Lyrics:
Doesn't matter what your friends are telling you
Doesn't matter what my family's saying too
It just matters that I'm in love with you
It only matters that you love me too
It doesn't matter if they won't accept you
I'm accepting of you and the things you do
Just as long as it's you
Nobody but you, baby, baby
My love for you, unconditional love too
Gotta get up, get up, get up, get up, get up
And show you that it
Doesn't really matter what the eye is seeing
'Cause I'm in love with the inner being
Oh, doesn't really matter what they believe
What matters to me is you're in love with me
Doesn't really matter what the eye is seeing
'Cause I'm in love with the inner being
Oh, doesn't really matter what they believe
What matters to me is you're nutty, nutty, nutty for me
You're so kind
Just what I asked for, you're so loving and kind
And you're mine
And I can't believe you're mine
Doesn't matter if you're feeling insecure
Doesn't matter if you're feeling so unsure
'Cause I'll take away the doubt within your heart
And show that my love will never hurt or harm
Doesn't matter what the pain we go through
Doesn't matter if the money's gone too
Just as long as I'm with you
Nobody but you, baby, baby
Edit
Your love for me, unconditional I see
Gotta get up, get up, get up, get up, get up
And show you that it
Doesn't really matter what the eye is seeing
'Cause I'm in love with the inner being
Oh, doesn't really matter what they believe
What matters to me is you're in love with me
Doesn't really matter what the eye is seeing
'Cause I'm in love with your inner being
Oh, doesn't really matter what they believe
What matters to me is you're nutty, nutty, nutty for me
You're so kind
Oh, just what I asked for, you're so loving and kind
And you're mine
And I can't believe you're mine
Rock mix
'Cause you know I'm gonna love you
'Cause my love will always
My love for you, unconditional love too
Gotta get up, get up, get up, get up, get up
And show you that my love is true and it's just for you
Nutty, nutty, nutty, my love for you
I can't believe my dreams come true
I've finally found somebody whose heart is true
And best of all is you love me too (nutty, nutty, nutty for me)
Ohh-whoa, oh, oh, ohh
Oh, oh, ohh, oh, ohh-whoa (woo)
Ohh-whoa, oh, oh, ohh
Oh, oh, ohh, oh, ohh-whoa

Nutty, nutty, nutty, my love for you
I can't believe my dreams come true
I've finally found somebody whose heart is true
And best of all is you love me too
Nutty, nutty, nutty, my love for you
I can't believe my dreams come true
I've finally found somebody whose heart is true
And best of all is you're nutty, nutty, nutty for me

anyways alien species concept free to use:
Babies are born (hatched? budded? IDK yet) only slightly smaller than their parents, who devote shit tons of resources into feeding the babies before they're born, so that they're more developed once they are.
The babies stay around the same size as they're born for around two years, before they reach sexual maturity and leave to go find a mate and a territory for themselves.
At this point, they undergo an extremely dramatic change -- becoming much, much, much larger than their mated parents, they become extremely brightly colored, and super fucking loud /and/ stinky.
They don't have a mate yet, so they're trying to remedy that by attracting one. And what do they think is really attractive? Big, with bright colors, and loud and smelly so you know where to find them. During this time they mostly fast, since it's difficult to catch prey with so little camo and almost everything being able to smell you coming a mile away (including the plants!).
Only once they've found a mate and settled down together to have their first group of babies do they start to shrink back down and lose their bright colors and stinkiness, instead devoting those resources to feeding their unborn babies.
Most pairs will have three or four litters before they die from injury or age.
They mate for life, but they cannot undergo this change again once they've already had babies because of how physically demanding it is, so if a mate dies, they can only usually find another one if they haven't had babies yet.
Ones who are looking for a mate are not likely to be attracted by one who's missing the bright colors, size, and stinkiness, but it does happen on rare occasion.
