felt secure knowing that this wouldn’t be the last morning he would have you by his side. This was a forever type of thing, and he promised himself he would never let you go. 

S = Security (How protective are they? How would they protect you? How would they like to be protected?)

Bruce is definitely protective. At first his main priority was keeping you safe from the Hulk; ensuring that you wouldn’t be victim to his destruction. Now, however, after a long period of self-reflection it became apparent that the Big Guy wasn’t a threat to you. In fact, he was obsessed with you. 

Now, whenever you’re in a risky situation or around people Bruce doesn’t trust, he uses the Hulk as a scare tactic. All he has to do is keep you close to his side, flash his adversaries a green-eyed stare and watch them stumble away in fear. This is part of the reason Bruce has grown to appreciate his other half. He knows he can protect you; he can keep you safe from anything and everything.

T = Try (How much effort would they put into dates, anniversaries, gifts, everyday tasks?)

Words cannot describe how thankful Bruce is that you love him. It’s a decision he vows to never make you regret, and so let’s just say he treats you like a fucking princess. 

As I stated earlier, one of Bruce’s most prevalent love languages is acts of service. He is constantly doing little things for you, such as cooking you homemade meals after missions. In his lab, he keeps a little couch in the corner just for you, with snacks and books and soft blankets. This man just adores you okay?!

His gifts and dates are always super meaningful for big occasions, such as anniversaries or birthdays etc. Even on the most random days he will show up with some little thing you mentioned in blithe conversation, or he will set up a candle-lit dinner for the both of you to share. 

U = Ugly (What would be some bad habits of theirs?)

Overworking for sure. He puts a lot of pressure on himself to succeed in his work, whether that be in the lab or out on missions. He works himself until he can’t physically work anymore. He still manages to find time to do things for you in the midst of it all, but oftentimes that means he is putting in even more effort and energy than humanly possible. He exhausts himself, and there have been more than a few occasions where you come in to pick up the pieces. 

I think Bruce would also be a pretty insecure guy. I mean, he is constantly surrounded by billionaires, super-soldiers, and literal Nordic gods for fuck sake. He often feels a bit inferior, and adding Hulk to the equation certainly doesn’t make things any better. So, he will oftentimes make demeaning comments about himself, or shy away from public activities with is teammates. 

V = Vanity (How concerned are they with their looks?)

Bruce likes to dress nice, but comfortable. While his hair may be a bit unruly at times, he likes to be clean-shaven and clean in general lol. It makes him feel more human, especially since his work requires him to be in less-than-flattering situations. He definitely isn’t vain, but he cares about his own basic upkeep. 

W = Whole (Would they feel incomplete without you?)

Yes. You’ve become Bruce’s refuge; a safe place away from everything life has thrown his way. When the accident first happened and Bruce was forced to go on the run, he has resigned himself to a life of pain and isolation. He never thought he would be able to reenter society again, let alone find love. He doesn’t want to go back into that dark place again. He loves being loved. More specifically, he loves being loved by you. 

X = Xtra (A random headcanon for them.)

Bruce is always the one to look after you after missions. Once arriving home you get a full-scale check-up in his lab, on your own personal exam table. While yes, there is in fact an entire medical wing you could go to; Bruce doesn’t trust it. He has to make sure you’re safe and healthy before he can finally breathe again. 

Also, Bruce gets really upset when you cry. He is super attentive when it comes to your emotions, and he will genuinely drop anything to be with you. When he sees you upset its like his little genius heart shatters. If you were ever seriously struggling emotionally or with your mental health in general, he would be the most supportive, patient and wonderful boyfriend in the entire fucking world. He knows what it's like to feel low, and he would do anything in his power to help you not feel that way. 

Y = Yuck (What are some things they wouldn’t like, either in general or in a partner?)

Rudeness in general. If you gave off a cold or unkind nature Bruce would be completely turned off. Enemies to lovers is not an option for him. If he sees you being rude to service workers, or making genuinely mean-hearted comments about his friends, he wouldn’t ever consider a romantic relationship with you. He sees enough of that bullshit on a day-to-day basis for his liking; he needs someone soft and kind to make up for that. 

Z = Zzz (What is a sleep habits of theirs?)

Hulk transformations take an immense toll on Bruce’s body. So, when he gets home from a mission, he feels as if he is on the brink of passing out from exhaustion. He can barely stay awake as he showers and gets the both of you checked over for injuries. Afterwards, he passes out on your bed, completely snuggled up, your arms wrapped around him tightly. He can stay like this for a full day if need be, sound asleep and safe with you beside him. After going through that all Bruce wants is to feel safe, small and human. And the best way to do that is to have you hold him close until he falls asleep.

A = Affection (How does they worship you?)

°Like David, Dwayne has worshipped you since he heard your heartbeat and smelled your blood. You are the most important thing to him, next to his brothers. The black-haired one may be the most silent of the vampires, but when you're together he talks relatively softly. Pulls you in and his looks show nothing but love and devotion.

B = Best friends (What would they be like as best friends? How would the friendship start?)

°I think the friendship between you happens by "accident". You were going to get the candyfloss when three guys bumped into you and you bent down to get your yellow bag, and suddenly the dark-haired guy was standing in front of you and offered to buy you a drink with a calm voice. From then on you would be part of the group and inseparable from them.

°As best friends you would understand each other better than anyone else. You would defetitively motivate him not to lose his temper with his brothers and encourage him to say more, even if it is more difficult than it looks. While he takes you on nightly outings and appreciates your company more than anything else. But sometimes you think you see more in his eyes than friendship...is it maybe love?

C = Cuddling (do they like cuddling?, how do they cuddle?)

°Dwayne may not love cuddling as much as Paul but he is close. When he pulls you close, sees how fragile you actually are under his touch, he pulls you close and is just happy to feel your body. Your calm breath, your heartbeat, your soft words.

°He loves to cuddle in his nest with you half lying on top of him, playing with his hair or the leopard fur of his leather jacket. He loves to just watch and listen to you.

D = Domestic (how would they settle? How are they at cooking and cleaning?)

°The problem will be being a vampire like the others. Since David is not only his brother but also leader and he respects him more than anything else I think he will stay in Santa Clara. Until David moves on and they come with him. Because he would never part from the group. He would find ways to convince you to stay. Like David, hypnosis is always a way. Maybe not the right one, but it is.

°"To leave...that would be treason"

°As for cleaning and cooking, it's a fifty-fifty chance. I think he's still the one with the tidiest corner in the den of them all. We all know Marko is the worst next to Paul. Business aside, he is careful not to let the rubbish or other leftovers become too much. As far as cooking is concerned, he's definitely better than David, but not a five-star meal. However, he can prepare what you like.

E = Ending (how would they break up with their partner if you had to?)

°As with the others, and therefore with him, he would only break up if you or his brothers were in danger. As with David, there are two ways. Either the gentle one in which he would protect you personally when you are with them. Protect you from the hunters who think you're a prisoner and hypnotise you if necessary and keep you hidden. The much gentler way, but how it will turn out is uncertain.

°"I'll be back..."

°The dark way, which is like a vampire's nature. You might not see it on the outside but inside he would be seething with rage and hatred and revenge. When you are mortally wounded and any transformation is too late, he would suck you dry. Take you in and have you inside him. He would definitely keep your clothes or anything personal of yours. Because you gave him the power to continue.

°,,I avenge you".

F = Fiance(e) (how do they feel about agreement? How soon would they want to marry?

°Like David, he is not particularly eager to marry. Dwayne knows you are connected at heart and by blood. Knows that you are his and he is yours. But if you wanted a wedding, you'll get one. Under the stars or in the cave everything is possible.

G = Gentle (how gentle are they mentally and physically?)

°Dwayne is emotionally the gentlest of the four. His calm nature is worth its weight in gold. Even if he doesn't talk much his looks and touch speak volumes. One look into his eyes and you know exactly what he thought of you. One quick touch and you feel his love. Which is why you often find him staring at you. Not in a hungry way but one with pure love for you.

°,,I could look at you for eternity".

°Physically, he just loves to hold you, whether in his arms. Lifting you up or you hugging him. Every contact is like a drop of blood. It gives him infinite pleasure just to have you with him. Especially when you ride a motorbike together, he likes to feel your hands on his arms, something that tells him that you will always be with him. Before you fall asleep together in the cave and he holds you in his arms. Something he loves most of all.

H = Hugs (do they like hugs? How are their hugs?)

°Hugs again not 24/7 like Paul but you will always see him smile and feel him when you hug him. Or he'll just pick you up and twirl you around and hear your laugh, he loves that. Especially when you give him a big hug before you or he falls asleep it always gives him a feeling of security.

°When you hug it is always a longer one. Something that gives you and him security. And you can feel him pressed against you when you or he falls asleep. Even the short hugs when there is no more time are intimate. A light caress on the arm or back. A quick kiss.

°,,I will wait for you".

I = I love you (how quickly would they say it?)

°He would watch his relationship and yours. Watch you. Watching how you interact with him and what you do. He is not a man of big words and yet he knows what to say at what moment. He would say it clearly, see your reaction and then kiss you. He knows what he has to do and knows that you love the way he can read you without many words.

°Afterwards, however, he will rarely say the word. Not because he doesn't love you, but because it is something of great importance to him, as are all his words and phrases. But when he says it when you are together, cuddling, and the world is just the two of you for a moment, he whispers it to you.

J = Jealousy (how quickly are they jealous? What do they do when they are jealous?)

°Dwayne is the least jealous of the four. Because he knows you are his, he knows he doesn't have to worry if you leave the cave at dawn and go on with your other life. If it should come to a situation, you will feel a presence behind you faster than you can see it. One warning glance from the black-haired one and your unbedded guests leave. Believe me, everyone does.

K = Kisses (how are their kisses? where do they love to kiss you?)

°Your first kiss with Dwayne was slow, careful, intimate. He was afraid to actually hurt you. Even though he was under control, that thought still lingered in his mind for months afterwards. He knows what he is capable of and one loss of control is enough. But whenever you kiss, it is a slow, intimate kiss. You just enjoy feeling each other. Every now and then you notice his smirk as your heart beats faster. He just loves it

°Next to your lips and neck he likes to kiss you on the forehead or the head. Something that is not difficult with his size. He knows it makes you feel safe and he just loves it. Plus it is always a hint that he is bigger.

L = Little ones (how are they with kids?)

°Dwayne is the best with kids of the four. He might have a few problems with a baby at first, but even that he can handle. He would definitely play with the little ones, pick them up and throw them, take them flying. Or on slow motorbike rides.

M = Morning (How do you spend your morning?)

°If you've slept all day and are with the boys, he'll definitely make you something to eat. Or even bring you a coffee. He appreciates you staying up to see him even though you're human. And when you fall asleep, be sure Dwayne will offer himself more than just a comfy pillow.

N = Night (how are nights spent with them?)

°When you're up at night, you're always with the boys. You do things together, drive around or just joke around. But you spend the night alone with him in the more secluded parts of the cave. The two of you just being close, holding each other's hand and relaxing. It gives him so much of your love.

O = Open ( how quickly would they open)

°He takes the longest of all to open up to you. He is not much of a talker anyway but he is afraid of upsetting you. Too much to say that you recognise him as a monster. He would be afraid of losing you. But after a while, on a quiet night when you were together and you had your head on his chest, he would take your hand and just start talking.

P = Patience (how quickly do they get angry?)

°It takes a long time to piss Dwayne off. With his brothers and especially by watching Paul and Marko every day he has more than just experience. You will work it out amongst yourselves with words he will listen to you calmly. Before he gently gives his own opinion and tries to explain it to you. He would be really angry if not only one of his brothers were hurt or dead. But also if you stepped out of your danger-free zone. He would never yell at you, but he would get so loud in quotes that even the other vampires would look at him.

Q = Quizzes (how much would they know or remember about you?)

°Like David, Dwayne won't necessarily ask you personally. He loves to listen to you for hours when you are with him and remembers everything. And I mean he remembers everything about you. Because if his brothers would ask him, he could tell everything exactly. Even things you would forget yourself.

R = Remember (what is their favourite moment in your relationship?)

°The moment he will always remember is when he and his brothers just came back from a hunt. It was bloody and that's how they looked. Besides the bloodstained clothes, he also had some bloodstains on his face. The four went through the entrance and arrived in the main area when they saw you sitting on the couch. You raised your eyes from an old book when you saw the four. He felt your heartbeat quicken and seemed to sense a fear just then. ,,You...succeeded," you said and walked towards Dwayne who was almost trying to hide behind his brothers. But it turned out differently. He was afraid you would see him as a monster. But when you took out a cloth and ran it over his cheek to wipe away the blood, he saw what was going on. You weren't afraid of him. You were afraid for him. That something had happened to him. It was the moment he fully knew that you had stolen his dead heart.

S = safety (how protective are they? How would they protect you?)

°Like the others, they would all never let anything happen to you. He knows he can trust his brothers with your life. Which is how he knows you're safe. But he would still be the one with the most doubts.

°If the situation got worse, he would be the first to get you safe. Before he takes his revenge on the one who interfered. But his first priority would be you. If you were not safe in your house, he would hide you in the cave. Hypnotise you or keep you with him all the time. Only in extreme emergencies, when his brothers die or you die, he would turn you because he knows no other way.

°,,You stay with me...I'm sorry".

T = Try (how much would they invest in dates, anniversaries, gifts etc?)

°Small gifts are sweet but I think he would still be someone who appreciates and gives small gestures more. Like an extra affectionate kiss, a few sweet words or a long night of cuddling.

°If you do have something to celebrate, I think he'll give you some of his clothes. Because he knows that you will steal them someday and that's why he doesn't just give them to you. Or even an earring of his, then you'll have it on him.

U = Ugly (what would be a bad habit of them?)

°A little contradiction as you might say. Dwayne loves being a vampire as much as his brothers. But he always has in mind what could happen if one of them didn't control himself. The risks would be too great. Which is why he sometimes sends you gently but with a certain pressure to hasue when they are hunting. Just to keep you safe.

V = Vanity (how much do they care about their appearance?)

°He is very concerned about his appearance. Even before you got together, he was because his natural attraction makes his appearance all the more important to him. He knows you love his long hair, his claw earring or his leather jacket. He likes the way you look at him dreamily. It makes him happy.

°Like David and the others, he doesn't care what you wear. Even if the sight of you wearing his leather jacket with tousled hair and a tired look doesn't just arouse his appetite.

W = Whole (would they feel incomplete without you?)

°Yes he would not bear to live without you. If his brothers don't help him completely and maybe even keep an eye on him, I think he would step out into the sun in his darkest moment. Without you he would become completely mute and say almost nothing. To the point where it would more than alarm and panic his brothers.

X = Xtra (a random headcanon for them)

°Dwayne cleans up after the hunt, at least he wipes the blood off his face and always has something to clean up with. He knows you tolerate what he does, I mean he needs it to live. But he knows that you don't really want to see the blood. Which is why he keeps himself as suaberällt as possible. Of course he is smiled at by Marko who is having a bloodbath.

Y = Yuck (what is something he wouldn't like about his partner?)

°There is actually nothing he doesn't like about you. He loves you all over. The only thing that worries him is when you don't talk to him at all or hardly talk to him or don't come around for several days. He worries and almost thinks himself into a downward spiral. Your presence and words have always been very special to him. He would definitely talk to you about what is going on and discuss the problem.

Z = Zzz (what is a sleeping habit of them?)

°If he's not hanging from the ceiling and you might even be sleeping in a hammock near him. He loves to hold you when he sleeps. Whether you're half on top of him, completely on top of him or he's holding you close to him. The contact is the best.

Hi! Thank you for being my first request, I hope you enjoy it <3

Peter had been spending most of his summer either on missions with the rest of the avengers, on patrol, or just overall saving the city in one way or another. Today was the first day off he had in a while and he decided that he would spend it at his favorite comic store. He grabbed his backpack and headed out of his apartment making his way down the street. 

After walking a few blocks Peter had made it to his current favorite store Uncanny Comics and More this place had everything that Peter could possibly want to spend his time on in one place. Specializing in comics they held a wide variety of genres but they also sold tabletop games, figurines, lego sets, movies, and so much merchandise.  The back of the store even had a decently sized seating area where people could play together, read or simply just spend the day away, which was exactly what Peter was going to do. 

Pushing the door open and making his way inside he could feel the cool air conditioning hit his skin. As he started to browse the isles he noticed the new employee working the front desk. He seemed to be around his age with his head resting on his hand staring off into space. Peter's hands started to sweat a bit probably just due to the summer heat that has been bothering all of New York this month. 

 A few more minutes of browsing and the employee was now standing on a ladder hanging up a few decorations around the store. Just as the young man was about to step on the top step a few people came from the back of the store and bumped into the ladder. Peter quickly took a few steps forward and successfully caught the employee into a bridal carry. Face to face both men flushed from both the adrenaline from the fall and the new found closeness. 

“Are you okay? That could have been bad, I'm glad that I was there to catch you!” Peter started to ramble before the other man quickly grabbed his attention and pointed to a button on his shirt next to his name tag that read, “Hi! Im Deaf”. Y/N then took his open hand and pressed his fingers to his chin before moving his hand forward and downwards to Peter. 

“Oh! Uh you’re welcome! I don’t know much sign language sorry”, said Peter, mouthing his words clearer than usual allowing Y/N to read his lips. The young man smiled and said, “That’s Okay” while signing at the same time. Y/N then pointed behind him to the comic series Peter had been interested in. 

“Oh yeah! I just started this series. Do you like it? Or is there a different series you’d recommend?”. 

Y/N started to grin while giving a large thumbs up before moving on to a different series picking up the first issue and handing it to Peter. 

“Come talk to me about the comics sometime, let me know if you want any more recommendations, I can check you out over at the register”, Y/N signed as he spoke, quickly at first before slowing down as he noticed Peter paying attention to his hands. 

As he was being checked out he noticed Y/N add a small piece of paper into his bag before handing it to him and wishing him a good day. Peter walked out of the store with a new plan for his day off, teaching himself some sign language.

After reaching his apartment Peter had pulled out his laptop and after a few hours of practice was able to teach himself the ASL alphabet and a few common phrases. Finally deciding to take a break he rummaged through the plastic comic book bag and found the piece of paper at the bottom of the bag.

Peter began to smile after reading the note, he couldn’t believe that he had actually gotten Y/N number. He made sure to text Y/N and from then they started a lengthy conversation about the series that Peter had been reading. The conversation gradually shifted from comics to about themselves and by the end of the night Peter had known that he absolutely had a crush on the comic book clerk. 

After Y/N had gone to sleep he had made sure to study some more signs so that they could have an easier conversation together in person. 

By the end of Peter’s day off he had already decided the first words he’d sign to Y/N, Hi, Do you want to go out on a date with me?

Halloween was your unlucky day. Why? Last year, your car had broken down on your way to university. The year before that, you had misread the instructions for your box dye and ended up with green hair instead of red hair. And this year… you sighed.

Well, perhaps the streak was over? Perhaps this year, you would spend a relaxing night in front of the TV watching Hocus Pocus and drinking pumpkin-spiced hot chocolate without being pissed beyond measure?

In any case, the gods truly had interesting ways to make your life more exciting. With another sigh, you parked your car and gathered your things before heading into the university. One more year and then you would finally be able to teach modules here yourself. You had been working on your class for the entire term already: Modern Myths and Legends I – The Old Norse and Germanic Gods and Sagas.

You had made yourself quite the name with your vast knowledge about the old gods—even more so since it was commonly known that you were, in fact, pagan and had been so before Thor had come thundering to Earth to join the Avengers to stop Loki from taking over the whole planet.

Your excessive research had made you fluent in Old Norse as well as able to read the old runic alphabet and you were familiar with so many different versions of the myths your university professors had started coming to you for advice. You knew almost every single book about the Myths in existence by now, including those stored all the way in the libraries in Iceland and Norway.

The seminar you’d attend today was going to give an insight into the pedagogic value of teaching university students, with different approaches to guarantee success. Unsure of how successful that was going to turn out would entirely depend on whether Halloween was once again going to be your personal April Fool’s Day.

You made it through the foyer without any trouble at least. Your steps echoed through the empty hall as you approached the seminar room—13, ironically—and stepped inside. Your jaw dropped.

“Sir, I must ask you to leave or we will call the police!” Right there, in front of your former professor and soon-colleague, stood the God of Mischief himself. Dressed casually but still incredibly elegantly in Asgardian leather, you took in his raven hair and blue eyes, along with those sharp cheekbones and the handsome face you had seen on TV so often. It had practically burned itself into your memory, even more so because the myths that involved Loki had always been your favourite, ever since you were a child.

There was a god right in front of you. You were standing before the God of Mischief. He was real, here, in the flesh. Fuck.

Loki chuckled darkly—the sound sent surprisingly pleasant shivers down your spine as you grabbed your notebook tighter. Ever since Thor had “recruited” the God of Mischief for the Avengers, no one ever knew what his intentions were when he showed up somewhere. Most people were scared of him because of what he’d done in the past, the others met him with hostility, disgust and anger. Your professor appeared to belong to the former sort. You… you weren’t so sure right now.

Loki only snorted in response, rolling his stunning blue eyes and then—his gaze met yours.

“You,” he began, tilting his head as he narrowed his eyes. Your lips parted. You? “need to come with me. Now.”

“I… what?” Blinking, you took a step back, putting your free hand up in defence. With Loki? With him? How did he even know who you were? And what… you swallowed… what did he want from you? As fear, panic and utter fascination mixed together in your gut, you took a deep breath in order to compose yourself. With sweaty hands, you took another step back.

“Don’t panic, mortal,” Loki said, rolling his eyes. Ha. That was easy for him to say but fuck, did he look good! Up close, you were able to admire each and every single one of his features. Now that was a man one could fall in love with… even more so because you’d always had a soft spot for him. It was indeed different, however, to stand right before him, in the flesh, knowing that the threat he posed at all times was very, very real.

“M-me? What do you want from me?” You finally chirped.

Loki took a deep breath. Annoyance was radiating from him as if he’d rather be anywhere else than here. “My oaf of a brother sent me to retrieve you on his behalf. Let us say, the Avengers,” he paused, forcing himself to change his wording, “we… are facing a problem that will require… research. Research, so Stark has found, you have been doing for the last couple of years.”

“O-oh… is this about the myths? What happened?”

The professor just watched the exchange in the background quietly, too stunned to speak.

“Thor’s gloves have gone missing.”

“Thor’s gloves? But… if they’re secure on Asgard, how would they ever…”

“Ah, well you see, that is just the thing,” Loki interrupted you crudely. “They have been missing for centuries now. And with what is coming…” He didn’t elaborate and you were not quite sure whether you wanted him to. “…we will need all of the strength we can get—and that includes all of Thor’s beloved artefacts that Odin gifted to him once,” he finished bitterly. Understandably so—Loki had never gotten such cool gifts.

“And you think… I can help?”

“I believe you are very well aware of just how different the mortal myths are from our actual history. Perhaps even more so than your human mind could ever grasp but Stark is right, you might just have clues as to where the gloves disappeared to when they were stolen all those decades ago. Will you come with me now or will you be making this difficult for yourself? I was told to get you to Stark Tower by all means necessary.” His gaze narrowed. “All means necessary.”

Swallowing thickly, you shook your head. “N-no. I’ll come with you. I think I can help. Besides…” Granted, this last thing you said was a pure provocation. Some twisted part of you already liked the brooding God of Mischief. “…I’ve always wanted to meet the Avengers.”

Loki rolled his eyes yet again. With but a final nod to your professor and a gesture that signalised to him you would call him as soon as you were back home and safe, you took the arm Loki offered you and disappeared in a green mist of shimmering light.

So much for a peaceful Halloween.

Stark Tower was truly impressive even though every single question that left your lips remained unanswered by the very annoyed God of Mischief—in fact, he kept painstakingly ignoring you until you reached the top floor.

Your heart was still pounding so hard you feared he might have been able to hear it.

“Loki! You’re back! Oh, and you must be…” You smiled at Thor when you told him your name. The Thor. Shoot me!

“He did behave, right?”

The way Loki let out a breath it almost felt like it took him all of his willpower to not attack Thor with his bare hands. You suppressed a chuckle.

“He’s… a little intimidating,” you said, shooting him a glance. Loki narrowed his blue eyes at you.

“Good,” he responded a little too satisfied.

Gosh, you couldn’t believe it. You were standing before two actual Norse gods! Two subjects of this one topic you had dedicated your life to. It was amazing, unbelievable, incredible! You bit your lower lip to keep yourself from grinning like a maniac.

“S-so…” you began, “what can I help you with exactly? Loki mentioned your gloves went missing.”

“Ever since my father’s death and the destruction of Asgard… we have no records left. Nothing that could help us find anything. You’re… known to have acquired knowledge all across Midgard. Stark said he found out about you on the Intranet.”

“Internet,” Loki corrected him. “The Internet, Thor.”

“Yeah, that’s what I said.” The God of Thunder grinned.

“Well… I can certainly skim through any hints that might lead to your gloves. But… the records we need and that might give us some first clues, um… they’re in Iceland. In a museum.”

“How did you ever get to read them in the first place then?” Loki asked. You shrugged, the realisation of you speaking to two of the most famous gods of the Norse Myths finally kicking in.

“I was allowed to study them under supervision a few years back. They give you gloves and everything to preserve the books.”

“Then we shall take you to Iceland!”

You blinked. “W-what, when, now?”

“Yes! Stormbreaker can take us there and we’ll be back before dawn.”

“Easy, Point Break. We need you here, remember?”

Your jaw dropped. Tony Stark. The Tony Stark. You were indeed dreaming. This was without a doubt the most chaotic Halloween you had ever experienced.

“Ah, yes… allow my brother to escort you then.”

“You want to send Reindeer Games to Iceland… with an innocent young woman. Alone? Are you crazy?”

“Loki will take care. Won’t you, brother?”

The glare he received in response sent a shiver down your spine—whether from fear or pleasure, you were unsure.

“I, um… need to pack some things at least. And… I need some of my notes,” you said.

“Sounds like a plan. Loki can teleport you both directly to your place, and then to Iceland. No need for a plane ticket.”

“Actually… I’d like to go by foot, please.”

Loki frowned. “To Iceland?”

“No! To my place. I need a moment to, um… stomach all of this.”

“Understandable. But don’t take too long. The clock is ticking.”

You nodded. “I’ll be quick.”

And so, about five minutes later, you found yourself back outside. Loki trailed after you reluctantly through the streets of New York, directly past Central Park. You didn’t live too far from here. It would be fine. And you had not been lying. You indeed needed a moment to understand that you had just been recruited for a mission by the freaking Avengers. You of all people!

“Pumpkin spice ice cream, anyone?”

The ice cream vendor in the park instantly shut his mouth when he discovered who he had just offered ice cream. Loki’s dark glare didn’t make it any better. You, on the other hand, weren’t too appalled by the idea of some icy sugar to try and calm down from whatever the hell was going on. You were about to go to Iceland. With Loki. The Loki. The God of Mischief. To get Thor’s freaking gloves back.

“I could do with some ice cream,” you announced, shrugging. “I’ll be right back.”

Before Loki could even open his mouth to protest, you marched towards the ice cream vendor and gave him an honest smile—if anything to make sure he didn’t lose it completely over seeing Loki out in public.

“Pumpkin spice ice cream? That’s a thing?”

“I made it a thing this September, my dear.” He grinned. His bald forehead was covered in sweat. He’d leaned his thick hands against the counter.

“Two, please. It’s Halloween after all and…” You took a deep breath. “I’ve had a very strange day.”

“I can imagine with um… him.”

“Yeah. Thank you.” Swiftly, you handed him the money and returned to Loki with two scoops of pumpkin spice ice cream in cones in both your hands.

The utter and genuine look of surprise on his beautiful face when you offered him one made you chuckle. “It won’t bite, I promise. Pumpkin spice is a typical autumn-flavour here on Earth—Midgard. You’ll love it.” And it was a peace offering. You desperately wanted to be on Loki’s good side, wanted him to smile at you, for some reason. To genuinely… you swallowed. To genuinely enjoy your company. To like you as much as you liked him.

“So…” he suddenly said. “How come a mere human dedicates their entire life studying realms they will never have access to?”

“The stories are entertaining too, and teach you lessons. I guess…” You bit your lower lip. Was it wise to tell him of all people? But then again… you had nothing to lose. “I guess I’ve always felt a connection with those myths, and with the gods.”

Loki hummed. “I presume you have your favourite,” he remarked bitterly.

“Yeah… Y-you,” you admitted, blushing furiously in the process. Loki stopped dead in his tracks, frowning at you as you licked your ice cream. His was already melting a little.

“I mean… I know the real deal is… different from what I read about but… I don’t know… your stories always resonated. You have a way to get yourself into trouble but a solution to every problem. When you fall, you get back up, every single time, and yet… you have always been considered an outsider. I found myself identifying with that, especially as a child.”

Wow. You sounded like you were falling in love with him. And… what if you actually were? What if the cherry on top of this crazy Halloween, your heart would manage to lose itself to a Norse God? It felt like all of those puzzle pieces finally fell into place. Was that crazy? Probably. But it was way too early to talk about love. It was a crush, maybe. Especially when Loki tilted his head and finally licked his ice cream. You blinked when you watched his tongue dart out to taste it. His silver tongue.

His lips parted and then, a sly smile tugged at the corners of them.

“Well, lucky for you, it seems like we will be spending a lot of time together in the next couple of days.” You smiled, your cheeks heating up even more. You would have given anything to read his thoughts right now.

“Yeah,” you replied, knowing that the teasing that would follow this confession of yours would quite positively never stop. “Lucky me.”
