Milk with cookies and bedtime stories [Batmom x Damian Wayne]

Synopsis: It was just a few months ago that Damian was included in the Wayne family. He still didn’t like you, but you tried so hard to make him appreciate you. During a patrol, Damian got hurt and after Alfred took care of the little boy’s wounds, you surprised him with a plate of cookies and a glass of milk.

A/N: I wrote this quickly. Hope you like. In this imagine, Batmom has been married to Bruce since he adopted Dick.

I want to apologize if there are any writing errors. I'm a Brazilian girl and I don't speak fluent English, so I may make some writing mistakes. Feel free to correct me.

You were sitting on the kitchen stool, reading a fashion magazine while you waited for your husband to return from patrol.

Bruce forbade you to stay in the Batcave, as he was afraid that someone would break in and find you, alone and unprotected.

As soon as you felt the ground shake, it meant that the Batcave had opened and that Batman had arrived with his Robin, Red Robin, Red Hood and Nightwing.

You ran to the clock that gave access to the secret entrance to Batcave. The elevator quickly took you to where your children and husband were.

“Hey, my love. You got back before 5am!” You said, running up to Bruce Wayne. He still wore black clothes and was without a mask. Your husband didn’t respond. He was serious and had a worried expression on his face.

“A man dropped Damian from a three-story building .” Bruce said looking at the boy who was sitting next to Alfred.

You finally noticed Damian, whose face was bruised and his leg was bandaged. You walked over to the boy and knelt in front of him.

“I’m fine, Y/N. I fell on top of a car and didn’t break any bones.”

“Damian, darling, are you hurt?” You asked, looking into Bruce’s son’s green eyes.

You smiled, in a motherly way. Damian didn’t consider you a mother, unlike the other three boys who called you ‘mother’ and ‘mommy’ all the time. Your husband’s son only considered you as a stepmother, but that didn’t stop you from taking care of him as if he were your son.

“I’m going to run you a hot bubble bath. After Alfred takes care of you, I think you’ll want to relax in the warm water.”

“Thank you, Y/N, but I’m not your baby.” He said rolling his eyes and turning his face to look at Alfred.

“Damian!” Bruce warned his son. But you smiled at your husband, showing that everything was okay. You left the Batcave, heading back to the mansion to prepare Dami’s bath.

Damian was already in his room. You were heading to the boy's room, with a tray in your hand.

The clock said 2:32 am, but you were sure the boy hadn't slept yet. The Waynes used to sleep only when the sun came up.

Yout left hand knocked lightly on the wooden door with the boy's initials engraved on it. Ypur ears picked up a “you can come in”, authorizing you to enter Damian’s room.

“I came to see if you were okay, Dami.” You said, entering and closing the door behind your body. Your arms came off the tray on the bed, seeing that the boy was sitting on the mattress. “I brought milk and cookies, this will definitely make you feel better.”

“Why do you do these things, Y/N?” He asked, with a questioning look.

“I didn't understand. Don't you like what I do for you?”

“At first I thought you had a plan to win me over and then you would hate me for being Bruce's biological son.” He said, seeing you take a cookie and offer it to him.

“I would never do that. I love you, Dami, even if you don't like me. These things I do for you are normal motherly actions.”

“My mother didn’t do any of that. She only got cookies when she did something good.” He said, his eyes shining like he was going to cry.

“Oh baby. I know you don't consider me your mother and I don't want to force you into anything, but I want you to know that these things I do are because I love you.” You explained, smiling widely at him and drinking some milk. “Do you know what my mother did for me when I was hurt?”

“No.” He said, while devouring several cookies. “She also gave you cookies and milk?”

“Yes, and she also told me a bedtime story.” You argued, running your hand through the boy's hair. “I'll tell you a story.”

“I’m not four years old, Y/N” He murmured.

“Damian, you’re not old enough to hear a good story before bed.”

“OK. Just don't tell stories about princesses or ponies.”

“Clear. I'm going to tell the story of a boy called Dami. He was so brave and beautiful, he was a strong and fearless boy.” His lips formed a smile as he said the words. Damian's eyes were bright and sweet. “One day, he went to the forest to play with the birds and found a portal to a magical world.”

“Like Narnia?: He asked, completely interested in your story.

“Yes, but without the closet. The magical portal led to a kingdom full of witches, fairies, vampires and any magical creature you can imagine.”

“Even elves?” He questioned you again. Now Damian was lying in bed and you covered him with the blanket.

“Of course, elves can't be missed.” You said. Your heart filled with love and you almost cried when you saw the image of the boy who hated you six months ago totally interested in a bedtime story. “In that kingdom there was a crystal that served as oxygen for all beings there, but a terrible villain broke this crystal and stole its essence, leaving the world without magic.” Damian still had complete fun with your narration. “Then, the queen called Martha went and asked the brave Dami to hunt down the villain and recover the essence of the crystal.”

“And he did this?”

“Yes! Dami took a sword and shield and went out to the magical kingdom in search of the villain. He went to an ancient village in the kingdom called Gothym and met three knights named Grayson, Todd and Drake. They sent Dami to the mountains where he would find the villain.”

“And he found it?”

“He found it, but it was difficult. The villain was hiding in a ruined castle north of Gothym. Dami fought bravely with the villain and defeated him. Dami recovered the essentials of the crystal and in exchange, Queen Martha gave him a personal portal to return to the kingdom as often as he wanted. Dami was a brave hero and defeated the evil villain.” You told the story while running your hand affectionately through the boy's hair. “Did you like the story?”

“Yes, it was the best story anyone told me.”

“I'm glad you liked it, my love. If you want, I can tell you a story every night.”

“Todd would make fun of me if he knew.” He said, looking at you so intently that you knew he was embarrassed for having liked the story.

“I'm gonna tell you a secret. I told Dick, Jason and Tim stories for three years, but they didn't want to.”

“Did you tell Todd bedtime stories?” He asked loudly, as if it were some blasphemy.

“Of course, and he loved them all.”

“So I want to hear stories before bed.”

“I'll love telling you, along with a glass of milk and cookies. Good evening, Dami.” You said getting up from the bed. Your lips found the boy's forehead.

“Good night, mom.” He said, making you look surprised at him. “I can call you mom? Since Dick, Jason, and Tim call you Mom, I thought you might as well.”

“Of course, my dear. You can call me mother and I will call you my son.” Your arms wrapped around the body of the boy, your son. Love seemed to explode in your heart. “Good evening, my dear son.”

“Good nigh, mom.”

You gave Damian one last kiss on his forehead, before picking up the tray and taking it to the kitchen. After washing the dishes, you went to the master suite, the room shared between you and Bruce.

Your husband was lying on the king size bed, waiting for you. After showering and putting on your pajama, you laid down on the bed.

“Damian called me mom.” You said to Bruce, earning a smile from him.

“With bedtime stories, milk and cookies.”

“How did this happen?” He asked, setting aside the iPad he was using to hug you.

Damian's playboy brother

Damian's brother (and sister) found out something

Best say it, someone

Damian has a brother, an older brother. And he didn't tell them. They are fucking furious curious

They only discovered because he says:

"My brother is coming, behave."

With that the chaos started

Bruce choked with nothing, the table erupt in questions, screams and almost no one answer.

"BRAT, DO YOU HAVE OTHER BROTHER APART OF US?!" Tim yelled

"IS YOUR BIO BRO?!"

"Litle bird, why didn't tell us?" dick asks

"Yes, damian, why you never said it?" Bruce asks in a solemn tone, half angry half hurt

Damian looked away and said, "brother asks me to not, you should ask him the rest. He is coming to visit for a day, so, don't ruin it"

After that Bruce lock himself in the Batcave and didn't go out for all day

Tim wasn't nervous

He just was understandingly attentive

Damian's brother is coming, the brother of the brat who try to kill him before, he didn't try no more but still. You can't expect him to relax when someone who can probably try to kill you is coming.

"Timmy, chill. Damian says that his brother is a kind person, sure that he won't try to kill you as first impression"

"I never thought that a ten years old kid would try to kill me, but there is Damian" he can see how dick make a wince, then look like Jason was going to say something when-

"TUCK! I'm not that obvious!" Someone on the other side of the street scream

"Sorry Danny, but you are!" A teen respond this have black skin, glasses and dark brown hair. Opposite to his companny who had blue eyes, light skin and messy raven hair, he makes a pout and glare his friend(?). Then they talk a little more a 'Danny' give to other guy kiss in the cheek.

'A couple, huh..', nothing really relevant

Jason don't know what think

He was adopted by Batman slash Bruce wayne, became in robin, died, revive, became in Red hood, fight with Batmam, reconnect with Batman, get a new brat brother who is also Bruce bio son and then found out that they said brat have a brother. His life is a mess.

Dick dragged him and tim to a 'family reunion', more like the game of 'who can calm Tim'. Tim was nervous with reason, the brother of someone who try to kill you is not the best impression. It's not like he can talk though. His train of thought was cut off when someone collides with him.

"Oh-h, sorry man I didn't see you" It was the kid they saw before.

"No problem kiddo" The kid look like he was gonna say something before let it go and keep walking. He was with a girl now, a goth, short dark hair and purple eyes, they were holding hands.

Dick doesn't know if feel happy or not

Damian has a brother, an older brother. By extension he has another brother of what he never knows about.

He never thought that Damian would keep something like this from him, he knows that everybody have secrets, more in his family but keep in secret that he have a brother

"ahh.." he sigh

They are in the manor now, Damian's brother text him and said that is on his way. Tim is tensed, Jason look curious and Bruce has a blank face.

Sometimes he forgets how hard can be read Bruce.

He was going to say something when a 'tok tok' sound from the door. Damian runs to the door and open it. His eyes lit up in a form that he has never seen before.

"Brother!" His voice sound happy and look like he was fighting a smile.

"Hi, Dami" Damian's brother said with a soft voice and warm smile before pull damian in a hug. He was going to take a picture when Jason yells.

"THE PLAYBOY OF BEFORE!!"

Damian turns his eyes to Jason and glare him

"What did you said about my brother" Damian says, Damian's brother looks confused.

"Jay, why do you think that-" he turn his eyes to Damian's brother "Danny" " okay, why do you think that Danny is a playboy?"

"We saw him kissing a guy and after wandering around with a girl holding hands" tim respond

Danny looks ashamed before said " those were my partners, we are in a poly" then put his hands on his face "how my first impression to Damian's family was that I'm a playboy" Danny mumbled

Damian snort " Look like you catch father's genes, brother"

"That's means that you'll be a playboy too" Tim says, clearly trying to annoy damian

" I'll end you drake" dick's family it's too funny

Bruce day was a roller coaster.

But seeing his sons happy, playing each other, he couldn't help to let out a smile.

He can deal with the fact of having another son of what he didn't know about later.

A/N: Behold, my latest Batmom braindump. - Nemo

Summary: A collection of goings-on’s of Wayne Manor, some dating back to... a while ago. 

Warnings: Kidnappings. Jason’s death mentioned. It’s mostly a crack fic though ngl there.

Damian only calls Batmom ‘Mother’ when something is wrong, otherwise it’s Ummi and Ummi only. 

Mind you, ‘something wrong’ can range from ‘this gala is boring, Jason’s getting on my nerves, and I seek your comfort until we go home’ or ‘I’m on a livestream ‘cause I got kidnapped and I’m worried about my wellbeing and the wellbeing of the other with me’. 

Reading the context is often rather useful.

Dick has a cereal box collection hidden in his wardrobe. He likes trying new brands and flavors, but only his favorites get saved into his stash so he remembers that he thought they were ‘exceptional grains’. 

Only Alfred and Batmom know about it. 

- 

One of Jason’s favorite games to play when he visits is seeing how long it takes Tim to realize he isn’t re-topping his coffee mug himself and that it’s actually Jason. 

The record was gained with the help of Damian (duelly noted in the whole household as the longest one time they got along), and it took him almost twelve days to realize. 

Bruce was happy Jason stayed for so long at once. 

Batmom wasn’t happy at how much coffee Tim drank. 

Tim doesn’t actually like coffee.

Batmom gives Alfred nights off cooking. She cooks dinner and Alfred doesn’t know what to do with himself for a few hours ‘cause she banned him from stepping or loitering near the kitchen. 

Jason often helps. It’s prime mother/son bonding time and Jason is very pleased that Damian hasn’t figured that out yet. 

Tim often sits near the door on guard duty on these nights just to make sure. Alfred is one sneaky butler.

Most family members have rather normal names for each other in their phone contacts. Not Jason. Jason is different. Here’s some of them;

Trust Fund Middle-Aged Man - Bruce

The Exorcist - Dick (’cause of a unmentionable reenactment the spider walk scene)

When Cass joined the household, everyone took it differently. Like there were thoughts about how things changed, and then how they actually were. 

Dick thought he’d get someone to gossip with. He did not. 

Jason and Cass made a book club. It mostly consists of Jason babbling about plot holes and Cass pointing out her favorite lines. 

Tim got someone to keep him company when he stays up late. It makes him feel guilty and he hasn’t gone to bed later than 2 am ever since. 

Damian got a ‘worthy’ sparring partner. He was quite surprised the first time he landed on his back. 

Bruce got a ‘daddy’s girl’. A nice fifth shadow to add to his collection, and just to prove it she is very good at sneaking up on people. 

Batmom finally got a girl. 

Alfred was also shocked at Bruce bringing home a girl. He thought Batmam only had boys, but he was much too happy to be proven wrong. Even if he is a little protective.

Batmom used to be very close the the Gotham City Sirens, and the Birds of Prey. They still go out of ‘Ladies Nights’. 

It was only until after Damian showed up, and he asked when she went that they actually found out about them. 

Bruce had never asked, and the others never knew. 

Except for Alfred. 

Alfred always knows. 

Jason was very jealous when he found out about it. Getting to spend time with more than one badass woman at once? He can only dream.

Duke and Steph - they’re not a permanent member of the household, even though Batmom literally offers every time either comes and visits.

Bruce wonders why, mainly because he’s the one who adpots the children in this family, not Batmom. 

‘Up you game Wayne, I’m just getting in before you for once.’ - Batmom

Steph says no cause of ‘independence’ when really she just kinda doesn’t want to be around Tim. For reasons. 

Duke doesn’t know why he says no. Some underlying fear of becoming a Robin like all the other Wayne kids maybe?

Batmom and Selina Kyle have unresolved and unspoken tension. 

It’s common knowledge that Batman and Catwoman had a thing going for a while, but Batmom always had a thing with Bruce Wayne. Still does and that the difference. 

Either way, they don’t let something as trivial as a man get in the way too much. They know their strengths, and if push comes to shove they work together. 

They make an eerily good team, and it scares Bruce to think about what they might’ve done to him if they were closer friends and he treated them any less than he did.

It’s obvious by now that each member of the Batfamily have a corresponding 'super’ best friend.  

Bruce and Clark Kent. Tim and Kon El. Damian and Jon Kent. Dick and Wally West. Jason and Bizaro? 

Batmom had to resist mothering Bizaro the first time she saw him. 

Alfred also has one, he gets along rather well with Martian Manhunter and no one knows why. 

Birds of the feather flock together, and Batmom and Diana Prince are also rather close. Batmom often jokes to Bruce that if the offer came she’d leave him for her.

Jason’s death has been - to date - the cause of the biggest rift between Bruce and Batmom. 

After Bruce came home that night, Batmom suck around for a little while, long eough for the funeral, before she went MIA. 

It took weeks for Bruce to track her down, and months before he was able to coax her back. 

And then that was only per Dick and Alfred’s added request.

The time she was gone, Bruce was worried, since before she left she expressed her newfound rage towards the Joker. Even though her time away was spent tracking down the Joker in an effort of vengeance, she was unsuccessful and ended up coming home. 

It was almost her Batman Villain story. 

Only once Tim entered the picture did things start to go back to normal between them both again. But they ended up coming back stronger than ever. (Aw)

Tim has a list of which people are most useful in a tough situation. There are multiple lists, for a number of these kind of situations. The general list - the list for ‘we don’t know what’s happening but this person is who I want with me’ - goes as follows. 

It only has the batfamily members that are usually on-hand. 

Batman is first. 

Rather obvious, but Bruce is an all-rounder. He taught them all most of what they know. 

Red Hood is second. 

Jason spent a while on his own hence can handle himself very well, he’s still got connections, and compared to everyone else he’s built like a tank. 

Red Robin is second. 

This is out of Tim’s thoughts, but he’s smaller, got the glider wings, and he’s the smartest out of everyone. 

Nightwing is fourth. 

Flexible. Experienced. Team player. But he’s not as brutal as Bruce or Jason can act and that can be a drawback. 

Valentine (Batmom) is sixth. 

She hasn’t worked in the field in a long time, but she’s kept up the training. Lack of field work is the only downside seen, except for ‘that’s my mom’. 

Robin is always second last.

Tim and Damian do not get along in day-today life, and even if they do put that aside in the field, it’s still not good for tight spots. 

Alfred is last. 

Not because he isn’t useful. Alfred has no alter-ego and Tim hasn’t confronted the butler about it yet.

Bruce got Alfred flowers on Fathers day once. 

Not only did Alfred tear up, but so did Bruce. And Dick. 

Dick ran outside and grabbed a handful of daises and brought them in for Alfred too and they all defiantly cried after that.

After a clasic summoning in gotham danny met with his brother, his twin.

He miss him

They start to talk again, about everything

He can't keep secrets from him, he barely can keep his secrets from his sister before. ¿How he could keep it from his other half?

They reconnected, damian help him with the weight of be a prince a king , and Bruce teach him better ways to fight and hadle people crazy for power

He still mad at him for how he treat damian at first, when damian told him, damian cried, he never cried

After a lot of things, they are getting better.

He even see The batcave, it was huge!

Then, when he saw the batmovil he knew. He need a ride

He tried a lot of plans, but nothing look to work, until bruce see Orion

He know what they will do today

SEE THE BATMOVIL IN THE DAY LIGHT ?!!

" You too!!, I thought that I was hallucinating..."

the batmovil stop in front them and the window opened, showing-

"DAMIAN!?" Tim yell

"Drake, Todd, Richard" that litle shit greeting

"Do you steal the batmovil?!" dick scream

"No"

" He didn't steal nothing, I bribe Batman" say a new voice

Then they look and see the other teenager sit next to the brat. He have sunglasses and a shitty grin

Bruce adopt another kid?

"Who are you?" Ask tim

" I damian's twin! It's a pleasure! " He says

" Let's go Danny, we still habe so many places to go" damian says

" okay!, Bye~"

"Farewell"

Then Damian and his twin left

"WHAT!!"

He never let anyone use it

So he dragged jason, dick, cass and tim to search bruce

"RUN!! Its batmam and that FUCKING horse!!"

A horse? How was Bruce convinced to use the Batmobile in exchange for riding a horse?

"Really..." he hear tim muttered

Then they hear steps, fast and going straight for where the criminals are

It was Baman

He defeat the criminals easily and fly away in...

" IS THAT AN ALICORN?!!!"
