THE TIERS

TIER 1 - PERFECTION

This tier is for characters I really like and have very minor issues with in how they specifically are handled narratively. They’re likeable and do well in the role they’re given.

This tier is similar to the one before in being characters I like a lot. However, certain parts of their narrative journeys or how they were portrayed leaves a sour taste in my mouth and drags them down from being truly great. 

TIER 3 - WE COULD HAVE HAD IT ALLLLLLL

Obligatory wasted potential tier. Characters I believe should’ve been given so much more development and time and purpose instead of being unceremoniously killed off, pushed to the side or turned into a complete joke. 

TIER 4 - LOOK HOW THEY MASSACRED MY BOY/GIRL

This tier is for characters who started out great when they were first introduced but slowly regressed as the series went on.

TIER 5 - REALITY CAN WHATEVER I WANT

The tier for characters who are ultimately unimportant in the grand scale of the story but are ones who have the potential to be really interesting and are just personal faves of mine.

TIER 6 - WAIT A MINUTE, WHO ARE YOU?

This tier is similar to the previous one, just on the opposite end of the spectrum. I could not give less of a fuck about any of you people. But I don’t hate any of them. I just don’t care. Which is why they’re here and not any lower.

TIER 7 - YOU SHOULD BE ADDICTED TO SHUTTING THE FUCK UP

This tier is for characters who have just enough potential to be interesting in a different story. But good lord are they fucking annoying in canon. Shut the fuck up please. TIER 8 - TO SHREDS, YOU SAY?

Pretty self-explanatory. These characters serve no purpose or are actively detrimental to plot and could easily be replaced by someone else.

“... you’re not seriously eating that for breakfast, are you?” Weiss asked as soon as she spotted Neon in the kitchen, sitting on the counter next to the toaster and munching away at a poptart at ten am.

"Why not? Neon asked, mouth still full so it sounded more like 'wiff n. Weiss made a face. Both at the question and the eating with her mouth full.

"Because that is a dessert, you heathen," Weiss said.

Neon blinked at her, eyebrows drawn low. She swallowed. "It's a breakfast food."

"Really?" Weiss snorted and grabbed the box of strawberry poptarts from the cabinet. She flipped to the nutrition label. "With thirty grams of sugar it's not."

"But it's labeled as a breakfast food." Neon took a pointed bite. It got crumbs on the counter. She pointed with the poptart and got crumbs on the floor, too, because of it. "Plus it's got vitamins."

Weiss rolled her eyes. "Oh joy, three b vitamins that account for less than a fourth of the serving." Neon shrugged.

"'s not my fault you can't handle tasty breakfast foods," Neon said.

"My breakfasts are tasty!" Weiss objected.

"Weiss, oatmeal is objectively disgusting. It doesn't matter what you try to add to it," Neon said.

"I didn't mean the oatmeal," Weiss grumbled. Though she liked her oatmeal. It was good with cinnamon and peaches.

"What are you eating?" Weiss asked the final person in the kitchen, Coco, sitting sideways in a chair at the dining table with her leg pulled onto the seat. Misery washed over her the second she saw what was in her hand. Another poptart.

"Cinnamon sugar poptart," Coco said. Neon laughed and Weiss groaned. Neither reaction seemed to matter to Coco, except Weiss saw the flicker of a smile. This was a betrayal. An utter betrayal. "Don't worry, I'll make pancakes and eggs for us tomorrow. So just join the club. We have blueberry, you can pretend it's healthy. Plus isn't it your favourite?"

Weiss grumbled again, because it was her favourite, but she didn't want to fall to its temptations. This was breakfast. That was dessert. Though maybe if she ate some actual fruit with it… Neon brushed past her as she thought, the corner of her first poptart slowly disappearing from between her lips as she ate while grabbing something from the cabinet and returning to the microwave. By the time Weiss made her decision, Neon handed her an already-toasted pair of blueberry poptarts already back in their wrapper. She huffed so she could show that she disapproved even as she took it.

"Thank you," Weiss said.

"You're welcome," Neon said. Then, after a purposeful few seconds, "I hope you enjoy your breakfast."

Weiss sputtered indignantly around her first bite.

I have quite a few favorites like Yang, Weiss, Ruby, Qrow, Jaune, and Ironwood. In terms of favorite side characters I really like Flynt, Neon, Coco, and Fox. I also do have a soft spot for Neo.

Favorite volumes, so far I’m really enjoying V9, but I’m not sure where I’d rank it just yet. V3, V6, and V8 are among my favorites.

Bumbleby Big Bang Post #2

...okay, so full disclosure: this isn't an official second BBB post from me. Clickbait-y title is clickbait, and I do apologise.

We are only supposed to have 1 story entry per person per year, understandably to not overload one's self with too many projects, and not only have I already uploaded on 13th December, but the last post was yesterday, Christmas Eve 2023, by the incredible pugoata.

Even then, this subject was discussed rather at length within the BBB Discord Server little over a month ago, even as a silly little idea a few people threw around. As per the rules of the Big Bang:

"Do not discuss your BBB ideas in the server, or in public, at all"

As this was indeed a BBB idea discussed within the server, it cannot be entered officially as a story.

But from the simple question posed "What would it look like to write a Bees Story from a perspective other than the Bees?", that stupid idea was in my head. And then due to a mental health nosedive, I suddenly had a lot of time on my hands, and a crazy idea in my head to follow through with after that brief talk.

And thus, 3 weeks later, this. Despite waiting until Christmas Day itself to post, it is not itself a festive story. Just wanted to put that out there before expectations were formed.

I held off posting so that everyone could enjoy the fruits of everyone who worked on their BBBs' labour, but now with that buffer out of the way, I'd give you something for the next couple of days worth of binging. I thought I'd also offer out to anyone who wanted to give it a shot:

Patreon Reward: A Pure Support Group, Chapter 1: Blake And Coco

There are many support groups in Beacon-after all, with the Hunter Lifestyle, you need them! But there is a very special one that only meets in the dead of night, where certain people won't try to sit in.

This is where the tales of Joan Arc are told, by the students whom she has affected.

Despite the fact that Beacon was a school for Huntresses and Huntsmen in training, and everything primarily focused upon that particular goal, there were clubs that students could join for relaxation during off periods and days, since it was necessary for anyone, civilian or not, to have ways to mentally relax. It was even more important for Huntsmen in Training, because if they weren’t of sound mind, they would easily fall as prey to the Grimm, or the bleakness of their careers could send them into a depressive spiral and their own demons would consume them.

To help counter this, there were also support groups for the students. From ones that dealt with victims of depression, to those who were dealing with feelings of isolation, to those who were victims of bullying or other abuses, Beacon had them all.

But, there was one support group that only a select group that was more…mysterious than the others. There were certain rules and regulations that were required to join.

Rule One: First Rule of FABJA is, you do not talk about FABJA.

Rule Two: Second Rule of FABJA is, you do not talk about FABJA!

Rule Three: The potential members must be futa. No males allowed.

Rule Four: The meetings would only take place a few times a month, in different locales every time. To ensure people who needed to come didn’t miss their chance, every member would be texted when the next meeting place was chosen.

Rule Five: The meetings would only take place late at night, long after curfew. To ensure that this didn’t cause problems for class schedules, meetings only took place on either weekends or holidays.

Rule Six: No matter what rivalries members have outside of the Support Group, they had no place within it. All were equal here. All jealousy was also left at the door.

Rule Seven: Under no circumstances, were they to even let a whisper of the support group be heard by Joan Arc.

Why these rules, and why make sure that Joan Arc didn’t know about what this support group in particular, when she was well known to go to all of them at least once monthly, bringing baked goods or just offering support?

It was because this specific support group dealt with her specifically. Not in a bad way, as every member would attest that Joan was the sweetest, kindest person at Beacon…

…but…well, the subject matters of the meetings were things that the members would very much appreciate Joan never finding out.

What type of Support Group was this? A special one, aptly named “Futas Affected By Joan Arc”, or FABJA when they needed to speak of the group in public or around others.

Tonight happened to be another meeting between several members of FABJA, and as the day waned on, those who needed to speak tonight started getting more and more antsy. Two in particular were more eager to speak than the others, needing to vent over what had happened.

Late That Night…

One by one, sometimes in pairs, members of FABJA filtered into the room that had been chosen for their meeting place that night, Glynda Goodwitch’s Combat Class classroom. There were some absences this month, but plenty had still arrived for this meeting.

They were all in their night clothes, but that was par tthe course of those who attended these late night meetings. Why be in day dress when it was so late and when they left they would immediately be going back to bed?

One by one, the members of the support group sat in the arena, on cushions, water and fruit by each spot for refreshments.

One by one, members sat down. Cinder Fall. Emerald Sustrai. May Zedong, Arslan Altan. Reese Chloris. Ciel Soliel. Ruby Rose. Weiss Schnee. Blake Belladonna. Pyrrha Nikos. Velvet Scarlatina. Neon Katt. Coco Adel. All of them took seats in the circle and were silently waiting for what was to come.

“Good evening everyone, and thank you for coming to another meeting of Futa’s Affected By Joan Arc.” Pyrrha, as Support Group president, spoke up. “I know we have all had a long month since our last meet up, and we all likely have stories we need to share, but there are two of us that need to go first.” the redhead nodded to both Blake and Coco, who both flushed as they were put on the spot, both looking away, although both of their sleep clothes tented outwards as they obviously recounted what had happened to both of them.

“Which of you would like to go first? Blake? Coco?” Pyrrha offered, looking between the two, knowing that both of them had very intense stories of the incidents that had happened to them. She glanced to the side, seeing the towels that she had brought in case someone came…again.

Sighing, her bow twitching, Blake began to speak, keeping her eyes on her lap. “My…my experience…took place in Port’s class, so in case you’re wondering, that might be why its not well heard.” she looked up to see them all nodding, giving her looks of empathy, something that was surprising from Cinder and Emerald, among others. But even they adhered to the rules while in the Support Group. What was said here, stayed here.

Taking a deep breath and closing her eyes, Blake began to talk, recounting her experience.

Blake fought to stay awake while in Port’s drier-than-the-Vacuoan-Desert class, his speech about something or other that he did when he was younger (how many years ago was that now?) had already gotten most of the class under his thrall, leaving very few awake. Among those were herself (miraculously, and pretty much only through her book being open before her), Weiss, Pyrrha, and Joan.

Glancing up from her book, golden eyes peeked over at the sunflower blonde, her blue eyes staring forward with rapt attention, even though the subject matter was the most boring thing she could ever remember hearing about. She was honestly jealous; she couldn’t bear to listen for fear of falling asleep, much less take notes as vividly as she was doing.

Glancing down, she found herself swallowing hard as she saw Joan’s large bust bouncing and swaying slightly as she moved her hand across the paper, making her penis twitch in her tight pants.

Forcing her eyes quickly away, she turned her attention to her book, hoping that Ninja’s of Love would help distract her.

I have something I need to do first!” she knew that she must look strange, due to the look that her partner gave her, but thankfully, Yang let it go and she nodded, before walking away, eager to be free from the classroom of hell, leaving Blake thankfully alone, and able to focus on just allowing her cock to calm from that intense fantasy she had involving her and Joan roleplaying as characters from her volume of Ninjas Of Love.

She really had to avoid thinking about the beautiful blonde for a while though, how turned on she made faunus wasn’t healthy!

Pyrrha coughed into her hand, a pinkness to her cheeks as she imagined the scenario, only with herself in Blake’s place as was lovingly carried off. “W-Well, that’s Blake’s story, now, Coco also has a tale to tell, don’t you?” she asked, looking at the beret wearing fashionista.

Coco huffed slightly as she settled into her spot, all eyes turning to her. While she normally loved it, thrived on it even, in this situation, it made this all the more embarrassing…but she would persevere.

“My interaction with Joan takes place in Vale…I was at one of the little boutiques there…”

Coco hummed to herself as she perused the racks, her eyes going over the hanging clothes with a critical eye. They were of great quality, that was for sure, but nothing screamed out at her, “This is me!”, leaving her to ponder whether she should leave and come back another day.

However, she was pulled from her thoughts as the door jingled, making her look up, her eyebrow quirking when Joan Arc, one of the few she wouldn’t expect to ever enter an establishment such as this, entered, looking a bit flustered.

“Hello? Sarah? It’s Joan!” her other eyebrow rose to join its sibling as she heard Joan use the familiar address for the woman even she, a long time and very frequent buyer from Indigo’s Intimates, wasn’t allowed to do. That screamed juicy details. And also a potential opprotunity for a discount if she played her cards right~

“Oh, hello, Joan dear! How are you?” Coco’s mouth nearly dropped (she was spared that ignobility due to the fact that she had developed quite the poker face over her previous year at Beacon) as she heard the woman being friendly with Joan (granted, that wasn’t too much of a shock, the blonde was practically sunshine incarnate) when she was stoic at best with anyone else.

“I’m doing well, thank you! How is your daughter? Is she engaged yet?” the blonde entered and moved past her (she was hidden somewhat by the tall racks, so it could be forgiven) and embraced the older woman like family.

“Oh yes, the young man finally popped the question a few weeks ago!” Joan ‘squeed’ and clapped her hands excitedly, making the woman smile indulgently, patting her on the shoulder. “Now, I know you’re probably here to check on your order…yes dear, its ready. Let’s go and see if it fits you correctly.”

Coco watched as the store owner guided Joan by the shoulder to the back fitting room, the Custom Fitting room, a room she had yet to be in due to the cost of a custom made Indigo brand clothing item, the pair vanishing behind the curtain.

Coco stared at the curtain with laser focus and precision, her ears hearing faint shuffling and the voices of both Joan and Miss Indigo as they spoke to one another.

“...material did you use?” Joan’s voice, faint and barely heard, was just audible to Coco’s ears. That left Coco wondering, too. A lot of materials could be used, but they differed for whatever garment that was being made.

“Taking into account your measurements, I kept it light, but strong. Mistralian Silk mixed with lace from Vale, an easy clasping hook from Vacuo, ice dust treated cup linings to keep you cool, and elastic from Menagerie to ensure that it will flex and move with your body rather than be too stiff or chafe. I know you’re sensitive, Joan dear.”

Coco’s breath hitched and cock twitched, knowing that she meant a bra from the description, and the expense was something incredible. It had materials from all four kingdoms and menagerie! That bra alone probably cost more than her entire current wardrobe!
