Personal health hacks that have completely changed my life in the last 9 months.
Absolute number one is removing carbs from my diet. I had THE WORST crashes and lethargy every single day after my morning oat meal, after my carb heavy lunch, and carb heavy dinner. Despite being vegan my body lacked nutrients and calories from under-eating being plant-based and carb-overloading.
Introducing grass-fed meat and high quality eggs into my diet. Red meat gets such bad press in the media, but personally it has given me energy, strength and I feel much better eating this in moderation.
Little exercise each day. Not killing myself with a hardcore workout and then not being able to move for rest of the week (which I was doing previously). I now do a little each day. 1.5 - 2mile run most days, and daily stretches and weights at home. Nothing crazy, but a little goes a long way and I find it much easier to be consistent doing smaller bouts on my own schedule daily.
Hormone health, ensuring I am keeping my hormones balanced. I make watermelon juice daily with 1.5 heaped tablespoons of flaxseed. Alongside that. I take omega 3, DIM, Selenium, Iodine, Vitamin D +K2, Evening primrose oil for womens health. I eat foods that support healthy hormones, broccoli, carrots, sunflower seeds and removed the foods that cause imbalances (carbs, sugars).
Removing all stress from my life. Including moving overseas, deleting social media and keeping my circle small but wholesome.
Quit drinking alcohol. Initially I thought I would have the occasional drink but I truly have no desire anymore. My life is significantly better for not drinking. My body never responded well to booze.
Sleeping properly for 7-9 hrs per night. Meditating for 1 hour before bed usually puts me in a completely zen mode for relaxation. That means my phone is switched off, I use a lavender pillow spray and light candles to set the mood for a goodnight sleep.
Zeolite detox for heavy metals (currently in the process). I have Zeolith Med powder each day with water to flush out any toxins.
Learning about gut microbiome, and probiotics..in the process of obtaining kefir grains to make my own batch. Making sauerkraut on weekends and introducing a wider variety of foods into my diet.
These are completely personal and I can honestly say I feel better than ever. I wish I had done the above years ago, especially the carbs! I got a continuous glucose monitor of Amazon to see how my body was responding to carbs before I completely cut them off and I recommend doing this if you want to know more about how your body is reacting to glucose.
*this all took time and effort, but once I removed the distractions, the meaningless socialising, the boozing, the scrolling I’ve had time to invest in myself + my health

My symptoms have improved again by another leap. I don't ave any visible swelling in my hands anymore for one. I am waking without being stiff everywhere for another.
Everything still hurts. Like at this point I think I am left with just the muscle and joint damage and whatever the new bone growths are causing. The skin is really tight ant hot over some of the bumps because there's like, extra bone there now, but that irritation is fading too.
The summer sausage was too high in iodine. It shouldn't have been. Beef and pork are considered low iodine, mostly because -like humans- most of the iodine in a pig or cow is contained in their thyroid gland... But if those glands are being added to the mix in any sausage or canned meat product, that might explain it. I think I am tolerating the lean ground beef okay in small quantities though and 2 egg whites didn't set me back.
Beer also theoretically has iodine in it because they use iodine as a disinfectant and there's iodine in barley, but all lists seem to consider it a low iodine food, and a beer a day hasn't been hurting. I'm going to be stuck on a very low iodine diet for a while before being able to go back to a relatively low iodine diet. At some point in a month or two I should be able to start having calcium and phosphorus in normal amounts, and some vitamin d again a month or two after that without problems. In theory.
But that makes eating all my favourite anythings hard.
No half raw steak with bird flu, no egg yolks, no cheese.
So I'm thinking I'll get those cartons of egg whites and make sure they don't have an iodine based preservative in them. I can bake little pucks of egg whites and pickle them like eggs for snacks, and I can try to make some kind of cheesecake substitute with Italian meringue and flour.
I'm not even sure I trust Italian meringue with bird flue going around unless I also bake it after, but I am usually using it in a cake or pie or to make crunchy meringues anyway.
I have more little baby hairs growing back at my hairline again, these ones are under an inch long and I didn't start seeing them until this week, so that's probably and encouraging sign.
I also finally dragged it out of the new internet that your body needs selenium to process out thyroid hormone and that having enough selenium can really help manage thyroid health and prevent thyroiditis in general, so I might try to pick up a supplement. Eventually, I'll need to go to the store and buy dish soap, egg whites, and another credit card, at least, if not do actual groceries, but I was hoping to recover more first. In the meantime I have put everything I'm not spending into savings, as usual.
Right now I have barley that I pre-soaked and pre-boiled on with fresh water. The internet says iodine in barley is water soluble and that only some of the protein in barley is water soluble, so I am trying to maximize how much protein I can get out of it while minimizing the iodine content. In theory I could rinse and strain yogurt to do something similar, but it's so hard to get specific information that you know is actually accurate out of anything these days. I'm under the impression that most of the iodine in dairy is in the whey, not the milk fat or bacteria, and that's probably how I got away with butter and high fat cream and live culture yogurt before, but I don't know how much I'll be able to use that to help anything at this point. I guess I just have to get used to stewing beef instead of having blue-rare steak :( At least until bird flu goes away... I am not taking that risk. I don't care if the chances are low I do NOT need my immune system freaking out over h1n5 on top of everything. That bitch is unhinged. And I guess I remember my selenium and potassium...

umm… how do you stop it from flaring up? Not getting much help from the doctors I’ve been seeing. I have no allergies, literally came out of no where!
I just want to stop itching!
(Been taking vitamin d3, selenium, & iodine)
This has been going on since a week after my birthday (February 1st) & has not let up since!!
First I was taking Benadryl, Allegra, & Zyrtec. None have helped!
Now I’m treating it like a thyroid issue… been taking selenium, iodine & vitamin d3.
Nothing helps!
HIVES
The freezing cold showers helps but I must do it often to keep a control on it.
Witch hazel wipes & the anti-itch creams/ointments work for a bit.
&& the nights are the WORSE! sometimes I’m waking up with swelling either on or near my eyes as well as my lips!
Any advice? Help?

Adding to this I've seen some potato haters on this tumblr.com and my ancestors did not subsist almost solely on potatoes for generations and be historically recorded as being healthier then the normal peasant class of the time for their potato based diet for modern people to run around in circles saying potatoes have no nutrition, if most ok of your diet is potatoes the main nutrients you'll be deficient in is B12, D (if you get no sunlight), selenium, and iodine(assuming you don't use iodized salts) and any amount of supplementing that diet with meat fish or dairy will have you be mostly okay in terms of nutrients, as well as okay for protein and fat content assuming your not cooking potatoes with any oil or rended fat. potatoes are in fact great.
I've decided to use the term "convenience food" instead of "junk food."
I think it's more honest, and less loaded. It's all food, some of it is more appropriate when you don't have the spoons left for food prep. It takes slightly more energy to peel a banana than to open a bag of chips.
We try to save the convenience food for days when we need something easy, so eat a banana.

Allow us to list some key "features" of an actual pandemic in layman terms. Compare them with what you have been seeing this past year-plus, & ask yourselves:
Is the world facing anything like this now? Are governments, big tech, big media & big pharma justified (if ever) to censor & clamp down on honest discussions & information sharing? Is there even a real need to jump into pushing untested & unproven vaccines on to the masses, and then legalize a system with "green passes" or "vaccine passports" for citizens & on travellers & tourists? Are my loved ones & I really in grave danger from SARS-Cov2 & its variants?
Read the features of a REAL PANDEMIC below, and then observe, think, and speak up!
#1. Of the people who are exposed to the "deadly & really scary" virus, at least half of them get detectable infection.
#2. The infection is detectable by some bona fide tests, NOT by some non-definitive, hyped up test kits.
#3. Of those infected, at least 1 out of 10 drop dead within a week or two.
#4. There is no simple, cheap & natural remedy for them, no way to cure them, or to reverse the situation. Even if there were possible cures or treatments, the patients die too fast from the infection. (It's "from", NOT "with" it from some comorbidities, from drug interaction problems, or from injuries.)
#5. There are just no other viable, cheaper & near-zero-risk life-saving options available: Daily sunlight & fresh air don't help. Better & correct nutrition don't make a dent. No antiviral, antiparasitic, or other safe, proven medications work. No short-term mega-doses of nutraceuticals or nutritional supplements (e.g. Vits C, D3 & A, zinc, iodine, selenium, magnesium, sulphur, colloidal silver, Omega 3, alpha lipoic acid, astaxanthin), & long-proven herbals (e.g. echinacea, oregano, astragalus, olive leaf extract, propolis, goldenseal, elderberry syrup, boneset, bugleweed, plantain, yarrow, marigold) can fight it off. Not even short-term direct intravenous (IV) mega-doses of Vits C, D3 & A, zinc, selenium, magnesium, etc. can save the infected patients once they are stricken.
#6. People are literally dropping dead like flies on the streets, at home, and after coming back from malls, mosques, temples, churches, morning & night markets, seminars, gyms, offices, pubs, taking public transports, or taking walks around their neighbourhoods or parks without wearing a mask. Now, ask yourself, are we anywhere near the above scenario yet? Have we even been close to that since October 2019?
Observe, recall, think!
You may ask why; is there is a worldwide "conspiracy"; what could possibly be "their" motive; is something this BIG even possible or plausible; etc. But these are the WRONG questions!
You DON'T need to ask those who are mugging, killing or kidnapping you "why", or try to understand AND believe their motives! Duh!!
Neither should you ask a bystander who's helping you, to PROVE if there is a conspiracy against you! Double duh!!!
Just look and RECOGNIZE what the perpetrators are doing to you, and FIGHT BACK! (Do you need a high IQ for this??!)
Nevertheless, at this moment, we do recommend you ask questions such as these: Who are those who stand to gain most from the push for extended Lockdowns, for (unnecessary, untested, unproven & risky) Vaccines, AND for mass media & social media Censorships since this global madness began in 2020? We often talk about nutrition and immediately think of different fruits, herbs, and veggies. But let's reverse engineer it for a second and explore the way our bodies communicate when they need nutrients we haven't been consuming enough of.
Magnesium comes up a lot in reference to headache and PMS and I can tell you from experience that I now keep a big bag of Epsom Salts in the bathroom and soak regularly as it offers magnesium to soothe the body. Some other ways to get Magnesium are Dark chocolate(try to find organic and fair trade, Hershey's has been using PGPR instead of real chocolate), Avocados, Seeds like flax, chia, and pumpkin are great, easy to travel with sources as well. Strategies that can effectively help your weight loss
I have prepared for you a list of strategies that can effectively help your weight loss, support your general health and your mood at the same time.
1. Eat Slowly
You’ve probably heard this a couple of times but for some reason, you’ve never put it into practice. You will be surprised how fast your portions will decrease in size and how much better the food will be absorbed by your body. I also recommend you turn your meals into small meditation practices, eating in a state of complete relaxation for optimal absorption and digestion.
2. Get Enough Sleep
This might not be obvious at first, but a good sleep schedule is key to a healthy and permanent weight loss. How is that possible? Well, sleep keeps the “hunger hormones” (ghrelin and leptin) in check. When you don’t get enough sleep, you create an imbalance between these hormones and that leads to an increased appetite which, in turn, will put your weight loss journey to a halt. As you grow older, you will find out that you will need more and more sleep but I always recommend that the average adult should get between 7 and 9 hours of sleep per night.
3. Don’t Keep “Tempting” Foods In Your Home
It will be hard to stay away from “temptation” foods, especially as you take your first steps into your weight loss journey. And it’s going to be even harder resisting this temptation when you can kind it right on your kitchen shelf or in your fridge, up for grabs. The easiest method to avoid this is simply by not buying those foods in the first place. I like to think that the “out of sight, out of mind” saying applies to foods as well - the lesser you see them, the lesser you’ll crave them. Keep that up until the craving goes away for good.
4. Check Your Hormones
If you found yourself trying everything to lose weight and those extra pounds are still not gone, you might be having a hormone problem. One such issue is called “Thyroid Hormone Deficiency” and when this happens, your metabolism will significantly slow down, causing you to gain weight, instead of losing it. You can prevent this problem by eating enough iodine that you can naturally find in shellfish, fish, sea vegetables and iodized salt. The other hormonal issue that could be causing you to gain weight is called “Over Concentration of Stress Hormone”. This is caused by high levels of stress in your life (and body). When this happens, the stress releases cortisol hormones in your system, increasing the blood sugar levels. When underutilised, this blood sugar is turned into fat and naturally, this limits your weight loss.
5. Don’t Eat Carbs Without Fiber
Not knowing what you will eat tomorrow will throw you into the ‘grab what you have’ panic when you start to feel hungry. Preparing a meal on the fly makes you highly likely to choose higher-calorie, less nutritious food. So, when you have lunch or dinner today, make the plan for the next day’s meals. It’s much easier if you do this when you are not hungry and it gives you enough time to chop veggies ahead of time, take something out of the freezer to defrost or do part of the cooking today.
6. Positive attitude
If you avoid fiber, your body will direct you to the bad carbs (such as candy, white bread or soda) and this obviously is not a good choice. Instead, try to stick with good carbs and add more fiber to your diet. Some foods that are equally delicious and rich in fiber are legumes (beans, lentils), veggies (brussel sprouts, broccoli, spinach, squash, sweet potatoes) and fruit (apples, pears, oranges or berries).

Iodine supplementation improved my fitness and quality of life

For most of my adult life I took a quality supplement which included the RDA of 150 mcg/day iodine. I lived a healthy lifestyle and never took any medications.
Then at age 50 when I began supplementation with a much higher amount of iodine at 12 mg/day, I immediately noticed a significant change. To my great surprise, it has felt like returning to my peak teenage years, with even better sleep quality and much higher testosterone. I have more energy throughout the day and my recovery from exercise is faster. This higher amount of daily iodine has improved my fitness and quality of life. Truly a joyful discovery!

I also found the iodine research studies at Optimox to be highly interesting, especially publications #01, #02, and #04. In their research Dr. Guy Abraham and associates found through laboratory testing that 12 mg/day iodine is enough for most healthy adults to achieve optimal iodine levels throughout the body, with many health benefits.

Historically the Japanese were estimated to consume a similar high amount of iodine at 5.3-13.8 mg/day, mostly from seaweed. Unfortunately as Lynne Farrow notes in her book, in present day seaweed may be polluted with heavy metals, oil spill dispersants, radiation, or other industrial contaminants from our now-polluted seawater. Dr. David Brownstein had a few different brands of seaweed scientifically analyzed by a laboratory and found that about 50% of the samples had very high levels of mercury and bromide, which he indicates can interfere with the body’s ability to use iodine. Also the longer the seaweed has been stored after processing, the more iodine is lost through sublimation into a gaseous state.
For an inexpensive source of iodine, I purchased USP pharma-grade potassium iodide crystals (in fine powder form) from CarolinaChemical. The product was manufactured by SQM, an established chemical company in Chile which is the largest global producer of iodine.
To make an iodine solution, I add 1/8th US teaspoon of potassium iodide crystals (just scooped and leveled off, not packed down, 940-1030 mg on my Weighmax CT20 milligram scale) into 16 US fluid ounces purified water at room temperature in a labeled jar with lid. I stir until the crystals are dissolved and store the solution in a dark location at room temperature.
1000 mg potassium iodide crystals * 0.7645 (76.45% iodine by weight) = 764.5 mg iodine, divided by 64 (number of 1/2 US tablespoons in 16 US fluid ounces water) = 12 mg iodine
A 1/2 US tablespoon of the solution contains 12 mg iodine. I gradually worked up to that daily intake. I read that if suddenly taking high amounts of iodine, some people experience temporary side effects as iodine helps the body excrete toxic bromide, fluoride, perchlorate, etc.
Included in my daily supplementation are the following which Dr. David Brownstein indicated may help the body more efficiently utilize higher amounts of iodine: vitamin B complex, magnesium 600 mg, zinc 30 mg, selenium 200 mcg. Selenium is especially important for thyroid health. I had already been using these supplements at these dosages for many years, so they were not responsible for the noticeable increase in testosterone. Tips to Boost Your Immune System

I can’t believe that six weeks have passed since we closed the doors at Ash Hill Natural Health Centre. I am really missing my work and my patients and seeing as I can’t treat my patients currently, I thought I’d collate all the helpful hints and tips that I’ve been accumulating and pass them on.. It is important to say that I can’t stop getting you a cough, cold or Coronavirus. What I can do is help you to strengthen your immune system so that your body can effectively fight off any infection.
Ways to stay healthy during lockdown:
The best foundation for your immune system is good diet, plenty of fluids, exercise moderately, get outside in the sun and make sure you get enough good quality sleep. Avoid phlegm forming foods such as sugar, dairy, white wheat flour, refined starch and highly processed foods, excessive amounts of fruit (too much sugar).
Stress has a depleting effect on our energy and immune system, so if you are finding this time of isolation very difficult, have a think about doing things that help relax and ground you, whether that is mediation, exercise, something artistic, reading a good book – whatever floats your boat! If you would like to take up meditation, now is a great time and there are plenty of apps and online guides to get you started. I’m happy to recommend some if you would like, just drop me a line and I will do my best to help.
Incorporate plenty of fresh garlic, onion and fresh ginger into your diet.
It is now commonly acknowledged that the basis of a healthy immune system starts with good gut health and the promotion of the healthy gut flora. You can enhance this by avoiding the damp and phlegm forming foods mentioned above, and by eating food naturally rich in pro-biotics such as kefir, homemade sauerkraut (shop bought has been pasteurised which will have killed off all the goodness), kimchi, sourdough, almonds. There are plenty of recipes online for these foods, but if you prefer you could just invest in a good quality probiotic supplement.

If you are feeling healthy and well it may be a good time to stock up the freezer with some homemade chicken stock. If you do get ill, you are going to need some nutritious foods to help you recover, and a soup or stew made with the stock is ideal. Ask your butcher for some chicken carcasses or use one left over from a roast dinner. Add the bones only to a large pan with a quartered onion, some roughly chopped carrots, celery, half a bulb of garlic (no need to peel, just flatten with a knife), a few bay leaves, black peppercorns and a dash of salt. You can add fresh herbs if you have them, such as rosemary, thyme and parsley. Cover with water and bring to the boil. Skim off any fat or scummy bits floating on the top and then simmer gently for 3 or 4 hours, skimming off if necessary. Sieve the liquid and let it cool before putting it into containers for the fridge or freezer.

Vitamin C, D and Echinacea are all useful well-known supplements for boosting your immune system, but if you have an autoimmune condition or you are taking immune suppressing drugs then you should not take echinacea. Zinc is another mineral that is essential for a healthy immune system. Selenium is important too and this can be found in Brazil nuts.
Ginger and turmeric tea is something I often drink, especially if I feel I may be on the edge of a cold. Simply slice up some fresh ginger and turmeric root (I use about 3 or 4 slices of each) and top up with boiling water. It really is that simple! You can add honey and lemon if you like, especially if your throat is sore. The only time NOT to drink this tea is if you have a temperature. This is because of the heating energies of the ginger – you don’t want to add more heat to a temperature.
Iodine is another natural solution that is anti-viral. There is a very good YouTube video by a GP named Dr Sarah Myhill here which talks about inhaling iodine through a salt pipe. I can’t say I’ve tried it but several of my colleagues swear by it! Dr Myhill also has a great website which is a fabulous font of all health related knowledge here.
There are several herbal remedies that help boost the immune system and my favourite is Astragalus or huáng qi. As well as helping your immune system it is also anti-aging and is an anti-inflammatory. It is safe to take UNLESS you are breastfeeding, you have an auto-immune condition, or you are taking immune-suppressing drugs.
Exercise is important, but too much will deplete your Qi. How about trying some Qi Gong or Tai Chi? You can do it in your living room or your garden if you prefer and you can also do a lot of it seated. It is a fantastic way of getting your blood and Qi flowing, removing obstructions and creating balance and harmony within the body. There are plenty of tutorials on YouTube, but I particularly like Peter Deadman’s channel. He is an acupuncturist as well as Qi Gong teacher and wrote several of our core textbooks.

Peter Deadman has posted a really helpful routine [CLICK HERE] for strengthening your lungs, which involves stimulating the lung channel just using your hands, and then using some heavy duty tapping and patting all over the ribcage to stimulate the lungs. These moves are excellent at moving phlegm and if you do happen to get ill, I strongly recommend using these techniques. A colleague who contracted Coronavirus said the percussive ‘thumping’ she gave her chest made an immediate noticeable difference to her breathing and allowed her to expel the phlegm.
I will be putting together a similar post with advice for during and after an infection, to help with the recovery phase, so look out for that in the next few days.

This Age Brings Forth The ReUnion Of The Twin Flames In Order To Restore The Unity Of Creation And Collapse Duality.

The ideas presented here come from the perspective of the original author's experience in the process of Fusion of the Twin Flame and is not intended to qualify or disqualify the experiences of others.
The Union of the Twin Flame is one of service, which is not to be romanticized in the context by which one perceives the male and female relationship. The service of the Twin Flame is not only for the planet but also Cosmic and Universal.
The Twin Flame has a great challenge before them for their Union needs to accomplish surrender of ego to their One Essence.
1. One Essence
The Twin Flame originates from the same One Essence which was created by Father/Mother God from the Ocean of Love. That One Essence divided itself into two exactly equal and opposite intonations in order to experience form. In the beginning they remained always united as a perfect sphere with one center of gravity and one common equator or Zero Point ... However, as the three-dimensional experience unfolded they became separated in a dualistic system which pulled them into an unbalanced equilibrium expressing itself through two extended and separated forms. The Twin Flames are now coming back into unification through all dimensional frequencies in order to restore the Unity of God's Creations and collapse duality. Accordingly, there exists only ONE true tonal mate of the Twin Flame which is expressed in a male and female form ... the exact equal and opposite frequency intonation.
It is important to make the distinction between a Twin Flame and a soulmate. There exists only one pair of partners who are Twin Flames, which is not a disposable union ... for the Essence of it can never be replaced with another mate. Contrarily, soulmates come in many different forms and different intonations ... for a soulmate is anyone with whom you have had a past life experience.
2. Tonal Mates
We recently came across a very unique manner in which to explain or illustrate the concept of the Twin Flame.
In the book, "The Universal One", by Walter Russell he explains the principle of tonal mates in terms of chemical reactions.
Accordingly, it is stated ... that if we create a chemical union between the male action sodium (Na) which has an intonation of 601+ of the sixth octave ... and the female selenium (Se) which has an intonation of 702- of the next octave ... we have an unequal and unstable union of opposites.
Now, if either mate in an unequal and unstable union finds a more equal tonal mate it will leave the former and go to the latter.
Accordingly, the introduction of the female chemical iodine (I) which has an intonation of 801- of the eighth octave ... will cause sodium to leave selenium and combine with the iodine to form the more stable compound of sodium-iodide (NaI).
However, if we introduce into this new union the female chemical bromide (Br) which has an intonation of 701- of the seventh octave ... the sodium will leave iodine to form sodium-bromide (NaBr) ... an even more stable compound.
Finally, by the introduction of the female chlorine (Cl) which is the true tonal mate of sodium with an intonation of 601- of the sixth octave ... sodium will leave bromide to form the very stable compound sodium-chloride (NaCl).
Once the true tonal mates have come into union ... NO element from any octave whatsoever can displace chlorine from its union with sodium.
As the Twin Flame are true tonal mates originating from the same One Essence ... they are Divinely United by the Breath of God. Thus, we may have a new understanding to the words:
That Which God Has Joined Together
Let No Man Put Asunder.
3. Service
Many people idealize and romanticize the concept of the Twin Flame, however, the Union of the Twin Flame is carefully orchestrated by the Divine Mind in order to bring together a direct and exponential frequency impact through all dimensions and planes of this local Universe.
Do not expect candlelight dinners and bouquets of roses in this union ... that is not its purpose. This is a union which transcends all definitions of male/female unions on this planet. The Divine purpose for the union of the Twin Flame is to create the Harmonic Intonation of Completion and to be at service ... planetary service, cosmic service and universal service. Thus, personal preferences, relationships and perceived obligations may be thrust aside so that absolute service to the Divine Plan becomes the ONLY reality of the Twin Flame. When we take the Twin Flame beyond the human perception ... we see the potential of a tremendous force of Divine Action.
Are You Prepared To Serve?
4. Inner Completion
Only at the point of inner completion is it appropriate to bring together the Twin Flame. When you have reached a state of wholeness within ... you will begin to magnify your Divine Tonal Complement or Twin Flame. Thus, when you no longer feel a need for a partner ... he/she will appear.
We strongly suggest that one not jump out of a current relationship and immediately attempt a Twin Flame Union. The energetic link of the former relationship needs to be dismantled and all inharmonious frequencies associated with it need to come into equilibrium. Thereafter, a time-frame for frequency alignment of the Twin Flame needs to be a consideration. You do not want to bring old baggage into this union ... Why?
This is very important ... because when the Twin Flame comes together ... Everything is Amplified!
5. Amplification
Everything is amplified due to the Unified Field of No-Time which automatically accesses Higher Dimensional Frequencies. That which is harmonious is amplified AND that which is inharmonious is amplified. If you have not achieved Inner Fusion in Equilibrium ... everything may be blown out of proportion. Little irritants may become gigantic obstacles.
Because of this amplification ... the Twin Flame may not be able to stabilize the Union ... unless they have first achieved Inner Fusion. Even at such a point ... it is a continual challenge to remain in equilibrium as the frequency octaves increase.
When you enter a Twin Flame relationship ... the ability for the consciousness to move multi-dimensionally is common place and it must be recognized that you are not here to reenact human relationships but to act as a bridge to the Higher Dimensional Frequencies of Oneness.
You must be willing to let go immediately of inharmonious emotional reactions. Do not try to fit the Twin Flame relationship into a human context of interaction ... for it does not belong there.
If you need to get angry with your partner ... so be it ... it is just an illusion ... your identity is being challenged! However, it does not serve to remain in anger for more than five minutes ... Let go! ... It is an illusion. Do not let the mind and altered ego rationalize and justify such reactions. Remember, we are dealing with tremendous amplification here ... so seek equilibrium.
6. One Identity
The Twin Flame relationship is an Androgynous unit. This requires an adaptation in identification. You may not necessarily feel female and you may not necessarily feel male ...
As each one has completed their Inner Fusion ... there is an absence of polarity within the relationship. They are simply ONE! One Consciousness ... One Essence ...
The very nucleus of the cells of the two embodiments of the Twin Flame are fused together. They have realigned into their original sphere with one center of gravity and one common equator or Zero Point. And like the example of the union of sodium and chlorine ... they have lost their metallic qualities and become the "salt of the earth".
Allowing each one to demonstrate their ability without personal identification to the results. Without claiming the results as one's own ...

7. Complementary
So, when we state that the Twin Flame is One Essence ... does this mean that they are exactly the same? Do they have the same Divine Attributes and abilities? ... Do they have the same strengths and weaknesses? ... Do they have the same likes and dislikes? THE ANSWER IS ... YES and NO!
They Are Complementary!
The Exact Equal & Opposite Intonation

The similarity is in the Harmonic Note ... and the difference is in the Opposite Intonation.
So what you will probably find is that each one carries the opposite or complimentary Divine Attributes within the Whole. Therefore, it is not to try to be what the other is ... but to allow the full expression of each one's Divine Attributes within the Union.
My partner brings information through in a vertical manner ... direct from the Source ... which is not necessarily sequential. I, on the other hand, have the ability to sort it all out in a horizontal manner to make it flow so that you can understand it ... which is complementary!
Thus, each one carries the complementary frequency of the Harmonic Note. Each one brings the complementary training and talents to support the Union and Divine Mission. Together ... they create a Unified Field of No-Time which allows it all to take place. Together they can accomplish more than they could as two separate beings. Together they multiply their powers exponentially.
There is no mistake ... the Twin Flame would not be brought together unless they had the absolute ability to complete their Mission of transcending the male and female dualities of this planetary system and bringing together the Harmonic Note of Completion. Thus, it is no longer necessary to play the purported designated roles of society ... but to fine tune the Harmonic Note of Completion through and by the Dimensional Frequencies.
8. Parallel Evolution
When the Twin Flame does unite and they begin to compare their lives ... do not be surprised at the similarity and complementarity of their evolution.
When I met my partner and we began to compare ... we found that within one to three months of each other we were enacting similar experiences. Following our Inner Guidance ... we twice moved our residences at the same time and in the same manner ... we were instructed to get rid of our furniture and detach ... we were instructed to end relationships ... and before meeting physically we experienced Fusion of Our Essence in the Higher Dimensional Embodiments.
The closer you come to Union the closer the time-frame of the parallel experiences. Remember, you are One Essence being guided by the same Source.
It does not matter where you are or what your lifestyle is ... if one is in reclusion and one is on public display ... when it is time for your Union it will happen. You do not have to go out and look for it. You do not have to wonder if every person you pass on the street is your Twin Flame. It is not in your hands to orchestrate this Union ... but it lies strictly in the hands of the Divine Mind and within your Sacred Heart and your Covenant with God.
9. Harmonic Note
Many people ask the question ... "How do I know for sure that this is my Twin Flame?"
I do not believe that this can be an externally answered question ... it is something that you will know within your Heart. The best I can hope to do is provide a Guiding Light.
We have already covered most of the points ... if you take into consideration Inner Completion ... Parallel Evolution ... Amplification ... One Identity ... Complementary Attributes and Service ... what is left?
The Harmonic Note will be the key identifying factor. Since you both originate from the same Essence ... you both carry the EXACT equal and opposite intonation. Thus, one may experience the sense of being with oneself ... alone but not al-one ... simply all ONE. The sense of Oneness is such that one does not feel as if there is another vibratory presence with them ... for the vibration is unified as ONE!
For example ... you may have, in past relationships or interaction with other people ... had to adjust your vibratory rate to accommodate others. This may have been evidenced by a need to pull back into your own space in order to attune to your own vibration and realign yourself.
In the Twin Flame relationship it is not necessary in any way to adjust your vibratory rate to accommodate the other. You are exactly the same ... vibrating to, with and within the same Essence. A unique Harmonic Note in the Ocean of Love.
Accordingly, the Twin Flame has the ability to remain in each others Presence in a Continuum of No-Time.
10. Employing Wisdom
Be aware that not all Twin Flames exist in the same dimension. Those Twins who are here on Earth have agreed to undertake this Divine Service. They have been specifically prepared to undergo this Mission.
Ultimately ... as the Earth moves into fifth dimensional alignment and the substrata of human consciousness is opened ... the Twin Flames may be reunited at other dimensional levels.
So, please, employ wisdom in assimilating this information. Do not take up a personal venture to find your Twin Flame and disrupt whatever harmonious relationships you are now in. We are here to live experiences in whatever form they may take. And if you are in a relationship and the experience is not completed ... then enjoy it!
It is not necessary that one be with their Twin Flame in order to serve the Divine Plan ... it is only necessary to follow your personal Covenant With God and ... Live the Love That You Are!
