guys, new cuphead show character leaked /j
this is my sister’s oc, kermit! he’s a demon who was adopted by cuphead and mugman after being mistaken for a weird cat. he has the ability to hide his demonic features like stitch. at first, kermit enjoys being pampered and causing trouble, but he eventually becomes attached to the cupbros. his identity as a demon is revealed, but he proves himself as a good demon by protecting cup and mug from the devil (he bit his ankles). his final test of goodness was holding mugman’s repaired teddy bear, which he passed.
he’s a lil scrinkle babie

I was wondering if there are any rare happy ritsu moments in ur zombie au since hes always miserable I think,, like is he always miserable or is he happy/not miserable and feeling kinda good sometimes?
VWHDGDGD NO YEAH OFC HE'S HAPPY SOMETIMES im just horrible and enjoy putting him through misery
ive never been able to get a genuine smile to look right on his face in my art style either i think thats part of it. as ive said his face is just built to be mildly uncomfortable and bothered and i lean into it sm it's starting to get kinda funny
but yes ritsu is happy plenty! i think, canonically, he just seems like the type of person to me that tends to turn lemonade back into lemons. he's easy to scare and his first reaction to things is often Dread and Anxiety. he dwells on the negatives a lot and seems to be a "hope for the best, expect the worst," kinda guy, but there's a section in this post abt shigeo always loving the little things in life, and ritsu steadily learns throughout the journey on how to do that and how healing it can rly be. even if he had to grow up too fast during this whole thing and learn things a kid should never have to, the journey also gave him some good insight and lessons in other places! ritsu is smart, he figures it all out
in terms of little things here n there he's the happiest lil guy on the planet when he finds one of his favorite foods—swings his legs while he sits and munches on a kitkat bar like he's got absolutely nothin in the world to worry abt. sometimes mob does smth funny that he laughs at; for the longest time i've had this silly image in my head of mob accidentally knocking down a bucket from a store shelf and it lands on his head and he just kinda stands there and makes noises.when the noises continue out of pure curiosity about the weird echoey quality it's giving them ritsu cannot help but lose it
besides tiny things tho, when tome comes around ritsu in general is a lot happier, just cuz he has somebody to talk to that will actually respond in some way. they're sorta reluctant partners in crime at first (at least on ritsu's end) but over time and over bonding they grow to rly like each other's presence. they bicker constantly but it's almost always fond eventually, and they shove each other and playfight until mob gets antsy enough to get worked up about it. rly, tome is a godsend to ritsu's mental health—after months and months of being effectively alone with his thoughts, he finally has another person to converse with. a person His Age, too!
tome is rly good at knowing when ritsu is thinkin himself into oblivion and she's Also rly good at being the most annoying girl on the planet to yank him outta that and replace any misery with Oh My God Get Off Me You Freak. she doesn't even do this on purpose at first, but over time she learns how to tell when he's thinking too hard and, ofc, she's grown attached and she cares, so she's as obnoxious as possible to lighten the mood
when they find reigen n teru, ritsu gradually gets Much happier still. now that he knows they're safe and the gang is finally back together (and now that there's an Adult present and he can relax a lil and let himself be taken care of) his stress levels r exponentially lowered. having teru back is another instant lift to his mood—im always a big fan of teru and ritsu friendship, and i think adding tome to their dynamic simply makes it more chaotic. truly a trio of the 3 most normal teenagers in existence which will surely bring nothing but good (reigen sweats offscreen)
actually this makes me feel bad for forever torturing him im gonna go draw happy zau ritsus brb ,.,.ok imback <3

is there a list of things that Miguel’s 2099 doesn’t have / are critically endangered or is it just scattered around in the comics?
it's all relegated to a bunch of scattered exposition and throwaway jokes throughout the comics, unfortunately 😔
i WISH there was a list, though... there are so many Wack Details, like. canonically, mig has no idea what baseball is. the World Series is just a set of words to him. he’s never eaten red meat from a once-living animal in his life*, not as a Personal Lifestyle Choice, but because all non-poultry livestock is Effectively extinct in his world. in edge of time he implies he has no idea what the hell Toaster Ovens even Are. i’m obsessed with it.

(It's the fushimi-sukuna friend anon again, thanks for answering my asks! Here's another one) Fushimi curiously looks up info on his new gaming buddy and finds out Sukuna's birthday is coming up. He realizes Sukuna probably only has Yukari to celebrate it with and remembers how back the he only had Yata to celebrate his birthdays. You think he'd do something about it or even just give the kid a present?
This is definitely one of those ‘Fushimi wants to do something nice but can’t admit he wants to do something nice’ scenarios XD Like say the two of them have been continuously playing together pretty regularly, they don’t often meet in person but they chat a lot. The game has some function where it will tell players on your friends list when there’s an upcoming birthday and Fushimi gets an in-game notice about Sukuna’s. Fushimi initially ignores it, thinking why should he care that it's that brat's birthday, but then he remembers how the two of them have on occasion talked about their respective pasts and complained about whose family sucks more. Fushimi clicks his tongue and mutters to himself that there's no point in feeling sorry for that guy, like for Sukuna's birthday I imagine his family threw him lavish parties full of people they want to maintain connections with and the party was more about his parents than him but as far as Fushimi's concerned at least Sukuna had a party and gifts. He remembers Sukuna grumbling about how his parents only bought him what they thought he wanted and never anything he did actually want and Fushimi quietly admits to himself that maybe that wasn't terribly better than the nothing he used to get.
After this he keeps seeing the reminder, ticking down the days until Sukuna's birthday, and every time he sees it Fushimi feels this uncomfortable tightness in his chest. One evening after playing games he meets Yata for drinks and at some point Yata asks if Fushimi's still playing games with Sukuna. He has to admit that he's pretty surprised the two of them have managed to get along so far and Fushimi just shrugs and says the brat's less annoying on the other side of a computer screen. Fushimi mentions that it's nearly Sukuna's birthday and Yata's like oh are you gonna get him anything, like it's the most natural thing in the world, and Fushimi clicks his tongue and looks away. Yata gives him a fond look and says well it's up to Fushimi and then starts chatting about old times and all the fun stuff they did in middle school on their birthdays. Of course this reminds Fushimi of how important it was that Yata cared enough to celebrate his birthday and when he gets back to his computer he ends up just like buying Sukuna something for their game, like gear or a credit to his account.
The next day is Sukuna's birthday and he's surprised when he logs in and sees something from Fushimi. Yukari notices and probably thinks it's nice, like oh so your friend got you something (cue obligatory 'he's not my friend!'). Sukuna shrugs and says yeah okay it's kinda nice, he could use this anyway, but he is actually pretty happy to get something that he wanted for his birthday. The next time he and Fushimi play the game Sukuna mentions that he saw Fushimi's gift, Fushimi starts to get defensive but then he just shrugs and says yeah, he figured you get someone a gift for their birthday right, because it's a day that people find special. Sukuna pauses and then finally he's like 'well...thanks' and they both quickly get back to playing, and they're probably both glad that the other can't see them smiling from the other side of the computer screen.
