masterlist characters: malleus, leona (platonic), falena (platonic) genre: fluff contains: cuddly malleus <33, my version of falena :D, timeskip summary: as the school year draws to a close, malleus finds himself returning to sweep his beloved off their feet. oh, and the kingscholar brothers are there too. notes: vv funky idea :D but it's a cute ship ngl :)) just a short lil fic for the cute lil couple event: [black sheep expansion pack]

oh, how ironic. leona couldn't help but laugh to himself at the thought.

who would have foreseen him, the second-born kingscholar, returning to NRC to witness his little sibling, the third-born kingscholar, graduate and be swept off their feet by the very man he had spent the better half of his school life despising?

falena, on the other hand, seemed delighted at the news of his "baby sibling", as he insisted on calling them, finding love. perhaps it was because he wanted to see them happy after all of what the elders had done. regardless of the reason, he was standing just on the other side of malleus, a bright smile on his face as he pat his back.

leona bet he would be bawling by the time malleus swept them away to briar valley.

"and finally, housewarden of savanaclaw, (name) kingscholar!" crowley suddenly announced, his booming voice catching the attention of the trio in the crowd. falena was the first to stand, excitedly shouting his youngest sibling's name as they walked across the stage.

malleus felt the urge to stand up but held himself back. deep down, he knew if he got up, he would have rushed over to the stage to sweep (name) off their feet. but, he could do that later. right now was (name)'s time to shine.

leona slouched in his seat, averting his eyes from his brother as if trying to distance himself.

(name), upon shaking crowley's hand, waves happily to falena before scurrying to the other side of the stage, standing beside ace. deuce and jack stood behind ace and (name), respectively, their dorm uniforms on full display for the crowd.

despite (name)'s stone-cold face as they stood in front of all to see, the trio could see their tail swaying behind them happily.

"(name)!" falena cheered as the ceremony ended, scooping his younger sibling into his arms.

"falena! put me down!" (name) screeched, kicking their legs wildly. "leo! malleus! get him off me!"

in unison, the two lightly (not so much on leona's part) pushed falena away. malleus' arms replaced falena's as he wrapped them around (name)'s midsection.

"thanks," (name) sighed in relief, seemingly melting in malleus' arms. falena pouted, prompting leona to roll his eyes and slap his brother upside the head.

"congratulations, my dear," malleus hummed softly as the brothers (mainly falena) began to bicker. he pressed his nose against their neck, a light smile gracing his lips as he pressed a kiss against their skin. "i can't wait to see what you do next."

"you have no shame, do you mal?" (name) huffed, nodding up to their brothers. "can't even wait until we get home, huh?"

"mm... not at all," malleus chuckled at (name)'s teasing. he was careful with his horns. they had grown since the last time he had been at NRC. he often risked poking his beloved lion in the head when he nuzzled his face into their neck, but they often argued they didn't mind.

still, malleus' neck strained as he kept his horns away from (name)'s head. he didn't mind, of course. he would endure anything for his beloved.

"gross," leona huffed when he turned back around, eyeing the man burying his face in his sibling's neck. "you're just as bad as falena."

"rude!" falena gasped, slapping his brother's back. "i'm standing right next to you!"

"mhm."

"leona!"

"can we go home now?" (name) sighs, opting to stop an argument before it could begin. "i wanna say bye to everyone before i move."

"don't remind me!" falena whined, shifting his attention to (name). ignoring malleus standing behind them, he lunged forward and did his best to wrap (name) in a hug, tears dramatically falling down his face. "do you have to leave so soon?"

"it would be for the best, falena!" (name) groaned swatting at falena's arm. "i'll leave without going home if you don't get off me!"

"wait, no..."

malleus merely chuckled at the sudden shift, resting his chin on (name)'s shoulder.

he never thought that he would be where he was, his beloved in his arms ready to be swept away to his hometown. he never thought he would find some sort of connection to his high school rival. and yet here he was.

and he wouldn't have it any other way.

Headcanons about Human AU .

Okay so ... I thought about Human Au of SCP Foundation . And I couldn't think about it being :

1 - Normal AU where SCPs are humans and have no powers and etc.

AND 2 - ... the one where SCPs ARE humans . But like they have mental disorders or them being experimented on . You know like some kind of asylum or etc. AND WHY NOT WRITE SOME HEADCANONS ABOUT THIS AU ? Well about my 2nd thought .

And if you like want to imagine like you are in this AU , you are a worker in this asylum . Okay ? Cuz there would not be d-class or etc.

I'll start with - 035 . They are around 25-30 years old , she have killed someone . And he have a phycological disorder plus she's a great manipulator too . They call it charisma . Don't believe this mf .

Btw they are intersex(born with both male and female genitalia .)

About her look - They have a medium brownish red hair , really dark brown eyes and some freckles . Usually 'wears' a smile , but will have sad/angry look on his face depending on the situation .

Can look nice and kind at first . But they want to befriend you so she can get out of asylum . But pretty much really talkative with other patients(SCPs) . And it will annoy some of them .

049 is still calm . But , something in his mind tells him about the pestilence . The disease that he can only get rid of . Yeah , a schizophrenia . He didn't kill his family . He just killed someone . A neighbor to be exact . And tried to operate on them . That is why he's here .

His appearance : less than medium length black hair and yes , amber eye color + some minor scars . (I almost forgot to write his age) Around 29-33 like Mask . Plus he's a doctor . He is . Trust me .

049-j is still 049's lil brother . And he's still strange guy even when he's human . Yeah another disorder , . He have PTSD . He once saw on TV how to perform surgeries , he was 6-7 at that time . And that's the start of his strange medical things . NICE .

He looks like 049 . Short black hair , slightly pale amber eyes . He assure everyone that he's the best doctor ever ... And he killed his ex classmate by beating her throat with a boot . Hmmm where did that come from ? Btw he's 27 years old.

053 is a little girl . She is a worker's daughter . She really wanted to visit her parent job . And that's how she met 682 and others . She calmed him(Atanti aka 682) somehow . And wants to visit her new friends again . But her parent is scared of what might happen to Abby .

Before I start hc about 073 and 076 here's info about them: Cain still tried to kill his brother , because of jealousy . And then he regretted his decisions . Well when Able tried to tell parents , some doctors and police about his brother . Their parents said that maybe Able had something in his mind that is making him hallucinate . Even Cain said that maybe it was someone else and Able was thinking bad about him . After sometime of him convincing to believe him(He was yelling at them to believe him and tried to punch Cain) . You probably know what happened . Boom . Some kind of lunatic with anger issues . So yeah .

073 is still same looking without his metal arms and that mark on his forehead .

076 like I said he's a 'lunatic' with anger issues . He hates people ... But not animals . He thinks that they are better than humans . He especially love sheep and lamb . And he and Cain are 24 years old .

079 is a fricking hacker . He was working at the asylum . But once 106 did escape his room and brutally killed a worker , 079 just laughed at that . Now they're a worker in question . And his mental stability needs to be checked .

They have short split colored hair(black and white) and grey eyes . Has white skin with vitiligo . He's 44 years old .(Srr it's cannon . 079 was originally build in 1978 . So it means he's 44 now.)

About 096 . This poor fella have schizophrenia and they have to wear straight jacket so he won't hurt somebody or himself . They still don't like then people look at them and it's recommended not to look at him(his face) or he'll get frustrated . And probably hurt somebody . So they gave him a mask to wear , it is a relief for them .

He has albino like look . Naturally white hair , greyish blue colored eyes and ofc pale skin . They're around 26-27 years old .

106 is a creepy guy . He say that he was once in WW1 , but he died and was reborn in this new body that looks just like his old self . And he like gruesome things . What did you expect ? That's the 2nd reason he's in here . And he ofc attacked some people , well ... killed . A psychopath indeed . Do I need to say more about what he did ?

Lawrence in his mid 30-40s . He have dark brown hair , white skin , blue eyes with one blind eye . He have some scars and needs to wear straight jacket too . Because he can use anything as a weapon .

173 a creepy sculptor . Well ... Was ones . Now a lunatic at asylum . Usually he'll try to draw something . It ends up messed up and creepy .

A 30 year old guy with blonde short hair and green eyes. And a little bit tan skin with freckles . Usually he shows not a single expression . He's can move fast and prefer to move when no one's looking at him . Just as usual .

682 have naturally long really dark gray hair and golden colored eyes . And white skin . He have some scars . He's 28 years old . He have a little brother and surprisingly he tries and do visit Atanti .

He have hate towards alive things . But he managed to be friends with 079 and Abby . He's aggressive and sometimes he needs to be cuffed/wear straight jacket . Or he'll hurt somebody really badly or worse ... Kill somebody , he is very strong for normal human .

999 is a worker's kid . He just visits his big bro (Atanti/682) . He have tan skin , ginger short fluffy hair and brown eyes . He's 10 years old .

He's really friendly and innocent . He's not used to violence and etc. And he can make people smile , even sad people .

Idk what to write , cuz my motivation at the end of this hc just died .

i love it!!! and he totally would, too; he’d let her paint them whichever colours her sweet lil heart desires. he’d even sit there patiently as she applied cute designs, charms, and stickers, using whichever hand is free to scroll through his phone, make phone calls, or read + annotate the newest research papers and academic literature in his medical field <3 bonus points if he gets to hear her precious little squeals about being Daddy being extra careful! with his actions and fingers, concerned that Daddy’s going to ruin her freshly created designs.

it’s kind of relaxing, actually, watching as she painstakingly works to make art on his wide but short nails, unable to stifle the coos bubbling up in his throat at her adorable little looks of concentration—a scrunched nose and tilted head, the tip of a cute tongue poked out from between pursed lips, eyebrows knit in extreme concentration as her eyes squint with focus—and snapping a few conspicuous photos on his phone as she diligently labours over her tiny masterpieces. the act of sitting with her as she tries out new ideas and creates new designs every other week has become a cherished tradition he readily looks forward to <3

it’s impossible for him to dim the blindingly brilliant smile that breaks his face any time one of his patients, clients, or colleagues comments on them or compliments them, proudly explaining to them that his girlfriend painted them herself and often whipping out his phone to show off some of his favourites of her previous designs. even touya has to admit, the girl has style <3 touya might even have to bully her into doing some designs for him, too—all blues and blacks and silvers, of course.

natsuo also absolutely buys her several nail art kits and specialty tools to help her improve her craft <3 and yes, of course he will always be there for her to practice on <33

1. What is the color of your hairbrush?

I have a wet brush that’s bright blue, but I also have a hairbrush that’s red!

uhhhh...olives, but only when they’re on their own.

3. Are you typical too warm or too cold?

I’m always too cold. always, always, always. my fingers are currently freezing and so are my toes. I think it’s because there’s a loose draft in my room here somewhere, TBH.

roses are red // 45 minutes ago // i was writing poetry // and answering all my asks in a row

i’ve been sending people asks in poetry form and they’ve been responding, LOL -- so there’s been a lot of poetry brain going on!

either a nice dark chocolate bar or a green tea kit kat bar!

I’ve been to a few professional baseball games! gotta get out there and have some mass sports pride. one of these days, my american football team will be good again and I will get those tickets.

either black raspberry (s/o to campus!!) or mint chocolate chip :)

I do! It’s the first “grown-up” wallet I feel like I’ve ever had -- I bought it from camden market last year when I was in london, and it’s a nice pine shade of green and made of cork. unfortunately, because i bought it in london, it also means that it doesn’t hold american currency quite as well, but it’s okay, i make do, LOL!

11. What is the last thing you ate?

my dad made spaghetti bolognese and I ate that with a hecking ton of bread. it was fantastic :)

12. Did you buy any new clothes last weekend?

unfortunately, no :( i can’t remember the last time I bought new clothes. maybe january? february? before the pandemic started.

13. What’s the last sporting event you watched?

I think...I know it was definitely a pats game, and I’m pretty sure we lost, so it’s somewhere along the lines of pats v. ravens, I think

extra buttery, even though it would probably murder me :’)

I have! I went a long time ago, like nine years ago long ago, I think somewhere out west? I slept on an air mattress, went to an outdoor bathroom, all that fun jazz! and the bug bites, LOL.

my mom: so you’ve got the probiotic, the vitamin c and the biotin...

18. Do you regularly attend a place of workship?

I don’t -- my dad used to go to church regularly, but other than that, I’ve never been to church and we’ve never been as a family.

i don’t know how this happened but I literally still have shorts tan from like, august. it is the middle of november, someone tell me how I got here. a couple of years ago, I burnt so badly on a trip to LA I was still seeing the tan months later, LOL. and most of the time, I have some fair flip-flop tan!

chinese, because pizza has the ability to murder me

it it’s a takeout cup, then odds are good i’m drinking it through a straw, but other than that nope :)

white or grey, I think? i have some funky colored ones but i’m trying to change that

i’m having flashbacks to a conversation I had with a friend who laughed at me for going five miles above the speed limit -- yes, I do, but only the allowed five miles above the speed limit and none more

oh, no, you don’t want to ask me that, we’d be here all day...being abandoned, I guess? being left by the people I care about, becoming too attached to people because they can leave and hurt me, spiders, heights, the pandemic, being hated, being alone...my own emotions, sometimes.

my tubby nugget! he smiles at me, and I feel a lil better :)

26. What chore do you hate the most?

i literally could not tell you how much I hate cleaning the grout in our bathroom tile. it is a CHORE.

the hemsworth brothers, but also someone I met abroad who was from perth and had the same name as me, LOL

depends on where I’m hitting, tbh -- if i’m in a hurry, we’re going straight through the drive-thru. but if it’s an event, then we’ll go in! have a fun time. sit for a while and talk.

i’m supposed to be up at 8 am, but I’m usually up anywhere between 9 and 10am. I...need to change that, LOL.

i love both! but I like sunset because I’ve never specifically woken up to see the sunrise, i’ve only seen it out of coincidence because I pulled an all nighter to do work

three, at the moment -- a costco blanket, my college blanket and a five-below blanket

it’s lived-in -- we have a side table that’s always at the risk of a collapsing, a power strip that runs a kettle, microwave and toaster oven (you can never run two of them at once otherwise the strip shuts off), kitchen mats that will never get rid of their crumbs and a healthy, healthy pantry!

44. Do you have a favorite alcoholic drink?

either pink moscato wine or a rekorderlig cider!

i used to a lot, when I was younger! when I got older I stopped finding people to be able to play them with, unfortunately.

silver! (even though I share it with my sister)

no, but I’d definitely like to learn :)

new york or california, honestly. probably california. it’s the place I’ve felt the most free :)

i’ve had a lot of internships but not a lot of jobs, but I’d probably have to say it was the one I had at dunks -- so many funny things and stories came out of it, and now I have enough barista experience to power my coffee shop fics for a lifetime!

· New Found Glory announced a co-headlining tour with Simple Plan, with support from Knuckle Puck. The tour kicks off at Jannus Live! in St. Petersburg, Florida, on May 29 and ends at Stubb’s in Austin, Texas, on June 28.

· Four Year Strong unveiled the video for their new song “Learn to Love the Lie,” the third track from their upcoming fifth studio album, Brain Pain. The song comes soon after the announcement that they would be hitting the road with fellow band Silverstein this spring.

· You Me at Six dropped a new single titled “Our House (The Mess We Made),” through which all of the proceeds will go toward Australian bushfire relief. The last new song we had from the British band was the single “What’s It Like” in August 2019.

· Hayley Williams of Paramore dropped a raw footage lyric video for “Simmer,” her first single off her upcoming solo release Petals for Armor. The singer originally released the song in early January with a darker official music video.

· Asking Alexandria unleashed a brand new song titled “They Don’t Want What We Want (And They Don’t Care).” The band first teased the song on February 11 on their Twitter account.

· My Chemical Romance announced another show at the Eden Project in Cornwall, UK, scheduled for June 16. The Eden Sessions made the announcement on February 12 via their Instagram account, ahead of the band’s official announcement.

· In This Moment frontwoman Maria Brink recently covered Billie Eilish and Radiohead during her solo set on the ShipRocked cruise. The festival took place from February 1 to 6 and included sets from Asking Alexandria, Ice Nine Kills, Beartooth and more.

she was seventeen when she met jacob day, captain of the college’s baseball team. their star pitcher. and eventually, her boyfriend. he was older than her, two years. but he was sweet and romantic. at least, at first. jacob day would prove to be the absolute worst thing to ever happen to her.

a few months later, he’d become a junkie, paying other kids to take the athletic drug tests for him and eventually - he got abusive. she stuck around because he had never gotten physical, only verbal. and most days he was still the same boy she thought she’d fallen in love with. most days.

he was twenty the night he died and she was eighteen the night she killed him. he’d laid a hand on her a few weeks prior to that wretched night. they were at a party, not unlike high schoolers their age who think they’re grown when they’re absolutely not. they’d gone up to the second floor of the lake house so she could find a bathroom. he grew irritated with the young girl in the bathroom and laid hands on her once again. only this time, her temper got the best of her. he was drunk, rendered a bit slower and a lot taller than her. she was quick and agile and while she tells herself that she hadn’t meant for him to die. deep down, she knows that she did. he had laid lifeless in a pool of his own blood and she had stared, her own once pristine hands stained with the crimson of the very same blood.

she had acted fast after having realized he was very much dead and washed the blood off of her hands. moments later, she was calling her late uncle’s wife, her lawful aunt and the woman who had taken over the gang her uncle once led. she showed up a while later and the two left the lake house, leaving behind a spotless bathroom and absolutely no evidence of mariana’s crimes.

she took her under her wing, agreed to protect her under the promise of her joining the gang. mariana sat a few hours later, on eliana’s couch with a fresh small tattoo on her ribcage linking her to the gang.

it didn’t take long for the leader and her to actually get to know each other, having not had any solid relationship when her uncle was alive. one year later, eliana named mariana her second in command. of course, no one understood why on earth, a girl who had just barely turned nineteen could be given such a high power. not even mariana herself understood it.

two years later, she rose to the throne following eliana’s death. by then, she had been completely molded by the late leader and had been taught everything she could possibly need. and then some. mariana was trained in combat, gang ties, suppliers and how to keep them happy as well as game plans to ensure that anarchy remain at the top.

the gang loved her, she was an intelligent girl that had lost a lot at a young age. it toughened her up. and the suppliers loved her because... she was never late on a payment.

when mariana became the leader, she shifted blake dietrich’s position to second in command. it only seemed fair, he was her best friend. her partner in crime and the sole person she absolutely trusted with her life as well as secrets. though, they’ve known each other for a lot longer than before she made him her right hand man.

they kept the gang upright together. matter of fact, anarchy had never been better since they were in charge. she was young and pretty, looked anything but what she really was. it gave anarchy the upper hand because everyone else knew exactly who their leader was but did not believe it. she was hidden in plain sight without having to hide at all.

underestimation, often drove her to do better. those who dared to be verbal with their doubts, died. she, herself, was lethal and absolutely ruthless. her middle name, mercedes meaning mercies, was the most ironic thing to have ever happened. she finds it funny and throws it in the faces of others.

she and blake have spent a few months maybe even a year, on the run, after having been walking on eggshells in rosewick. as powerful as a gang can be... it’s only as powerful as its weakest member. and because of a slip up on their end, blake and mariana were compromised. of course, she would rather die than snitch on her own kind - though had they snitched, they probably wouldn’t have had to leave their home. mariana packed her bags and even blake’s before grabbing him and all but dragging him out of rosewick.

they spent some time traveling around the states, living their best lives before mari mentioned the island and now... here they are.

though, with power like mariana’s and blake’s, they’ve fallen under the santoro gang’s radar. they’re being watched with interest, the main goal being that they join them.

Digging Deeper

Thank you to my radiant wonderful friend @alienfuckeronmain for sending me EXACTLY the type of self indulgent wind-down activity I wanted on this otherwise depressing weekend! 1. Do you prefer writing with a black pen or blue pen? I prefer black, but I always feel like I write neater in blue??

2. Would you prefer to live in the country or city? The city, but only if it has breathable air, green infrastructure, and decent public transit. So like... definitely no city in America lmao

3. If you could learn a new skill what would it be? The ability to quickly become fluent in another language! I’ve been struggling with Spanish for literal YEARS and it’s honestly pathetic. My brain is so stuck on English.

4. Do you drink your tea/coffee with sugar? Look pal. If I wanna drink sugar, I’m gonna have a soda, not herb water or bean juice.

5. What was your favorite book as a child? I was OBSESSED with The Wish List, by Eoin Colfer (of Artemis Fowl fame). I remember being so fascinated by how dark it was?? It’s an afterlife adventure, where the main character has to escape purgatory by atoning for her crimes of robbery and fraud and whatever. I had a crush on her, so basically this book made me want to pursue a life of crime, even though it explicitly condemns crime and depicts Hell as a very real and horrible place. I was in like fourth grade and was super morbidly curious about Hell and the possibility of going there! Lol

6. Do you prefer baths or showers? Baths... but only when I’m not actually dirty going in. A bath is leisure, not hygiene.

7. If you could be a mythical creature, which one would you be? 100% fae! I would build my dwelling within a sidhe mound, steal shiny things in the middle of the night, make bastardly little contracts for no reason, and cause harmless mayhem and mischief because mortals really are fools (go off, robin goodfellow!) Also I love mushroom circles and dancing in the moonlight.

8. Paper or electronic books? Paper all the way! I read much more content electronically, but it’s usually in the short story or article format. Books are much better in print, I think.

9. What is your favorite item of clothing? Probably my rust-brown overalls.

10. Do you like your name or would you like to change it? I’ve always hated my name but no alternative has ever stuck, unfortunately. My name is Amy, and I don’t think it fits at all. If I knew I’d never have to correct anyone on it, I’d probably just change it to Amelia?

11. Who is a mentor to you? My little brother! He’s this genius musician, and he has taught me so much about song structure, polyrhythms, guitar technique, production tricks, all kinds of trivia that really deepen my appreciation for music and the LABOR that goes into it.

12. Would you like to be famous and if so, what for? No, never, not for anything. I cherish my anonimity so much, I don’t even put searchable tags on this blog cuz I get an adrenaline spike from anxiety if too many people interact with me. I also just think fame is a fucking hideous construct. I don’t think it’s even slightly cool or desirable.

13. Are you a restless sleeper? No, I’m a fucking log. I can easily sleep for 12 hours straight. Thanks, depression!

14. Do you consider yourself a romantic person? No, actually. I’m very much in love, and it brings me lots of joy to do nice things with and for my partner! But romance feels very difficult for me to connect with. I’m super domestic, like, I love the idea of marriage but not necessarily a wedding, or a moonstruck romance or whatever. Those dramatic gestures feel very awkward for me.

15. Which element best represents you? EARTH. Specifically, like... dirt, or soil.

16. Who do you want to be closer to? I want to be geographically closer to my family. We’re thick as thieves, but we all live like 50 miles apart from each other. I miss my brothers and my parents so much, I feel so incomplete and depressed without them to hang out with, especially since quarantine.

17. Do you miss someone at the moment? See above! Lol

18. Tell us about an early childhood memory. When my little brother was a baby, he had this grey car seat with a folding mechanism which held his legs in place. It made a very satisfying clicking sound when the mechanism moved, AND when it was fully unfolded, it looked a lot like a Klingon battle cruiser. (Or so my five year old brain thought.) So! My older brother and I would take this seat out of the car CONSTANTLY so that we could unfold it and “sing” the Klingon theme music from Star Trek: The Motion Picture while we scooched our car seat battle cruiser across the living room floor, pretending to shoot phasers into the TV or the dining table or whatever else got in our way.

19. What is the strangest thing you have eaten? Gifilte fish, maybe?

20. What are you most thankful for? My family, including my wonderful partner and all the cats in our lives!

21. Do you like spicy food? Yes! But my tolerance for extreme spice decreases every year, unfortunately. So I can’t handle as much heat as I used to, but I do enjoy a good kick.

22. Have you ever met someone famous? Lmaooo I made the regretful decision to PAY FOR a meet&greet with Fall Out Boy in like 2006, which was so fucking awkward and painful, I vowed to never approach that level of lame again.

23. Do you keep a diary or a journal? TONS! I’m an obsessive record keeper. Some years I journal more than others, and I’ve found that it is super difficult to keep up with it while working full time. But it’s absolutely one of my favorite hobbies.

24. Do you prefer to use a pen or pencil? Pen for writing. Pencil for drawing, and math.

25. What is your star sign? Virgo sun, Aquarius moon, Scorpio rising 🙃

26. Do you like your cereal soggy or crunchy? Crunchy! A shallow bath in that milk is key.

27. What would you want your legacy to be? My artwork. I go through these aesthetic phases every year that I become super obsessed with/ focused on, and I’ve always meant to catalogue them in annual art journals, but I’ve NEVER FINISHED ONE! They always get pushed aside by the need to work, and I hate that so much. If I could just take a year off work and backfill all of my missed concepts into completed books, I would be so happy. But I literally have NO WAY to pay for that, absolutely none. I fucking hate capitalism.

28. Do you like reading, what was the last book you read? I love to read, but finishing a whole book has been A STRUGGLE lately! Right now I’m chipping away at Tending Brigid’s Flame, which is a quaint lil devotional for the Celtic fire goddess. Very new agey, like cheesy Wiccan vibes. I love that shit!

29. How do you show someone you love them? Quality time!

30. Do you like ice in your drinks? Only if I have a straw. Ice touching my teeth kinda makes me wince.

31. What are you afraid of? Incompetance, doing a bad job, letting someone down, taking up too much space, being a nussiance, etc

32. What is your favourite scent? Incense! Especially cinnamon, dragon’s blood, and amber.

33. Do you address older people by their name or surname? I always call people, regardless of age, by the name they ask me to use. Sometimes it’s a surname or title, usually it’s a first name. I’ll ask their preference if I’m unsure. But I definitely don’t default toward a surname, that’s weird.

34. If money was not a factor, how would you live your life? COMPLETELY DIFFERENTLY!!!!!! The need for money rules literally every single hour of my entire life, and I hate it so much. I’m naturally nocturnal, but my job requires me to get up super early and sit in a car for 11 hours a day. I wake up at 5am, come home front work at 5pm, spend an hour or two trying to unwind, then go to bed and do it all over again. I hate my life! Really! I never see the stars, I never exercise, I am completely exhausted and burnt out all the time, and I barely get any quality time with my partner. If money were no object, I would sleep til noon or 1, make art and hike all day, ride my bike and stargaze all night, stay up til 4am reading and playing with my cats, and sleep like a baby. My partner and I would cook dinner for each other and watch Star Trek and collaborate on art projects and I would be so happy.

35. Do you prefer swimming in pools or the ocean? Here’s my hierarchy: Private pool > ocean > public pool

36. What would you do if you found £50 on the ground? I’d look around to see if anyone obviously dropped it and try to give it back. If I couldn’t find anyone, I’d exchange it for dollars and deposit that shit into my account!

37. Have you ever seen a shooting star? Of course!! Hundreds!

38. What is the one thing you would want to teach your children? America is evil and needs to be destroyed.

39. If you had to have a tattoo, what would it be and where would you get it? Lmao this is so cute. If you HAD TO HAVE a tattoo! I really wanna finish my damn sleeves, they’re literally 9 years in the making and barely half finished. But I’d also love more art on my legs! I DESPERATELY want Ziltoid in a lacy valentine heart on my thigh.

40. What can you hear now? Our fish tank water bubbling and my fan on full blast.

41. Where do you feel the safest? Home alone, doors locked, windows covered, lights low. I absolutely LOVE to not be seen or perceived in any way.

42. What is the one thing you want to overcome/conquer? My fear of discomfort

43. If you could time travel to another era, which one would you choose? I feel like I’d want to be a teen in the 80’s and an adult in the 90’s. Does time travel work that way?

45. Describe yourself using one word. Defeated

46. What do you regret the most? Convincing myself that math was too hard or boring (or something?) when I was in middle school. I feel like I’m actually a pretty intelligent person who could’ve totally overcome that difficulty and gone on to understand all kinds of patterns and concepts which have eluded me to this day! It’s so frustrating to try and fight that formative self-concept, which now comes naturally but ultimately sabotages me. 💀

47. Last movie you saw? I made my partner watch Troop Beverly Hills, one of my childhood faves. It’s so fun! I love chick flicks so much.

48. Last tv show you watched? Deep Space Nine. Getting through the first season has been harder than expected. It’s actually my favorite Star Trek show?? (Orrrr maybe that’s TNG, ahh! It’s so hard to choose!) But season one is so baffling and awful! Why is there so much space capitalism??! And racism? And war? And drinking alcoholic beverages? #notmystartrek

Frick I’m so bad at recognizing and remembering faces and appearances and I’m trying to put together who is who in your drawings and it’s painful for me. It’s not your art that’s making me confused, it’s my own brain :( Sometimes I have to wait to hear my brother’s voice to know who he is. Sometimes I have to see how my brother’s girlfriend acts when she puts on makeup to know if I recognize her. I kinda have to rely on same hair styles or accessories like jewelry in order to recognize things/people sometimes.

It’s also okay if this is too much to ask, but could the black sheep maybe have accessories that could help keep track of who is who? Maybe the accessories could be the only thing of color besides the text? Ex. Lil lion having a hair band or hair clip that is dark yellow. Lil Al Asim having some kind of body tattoo/ink that’s dark red around their neck area. Things that’ll fit into their character but also the colors being that of their brothers’ dorms? Again, it’s totally okay if this is too much! It’s just hard for me to keep track of things >.<

also i made their hair short! i liked the idea of how leona and (probably) falena have longer hair that (name) cuts it after running away.

so obv they have the same lil beauty mark as azul <33 i also wanna make it clear that they don't all have the same body shape? just used a pose that i use to get a full look at a character's design. so, yes yes, lil octo is on the heavier side.

so they have the unqiue eye shape where i gave them lashes :) ofc because they would have 11/10 lashes like vil :D ++ eye shadow but that's only in colored drawings.

i gave them the hair clip with a lil mirror design to hold back their bangs :DD and a ring because i like to think they would wanna wear lil rings :)

so gonna address their skin color first. i made their skin a bit more gray to mimic how the overblot characters look? i mean, they live on the same floor as the overblot monsters so i feel like it makes sense for their appearance to also be affected by them?

also!! their flame hair is dimmer than idia and ortho's! i thought it'd make sense for it to be like that to mimic a sort of dimmer light? like how they're slowly deteriorating or smth. ++they have an ahoge that i wanna draw in diff poses depending on their emotions >:)

gave them a mask that kinda mimic ink/blot? wanna stick with that motif for them :)

draconia (lil dragon):

so i wanted to keep a close resemblance to malleus? bc i feel like the idea a lot of people have come with where lil draconia doesn't entirely understand that their related despite their very obvious similar appearances.

the main factor i wanted to tell them apart from the others was lil scale like things on their face? idk i just liked the idea while browsing for refs. it was that or!! more branch-like horns?? idk we'll see :)

50. How did you get your biggest scar? lol. ha im embarrassed. buckle up and prepare for story time. it’s kinda gory(?) so don't read if you don't like that stuff!!

Box jumps in high school (we had a proper actual gym with weights and machines and stuff). I took my glasses off (idk why I decided to workout in glasses instead of contacts?) bc they kept sliding down every time I jumped. Mind you my prescription is like -5.50 and I have astigmatism so my depth perception is like non-existent without some sort of corrective lenses. But my half blind, non depth perceiving ass was like eh how bad can it be? Well it was VERY bad!! I completely misjudged how high I needed to jump (the box was on the highest side) and basically slammed my shin against the edge of the box (its wooden and very solid!!) and the weight of the rest of my body plus gravity caused my shin to dig and scrape against the edge of the box v deep on the way down. Idk if it was bone or what but there was definitely something flat and whitish in the deepest part?? Nothing broken luckily, but it hurt like a bitch. Found a first aid kit and bandaged myself up and limped around the whole day. Years later, there's still a longish scar and it’s indented along it.

I also have a fading but quite large scar from road burn when my friend decided it would be funny to push me super fast just out of the blue while I was sitting on a skateboard and not stop me when I started teetering. I was wearing shorts and basically scraped my thigh and part of my butt against concrete. It was painful as fuck and didnt heal for a long time bc it was such a large surface area. I was P I S S E D.

not any more :( but growing up I had a corgi mix named Lulu. She was dope. Fun lil origin story about her: my mom missed the majority of my first birthday becuase she had to stay late at work becuase her coworker’s dog was having puppies and had to leave early. My mom was like “Angela if I’m gonna be late for my kids birthday celebration can I at least get first pick of the puppies?” So when the puppies were finally able to go to different homes, my mom sat little one year old me in their pen to let me pick the one we’d take home. Something drew me to the runt of the litter (maybe it was the fact that she didn’t straight up attack me like her brothers and sisters) and she lived a happy 16 and a half years with us.

Not really. I’m 19, barely an adult, so kids aren’t in my plans right now. I’m not sure if they’ll ever be in my plans. But if I do decide I want children one day, I would want to have more than one because I am an only child and I wouldn’t want that for my kid. It gets lonely and I will never know or understand the bond that siblings have. Also I’d want adopt and foster some kids.

Nope unless you count a chapel in Vegas as a church wedding.
