If you see articles and tweets about how the Star of David is now a symbol of fascism and think to yourself "maybe they have a point," then whatever you define as your antizionism has absolutely crossed the line into antisemitism

The Star of David is one of the most important symbols in Judaism. The fact that it is on the flag of Israel does not make it fascist. The government of Israel is separate from the symbol. Labeling such a widely used symbol by a marginalized people as fascist is incredibly dangerous and seeks to conflate Jews as a whole with the Israeli government- something antizionists continually claim people shouldn't do. So why are some doing it?

High control groups slowly ease you into believing nonsensical things. They provide "reasoning" and "logic" which goes largely unchallenged within echo chambers. People in these echo chambers are prone to believing it because they start to see it as real logic instead of bigoted, twisted reasoning. Even otherwise intelligent people can fall for their prejudices as they begin to view it as a form of justice

It is a fantasy that high control group leaders go from 0 to 100 in five minutes or refuse to answer any questions- they are usually much more manipulative

I really wish that more pre-reform/pre-surak fics leaned into cyberpunk instead of going for "shirtless men with spears". Like if I'm being honest, it feels like people sometimes turn vulcans into the "noble savage" trope. Which is, I cannot stress this enough, very weird. You're writing about spacemen and you're somehow managing to be racist against native people. And like. I don't think it's deliberate, and I'm aware that this conception of vulcans has been around for decades and that many people have just kind of picked it up by osmosis, but. Like. It's not great. It is, dare I say, a little bit problematic. It also isn't at all accurate to canon? People just made that up. Because Surak died in the 4th century, just about 2000 years before canon, and do you know what his cause of death was? Radiation poisoning. When they say, "vulcans were extremely violent pre-reform, and nearly wiped themselves out," they don't mean they were having tribal battles on the backs of sehlats or whatever. They mean they were having nuclear warfare.

Rachel: Naomi, probably. Dan eventually becomes a controller in #49 but he lives out of state so he can only do so much damage. Jordan and Sara are out because IMHO you need a driver's license and the ability to carry a gun to be really dangerous in the U.S.

Cassie: Walter. As Cassie's dad he has direct power over her, and unlike Michelle he works from home. He has reason to wander into the barn at any time of day or night, without warning.

Jake: Hard to say between Jean and Steve. Tom's occasionally Jake's guardian (#21), and does have a driver's license (MM4), but he doesn't have formal power over Jake and isn't expected to know Jake's whereabouts. Jean writes, but it's not clear if she does so from home (e.g. novelist) or not (e.g. journalist). Steve being a pediatrician means he's away from the house a lot more, but MDs have enormous amounts of soft power in our society. I'd say that if Jean does her job on a home computer then she's the worst option, but that if she does it out of an office then Steve would be.

Marco: I don't think it gets worse than Eva. Peter becomes non-functional without Eva, neglecting and parentifying Marco. Eva would get by fine without Peter. Eva gets taken to monitor Peter and also fulfill Visser One's creepy mom fetish, whereas Peter being taken would just result in the yeerks doing a catch-and-kill on his scientific advancements before sending "Peter" home to resume life as usual.

As much as I love the thought of Levi having to do the older sibling "Just hand me the controller!" move to Satan and co. when they get stuck in a game, I find the idea of Mammon doing it to him even more hilarious. Especially if Mammon actually figures it all out and does it flawlessly while Levi's gnawing his tail in fury.

Bonus points if Lucifer does that Dad thing to Levi too where he's been stuck on a level for hours, Lucifer watches him play for like .5 seconds, then figures out the puzzle immediately without even understanding the "intimate details" of the game mechanics like any good otaku should.

Do you think it is possible for the other trolls to gaslight Eridan into do the murder for the right cause? E.g. not like the murderstuck in the canon but guiding his murderous direction to align with the purpose, using him as a disposable glass cannon and a cannon fodder to take down enemies? but not easily disposable due to seadweller's physical strength and his fighting skills. Not the optimal way to handle him but given that he needs some presence of others how will this scenario go?
