Sentient Mystery Shack, who is really biased towards Stan, so when Ford tells Stan he has to give it back after the summer it’s on sight.

Ford keeps tripping over nothing, nothing is where it's supposed to be and somehow he keeps running into closets when he tries to go outside.

But the worst part, the WORST part is that Ford's lightbulb just won't. Work. No matter what he does it keeps flickering and exploding.

Ford is spiraling. 

There is no reason why it shoudln’t work. All his trial runs work perfectly. He’s already checked the Shacks wiring three times and relearned this dimensions science from the ground up. 

Nothing works.

The Rift? Bill? The impending apocalypse? Eating? Sleep? Who cares about that.

It doesn’t help that Stan keeps laughing at him.

“Then you do it!” Ford eventually snaps at Stan.

i hate to say it because i'm neurodivergent and a chronic-pain-haver but like... sometimes stuff is going to be hard and that's okay.

it's okay if you don't understand something the first few times it's explained to you. it's okay if you have to google every word in a sentence. it's okay if you need to spend a few hours learning the context behind a complicated situation. it's okay if you need to read something, think about it, and then come back to re-read it.

i get it. giving up is easier, and we are all broken down and also broke as hell. nobody has the time, nobody has the fucking energy. that is how they win, though. that is why you feel this way. it is so much easier, and that is why you must resist the impetus to shut down. fight through the desire you've been taught to "tl;dr".

embrace when a book is confusing for you. accept not all media will be transparent and glittery and in the genre you love. question why you need everything to be lily-white and soft. i get it. i also sometimes choose the escapism, the fantasy-romance. there's no shame in that. but every day i still try to make myself think about something, to actually process and challenge myself. it is hard, often, because of my neurodivergence. but i fight that urge, because i think it's fucking important.

especially right now. the more they convince you not to think, the easier it will be to feed you misinformation. the more we accept a message without criticism, the more power they will have over that message. the more you choose convenience, the more they will make propaganda convenient to you.

i have a headcanon that Yoichi trims AFO's hair because i can't help but compare AFO's nicely trimmed hair to Yoichi's and i thought someone had to have cut AFO's hair for him and it is only logical for me to assume it was Yoichi who did. I think Yoichi would have also liked cutting his brother's hair at first, because it would make him feel helpful in a way? And I just think even when AFO put him in the vault, AFO would still go there to get his hair trimmed by Yoichi.

there's meta to be had about just how much of viktor's arc is about loneliness and the blatant visuals they use in his evolution about metamorphosis, butterflies, cocoons, in utero, etc, as he molts from a soft, vulnerable larva who keeps getting hurt in his bids for love and acceptance, into a hardened final form complete with an exoskeleton acting as both physical and emotional armor. a shield keeping his emotions in and the pain of loneliness and rejection out, until it's cracked and his humanity is forcefully exposed. like. sorry if it's just the entomologist in me but this was blatantly obvious the very first time i watched the show and I've been continually surprised that no one's really pointed this out. as a certified lonely person it struck such a deep cord with me, when he accepted his fate, his path ahead, to be one he'd have to walk alone, finally putting up that last seemingly impenetrable wall around his soft parts (but keeping the blanket, this signal that he never asked for this, and that he's not unreachable). So much of his s2 arc centered around not just his desire to right his wrongs and help the world, but to connect with others and not feel alone, both of which got twisted by the hexcore. His attempt to create a hivemind where no one would ever suffer loneliness or rejection or loss, and he would feel their souls with him as well (even though that was an illusion in the end, he truly believed it). The whole 'I now speak with all their voices' but he's just floating in an empty space. And for the consequence of the glorious evolution to be eternal solitude, it just drives home how that's the worst possible fate imaginable for Viktor.

The way that B2/W2's protagonist doesn't live up to B/W's... Ugh, I love it. Because it feels so intentional. Like they're stepping into shoes that are both too big for them and that they also never wanted to fill. Everywhere they go, people look at them and they see someone else who's no longer there. Even the original protag's mom sees them and for a split second, thinks they're her kid. N tries to recreate several moments he's already had with another person with them. Everything they do has been done before. They're not chosen by a legendary dragon. They're just given one by someone who was. They're always walking in the shadow of a person they never met and everyone they meet will always see a different person before they see them.

All the ghosts know Danny is a baby ghost and so come to give him enrichment (not that they tell him that). Skulker is a little overzealous about teaching the baby how to hunt. Even the Ancients Undergrowth, Nocturne, etc become involved after hearing just how powerful the new ghost is (though he still is nowhere near their actual level). Undergrowth is a little salty about the fact that the baby gained Ice powers during their playing. However, Vlad doesn’t follow the rules and when Pariah Dark happened all the ghosts were astounded when the baby actually beat him without ghostly aid. Suddenly the baby is the new prince and they are panicking because a baby should NOT be ruling! Danny suddenly learns a lot of truths and did not need the pressure of future kinghood please and thank you. He also doesn’t like the sudden fussing. Yes the food from Lunch Lady is nice (he’s never been healthier really) but he’s getting a bit overwhelmed by the 180 change in attitude.

Peter is always making jokes and laughing in missions. Imagine he’s not. He’s tired and he has many assignments due the next day that he just want to finish before sleeping but he’s forced to join the mission because apparently, it’s a large scale mission and every Avenger is needed there. Luckily, there’s no evacuation since that was handled so imagine the attitude he has during the mission. He may or may not have even increased the amount of strength he exerts into his hits by 20 percent because he doesn’t have the energy to adjust give mercy to this people. So he’s punching everything slightly below half his strength which is still very painful for an average person

The Avengers are summoned to a mission where Alchemax’s captives which are mutants from different universes are basically having a prison outbreak. There’s a portal which if the mutants are thrown into, they are sent back to their universe. Peter basically sees it as whack-a-mole.

Peter in the most deadpanned voice: Bam. Back to your universe *knocks out a mutant with a punch and throws him into the portal*

Tony, noticing Peter’s lack of energy and tries cheering him up: Hey kid! Highest score wins?

Peter looks over tiredly and nods. He cracks his fingers, stretching and warming up before he’s up and about, charging at the mutants silently, no quips whatsover coming out of him like usual. He punches the mutants a few times harder than he normally does and they’re out like the light. (He’s basically insomiac spiderman atp) and he throws them into the portal easily. He does this, basically rounding up the group of mutants, coloring the avengers mildly surprised and definitely concerned. Not sure of Peter or the mutants he’s beating and sending off like whack-a-mutant

Soon the mission is finished thanks to him and Peter is seen zombie walking towards the Quinjet, where he inevitably flops onto the seats and sticking to it so even with a rough ride back home, he’s stuck onto the seats till he’s woken up. He treats the time as a nap before having to work on his assignments.

I would like to emphasize "will". Capitalism will fall. The inherent contradictions of capitalism make for a class struggle. We live in a period of history where the material and technological conditions can sustain a global socialist society. There exists massive exploited populations that run the world economy, unequally distributed wealth, and tools that will raise class consciousness. The end result will be revolutions and the establishment of socialism across the world.

Again, this isn't fantasy or utopianism, it's the logical consequence of applying the theories of marxism to study our current society. It's not something I made up either, it's something that has been discussed extensively.

There are many details one can agree and disagree with, and it certainly isn't a magical or bespoke process (for this to be achieved there must be political organization, this doesn't happen out of nowhere), but it is, again, the logical consequence of historical materialism: there is a class struggle right now between the working people and capitalists, between exploited countries and the imperial core. The contradictions of capitalism will not allow it to sustain itself indefinitively, and socialism aligns with the interest of the majority. This struggle only has one way to resolve itself; with the establishment of socialism.

Capitalism will be just a phase in human history, probably not even a very long one.
