Would the Primes try to encourage Optimus to adopt Bee and start encouraging him even more more they found out about that Bee was Sub level 50 for who knows how long?

as a little brother certainly! i think Optimus and Bee are closer in age in TF:One than they are in other continuities so their relationship is more fraternal than anything!

but the Primes absolutely encourage anything that involves Optimus having more friends. they're incredibly glad to be able to help and support OP but they definitely think his support network should have some actual living bots and not just ghosts.

most of them are immediately endeared to Bee and the novelty of being able to communicate with someone other than Optimus, even if it has to be through Micronus, makes him a instant favorite.

finding out how isolated Bee had been and for how long only makes them more resolved to have OP spend more time with him. two birds one stone kinda deal.

I love the idea of Ratchet being captured while badly injured. It wasn't necessarily on purpose-- he knows the Cons would love to take him prisoner in order to utilize his medical skills, he was just in the wrong place at the wrong time. Once they realized he was a medic they pulled him from the rubble and got him on a slab pretty quickly all things considered. The trouble is there's a reason the Cons value medical expertise-- he's bleeding out, they don't have enough supplies, and at this rate Ratchet knows he's gonna die. So with whatever strength he can muster he gets the attention of one of the grunts working on him.

Ratchet: H... hey... I need you... to pass on a message...

Con 1: To who, your Prime? Not gonna happen.

Con 2: Yeah we don't really do the 'any last words' thing.

Ratchet: No... *wheeze* to Deadlock.

Con 1 & 2: *go still*

Ratchet: Tell 'im... I'll... be waiting... for him...

Con 2: Wait a klik...

Con 1: ... You don't think--?

Con 2: -- Frag! Oh frag!! His vitals!!! Dealock is gonna kill us!!

This isn't something I'd usually post about, but..

i just want to talk about this in hopes that someone from the Tumblr staff actually sees it and takes it seriously—not just an AI that flags this post for no reason.

Sorry for the sudden rant, but this goes out mostly to my mutual @franticfrolicsgonemad (aka fanficwriter284), who’s been going through it thanks to Tumblr First, they were shadowbanned for no clear reason, and now their account has been completely terminated. They tried reaching out to support, but nothing came from it—and who knows if Tumblr will even bother now?

It’s not just them either—this is happening to a lot of people, and I’m honestly so tired of it. As someone who’s lost years of work before on another app, I know how much it hurts and feels hopeless to start all over again (even if that’s not what this is about).

I just really hope Tumblr starts fixing some of these issues… and there are definitely a few i can mention at the top of my head. For example, the constant flood of p@rn bots in the community section. As a mod, they used to show up maybe once a week. Now it’s every few days, no matter what I do to report and ban it.

I can tell the staff is somewhat trying their best to control this issue in particular, and I can imagine its not easy, but please, Tumblr. Do better for your users.

now i can't stop thinking about b127 compulsively eating garbage because of his food insecurity

even now, after the events of the movie, with energon flowing freely, elita, optimus, and b are having trouble adapting to not having to ration food anymore. optimus eats less so elita and b don't go hungry, though he does start eating more because his frame is so much bigger and needs the energy. elita's a bit more well adjusted, though she still eats less than she should.

easily the worst off is b. despite the fact that he can grab energon whenever he wants, he still eats rocks and trash and metal shards more often than he eats energon because, "old habits offline hard, you know!"

it takes a ton of convincing and pleading on optimus and elita's end to get b to eat actual food for once. even still, he won't finish a full cube, only drinking a third of it. in his words, "i won't get any more for a while! i've gotta stretch this out. i don't wanna eat it all in one go and then be hungry later."

optimus isn't one to speak ill of the dead, but seeing what damage sentinel's regime did to someone like b... he's glad that he's not around anymore.
