One of these days, I'll learn to stop getting upset and scroll past a bad take of Astarion and the blatant bi/pan erasure of them, but that day isn't today.
I also don't see it happening tomorrow.
Anyway, here's a screenshot of my female human bard and the canonically pansexual vampire elven man who adores her.
pinterest mfs cannot stop commenting some variation of "why'd you make him a twink" on thirsty fanart of rick, like bitch! this is the guy you're talking about?
this man??
this absolute fruitcake???
yeah, okay, fanartists are the ones that made him a twink, sure. /s
PRIDE SAIKI K RECAP! I see a lot of confusion about the canon LGBTQIA+ in saiki k so for pride month here is a recap of every thing Canon!
( Just a reminder that they never actually use these sexuality labels in the show and non have been confirmed, just hinted at strongly in canon to the point that there is no ‘straight’ answer to the actions made by the characters. Also note some of the actions are portrayed as jokes which means they may not be canon but in all fairness this is a comedy so that might make all the jokes canon )
Saikik - Aroace ( potentially grey romantic due to that one panel in the manga with Satou or perhaps when he loses his powers and looks at Teruhashi but I think both are up for debate if it is just him being able to admire people ) also trans proven by the panel where he explains he doesn’t know what sex he was in the womb.
Hairo- MLM probably one of the only characters who never has a crush on Teruhashi and is canonically dating Nendo.
Nendo- BI He has shown interest in multiple women in the past but is happily dating Hairo.
Aren- BI while he has never explicitly flirted with a dude on the show or manga he makes a statement about going to an all boys school and how Toriska is a pervert for only dating women (implying that he has dated people who weren’t women in his old school).
Imu- BI Has shown interest in engaging in relationships with men and she does fantasise about engaging in a romantic relationship with Teruhashi in the manga and show.
I might have missed something or characters so feel free to comment so I can edit this post accordingly ( no headcanon events please this post is about canon events only :))
(BTW Jessie uses any pronouns but they/it are default)
So far, they were mostly created for my VBros AU that I'm making, and they are meant to be a polar opposite to Pete White and he met them after all the events in VBros Season 7 and the movie and they have a positive relationship. Jessie is a petty hacker and has a history of tampering with technology and computers but works at a Best Buy and is a skilled coder.
Jessie likes old games from the 70s-90s, Sci-Fi media, and has a bad sweet tooth, and loves a lot of candies or anything sugary. (Especially energy drinks!) And they attended Stuyvesant University around the same time Pete and Rusty attended State University during the events of the flashbacks of ‘Past Tense’. They mostly lived in Brooklyn, NY for most of their life. LOL
At some point had started its villain career in the 80s as ‘Cipher’ where they were and at some attempted to arch Captain Sunshine at some point and later on “retired”. And they happen to have some Guild connections but wasn’t registered because they wanted to “fly solo” and didn’t see eye-to-eye with them. But in the very late 90s and early 2000s they kinda rebranded their moniker with themselves being an online blogger where they have conspiracy theories and had dirt on “protagonists” and lots of lore related crap. So far throughout Cipher’s villain career, they were most anonymous and hidden underground in obscurity.
Stormy was meant to be a loose foil to Pete and it has ambition and is independent and claims not to need people. So far, they're each other's yin and yang and are two sides of the same coin but are able to balance each other out pretty well and developed a close bond. But the two are starcrossed but they still have feelings for each other but remained close friends and has a soft spot for him.
Their relationship is kind of like Daffy and Tina from Looney Tunes Show.
Meanwhile Stormy just became their own character while developing them. And them being an anti-villain is a lot of fun writing too. LOL
Also Stormy used to have an online frienemyship with Gary/21, but IRL they’re good acquaintances but other are unaware and oblivious to their online personas bickering as each other’s friendly rivals. Meanwhile, they’re in the background and a regular person with a regular but witnessed weird shit going on in New York. LOL
They do have a history with hijacking and tampering computers media stations, and tech, but they aren’t associated with the Guild. This character also has massive Riddler vibes (and Livewire) but just commits petty vandalism and just likes to troll people. Their arc is them having a balance with their double life and touch fucking grass for once.
