Half-baked Golden Age Shazam/ Danny Phantom crossover Idea

During the "Infinite Realms" event, Danny ends up in Fawcett City, 1945. One of the torn Maps fall into Dr Sivana or Mr Mind, teamed up with Vlad Plasmius

Billy would help Danny defeating their nemesis together

Perhaps while coming up for a plan, Danny's ghost sense will go off and since the only ghost he knows in that world is Plasmius, he instinctly caught the intruder, only to reveal it being Kid Eternity

Danny realizing something is off about this ghost: "you're a halfa?"

Kit:" a what now-?"

Again, this is a halfbaked idea. Been running out of good ideas lately

Times Past Thursday — Kid Eternity

Jeff Lemire and Diego Olortegui have introduced a new Kid Eternity in JSA #3. She’s only made a couple of appearances so far, and we don’t know much about her—mainly because she doesn’t seem to remember much about herself. But maybe we can find some clues by looking at Jeff Lemire’s past work.

Back in the New 52 era, Lemire and artist Cully Hamner created a different version of Kid Eternity for DC. He only appeared once, in National Comics: Eternity #1, and then never again. That version was a modern twist on the characters who came before.

The original Kid Eternity debuted in Hit Comics #25 (1942) from Quality Comics. He died in a boating accident years before his destined time and was supernaturally brought back to uphold good in the world. By uttering the word "Eternity," he could summon historical or mythological figures and also turn invisible or immaterial. Eventually, he was given the name Christopher “Kit” Freeman. After DC acquired Quality (and later Fawcett), he was retconned as the brother of Freddy Freeman—better known as Captain Marvel Jr.

After Crisis on Infinite Earths, Grant Morrison and artist Duncan Fegredo gave Kid Eternity a darker, Vertigo-style reinterpretation. In that version, he was manipulated into serving the Lords of Chaos, and the spirits he summoned were revealed to be demons posing as historical figures. This version of the character was notably murdered in JSA (1999) #1 by Mordru. He later returned for a brief stint with the Teen Titans—only to be killed again, this time by the Calculator.

Lemire and Hamner’s Kid Eternity was also named Christopher Freeman, but this version never went by “Kit,” nor did he die in a boating accident. He joined the 27 Club, shot down in the street alongside his father. In the afterlife, he was separated from his dad and eventually resurrected with only a hazy memory of his death. Returning to his job as a police coroner, he discovered he could resurrect the ghost of a deceased person for 24 hours just by touching their body. The premise felt very much like a blend of Pushing Daisies and the TV version of iZombie—fun, imaginative, and ending on a great cliffhanger.

I’m curious if the new Kid Eternity in JSA will have any of those powers. Honestly, they seem like a more versatile story tool than summoning Abe Lincoln—or a demon pretending to be Abe Lincoln. And I do wonder if she’ll turn out to be related to Freddy Freeman. I kind of hope so. I’ve always liked when random heroes are tied together by blood—it gives the DC Universe even more of that sprawling, interconnected charm.

I'm gonna add to it because i found out yesterday that Kit (Kid Eternity) is Freddys brother and I had an idea

People noticed many times now that sometimes a ghost boy is seen around Captian Marvel and his kids, mostly around Jr. No one can help but wonder who he is

Everyone stares at the boy, how he looks so much like Jr and how he acts so comfortably around him

Untill one day

"just because you're my brother doesn't mean you get to haunt me whenever you want"

It all made sense now, but just how did the boy die

That day people of Fawcett found out one more reason why Captain Marvel hates Black Adam

Not only has Black Adam raped him but he also killed one of his children

So I decided to mix my post where Marvel accidentaly convinces the public that he was raped and @wonderjanga's post about divorced Marvel and Black Adam having a custody battle

Also i'm gonna include trans Marvel because why not (also ✨drama✨)

A year prior to Marvels talk with the press, during a pride parade, he showed up with a trans flag on his cape, people went crazy over that

Then the talk happend, everyones hearts bleeded for their hero

And a few weeks later Adam came along, trying to take a Billy- most likely another child of Marvels- to Khandaq, away from him

People started to slowly connect the dots

Marvel being trans, being raped in which results in his children, Adam and Marvel being divorced

It all made sense now

Marvel and Adam used to be married (there are theories that Marvel was forced), Black Adam performed marital rape, THRICE, MINIMUM, Marvel was forced to keep, and give birth to babies he did not want and now Adam wants to take his kids away from him

Black Adam gets jumped that day

No but it actually is so fucked, lemme blab

Billy is the one that changed fate, he saved the dying kid he saw (Kit was boating with a different grandpa, Billy never knew him but he specifically knew Freddy by saving him before and being friends) and gave him powers to heal the bulk of his injuries so he wouldn’t die.

For some brief moment, Kit was over water and breathing reeling from the fact the boat he was on with his grandpa got hit and he is dead and then something shifts fate demands that soul and Kit dies in that water and when Mr. Keeper sends him back because it wasn’t his time with powers he coughed up that water and something is different.

Kit was fine until Billy said bollocks to child death and broke predetermined fate to save someone he knew while he could. Kit, realistically, was going to be fine but with no other family. His parents had been dead for a while and he was in his maternal grandfathers care while Freddy was with their fraternal grandfather, but then he loses all three and is Turbo Orphaned with a determined 75 years to live as the last Freeman. Kit was going to be fine physically, maybe raised by the other surviving boaters since they knew his grandpa and be a sea fairer type like O’Malley (Sea fairing Fawcett hero) but he’d be terribly alone.

Basically, Billy breaking the loom of fate by being such a good and determined hero saved 2 boys and gave the world 2 heroes instead of one very traumatized Turbo Orhpan

how fucked up would it be if freddy swapping lives with kit LITERALLY swapped their lives- like kit was meant to become disabled, meet billy, and become captain marvel junior, while freddy was just meant to die, and freddy not dying is what gave kit ghost-powers. Like messing with the data sort of. wouldnt that be fucked up?

This was mostly just doodling, i dont really think much of the meaning behind them, looking back at this now, Freddy is more of a jokester from his issues with the marvel family with leroy marks, so it probably doesnt make sense that kit is teasing him.

But meh, my brain wasn’t braining when i was drawing it :p

Basically, pick whichever captain you'd work under in Star Fleet. But to make this interesting, you will be serving on their ships during the worst crisis of their career, just to make this a little more interesting.
