putting aside being sad about binghe for now, I was looking for the first time sqq directly compares binghe to a maiden, and as far as I can tell, the first time he calls him a maiden is this part:

this stands out to me because this is shortly after he finally realized binghe is attracted to him, while he's still grappling with the fact that he's "turned binghe gay." it's yet another example of sqq equating being gay with femininity -- he knows binghe is into men now, and thus begins him repeatedly referring to binghe's behavior as that of a maiden's

but the other thing that stands out to me about this quote is that sqq is also making himself a girl in this metaphor. I know the translation is probably lacking here and he's probably using jiejie to mean generic older female friend as opposed to jiejie meaning older sister, but still. shen qingqiu, why are both of you girls in this mental metaphor. hello. shen qingqiu are you aware that making both of you girls does not make it any less gay. shen qingqiu are you listening to me. shen qingqiu yes it's still gay when you're both girls

Certain people get so butt-hurt when you tell them that you think Sans has 1 HP. Yes, I do in fact know that his canon HP has never been confirmed, but I also know how to use context clues and deductive reasoning

Let's think about what we DO know. In battle, Sans' ATK and DEF are both set as 1. If we were to say that he had 1 ATK 1 DEF 300 HP, that sounds weird, unnatural, and just generally unlikely. By setting his HP to 1, it matches up with his ATK and DEF.

And I know what you're thinking: "Oh, but that doesn't confirm anything! That's not cano—" and to that I say ssshhhhh. Shut up and do your research. If context clues aren't proof enough for you, then you should know that in the game files, Sans' HP is set to 1. Now, using Mettaton NEO's stats in the files and such as an example, we could say that not everything in the files should be taken as canon. And that's true. However, I think it's silly to think that Sans' file HP being set as 1 doesn't line up with his canon ATK and DEF.

But here's a NEW argument... Sans' HP would actually be 11/1, NOT 1/1. When you play Undertale, the bunny clerk at the hotel tells the player that by sleeping, you can gain 10 HP to your current health. So naturally, as someone who's ALWAYS sleeping, this rule would apply to Sans as well. An extra 10 would be added to his 1, making his HP 11/1.

This would also disprove the idea that Sans could die by merely stubbing his toe or getting a single scratch. As shown in Undyne's house, if you choose to punch her even as weakly as possible, it still does 1 damage. Naturally, stubbing your toe would at least do 1 damage also, or maybe 2 at most. So by having 11/1 HP, Sans could thankfully avoid nearly dying if a strong gust of wind pushes him over. Because there is no way in Hell this man has never taken ANY damage.

THIS is my argument for why Sandstone Undertable has 1 HP (11/1 HP to be specific) and why you should take no bullshit from anyone who tries to tell you otherwise

In your Spitfire AU, since Zuko is looking after Lu Ten II, what happened to Ursa?

Zuko is slightly older in the Spitfire AU. He was banished at fifteen, his head a little clearer and denial a little weaker than in canon. After his first look through the Air Temples, Zuko decides that if he can't find a myth, he might as well search for the next best thing.

Finding Ursa isn't easy, but in time he makes it to a secluded house in a near-forgotten part of the world. His mom is there, older and stronger and alive.

But she isn't alone.

And Zuko, as it turns out, didn't keep the best company during his search.

When Ursa is discovered and her secrets are laid bare for assassins (for Ozai) to find, she begs Zuko to take his little brother and run. She'll do anything it takes to protect her children, even if that means leaving them behind to keep a target off their back. Ursa diverts attention from them and allows Lu Ten's ancestry to be kept a secret. She orders Zuko not to follow her again, and disappears.

Zuko is left with a little three-year-old brother to raise and a mother he cannot hold onto.

i feel like some people r missing the tragedy of timebomb somewhat bc i've seen a few ppl say that ekko was only in love with powder in the alt universe and not jinx, and it's like.. first of all they are the same person. they are the same person in different circumstances. but secondly ekko seeing that good universe, i think, instilled in him the belief that fixing the problems in his universe was still possible, that peace between piltover and zaun was still possible, that jinx wasn't doomed or irredeemable. ppl highlight his selflessness in being able to leave the good universe behind, but i think a big part of WHY he left was bc of the hope he had for his world. that's why timebomb is so tragic to me! ekko returned with the drive to make everything right, strengthened by knowing it wasn't some unattainable out-of-reach goal. and he came so so so close but was still a little too late

I cried when Jim stopped being a troll; when he was stripped of everything (literally!) and "rewarded" with a bunch of mental trauma (guilt, pangs of conscience, PTSD, etc.); without giving the viewer any good positive alternative.

And I cried again when I saw what they did to the ending of the franchise. It's monstrous. It's fucking unforgivable and it cheapens everything we've been through... so I just hope that when the wheel of this fucking sensara starts to turn back, my boy will finally become a troll (let's say the heroes will need such an advantage for the plot, and Jim will volunteer or something). And he finally gets some cool armor, even though he doesn't have the amulet anymore! His friends got weapons and gear anyway, so what's stopping Jim from getting it?
