She was born in Encanto but her parents, Helena and Samuel Escarra, were both born in Rosario, Argentina. She goes there once a year to visit her grandparents, Frederíc and Rosalia Escarra.

The Escarra's are quite popular in the Encanto. Helena Escarra runs the best bakery/patisserie in the entire village where Lucero works at full time, and her father is a history teacher at the local Middle School were she teaches violin and singing as an extra job.

🍂 Personality 🍂

🔸She's quite antisocial, has a couple close friends she likes to stick with- Carmen (her sister), Mirabel and Dolores are her best friends ever, she would do anything for them. Once you get to know her, she's charming, bubbly, wise and hilarious. She doesn't necessarily get jealous easily unless she has a reason to.

🔸She has a MASSIVE crush on Isabela, the first time they met was when Dolores invited Lucero over to La Casa Madrigal and they bumped into Isa on her way back there too. They talked for a bit, Lucero said a couple of jokes and the flower making girl asked them if they could come over more often since they needed someone like them to make the house feel more alive and humoured. They immediately accept and can't wait to bond with the Madrigals more. Except Pepa, Felix, Antonio and Mirabel, she knows them extremely well and the girl often exchanges clothing with Pepa as they are of similar height.

Trinity Turgard

It's time I made a proper post about my OC, Trinity!

The pic on the left is Trinity as a padawan during the Clone Wars, and the one on the right is her as an adult during the Rebellion era.

Trinity was the result of an affair between a Jedi Knight and a force-sensitive deep space navigator. Her mother wanted nothing to do with her, so her father left the Jedi order to raise her, taking up work as a pilot delivering goods in the outer rim. Trinity's early childhood was spent traveling the galaxy, and she has always felt most comfortable drifting among the stars in space.

Her father died in an accident when she was very young, and with nowhere else to go, she was brought to the Jedi Temple by a family friend. She was met with much scrutiny because of her father's past, but adapted quickly to the Jedi ways, determined to carve out a place for herself and prove her worth. She devoted herself to studying the Jedi code and followed every rule to the letter, even if it meant ignoring her own instincts and emotions.

In her teenage years, she was eventually assigned as a padawan to Jedi Master Obi-Wan Kenobi. After the challenging experience of mentoring Anakin, Obi-Wan found himself challenged in a different way by Trinity's strict adherence to the rules. The two struggled to bond at first, but the harsh experiences of war soon brought them closer together, and Trinity gradually learned to trust her own instincts and challenge authority when needed. She formed a strong friendship with fellow padawan Ahsoka Tano.

She was on Coruscant recovering from a mission when Order 66 happened, and managed to survive when a clone's gunshot missed the mark, striking her in the shoulder and sending her plummeting into the Coruscant Underworld, where she went into hiding. She found work alongside a crew of pirates and left her Jedi life behind, until she was discovered by another force-sensitive young woman, Sola, who employed Trinity to help her track down the missing former Jedi master Kenobi.

The two formed a strong bond, and Trinity later took on Sola as her apprentice. The experience of training a padawan of her own allowed Trinity the chance to further examine the flaws in her own Jedi teachings and eventually come to terms with her repressed emotions.

This is my obey me MC, her name is Lilac, she's a human from a cursed bloodline of Lilith's direct line of descendants.

CHARACTER LORE BELOW:

My own personal head-cannon is that due to Lilith's punishment of being sent to oblivion and having her wings cut off which she avoided through the war and then died and reincarnated, since she never actually served her punishment, the punishment became a curse for all direct descendants of Lilith.

Lilac is a descendant of Lilith who will go and do whatever she needs to do to find a way to cure her bloodline, her family from the curse of their ancestors as before the exchange program she has dabbled in all sorts of magic, even making deals with Maddi to get certain research materials, Lilac herself couldn't gather.

Lilac has always been dead set on a cure for her family, but while she will go down darker routes to cure her family from this painful existence of the curse. The chains around her wrists are just apart of the curse, these chains are only visible to other direct descendants of Lilith. and so are the dark ribbons behind her, which creates a dark aura amongst the descendants of Lilith, marking them as unredeemable.

Due to Lilac's determination to free her family from the curse she will do things that are unspeakable (as long as it doesn't include children or harming those close to her). If she has to choose between people, Lilac will always choose her family.

Lilac is flawed, Lilac isn't a perfect sinless human and she embraces that fact as she won't allow her family's hands to become filthy like hers, she took on her life mission knowing what she would need to do.

So when Lilac did go to Devildom for the first time to be apart of the exchange program, she wasn't exactly thrilled, before Lord Diavolo could go on about the exchange program in depth, Lilac had full on teared into the demon with pointing out they had all kidnapped and is holding Lilac in a whole other realm against her will and how if Devildom wanted peace why didn't they inform her of being chosen and allow her the right to refuse and it was arrogant to think people would easily agree. Did not realise that nearly everyone in the room was thinking she would be dead, Barbatros looking at her as if looks could kill when all Diavolo did was smile and laughed and then continued on his exchange program explanation.

Lilac instantly meets Mammon and is like he appears to be useful, and for some reason the two's friendship worked as it was built from feeling like outsiders and having a heavy burden on their shoulders that they gave themselves, roles in their families they took on without telling anyone.

Mammon's and Lilac's pact for them is a sign of trust and unspoken words of understanding while promising to be there for one another and help each other out, it's their silent promise to look after one another, which is why Mammon's pact mark is on Lilac's back as a way to say 'we got each other's back'.

I'll discuss the rest of Lilac's character lore later in a separate post because I need sleep lol.

I've made. Another Pokemon IRL blog for another OC because my friends are terrible influences on my poor impulse control. Anyways, hi, I'm Azure, I follow from @/anxiousazure and I also run @/unovan-artist because I have many OCs and I've been spinning Russet around way too much lately. If you didn't pick up on it, Russet is an OC sibling for Carmine and Kieran, specifically, their middle brother who tends to fade into the background. edit: there's another blog. @/kitakami-specter yes it is exactly who you think it is. also now @/sinnohs-eve as well, because i wanted someone on the main bba universe. :3

i mod have really bad social anxiety so if i havent answered or interacted. i am simply scared. russet is extroverted but i am not i am very easily intimidated and my brain will continuously go "but what if there's an unspoken Rule you're breaking" and paralyze me.

Russet is a minor but I haven't specified his age - just that he's between his two siblings - and I, blog runner, am an adult. If this is not chill with you, don't interact! That said, I won't really deal with anything more than flirting with Russet and even then he won't get it half the time (sheltered autistic boy, romance flies right over his head unless you spell it out for him <3).

Russet is somewhere post Teal Mask in the timeline sense - Drayton's back on the E4, after all - but does not know what went down in Kitakami (he was originally supposed to go with his siblings, but came down sick last minute, and ended up staying at school instead. Neither of his siblings informed him of what went down in Kitakami - Kieran assuming Russet already knew about the truth around Ogrepon, and Carmine mainly out of guilt) so please absolutely feel free to use that to your advantage :D Russet has been informed about the true Kitakami legend and time has progressed slowly from there. still pre-indigo disc though.

also hey!! if you ever want to have a character (canon or not) in russet's universe!! please feel free too i would love that so much. i would love to have more people to have russet consistently interact with. it would be fun and also silly. and hey! you are always, always, always free to include russet or any of my own OCs in drawings or stories or anything else! just. maybe please tag me because i want to see them. <3

Hey, hello, I’ve decided to finally create a post to explain who I am.

I am TJA, a part-time writer and conlanger, I write fanfics on Ao3, mainly Mha or Fnaf

I currently have 24 conlangs, a conlang, or constructed language, is a language made by a single person, or a group of people, for one of a few reasons, though mine is mostly fun.

My conlangs in the standard order are:

Seissiric: a germanic language using the cyrillic script, with å and ø. (Ss)

Iaponic: sort of Japanese, though with less kanji. (Ia)

Saori: a germanic-ish language, using its very own script, based on Artifexian’s ‘OA’. (Sa)

Sierien: a germanic language. (Sr)

Sachrai: a mostly germanic language, though with a complicated version of the latin script with way too many diacritics. (Sc)

Mnavokh: a slavic language based on Russian, it has no spaces. (Mn)

Ytr/Jtr: a slavic language, though more similar to Slovenian and the likes. (Yt)

Zhuzhian: a germanic? language with its own script, this one is typeable, thankfully. (Lj)

Helaja’ika: an elvish language, used to have its own script, but it was untypeable, so I dropped it. (HL)

Pegas’ika: basically Helaja’ika, but with the Greek alphabet, and some minor differences. (Pi)

Thaos: based on Fr*nch, don’t know whether I’ve made it easier or not. (Ta)

Thaelich: based on Dutch, which is my native language, though it uses some old-english characters, such as þ ð and æ. (Th)

Rukou’ant: a slavic language with very few characters. (Rk)

Rakhchi: a slavic language based on Russian, thankfully has spaces tho. (Rh)

Lazerna: a germanic language with a script which is a mix between the latin and cyrillic scripts (why did I pick the latin r and slavic г). (Lz)

Ğajaţi: a romance language based loosely on Romanian and Fr*nch. (Gj)

Witase: this is a language which is quite unique imo, but its sentences can be somewhat long. (Wt)

Neùre Tho: a germanic language with a few more diacritics, though it has some small influences from Dutch and Fr*nch. (Nt)

Arhwnith: a weird language with a ton of diacritics and other weird characters, mostly based on slavic. (Ah)

Kije: a language for which I limited my vowels to e i and u, but gave each of them four different lengths. (Kq)

Krawzhish: a polish based language. (Kr)

Dó-chiāu-lièng: a language based loosely on Vietnamese, with it being just the inspiration for it. (Dc)

Syric: a germanic language, simultaneously easier and more complicated than Sierien and Seissiric. (Sy)

Arkhaic: a language with quite some diacritics, though a tad simpler than others, :3. (Ak)

A new masterpost to show all of my conlangs, with the way they are written, as it even has Saori in its actual script.

Seissiric - a germanic language with hints of dutch, using the cyrrilic alphabet along with the characters å and ø (Ss)

Iaponi - a knock-off version of japanese, made by someone with limited knowledge of japanese (Ia)

yes, yes, hello rotomblr, i'm back once more. did you miss me? loathe as i am to interact with humans, there are plenty that seem rather... helpless. beyond that, someone of great importance has insisted upon me being more... social. sigh.

i'm something of a hybrid, given that i died and ended up in this half-state between Hisuian Zorua and a facsimile of humanity. that said, the human part of me is dead.

heavy sigh. flops in. hello it's me again i'm the mod, @/anxiousazure i run @/kitakami-zorua-kin @/sinnohs-eve and @/unovan-artist (though that one is dead due to. lack of inspiration lmao). my friends have (affectionately) bullied me into making another blog. this is specter, who was on @/kitakami-zorua-kin blog for the march muse mixup madness. it is an asshole. it is also dead. this blog tackles some darker topics because of that. this is in fact an AU of my own OC.

content warnings: talk of death, hatred of humanity, trauma, drownings, anger issues, ghosts and spiritual happenings, generally specter being turned into a hisuian zorua when it was eight after drowning.

specter's blog is linked with @giratinasemissary as specter has been adopted by that blogrunner. it is being (somewhat begrudgingly) parented. it has a lot of feelings about that even though it would sooner perish again than admit anything of the sort.

specter does worship giratina. there will be a lot of ghost lore here because i'm me and can't stop making worldbuilding headcanons.

specter is in fact an OC sibling to Kieran and Carmine except he died when he was eight and that has had. terrible impacts on everybody. good news: no one lied about ogerpon when she turned up for the festival. bad news: its because they're too terrified of losing another family member to consider potentially alienating each other, especially since specter actively hates them.

reminder, again: specter is a jerk. i am so sorry for whatever it says to you, even if a lot of it will just be human (derogatory)

Vlad the Janitor

Samantha Coleman

Happy Traveler Inn - Room 240

Moscow, Russia

"Room Service!" Someone knocked at the door and something in Russian followed. Samantha assumed it's the same thing but in Russian. She carefully eyed the three men whom she knew were secretly armed. They were members of Shepherd's secret force, the one he calls "Shadow Company".

She's tired of being held hostage, she just wanted to live a normal life. And if Alex was correct, she can't believe that she chose to forget him just to get another shot at a normal life. She felt stupid. And she actually missed him. Even with all the jumbled and altered memories, her heart reacted to his presence.

The three abductors looked at her threateningly as the janitors entered. She knew she wasn't supposed to act suspicious or she's dead.

"We don't need cleaning!" One exclaimed as he shoved the janitor to the door, out of surprise the two janitors immediately grabbed mops and brooms and began fighting the abductors.

Samantha described it as a scene straight out of the movies, the trio worked together, hitting enemies until they were knocked down by severe hits in the head. They quickly disarmed and bound the abductors.

The tall janitor approached her, his eyes felt familiar but Samantha was reluctant to accept help. She eyed his name tag which said "Hello I'm VLAD"

"Thanks, Vlad?" She guessed, Vlad quickly removed his hat and face mask.

"Aw come on, Samantha. It's me!" Alex smiled, behind him, Roach and Soap stood and looked happy to see her.

Samantha's heart skipped a beat. She was right. He did go to the ends of the world for her multiple times. That meant that whatever they shared back on her memory lapses were far too significant for him. She hugged him tight and he reciprocated it quickly. She wanted to kiss him already but in their situation, it was better to keep it for later.

"Here you go, Alex." Soap tossed him the abductor's uniform as they quickly changed from janitors to bodyguards as they escorted her back to safety.

"Ghost this is Alex. The package is secure. Prepare for exfil."

"Roger that, pal." He replied as they effortlessly exited the hotel, leaving a message to Shepherd that he should not mess with them.

The elevator ride was the most awkward place for Samantha. The tension between her and Alex were reaching new heights. Their eye contacts felt more intense and small grazes from their hands felt like small jolts of electricity. Her heart raced so fast that she bit her lip.

"Thanks for saving me guys. For a second I thought you were never going to find me." She breathed as Alex slowly locked his hand on hers. She felt her cheeks warm up as his touch sent her on an ecstatic feeling. Was he really like this to her?

"You're still our priority, Samantha. Disbanded or not." Roach grinned as the elevator dinged upon reaching the Parking lot. In front of them was Price, driving the van and Ghost slowly sliding the door open.

"Welcome back, Samantha." The masked man greeted them as they entered the vehicle.

Alex somewhat expected familiarity or nostalgia from Samantha, but all she remembered was the name of the safehouse. The number combination was somewhat familiar. She felt guilty and frustrated once she stepped foot on the house, as none of the items rang something from her memory while Alex took effort in recalling everything they did during their stay there, things that Samantha didn't expect she'd do but wanted to feel all over again.

Amidst the stress of the things happening around them, Maxine and Francine were getting along as they prepared a little feast once they heard that Samantha's on the way here. Maxine cried as she hugged her best friend and Samantha couldn't help but also shed tears.

"I missed you. Are you okay? Did they hurt you?" She asked, those same words also came out of Alex's mouth earlier, guess she was that important to the two of them?

"I'm fine, Max. They didn't hurt me or anything. Shepherd was actually out to use me as a bargaining chip so that my Dad would help him." The room fell silent. This was what they needed to hear. Intel.

Before lunch was even served, they already gathered around the dinner table. Alex finally sat beside Samantha, and that meant Ghost was the only one without a partner.

Samantha discussed the case at hand. How Shepherd would give Nero an IP Address in exchange for blueprints of an EMP Nuke. He'll then use such machinery to combat Nero's assault as well as avenge 30,000 of his defeated troops in Afghanistan. He also has his own elite troop called Shadow Company, which were trained the same way as the 141, but they had strength in numbers.

The rest of the evening was devastating. Now that they had information on Shepherd, Price and Jack started to call in some favors and prepared for the best window to fight back. Ghost got a text from Agent Ryder of interpol that she was too late to stop the trade of funds and now Shepherd has put the remaining 141 as most wanted people. Laswell also called Price that the initial plan of creating a task force was not going to work considering they're already fugitives and they should be more careful outdoors. Everyone else looked like they saw this one coming, they already knew the risks of the things they've done and proceeded to live their lives.

Samantha caught a glimpse of Max and Roach sprinkling each other water while washing the dishes, Soap and France arguing about how the word 'whimsy' was supposed to be used in a sentence and Ghost was always on his command center. She felt that she was never gone.

"How are you holding up, Love?" Alex plopped beside her, giving her a glass of water. Samantha smiled and raised her eyebrows.

"I don't remember you calling me that." She questioned, as she noticed the faint smell of Alex that she began to admire.

"Of course you don't. That's why I'm helping you." he grinned, tucking her hair behind her ear. She giggled and inhaled once more.

"You smell good today… Are you still trying to win my heart? I thought you already did." She mused, blushing as she ran a hand across his strong inked arms. She was always scared of heavily tattooed men, but this guy was an exception to the rule.

"Well, I wore clothes from two different people today… so… but nevermind that reason. Is it working? To you…? Are you… smitten?" He wiggled his eyebrows in an attempt to be seductive and Samantha just laughed. Was it possible to fall in love with a guy whom you already love? If so, then she's all for it.

"I can't say for sure, Vlad." She teased as he quickly fished his wallet, revealing a letter inside a small ziploc container. He gave it to Samantha as she uncrumpled it and started to read the contents.

"What's this?" she asked, looking at her own writing, she started to feel scared and nervous about the letter.

"You left that note to me before you forgot me… I tried to keep it for as long as I could, to the point that I almost wanted to throw it away." he held her hand while she held the letter.

"My Dearest Alex…" She spoke softly. Her hands began to tremble as he gently tightened his grip on her, making her feel more at ease.

"...In a span of three weeks, you managed to make me feel love once again. You allowed me to realize that even after a horrible loss, I could still open my heart and feel the joy of falling in love." This was clearly her creation, she slowly turned to Alex as he smiled and nodded his head to continue.

"...I always told myself that no matter how painful it is, I'll never forget your face, your smile, your eyes and all those memories we shared together. I actually convinced myself that we were a happily married couple back in that safehouse, an illusion I made because my heart felt like it. It was a good feeling, and I want to thank you for it." She leaned on his shoulders, looked at him once more and mouthed "Sorry".

"It looked like I forgot…" tears started to well on her eyes and Alex smiled. He wasn't the crying type but his eyes were already starting to get wet.

"I can't help but think about a lot of things, one being that if we were destined to meet and not end up together, it would be better if I don't meet you at all. I'm sorry to say this but I do love you so much and I know I promised, but I think my heart couldn't carry the idea of you existing and not within my grasp. It's utterly heartbreaking." she sobbed, hot tears fell from her cheek and Alex immediately wiped them off with his thumbs as she continued reading, her voice was shaky.

"So, your office offered me a chance to alter my memories of meeting you, along with the memory that made Nero look for me. You were on a briefing and I wanted to talk to you personally, maybe feel your warmth one last time. I'd want to kiss you too, but I guess the world didn't want that to happen." She looked at Alex one more time, then their lips met, it was a small peck, their lips immediately parted upon contact. She looked back at her letter"

"So I took the offer, and by the time you read this, I'm already on my way home to resume the life I've lost. I'm sure Maxine misses me right now...

I know you'll agree to this because I feel you always want what's best for me. If our paths would cross again, I hope you'll remember me the way I remembered you before I take this operation, A good memory that's supposed to last forever.

Apologizing in advance if I don't remember you anymore.

- Samantha" Teardrops splattered across the paper as she folded it and reached for Alex's mouth, this time they went all out. Like teenagers who shared their first french kiss, sloppy, needy yet satisfying. They didn't care about their surroundings. All they both cares about was that they were within each other's grasp after a very long time.

"I guess you kept my word. You never forgot me…" She exhaled as they broke the kiss.

"It's because I can't… and I told myself that I won't." Alex replied as they kissed once again. This time, they could hear Maxine and Roach cheering in the background.

"Geez! Get a room you two!" A loud Scottish yell was heard from the distance. But despite all the noise, the two of them didn't mind.

Samantha was brushing her teeth when Alex snuck up from behind, wrapping his arms around her. She remembered how she admitted to the letter that they acted like a married couple, maybe this was always their thing for weeks. She was happy as they both swayed harmoniously, looking at the most handsome man in the world, hugging her.

"Do hmm haa hoo heemmmi hoo?" She mumbled while her hands brushed her teeth.

"We don't. But if we had one what would you think it'd be?" Alex mused, turning to her. He already knew what she meant despite it being inaudible. She spat the contents of her mouth and finished brushing her teeth before turning to him, all while still under his warm embrace.

"Have you heard of Way Back into Love?" she asked, Alex's reaction was a very wholesome smile.

"Like from that movie? Yeah." he chuckled, minty breath traveled to her nostrils.

"All I want to do is find a way back into love…" she sang softly, her singing voice made Alex smile.

"I can't make it through without a way back into love…" Alex sang or more specifically, said the words near the tune. Samantha giggled as they swayed to their little song.

"And if I open my heart again

I guess I'm hoping you'll be there for me in the end" They sang together, Samantha doing it in tune while Alex sounded like he's narrating the song. They both were spinning around on the small area in front of the sink, enjoying the moments that they were together once again. Samantha wishing that she'll never get separated from Alex ever again.

Small Detective Asks: Pierre Lin

1. What's their name and how do they look?

Pierre Lin. (My favorite PicCrew). He is over six-feet with an athletic, muscular build. He’s of E. Asian Descent (mainly Vietnamese). He’s often well dressed but in a simple yet stylish manner. His hair though cut short is a little long up top, so it falls in his eyes (though it starts the day perfectly styled!) His expression is serious but not harsh. He’s been known to shoot smiles and fond expressions, yes even in the work place.

2. Why did they join the police?

He joined for the structure and the rules. It is funny because he does have a lowkey impulsive streak and occasionally isn’t as by the book as he first comes off (he kept his coffee cup in the autopsy room scene; what a rebel! Whatever, it was cold). But overall, he’s a bit of that boy scoutTM stereotype. 

3. How did they get the promotion to detective and what do they think about it?

I honestly cannot remember but, surprisingly, he didn’t want it.

4. Can they handle blood/gore?

Yesssss …. Ish? He’s squeamish but he’ll breathe in / out through his mouth and do what he needs to do. 

5. How are they with people?

He’s pretty good with people. As I listed on his summary/stat page, his strongest stat is his friendliness. He is also strongly a team player. I see Pierre’s approach to be very sympathetic. It’s bleeding heart but make it reserved. He wants to do the Right Thing. This is in the general sense. Specifically, in relationships, making friends -- he’s also reserved. He has teasing humor that peaks out and he tries to be easy but he’s no pushover. He prefers a peacekeeping / making diplomatic approach but if you’ve crossed a line he’s not quick to make allowances (ie, his current strain with Rebecca though they started strongly. They’re working on it.) He can be a little impatient with people who exasperate him and he CAN get exasperated (Douglas, Mason and Ava have learned this, lol. And Bobby knows this well :-|)

In short: Pierre is tender-hearted but firm. 

He has his awkward moments too but I’m going to stop rambling.

6. What's their relationship to Bobby?

I answered this here but: Fuc. THAT. BITCH. Bobby pushes his buttons far more than he wishes he would. They were exes. Mistakes were made. Pierre regrets them.

7. Who is their Love Interest and why?

Copying from the last time I answered this: 

~~uwu~~ Felix~~~ Ahem. Because Felix gets under his skin in the best of ways. I wanted to do a tol vs smol. And thought it’d be funny to have someone more by the book, fumbling with F. Felix is the best thing since sliced bread in Pierre’s book. They balance each other yet are both naturally warm people who want the best for others. And each other. They are my sunshine, soft ship. It is so delightful to read. Especially, as Pierre is more – he wants to take things slowly. Even though Felix is ready to GO. The care. The respect. The affection Felix gives him? Ugh. It’s just what someone whose ex was Bobby needs. It’s what Pierre deserves. And likewise Pierre is a warm, teasing, steady presence that I feel is good for Felix. BALANCE~~~@@!!!!

I will add to this and say that they are going to kill me in book three. I just know it. I think it continuously surprises Pierre how into him Felix is. And I think it surprises him how into Felix he is, or more -- how good and just supportive and delightful it can be. (Did I mention that Bobby fucked him up?) 

8. What's their relationship with their mom like? How did it change?

They were so strong. They were close. I think he was probably her golden boy and I think he -- did his best to understand why she wasn’t there.  I think he admired that she did important shit. But finding out what it was, HOW MUCH she’d been lying / what she’d been lying about gave them a hit. I think some of it is misplaced anger and other of it is -- or maybe not so much misplaced but it’s easiest to put a lot of it on her (which isn’t fair). But a lot of it is genuinely … disappointment. Maybe she couldn’t tell him but she could’ve better prepared him. The trust is broken. But it’s slowly repairing, I think. He loves her. She’s his mom. But they didn’t end where they started -- and they’re definitely not back to that place yet. 

9. What do they think of the supernatural?

I’m trying to remember -- but he’s sort of taking it as it comes. He’s the sort to take things as presented. So he’s cautious but isn’t like …. Argh! Hateful or fearful. Really, for him, it’s like well fuck -- more people to take care of. LMAO. 

10. How well did they handle the reveal that the supernatural exists?

I honestly don’t remember. It was months ago. But I think pretty okay. He was confused. And I can see Pierre having some trepidation but I think overall he was okay, definitely some restless nights overthinking things. 

11. Do they have any tattoos/ piercings?

He has two tattoos. I haven’t decided what yet. One on his right ankle and other on his upper left arm. (Probably.)

12. What is their highest (professional) stat and why?

People/Psychology (it really jumps like a good almost 15 percent by the end of book two). Softe. I honestly would not be surprised if he took a psychology class 

13. What's their opinion of the Mayor?

He is the mayor. That is pretty much it. At the end of the day, he’ll be afforded the professionalism that the position affords him. 

14. Do they get along with Tina and Verda?

Yes. If I recall correctly, he leans a little closer to Verda - even though it was a slow start. But he’s also fond of Tina and respects her. How can one not be?

15. What do they think of Unit Bravo? How has that changed throughout the story?

As a whole? Yes. It’s definitely gotten more positive. It’s gotten warmer -- in particular to Ava. He didn’t … I don’t think Ava disliked him but she clearly wasn’t happy. But they were both fairly neutral. Mason gets on his nerves less lmao. There’s an increased fondness and definitely a better appreciation. And with time comes learning / understanding. I think he’s a lot more fond of Ava and Mason than he realizes, as well as being part of the team as a whole. He was always open to working together but it’s like less I am working with these agents and more these are this team (less as in he’s in charge and more, these are his people.) I’m honestly excited to play the SPOILER investigation in book three with the history earned from books one and two. 

He’s always liked Nat. Felix still has him fucked up, lmao. 

16. Do they have any pets?

No. And he’ll say he doesn’t want one. But there’s this fat ass cat in his apartment. Pierre isn’t helping (or maybe he’s helping the right amount.) They’re friends. It legit downs his day when Mr. Sylvester doesn’t come to visit him during the weekends. 

17. What are their hobbies?

He enjoys reading. He also likes repairing older books. Nothing big or fancy. But it’s something he does for friends (what friends?? Just him and Verda and Eric being nerds). Mostly textbooks but also paperbacks and hardcovers for novels. It’s mostly rebinding but he’s learning about embossing and recovering and etc. Because he’s a nerd. 

He sometimes visits the local hospital and takes the kids toys to repaint. He’s not a hard repair person. But if it requires fine work, he’s got really steady hands. 

18. What do they think of Douglas?

He tries not to think of Douglas. He does wish he could focus more on his work. And will continue discipline him, take that phone away, in hopes that SOMETHING sticks. He thinks he’s a little punk

19. What does their apartment look like?

A Grandma’s cottage, apparently. It’s a cosy aesthetic. He probably definitely has a worn lazy-e-boy and nice, fluffy carpets. It’s warm colors and rich fabrics. It does lean less single-man-in-his-thirties and older-woman-with-fifty-cats. But. At heart, isn’t he just? 

20. What is their personality?

Stats here.

Boy Scout. Pierre is solid, dependable, organized. He is more work than play. He is reserved -- and sometimes almost reticent but not quite. The fact that he’s just so stolid and comfortable sort of distracts from that. It is almost strange how comfortable he is because he is slow to warm to people, but he’s so genuine, so polite/nice that once you get to know him, it’s hard to remember a time where you felt approaching might’ve been rebuffed. He’s definitely the guy you want to comfort families. Because he’s sympathetic and he says the right things and because he doesn’t take pride in it.

Pierre is the sort of person who does what he has to do . He’ll tell the family that their loved ones died (though he wishes moments like this didn’t exist). He’ll grit his teeth and swallow down discomfort to give victims the respect of his assessment, to hear what the ME is saying, and take the information needed to do his jump. 

Pierre has lowkey levels of ‘fuck around and find out’ though. He isn’t a pushover, isn’t easy to forgive, and even his loved ones can take a hit -- he’s open to forgiveness but it’s slowly given and opportunities to earn it aren’t always easy. As I said earlier, he’s tender-hearted but firm. 

One of the things I like about Pierre though, other than he takes things as they come (which can be both good and bad), is him and emotions. He definitely lets himself feel them in the pace that he feels he needs to (not to say things don’t get away from him, or that people haven’t taken advantage of them - Bobby -they have and he’s been in some bad situations because of them). He’s an overthinker. He’s also a little mischievous with a teasing humor. He’s a teensy bit off kilter but it’s hard to miss because he Does The Right Thing and he’s seemingly Broad Shouldered and Straight Backed At All Times, but he isn’t. It’s part of what I love about him and Felix. He gets to indulge in being a teensy rebellious and then not turn around and feel bad about it later.

21. Their favourite/comfort food?

Rice. It’s a staple for a reason. Less a comfort and more a food he enjoys: Beef teriyaki. When it’s on a skewer? Let’s just say he has to be mindful of his self control. Ends up with enough sticks to build a small log cabin. 

22. Do they go to the bar or stay at the station?

He stayed at the station. He’s a homebody, a bit. So going out wasn’t his ideal. He also had work to do.

23. Their gender/sexuality?

He/him and he associates with his designation at birth (so cis male). He’s bisexual. 

24. How did they handle the fight with Murphy? Did they get bitten?

If I remember right, he did pretty well (I mean he ended up bleeding so, like. BUT CONSIDERING!). Murphy got captured but he did get bitten. 

25. What do they usually wear? Has that changed?

He goes from Modern to stylish/professional if I remember correctly.

As a kid Agapito loved and admired his parents, remembering the times where they could actually be there for him, teaching about business, how to cook Mexican dishes, and listening to them rant about how well their family has it now

Raising him to be a successor to their company, creating expectations and pushing Agapito in the path of CEO, forcing him into elitist schools to which he didn’t fit in starting around 12 years old, while Javier was 7 and was given a easy path without much stress

It wasn’t until highschool, Agapitos parents started becoming more and more busy, not being able to take care of them anymore his parents assigned their grandmother to take care of them, it shattered Agapito and he held a grudge against his grandmother for it

Throughout highschool Agapito slowly stopped attending, ultimately dropping out feeling as if he was just pushed aside by his parents for work. Spending his time exploring the city and hanging out with certain people until Javier could join him, developing drug addictions that Javier detached from with help of his grandmother

Family ties between Him and Javier were cut when Agapito learned he was appointed CEO of a part of the family business, something that his parents claimed only he could do. Cutting ties between his parents as well, feeling betrayed and unwanted so he made his own life within illegal jobs that pay well, slowly growing into power

Traits: Quick tempered, observant, great cook, charismatic and secretive

Weaknesses: Cats, sports, addiction

Yandere traits: Controlling, Sadistic

You seem to be everywhere he is, intriguing yet minding your own business as you walk down the sidewalk blasting music through your headphones to cover over the sound of the cars passing by. It’s strange to see someone so relaxed in such a dangerous part of town, so innocent even if you live here. Seeing you jam out a bit when you think no ones looking, a sweet smile tugging at your lips from time to time, He could never allow something so rarely sweet be harmed

a new slur

I'm actually a somewhat notable blogger in the non-canon sphere, but because I'm also an otherkin, I dont necessarily feel comfortable talking about this completely here, as the person I'm known as. I've noticed that there are a lot of people who doubt that non-canon urls are actually people, and even some who doubt that we face oppression. And I think that in part that's because we dont have a slur to point to. I mean, we experience things that are just as bad, if not worse, as the things that canon urls face, but we dont really have a slur to point to. And that's where my idea comes in. I believe that because, once we're found out to be non-canon, people usually call us piccrews and imply that we always comment on posts, we actually do have a slur to point to. PICCREWS. That's basically what they're calling us. And because I firmly believe that slurs should be reclaimed, and only by those affected by the slur(noncanon), I think we should all start to reclaim this slur. People who want to think they're "allies" to the non community should take heed: Dont you dare fucking use the word piccrew. (Unless you're a piccrew kin, which I think is a whole different set of oppressions, and also if you are, we should be friends! Hi!).

To the non-canon url community: in order to make people see that we're in fact oppressed, I think it's important that we make it clear that piccrew is a slur, and something we're reclaiming. No one else, (save kins) should be allowed to use this term to hurt us. We're reclaiming it, and people who use it are actively participating in the oppression that keeps us marginalized. They are the oppressive upper class.

Basically: Here's a new slur that applies to us, and that people have been throwing around and claiming isn't a slur, and here's us reclaiming it and making it clear that anyone who calls us this, who has a canon url, is in fact an oppressor and has to check their url privilege.

Reveille Characters!

I saw someone doing this challenge where they had to make their main characters with this piccrew, and even though I wasn’t tagged, I wanted to try it anyways! These are the main characters for Reveille, as non-spoilery as I can make it.

This is the closest to Alexa I could get, they didn’t have her braids, but! Alexa is 19, and uses she/her pronouns. She works a part time job, and has DID (She’s the host, I may make posts about the others later). She’s an important character to me, and is always doing her best to make others smile, even when she isn’t feeling it herself.

Amil is SUPPOSED to have green eyes. I didn’t notice they weren’t green until... I made this post, so just ignore that. He is 20, uses he/him pronouns, and is best friends from a young age with Autumn. He believes in being kind, and often over extends himself to help others. He works full time, as a manager in fast food.

This is Orion (Sand palace person...)! They are 18, and use they/them pronouns. They don’t work, technically, but participate in fights for money. They’ve never really known safety, but ever since they started living with Amil, they began to feel a bit more safe. They’re a bit jaded, but they have a soft heart, and love the stars.

Autumn is 20, and uses she/her pronouns! She works as a weaver, as she is chronically ill (I’m doing more research on this, but if anyone has something they’d like to see represented/is an expert on the topic, please reach out to me!). Autumn and Amil were the first two to live together, as they’ve been best friends for a long time. She tries her best to match his optimism, even when she’s tired or in pain. She’s happy here, and eventually teaches Sias to weave!

Eve joins the group after Sias, but I thought I’d mention him anyways! He’s 17, and uses he/him pronouns. He’s shy, but a good man. I can’t say too much about him without spoiling too much of the story, but I promise, he’s important!

Sias is our main character! I love him. He’s 18, and uses he/him pronouns. He is blind, and loves colour. He was blinded during the experiments done on him, which inserted technology into his eyes to allow him to see souls (More on that later). He is surprisingly friendly, for a man who didn’t have a lot of human interaction, and loves to sing. He makes birdcalls back at the birds.

Personality

Jayne is an insightful, soft-spoken, reserved, passionate, and mysterious young women who is described as an “old-soul”. Jayne is guided by her deep set of personal values. Her personal values are intensely idealistic and aide in her to clearly imagine a happier and more perfect future for her kingdom.  Though idealistic, she is able to turn her idea into plans and execute the efficiently and effectively.

Though soft-spoken, Jayne has very strong opinions and will fight for what she believes in. She is decisive and strong-willed but will rarely use that energy for personal gain.

Because she is a reserved introverted, “old soul” she finds it challenging to be social. However, Jayne does find it easy to make connections with others as a result of her being to speak in a warm, sensitive language, rather than with pure logic and fact (like her parents).

As a result of Jayne being very insightful, she can a particular knack for see beyond others’ disguises and is able to interpret others’ intentions quickly. Nonetheless, Jayne still values and needs time alone to decompress and recharge, and not to become too alarmed when they suddenly withdraw (sometime for a few days).  

Romance seems to be something Jayne struggles with as she is not very social, and her mother has a huge distrust for men. If she were to enter a relationship, to find someone with whom they truly connect too. Jayne is a very sensitive person which is her greatest weakness. She is highly vulnerable to criticism and conflict. Her unstable emotions frequently conflict with her magic, parents, and friendships. She dislikes her motives being questioned.

Appearance

Jayne is and 17-year-old girl with a slender curvy body. She is short with brown skin and brown- greenish eyes.  She is often seen wearing her set of armor (due to her mother). When she is not in her armor she prefers to be in comfortable clothing. She wears he Ombre hair in in a slick down style with a braid (the braid being an ode to her mother). Her hair is naturally curly and prefers to wear it in a messy or neat bun or curly.

Jayne is beautiful and is considered to be so (unknown to her) due to may fearing her parents. She is called the mysterious beauty by many people.

Biography

Jayne was abandoned and cursed when she was three months old. She was cursed with the inducement curse, causing her to be emotionally unstable. The full affect her curse is set to take place on her eighteenth birthday. The curse will activate her full abilities letting out darkness and chaos, resulting in the destruction of the world. She was found by Charlotte Roselei shortly after Yami had saved her from her curse.

Charlotte raised Jayne in secret only allowing Sol, Yami, and Julius to know that she is her daughter.As a result of Yami respecting Charlotte he been there to help and assist Charlotte with Jayne aide in keeping her hidden. 

Relationships

Charlotte Roselei

Although Charlotte is her adoptive mother, Jayne sees her as her only mother, often addressing her at “mama” or mother. Their relationship is often filled with conflict under the surface of course, especially since Jayne usually avoids conflict. As a result of this, Jayne desires to separate herself from her mother, when she is fully an adult. Because Charlotte is logical she is not very sensitive to Jayne’s emotions. Charlotte often shows Jayne tough love which feels critical and cold to her. Jayne does not share the values as her mother and often rejects them.

Jayne admires her mother’s strength and intelligent. One of her favorite qualities of her mother’s is her stubbornness which she seems to have as well. Jayne dislike her mother’s ability to be honest. She feels that if her mother would be honest a lot her problems would be solved.

For example, she was honest about her emotions she would be able to understand her daughter more. If she were to be honest about her emotions about Yami she would be able to express, her love and gratitude to him for helping with her curse and helping to raise Jayne.

Jayne wants her mother to be happy and believes that once Yami and her get together they can be a family. Jayne enjoys quite moments with her mother, especially in their garden. Though they don’t share many things in common, they both care deeply for one another and are extremely loyal to one another. Although see may not see or realize it Charlotte has been working tirelessly with Yami’s help to find a cure to Jayne’s curse.

Yami

Yami has taken Jayne under his wing and seeing her as his own even allowing her to call him “pops” or “papa” in public. People do not question this due to their fear of Yami. Many speculate it may be due to some type of mentorship between the too. Although he is the exact opposite of her, Jayne cares very deeply for Yami.

Yami is playful, patient and open-minded when it comes to her.

As a result of Yami’s personality he is open and accepting and wants Jayne to everything possible to give them the best chance of learning what they need to know to live in the world. Yami tends not to set hard boundaries for Jayne because he wants her to be able to explore and make mistakes and choose a better way the next time.

Even though his parenting style is less structured than Charlotte’s, Yami has the ability to discipline Jayne if and when needed.

Jayne and Yami conflict seem to steam from his lack of emotional engagement. Yami likes to bond through physical activities which sometimes uninterests Jayne. Just like her mother she would love if her father would engage emotionally with her.

She admires her father’s strength and willingness to accept and treat people equally.Jayne is aware that Yami knows of her mother’s affections towards him and is very annoyed of the cat and mouse game he is playing in attempts for her to openly admit her feelings.Jayne is able to understand inability to share his emotions but still loves him anyways.

Sol

Jayne love her aunt sol. Jayne is able to connect emotionally with her. Jayne always has fun with her aunt anytime she’s around. Sol inspires Jayne to take chances that she normally wouldn’t take. Sol often help give Jayne a little more freedom when it comes to Charlotte.

Julius

Jayne loves her uncle Julius. Their personalities are very similar.  They spend long hours talking and laughing together because their ways of thinking are similar. Jayne takes an interest in his hobby of magic discovers and is happy to see he is interested in her magic abilities. However, they differ socially as Julius is more extroverted and Jayne is not.

Noelle

Noelle and Jayne are best friends despite that not always being the case. They did not get along due to their conflicting personalities. They both bond over their lack of ability to control their magic and the relationships they share with their families. They also bond over feeling like outcast and their crushes.

Asta

Jayne finds Asta to be amusing and hardworking. She values their friendship and hopes that he and Noelle end up together. She admires his hard work and dedication despite his lack of magic.

Zora

Zora at first believes that Jayne is stuck up due to her appearance and decided to take her down a peg. However, when speaking to her he realizes that she is the opposite. They fall in love quickly. Their relationship is intense and electrifying. Jayne highly disagrees with his values and treatment of people who do and don’t abuse magic. She does not entirely write him off as a villain like most. She tries to advise and encourage him to take another solution/route.

Their personalities lead to many of their arguments along with the high disapproval of him from Jayne’s mother.

Background:

Natsumi was born in the Mist, surrounded by water and expected to be a user of water like everyone else. However, as she grew older and began to mold chakra, it became clear that she could not shape water the way her peers could. Instead, her chakra affinity was Fire.

This made her an instant outsider and she was forced to fend for herself from an early age. Classmates, teachers, village leaders, and even her own family ostracized her. Almost no one wanted to train her, be on her team, or do anything with her, and more than a few said she should be kicked out of the village entirely. 

One of the few people to take pity on her was Mei Terumi, the future Mizukage. It’s thanks to Mei’s encouragement and influence that Natsumi was allowed to graduate and become a ninja. As a result, while Natsumi isn’t thrilled with the village as a whole, she is extremely loyal to Mei.

Natsumi’s currently the top Fire user in the village and one of their best taijutsu fighters, and is frequently used as a secret weapon in missions where confrontation is guaranteed. (After all, few expect a ninja with a Kiri headband to default to Fire)

Other fun stuff:

Natsumi has been living on her own ever since she entered the Academy. As a result, she’s very self-reliant and doesn’t like to turn to others for help.

She grows her own herbs in her windowsill and catches her own fish. Once she buys a house, she starts a full vegetable garden in her yard. 

Gardening and cooking are her main hobbies. She also likes to read.

Her favorite food is roasted peppers, especially if they’re peppers she’s grown herself. Her least favorite food is pork - she thinks it tastes dirty.

She's very skilled with first aid. No medical ninjutsu though.

Her summon is a mantis shrimp named Niji, since mantis shrimp are one of the few ocean species that can use Fire chakra.

She’s not very good at kenjutsu despite living in Kiri, but she’s working on it.

Her love interest is Chojuro. He had a crush on her for years, ever since Mei introduced them, but it took him a long time to be able to actually talk to her. (Which Mei “helped” with by putting them on missions together until he got over his nerves)
