imagine giving james a skincare sesh where reader is seated comfortably (on his lap ehm) and he lets her put all sorts of moisturizers, face masks and even lip balm on him and he secretly LOVES it and after they eat homemade cookies and watch their comfort show
thank you for requesting!! i had so much fun writing this, it's my skincare routine applied to james. i guess that means he's literally my boyfriend now (support my delusions please <3333) you can send me requests for james!
james potter x fem!reader, fluff
"are you ready?" you say, grinning. you carried most of your skincare essentials to living room, ready to give your tired boyfriend a nice spa day.
"yes." james walks out of the bathroom. "i washed my face."
"with the cleansing jel?"
"yes, baby." he sits on the couch next to you. you place yourself on his lap expertly, his face looks dry and clean. you lean to give him a kiss on his cheek, james settles down on couch with his back to pillows.
"okay." you say, clapping your hands. you're excited to give him a nice treating, he deserves all the best. you've never understood how boys have clear and smooth skin naturally, james certainly doesn't use as many products as you do, but he lets you do anything you want to him. skincare is like a therapy for you, quality minutes you spend on yourself. it's relaxing, taking care of your body without a single thought in your mind, you want james to experience it, too.
"let me just pull your hair back first." you say quietly, using tiny hairclips to secure his curls.
"why are you whispering?" he asks, whispering.
"i wanna create a relaxing ambience for you." you answer. "whispering is a part of it."
"oh." he teases. "okay."
you take your face toner in your hand, pouring some of it on a cotton pad. "close your eyes, jamie." you say, start applying it on his skin.
james relaxes into the pillow, his hands keep you balanced on his thighs. he likes how excited you get to take care of him, he likes being spoiled by you. your fingers are gentle on his face, almost invisible.
"now i'm gonna put on a face mask, handsome." you say, tearing the package of the mask. "it can feel a bit cold."
"that's okay." he mumbles. you place the mask on his skin carefully, adjusting the sides to cover his entire face. "what does this do?"
"um," you read the package. "it's for hydration mostly, and it has vitamin c in it."
"cool." he has no idea what vitamin c does for skin.
"we're gonna wait for 15 minutes." you say. "can i massage your hands while we wait?"
this must be some kind of special heaven for james. he gives you his hands blindly, you put on hand cream on the back of his hands and start rubbing it nicely on his skin.
james sometimes complains about how rough his hands feel, he washes them a lot and always neglects applying moisturizer. the cream feels good, like he has the skin of a baby now. you're being really sweet on him, he likes the way his muscles loosen up under your fingers.
"you're an angel." he says, a deep sound coming from his throat when you press a tight spot between his thumb and forefinger. "my fucking angel."
you smile, giving the same care to his other hand. james feels his hands go numb when you're finished. you clean the remnants of the cream on your hands before taking the mask off his face. "there you go." you put the used mask aside. "feels good?"
"i feel like a baby."
you laugh. "you're gonna be like a baby when i'm done."
it's a nice promise, james likes it very much. "i'm gonna apply some under eye cream now." you whisper. "you have no dark circles, i'm so jealous."
"it's because i actually have a sleeping schedule, lovely girl." he smiles. "something you lack, you know."
"hmm."
you massage his face a little bit before applying some moisturizer. you don't think any more products are needed for james, his skin is already perfect and the mask takes care of a lot of things. you want his face to be relaxed, so you keep your fingers on his cheeks. he smiles a lot, there are little lines on the corners of his lips and eyes that start forming. you can't help yourself, you kiss his lips softly. he immediately reacts but you pull yourself back, focusing on your work.
"what's the point of relaxing if i'm not gonna get a kiss?" james frowns.
"you'll get your kisses." you promise. "when i'm done."
applying moisturizer is so easy, his skin is glowing now. you make sure you cover every little spot on his face. "it smells good." he says. you nod even though his eyes are closed. "it really does." you say.
"and now," you put the cream away. "lip mask."
"lip mask?" james opens his eyes. "how will i kiss you if i have something on my lips?"
you laugh at his dramatics. "it never stopped you before. you always ruin my lipstick, remember?"
"not the same thing."
"come on, be a good boy for once." you tease. james parts his lips in shock. "once? this is a vile accusation."
you stop him, putting on a tiny bit of lip mask on his lips. he presses his lips together clumsily. "it tastes nice. is that strawberry?"
"you're not supposed to eat it!" you laugh. "leave some of it at least."
"mm, okay." he says. you fix his hair, and put a kiss on his cheek. you hand him the remote before leaving his lap. "i'm gonna bring you some cookies, can you pick a show?"
james nods, watches you clean up the mess through sleepy eyes. his skin has never felt this soft, he wants to pinch his own cheeks. he opens up the show you both like as he waits for you.
you come back with a plate full of cookies. james pulls you into his lap again. "i'm gonna eat just one." he says smugly. "i can't ruin my lip mask and i don't want crumbs on my face."
you laugh. "you're getting really good at this skincare thing."
"thanks to my angel." he says, he kisses your cheek three times. "i love you so much."
"i love you, too, baby." you say, your hand in his curls. "i can do it anytime you want."
"good, because i don't think i can go on without this anymore." he says like it's so obvious. "now, i remember i was promised kisses."
you settle down on his lap. "i don't wanna ruin your lip mask."
"it's not ruining, babe." he disagrees. "i'm willingly sharing my lip mask with you."
you laugh until your chest hurts.

Do you think you could write something about doing your makeup routine in front of Steve? I feel like he’d be so fascinated about the process
“What’s that?” Steve sits on your bed behind you, watching through the mirror of your vanity. You hold up the tube in question and he nods.
“This is just tinted moisturizer. I use it under my foundation to colour correct.” You explain, showing him the bottle of foundation you use. Pumping some onto the back of your hand prompts another question.
“Why do you put it on your hand?” He’s sat up now, starting to get interested in the process. He’s seen you with and without makeup plenty of times, but never in between.
“It’s just easier. I can control how much I get on the brush and see how much I need.” You begin blending the foundation into your skin and it’s clear that Steve is only now making the connection as to how your skin changes tone every so often.
“Is it supposed to be a little…off?” He asks in an attempt to be polite about it. He relaxes when he sees you laugh at him in your reflection.
“Yes babe. It’s kinda hard to find a perfect match so I go a little lighter and then correct it with bronzer.” You hold up the compact in question and he nods as if he has any idea what it is. You pull out your concealer, dabbing some on your undereyes and on a few spots. He’s gotten distracted fixing his hair, but grabbing a new brush draws his attention back to you.
“What’s that for?”
“Well, since someone wants to stay up late and makeout, I have to use this and cover my dark circles.” He can only smile sheepishly at your remarks.
“I can’t help it. You look so pretty before bed.” You hum in response, making a note to do your skincare from here tonight.
“Anyways, this is the bronzer.” You place some underneath your cheek bone, blending in the warmer powder to bring in some colour to your face.
“That looks nice.” He nods in approval as he sees your face return to it’s normal shade. He continues to watch as you pull out a small compact of blush. You ignore his cheshire grin when you force a small smile to bring out the apples of your cheeks.
“Stop it.”
“I can’t help it, you look adorable.”
“It’s a stupid face. You’re not allowed to look anymore.” You chastise, putting away the pink powder. Internally, you can’t help but feel flattered. If a man likes your stupid makeup faces, he really loves you.
“Come on! You look so pretty.” You roll your eyes as you pick up your mascara.
“Be quiet for this one.” You instruct, ignoring the way he mock-zips his mouth. You bring the thoroughly coated wand to your lashes, gently coating them. You repeat the process and once you pull away, Steve lets out a breath you hadn’t realized he was holding.
“That looked horrifying!” He complains, climbing off the bed to get super close to your face until he’s convinced you hadn’t poked an eye out.
“I’m fine babe. See?” You flutter your eyes at him but his frown persists.
“Is that all?” He fixes a strand of your hair as you place your things in your makeup bag.
“Just lipgloss and I’m done.” You swipe the wand over your lips a few times, smiling at him when you’re done. The poor gloss lasts for a second before Steve swoops in to press his lips against yours messily. When he’s done, there’s sticky pink gloss on both of your lips and chins.
“There!” He smiles proudly. “Now we match.”

wc: 1.0k content warning: post-time skip, established relationship, bokuto x reader, fluff, not proofread
note: doing skincare on bokuto would be so cute ( ꈍᴗꈍ)
໒‧₊˚ ⋅
Lounging on the soft cushions in the living room couch as the light from the TV shines on you. You hear the door creak, and a tall and bros silhouette walk out while you see the steam from the hot shower he took wind out. Bokuto had just finished showering to see you beaming at him with a face mask on while he walked towards you.
“Ooh is that a face mask?? Can I try one?” He’s ruffling his damp hair with a dry towel. His eyes are lit up, taking this as an opportunity to just relax and unwind with you before his next training schedule gets posted.
“Yeah, do you want me to do my whole skincare routine on you?” If he wanted to do the face mask, he might as well get the whole spa treatment while he’s at it. Bokuto’s lowering himself on the couch next to you as he mumbles out an excited Mhm!
While he’s resting on the plush cushions, you walked out to get the essential skincare products for his already perfect skin. He just washed his face in the shower so.. He’d probably just need a toner and maybe a simple serum. After the face mask he could also use some lotion to lock in more moisture after.. There were also new products you haven’t tried yet and wanted to test on him, but you weren’t for sure what his skin type was yet.
Stepping back towards the living room with a little tray of the toner bottle and class container that carries the serum inside, you set them down next to your boyfriend before taking the sheet mask out for a little walk. Bringing it to the kitchen to chill in the fridge while you got his skin all nice and prepped for the mask.
“I think I have everything. Scooch over so you can lay ur head on my lap, Koutaro.” On the couch, his damp grey and black hair all sprawled out on your thighs while you brush it off his shining face. His hands are resting softly on his stomach as he’s looking up at you with a subtle grin spread on his lips.
“So first is toner.. It’s perfect for everyday skin care. If you want to borrow this one I’ll give you it since this one is for all skin types,” unscrewing the cap open and shaking the clear liquid onto the palm of your hand. Rubbing your hands together before you softly pressed your wet hands onto the surface of his face.
“T’smells good, like expensive good hehe..” Bokuto’s content with just the first step of his newly built skincare routine. Just having your hands on him makes him almost the happiest man in the world. When you took your presence off of him, his eyes pried open as he saw you grab a little glass container that you opened.
“Ooh, what is that?” His big hands tenderly take the bottle from your reach to which you let him out of curiosity. He’s toying around with the little silicone pipette, trying to read the label and understand what the words have to do with taking care of your skin.
“..contains hyalur–hyaluronic acid. Babe what are you putting on my face?? Is this really okay for skin..?” His gold eyes shift up from the bottom to peer at you in a slightly shocked face, trying to understand how you know all these chemistry terms that come with taking care of the body’s largest organ. The acid part might’ve threw him off..
“Yes it is. It’s good for keeping your skin nice and hydrated, I use this almost like everyday Bokuto… you seen me put this on!” talking back at him with a slight pout on your lips. His fingers twist it open where his eyes widens seeing how thick and gooey the clear liquid is.
“Gimme that.” Snatching pipette lid from his grasp, Bokuto’s still holding onto the container that contained all of the serum in his other hand. His gaze lingered as you squeezed out a drop or two onto your fingers, putting the cap back into the little glass jar to which he screwed back on before returning back into his resting position.
His eyes laid back down as you’re rubbing the serum up all over his silky baby-like skin. Tapping in to lock in all the moisture, he can’t help but have a beaming look crawl on his face.
“M’kayy time for the face mask..” shuffling his damp head off your lap to go in the kitchen. Bokuto’s heavy eyes watch you step and grab the chilled mask from the fridge and return back to your seat.
“This might be kind of cold but it’s better when it’s cold okay?” squeezing his squishy cheek to get his attention despite the sleepiness starting to kick in. He responded with a simple nod as his lashes fluttered open into the light.
Tearing open the top of the thin package, your fingers reached in to pull out the soaked and chilly face sheet. You smack it onto his forehead to which he jolts at the freezing touch.
“WOAH! That’s like COLD COLD!!” That really brought him back from his unconsciousness. You can’t help but giggle at how silly your boyfriend can be while you’re unfolding the compressed mask.
“Close your eyes for me reallyyy quick..” lining up the chin part to his, laying the mask onto his skin slowly till it reached his forehead. Adjusting the sheet to mold to his facial features for a better result.
“Okay now we just gotta wait for a good maybe.. Like twenty minutes-ish before we take it off.” Grabbing all the trash before you head off to throw it away. Bokuto’s head is pushing down on your lap, as his rising arms grab your attention. His hands are at your face that peered right down to his.
“We’re matching now!” Bokuto’s content golden eyes smiled as he gives you a gentle peck.

for all my ugly sleepy girls out there🎀 (aka me bc beauty sleep is not a word in my vocabulary lol)

pairing: kyle "gaz" garrick x fem!reader
warnings: swearing, some implied sexy fun times lmao
┊ ⋆ . ┊ ┊┊ ⋆ ┊ . ┊ ┊┊ ⋆ ┊ . ┊ ┊┊ ⋆ ┊ . ┊ ┊┊ ⋆ ┊ . ┊ ┊┊
You were by no means a sleeping beauty. You had been told by friends, family members, and even exes that you were the absolute worst when you slept. The laundry list of reasons you were the ugliest sleeping corpse crept into your mind every time you fell asleep. From drool-soaked pillows to your snoring that sounded like a mix between a chainsaw and a rumbling earthquake, you reveled in the fact that you lived in a one-person flat.
That was part of the reason you were hesitant to allow your boyfriend, Kyle, to spend the night after some festivities. It wasn’t like you hadn’t slept together before but it was usually following a drunken-filled night and he was still knocked out when you awoke and made yourself look a bit more presentable. But this time, it was clear he had come to stay when he showed up at your flat with dinner and a small backpack. Your heart sank as he innocently walked to your bedroom and you peeked into the bag to find it filled with basic toiletries and a fresh set of clothes for the next day.
You knew you were doomed the minute you both fell back into the sheets and he replied that he would get washed up for bed. “You sure you want to stay over,” you called as you followed him into the brightly lit washroom, “I’m a bit of a kicker when I sleep.” You decided to throw that in instead of all the other odd things you did in your sleep, you secretly hoped he’d get the hint and head home. You leaned against the doorframe as you watched him go about his quick routine and waited for a response. “Think I can handle it,” he replied as he patted his face with one of your face towels and delicately folded it in his hands. His boyish, charming smile made you melt but you decided to remain firm on the task at hand. You tried to feign a smile and leaned up to kiss him on the cheek. “Alright,” you said a bit cautiously before making your way to the sink, “just have to brush my teeth, I’ll be back to bed in a moment.”
The minute Kyle was out of the bathroom, you speed-ran your nightly routine. You ditched your multi-step skincare routine and went with the bare bones. As you quickly rubbed your moisturizer in with one hand and brushed your teeth with the other, you tried to figure out a solution to your current predicament. Kyle was the perfect partner and you wanted him around in the future but you knew from past experiences your sleeping habits were an immediate turn-off. You juggled the idea of sneaking to sleep on the couch but decided it was too risky. Eventually, you decided in your infinite wisdom it would be best to try and stay up for the remainder of the late night. You sighed as you washed your hands and patted your face with a soft towel. You looked at yourself one last time in the mirror before shutting the lights and returning to the bedroom.
“Took you long enough,” Kyle teased as he pulled you into bed. He gently placed his phone on your nightstand as you approached the bed. You giggled as he flipped you over him and wrapped a secure arm around your waist. You couldn’t help but reach a hand up and allow your fingers to trace his features. “You have to tell me what you use to keep your skin so soft,” you teased as you leaned closer to him. He smiled at your comment before moving his hand to tuck a few loose pieces of hair behind your ear. “I’ll never tell,” he whispered as he gazed at you, “besides, you are the most gorgeous person to me.”
Oh, how ironic his compliment was. You couldn't help but mentally gag at that comment, knowing there was so much more to you that he hadn't and hopefully would never see. It pained you to even try to imagine what it would be like to pull off an all-nighter. However, to keep Kyle, you would do anything. You lay in a comfortable silence, your hands exploring his chiseled frame, before he spoke up again. “Get some sleep, love,” Kyle commented before placing his head into the crook of your neck. You sat wide awake as his gentle breaths brushed your clavicle. You were fighting off sleep the best you could but were drawn into the idea of peaceful slumber every time he slowly tightened his grip around you. You pinched the side of your thigh as you tried to continue your little charade. You eventually moved slowly, untangling yourself from his grasp. You gently moved his head from your neck and rolled out of his arms that were settled around your waist. You could’ve sworn you heard him stir awake but the minute you looked back, he was still softly sleeping.
As you turned over and watched the soft midnight light hit Kyle’s face, you couldn’t help but yawn a bit from exhaustion. You rubbed your tired eyes and refocused your attention on how his chest softly rose and fell. He was gorgeous even when he was asleep. He looked peaceful as if he was something out of a fairytale book. You secretly envied him as you pulled out your phone and scrolled through your various social media platforms. You could feel your eyes getting heavier as you continued to scroll. “Just going to close my eyes for a few moments,” you said to yourself as you slowly felt yourself sink into your warm sheets.
When you awoke, you frantically trapped your phone to look at the time. 8:56 AM the letters harshly read as you wiped some droll off your face. You took a minute to wake up before you realized, fuck, Kyle was nowhere to be seen. Your insecurities began to unravel before you heard some noise in the kitchen. You rose from the bed and hissed at the cold hardwood hitting your feet. You pulled on a shirt that had been haphazardly thrown on the ground and made your way to the bathroom. You took a moment to look at yourself in all of your disgusting glory as you continued to hear the commotion of ceramic cups clanging against each other. “At least he didn’t leave,” you mumbled to yourself before you ran the faucet and splashed some water onto your face.
“Hey,” you said gently as you walked over to the kitchen. You had spent a good five minutes brushing your wild hair and scrubbing your drool-crusted face. Kyle was leaning against the counter as he prepared two cups of tea. "Sorry if I woke you," he commented and you couldn't help but smile at the baritone nature of his morning voice. You shook your head as you stretched lightly and suddenly felt a bit shy at the feeling of his eyes on yours. “I’m sorry,” you suddenly blurted out as you made your way to him, “I know I’m an ugly sleeper and I should’ve warned you before you slept over.” As you scanned his face for a reaction, he burst out in laughter. You rubbed your neck in embarrassment as he calmed down from his sudden outburst. “I will say I was scared at first when I looked over and saw your eyes were open but I was happy to hear you loudly snoring after,” he said through chuckles, reaching up and cupping your cheek. You were flushed at his words and felt yourself slowly dying from shame. “But you know I’m a soldier, love,” he reassured you as he stoked your soft face, “I have slept in much worse situations.”
You let out a sigh and looked back up at him with a soft smile. “Well I’d be more than happy to stay 'round yours,” you teased as you wrapped your arms around his neck, “now that you know what you’re in for.” As you savored the moment, you couldn’t help but look over to see how the phone with a few notifications popping up. What was more important was the fact that his new lock screen was a picture of you sprawled out on his chest, eyes half-lidded, and hair a complete wreck. Before you could even think about it, he snatched the device and placed it safely in his pocket. “Don’t even think about it, love.”

A cute blurb idea, teddy seeing her mom taking a wig off for the first time and being scared. Or trent doing his skin care routine and teddy is watching and getting upset. Trent is confused to why teddy is upset so he calls y/n who laughs and tells him the ladies have a skincare routine themselves and teddy is upset because trent isn't pampering her too. Teddy skincare routine could be like when y/n uses a makeup wipe, she uses a baby wipe on teddy or something.
I love this! Omg the hair! I can’t 😂 idk why I just imagine Teddy having looser curls but idk it’s besides the fact! Anyways this was so cute 🥺 like perfect dad Trent op.
I hope you like it 🥰
--------- My tiny one shot below for you 🤍

‘Pretty’ - 990 words |
↳ Trent isn’t doing his skincare the way you do and your daughter, Teddy isn’t having it.

“Dada! Doing wrong. Stop!” Teddy whined sitting on the counter of your bathroom kicking her feet gingerly as Trent washed his face, dried it, and began to concluding his entire routine picking one singular product after to moisturize. Truly, it is unfair the genetics he got to have perfect skin with such minimal effort. “Not like mama, dada! Stop!” She yelped shuffling on the counter reaching her hands up to grab at him.
“What, baby? What does mama do that I’m not? I’m doing what dada does. That okay or no?” Trent laughed very confused because despite his minimal routine you had very early on in the relationship gotten him good products specific for him that were quality and it was approved but apparently not so much to Teddy. On the odd chance Teddy didn’t inherit his genes for perfect skin you wanted to make sure that it was something she enjoyed and she thought was a fun so more often than not you’d have her sit with you and do your skincare routine with you. It was a nice time for the two of you to spend alone together and work on affirmations and self love as well that you needed to learn just as much as she did.
“Is wrong, dada!” She yelled grabbing for his hand to put down the very evidently clear male facial cream he’d picked up. That was not what her or more specifically you used and therefore it was wrong. “Need to make pwetty like mama and me, tay?” Teddy chirped on wiggling herself back more on the big countertop to look for your things.
“Oh okay. Sorry I didn’t know. Can you show me then or should I call mama and ask?” Trent continued to laugh a little because it was funny to watch Teddy give him such a judgmental scowl over ‘skincare’ that wasn’t all that different from the one you had given him when you first saw his original ‘routine’ if you could even call it that.
“Here dada, wash pleabs!” Teddy cooed handing him a face wash she knew was the first step. She didn’t read the name on the bottle per se but she knew that was the first one. She knew that because you’d always ask her to reach it for her first thing.
“Ahh okay. Alright, gimme, baby.” Trent reached out to her to grab it. “And you promise this will make daddy pretty like you and mummy because that’s all tall order.” He gave her a wink.
“Yeah, like mama.” She giggled as Trent went to grab the bottle from her tiny hand but Teddy snatched it back holding it tight to her chest quicker. “Wait! Wait! I blue… you pink, tay, dada?” She looked around curiously for something. Trent raised his brow confused what she was talking about. Teddy gestured to her head and pushed her little curls back with her hands. Trent hummed understanding that she was looking for the headband you always used. You usually wore the blue which was cute that Teddy now wanted to have that color.
“All good?” Trent cooed after he had grabbed the headbands out from a drawer of yours, putting one on her, allowing for her adorable face to be more on display. Trent did so after her. Teddy naturally laughed at him in the pink headband. She got through a few steps like ‘wash,’ ‘rounds’ meaning a toner pad you had which Trent did not enjoy but knew was ultimately fine as you had made him use one before, ‘goo’ was her word for serums which always made you laugh the same way it just had Trent, and concluding with ‘losh’ her word for moisturizer but as you had been able to explain it to her, lotion but then she paused in a panic.
“Don’t knows next…” She quivered. Her eyes pooling like a puppy’s, her identical pout to his rolling into a sad frown. Her eyes welled before she broke into tears.
“Baby bear… that’s okay. You did so good, beautiful. Look, doesn’t daddy look pretty now?” He cooed and she shook her head ‘no’ and Trent tried not to be offended. “Okay, you think there’s more to be done? Let’s call mama, okay? We can ask her.” He softly spoke to her, wiping her falling tears. He kissed her forehead a few times before grabbing his phone. He FaceTimed you and sat himself on an ottoman in the en suite. He plopped Teddy on his lap and wrapped his arms around her, holding the phone out in front of them.
“Hi mummy! Don’t I look so pretty?” Trent cooed with a cheeky grin that made your heart break. You assessed the situation quickly. A tearful Teddy, a goofy Trent, and two skincare headbands you knew well. You hummed with a smile. “Ted is teaching me how to get pretty like her and mummy so she has a question for you.” Trent spoke to you before pushing a kiss to Teddy’s cheek in encouragement.
“Mama, next after losh?” Teddy sadly sniffled, grabbing the phone for herself. She adjusted her position in Trent’s lap, leaning her face against his strong bicep, squishing her plump cheek into his muscle.
“That’s it, Teddy girl! All done! Good memory, baby… Daddy looks so pretty now.” You started to laugh. Trent shook his head at you. It was really sweet. You definitely had more steps post moisturizer you could’ve tacked on for him but for her, you just wanted her to smile. That beautiful smile started to grow after your confirmation.
“See, baby bear. Gotta believe in yourself. I knew you made me look prettier than mummy.” Trent cooed with a wink to you. You bit your lip as your heart ached a little missing them.
“No! Dada. No pwetty mama. Erm… mama then dada.” She corrected him at first with some vigor and then tailed off into feeling a little guilty about saying he wasn’t as so.
“Oh I see. I agree, Ted, I agree. I’m not as pretty as mummy but my Teddy is right?” He comforted her, kissing her cheek a few hundred times falling into just raspberries, Teddy falling into a hiccuped giggle.
“I definitely think so.” You assured her. “I heard Alexander-Arnold girls are the most beautiful.” You continued on. Trent nodded, Teddy quick to follow his motions with her own nod and a ‘tay,’ appreciating the compliments.

verge of frenzy—; Patrick Bateman x f!OC
Commissioned by my lovely friend @myst3r10 🖤 thank you so very much for allowing me to write this! Liz is a true girlboss 🖤
Tumblr media
Very dark content. CNC. Drug use. Violence/Graphic Depictions of Murder. Gore.
Hot water ran over the blonde’s body, her hair sticking to the back of her neck. Elizabeth ran her fingers through her hair, her hair mask sliding over her delicate fingers. The sun shimmered against her bedroom floor, clothes basking in the warmth of the sun. A formal, business look was her poison today. A long pencil skirt to hug a perfect figure was nearing her future. Sheer stockings and a white button-up to pair with her eccentric jewelry. As she squeezed her hair, her second alarm started to blare. “Fuck,” she spat. “I’m awake. Unfortunately.” It’d be one hell of a day interviewing stuck-up rich guys with egos the size of Texas. She needed a fix now. Drugs or alcohol either would do. She applied a glycolic acid cleanser to her face, dragging it down to her throat. A tingle shot through her skin as it gently exfoliated. She paired it with an almond oil scrub used primarily on her neck and chest. She needed to be perfect to combat the toxic yuppie culture - even if she took part in it too. Her skin was smooth and shaven, with tight legs and a perfectly round rump. Looks were everything.
Rinsing out her hair, she stepped from the shower, water running down her spine. Upon drying her face, she moisturized with SPF and added a sweet Gucci perfume. One sprit on her neck, the others behind her ears and wrists. She reached over to her bathroom drawer, just under the mirror to reveal a small baggie of white powder. Wasting no time, she took a sharp snort directly off the plastic. Much like people needed coffee to start the day, she needed her own special stimulant. Hers just happened to be much more expensive and illegal. All crime came with a price, yuppies knew this better than anyone. She wrapped a towel over her hair, flipping it up as she finished her routine. The rush was amazing, a quick heartbeat, the room looking so much more alive and colorful. It was awfully boring living the best life at all times, she needed this one thing to keep her intact.
Her outfit was designer, shoes worth a man’s life, lipstick as red as blood, and skin as clear as the summer sky. Elizabeth admired her reflection much like Narcissus, she could drown much like him too. Pools of beauty rippled before her, a beautiful nymph looking back at her. You’d wonder if you were even worthy enough to be looked at by her, for her eyes struck like bullets and sliced like a butterfly knife. Another hit, she thought. Fuck. She finished the baggie and chucked it into the trash. A small droplet of blood ran from her nose and a familiar soreness hit her. She took a washcloth to her nose and gently stopped the bleeding. Her damned dealer didn’t grind the shit fine enough, she’d have his head for that. Sharp, jagged crystals ripped into her nose, filling her lungs with acute amounts of blood. It was more of a nuisance than anything. Maybe one day it would catch up to her, but surviving brain-rotting conversations with millionaires hadn’t killed her yet - so nothing will at this rate.
On the contrary, Patrick Bateman never had this problem. They’d meet soon enough, even if that meant discomfort for the both of them. They were close enough to have done drugs together, but distant enough to not give a shit about each other’s problems. Bateman’s morning routine was all the same like it always was.
Jean’s ringtone began to go off.
“Helloooo?” Elizabeth spoke into the phone as she placed it on speaker.
“Hey! How are you, Jean?” She smiled through the phone, looking at herself in the mirror. She twirled the edge of the towel around her finger.
“I’m great! I was just wondering… Will I see you today? You’re so busy and I miss you. I’d like to see you even if you’re working.”
Elizabeth cleared her throat, holding the washcloth on her nose.
“Yeah, I’ll be in today for a while. I have some interviews to finish. There’s been a lot of shady bullshit going on at P&P and I plan to figure it out.” Murder scandals, how fun.”I know you’ll do great, Liz. I can’t wait to see you today.” Jean said her goodbyes before going back to work. Being an office princess had its perks, even if you were treated like meat. Having rich men fawn and bend before you - exhilarating. But Jean was far too sweet to notice the gawking expressions and predatory scrutiny. How their eyes stripped her naked and disrespected her grave before she was even dead. It was sickening. Elizabeth had seen it and stuffed it out like a candle. But Jean? She was too innocent, too kind to work in this cutthroat world. She too had climbed the corporate ladder but at what cost?
Bateman made his presence known at P&P. He looked down at his fellow yuppies, feeling their judgment, he only wished it was jealousy. Since Paul Allen’s death, more followed close behind. Bateman could only clean so much blood, oh god, how he hated cleaning the blood. He’d rather bathe in the crimson fluid, drink it, and add it to a wine sauce. Dining on the meat of mankind, drinking their blood like a sacrilegious puppet. Bateman, the man, the myth, the fucking maniac. He spent his morning jerking off the slasher movies, rewinding the death scenes until his climax. His moans mixed with the sounds of female screams, his cock rock hard as if they were real sounds of agony. His morning was ripe with violence, and porn to start the day off right.
“Hello, Jean.” He spoke. “I see you took my suggestion, you stopped wearing that ugly blouse. I like the yellow on you much better. The pink made your skin look dull. I like this so much better.”
“Morning, Pat. You look nice today.”
“Thanks! You too, Jean.”
Seemingly, all Jean heard was hello.
Patrick Bateman, you’re out of your fucking mind.
Chapter 2
Light rain, slight chance of thunderstorms.
“Good morning Liz!” Jean spoke as she made eye contact. Elizabeth made herself known, her presence requiring basic respect and intelligence. “How’d your date go last night?” Jean inquired, not knowing the cloud of disappointment that was about to glide over her head. “Horrible. A no-show. Bastard really thought I’d let that slide and tried to call me at 5 in the fucking morning to apologize.”
Jean frowned, resting her chin in her hand. “Well, I’m sorry. I hate to hear it didn’t work out. But why do you think he called you?”
Liz chuckled, at how innocent Jean was. Elizabeth looked around, making sure no one was listening. Apart from Bateman, not a soul knew she existed. “To… Just to enjoy himself.” Jean blushed a rosy red. “Oh.”
Elizabeth nodded. “Yeah. Not a good look. So now I’m just… making reservations for myself.” She was used to doing things on her own, being independent had its perks but always keeping your guard up is exhausting; and by god, she was. Jean shrugged, returning to her army of papers to fill out, leaving her cousin alone to interview. She knocked on Bateman’s door. “Come in.”
“Patrick Bat-”
He cut himself off. “Elizabeth.” “Patrick.”
A rush of memories began to flood them both.
She was in Bateman’s apartment, bent over the dresser with a line of cocaine sitting on her left asscheek. Bateman snorted the powder through a bill, his muscular body covered in delicious sweat. He slapped her ass, leaving a red print on her fine skin. Bateman was rough, the kind of guy you’d regret staying the night with. Liz enjoyed it, using it as a chance to feel alive. They coexisted in misery and loneliness, using each other to cope with the pain of the world. “Fuck me,” she demanded. Patrick laughed, slapping the tip of his cock against her. The drugs ran through his bloodstream, invigorating him like a racehorse. “Be a good girl,” he began, slamming his cock into her eager hole. “And take,” he bit his lip, her walls fluttering around him, “My big fucking cock. Take it, ohhh take it, just like that. Tell me you love my cock, tell me you love getting fucked like a slut. Fucking bitch.” Bateman pounded into her, his heavy balls slapping against her. “I love your cock,” she whined, gripping the wood frame of the table. “Fuck, fuck me harder! Please, fucking use me and all my holes.” Her body was tight, lean with muscle, and perfect hips. Her legs spread for Patrick, his skin hot against hers. His body flushed and hot, sweat running down his back.
“Fucking tell me, Liz. Tell me you feel my cock buried inside you like fucking corpse. I wish you were fucking dead so I could keep you here forever, even in death you’d be slobbering on me.” Liz felt herself close to climax as Patrick’s hand crept up to her throat. His grip was deadly, the air trapped in her throat. Her brain felt heavy, her rabid heartbeat told her she very well may have died at that moment. Her orgasm was godly, the rush of crashing worlds, on the brink of death, and the drugs mixing together created an intoxicating cocktail. Patrick screamed out profanities as he overstimulated himself inside her, his aching soul clawing at his neck for release.
“Clean yourself up in the bath. Wash my cum out of you.” Elizabeth fell on the floor, weak and tired. She attempted to pull herself up off the floor and at least onto the bed. Patrick almost took pity on the damage he caused. “Come,” he said, leaning down to pick her up. “Let’s get you cleaned up. You’re covered in sweat, you know I can’t have that.”
He scooped her up with ease, his muscles flexing as he stood up. He was still high on the conglomeration of drugs, but still sober enough to know he didn’t really want her to rot on the floor. He felt confused with himself at times; his utter lack of empathy seemed to begin and end with her. He could abuse her and kiss the same wounds he caused. He took no pleasure in truly hurting her outside the bedroom. He wanted to spoil her with every dollar in the bank. Millions wouldn’t be enough, he’d buy her the fucking world if he could. He placed her in the bathtub, his slender hands blasting the warm water over her feet. Painted toenails shimmered under the soft lights of his bathroom. “Let me clean you up, you’re filthy.” He was gentle for the first time in his life. His hands spread almond body scrub over her back and chest, the sugar gliding over her skin like silk. Her head was still spinning, the warmth only making it worse. Patrick ran a washcloth over her skin, his soft hands tickling the gentle hairs on her arms. Her heartbeat slowed down, the dizziness now turning into an intense exhaustion; the kind worse than a long day. The coming down process was cocaine was a strong one, it felt more like dying than anything. Extreme fatigue plagued her entire body, it felt a chore to even take slow, easy inhales and exhales.
Patrick took care of her like a delicate flower, the only thing that mattered to him was Liz. His sweet, precious Liz.
---
“Patrick! Long time no see, how are you?” Liz inquired, placing her purse on his desk. The simple act of dominance annoyed Bateman. “I’ve been well, Liz. I’ve missed your company. I’m sure you’ve just been suffering without me too.” She chuckled, taking a seat. His office was dead, just like every broker in the building. “I’m not here for games, Bateman. It’s business. Take a seat.” Oh? No games? No joy. “What’s troubling you?” Bateman inquired, both his hands clasped together. His eyes cut into her like razors; blood dripping from her doll-like skin. “Well,” she began. “How’s it feel being one of the last standing? This isn’t looking good. Tell me what you know.”
Patrick scoffed. “Tell you what? That I killed everyone in the building and burned their putrid corpses?”
“There’s a start.” “Oh, don’t be silly, Liz.”
She leaned in close, the air thick with tension. “Patrick.”
She stared into his eyes, counting every lash, every pore, and soon to be every fucking zero after his bail. “I need you to be honest here. Where were you on the night of Paul Allen’s death? And the rest? John Minton? Samantha Higgins? Gustavo King? Come the fuck on, Pat. Tell me.” She stood strong in the face of evil, knowing damned well she could look back without a stitch of doubt, let alone fear. Patrick’s eyes danced around her neck, imagining his hands wrapped around it. His mind raced with the memories.
“It turned you on when I told you how I butchered them all.” Patrick began, a sinister smirk plastered on his face. “Christ, don’t you remember? Soaking your panties when I told you how I bled a man in the tub like a pig?” Fuck. “I know it did. You’re a glutton for punishment - only if you get to watch like a fucking voyeur.
His words made her cringe but she detected no lies. “Patrick. You are far too comfortable.” Bateman laughed. Oh god, how he laughed. “Don’t be silly. Let alone coy, you think I’d forget about you covered in blood while I fucked you next to a corpse?” Elizabeth rolled her eyes, she wasn’t so innocent either. “Correct. Which is evidence enough to throw your ass in jail.” “Pftt… You’d be convicted too! You fucking watched!” Yes, she did. And she enjoyed it. It was sick, it was perverted, but nothing in their lives came normally; god forbid peacefully. Patrick wasn’t wrong, but that was the goddamn problem. “You have no evidence,” Liz replied quickly, a hint of amusement in her voice. “No?”
“No.”
“Pumpkin… I was filming us. You looked so beautiful all splayed out, blood and every other liquid dripping off you. You wouldn’t want that plastered everywhere, would you?” Patrick leaned back in his chair, the black material of his button-up stretching over his powerful biceps. “But you and I both know you can’t live without me and seeing me locked up would crush your precious little heart; even if it is black with rot.” Patrick’s lips curled into a soft smile as Liz looked him up and down. Dare say, he considered it ogling. “I heard you got stood up, by the way. So we will go out tonight. It Looks nice. Wear that tight red dress I got. It makes your ass look like a heart.” Patrick handed her his credit card, the letters P.B engraved on the backside in titanium shimmered under his lights. “Get your hair and nails done too… My treat. Simply because your act was hilarious.”
She snatched his card like a viper. “As if I wouldn’t have blown your money regardless…”
In truth, she’d never throw Patrick under the bus. She was too emotionally involved, invested in his life. Patrick was a constant, one thing she could always rely on. Apart from the never-ending drugs, Patrick was her system, her habit, her vice. Needless to say, his grip on her was monstrous. But she wasn’t the only one wrapped around a finger. Patrick was a slave to her whims, her wishes, her desires. Everything she could want, from the world to a blood diamond, she could have it all.
She gathered her things and just before leaving, she stood still in her tracks. “Don’t get too comfortable, Bateman. I have my ass on the line for you.” That… was an understatement. She was in deep, but Patrick was even deeper.
There was nothing like having a fresh set of gel nails and a new hairstyle. While she was perfectly within her ability to do these things herself, it was nice to use Patrick’s money for a change. It made him feel needed, something he’d never admit. All he wanted was to feel desired like he was a capable man. God knew he was, but Patrick still felt plagued with doubt.
The infamous red dress made an appearance. Strapless and covered in sequence, the red gown draped over her body like a sea of blood. Wrapping, enveloping her skin like a hungry beast. Patrick picked it for her, imagining himself ripping it off like a demon in the night. She stood in the mirror, black stiletto high heels shaping her lean calves. Tight fishnet stretched over her skin, each mole and birthmark adorning her skin visible. Luscious blonde curls draped over her shoulders, body glitter donning her skin like a rare gem. Men would carve her out of the most dangerous and feared mine in the world - just to get a taste of the sweet magnolia perfume she wore like her own skin. Patrick would peel it off like the tender skin of ripe fruit, stripping her down to the bone marrow just to get a small taste.
Her mirror image looked back at her, admiring the life she built for herself. A queen, a she-caligula looked back and laughed at all the times she showed pity on those smaller than her. Patrick was a horrible influence, enhancing the dark heart that slept beneath. Vermilion adorned her lips like blood, with earthy tones on her eyes. Patrick would drop fucking dead when she walked out the door. She was certain Patrick would look just as ravishing.
Chapter 3
Patrick pulled up to her luxury apartment, his driver mentally preparing for the horrors that would be the ride to Dorsia. It was never about the restaurant or the money it took to get in. It was yuppie bragging rights. Even for Liz, it was the ability to brag. She looked down at him from her window, a distance seeming infinite. Never close enough, just on the edge. The space felt liminal, empty, and cold. Her eyes shot down like bullets but the air was bulletproof. She’d kill him by now if the consequence wouldn't be everlasting loneliness that felt more like a punch to the gut. Patrick was the only person on earth who she could tolerate. People were meaningless or a nuisance. Bateman wasn’t a person - rather an entity to walk through life as a shadow. Casting darkness like a stormcloud, he walked.
Liz trekked down the steps, her dress held tightly in her hand. Her heels, a war drum, a tune imitated by many, but mastered by none. Imitation is the greatest form of flattery. Many aspired to be like the woman, her energy wicked, yet influenced by Patrick. He was even more sick than she could hope to be.
The door was already open for her, the only thing missing was a red carpet. Rolled out before her was only Patrick, her feet could crush him like a bug if given the chance. She smiled, her red lips curling. “You look gorgeous, Pumpkin.”
“Thank you, Patrick. Not so shabby yourself, hm?”
“Of course.”
---
“I’ll have your lobster bisque and a side salad. The lady will have the salmon mousse and NY Strip. Oh, add dessert while you’re at it. Whatever the chef’s special is.”
The waiter took their order, moving quickly to the kitchen. Patrick was a regular and was painfully critical. If the food wasn’t perfect he’d throw a fit - much like a child. Elizabeth leaned her cheek on her palm, the supple skin pushing up gently. “So,” she began. “What trouble are you in now, Pat?” She shifted hands, using her free one to gently grasp him across the table. “The only trouble that I’m in is the trouble you caused for me, Liz. My dear. My ever-so-sweet darling. You’ve put me in a world of hurt.” He replied, leaning in. His eyes were deep - soft even. He was gentle if only for a moment. “And what do you want me to do about that?” Liz pulled back, looking at the table sitting just behind them. They’d ordered the menu special - funny. The woman sitting behind Patrick looked eerily concerned. “All those men… dead? Gone? I can’t… I hope they catch who is behind these horrific killings.”
Liz smiled. “Horrific?” She repeated quietly, biting her bottom lip. Bateman smiled. “Seemingly so.” That urge came back, fuck. The urge to hurt, the urge to BE hurt. Patrick’s hands began to sweat, and his brow furrowed. Liz knew that look anywhere. She knew that woman’s fate had been sealed the moment she thought of Patrick. Sick, perverted, he was - but god, Liz was just as sick. If she’d sat with Patrick knowing he was this way, there would be two murderers sitting together. She gave him a nod, sealing this stranger’s fate.
Their food arrived and Liz began to dig in. It was perfect, the steak bloody and juicy. The salmon mousse was salty and creamy. Sharp cheese was served on the side with crackers, handmade by the chef’s loving hands. Patrick’s soup was warm, bursting with flavor. They exchanged bites, almost as if sharing a kiss. The act of sharing food was pure, even if it was rotten all the same. A bottle of wine was brought to their table, the waiter pouring glass after glass. The warm fuzzy feeling began to overtake them, the food richer, the air warmer. Everything was bright. Patrick turned to look at the table behind them, spotting another woman gossiping about him. Well - so he thought. He was guilty as charged, blood on his hands could only drip so much until they stained.
“Excuse me, but I’d love to pay for your meal,” Patrick spoke to them. “I don’t mean to be rude, but it seems like your conversation had brought you ladies down. It would make my day to treat you.” Liz smiled, that was her Patrick. “Oh!” They exclaimed. “You are so kind, sir.” If God only knew…
Upon checking out, Patrick added the other table’s meal to his bill. “Thank you so much, sir. It appears angels do exist.” Liz remained quiet and listened intently. The two women were middle-aged, appearing naive but adventurous enough to come home with them. “Perhaps, I could be one, you never know.” Patrick chuckled. “Are you two ladies up for some fun, perhaps? My girlfriend and I…”
The air became thick with suspicion. He was too bold. “I... I’m not sure, sir.”
“Oh, you’ll love it.” Liz chimed in. “We love company.” Patrick had never seen her like this before. “We would love to have you.” Having a woman’s touch never hurts. Liz seemed trusting, and knowing Patrick, this aspect only made his cock throb. Liz could be very convincing when she wanted - and now - she needed this. This release, this ecstasy from the pain and pleasure. She batted her eyelashes across the table and that delicate look seemed to be all it took. “Mhmm… Fine. I like meeting new people anyways. I’m Marion.”
“Marion. This is my boyfriend, Patrick. I’m Elizabeth.”
Chapter 4
Patrick’s apartment is a tomb for many, a chamber of death and destruction for all. “Take a seat,” Liz cooed, slipping off Marion’s jacket. “Wine? Beer? What’s your fancy, sweetheart?” Liz’s fingers trailed over Marion’s shoulder, pushing back her strawberry-red hair. It smelled faintly of a developer and an almond hair mask. Patrick couldn’t contain his excitement. “Would you like something… stronger?” Liz pulled a small baggie of cocaine from her chest, dangling it in front of Marion like a bone to a dog. Marion’s cheeks turned deep pink, her skin hot, the hairs on her neck standing up. “I’ve… never done this.” Liz smiled before laying it out before them. “It’s easy. TOO easy! Just…” She made fine lines on the silver tray in front of them, giving Marion the thinnest line. “Just snort, move along quickly. It’s fucking amazing.” She ran her fingers through Marion’s hair, guiding her head down. She looked behind them, seeing Patrick standing in the hallway, a small hammer in his hands. She gave him a nod, gently scratching Marion’s scalp. She moved her hand to the back of Marion’s neck, leaving space for Patrick to swing.
Crack. Wet matter hit the table, a tooth following after. He hit her again, this time in the side of the cranium. Again. Again. Again. Until blood spattered on Liz, a chunk of brain rolling down her chest. “Finally!” Bateman shouted. “Fucking FINALLY!” He grabbed Marion’s neck, pulling her close to him. He pulled fragments of her skull off, dropping them at his feet. Her heart had long since stopped, the blunt impact deadly enough to end her life on the second swing. Dare - you could say she didn’t know what hit her. His hands were shaking from the thrill. Blood covered his face, his hair stained and now crusty with the fluid. Cold, nothing but cold air filled the room. The brain matter on Liz’s chest was now on the floor, along with an ocean of blood and flesh.
She grabbed her boyfriend’s hand, stopping him for only a moment. She ran his hand down her face, leaving a trail of blood behind. He smelled like crushed bones and cologne. Liz felt the blood dry on her skin. Patrick’s hand ran down to her breast, the blood following. “You’re so damned hot,” he spoke. He pressed his other hand into the pool of blood, gathering a small amount in his hand before smearing it all over Liz’s chest and neck. His handprints tattooed her skin, from her cheeks down to the now exposed flesh on her back. “Take me, Patrick,” She begged, running her sticky fingers in his hair. The blood was horrid, the stickiness, the smell. They didn’t give a shit, all they needed was each other. Patrick peeled off her underwear, his following shortly. He laid her back in the ever-growing pool of blood on the floor. Her heart raced, her body excited with the idea of being fucked next to a corpse. Patrick dove into her pussy, lapping at her like a man starved. He gave her no warmup, the anticipation driving them both insane. He reached up to tease her nipples, her skin aching with the pain of his grip, but his skin was so sweet against her. She planted herself in the pool of blood, wrapping one of her nimble legs around his head as her orgasm approached. He ran his tongue in sharp, rough circles over her clit. Her hands slipped in the blood, her body writhing in the intense pleasure. She sang his name like a symphony, an orchestrated show for the wicked. He brought his bloodied hand to her clit, his mouth leaving her sex for only a moment. His mouth was covered in crimson, a perfect mix of her juice and Marion’s blood. He smacked her clit before rubbing it how she liked it. He knew her body like the back of his hand. Liz writhed like she was being tortured, the pleasure intense it almost hurt. “Fucking cum for me, fucking cum for me. Look at all this blood and cum at the thought of it. That’s my sweet girl. That’s right.”
Liz swatted his hand away, seconds away from her climax. “I want to fucking ride you as we look at the mess you made. My Patrick.” She pushed him onto his back, grabbing his gorgeous cock in her hands. She planted her mouth on him, taking him to the back of her throat, swirling her tongue over his swollen tip. He grabbed a fistful of her hair, pushing her head down to his pubic hair. He cursed a thousand curses before pulling her head up. Her face was strung with tears, her lips swollen and her nose bleeding from the cocaine use. She crawled on top of him like a fucking terror from hell. She positioned herself on his perfect cock, leaving a bloody handprint on his chest, right where his beating heart was. She rode his cock, grinding her clit against him in the process. “Fuck, fuck. Yes. Ride my fucking cock, Liz. Fucking ride me, my darling.” She used his chest as support, her nails flicking over his nipples, sending him into a fucking frenzy. “Such a sensitive boy, eh? Like having your nipples played with? Oh, my sweet, sweet Patrick.” Her other hand wrapped around his supple neck, her grip much stronger than he anticipated. He bucked his hips like a madman, his vision slowly blurring. She was drenched in blood but damn - she never looked better.
Patrick whined as he climaxed so hard he thought his eyes were going to pop out of his skull. “Cum for me, Patrick. Cum for me, please, oh please.” She brought her fingers to her clit, rubbing frantically in an attempt to cum with him. She continued to bounce on his cock, their skin slapping together, much like that hammer smacked into Marion’s head.
They collapsed next to the corpse, its eyes still open and cold. A gray cast overtook the lifeless eyes. Liz swallowed, her naked body on display for the corpse. Patrick caught his breath, pulling Liz next to him. “If you ever tell anyone about this,” he began…
“I’ll kill you myself, but I’ll keep your body to fuck.” He smiled softly, kissing the top of her head. “Likewise, Bateman. Fess up and they’ll never find your body. But like you, I’d ride your corpse into the afterlife. Lots of women used to attend hangings just to see a hard cock.”
Patrick smiled. “Well, you don’t need to hang me to see my dick hard. Trust me.”

How to Maintain Your Eyebrow Threading Results: Proven Tips and Techniques
When it comes to perfectly shaped eyebrows, there's no denying the power of eyebrow threading. This ancient hair removal technique has gained immense popularity due to its precision and long-lasting results. If you've recently visited a reputable beauty salon like soni's salon in Boca Raton for eyebrow threading, you'll want to ensure that your beautiful brows stay in shape for as long as possible. In this blog post, we'll share proven tips and techniques to help you maintain your eyebrow threading results and keep your brows looking fabulous.
Tumblr media
Follow a Consistent Skincare Routine: To maintain your eyebrow threading results, it's important to follow a consistent skincare routine. Cleanse your face gently with a mild cleanser twice a day, and avoid using harsh exfoliants or abrasive scrubs near the eyebrow area. Be sure to moisturize daily to keep the skin around your eyebrows nourished and hydrated.
Avoid Touching or Rubbing: Resist the temptation to touch or rub your eyebrows excessively. The oils and dirt from your fingers can transfer onto your brows, causing them to lose their shape or become prone to breakouts. If you need to adjust your eyebrows, use a clean spoolie brush or a brow comb instead.
Schedule Regular Touch-Up Appointments: Even with proper maintenance, your eyebrow threading results will gradually fade over time. To keep your brows looking fresh, schedule regular touch-up appointments at One Stop Beauty Shop in Boca Raton. Their skilled estheticians can tidy up any stray hairs and maintain the shape of your eyebrows, ensuring they continue to frame your face beautifully.
Use a Clear Brow Gel or Mascara: To keep your eyebrow hairs in place and maintain their shape throughout the day, consider using a clear brow gel or mascara. This product will help tame unruly hairs and give your brows a polished look. Look for a lightweight, non-sticky formula that won't weigh down your eyebrows.
Protect Your Brows from Sun Exposure: Excessive sun exposure can fade the color of your eyebrows and weaken the hair follicles. Shield your brows from harmful UV rays by wearing a wide-brimmed hat or applying a broad-spectrum sunscreen to your forehead and brow area. Opt for a sunscreen that is safe to use around the eyes and won't cause irritation.
Resist the Urge to Overpluck: One of the key aspects of maintaining your eyebrow threading results is to resist the urge to overpluck. Let your eyebrows grow out naturally between threading sessions and avoid tweezing or plucking stray hairs. Trust the expertise of the estheticians at One Stop Beauty Shop in Boca Raton to shape your brows to perfection during your next visit.
Tumblr media
Conclusion: With the right care and maintenance, you can prolong the results of your eyebrow threading and enjoy beautifully shaped brows for weeks. By following a consistent skincare routine, scheduling regular touch-up appointments, and protecting your brows from sun exposure, you'll maintain that fresh and polished look. Remember, visiting a reputable beauty salon like Soni's salon-the One Stop Beauty Shop in Boca Raton will ensure that you receive professional guidance and expertise in maintaining your eyebrow threading results. Cleansing and conditioning your locks simultaneously, these brilliant combos won’t make you wait too long for the conditioner to soak in. Shorter showers are not the only glaring benefit of the product, though. Depending on your hair’s unique needs, the right shampoo-conditioner can give you good protection against scalp conditions like infection, scalp dermatitis, and dandruff. It can also add volume to the hair and make your tresses stronger as well as healthier. Love the sound of this? Here are our top 15 picks for 2-in-1 dual-action shampoos and conditioners that are a must-try! Key Takeaways Cleanses and conditions simultaneously Provides protection against scalp conditions Adds volume and strength to hair Shortens shower time Top 15 picks for 2-in-1 dual-action shampoos and conditioners Top 2-in-1 Shampoo and Conditioner Combos Effective Dandruff Treatment When I first sought out a solution for my dandruff issues, I discovered that the key to an effective treatment lies in the ingredients. Pyrithione Zinc is a game-changer; it not only relieves an itchy and flaky scalp but also conditions the hair. I was particularly impressed with a formula that included vitamin E and wheat proteins, which added moisture and softness to my hair while tackling scalp conditions. The dual benefits of a 2-in-1 shampoo and conditioner cannot be overstated. Not only does it simplify the hair care routine, but it also ensures that the scalp is treated with the care it needs without stripping away essential oils. Here's what I found to be the pros of using a quality 2-in-1 shampoo and conditioner for dandruff treatment: Non-drying formula Dermatologist-recommended Clears scalp residues Softens hair Requires little product per use However, it's important to note that some products may contain chemicals that could irritate sensitive scalps. It's always best to read labels and, if possible, patch test before committing to a new hair care regimen. Gentle Daily Use Finding a shampoo and conditioner duo that's mild enough for daily use while still effectively managing dandruff can be a challenge. I've discovered that the Pro Series Hair Care Duo strikes the perfect balance. Its lightweight formula ensures that my hair remains smooth and silky after every wash, without any heavy feeling. The key to maintaining healthy hair and scalp is consistency. Using a gentle product regularly can lead to continuous improvement in hair health and appearance. Here are some of the pros and cons I've noticed with daily use: It moisturizes the hair without weighing it down. Leaves the hair feeling silky and soft. However, for some, its conditioning formula may not be as effective as desired. Despite the occasional con, this duo has provided salon-like results in just a few uses, and it's become a staple in my daily hair care routine. Best for Sensitive Scalp Finding a 2-in-1 shampoo and conditioner that caters to a sensitive scalp while effectively combating dandruff can be a challenge. Suave Professionals 2 in 1 Plus is a pH-balanced formula that promises to cleanse and condition in one swift step, aiming for soft, silky hair after just a few uses. The dual-action product is designed to clear scalp residues without over-drying, which is crucial for those of us with sensitive skin. It's a dermatologist-recommended choice that requires only a small amount per application, making it both efficient and cost-effective. However, it's important to note that some users have reported it can dry out the scalp. Here's a quick overview of the pros and cons: Pros Non-drying formula Dermatologist-recommended Clears scalp residues Softens hair Requires little product per use Cons May dry out the scalp for some When selecting a product, it's essential to consider these factors to ensure it aligns with your scalp's needs and your hair care routine. Cruelty-Free Formula When I consider the impact of my choices on the environment and animal welfare, I'm drawn to products that align with my values.
Cruelty-free shampoo and conditioner duos not only offer the convenience of a two-in-one solution but also ensure that no animals were harmed in their development. This ethical aspect is crucial for me, and I've found that many cruelty-free formulas are also free from harsh chemicals, which is a win-win for my hair and conscience. The Purezero Biotin Shampoo & Conditioner set is a standout in this category. Its velvety, sulfate-free, vegan formula not only strengthens and repairs damaged hair but also supports my commitment to cruelty-free products. Here's a quick list of ingredients commonly found in cruelty-free hair care products that are beneficial for scalp health: Hyaluronic acid Panthenol Centella Asiatica Extract (Cica Care) Ceramide Niacinamide Collagen These ingredients are known for their hydrating and restorative properties, making them ideal for maintaining a healthy scalp and luscious locks. Benefits of Dual-Action Products I've found that using a 2-in-1 shampoo and conditioner not only saves time but also simplifies my hair care routine. The convenience of a single product for both cleansing and conditioning can't be overstated. It's a game-changer for busy mornings or when I'm in a rush. The dual-action formula is designed to address multiple hair needs in one go. It can protect against scalp conditions, add volume, and strengthen hair, making it an efficient choice for anyone looking to streamline their hair care. Here's a quick look at the benefits I've noticed: Time-saving with shorter showers Simplified hair care routine Protection against scalp conditions Added volume and strength to hair Remember, the right 2-in-1 product can make a significant difference in your hair's health and appearance. It's worth exploring the options to find the one that suits your hair's unique needs. ConclusionIn conclusion, the right shampoo and conditioner duo can work wonders for your scalp health. From clarifying the scalp to adding thickness and volume, there are various benefits to using a quality 2-in-1 product. While some may experience dryness and frizz, the overall results can lead to healthier and stronger hair. Remember to choose products that suit your hair type and consider consulting a hair care specialist for optimal results. Invest in a good shampoo and conditioner duo to restore and maintain your scalp health effectively. how to improve the quality of your life
Daily confidence affirmations
this sounds corny, but it works in getting rid of most negative self talk. I recommended to do it in the shower, and as you’re washing yourself imagine all the bad thoughts flowing with the water and falling into the drain.
If you’re insecure, your logical side might kill you. If you hate your looks but tell yourself “I’m so beautiful,” you might follow that with a “how?” You can actually use this to your benefit. Answer your question in your head. “I’m so beautiful because no matter how much I go through I still push forward, I never bring others down, my hair looks silky when I wake up, stray cats approach me..” any reason you want. Try to switch it up
Invest in a gym membership
If you’re physically able, I recommended weightlifting. It builds confidence, strength, and can also aid in mobility.
Some gyms come with a sauna or steam room. Definitely utilize these as they can improve your skin quality and overall wellbeing.
Track your water intake
Water reminder apps aren’t enough. I’ve tried them before and have the time I’ll ignore the alert. I recommend the Waterllama app. You’ll have to pay a few $$ for this feature, but you can log in drinks besides water to see how hydrated you are. The free version of the app calculates how much water you need based on temperature, level of activity, and your weight. Hydration is important, yet most people are dehydrated.
read
this may seem like a no-brainer, but people often misunderstand how reading can bring you peace/help you grow.
Reading fiction allows you to escape from reality. It’s perfect for when you want to relax and become sucked into a story. I recommend the vegetarian by Han kang (please look into cws before reading!) and Heaven by Meiko Kawakami. Finding prose you can connect with will give your life meaning.
Reading nonfiction can give you lots of insight on history, sociology, and/or any topic you can think of. You can easily improve the quality of your life by choosing a topic or two of interest and reading many books on the subject. You’ll feel fulfilled and intelligent after educating yourself. I’m currently reading the R*pe of Nanking by Iris Chang. I will make a list in the future of random topics you can research when you’re bored.
Self help books. Honestly these are iffy. I believe self help books tend to focus on the individual, but I believe that growth comes by interactions with others and fostering good connections. If you agree with this, you’ll love Bell Hooks. Although she focuses on feminist theory, her books can be used for personal growth (for all genders). I also recommend “the highly sensitive person” by Elaine Aron. Try to read these types of books by people with a PDH. I don’t know, I guess I just trust them more..
Invest in good hygiene
Skincare: no one needs a 10 step skincare routine, but I highly recommend 3 things. When you wake up, apply sunscreen. At night, wash your face and then moisturize. My skin used to be filled with bumps and cysts, but now I get compliments. I used witch Hazel and African black soap to clear my skin back in the day, but right now I use Korean products (with the exception of my Japanese shisedo sunscreen). It’s important to understand your skin type before you jump on trends because you might accidentally make your skin worse. If you want an honest review of a product, always check Reddit.
For hair care, as someone with almost straight hair , I recommend washing every 2-3 days. If you do it everyday you’re bound to dry out your scalp and cause breakage. Try to use fragrance free products. Learn how to make hair masks at home - I massage olive oil and an egg into my hair and wash it 30 minutes later. Indian haircare is honesty so great. I recommend Amla oil for all hair types. Just massage into your scalp and then add it to the rest of your hair, braid it up and go to sleep. Also, use a silk bonnet at night. I recommend buying them from Etsy for better quality and so you can support Black businesses. AVOID HEATED PRODUCTS AND TRYYYYY TO LIMIT DYING YOUR HAIR
And lastly, body care. I don’t have much to say except that African black soap is your best friend and always put on lotion. Always. Nivea + almond oil is a great combo.

my routines ♡୨୧⋆.・
im just a regular girlie so if im doing anything wrong feel free to call me outttt!! im not a professional sauurr yea x
skincare routine: my skin is by no means perfect or even near perfect!! ive gone thru so many products/routines bc ive naut been blessed w naturally clear skin lol. what ive found is that the less steps/products the better! dont overwhelm ur skin plzz! i make sure to wash my face every morning and night + in the shower (so wash face at least 3x a day). to help with my acne scars i use a homemade garlic facemask!!! TAKE NOTES! just crush a garlic clove and mix it with warm water. it will sting and burn so be careful!! and DON'T leave it on longer than 5 minutes (n plz only use this if u hv actual bad acne/scars bc its a very strong remedy!). for my moisturizer i use the caudalie vinopure serum, + my caudalie lip balm
hair care routine: ngl i dont do much to my hair! to make it grow longer i just make sure to NOT trim it often. TRUST ME! i only trim it like once a year. i use the l'oreal dream long shampoo/conditioner! unfortunately i use heat on it quite a lot LOL but i dont think it damages it that much. since my natural hair is wavy ive gotten used to only brush it right before washing it, and then i comb it in the shower and right when i get out. since its winter i blow dry it everyday now, but when its warmer i try to let it air dry!
nail care/growth routine: naur.. dot dot dot.. unfortunately i bite them theyre so short LOL
mental health check in/routine: i make sure to write down my feelings everytime im unwell. this also helps a lot to prevent any other sort of hurtful coping mechanisms! i rlly recommend getting a diary so it feels more personal and safe. its very important to get to know urself and why u feel the way u feel. understand that ur feelings are caused by external causes, bc if not it can seem like ur whole life is a disaster and u forget about the good parts! if ur life feels pointless/boring atm try writing down one thing everyday that was ur favorite part of that day. u will notice how much good there is in the world/ur life, and u can incorporate those things u love more often into ur day.
that's all for now angels♡♡ i can make a part 2 with other routines if u want (suggest what u would like to see!) love ya XO

Hey girl! Just a quick question. What advice would you give a college student, wanting to embrace her femininity, and begin her hypergamous journey?
I’m just in my second year of college. and I feel a bit weird knowing everyone is wearing sweats to class. I am the only one who looks put together.
Would really appreciate your feedback thanks!
Hi lovely,
Sounds like you have the perfect environment to level up your looks and dating life! It’s precisely because you don’t dress like others do, and take the time to look polished, that will make you stand out easily and effortlessly.
Frankly, once you create a system for yourself, it’s actually quite simple to maintain a polished look.
Creating a signature capsule wardrobe that works for your style, needs, body shape and complexion will make it so easy to get dressed any day in just 10-15 minutes and you’ll look classy with little effort. Let me know if an in-depth guide would be helpful on this.
Also investing in a few accessories which compliment your skintone (ie. gold for blondes, olive skintones, or dark skin with warm undertones; or silver for pale brunettes, or very deep skincolor with cool undertones), you don’t have to break the bank or spend too much for this, it can be as simple as a set of pearl earrings, a signature necklace that is dainty (pick a symbol that resonates with you, or a name tag), a classy watch.
The same for a perfume, figure out what you like (florals, woody scents, animalic, fruity, etc) and what you wish to emanate (power, playfulness, sexy, mystery, and so on). Then pick a signature perfume, and body lotion & spray to go with it.
For manicure/pedicure, you can opt for a natural look by ensuring they’re filed and trimmed and hydrated, or you can invest in a nail set (you can find quality ones for less than 100$ and it will last you more than a year) and do them yourself at home.
For hair, consider what styles work best for you and do a little research on products and routines which will get you there (ie. deep moisturing routines for curly hair, braiding your hair overnight for glam waves next day, using a straightener etc).
For hair removal, you can either stick to shaving or waxing in a routine that is sustainable and comfortable for you, or you can invest in an IPL device to use at home which may be a little more pricy at first but it will be worth the costs over time.
In terms of make-up, the best strategy is soft glam or something more natural that still accentuates your beauty, instead of going heavy with 50 products (remember, the goal is to look good not just in photos but real life). Don't try to look like someone else, work with your natural beauty.
And last but not least, relationships: once you have a good foundation of the above (because you do want to look and feel your best first), you can start meeting new connections at college and academic events, theatre, the opera, any upscale restaurants or museums, art exhibitions; you can also meet people online on forums on dating apps. The important thing is to be open to opportunities, realize there are possibilities everywhere. And equally importantly, figure out what you want first before looking! Otherwise you'll just be wasting your time circling the drain, and accepting whatever comes along, which is not a level up mindset. Just consider what qualities are a must, which are nice to have, and which are dealbreakers. And then do not, I repeat do not compromise those standards. Nobody will get hurt for compromising, but you.
Don't forget about mindset! Everything begins with your mindset. Meditate over any mental limitations you may have, scarcity mindsets or blockages holding you back. Those should be cleared first, so you can focus on elevating everything else.
Good luck and hope this jumpstarts your glow up. 💖🥂✨

It’s almost self-care Sunday, and it’s almost the end of July.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
Here’s how I’ll be preparing for a new month and a new week:
Getting my nails and hair done. I’ve had these braids in for way too long and it’s time for a change. My nails are growing out, so it’s time for a fill in. The nail polish on my feet is chipping away, I need a good foot scrub and fresh coat.
Cleaning up my workspace and bedroom. Nothing feels better than being in a clean and organized space. With a clear room I have a clear mind.
Body and face skin care routine. Shave and exfoliate the body. Moisturize with Shea Butter straight out the shower. Wash, exfoliate, and put a face mask on. After, apply toner, serum and moisturizer. My skin will be glowy, soft, and more even.
Declutter my electronics. Go through your emails, photos and files. Get rid of what you don’t need anymore, and organize everything into folders. This will make remote working a whole lot easier and quicker.
Do the laundry. Start the week/month with fresh clean clothes. Especially in this heat, it’s important to wash more often and make sure clothes have no sweaty smells.
Write down your schedule/important dates and goals for the week/month. Write everything down. Write to-dos, important events, meetings, and goals. Remember not to overload yourself with too much work and goals. Take your time.
Journal. Write down your thoughts, emotions, dreams and affirmations. It’s important to release on paper. Writing affirmations will help you remember your worth and how to love yourself.
Light a candle, sage your space. Get rid of any old energy lingering around. Make your space more inviting for new and positive energy.
Pray. Talk to the Universe. Meditate. Be still and be one with the Universe. I’ve been abandoning my spirituality lately, but I know the Universe has not forgotten me, so I will not forget her.
Make a healthy meal, drink water, and stretch. Take care of your body. Nourish it. After a long week of working out, your body needs to recover, so try to focus on that.
It’s okay if you miss a few of these steps and not everything has to be done to perfection. It’s all about feeling good and aligning yourself with positive energy for the new week/month. Do what makes you feel good!

Trophy Wife Aesthetics for Black Women
“Hi! What do you think are the non-negotiables of being a trophy wife? Aesthetically. For black women. I think white women have a different level up journey.”
I was asked this question in a chat but I wrote so much information that I figured I should share my response with you all as well. I’ll try to make this as concise as possible.
I’ll start by saying that aesthetically, Black women have to be more than cute. White women are considered beautiful just for being white, we don’t get that privilege, you know? However, being beautiful isn’t the end all be all. There are plenty of black trophy wives that aren’t naturally “beautiful” but they present well. Presentation is everything kind of like food. It may taste great but you may not even want to touch it if it’s presented poorly.
Here are my personal non-negotiables:
1. Keep your hair done. This doesn’t mean keep your hair in a weave or wig 24/7. You can be natural too. One of the more affluent men I dated actually preferred my natural hair over wigs. But make sure it’s well taken care of, always. Deep condition, moisturize, detangle etc. Use clips in if you need the extra volume. If you’re going to do weaves and wigs, make sure your closure is “undetectable”. Keep flyaways in order with an oil or mousse. Carry a brush and comb with everywhere to touch up every now and then but not in front of him if possible.
2. Your skin has to be pretty taken care of as well. If you’re his wife, you’re going to be waking up to him every morning. I don’t believe in waking up earlier than my man to put on light makeup and stuff. Men aren’t even worth that lol. But DO try to achieve great skin so that you still are pretty when you wake up. Doesn’t have to be perfect. Many people don’t have perfect skin. But make sure you’re washing, toning, moisturizing blah blah. I’m starting to follow the 10-step Korean skincare routine. It’s on my blog If you guys want to check it out. I’ve been investing a significant amount of time in learning what acids do what and how they can address my specific concerns. Good skin overall just makes you look wealthier too. So on “no-makeup” days, you can just do eyebrows, and lipgloss and mascara if you don’t have lash extensions and still look put together. Affluent men tend to enjoy outdoor activities, there will be times when you don’t wanna be in a full face but you can if you want to. The same goes for skin on the rest of your body as well. I shower about two times a day so I moisturize my body two times a day. To moisturize I use a mixture of oils, shea butter and regular lotion. I moisturize my hands every time I wash them too. Once or twice a week, I do a full-body exfoliation. I have a dry brush that I use and occasionally, I opt for a scrub instead.
3. Take care of your teeth - Straight white teeth against melanated skin is >>>>. Plus it makes you look prettier, more put together, and of course, wealthier. Straightening teeth is expensive but a worthy investment. If you can’t straighten now, just whiten and take good care of your teeth in the meanwhile. Brush twice daily, floss daily, and whiten throughout the week.
4. Keep your nails done. Can’t be too long or else we’re considered “ghetto” I usually go about medium length but a lot of blogs will suggest short. My man loved my medium length nails lol. I usually go for softer colors like baby pink, sometimes white. If I’m not able to go to the salon, I clean and file my nails down to an even length and paint them with a clear polish. It’s hard to make a mess of clear polish and my nails still look nice and shiny. I pop collagen pills to improve their strength because I naturally have weaker nails that break pretty easily.
5. Wardrobe. Try to build a timeless wardrobe with a lot of basics you can build on and mix and match. For example, blazers are a staple for me. I wear them with jeans but I can mix them with trousers too. Then I have hella basic bodysuits I can wear with either combo. An easy trick for me is to buy a ton of neutrals. I’m not a big color person so it’s easy for me to shop this way. However, do not let my preferences deter you. Black women own color, if this is your style, go for it full throttle but be tasteful. I usually go more colorful on vacations. There are tons of articles out there on how to build a good wardrobe though.
6. Stay in shape - I won’t say there’s a specific body type you need to have but take care of your body. I’m still working on working out consistently but because of skinny privilege I’ve been able to lack in that department and still be perceived as “fit”. Currently, I try to do flexibility stretching and exercise on Monday, Wednesday & Fridays. Stretch on weekends. If you get cosmetic surgery like a BBL, breast job etc. make sure it’s fitting for your frame.
7. Lastly, this doesn’t apply to aesthetics but I feel as though black women have to DO SOMETHING to be snatched up as trophy wives. We don’t get pulled into that position just for being pretty as often as white woman do. For example, Alexis O. Of Reddit wifed Serena Williams who is the best tennis player in the world. Not some random girl he thought was cute. Prince Harry wifed Megan Markle who was not only a successful actress but also had an outstanding educational background to match. Janet Jackson married billionaire businessman, Wissam Al Mana. Now of course, many of us aren’t that successful yet but hopefully you get the point. Men in positions of higher status want to know that you can fit into his lifestyle and don’t have beans for brains. Having something going for yourself also gives him something to invest in. Men like to feel needed or helpful but not used.
Additionally, owning a business or working in corporate greater increases your chances of mingling with men in positions to make you a trophy wife. There’s a reason why college sugar babies are so successful but for women past that stage, have a career, have a small business. Do SOMETHING. It also creates a safety net for you as well. Men can be unpredictable and can do horrible things. I read an article once about a man who hid his entire fortune in offshore shell companies when him and his wife were divorcing so that she wouldn’t be able to get anything. It took her lawyer literal years to untangle that web of shell accounts he spun. Running your own business or even having a solid set of skills saves you in the event of the worst of the worst. Your life shouldn’t crumble to pieces if this man decides to divorce you. Same goes for even being the spoiled girlfriend of a wealthy man. Having a wealthy boyfriend or husband is one thing, knowing how to use him as a resource is another. Girls who truly win at this game walk away from these relationships with more than a few handbags and a baby.
