It's very funny to me how I talk about myself sometimes. Like, the gendering is all over the place
Me, quoting another person referring to me: this child
Me, talking about my place in society: i'm woman with woman problems
Post: if you met your past/future/ au/ mirror self... Me: He'd be upset
Me, looking in the mirror: boy, you go, girl.
People online talking about me: they/them. Me: I ❤️ u
Like what does this MEAN

Another german state has officially forbidden state institutions and schools from gendering. Bavaria really is the texas of germany.
(for context: in german, there are no gender neutral terms for job titles or other people terms, so a practice has quickly taken foot in recent years of using a mix form of the male and female grammatical gender form, combined via * : or capitalisation, instead of the generic masculine. For both feminism and nonbinary inclusivity reasons.)
And the clowns from the CSU that are more and more right wing populist (as evidenced also by members of the CSU having been at the little nazi group project of the Afd (the german right wing radical party that's getting more and more influential) that gave out a paper about their plans for mass deportation of people of colour, immigrants, and LGBTQ+ people) has now decided that apparently gendering is a real problem now and that restricting the freedom of speech is totally appropriate to avoid "restrictions of the freedom of speech" by other people being committed to inclusivity and making them look bad when they refuse that. Fucking clown ass babies.
However, as far as i can tell they only forbid gendering via * : and capitalisation, so nothing is stopping people working at official institutions or schools from just saying every single gendered form, except not giving into spiteful refusal of bigotry via a technical loophole. And why ever would you do that.

It's all perfume.
On the topic of unnecessary gendering of products:
Did you know that the "men wear cologne, women wear perfume" convention is technically wrong? In the cosmetics world, it's all perfume. Then, based on concentration of perfume ingredients vs. alcohol (or other carrier material), it's a body splash, an eau de cologne, an eau de toilette, an eau de parfum, or other options. But "perfume" is the correct general term. Yes, males. You wear perfume. Hate to break it to you. But you can use the term "scent" or "fragrance" if you can't abide the word "perfume."
"Cologne," to add to the confusion, can also mean a specific style of perfume, named after the city in Germany, typically featuring a lot of citrus and herbal notes.

if snow white was a boy
in the original the step mom obsession with beauty comes from the social power it gives her. it is beauty that put her on the throne, it is both her weapon and shield, which makes her feel treathened by snow white. because she not only have beauty but youth on her side, so it's only a question of time until she "surpass" her.
but if snow was a boy, she wouldn't see him as a rival right away. not for beauty, at least.
as the kingdom's prince, he'll grow to become king unless he dies before that and the step mother birth a son. but the current king goes to war before she can get pregnant and it is her role to raise the prince until his return. she keeps a distant relationship to him and think little of the child.
but as snow grows to a young teen, his beauty is undeniable. still young and small enough where he hasn't become masculine yet, his features delicate looking. everyone comment on how he look like his deceased mother, who was known as a great beauty. it is when the step mother becomes jealous.
he has everything that she desire: undisputable power (being a man and future king), youth, beauty, and attention.
meaning he needs to disappear.
_
the prince grew up without a mother, so when his father remarried he was happy about it and did his best to please his step mother, yet she always remained cold toward him.
he grew quiet and timid, scared of stepping out of line, of angering his mother. because of this, snow wasn't in habit to talk about what bothered him. the attention he would get from adults around him when he became beautiful made him deeply uncomfortable, but he wouldn't speak of it. he couldn't, even if he wanted, because he didn't understand. what changed and why.
why everytime people compare him to his birth mother it doesn't sound like a compliment. why eyes on him makes him want to run away.
he didn't understand why his mother was no longer cold, but mean now.
(thinking of writting something about this, here is just the base concept and relationship with gender, beauty, and his step mom)(note: outside of his mom he spend most of his time with his teachers)

Am I the only person that always genders their stuffed animals male if they have no features that would make them seem mor feminine or masculine? For some reason all gender neutral stuffed animals are boys to me and I don't know why. I'm a cis girl so it's not like I'm self projecting. I don't really gender any other inanimate objects, maybe I just gender stuffed animals because they're usually based off of something that would be alive, but that still doesn't explain why I would gender all of them as male. Anyways, I'm pretty confused about it and it's bothering me a lot more than it should lol. I doubt anyone wasted their time reading this, but if you did could you give me your opinion on it? Thank you! (:

Unexpected self care: Gendering yourself in a past childhood story as how you identify now, and not then.
I totally was just retelling a story and typed my mom calling me a her without thinking. Caught myself off guard a second later, but really liked that and smiled inside.

this is a way better model... you'll still get transphobic & intersexist drs of course but i prefer this to male / female or even having separate questions for gender & sex.
[we can't see the full form, but i'd suggest having a "something else" option and dominant hormone question too.]

Some spins on the "mostly male team with a token woman" trope:
The woman is trans and stayed in her old circle of bros even after transition
The woman is the only one in her circle of "girls" who didn't turn out to be a trans man

i think the nutcracker would have been more interesting if clara was a boy
a young boy with interests that aren’t conventionally masculine (contrasting with his younger brother who cares about toy soldiers), and loves ballet but isn’t able to voice that to his parents, so politely smiles at xmas presents he knows he’ll never play with
enters drosselmeyer and his intricate toys that people of all ages and genders are in awe of, making it easy for clara to show interest without making too obvious what he likes the most about it
and drosselmeyer brings the nutcracker, a strange looking doll who isn’t a soldier. who has long hair. who clara can hold on without too much attention  brought on himself
who, at night, becomes a partner to dance with
who, when awaken with the other dolls, bring clara into a dream where he doesn’t have to worry about the things he likes, how he presents himself, and what others think of him
when the nutcracker ask him to stay in the doll world and clara rejects him, it’s not only because he wants to grow up and see the world... it’s a rejection of himself too. of this dream he knows he cannot stay in. it’s fear that cause pain to all the dolls and himself
it’s the mouse king he has to fight all alone. clara who does not think himself brave. who listened to drosselmeyer’s story about the nutcracker and wished for someone to help him but didn’t belive in himself to be the one to do so
his heartbreak and his victory in the toy world that he keeps close to him, when he’s back
his growth
