SKINCARE TIPS!

𝟏. . . ੭* ‧₊° Find your skin type! Normal, dry, oily and combination skin are the four type of skins. If you had been doing your skincare routine but thinks that it doesn't have effects or it's giving the inverted effects, then you're probably using the wrong products for your skin type! There's many ways to find your skin type and, once you find it, start using the specific products for your skin type.

𝟐. . . ੭* ‧₊° Glycerin soap! The base for a good skincare it's definitely the face cleaning, so glycerin soap it's perfect for any kind of skincare routine. Since this soap it's normally used for babies, it's perfect for sensitive skins too!

𝟑. . . ੭* ‧₊° 1 minute face wash massage! Besides having a good face soap, the movements you do to clean your face it's also very important! This massage it's good to prevent pimples and it's gentler to the skin. ( link of the video for the massage :> )

𝟒. . . ੭* ‧₊° Ice! Applying ice to your face helps with blood circulation, refresh the skin, soften enlarged pores, deflate the face, alleviate the tired appearance of dark circles and even reduce the inflammation of pimples! I recommend applying ice to your face when you wake up and after washing it so you're already refreshed for the day.

𝟓. . . ੭* ‧₊° Have six to eight hours of sleep! When sleeping, your skin gets into "healing mode", also meaning it will receive the skincare products better. If you don't sleep, your skin also doesn't rest, so it can age quicker than it should.

𝟔. . . ੭* ‧₊° Always read the instructions for skincare products! The tip itself it's pretty self-explanatory. Reading the instructions it's important so you can use it to activate it's effects better and not mix products that can be harmful when together!

𝟕. . . ੭* ‧₊° Let your skin rest! You don't need to have a complex skincare routine everyday, the basic it's always better (washing and ice it's a good and basic routine)! I recommend doing a more complex skincare routine twice a week with 2 days difference (example: tuesday and friday).

𝟖. . . ੭* ‧₊° For sensitive skins! If your skin is sensitive, it's better to have a skincare routine with less and softer products!
