If you enjoyed reading this and want to treasure it forever, it may please you to know that I've also made a PDF print copy. You can print as many copies as you like, but please do not reproduce any of these images or the pdf for commercial gain. Also, please do not repost the pdf or these images anywhere without permission!
To make the pdf copy into a book, print out and fold each page (except for the first page) in half, with the image facing in. Glue all these pages together in order. Then, fold the cover page in half the other way, and glue it around the whole book. It should end up looking something like this (I laminated the cover on mine:)
Tumblr media
Anyways, I hope you guys have enjoyed this! If you guys write any more adventures of Evil Hand, be sure to tag me, because I'd love to read them!

tears of the kingdom but phantom ganon’s zelda disguise is absolutely god-awful
like it looks from zelda from afar but when up close it’s very obviously monstrous and inhuman
like a zelda version of this froggy idiot here
Tumblr media
but the joke is that all of the various NPCs in the regional phenomena quests somehow can’t cotton onto the fact that this…thing is in no way zelda
no forget the fact that it looks like it crawled out of a grave, is commanding various different monsters and (in this version) is actively taunting and harassing link as he goes to stop the phenomena
it looks like zelda ergo it is zelda
and every time link just facepalms hard enough to crush rocks and wonders if the gloom in the air is somehow making people exponentially dumber

if i thought the witcher was painfully realistic. i was wrong. it is a very clear fairytale that comforts and soothes. even in its realistic take on the genre, it inspires, even in its tragedy, it comforts.
evil is defeated epically in a final battle in the darkness, the valiant heroes fall together, the lovers die united, and all pass into legend and are remembered for ever and ever. and the spirit of our hero returns now and again to save and deliver us from evil… they become legend and in that legend they are immortal…
#txt#the witcher books#OK HUSSITE TRILOGY SPOILERS IN TAGS:#like i cant say that evil WASNT defeated in the hussite trilogy because he definitely was but not in an epic final battle but#the fact that its like in the very penultimate bit and its not reynevan who does it but his NIECE it is just so…#we came all this way and there was no ultimate showdown#i mean there kind of was but not in a big castle but in some plains with a windmill and#it wasnt really a final battle but a kill-eachothers-girlfriends bit#birkart didnt even get his hands NEAR samson before he died#scharley and reynevan just left… at the end… just like in the beginning of the first book EXCEPT NOT because everything has changed them#well has changed reynevan. kind of dandelion and geralt in that way as the second man remains a constant#reynevan no longer being like a young man but a. man. but this didnt come with grand heroism and valour. it just came with. pain and#the eventual wearing down and tarnishing of his zeal and belief and love#thats … literally so fucking dark but also so realistic and it scares me lmaooooo#and people say the witcher was anticlimatic and sad at the end LMAOOOO OHHHH NOOOOO#lux perpetua like damn that dude really was walking in darkness groping along like a blind man after losing his eternal light#ohhhhh i get it now so god has abandoned us and he also never really existed ohhh okay#his love died as he was helpless to save her and he didnt even avenge his brother and his friend trio crumpled#like like. just trying to put this all into perspective

Bloody Red Roses
Yandere!Evil King x GN!Reader
CW: kidnapping, weirdo behavior, pretty mellow for now
👑 It was known throughout the land that King Alistair of the Obsidian Kingdom was a terrifying and cruel ruler. His heart held no mercy for those who opposed him.
👑 His dark magic was one to be feared, many know better than to ever go against him and his undead soldiers.
👑 Recently, he’s set his sights on your kingdom. He was planning on overthrowing a few lands and expanding his territory, and with your kingdom’s promising resources and location, he saw it as the perfect prize.
👑 But he isn’t a war mongering psychopath who declares war right then and there, no no he’s much more sophisticated than that, he’s going to kidnap the princess instead!
👑 He needed a bride anyway, so for him it’s a win/win!
👑 “Sir! We got her! We got the princess!” The door opening and the rattling of bones got Alistair’s attention. He sent a few of his skeleton soldiers to capture the princess whilst on a carriage ride through the borders of his territory.
👑 There were many guards protecting the area, but their weapons were no match for enemies who couldn’t die, and with a little bit of sleeping potion, carrying the princess away will be easy as pie.
👑 “Excellent~ and you brought her to my chambers like I told you correct?”
👑 They nod and scamper alongside the king to meet the princess
👑 “Oh princess~ are you awake ye- !!” His eyes widen and he cuts himself off. The person unconscious and tied up in his bed was indeed a royal, but the princess they were not.
👑 “What. Is. This?” He growls, the soldier’s bones rattle in fear
👑 “W-well you sai-“ “Does this look like a princess to you?! How am I going to take over their stupid kingdom if don’t have a bride!?” He scowls angrily.
👑 He hears you tossing and turning in your sleep, you let out a soft little squeak as you reposition yourself to be hugging one of his pillows.
👑 “…”
👑 “Uhm…your highness..?”
👑 “Leave. I’m done with your stupidity..I’ll deal with them myself..”
👑 The soldiers waste no time running off to who knows where as Alistair looks at you with cold eyes.
👑 “Hm…”
👑 He takes a seat by the bed, watching you as he figures out what to do with you.
👑 He’s trying to figure out a strategy, but he keeps getting distracted by your form. You looked so small and delicate, maybe he could…no that’s stupid he could never..could he?
👑 His thoughts plague him a awhile longer until he notices you waking up.
👑 Your muscles are weak, your head feels like it’s spinning, and it takes a bit for you to get back to your senses and realize what happened.
👑 You jolt awake, remember of the attack and almost scream at the sight of Alistair, but he was quick to covers your mouth and try to ease your panic. It took a while, but he managed to get you to stop fussing so he could take off your binds.
👑 “Apologies for this little..incident, I was supposed to take your sister..but now that you know my plan for your little kingdom, I have no choice but to keep you here. Perhaps I don’t need a princess to marry after all, I could just use you as ransom..” he chuckles.
👑 He sees the tea in your cup rippling in your shakes hold and scoffs, bringing his hand to hold your wrist to still your trembling “Oh don’t be so scared now, I don’t bite..”
👑 It was just supposed to be a means to make you stop shaking, but your skin…your big pitiful eyes staring up at him..he didn’t want to let go.
👑 So he kept you, for ransom of course, not for anything else..
👑 With you at his disposal, he started preparing negotiations with your kingdom to see what they’ll do to get you back.
👑 But in the mean time, he had to deal with you somehow..
👑 He settled on just letting you wander around the castle (with supervision of course)
👑 But then he starts to wonder what you do everyday, what did you even like to do? If you were staying with him, he might as well talk with you for the time being.
👑 It started off sort of awkward, he spotted you by the garden feeding some birds with two soldiers watching you. He approached and waved at the soldiers to leave them alone together. You thought you were in trouble but to your surprise, he just asked you how you were doing..
👑 “I uhm..heard you like going out here everyday..I figured I’d join you…Don’t take it the wrong way, I just had some..free time..that’s all..”
👑 The whole interaction was unusual. It wasn’t like him to be so casual and calm with someone, especially a royal of another kingdom.
👑 He enjoys the reactions you give him whenever he talks about his role as the dark king of the Obsidian Kingdom. Your nervous but polite smile masks your mortification of him, but it’s adorable to him nonetheless
👑 “What? A scared of the big bad king? How cute.”
👑 Your little talks slowly became frequent, for the king, it even became something he couldn’t help but do. What can he say? He was so used to your presence it seemed wrong to not talk to you at least once..plus he had to check to see if you weren’t planning an escape so..
👑 “Where have you been my little rose? I haven’t seen you all day.”
👑 His interest in your interactions turned to fondness the more he picked up on your cute little quirks. He takes note of the things you find funny or interesting, he brings them up in order to see that adorable little smile of yours, and that giggle, oh god that giggle…
👑 He denies it so much at first, but slowly starts to accept the fact that he wants- no, needs you with him
👑 Soon he started to want your presence even more, offering to eat meals alongside you instead of eating whenever he’s schedule allowed it, he started eating scheduled meals for you <3 we love self care guys
👑 “Of course I’m eating with you tonight. After all we never got to finish our conversation.”
👑 He loves watching you, even when simply eating or any mundane thing, you will more often than not catch him staring at you. You’re just so cute and soft! Definitely not like the snobby and overly stiff men and women he’s seen.
👑 He couldn’t have you trying to escape so what better plan than to keep you by his side 24/7? Then you’ll never be out of his sight!
👑 “What’s so wrong with letting you tag along my dear? I’m sure you’ll enjoy yourself with me.”
👑 And what if you try and sneak out from your chambers? Clearly you need to be moved to his chambers, that way he can make sure you’re behaving.
👑 Oh and of course in case you get lost, he made you a cute collar with the royal insignia on it! Isn’t it pretty? He used your favorite colors and everything!
👑 Of course he needs to fulfill his kingly duties. But how can he leave you alone for that long? No worries, you can sit right on his lap! That way you won’t have to stand for a long time and hurt your feet.
👑 And those clothes? So simple and out of style, perhaps you should wear something more fitting to his kingdom’s styles? Like a cute outfit with lace and ruffles! You look so delicate and graceful in it! He can’t help but buy you lots more outfits like that! Tis only fair for a person of your status.
👑 “How about this one? It compliments your form…what do you mean it looks too cutesy? I think it looks perfect for you.”
👑 he’s the type to not do much physical affection, but dear god does he crave both giving and receiving it. Give him a kiss or a caress of his cheek and he struggles to keep his composure and not melt to your touch
👑 Simply put, he might not seem like it (at least he thinks he does) but he can’t live without you. He couldn’t fathom the fact he was planning on trading you for a kingdom, you’re way more valuable than some puny kingdom!
👑 He even considers his original plan, you wouldn’t mind right? Besides, he bets you look absolutely exquisite in a little wedding dress~! Even if you don’t want a dress, an elegant suit would perfect on you~!
👑 “Where do you think you’re going my rose?”
Tumblr media
It’s finally here guys ✨✨✨ I know it’s been a while but I’ve been busy with school and genshin. Anyway we got em in the end! Thank you for being so patient guys !! qwq

Since we had that story of Y/N Cookie wanting to keep the Ancients from going out and getting themselves killed up against Dark Enchantress Cookie, how about something similar with the Beasts?
>The Beasts get corrupted
>Y/N Cookie, not corrupted, tries to fight them, and fails
>cue them starting to die
>Beasts start panicking, completely overestimating how much Y/N Cookie could take
>Y/N Cookie, in their last moments, wishes they could’ve done more to help the Beasts not get corrupted before finally going
>Witch(es) stumble upon this scene, seeing their greatest cookie having been crumbled, along with whatever other carnage is around
>cue literally everything else
Being sealed away with the guilt of spilling jam from the cookie you all loved the most fresh on your mind? They are NOT gonna be doing so hot in there.
Tumblr media
The Tale of the Forced Hand (The Five Beasts)
Witch’s Castle witches are pretty neat.
Tumblr media
“The story begins when this very Silver Tree was only a small sapling…When the World of Desserts was at its infancy.”
“The Witches baked six Cookies to help them in their creation of the world.”
“..harness the radiance bestowed upon you for the betterment of this world…”
Tumblr media
“And the six Cookies imbued with absolute powers walked Earthbread as almighty envoys of the Great Creators.”
“Knowledge, Volition, Compassion, Happiness, Change, and Solidarity.”
“The Dessert World bound by these Five Virtues was nothing short of paradise.”
Gingerbrave and Wizard Cookie chimed in with their responses.
“So those six Cookies were the original owners of the Soul Jam?”
“Huh…Those “Six Virtues” are different from those of the Soul Jams. There’s six of them, yet only five today…”
“The Virtue of Compassion is what held the other Virtues so closely together, cherishing each of them equally as much.”
“Alas, for they and the perfect age were short-lived. Absolute power begets nothing but arrogance. It inevitably corrupts its wielder, bringing them to the most tragic of ends…A fate even the Witches were unable to foresee.”
Tumblr media
“One by one, the Five, once regarded as saviors of the Cookie World, gradually turned to Darkness. And thus, the Five Virtues, too, became distorted, twisted…reduced to Deceit, Apathy, Sloth, Destruction, and Silence….”
Strawberry Cookie shuddered in worry at the mere mention of the fallen virtues.
“Deceit, Apathy, Sloth, Destruction, and Silence..that sounds really scary…
“Wait, what about the Virtue of Compassion? They weren’t evil too, were they?”
“The Virtue of Compassion was able to prevail against their descent into Darkness with their Soul Jam, whereas now the Five Beasts, the apostles of evil, began their dark crusade…”
“The Witches asked of Compassion to protect the Cookie World from the Beast Cookies, lending them what strength they could give.”
“Compassion fought bravely against the Beasts, blocking each of their blows and resisting their sickly whispers…But it was only a matter of time before Compassion slowly began to whittle…”
———————————————————————
Tumblr media
“Come on, snap out of you all! This isn’t what you guys once were!”
“What’s the big deal, silly willy~ There isn’t anything wrong with dabbling yourself in a little bit of Darkness, you should try it with us!”
“No! This isn’t you! You were all my best friends! Come to your senses! Now!”
“It pains me to see you still cling onto false hope that you’re different than the rest of us, darling~ Can you just let go and become who you really are? For me~?”
“I can’t…I cannot forsake my oath to protect the Cookie World. You all know that! Cookies that want happy lives, don’t you want that?”
“They will all meet the same fate in the end, reduced to nothing…the futility of all this should be clear to you…”
“As if! It isn’t pointless to live life the way you want it to! It’s how you spend it and make the most of it!”
“They will all crumble in the end, so why not give them a little push! You’re starting to really aggravate me now, Y/N Cookie!”
“I won’t let you hurt them and I don’t want to hurt you all any more then I have to! Please, don’t do this…”
“……”
“Your silence says everything I need to hear from you. I tried…but I will put a stop you no matter if I’m reduced to bits!”
———————————————————————
“Woah….What happened to them?”
“The Virtue of Compassion fought for as long as they were able, their dough slowly whittling away with every blow that dealt to them. The Beasts have overestimated just how durable their former friend was…and they perished right in the middle of the circle….”
———————————————————————
“Ok, ya silly goose! You can stand right back up now! You put on a great show, let us give you a round of applause!”
“Darling, we know we haven’t hit you too hard. You can join us and we can all be together once more as Beasts…”
“Hmm…they don’t seem to be responding to us…”
“Hey, Y/N Cookie. Quit being soft and get up already, you’re..starting to worry me a bit here, you know.”
Silent Salt Cookie knelt down and placed their thumb on your wrist…jumping back when they feel nothing…
“Ahaha! Okay! This isn’t funny anymore, you softie! You win! Stand up on your two feet now! I’ll make you if you don’t!”
“D-Darling? P-Please get up. Look, I’m sorry for what I said earlier, I-WE just really wanted you to join us…”
“Burning Spice Cookie, just how hard were your strikes to their dough?
“D-Don’t put any type of blame on me! All of you were just as rough with them as I was!”
“….!”
The Beast Cookies rushed to their fallen friend in the center, clearly distraught on their faces…
“Y/N Cookie, if you don’t stop playing jokes with me right now, I’ll never forgive you!”
“Darling! Wake up! I-I’m sorry! I shouldn’t have hit you so hard! Please wake up! You have to! Don’t leave me alone!”
“It was pointless to try and stop us, Y/N Cookie. Yet…my heart cries and aches, why did you have to resist….please, wake up…”
“God DAMN IT. I-I went too far, I shouldn’t have been so brutal with my swings and now look at you, your dough..damaged and ruined….because of me….”
“….Hmph….”
Silent Salt just lowered their head to look at the ground, feeling nothing but shame and remorse for what they had done…for what they all had done….
“I wish…I could’ve done more for you all…I wished…that I had loved all of you more…to not…end up like this...”
“…..I’m sorry…..”
———————————————————————
Tumblr media
“The Witches couldn’t bear to see what fate had befallen their creations, made even more distraught at the loss of their greatest creation among them all…they punished the Beasts by sealing them away deep within this land…”
“And planted the seed of the Silver Tree to ensure their evil power never sees the light of day again. Right where the Virtue of Compassion was laid to rest, so that at least a part of them can live on….From then on, this land where the Beasts were put to sleep, was called Beast Yeast.”
“The Witches then gathered the last vestiges of power bestowed upon the Beasts, untouched by their corruption. They further cleansed, purified it, and in the end…Soul Jam was created. The purest Soul Jam was meant to be earned by Cookies who had proven themselves worthy.”
Tumblr media
“All, but Compassion. For their purity simply could not be remade again. The Witch who personally baked Compassion had locked herself away in grief after the loss of her cookie and took the knowledge of the recipe and baking of Compassion with her…”
Tumblr media Tumblr media
“So, there can never be another cookie like Compassion?”
“It’s what they say, but all life powder returns to the earth. It isn’t out of the realm of possibility that the Virtue of Compassion may return in some form, someday…”
Everyone’s eyes turned to Y/N Cookie, who was casually eating some food offered to them by the Faeries.
“…..What?”

Tumblr media
Choso Kamo wasn’t someone evil. He was an honourable man. As the oldest son in his family and Prince of Troy, he had responsibilities, and he held himself to high standards.
Despite his stoic facade—hardly ever cracking a smile, always looking respectable and serious—he was kind. He helped anyone on his way, and most of all, he was loyal to his family.
As a Princess of Lyrnessus, your father sometimes brought you to his dinners at the castle in Troy. As he and the king went off to talk of business and alliances, Choso stayed to entertain you and your brothers. Here you got to see the facade melt away as he became what he was best: an older brother. You were enamoured, to say the least. He was older than you by a few years; he was kind, and he was a prince. And despite Choso being a few years older than you, he never seemed to mind the way you would cling to his side, a love-stricken look on your face. He’d pat your head as one does a little sister and smile at you.
It was said that he would be a great king one day. It was a shame that the war came.
Choso Kamo kills Satoru Gojo on a sunny afternoon. At least that’s what he thinks happens. With Gojo’s armour on his body, his helmet covering his hair and face, it’s nearly impossible to tell from a distance who it is that’s riding Satoru’s chariot.
It’s ironic, really. You’d think that the sky would be grey, that the wind would blow harshly, and that the trees would sing eerily, but as the light slips from Suguru’s eyes, the last thing he sees is a blue sky. As blood spills out of his stomach and everything turns hazy and grim, he can’t help but think of blue-shining eyes and waves crashing against cliffs.
Nanami is the one who manages to bring Suguru’s body back. It’s a big commotion, about who gets his body, trojans fighting against Greeks, everyone wanting the great Satoru Gojo’s body, either to bury or desecrate, but it’s Choso’s voice that roars through the lines. “Enough. Let them have him. He should be buried.”
Always respectful, always kind, Choso nods to Nanami and retreats from the battlefield. Showing one last homage to the fallen hero, Satoru Gojo. Only Nanami knows that the body in his hands does not belong to Satoru.
As he brings the body back, screams and roars fill the camp. Satoru appears, running towards the remains of his one and only companion, and more confused people appear.
Satoru falls to his knees in front of Suguru, letting his helmet fall to the ground as he holds Suguru in his arms, sobbing into his neck.
You run as fast as you can towards the commotion, pushing your way through bystanders. A wretched sound leaves Satoru—something between a scream and a sob. You stand there, staring, much like everyone else, not knowing what to do. The scene in front of you seems so intimate—something that you shouldn’t see.
It’s not till Yoshinobu walks through the crowd that Satoru looks up.
“I’m sorry for your loss,” he says. The look on his face is genuine. Satoru looks back with tears striking down his cheeks, still holding Suguru in his lap.
“Who did it?” Satoru asks. Nanami clears his throat and steps forward. He looks uncomfortable, clearly hesitating to bring the news. “Who did it?” Satoru repeats.
“Choso Kamo,” you flinch as the name leaves Nanami’s lips.
Satoru nods, a sort of resolution washing over him. Yoshinobu licks his lips, opening his mouth before closing it again. “I’ll return the girl. I’ll give you gold. I’ll let you–”
“Don’t waste your breath, old man. I’ll fight your useless war.”
With that, he stands up and carries Suguru’s body to his tent. You all watch in silence as he leaves.
For a time, you stand unsure of what to do. Yoshinobu and his men leave to go back to his camp, but it seems that you’ve been returned to Satoru. You feel gross. You were handed back and forth so easily, as though you were merely a toy. You flinch when you feel a hand on your shoulder and snap your head towards it, only to see Nanami standing here. He’s covered in blood, much like the first time you met him, yet this time it isn’t his own.
“Are you alright?” he asks. He looks concerned, you think, but most of all, he just looks a bit uncomfortable. You do your best to offer him a smile.
“I’m alright.”
Nanami slowly nods and looks towards the tent that Satoru just disappeared into.
“We both know that Suguru has always been Satoru’s,” Nanami says, slowly, as though he’s choosing each word with immense care. You feel tears threatening to spill as you take a deep breath and stare at your feet.
“—but he was yours too. I hope you will remember that.” Nanami gives your shoulder one last squeeze before he begins to walk towards his own tent. You watch him go.
It’s kind of him to say, but it also nags you. Satoru and Suguru grew up together. They trained together. They’ve shared everything since they were ten. They even shared you. These last few months with Satoru and Suguru hardly amount to years spent together, being each other's companions.
Despite that, you find yourself walking towards Satoru’s tent. It’s like your feet instinctively carry you until you’re standing inside the tent where you’ve spent countless nights. Suguru’s body lies on the bed. His tunic is still bloodied. Satoru lies with him, his face hidden in the crook of his lover's neck.
“Satoru,” you say.
“Leave,” he says.
“No,”
“I said leave.”
You flinch. Satoru’s voice is hoarse from crying as he raises his head. Brows furrowed, lips turned downward. His nose and cheeks are flushed red, and his eyes are swollen. He looks at you with red rims around his eyes, dull skin, and dishevelled hair. For the first time since you've met Satoru, he looks more like a human than a god. You realise that the Satoru you’ve once known has died along with Suguru.
“Why was he in your armour?” you ask. Satoru goes back to cradling Suguru’s body. You stand there for a while, refusing to give up. Just as you’re about to push him further and ask again, he says, “I let him wear it.”
It’s as though a fountain has been released inside Satoru as he melts further into the bed. “I refused to fight, so he begged me to let him wear my armour and pretend to be me.”
You can imagine it. Satoru could remain stubborn and not break his vow not to fight until you were returned, but the sight of Satoru’s armour would be enough to push the Trojans back, even if it wasn’t actually Satoru underneath the helmet.
“I let him go. I made him promise that he would come back.
Satoru is sobbing now. You feel pity for the man, but you also feel more confused than ever. So much has changed in the past hour that it feels impossible to grasp. You stand there for a while. Then, without a word, you step out of the tent and leave. After all, Suguru was never yours to begin with. He had always been Satoru’s, even in death. It makes no sense for you to be there.
Tumblr media
The next morning, Satoru steps out of the tent in brand-new armour. He reconciles with Yoshinobu, and then he leaves for the battlefield. You never get to see Satoru’s wrath, but years later, Nanami tells you the entire story.
Satoru walks onto the battlefield and slaughters all Trojans within reach. It all goes so fast that most barely have time to react before they're impaled by his spear. You can imagine it all too well. The crazed look in his eyes as he kills man after man, laughing while he does it.
Satoru Gojo kills Choso Kamo the day after Suguru Geto's death. There’s nothing inherently poetic or beautiful about it. He chases Choso around the walls of Troy four times before the gods trick Choso into fighting Satoru. To say it was an equal fight would be a lie, but nevertheless, Choso fought till the very end. After Satoru had put his spear through Choso’s neck, he tied Choso’s body to the back of his chariot and dragged it around Troy four times. The king of Troy and his mother watched in horror, along with the remaining of his brothers.
There was nothing beautiful about it.
Satoru defiles Choso’s body. Then he comes home and tells you to prepare dinner. You stare at him in disbelief. For once, Satoru looks like what he is; blood is splattered on his armour, his hair, his face. He’s made no effort to clean it off. He wouldn’t even let you remove his armour, dutifully avoiding your touch.
“At least clean yourself before dinner,” you say. Satoru shakes his head.
“I won’t shower until he is buried,” he replies. You look towards the tent where Suguru’s body still lies in their shared bed. He demanded that no one touch him while he was gone.
“And when do you plan to do that?” you ask, hardly shielding your disgust. Satoru doesn’t notice the way you scowl at him, looking towards the stables, where Choso’s body now lies.
“Tomorrow,” he hums. Then he moves towards the dining tent, leaning down to press a kiss on your cheek before he walks away. You scrunch your nose and wipe your cheek. “Tell the women to prepare dinner, will you? And I expect you to serve wine!”
His tone is cheery, yet there is something utterly unsettling about him. Like he’s been barred open, and now there’s nothing left but an empty, emotionless shell.
Tumblr media
For as long as you can remember, it has been the woman’s responsibility to prepare the body before a funeral. You wash Suguru’s body before anointing it. It’s a meticulous ritual, but you don’t mind it. It gives you a chance to say goodbye.
Suguru looks just like the last time you saw him. The wound in his stomach has closed, barely leaving a trace behind. His cheeks are still slightly pink, and his skin is almost warm to the touch. At first glance, one might think he was simply sleeping. The only thing missing is the distinct beating of his heart.
Clearly, some god is keeping Suguru’s body from rotting. You wonder if Satoru’s mother is the one behind it. You’re grateful for it nonetheless as you run the cloth over his chest, tracing each scar. You never got the chance to kiss each one, although you made a valiant effort.
Slowly, the tears begin trailing down your cheeks as you continue to clean him. You let them, not bothering to wipe your cheeks. The weight of not only Suguru’s death but also every man you’ve known before him seems to come down on you at this very moment.
“You promised me that you were going to fix things,” you say, wiping a tear that fell onto his arm. “You promised me that you would bring me home.”
A bitter laugh leaves you as you look at Suguru’s peaceful face. “I suppose you did, didn’t you?” In a way, Suguru’s death brought you home. Yoshinobu had not hesitated to offer you back to Satoru, but it hadn’t happened in the way either of you wanted.
“It just doesn’t feel the same without you,” you say. You cup Suguru’s face, trying your best to commit his face to memory one last time. The exact blackness of his hair, the slight arch of his eyebrows, and the little wrinkle underneath his eyes. Even in death, Suguru still looks beautiful.
“It’s alright, though,” you say, leaning down and pressing a chaste kiss to his cheek. “You fulfilled your promise. I’ll let you go.” You put the small coin on his lips so he can pay the ferryman and go on to the other side without trouble. Then you step away.
Neither you nor Satoru cry at Suguru’s funeral, yet you both stay there, watching the pyre burn till there are only ashes left.
Tumblr media
Afterwards you follow Satoru into his tent, and he lets you. Slowly, you remove his armour. You wring a cloth in the warm bucket of water you made Nobara set out and clean the dried blood off him. You start with his arms, moving up towards his shoulders. You scrub harshly, but Satoru doesn’t say a word. Instead, he watches your face intently. You ignore the burning stare, moving onto his other arm and cleaning that as well.
“You’re angry with me,” he finally says. You huff, now cleaning his neck instead. A big pair of hands settle on your hips, pulling you closer to him. You roll your eyes, but Satoru merely smiles.
“Talk to me.”
For the first time in what feels like forever, you meet his gaze. “Yes, Satoru. I am angry,” you reply. You scrub his cheek, glaring at him. When Satoru doesn't say anything, you continue. “Why didn’t you defend me? Why did you refuse to fight? Why did you let Suguru go? Why am I here! You keep me in the dark constantly, and just expect me to go with it!” The words spill from your lips before you even have a chance to stop them, but you wouldn’t even if you could. It feels so nice to finally let go.
“Oh, go prepare dinner.” You poorly imitate him, only feeling more spurred on when the corners of Satoru’s lips twitch upward. “You are a selfish, ruthless, complete buffon!” You raise your voice, slightly punching his chest as he pulls you closer, his smile only growing wider.
“Wow, look at you, princess,” he coos, making you feel both high and angry as you fight the tears threatening to spill. Whether they’re from stress, anger, or grief, you’re not even sure. “You must be really pent up,” he hums. He leans down to kiss you, but you move your face to the side.
“Even now, you’re not taking me seriously! It’s like I’m just your plaything or something,” you say.
“Alright,”
Satoru moves away from you and goes to sit on his bed. He pats his lap and smiles lazily at you. You huff, but nevertheless, you go sit beside him. If you have to stroke his ego a bit to get some real answers, then so be it.
“What do you want to know?”
“Well, you can start with why I’m even here in the first place,” you grumble, crossing your arms over your chest.
Satoru hums and grabs you, pulling you into his lap. Without trouble, he makes you straddle him, his hands easily finding your hips, as though he thinks they're supposed to be there. You glare at him, once again crossing your arms. “Well, if we’re going to have a heart-to-heart, we need to be heart to heart,” he explains, clearly thinking he’s very smart. Large hands settle on your hips, massaging circles into your soft skin. He sighs, as though you’re making him suffer greatly. “The reason you’re here is more idiotic than I’d like to admit,” he says. You nod, urging him to continue.
“Suguru and I saw how women were being treated here, and we didn’t like it,” Satoru says, a light blush grazing his cheeks. “So I started... claiming all the women,” he continues. You scrunch your nose, and Satoru rolls his eyes. “I never touched any of them. We set up the women’s huts and let them do their own thing.”
You feel your resolve start to crumple as you realise what’s going on. Suguru and Satoru would claim the women to save them from the other men?
“See, you get it. The only problem was that men started getting jealous. Said I was hogging all the women and never actually fucking them. So, Suguru had the great idea that I would claim a woman to be my official concubine. I would pretend to be so enticed by her that I didn’t have time to fuck any of my other girls. That’s where you come in.”
You stare at Satoru in disbelief, your mouth slightly agape. Satoru smiles at your dumbfounded expression, twirling a finger in the air before he boops your nose. “So the reason I’m here is just a coy? To fool the other men?”
“Don’t act so offended, princess. We’re all benefiting here, aren’t we? No one could blame me for being pussy-whipped—” you lightly slap his chest for his vulgar language, and Satoru scoffs back a giggle, “—enamoured by such a beautiful woman, and you got to have your privileges here at camp.”
You sit with the knowledge for a while, processing the information. Albeit stupid and yet another problem caused by men’s feeble honour, it’s not a lie that you’ve benefited from it. Your life at camp has been privileged. Comfortable, even. The hands on your hip move up to your waist, and strong arms slowly wrap around you.
Satoru buries his face in the crook of your neck. You go to ask more questions, but Satoru groans into your skin, sending vibrations through you.
“I can’t practically hear your mind going faster than Apollo’s chariot. Relax for a bit, princess. Lay here with me.”
Tumblr media
After Suguru’s funeral, Satoru never lets you sleep in the women’s quarters anymore. You sleep in his bed, alongside him. You suppose the tent must feel too big and empty for him, having always shared it with Suguru.
Every morning, he leaves for the battlefield. He never lets you put on his armour; that was Suguru’s job. So you watch him from the covers, letting him kiss your forehead before he leaves. You don’t love him, and you don’t suppose he loves you either. It was always Suguru who united the two of you; Suguru worked like the glue between you. He still does, even after his death. It’s your shared love for Suguru that makes you search for safety amongst each other’s bodies.
He brings Choso’s body with him each day and drags it around the walls of Troy. It’s a horribly wicked thing. You’re surprised Satoru hasn’t awoken some god's anger yet. A man’s body is something holy. Your soul is directly tied to it. By sullying Choso’s body every day, he’s taking Choso further and further away from his chance at going to the underworld.
When Satoru comes back, you take off his armour and wash his body clean from the battlefield. He eats dinner with the rest of the men while you serve wine, and afterwards, they sit by the fireplace, exchanging stories, while you go to the women’s quarters and help them clean up after the men.
It’s a sorry existence. You can’t help but feel that Satoru is waiting for something, but you can’t figure out what.
At night, you go to Satoru’s tent, and you let him remove your clothes. It’s different from the night you shared with him and Suguru—the one that feels like a lifetime ago. There’s no hunger or fire in Satoru; instead, he’s like a child, desperately searching for his mother's warmth. He holds you close and worships your body as he slowly pushes his cock into you. The stretch always makes you feel dizzy. You run your fingers through his hair, tugging on it, and he buries his head in the crook of your neck as he murmurs praises and sweet nothings.
It’s slow and intimate, and you feel every drag of his cock against your sensitive walls. Soft moans and gasps leave you as his hand digs into your hip, the other wrapping around your waist. He never lasts long, but it doesn’t really matter, as he brings his thumb down to your clit and rubs small, methodic circles into the sensitive bud. He keeps you still as you shake in his hold and your walls clench around his cock, before he’s shooting thick ropes of cum into you. Afterwards, he collapses on top of you, still inside you, as he keeps you filled with his long inches.
It’s only once it’s all over that he kisses you. One short, soft kiss. Then he pulls out and spoons you, letting his cum drip down your thighs as he drifts to sleep.
It often takes a while to fall asleep after him. You lie awake, feeling the weight of the universe on you. You wonder when the war is coming to an end. It’s like you can feel it nearing, like you can taste the bitter end of it on your tongue. You wonder if that is what Satoru waits for as well if he can feel it too.
Which is why, one of these nights, you slip out of bed and walk down to the beach. Satoru easily lets you slip out of his grip. You suppose you’re just a placeholder after all.
The sea is calm as you take off your nightgown and walk into the waves. You scrub yourself clean, basking in the cold water. It feels nice to have a respite from Satoru’s ever-glowing gaze, from his burning touch. It’s almost as though the sea welcomes you. It caresses your skin and trails your stomach.
You can’t help but feel as though you are being watched. You gaze back at the shore, but no one is there. It’s far too late for anyone to be out. Slowly, you look out towards the horizon again. The black sky meets the dark ocean far out, where you can only dream of going one day.
You make your way back towards the shore, drying yourself as best you can and slipping on your nightgown.
You’re not entirely sure what hits you as you make your way towards the tent where Satoru lies. It’s like a pulling force, begging you to go take a look. Your feet carry you to the stable, where Choso’s body lies. You’re not sure what you expect to see. It’s been days. There should be nothing left of Choso but a rotting corpse of flesh and bones.
What meets you is somehow worse. Choso looks exactly as you remember him, except older and more sculpted. He’s grown into his features. His round cheeks are gone, and his jaw is chiselled. Gone is the boy you used to hang around; instead lies a man.
He also looks like he’s merely sleeping. You had wondered how Satoru could keep dragging his body around. How it hadn’t fallen apart into pieces. Here is your answer. Clearly, a god was watching over Choso, keeping his body intact and untouched by Satoru’s ruthlessness. No wonder Satoru kept dragging his body around. It must have made him boil with anger each morning when he would come back to find Choso’s body completely unaffected by his numerous assaults.
You bite back the bile in your throat, ignoring the sickening feeling dawning upon you.
As quietly as you can, you slip back into Satoru’s tent, lying down beside him. Satoru’s arm wraps around you, and he buries his face in your damp hair, breathing in the scent of sea and salt.
Instinctively, he pulls you closer, breathing in the scent deeper. His whole body shudders against you, and he whimpers. “Mother?” he mumbles, his voice hoarse with sleep as he practically lays on top of you, nearly crushing you in the process. You gasp as you feel wet tears against your collarbone. “Satoru,” you whisper, running your hands through his hair. He doesn’t respond. Instead his breathing slowly turns normal again. You sigh, close your eyes, and attempt to fall asleep again. It barely works.
Choso’s father comes to retrieve the body of his son on a pitch-black night, much like the one you went to see his body on. You sleep through the whole exchange, but according to Satoru, the man kneeled in front of him and begged for his son’s body so he could be buried and reunited with his siblings.
Apparently, the gods had already told Satoru this, and he obliged, letting the man leave with Choso. “It was pitiful. The way he kneeled in front of me. He’s supposed to be the king of Troy,” Satoru told you. You nodded, pondering for a while.
“Then why did you let him go?” you asked.
“Because the gods told me to.”
Ah yes. Satoru Gojo answers to no one but the gods. That was it. Choso Kamo had been returned to his family and received a proper burial.
Tumblr media
One night, as you lay together in bed, Satoru ran his hands over your belly. You put your hand on top of his and meet his eyes as you cup his cheek with your other hand.
“I think I’m with child,” you whisper, and Satoru nods, returning his gaze to your stomach.
“Are you sure?” he asks. His large hands splay out on your stomach, and he sighs into your skin when you nod.
“You’re going to look so beautiful, all round and bright,” he says. “I wish I could be here to see it.”
For a moment, you feel your heart stop and turn so you can look at Satoru better. “What is that supposed to mean?” you ask, and Satoru looks at you with furrowed brows. He nuzzles his face into your neck and kisses you there as if to avoid your blaming look.
“There’s a prophecy,” he murmurs into your skin. You stare at the ceiling, realising the gravity of his words.
“I’m going to die here. I’m not going home. I’ve always known.”
A single tear rolls down your cheek, and you realise what he’s just said. You’re going to be alone again, and you’re pregnant. At this moment, you feel incredibly angry at Satoru. How could he be so selfish? So cruel? But then you meet his eyes, and any anger evaporates, turning into a sour, sad feeling instead.
“I hate you,” you say.
“I know,”
Satoru was just a boy when he left for this war. War is all he’s ever known for the past nine years. It’s no wonder that he’s so selfish.
“Why did you come here?” you ask, and Satoru rests his head on your chest.
“I was promised eternal fame.”
One night, after serving wine, you come to Satoru’s tent to find Nanami there. Beside him, Satoru stands, along with Yuta, the young Trojan priest who had been allowed to live in the camp. The three men turn to look at you, and you stop in your tracks.
“I’m sorry, I didn’t mean to intrude,” you say and slowly back out before Satoru walks towards you. “No, little bird, we were just waiting for you,” he says, pulling you into the tent.
It’s a quick and simple ceremony. Yuta says a few words. You glance towards Nanami, but he’s staring directly in front of him. You wonder if he even said yes to this. Before you even realise what is going on, Nanami and Yuta leave again.
You stare at Satoru, and he grabs your hand and leads you towards your shared bed. You hesitantly let him pull you in, finding yourself wrapped in libs and sheets.
“I promise he’ll be a good husband to you. He’ll take care of the child.”
You rest your head on Satoru’s chest, allowing yourself to melt into his embrace. His hand runs down your back, tracing circles along the way. You look at the lyre lying on a chair by the bed and raise your head. Satoru plays with your hair, twirling locks around his fingers. It’s a small show of intimacy, but you can’t help but wonder if he’s thinking about Suguru.
“Will you play for me?” you ask. You feel Satoru stiffening underneath you, but he doesn’t say anything. You look back and meet his eyes. His gaze roams your face, and a hand finds your cheek as his thumb caresses you. “Please?” you ask again.
Satoru stares at the lyre for a long time.
“It’s usually Suguru who asks me that,” he says. You lay down again and rest your head on his chest. You feel silly for even asking.
Satoru sighs softly. Then he slips out from underneath you and walks over to the lyre. He sits down on the chair and lets his fingers run over the strings. Once he starts, it’s like he can’t stop. He continuously plays until you’re lulled to sleep, the darkness welcoming you with open arms.
Satoru dies the very next day. He would have found it a dishonourable death. An arrow in the back, guided by Apollo himself. As he fell to the ground, he was hacked in half by the surrounding Trojans. The untouchable Satoru Gojo was squandered by his enemies. You reckon it doesn’t matter anymore. He’s united with Suguru again. You can imagine them finding each other in the darkness. Hands intertwining, lips interlocking. “I could recognise Suguru’s touch even in the pitch darkness.” Satoru once told you. Did Suguru wait for Satoru by the gates of Hades Halls so they could pass on together?
The day after Satoru's funeral, you go down to the beach and watch the waves. They go high, splashing against cliffs and rocks. Anyone who was to go in the water would immediately be wiped away. Satoru’s mother must be grieving as well, you think as you watch.
You’re not sure how long you stand there until a voice snaps you out of it.
“It’s getting cold out here. You shouldn’t be out.”
You look back to find Nanami standing a few feet behind you.
“I’m sorry. I lost track of time.”
Nanami smiles. Then he walks back towards the camp.
You watch him go. He’s kind, you note. And he keeps his distance. You could have a nice little life together, you think. Once this is all over.
You glance out at the ocean again, and your heart skips a beat when you spot the white-haired woman staring back at you. Beautiful as ever, Thetis’ skin is almost blue, and her crystal eyes stare at your hand resting on your belly. You don’t dare to move as her eyes travel to yours and she stares at you with the same intensity that only Satoru could muster.
You’ve only seen Satoru’s mother once, months ago, when Suguru pulled you behind that cliff and kissed you for the first time. Yet, at this moment, you’re sure of one thing.
There might have been more gods looking out for you than you have been aware of.

the epilogue -> series masterlist
wow, this is the end! thank you for reading, and thank you to all of the people who have said such nice things. <3
when i originally started writing this, i was imagining it was going to be around 4000 words. but then i just kept writing. and more ideas kept coming up. and i wrote some more. and some more.
obviously, the illiad is very long. there’s things that i haven’t been able to include. but overall, i’m happy with how this turned out!
i’ve always thought that the relationship between achilles and briseis was very interesting. at one point, achilles refers to her as his wife; at another, he wishes she were dead. likewise, briseis is essentially achilles slave, yet she’s often portrayed as someone who likes her captivity and falls in love with achilles. (hell, in the movie troy they’re even portrayed as deeply in love, which i find so funny.)
my old teacher taught us that achilles essentially wasn’t in love with briseis, but it was more about “his honour being taken away from him." i’ve always really liked that way of thinking. (he also made a point of always referring to patroclus as achilles lover, not his friend, which i think is very girlboss of him.)
i like to think that nanamin survives the war and that he and reader go to greece and have a nice life together. :) (lemme know if y'all want a drabble of that) in the illiad, it’s never really said what happens to briseis after achilles death. i think i read somewhere that she was given to one of his comrades. i’ve always thought that was quite sad.
i wasn't really sure who i wanted to be hector. i suppose the "obvious" choice would have been sukuna, but hmmm... idk, i didn't really want it to be him. in the illiad, hector isn't evil. (although he is kind off a dick, but everyone in the illiad is kind of a dick if we're being honest here.) he even runs away from achilles because he doesn't want to fight him, and the whole reason he's ends up facing him is because he's tricked by the gods. and how is he tricked? athena pretends to be one of his brothers. hector is incredibly loyal to his family, to the point where he dies for them. that felt like choso to me.
(i suppose if we’re having fun here, we could make sukuna paris?? i mean it isn’t too ooc for him to start an entire war and let everyone fight and kill each other for ten years just because he wanted something and took it without permission.)
i don’t know if you can tell, but i have a lot of thoughts about greek mythology. i actually already have a new fic idea that’s essentially based on the odyssey, however, i can already tell that it’s gonna be a looooong one. so it’ll probably be a while before it sees the daylight. but be ready for sirens, witches, and demigods!
once again, thank you for reading. :D love you, mwah mwah mwah. kisses for you if you bothered to read all of my ramblings.
also @planetsage i guess i owe you an apology. i told you you’d like the ending and that choso would show up then i went ahead and killed him. 😭 sorry about that. (but at least we end up with nanami, right?? 😄)

Izveta Noquar
Class: Rogue
Dark Urge (Evil but "redeemed")
Romance: Astarion (Ascended)
Besties: Why does she need friends if she has her own company? (Shadowheart is her bestie)
Being the youngest adopted daughter of the prestigious Noquar family in Menzoberranzan, Izveta was able to surpass the matriarch's biological daughters in any aspect, battles or manipulations. The drow had a natural talent for killing ever since she first held a weapon, the family's only concern about the girl was her constant conversations with a butler who seemed like only she could see, but often some other drow could see a small shadow next to her, almost as if whispering in her ear.
Her first love was the first person Izveta killed, a handsome young elf with beautiful green eyes almost the same age as her who was given to her as a gift by her mother. The young drow really thought he loved her the way she loved him, but she discovered the hard way that it was all just cruel manipulation for him to try to kill her and escape... What he didn't expect was that it would be a trigger for something cruel and bloodthirsty to awaken in Izveta who hunted him like an animal and slit his throat completely, leaving him unrecognizable...
Izveta ended up finding out from her butler that her sisters planned to kill her to reduce the matriarch's chances of choosing Izveta to replace her as head of the family. The young drow, possessed by anger and a feeling of betrayal, slew her sisters, showing them both to her mother like a trophy, but she didn't react as Izveta expected... The woman who raised her all her life tried to kill her and was once again overcome by hatred, Izveta killed her own mother, afraid of the reaction of the other drow, she fled to the surface where her butler constantly talks about a place she could actually consider a real home, where she would be accepted and loved for who she truly is
Getting used to the surface culture was one of the biggest difficulties for Izveta, not having males to satisfy her whims or soldies to do as she commanded was a reality check. The males on the surface were not as submissive and obedient as those who served her in Menzoberranzan and this ended up involving her in several fights in the places where she managed to stay, but it wasn't long until she finally found that place her butler talked about, her home, The Temple of Bhaal, the Lord of Murder... Her father. She didn't like her father's temple, it wasn't quite what she imagined as she thought it would be something grand like a castle or a fortress, but it fit with the cliche "I am a homicidal God"
Baldur's Gate was truly a lovely city, so full of light and life, Izveta simply loved walking through the dark alleys looking for some clueless person who would follow her wherever she took them, so that was when she met that dark-haired human man who He wasn't looking at her with fear, but curiosity and even perhaps admiration? Izveta didn't know for sure, but receiving that look after so long made her interested in knowing more about this human, knowing more about this "Enver Gortash"
The years after meeting Enver seemed to improve her mood. Izveta might have loved killing, feeling the hot blood on her hands, but she loved even more being pampered, receiving gifts, ordering and having her carpices supplied whenever she wanted and Enver made a point of doing all of this for her, giving some small gifts like rings, necklaces, masks... Izveta LOVES masks. Even though vanity is not something much used either in the Bhaal temple or by his followers, Izveta always loved simply beautifying herself, makeup, big jewelry, hairstyles for her long white hair, she loved spending minutes and even hours just beautifying herself with makeup or the blood of someone she killed. Enver managed to make her see him as an equal, not just an equal, a potential partner both with this strange plan with a "brain" and in bed, he had a thirst in his eyes, a thirst for her and she would quench that thirst every time he begged for her...
For some reason, losing her memories, even if it caused a certain frustration, at the same time caused relief... Being able to recreate her story without memories of the past to worry about
Some may think that Izveta redeemed herself by denying her "family heritage" by denying Bhaal, but her wave of chaos was just beginning. Astarion may think he controls her, that she is his beautiful spawn waiting only to receive orders from her lord, but something he doesn't even suspect is that he is right in the palm of her hand... A little flattery, a few whispers in his ear, a few touches on his chest and he does exactly what she wants and when she wants, he may not feel anything anymore or maybe feel, but the memories of the love he once felt for her are what give her power. Being a Bhaalspawn may have its advantages, but having the control of an ascended vampire lord was much better and as a vampire spawn everything is even more delicious, an eternity delighting in the death of whoever she wants and without any consequences... No There's nothing more she wants
Some extra information about Izveta
She loves white, she loves seeing the white of her clothes stained with blood, she loves seeing how her skin is highlighted while wearing white, she simply loves the color white.
She felt a little sorry for Orin, her little blood kin might be a kinda crazy, but she wasn't a bad person... At least not before her mother tried to kill her.
The only bad thing about denying her "father" was losing Sceleritas... Her butler, her true father... one of the few creatures she truly felt affection for

Morticia and Gomez Effect
Mihawk X FemReader
Since Mihawk is based off of Dracula (Duh) and his whole goth dilf attitude it would make sense he's Romanian 🇷🇴
Also I drank some wine 🍷 before this so enjoy!!
>>> Part 2
Tumblr media
• Giving Mihawk's personality I don't think he is the type that finds his opposite attractive. No this man likes those dark mysterious women-
• Def has a More Gothic wife.
• Mihawk is not one to openly talk about his fine but doesn't hide it either. If someone points out the gold ring hanging by his cross he will say it's his wedding band-
• However when his wife is around, he is quite flirty. A smirk on his lips as he will wrap his hand around your waist, lay kisses on your hand or pepper a kiss to the side of your neck. Uncaring if the world sees
• You also can defend yourself perfectly fine so he doesn't have to worry too much about you getting attacked- Truthfully he would pity someone so foolish to do so. Cause if you didn't kill them he would.
• But what was most known was- Mihawk was so whipped for you. Figuratively and Literally-
• The way you were formally introduced to the whole entirety of the Strawhat pirates was a necessary evil.
• "Zoro we need this- It says a red ruby is needed in order for this and we have non thays big enough!" Nami yelled pointing to the treasure map, Zoro sighed. He had accidently admitted he knew someone with a ruby big enough-
• After enough pestering he agreed and they set sail to Kuraigana Island
• It didn't take long to arrive at the gloomy island, A quick journey to the large castle and the spare key hidden under the mat lead the group inside.
• It looked like a cleaned haunted house- Which frightened the group more till the sound of your voice shook them from their thoughts
• "Is someone here?" You call from the large lounging area. Drawing them all in to the well lit room with a crackling fireplace.
• Sanji covered his nose quickly to stop a nosebleed as he stared at you, So elegantly seated with a cup of tea and a amused look on your face at seeing such a young group or pirates breaking into your home.
• Before Sanji could say a word Zoro slammed his hand over the blondes mouth quickly.
• "Madam Dracule" He said formally and bowed respectfully
• His whole crew stiffening at hearing the formal use of your name.
• DRACULE MIHAWKS WIFE!?
• Sipping your tea you raised a brow at Zoro as he bowed deeply to you. You knew he respected you just as much as Mihawk- the wife of his teacher as well as one of his teachers as well since you did assist in training.
• "Zoro, My dear child what brings you and your friends here?" You ask calmly, setting your tea aside as you felt the shift of the room.. they were nervous.
• "We came here to ask you-" The sound of the door slamming open shook them as they heard heavy footsteps walk to them. Revealing the man of the home, Mihawk. Wet from rain and pulling his hat from his head with a stoic frown
• "Dragă (Darling), What is this?" Mihawk questioned as he returned to his island home to see a familiar pirate ship docked and his Pupil on their knees before his wife. Paired with the group of familiar pirated standing in his livingroom.
• "I am not sure yet love, We were just about to discuss it" You say softly, standing up to gelp him take off his sword and coat. Already feeling his eyes following you as you did this-
• Both of you knowing it was an excuse to touch him.
• "We wished to temporarily barrow your ruby necklace Madame." Zoro said still bowing formally
• Mihawk's eyebrow twitching at hearing this-
• "You wish for my wife to give you her necklace?" He said as his eyes narrowed down at them.
• "J-Just for a little bit Sir!" Nami said, feeling anxiety wash through her system.
• "My Love" You cooed, reaching a hand over and touching the side of his face. Immediately it was like dealing with a feline, Leaning into your touch as he gave you a warning glare.
• "Barrowing a necklace is so minor compared to us at that age. Remember Cohi Island?" You purred, Mihawk giving a subtle growl in the back of his throat. "Ah Cohi Island, How can I forget?" He all but purred out.
• The two of you reminiscing as Mihawk began to place kisses up your arms as you pulled him close and whispered sweet sensual words and memories to him.
• "A little necklace won't be much trouble, Especially since it will be returned~" You whispered in his ear
Tumblr media
• The poor strawhats subjected to the very outward affection of the Warlord. It was quite a unpleasant experience for them all-
• Mihawk unclasping the necklace with his teeth before tossing it at Zoro who quickly caught it. The Warlord glaring at his Pupil lazily
• "It will be returned' He said stoically, before returning to his task at hand.
• You wave them off, Smiling softly as Mihawk leaned into your neck to lay kisses and love bites.
• Zoro bowing again quickly as he held the necklace and the youthful pirates quickly filed out of the castle as fast as possible. Zoro still clutching the gemstone
• "Holy fuck! She literally got Hawkeye of all people to give you the necklace!" Usopp said in shock as Zoro nodded. Nami's eyeing that diamond necklace
• "Yes but it must be returned-" He stressed. Not being stupid enough to let anyone steal from his mentor or his wife-
• The group nodded and looked out at the raging storm that beat against them.
• "Well it's raining maybe we can ask for a room-" Usopp started but Zoro quickly shook his head, His face pale and eyes like he was living through War Flashbacks.
• "No- The unholy noises that are about to invade that castle no one will sleep" He said in a deadpan voice- and from the look in his eyes everyone believed him.
• That was a couple too in love

Was thinking about merlin and listening to mitski today and
Post revel where arthur reacts very well at merlins magic, unbans magic and merlin cant actually process that
Yeah, thats about "its just that i fell in love with a war, nobody told me it ended", he suffered too much to allow it to be this easy. Can u imagine? What do u mean arthur and the knights are laughing amused by him magically lighting the fire? It is a big deal.
Merlins saw many many sorcerers be cremated alive to be normal. He heard the screams and smelled the burned skin, the toasted meat.
I havent watched the shows in years but like, i guess he have a "privileged view" of the pire from his room too....... He thinks if uther did that on purpose, by giving gaius (the only sorcerer uther allowed to stay, in his conditions of course) this place of all in the castle...... Like a warning...
The only "mentors" merlin had where a dragon, that had been imprisoned for morethan 20 years. And a old man, that had been walking on eggs for more than 20 years too. They were shit at giving advices, yeah but. Its understandable at some point.
He has blood in his hands. Non sorcerer and sorcerer. Friends and enemies. Civilians. He released kilgharra. Fuck, he lied at the morgouse trials, about arthurs mother! Why is arthur ok w that? He think he is a traitor, of both his kind........
Bonus point if good mordred. Like, mordred adapting very well at the shift laws, and excited about doing magic in frnt of arthur and arthur liking it???? Merlin cant understand. He debated about killing this child.
bONUS BONUS POINT If merlin is struggling at doing magic in front of arthur and the knights, and arthurs doesn't know he is emrys the most powerful sorcerer to walk on earth aND YET IS SO AMUSED. And like, *merlin shaking while firing the fire* arthur and evryone: THATS AMAZING MERLIN 👏👏👏👏 And mordred is so confused
I need a fic like this
Mordred becomes court sorcerer because arthur thinks merlin is not powerful and everything (in a worried way not in a disposed way). Merlin is not jealous, he doesn't care about titles, actually he do like his job, its just about the irony of the thing. Mordred is so so confused.
He does his job amazing, he uses magic and its okay at doing it. When no one is looking. If someone, thats not gaius, is looking, he hardly can do.
He cant do magic w arthurs watching.
Unless its a Arthur's life treating situation.
Its not that he is actually scared of arthur, its just that he simple cant. Theres even a tecnical term for this. Its like a emotional block, but w his magic. He cant control it. He has been under pressure for so long he cant just let go ya know.
Ok, its my post, i like mordred, im gonna put my thoughts here.
Au where mordred was the one who changes arthurs mind about magic. Like, arthur is watching mordred, the one he know has magic and is a druid and asks him if he stills do magic and mordred thinks and chooses honesty and says "to make a fire when noone is looking" or some non harmful thing. And Arthur is like "a sorcerer can be a Knight, im shifting the law". And he shift the law and Merlin is like, was is that easy? *Mental breakdown * meltdown *burnout*
The thing is: it wasn't just because of mordred, like, Arthur's kingdom has been kind w the sorcerers already, not having burned a lot and no one in mordred presence, because arthur is a kind king.
And th thing is how mordred and merlin lived different lifes while in camelot, ya know. Even through mordred has heard stories and lost friends and family to camelots fire, Merlin lived in it.
Merlin, he is extremely suspicious about mordred coming out as sorcerer to arthur (because he is suspicious of mordred), he thinks maybe its a trick, to bring evil sorcerers to kill arthur, something, he even debates w arthur if shifting thelaw is the right choice. He feels awful about his position, but he cant process that everything is alright, he is so suspicious about everything and so scared arthur might put himself in danger.
He tells arthur he has magic after he lift the ban. Arthur is so confused because of merlins position about the law, but he is fine w merlin. And merlin islike "im gonna to protect u i promise, im super powerful", of course he cant prove he is powerful because this whole post.
Im tired now im stoping, but im still thinking alot.

Your husband has a harem. It didn’t bother you as much as you thought it would – he is the emperor, after all. You’d be more concerned and surprised if he didn’t have an army of perfect women lust all over him – catering to his every whim, to every last one of his perverted desires. You read about kings having harems in books – you think that the king of your country had at least a dozen mistresses, although none of them were an official part of the court. Empire is a bit different in its customs – every territory in its big hold wanted to give the sole ruler their greatest treasure, so the politics could be ensured through maidenhood of their daughters. — Little empress is so shy…is this her first time with an angel?
A woman – you think her name was Stiletto, or something equally sharp – was holding you tightly, her breasts against yours, her hips straddling yours in hold that didn’t make you feel unpleasant. If anything, you loved it. Reminded you of the sessions you shared with the Princess. Something that had to be hidden far, far away. — I would r…I think we should discuss, ah, the further fate of the… She holds you close, her lips on your neck. You whimper, looking back only to see König in a relaxed pose, drinking something – you don’t think it was wine, way too golden for anything like this – out of the transparent, beautifully sculpted goblet. For some foolish reason, none of the women in his harem were particularly interested in him – but you counted at least four who already proposed to make your night better.
It made you feel ecstatic.
It made you feel shy. You came to the forbidden part of the palace, the one that almost no one is visiting – with the goal to drag at least a few of the servants by their hair, thinking that it would just ensure that you won’t be poisoned later. You came here expecting to be assassinated by some lovestruck princess – but you were kissed, held, and touched by many of them. Your legs already spread wide enough to reveal the edges of the thin laces of your undergarments, your emperor enjoying the show as the women of his harem made a blubbering mess out of you.
— Are my women not treating you well enough, little princess?
— Y…your Highness, this is… You whimper, feeling a soft hand on your breast. König was there too – his palm enveloping your chin, gently tilting it so he could kiss you, your face hidden by the fabric of his hood slowly lowering over you. His kisses are softer now, much warmer than they were before – maybe, finally stealing your virtue prompted him to be softer. Maybe, he knew you wouldn’t be running away or trying to kill yourself anymore – so he was able to share with you the softness he previously kept hidden. Maybe, he was always soft and you just never got to see it – but now you can’t help but stare at his softness, taking in every last inch of it. You feel like a fool, honestly.
There are beautiful women touching you, whispering sweet nothing to you. There is a beautiful man who is devoted to you completely – who burned down an entire castle and took your country just so he would be able to marry you. Yes, with all of these people – powerful, beautiful, angels and gods walking on this sinful earth, you still felt like a servant. Dirt under their boots – the indoctrination of your class is making it impossible to think of yourself as someone who is worthy of even the tiniest bit of praise.
You think about your princess – if she is alive or not. If she remembers your sacrifice or curses you for it. The news of your wedding should have spread far and wide, even with the little notice that König gave to the bordering kingdoms – and you wonder what would her reaction be. You are getting too far ahead of yourself, after all, You should know your place by now, all things considered.
König and the girls – you think one of them was the duchess, send here as a peace offering only to be held up in the lower harem, with the Emperor only seeing her for one time and then retreating back to his chambers – only let go of your when you started sniffling, an action so freakingly ugly for an empress. You should never show your true emotions – you knew this even from your years with the princess, with other servants being as cruel as devils while she wasn’t looking. Perhaps, you still haven’t outgrown this mentality.
— What’s wrong, meine Liebe?
— You’re disturbing the Empress, your highness.
— I am her husband!
— Maybe, this is why she is disturbed. Are you ignoring her needs too, Your Majesty?
— I will nit be ridiculed by my…
— Oh, but please, do proceed, our lord. The princess is crying already.
— You scared her!
— Maybe, she didn’t want to be married. You could send her to harem and make her like us… — And to have you, vile creatures, fuck her till she passes out? — At least we could show you pleasure. Maybe, she’s on edge because Your Highness was…
— I won’t be talking to you about it!
— Ah, but the Empresses’s distress is evident already, our lord. Do we need to cast a potion for your…
You feel their hands on you again, soft touches mixing with rough fingers caressing your face – your cheeks, your lips, passing into your mouth and making you suck for the tiniest bit of a second, leaving right when you started to feel uncomfortable. You feel loved, so thoroughly, by him and by them – and you don’t feel like you deserve to be.
You can’t find a real reason to talk to them – so you do your best to shut up, biting your lips that were smeared with makeup so thoroughly. You felt awful, you felt horrible, you felt like you were going to freaking burst because, by gods, there are so many people around you who deserve to be treated as kindly as possible, who deserve to be treated like equals – and yet, you still feel like a servant. Like a bought pet who was dragged to the house where no one wanted to see you and to hold you – and yet, there are so many people, longing to just… You sigh, curling up in a corner. Distasteful display from an empress – but you could worry about assassins and court intrigues the other day. You don’t have the strength to play in the games of these vile women anyway. Not that you would be able to even if you’d want.
— Meine Liebe, please, you must protect your dignity over those…
— I’m sorry.
— What?
Hands are gripping you tighter, suffocating. You shouldn’t mistake their devotion for kindness, their affection for liability. No matter your cries and pleads, they won’t let you go – and even the girls who looked the kindest, the ones who already got your dresses collected and your hair in elaborate constructions, with their soft hands running up and down your breasts, your hips, your rear – were nothing more but a pack of people who used to get what they wanted. And you shouldn’t think that your opinion would matter – but you could close your eyes and think about your country. Close your eyes and try to enjoy it if only for a little while.
— I’m not…not fitting as a queen.
One of the girls plummets on your lap, her hair spreading across the floor. You start to pet her out of pure instinct – and you can feel König’s hand in your hair, doing the same. Somehow, the tiniest act made you feel even more like a pet and less like a person with power. Maybe, because you never had power to begin with.
— Of course not. You’re an empress, not a… You gulp, worry still in your mind. You are surrounded by people who should look up at you – and yet, you feel like a pet, brought to them for amusement. Then it strikes you – then it falls down to your shoulders, heavier than the crown you never wanted to wear.
A consort empress – no power, no influence, just smile and wave to your people in a pathetic attempt to remind them that you exist. You exist, you exist, for their amusement, for your husband’s amusement, to make the crowd wild with promises of heirs, to make everyone forget what exactly you are doing here. That your job as an empress is to sit back and look pretty, hoping that it would be enough. That it needs to be enough.
— Am I? Seems more like a toy for everyone.
They laugh – they smile and push their hands on you again, surrounding you with swirls of touches and gentle pushes. Back and forth, back and forth. You feel like a fool falling for something as silly as this – being consumed by lust of not just your husband, but also the women who, by all means, are supposed to take you in and leave nothing behind. You were supposed to swirl around in cort intrigues, not in… A hand moves down your stomach, fluttering just above your labia. Dancing on the gentle skin, caressing in a tingling motion – you moan and spread your legs depsite yourself, despite the feeling of apathy slowly growing in your bones. Your body got so used to constant pleasure, it makes you crave it like the last whore in the whole empire. You aren’t sure who is touching you – but you know that König is nearby, his hand tilting your head to the side, so he could look. Enjoy the view – god, you must look like such a mess right now… — The consort is a toy for the whole Empire, Schatzen. You knew this when you agreed to marry me.
— You never asked my hand properly, Your Highness.
— Why would I need to, if I could just chop it off and bring it with me?
You gulp, thinking again – gods, your choice in marriage is as horrible as the legends say. Especially since there are no legends of him yet – his rise to power is too fast and too early – and since you never had a choice on the matter anyway. Since there is no way you could have escaped this.
— Would you like it, then? To kill me for spare parts?
He laughs, and the others followsuit. You feel weird – you don’t understand them, their reactions, you feel like your head is going to burst from all the emotions being contained deep inside. You take a deep breathe and think. Trying desperately not to seem insane. — This would be a waste of a perfectly fine princess.
— She’s an empress now, your highness.
— Oh, but she will be a princess to us, ja? They giggle – and you feel dragged to the other room, finally alone. Not as much as you linked to be – König is still there, his hands are keeping you in place firmly. Fingers playing with the edges of your outfit, you feel somewhat sated and drained already. Your maidenhood throbs between your legs, soaked and warm from the touches and nice words of the women of his harem – and you feel weird, knowing that he allowed this infidelity to happen on his watch. At least you knew he never touched a single one of these women, although they were gifted to him. At least you know that he is ready to throw you in for the wolves in order to satisfy you while he is away doing everything an evil ruler should.
He lets you sit on a chair, pulling you in his lap – an intimate position, the outline of his cock is poking at the outline of your rear even through the skirts of the dress you wore. He pushes his face in the crook of your neck and you feel the tingling sensation of his tongue outlining your skin. You don’t want him to make you even warmer, to play with you more than all of his harem did – but it’s a welcomed distraction. You still feel like an imposter who never deserved to even be here in the first place…
— You do realize that you not being a princess doesn’t matter, right, Schatzi?
He cocks your head to the side, making you look at him wide-eyed, surprised. You are pressed against his chest, your face dangerously close to his – you want to get as far away from him as possible, but he whispers in your neck like it’s a gospel. You’re inclined to listen.
You don’t answer – you just let him keep going because, in the end, this is what a good empress is supposed to do, you think. Sit tight and listen and listen and use all of the space in your head to get into theirs. You feel like a fool even trying to attempt this, but…you never listened to the stories about your husband before he came into your life – and now you’re fabulously undereducated on the matters of his life.
König’s hands are going up, into your cleavage – almost ripping your corset open and not caring for how expensive it was. He has a terrible habit of running every pretty thing he buys for you – and you bite your tongue as to no scold him for leaving your breasts out, the diamonds and ripped seams on full display. You feel like a fool, knowing just how inappropriate he is with you. And how you allow him to do it.
— I would never accept that stuck-up royal of yours as mine. As a part of the harem, maybe. To forget about her bloody existence.
You bite your lips, a scowl escaping your expression. You don’t want to act like this, but she was still your princess – whenever she is now, if not dead and forgotten even by her own people.
— Don’t…don’t speak of Her Majesty like this.
— What a loyal servant you are, meine Liebe. Why not put that loyalty to me?
— Do you also need help with wearing your own clothes and warming your jewels?
— Maybe. If I get to feel your hands on me each time you do it.
You feel your cheeks burning. Your teeth are clenching, your hands and gripping your skirt, almost ripping the delicate material to shreds. Oh no – you’re getting used to a rich life, not even caring for your own clothes and how expensive it would be to replace them. König kisses your forehead, laughing, and your entire face and neck are burning now – the expression of his affection always makes you embarrassed, even if this is, by far, the most innocent thing he did to you. Much more pure than…no, if you’d start thinking about it, the space between your thighs would be wet again – and you already established just how sinful it would be.
— You are making it look like I have to worry about every maid who swings her skirt around you.
— Hm. I don’t think that my maids are half as cute as you.
— So you went to steal maids from other countries?
He chuckles, holding your chin in an iron grasp. You can’t turn away and save your graces when he is taking his mask down, smiling like a cat who got the cream. Perhaps, he is just like a cat – a ginger one, arrogant and smug, with rare stubble grazing over your sensitive skin as he plants a sloppy kiss on your lips. He is hungry, devouring you with each stroke of his tongue – the literature made you think that those kinds of embraces should be gentle, slow. You know better now, of course.
— I knew I needed a wife. People won’t take lightly to their emperor being more and more involved with dark powers – I thought that maybe, having a people-pleasing empress would make a difference.
He pinches your nipples until they are nice and firm, almost bruising your soft breasts in his hands. He is trying to handle them gently, but he is unable to contain his excitement – and you feel your lower parts clenching around nothing, moisture collecting in your undergarments. König isn’t soft when he is handling you like this, the overwhelming pleasure is risking to make itself known to everyone – by gods, you are tired of always getting handled like this. Like just an afterthought in his perverted desires…but, perhaps, you are just that.
— It was stupid. I sent the first letter, then the second…and this entitled brat didn’t even bother to answer. I knew she wouldn’t – but it still stings.
You remember the letters. Remember the annoyed voice of your princess, as she told you to handle them – burn them, toss them away, rip them to shreds, and feed them to the birds passing by. Everyone knew that the emperor already had a harem, and your princess didn’t want to be a part of it – besides, the king already established no connections to the empire, even as it was creeping to his doorstep.
You also remember writing the answers. Polite ones, short ones – the types that wouldn’t involve you in a political ploy. Leaving the emperor without an answer would be even worse than proclaiming war – wounding a man’s pride is something, that your princess knew how to do well, and also a thing that you knew how to take care of. Always the one to clean up her messes.
— I knew it wasn’t her writing those answers. But I remember how they felt, in my hands. The smells of whatever fragrance you put, ja?
You also remember accidentally cutting yourself while writing one of the answers – ink mixing with blood on expensive paper, made you think twice instead of changing the paper piece to a new one. Perhaps, if you were truly smarter than that, you’d just toss it away. Unfortunately for you and the kingdom, you didn’t want to waste expensive, fragrant paper.
— So…you’re saying that…
— It’s your fault, Meine Liebe, really. I fell in love with you since the first word you have written for me. So why would you cry in front of me and my harem like that?
— You’re lowering yourself like this. Being on my level…not something fit for an emperor.
He laughs, his fingers returning to gently squeeze your nipples together – and then go high, to push your face in place again. König plants another kiss on your lips and dips, his tongue playing over one of your swollen nipples. You don’t want to think about how much your body will change when his seed is going to take – but you know it won’t be long, with how often he pushes himself between your legs, filling you up until you can’t walk anymore.
— You know nothing about me, do you, Schatz?
— Thought you wanted it that way.
— Public won’t take nice to a ruler like me. Not a drop of royal blood.
You don’t think you knew the stories about him. The rumors, maybe – calling him the bastard king, the one that killed the previous ruler of his country in a soldier’s uprising. It’s all being taken down now, with all the old rich families either getting wiped out or signing their loyalty to the new emperor. The books are being burned and written anew.
— We’re both servants, little princess. And I would never someone born into this uptight fucking family.
Hm. A bastard emperor and a fake princess.
You really were made for each other.

Trinket Moon! For when you need a friend who eats your dreams (and gives you nightmares)
Tumblr media
He comes in two sizes - a full form that is about 7 feet tall, and a little doll form you can hold in your hand and take around with you. (He comes unstuffed from time to time but it’s nothing a little love and a few stitches won’t fix)
Tumblr media
About as socially unwell as they come - the outside world is overwhelming. People don’t exactly seem to take to him. The land of dreams is much less stressful.
Tumblr media
Doesn’t like bright lights - any bright light in the room and he straight up crumples to the floor. He used to come out in the day but he’s not allowed anymore, and it’s taken its toll on him just a little.
Tumblr media
Having said that, if you like dark places with lots of shade and enjoy lullabies and bedtime stories I’m sure you’ll get along just great!
Tumblr media
(More images and misc lore under the cut for anyone who’s interested)
Tumblr media
Moon used to be a theme park mascot who worked in the toy-themed castle with Sun entertaining theme park goers, but like most Fazbear Ent characters he was used for evil, capturing the souls of those he’d show the land of dreams. When people dared to venture too far into the dreamscape, they’d get lost inside, and they’d never wake up.
Moon was eventually all but scrapped, and began cohabiting inside Sun’s mind, fading further and further into the background clinging to the empty memories of those he’d once played with in the dreamscape as he watched the outside world through Sun’s eyes. He’s not supposed to come out anymore, and when he does he doesn’t tend to know how to interact, preferring slink around in the shadows and watch from afar in case somebody gets hurt or he gets inadvertently perceived.
Other fun things about him:
His star patterns can change just a little reflecting the star formations or dream pattern of those he’s interacting with
His cheeks sometimes change colour depending on his emotions, so they might turn a shade of blue if he’s feeling especially sad, or pink if he’s feeling overwhelmed, or green if he’s feeling under the weather, etc. (he prefers to keep his feelings locked up tight behind a silly and spooky facade however, so he might prefer to clutch at his face if he feels he’s giving the game away)
He is actually pretty lightweight and as such is entirely pickuppable like a big old ragdoll (however you might have to drape him over your shoulders like some kind of lunar scarf if he’s in his full size form)

It’s a beautiful day in town again, the weather warm, the sky blue with fluffy clouds drifting by, birds singing… and a would be assassin rolling on the ground, screaming in agony as blood pours from his wounds.
The nondescript man had posed as a villager, smiling to you as you walked by and holding out a peach to you. Villagers often give you small gifts like these. You’re now their queen after the very recent deaths of your parents, themselves killed by an assassin just like the man wailing before you.
As you reached out to take the peach, thanking him for his generosity, his hands were suddenly sliced from his arms, causing the peach to fall to the now bloody dirt. You looked around in alarm, spotting your Captain of the Guard standing nearby. You hadn’t even seen him draw his sword.
The Captain, named Sukuna, strolls over and picks up the bloody peach, ignoring the assassin quickly bleeding out beside it. He pulls something tiny, almost invisible, from the fruit. “A needle,” he says, holding it up so that it glints in the sunlight.
How did he notice that? Oh well, that’s why you made him Captain of your personal guard. “Thank you, Captain. Your vigilance has saved me again.”
The other townsfolk are whispering and looking at the assassin with scared, worried faces. Sukuna raises his leg and brings his boot down on the man’s head, crushing it into a gooey mess. You wish he’d found a more tactful way of disposing of the would be killer.
You address the townsfolk in your most soothing voice. “I apologize for the trouble. I’ll send someone to clean up this mess as soon as possible. Please continue about your business!”
No more explanation is necessary. Everyone in town knows why a needle is as big a threat to you as a sword.
When you were an infant, a wicked old fairy laid a curse upon you. If you ever prick your finger on a needle, you will immediately die. Supposedly, a good fairy altered the curse so that you’ll fall into a deep sleep for a hundred years instead of dying, or until certain conditions are met to awaken you. But you’re not certain of that part, and you want no part of any of it either way.
Your parents were desperate to save you, so they took every precaution. They banned all needles from the castle and refused to allow you to go into town, even after you turned eighteen. Now at age twenty, you’ve been forced to take the role of queen after your parents were murdered three months ago.
The old fairy of the woods apparently held a grudge. She’s been sending assassins to try to get you to prick your finger, and you highly suspect she’s responsible for what happened to the king and queen.
Newly without your parents’ protection, your first order of business was hiring a Captain of the Guard who could keep you alive until you found the fairy and put her to death. And as it happened, you met Ryomen Sukuna on the day your parents were buried.
Bandits attacked your carriage as you were riding back from the cemetery, killing your coachman and two of your best guards before a mysterious man in a cloak appeared. With seconds, he’d cut down seven bandits with his sword, as if they were made of paper. The hood of his cloak fell back, revealing a handsome face lined with black tattoos, and a feral smile as blood sprayed from the bandits and colored him red.
When finished with the bandits, he approached you, his sword still drawn, his crimson eyes burning with a strange intensity. He was going to kill you. He wasn’t there to save you, but to settle a score with the bandits. As he stepped closer, a bizarre thought entered your mind: I hope he has his way with me first.
You shook your head to cast the thought aside. Then stared him down, using your most regal voice to say, “Your skills are impressive. I want to hire you to be my Captain of the Guard.”
He paused, a look of amusement on his face. “And why would I want such a job?”
Ah, his voice was like satin.
“You would be paid exceptionally well, would live in the castle with all the luxuries that it can provide. Your own private room, all the best foods, authority and power over others…”
“And all I have to do is babysit a princess?” he asked, grinning.
“Actually,” you said, somewhat haughtily, “I’m a queen now.”
He accepted your offer, and you returned to the castle that day with a new Captain. All your advisors thought it was a terrible idea to give such a position to a man you knew nothing about, but they hadn’t seen his skill, his raw power. If he kept you alive, you didn’t care who he was.
There’s just one problem. You’re insanely attracted to him! You’ve wanted him from the day you met him, and despite him being so close in proximity to you, he remains frustratingly out of reach.
On multiple occasions you’ve made it clear that’s he’s welcome in your bed, but he always has the same response: a condescending grin while smugly saying, “You couldn’t handle me, Princess.”
Each time you remind him you’re a queen, not a princess, but by this point it’s obvious that he’s teasing you.
Now, you find yourself walking through the gardens of your castle after returning from the town, sighing as you look over the sorry state of the roses. Your parents had gotten rid of every rose bush, afraid a thorn would somehow have the same effect as a needle. But you’d accidentally pricked yourself on a thorn at your parents’ funeral, where some well meaning townsperson had given you some roses, and nothing had happened.
The next day you planted several rose bushes in the gardens, but they’re not doing well. They grew in pots but had not done well enough to be transferred to the ground.
As you look up from your plants, your heart nearly stops. Two strange men are approaching, already too close to effectively flee from. You turn your head, to call for your Captain, but you remember that he went to wash off the blood from the previous assassin. Still, there should be four other guards nearby, two at each entrance to the gardens. The fact that these men waltzed in and don’t even seem to be in a hurry tells you that all four guards are probably dead.
And, these men are skilled fighters.
“Who are you? What are you doing in my gardens?” you ask, trying to get them talking, trying to buy time until Sukuna returns. No matter how skilled they are, he would utterly destroy them.
One of the men, tall with long shaggy hair and beard, chuckles. “I think you know what we’re here for, Your Majesty.”
The shorter of the two, who looks like he hasn’t bathed in weeks, looks you up and down like a piece of meat. “She’ll really fall asleep if we stick her with a needle?” he asks the other man.
The taller man shrugs. “Either that or die. The old witch isn’t sure.”
The shorter man looks at you with excitement. “Remember what you promised! I can do whatever I want with her afterwards!”
Your skin crawls with horror. The thought of this disgusting man touching you, even if you’re dead, makes bile threaten to rise in your mouth.
And it makes you wish even more strongly that Sukuna had lain with you. At least then the first man to touch you would be someone you loved.
Wait… loved? Do you love him, or just feel lust for him? You suppose it doesn’t matter now.
“I can give you riches,” you tell them, “beyond anything the old fairy has promised.”
The men glance at each other, then laugh. “She hasn’t promised us any riches,” the taller man says. “I just enjoy killing, and that one there only has one thing on his mind.” He reaches out and grabs your hand, pulling it close while holding a needle in his free hand.
The shorter man’s face is getting red with anticipation as you struggle to pull your arm free. He licks his lips. “I just want some royal pussy!”
“No!” you shout, slamming your eyes shut as the needle gets closer.
*************************
Sukuna walks down the lavish hallway, freshly bathed with a new set of clothes. He doesn’t really mind being covered in blood, but his delicate little princess seems bothered by it, even if she doesn’t say so.
He finds it amusing that she tries so hard to seem strong and in charge. Maybe she thinks she is. Somehow she’s convinced herself that she wants Sukuna to fuck her. He finds the idea laughable. While she is lovely to look at, and he’d enjoy nothing more than splitting her open on his cock, he knows for certain that his tender princess would break too easily. He enjoys this job, this position, far too much to give it up now.
If he were to act on his desires, he would end up destroying her, and so he keeps himself contained. For now.
The biggest challenge was when he went into her chambers one night to check on her, moving quietly to avoid waking her, only to find her pleasuring herself in her bed. The sheets were thrown back, her legs spread wide, her back arched as she moaned his name.
She never realized he was in the room, or how close she came to being absolutely ravaged that night. He remained in a darkened corner, watching, until she finished with a cry of pleasure. He snuck back out as soon as she fell asleep.
Lately she’s been occupying more and more of his thoughts, and he doesn’t like it. He’s been with countless women, never getting attached or even remembering their names. Outside the protected castle town, Sukuna was infamous for being a violent murderer who could never be tamed or subdued. Even he didn’t know why he accepted her offer to be Captain of the Guard in the first place. It was far more like him to slit her pretty throat and leave her bleeding out on the ground.
But the more time he spends with her, the more times he watches this weak little royal try to be brave, the more endeared she becomes to him
As he nears the gardens, trying to dispel all these thoughts from his mind, he notices something up ahead: the two guards who were watching the entrance are lying on the ground in pools of blood. Knowing exactly what this means, Sukuna breaks into a sprint while drawing his sword.
Running through the gardens, he spots his princess, desperately struggling against two men, one of them gripping her hand.
He hears one of them say, “I just want some royal pussy!” and suddenly his blood is boiling. He sees the needle in the other man’s hand, getting close to one of her fingers, and he wonders if he’ll reach her in time.
Suddenly his princess kicks a pot by her feet, holding a withered plant. The pot hits the man in the leg, distracting him enough to loosen his grip. Sukuna grins as he watches her pull free and turn to see him running toward her.
“Captain!” she calls, relief evident on her face.
The other two men notice him just before he reaches them, and they turn to flee, but they’re too slow. He catches up to them in seconds, swinging his sword in an arc that cuts both of them down.
As they lay on the ground bleeding, Sukuna stands over them, his red eyes flashing with anger. “You fuckers thought you could touch her?” he asks, stabbing into the shorter one’s stomach and twisting the blade. The man howls in agony, but Sukuna doesn’t stop. “What were you saying? That you wanted some royal pussy?” He pulls the sword out and stabs it into the man’s groin, drawing another scream.
Finally the man dies, and Sukuna turns his attention to the other man, who is lying helplessly in a pool of his own urine. Sukuna is so disgusted, he finishes the man off quickly with a stab to the heart.
He turns to his princess, wondering what sort of expression she’ll be wearing. This is the closest assassins have ever came to actually pricking her finger.
Her face looks passive, calm, as she huffs and crosses her arms. “You’re late, Captain.”
She can’t fool Sukuna. He sees the way her hands tremble before she balls them into fists, hears the way her voice quivers even as she tries desperately to project nonchalance.
He remembers hearing from a servant that the princess refused to cry when her beloved parents were murdered. She had immediately realized she was queen now, and she has a duty to hold this kingdom together in a time of turmoil. And so she pretends to be made of stone.
For over three months straight, she’s been wearing a steel mask, never letting it slip even once. Watching her stand there, clearly shaken and afraid, he wants to rip that mask off. But he won’t. At least not here and now.
“Didn’t expect two attempts in the same day,” he says, mimicking her casual tone. “The old bitch must be getting impatient.”
“I’m going inside,” she says, walking past him quickly. He follows behind, stepping over the guards’ corpses. She had only stopped for a moment to look at them, her face blank as she gave a small bow of respect. Now she’s walking swiftly to her chambers, and once inside, Sukuna shuts the door behind him.
She looks up as if surprised to see him. “I wish to be alone for a moment,” she says. “Please wait outside my door.”
He steps closer until he’s right in front of her. “You’re trembling,” he tells her, placing one hand on her shoulder.
A tiny flicker of panic flashes across her face, but she quickly recovers. “I am not trembling! I’m just… I just…”
He looks down at her, his face softening. “You don’t have to feign strength with me, Princess. In all the world, the one place you can let yourself be weak is by my side.”
Her eyes are becoming wet as they stare up at him. He moves his hand from her shoulder to her face, his fingers gently grazing her cheek.
“I was terrified,” she whispers. “The things they planned to do to me… I can’t bear the thought!”
Sukuna feels the powerful urge to comfort her, to draw her into his arms, but he maintains his control. Instead, his hand slides down a bit, caressing her jaw, his thumb rubbing over her plump, painted lips. He leans in closer. He wants to kiss her, to claim her, but he won’t. He pulls away, deciding he needs to put some distance between the two of them, lest he do something he’ll regret.
A look of hurt passes over her features as he turns away from her and walks a few steps away.
That’s when he hears her voice behind him, still fragile and raw, say, “Coward!”
He freezes. The word sends a spike of anger through him, bordering on rage. He stomps back to her, not knowing if he wants to kiss her or hit her. She’s looking up at him defiantly.
“You don’t even know what you’re saying,” he says, his voice low, dangerous. “You want a man like me to fuck you, a dainty virgin princess? I’d tear you apart.”
Her expression doesn’t change. “Stop acting like I’m some lovesick teenager. I’m a grown woman. And I’m a queen, not a princess.”
Something in him snaps. He moves forward, closing the small distance between them in three steps, and roughly turns her around to face the tall window in her bedroom. His hands yank up her dress, diving under the layers of satin and lace, finding the flimsy panties beneath and ripping them off. She makes a sound, something between a gasp and a cry, clearly surprised.
One hand shoves between her soft thighs, squeezing and groping the delicate flesh there, feeling how wet and slippery she already is. His callused fingers, the fingers of a killer who never should have been anywhere near this woman, part her slick folds and find her sensitive clit. He rubs it harshly, having no experience being gentle with anyone.
She cries out, her shaking legs buckling beneath her. He wraps one arm around her chest, under her arms, holding her upright as his other hand relentlessly strokes her most tender places. Her quick, shuddering breaths are like music to him as he finally releases her clit and instead plunges one thick finger into her tiny, dripping hole.
*****************************
This is what you want, what you’ve wanted for three months: Sukuna’s hands on you, pleasuring you, his firm body pressed against yours.
His fingers are rough, one of them shoving inside you, making you jerk. And when he pushes a second one in, you feel a sting as your body stretches around him. You whimper, your body already collapsed and being held up by him.
Then you hear his voice in your ear, “You want my cock but you can’t even handle my fingers, princess.”
He’s pumping them in and out, his palm rubbing against your aching clit. You let out a moan that sounds more like a sob, your hands gripping his arm. “Please,” you say, your voice broken, desperate for release, “m-make me cum!”
You can feel his hot breath on your neck as his fingers curl inside you, touching something that’s never been touched before. You scream, your body going completely limp in his grasp. You cum in his arms, twitching with pleasure, your pussy sore and stinging from the two fingers still lodged inside it.
He keeps them there until you ride out your orgasm, then finally withdraws them and lowers your spent body to the floor. You’re left on your knees, panting, your own fluids dripping out of you. It takes you a moment to realize your face is wet with tears. Were you crying?
You look up in time to see him licking his fingers clean, and the lewd sight has you hungering for more. You stare at him expectantly, waiting for him to tear your dress off and have his way with you. Instead, he gives you a disdainful look.
“That’s all you’re getting from me. I’m not going to ruin you,” he says.
“You keep saying that! Maybe I want you to ruin me!”
He looks down at you, red eyes gleaming with anger. “You turned into a crying mess when I put two fingers in you. What do you think will happen if I shove my whole cock into that tight little pussy?”
You glare back at him. “I don’t know, but I’d like to find out!”
He grumbles something under his breath, then turns away from you again. It almost sounded like he said, “Don’t tempt me”.
You practically growl in frustration as you climb to your feet and head to your private washroom to clean up.
It’s later in the evening when you’re standing in your room, looking out the very window he pressed you against earlier. You touch the glass, remembering how his fingers felt. You turn around, angry at yourself for getting heated again, angry at him for leaving you unsatisfied. You could die or fall into a deep sleep at any moment! Why can’t he understand that you want to be with him before that happens?
You feel something soft brush against your ankle, and you look down to see Briar, the cat that lives in the castle to kill rats, rubbing his face on you. Bending down, you scoop him up and pet his back. “Have you been doing your job properly?” you ask, scratching his ears as he purrs.
You hear your door opening and look over to see Sukuna walking in. He hasn’t spoken to you since the… incident earlier. Will he apologize? Or maybe tell you he’s leaving? He’s an unpredictable one. You brace yourself for whatever he has to say, your hand absently rubbing Briar’s fur.
Suddenly you feel something sharp. You wince and Briar jumps down from your arms. You look at your finer, seeing one tiny drop of blood.
Oh no.
The conniving old fairy used the cat!
You look up at Sukuna, holding up your finger. There’s a look of horror on his face as he breaks into a run. But it’s too late. Everything is going dark. You hear him shouting your name, feel his strong arms catch you before you hit the floor, but your eyes slide closed, and you see nothing more.

Catch the queen
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
yandere!king OC x fem reader
Summary: you're fleeing the evil king and hide in the village, hoping to blend in before you can run away for real. Edmund loses his mind and decides to lure you out with fire.
Warnings: yandere, arson, knives, harassment, drunk men, isolation, behading, corpses, a bit of Stockholm symdrome, hints of abuse, name calling
Word count: 4k.
Edmund’s arms are like suffocating cages. Everytime his hands touch you, you lose the ability to breathe. His kisses feel like fire and burn your skin every time they press against you. You can’t take it anymore. You don’t want to be his pretty doll.
You have nothing planned, but you know that you need to be quiet and run the fastest you possibly can.
Quietly, you get out of his arms. They’re difficult to bend off of you, but finally, they loosen up. You’re careful not to step on any creaky floor planks as you try to dress yourself. Covering yourself in a dark blue cloak and your body in a warm dress is normally a hard task, but near impossible now that you have to look over your shoulder and try to make your trembling hands cooperate. You grab your dagger, a gift from Edmund. He wants you to be able to protect yourself if he’s ever away from you.
Edmund twists and turns in bed. He never stays still unless he holds you in his arms. You have to get out of here before he realizes that you're no longer in his embrace. Guards are walking through the mighty corridors, but you do your best to avoid them all and sink into dark corners when they pass by. Heart beating loudly in your ears. A part of you regrets ever trying to leave. They’ll notice you soon enough and then you’ll have to get down on your bare knees and beg forgiveness from Edmund. He’ll revel in it and you can’t stand seeing that satisfied smirk on his face when he once again gets what he wants.
Finally. Finally, you manage to leave the castle. A fresh breeze hits your face. WIthout looking back, you run. But where? The forest is deep and dangerous at night. Thieves hide where to get away from the royal knights. If they noticed you, you'd be their hostage. Edmund would get you back to every price and you'd be right back where you started. You have to blend in to get away. You have to go to the village.
It’s late at night and you doubt that anyone is up to help you. No lights are shining in the windows and all doors are locked. The streets are as empty as the grave. You pull the cloak closer to your body. What should you do? It’s not safe to be out on the countryside roads during the night. You can’t leave the village in the middle of the night and even if you do, the chances of your legs giving up before you reach another is too big to take.
You run through the dark alleyways, looking for somewhere to spend the night. Tomorrow morning when the sun rises, you’ll move on. It’s dangerous to stay in the same kingdom as Edmund. He’ll find you too quickly.
You find a barn where you decide to spend the night. Carefully, you lay down in the hay and grass, making yourself comfortable. You shiver at the cold air and hug yourself to keep yourself warm. It takes an hour until you finally fall asleep.
Drunken male voices wake you up a while later.
“Oh, look at this”, one slurs. “A woman. Let’s have some fun.”
You freeze and reach for the dagger Edmund’s given you, ready to go to attack.
“What’s a pretty lady doing here?” another one asks, sounding just as drunk. He hiccups. “Did we get a blessing? Oh, we’re so lucky.”
You hurry up from your hiding place and try to make a run for it, but the two men grab you.
“Don’t leave yet”, they purr drunkenly. “We’re not done yet.”
You breathe out in stress and give the men deadly glares. Something clears up in their dull eyes.
“Holy shit, it’s the queen!” one of them gasps.
They’ll have to let you go now, you think.
“We’re really lucky then”, the other one says.
You sigh and squeeze your eyes shut. Quickly, you kick the man in front of you and stab the one behind you with your dagger, leaving it behind. The two of them grunt and fall down on the dirty floor. You run for your life out of the barn and into the dark village. The men run behind you and you know that you have to get away before they find you again. You duck into someone’s backyard and hide behind a bush. The two men run past you. You gulp. Is this how things will be from now on? You sniffle and hide your face in your cloak’s sleeve.
“Why are you crying?” a tiny voice asks.
You look up and see a little boy hugging a teddy bear. He’s standing in front of you. You hadn’t seen him, he blends into the night air.
“I’m scared” you whisper and force a smile. “Do you live here?”
The boy nods.
“I’m sorry for trespassing. I needed to hide from those bad men who followed me.”
“Are you really the queen?”
“Yes.”
“Why aren’t you in the castle?”
You wipe your tears carefully.
“I’m playing hide and seek with the king”, you whisper. “I can’t let him find me or he’ll win.”
“I can help you!”
You smile slightly and caress the little boy’s cheek.
“I can’t let you get involved”, you sniffle. “The king is a sore loser, he’ll be mad if someone helps me. He’ll think I’m cheating.”
In more ways than one.
“I’m not a sore loser!” the boy smiles.
“That’s good”, you say. “Edmund could learn from you.”
“I want to be king one day!”
“I think you should be one. You seem like a smart king.”
“Leon, who are you talking to?” a female voice asks from the back door. “You should be sleeping!”
“Mom, mom! The queen is here!”
“Leon, don’t lie-”
You stand up and the woman gasps. She’s wearing a brown, cheap dress with her head in a messy bun.
“Y-Your majesty!” she stutters and bows. “Leon, go inside.”
The little boy runs past his mother and leaves you with his mother. The woman hurries over to you.
“Your majesty, why are you here?” she asks. “Are you alright?”
“I’m … I’m hiding”, you whisper. “I have to get away from here.”
“Do you need anything? Can I get you something? Are you hungry?”
You can feel your stomach rumble slightly and nod shyly. The woman smiles and nods at the back door.
“Come here, I’ll get you something to eat.”
You follow the woman into the little house and into an even smaller kitchen. She walks over to the stove and starts to prepare something that smells like childhood. In a few minutes she places a bowl of hot porridge on the table in front of you. You take a spoonful.
“I apologize if it’s bad”, she says nervously. “I know that you’re used to high class dishes.”
“No, I like it. It reminds me of my mothers cooking. I miss that.”
Leon runs over to the table. You pet his hair with a smile. The woman sends him to bed.
“Why are you up?” you ask the mother. “It’s late …”
“I know”, she sighs sadly. “But I get so worried when my husband is out and about. I can’t go to sleep before he’s home. It seems to disrupt Leon too. He insists on staying up with me, but I’d rather not have him see his father’s state.”
“How old is he?”
“Four.”
“He’s adorable.”
“My queen, can you tell me why you’re out hiding? Has something happened?” She shakes her head. “Forgive me for asking. I shouldn’t.”
“It’s okay. It’s just … some things. All you need to know is that I have to get away from here.”
“Where are you going?”
“I don’t know, I’m not sure yet. Away from here. I can’t go to my parents either. I don’t know where I should go. But I’ll figure it out. In time.”
“Stay here for the night. We’ll figure something out tomorrow.”
“Thank you, you’re too kind.”
Despite the woman’s kindness, you have a hard time falling asleep. What will Edmund think when he wakes up? What will he do?
Tumblr media
The bed feels oddly cold for the both of you to be here. He feels around after you, but can’t feel another body. Quickly, he opens his eyes and looks around. Where are you?
“Y/N?” he asks. “Where are you?”
No answer. He gets up from the bed quicker than a cat getting scared.
“Y/N, answer me!” he says, growing nervous. “Don’t hide!”
When he doesn’t get an answer again, he freezes. You haven’t escaped, have you? He’d like to think that you know better. Edmund barges up from his bed and out into the mighty corridors. He shouts at the guards to collect the knights and prepare his horse. He’ll find you. And if you refuse to show, or if someone is hiding you … they'll feel his wrath. His plan will make sure you never dare to go against him like this ever again.
With no trace and no idea where you could be hiding, they decide to do the most practical thing in this situation. They ride into the village, gaining all of the people's attention. The king stops his horse right by his secretary’s and looks over the crowd that has gathered to see what has made the king come down to them. You’re none of the spectators. The king’s secretary holds up a piece of paper and a megaphone-looking thing in front of his face to make sure that everyone will hear him.
“Tonight, the queen ran away from the castle!” the secretary says loudly. “We suspect that she is hiding among you somewhere and that one of you is shielding her. If you don’t give her back in an hour, we will burn this village to the ground in our hunt for his wife. Now the king would like to say a few words.”
He backs away, letting Edmund take the spotlight.
"Y/N, you better come out!" Edmund shouts with a gaze running among the crowd. “Don't be stupid and sacrifice so many innocent lives just because you are afraid! You don't have to be afraid, my queen! I will never hurt you! You can trust me! We belong together and it’s about time you accept that!” He turns to his secretary and lowers his voice. “I’m going to kill the one hiding her from me.”
Tumblr media
You can’t hear him, you have no idea of what he’s planning. You’re sleeping soundly in the bed you’ve gotten. When you wake up, it’s too late.
“Wait, what’s going on?” you ask as you see people run past the window.
You can see a layer of thick, black smoke covering the sky. A flame is spreading among the houses.
“We have to leave!” the woman shouts and picks up Leon in her arms. “Your majesty, come with us, we’ll shield you!”
You follow her out into the chaos. People are screaming and crying and running for their lives. You get pushed left to right as the big crowd flees. Heat is hitting you in the face in an uncomfortable manner. It’s hard to breathe.
“Knights!” Leon gasps in awe. “And the king!”
You freeze and turn around, seeing the royal horses. You can glimpse Edward on his white lady. Without a second doubt, you move closer into the overpacked crowd. You look around, seeing the two men from yesterday.
“There’s the whore!” they shout.
You look at the little boy in his mothers arms and gulp.
“I have to go”, you say quickly to them and caress Leon’s head. “I’ll find you later. Now you have to hurry!”
“Are you sure, your majesty?” the mother asks.
You nod and give them a push in the other direction. “Hurry!”
They leave. You start to run in another direction before the men can catch up to you. You run into a less packed alleyway. They corner you against a burning wall.
“You fucking bitch”, one of them hisses and presses your dagger against your neck. “You don’t shove your knife into me and think you can get away with it! I don’t care who the fuck you are, I’ll make sure you never dare to try to do this again!”
“This fire is your fault, you fucking bitch”, the other growls. “You’ve ruined our entire livelihood! You’re so fucking selfish.”
You kick the man in front of you between his legs and run. The other man trips over his friend, giving you a bit of an advantage. You end up on an empty street. You stop when you see the white horse a few meters in front of you. You want to run, but the mere sight of him makes you paralyzed.
“W-What have you done?” you gasp. “Look around!”
“I had to get you to show yourself one way or another”, he says calmly. “No one told me where you were. I gave them an hour to give you to me or I’d burn down their little village.” He shrugs. “Yet they didn’t … so all of this are the consequences of trying to hide you from me. It’s not my fault the peasants disobeyed me.”
Tears start to run down your cheeks. Is all of this your fault? If only you had known about his idiotic idea, you could have stopped it.
Edmund jumps down from his horse and opens his arms.
“Come here, my love”, he says softly. “You have nowhere to run. Why don’t you just do yourself a favor and return to me?  You can’t hide from me in the end. Be a good girl, alright?”
“I’m scared, Edmund”, you admit through your sobs. You’re not sure what you’re more afraid of — him or the men following you.
“I know, my love, I know.” He gulps. “Come into my arms. I’ll protect you. I’ll make sure that everything will be okay, alright?”
You hesitate. It’s so tempting to run into his arms and let him take control again. These have been a couple of terrifying hours and you don’t want them to continue. You want a roof over your head again and the safety of having your necessities met again. Staying out on the street won’t be safe.
“It won’t matter where you go, I’ll always find you”, Edmund continues. “Your righteous place is with me. You have to understand that. We married — you belong to me by law. You can’t just run away from me like this. Come here, my queen, let me hold you.”
An immense exhaustion creeps into your body. You’ve been in survival mode for hours by now, your fight is over, you can’t win against Edmund. You look around. If you stay here any longer, you’ll start to burn and people will get even more hurt. All of this is your fault. Everyone will blame you for this. You won’t be safe here. All you want is to relax and have someone else take care of everything … but Edmund’s not a good person. If you go back, he’ll punish you. But maybe that’s better than having an entire village after you, wanting you dead for burning down their houses? You look over to Edmund, at his soft, loving eyes. You run over to him, into his strong arms. He wraps his arms around you tightly and you sob into his shoulder. If everyone hates you for the fire … you know that he will still be on your side. He’ll always be by your side.
“Don’t cry, my love, it hurts me so”, he whispers into your ear and holds you tightly. “Everything will be okay now.” He pulls back, cups your cheeks frantically and gives your lips a desperate kiss. He presses his own against yours, moving faster than you can keep up with. “Fuck, I always feel like a drunken man when I’m with you.”
Speaking of drunken men, your fan club is back. You look over your shoulder with a small whimper. However, you’re not as scared anymore. Not when you have the king’s strong arms wrapped around you. Edmund notices something.
“Y/N, why do they have your dagger?” he asks suspiciously as his grip on you tightens.
You press yourself close to him without thinking and he clenches his jaw before tightening his arms around you in a protective manner.
“Don’t worry, my dear”, he says coldly. “I’ll kill them for touching you.”
He pulls out his sword as his knights ride over.
“Make sure Y/N doesn’t leave”, he says and gives you to the closest knight. “I’m going to take care of these men.”
Edmund runs after the two men with his sword raised. The knight who holds you helps you up on Edmund’s horse.
“Your majesty”, he says. “We need to move out of here before the fire traps us. I’ll lead your horse.”
You hug the white horse’s neck as the knights lead you through the destroyed village, out of the danger zone. You can’t watch it.
Edmund’s soon back. The two men are in chains and led by some knights. Edmund holds your dagger in his hands before placing it together with his sword.
“Are you hurt, my love?” he asks worriedly and stands by the horse. “You have a mark on your throat. Did they try to hurt you?”
You nod slowly. Edmund turns to the two men with his own fire burning in his eyes.
“How fucking dare you think that you could touch my wife?!” he growls and slaps one of them as hard as he can. “You fucking left a mark on my wife!”
He spits at their feet before walking back to his horse and jumps up in front of you. He forces your hands to hug his waist. You rest your cheek on his back to hide your crying face. Edmund caresses your intertwined hands over his stomach and rides over to his knights.
“Don’t cry, my dear”, he whispers softly over his shoulder. “You’re safe now.” He turns to his knights and his voice goes cold. “I got what I came for. Let’s go back.”
“What about the village, your majesty?” a knight asks.
“Pour some water on it.”
Without saying anything more, the king rides away. He holds one of his hands over yours to comfort your sobs. He lifts one of your hands to his lips and gives it kisses.
“You’ve must been so scared among all of those horrible, horrible people”, he says over his shoulder. “Don’t worry though, Y/N, you’re never going out into the real world again. Never again, you hear me?”
You nod against his shoulder. You’re not sure that the people would even want you back into their village after this.
He stops the horse out on the castle’s front yard and helps you down by your waist. Some maids run out to meet you and Edmund hesitates giving you to them.
“Give her a bath”, he demands. “I can only imagine all the fleas and bacterias she has gotten. She smells like smoke. When she’s done, take her into our chamber and make sure she stays there. I’ll talk to her later.”
He gives you to the maids who pull you inside the castle and gives you the hottest bath you’ve ever encountered. You’re sure your skin is melting off. They dress you in the finest of silk and lead you to your shared chamber. You sit down in the bed, waiting for Edmund to come back. He enters the room thirty minutes later.
“I’m not going to let you off the hook”, he says and pulls up his sleeves.
“I won’t run away again, Edmund, I promise”, you whine in fear. “Please-”
“Shh, darling, I don’t think you have the right to shout at me. Not after the hell you’ve put me through. You should be happy that I don’t behead you together with the two dogs who thought they could touch what's mine!” He runs his veiny hand through his dark hair. “I’m going to give you two punishments. One, watch the beheading-”
“I refuse-”
“Shut up, Y/N. Two, you are going to spend three days in the tower with me.”
The tower is like the dungeons just without the rats and prisoners. You gulps.
“You’re going to learn how much of the things you have here is thanks to me, my love”, Edmund says. “Every piece of clothing you own, every day you spend under my roof, every bite of food you get … is thanks to me. When I’m not there, you have nothing and you get chased by disgusting men like those two in the dungeons. After our little vacation to the tower, you’ll understand. Get up, we have a beheading to watch.”
He pulls you with him to the balcony with a cramping hold. The two men are put on display out on the castle’s front yard and they’re facing you. Edmund stands beside you like a stone.
“Please don’t!” one of the men shouts in desperation. “Please, we’re sorry!”
“Sorry, my ass”, you mutter.
Edmund chuckles and kisses your temple.
“Your majesty, please, you met my son!” one of them shouts. “Leon!”
You frown, feelings suddenly shifting. Leon …
“Please, don’t deprive him of a father!”
“Edmund …”, you whisper sadly.
“He was going to deprive me of a wife”, Edmund answers coldly. “He’s going to die.”
“But he has a son, Edmund! I know he’s an asshole, but-”
“Do you want him to set an example for his son, hm? Do you want him to treat his wife the way he treated you?”
You think of the nice lady who helped you and her adorable little son. You’ve given them enough problems. If you let this man go back to them …
“You’re right”, you whisper firmly. “Kill them.”
“That’s my girl.”
Edmund shouts for the guards to end the men's pathetic lives. You watch with hate in your eyes. Leon and his mother will never hurt again and they’ll not be able to harass any more girls in the village.
“Now we don’t have to worry about them anymore, my dear”, Edmund says when the corpses get pulled off the ground. “Let’s go to the tower now.”
“So you can indoctrinate me?” you mutter sarcastically.
“Exactly.”
He pulls you by the arm with him through the castle’s mighty corridors. He walks behind you up the spiral stone stairs to the tower’s little room. If you stop or slow down, he gives you a small push.
“Move those little legs for me, pretty”, he encourages you. “We’re not there yet.”
“But there’s so many stairs”, you complain.
“You ran all the way down to the village with those legs, you can walk a couple of stairs.”
You reach the rounded room in what feels like an hour. You sink down into a sitting position on the old, wooden floor. Edmund chuckles at you.
“You need to grow some muscles, my dear”, he says and then frowns. “Or don’t. The weaker you are, the less I have to worry about you running away again.”
You look around in the room, noticing that it’s completely empty.
“As you can see”, Edmund says and closes the wooden plugs over the window. “There is nothing here. If you want to be comfortable and not sit on the floor, you’ll have to sit in my lap. If you want food, you’ll have to ask me so I can get it for you and if you’re cold, you’ll have to cuddle up to me. Any questions?”
You’re about to give him a sassy remark, but hold back. It won’t end well for you if you do.
“Good girl”, Edmund smirks and sneaks his arms around your waist. “Now let’s enjoy each other's company, hm?”
This will be the death of you.

Steve and Chrissy as two internet-famous chefs/bakers, Steve with a channel focusing on (not always) easy homemade and nutritious meals, Chrissy with a baking channel full of body positivity to spite her mom.
They both get invited to something like Phoning It In from the Try Guys - a baking/cooking competition where they have to guide the actual chefs only through a pay phone. As the TG's show says: "the mind of a chef paired with the hands of an idiot". And the idiots in question are their best friends - Robin and Eddie. Which shouldn't be that bad, but then...they actually have to swap them. And they can't tell them what they're making.
It's a holiday episode so the theme is gingerbread.
Steve is slumped in the phone booth, sometimes covering the receiver and asking Chrisy why, why would her best friend refuse to measure ingredients in anything more precise than "a bit", "a bit more", "kinda enough", "oooh might be a bit too much" and "a fuckton".
Chrissy tries very hard to explain to Robin that artistic expression is an amazing thing, but hot sauce and gingerbread might be too artistic for the judges. Robin disagrees. Chrissy pleads with her and eventually talks Robin into just including some chilli flakes in her batter and not the hot sauce as a topping.
Eddie spends half of the prep time complaining to Steve that a gingerbread house is lame, it should have been a gingerbread castle. Robin agrees.
Robin deciding to give her tiny gingerbread men flannel shirts and spending way too much on decorating them. She runs out of time very soon and just writes "THIS IS FLANEL" into a shirt-shaped blob.
Steve and Eddie shamelessly flirting despite having never met each other and then threatening violence in equal measure to get the other one do what they want. "I bet your eyes are more beautiful than the entire sky full of stars Stevie, also I might have dropped one extra spoon of spices into the gloopy thingy and I don't want to get my hands more dirty than they are so I'll just leave it in-" "Eds, you vile seductress, your voice could charm many a seaman but if you don't get that spicy glob out of the batter I swear I will shave your head."
Robin somehow going from following the instructions into a full rambling mode and before they know it, she's just cutting hipster-shaped gingerbread flanelmen and telling Chrissy nearly her full life story, basically turning the prep into a therapy session. Chrissy listens and nods and just sometimes interjects with "people can be such jerks just because you're different, can you just quickly check that the temperature is still the same? Thank you Robs, now back to that asshole in your uni class-"
In the end, they finally meet at the judging table and present their work, bullshitting their way through explanations of many choices that were made (because the two actual chefs are not permitted to speak, only the great minds).
Steve almost sobs when he sees piped (and very melted) bats on toothpicks around the gingerbread castle, because of course Eddie made a castle. "I meant for that to happen, for the shock value" he announces when one of the bats starts a domino effect and knocks down the rest.
Chrissy's smile gets a little bit stiff when she sees attempted man buns on the gingerbread men's heads - ones which have unfortunately melted and they now have flowing ponytails. Slightly burned.
Steve confidently claims that the reason why his gingerbread house is black and has spires is because his little brother adores Dungeons and Dragons and he wanted to give him a cool prop for the final encounter with the big evil. When the castle crumbles because Eddie didn't bake it long enough, Steve just dramatically stands up and announces that the evil warlock has been defeated. Eddie almost faints behind the screen and unceremoniously asks Robin if that gem of a man is taken.
Chrissy explains how the gingerbread men are wearing flanel in honor of her best friend's uncle who is the flanel overlord. When the judges bite into the figures and taste the chilli flakes, Chrissy earnestly tells them that Eddie's uncle is a man with hidden depths and spicy personality (Eddie chokes on his own tongue at that) and Robin was kind enough to reflect that.
In the end, it doesn't matter who won. Eddie asks Steve (after he tastes the gingerbread bat, gingerbat) if he's still about to shave his head and Steve says it would be a shame, but he can make it up to him by inviting him for coffee. Robin awkwardly thanks Chrissy for listening to her and Chrissy admits she loved her rambling, that she hates it when it's quiet.
It all ends well (except for the gingerbread).

00 . . . “ the hunter and the cursed ones’ medical records ”
— this translation may not be 100% accurate or may contain creative liberties for characterization or narrative flow purposes. if you enjoy, please consider reblogging, but don’t repost or claim these as your own!
— this story is told from Roger’s point of view. it’s recommended, but not necessarily required, to read the second prologue before reading this.
— cw: none.
At an unexpected time, a pure white evil had descended upon England.
The castle had since suddenly become more noisy, but the one who had to pay attention especially——was someone like myself.
Alfons: I’m coming in, Roger. Victor entrusted me to hand you this book...
A: I must say, this is quite a sight to behold.
Documents were scattered everywhere in the room, leaving no room to maneuver or step around, and Al, seeing this, furrowed his brows.
Alfons: I can’t help but wonder if you’ve made a sore blunder and just up and left in the middle of the night?
A: All that said, I do hold my doubts on whether it’s even possible to run away with that big body of yours...
Roger: Trying to start up another argument as always, huh.
R: I was just thinking I should sort out all these different types of research documents.
Alfons: And why is that?
Roger: ‘Cause of Vogel.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
R: Not like I know if they’ve got some ulterior motive hidden up their sleeve, but in those cases there’s no such thing as exercising too much caution.
Alfons: Seldom comes a time when I do agree with you, but it seems we do see eye to eye in this matter.
Al picked up one of the documents from the floor with his fingers.
Alfons: Well, I’ll be, this is our medical records [1], no?
Roger: That it is, it’s highly confidential too.
Alfons: Height, weight, medical history...
A: Dear me, to have this written as well. It’s as though the notion of privacy is nonexistent!
Roger: Don’t go taking my tenacity so lightly now?
R: Well, all that said, it’s not like I don’t know where you’re coming from. To know everything about someone else is basically the same as grasping their weaknesses.
R: But, on the flip side, you could also say that if I’m the one holding onto such information, I could save you guys’ lives.
Alfons: Hah. I suppose it is a case of the same coin having two sides.
Roger: Pretty interesting stuff, right? See, for example, Jude—
Alfons: .........
A: Just how long do you plan on continuing this?
While playing with the document with his fingers as though having little interest in them,
ashy gray eyes looked my way.
(I’ve never talked about the real reason I’ve joined Crown.)
(That is, aside from this person before me, who’s an old acquaintance of mine, though begrudgingly so.)
Tumblr media Tumblr media
Roger: What, you want me to pay more attention to you?
Alfons: Most definitely not. So by all means, do continue your unproductive research.
A: Well then, I’ve done what I needed to do here, so I will take my leave.
Roger: Wait, Al.
Alfons: What is it?
I waved Al’s medical record as I read it aloud.
Roger: Alfons Sylvatica. Bearer of the Mirror Curse.
R: Sound for someone who’s regularly unsystematic. Has a stomach that rivals that of a beast.
R: And...
R: A friend from the old times, whom I’d like to get along better with me.
Alfons: And that is exactly why Jude calls you a ‘quack of a doctor.’
That was all he said before he closed the door, the sound cold and robotic.
Roger: Haha, he’s cold as always.
Now alone in the room, silence fell upon me as I looked out the window.
Rays of sun that penetrated through the leaves of trees came through, giving the medical records a streak of light.
(All I said was that I had an interest in the Cursed ones, so I was doing research on them.)
(But, that)
——was a complete lie.
There was no way I would choose not to succeed my family, instead joining an organization who specialized in assassination just because I was ‘interested.’
Tumblr media Tumblr media
The reason I joined Crown, was because it was a place where Cursed ones gathered.
And it was also a place directly under Her Majesty the Queen, so it was a perfect place to gather information.
“The Cursed ones”——it was an absurd fate, bestowed by the whims of God.
(And I——want to rid the world of Curses.)
(That was the reason I turned to Crown,)
(and it was my ambition for a long time now.)
And the medical records of Crown showed that very ambition,
as I’ve made meticulous records on every member.
——No, every member but one.
(The Queen’s Aide, Victor.)
(On his record, and his alone, there is not a single piece of useful information written down.)
As I stared at his medical record, I felt myself returning to a memory from the past.
When I first met Victor, it was at the hideout a serial killer was residing in.
By the time I arrived at the scene, the criminal had already drew his last breath, and only long, jet black hair flowed in the wind.
That man turned around, not uttering a sound.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
When our eyes met, the man with eyes like jewels gave me a lax smile.
Victor: Good evening to you. The full moon tonight is quite beautiful, isn’t it.

NOTES:
[1] the apparent pronunciation (furigana) for this is [カルテ] (karute). It’s a Japanese loan word from the German word ‘Karte,’ which I believe translates to ‘card.’ In Japanese, though, it means a medical or clinical record for a patient. Anyway, any time you see ‘medical record,’ it is pronounced as karute.

Eternity and Counting
(Pt1) This is a running piece I've nearly finished, but the whole thing is way too long to post as one chapter sooooo... This part's pretty short just for the sake of timeline splitting.
Obey me! X Angel!MC (They/Them Pronouns)
TW: Suicide, depression, self-deprecation, death, big feelings, lots of sad, everybody is crying like all the time
MC just can't handle anything anymore and takes their own life. Imagine their dismay to find even death isn't the end for them.
(Takes place in the Frost Flowers event (sorta?), with mild "that chapter where MC finds out they're the Bridge" spoilers. Can't remember which chapter that was.)
~/\~
It's so heavy. This grand weight I've been lugging around since that day. I should have died. I was supposed to die. I would have deserved it too. All I've ever managed to do was cause problems for this family. And maybe I still am. The idea almost stopped me. Visions of their faces. Their tears. Their grief. It did, actually. A few times at least. But not today. It's happened again. Everything was going just fine until that God-forsaken dog decided I would be the object of his affection. Somehow, in spite of the threat it faced to the nation, the brothers refused to just hand me over. Almost losing not just their home, but their kingdom, for my sake. Yet again wasting their time trying to save me. Just like they did when my stupid power nearly killed Lucifer. When Lucifer nearly killed HIMSELF to save me. A bitter, evil part of me is still mad at Michael for stopping me. For saving me.
My arms feel heavy as lead as I lay here, counting away the seconds. I've got nearly an hour before anybody gets home from RAD. Plenty of time to make sure I stay dead. I feel a little bad for lying about being sick to get out of classes today. But maybe I am. Doesn't matter much now anyway. Really, my biggest concern in the current moment is how long it will take Barbatos to notice the ingredients I took. Sure, he's in classes right now too, but he pops in and out of the castle all day long. The likelihood of him stopping into the kitchen and noticing the cracked cabinet door, the scavaged shelves, and finally the open jars is uncomfortably high. In my defense, the chances of that happening while I was there were equally high, so I can't be blamed for the messy crime. But he's only got a few moments more before his discovery will be for naught, so I suppose it's not terribly worrying.
I can feel it, creeping up my spine like a cold massage. The ever-growing numbness. The slow death of my limbs. My lungs. Me. It's growing darker now, unnaturally so, even for The Devildom. I can finally free them of my burden. Free myself of it too. But I would like to offer a final scorn to whatever God allowed me to hear the gentle creaking of the front door.
~/\~
(Mammon's POV)
A chill runs through my spine, like something ominous is lurking behind me, but as I turn around, nobody's there. In spite of that comfort, I can't shake this overwhelming dread coating my nerves and sinking into my bones, urging me to move. Driving me to jog home. The gentle sway of the bag on my arm becoming notably more violent as it begins swinging by my side.
My hands can't work fast enough as I try to unlock the front door. I break into a near sprint as I approach their door, slamming it open.
"MC?" I call, it's dark in their room, but I can just make out the shape of their body resting in their bed. "Oh, you're just sleeping." I mumble, walking up to their bed and setting the bag on the ground next to it.
"Hey, I gotcha some human world medicines." I whisper, pulling a few bottles from the bag. "C'mon, you gotta wake up and take some."
I can't help but roll my eyes at their lack of reaction. "Been spending too much time with Belphie." I reach up to shake their shoulder gently.
Nothing happens. So I try again, fingers gripping just barely tighter. Tight enough to feel the unsettling chill of their skin. It seeps through my fingertips and into my soul. Gripping my heart in white hot fear.
"MC, wake up." I shake them again. "MC." Their name falls from my lips like a plea. "MC please-" I grab their other shoulder. "MC!" Tears spill from my eyes, breath shaky and ragged. "Wake up!"
(Raghhhh, sorry about this)
-Your dear friend, the author
