Dpxdc idea 176
Danny never expected to see Tim drake aka Red Robin ever again. Especially not when he just escaped the Giw covered in wounds and a Y he’d never like to see again.
Tim never thought he’d see Danny again, according to Danny only one of him could ever exist. The same one they were both certain was from a different dimension. They had searched up the justice league and Bruce Wayne from Danny’s bedroom. A dimension Danny couldn’t leave without risk of the GIW causing a war in the realm.
He had only ever met Danny after one of his opponents managed to shove him through a natural portal. He of course managed to modify his weapons to work in the infinite realms. Mortal safe food not to easy to find. It was mere chance he had run into phantom. From there he ended up waiting in Danny’s supposed different dimension until frostbite was free to let them use the infinite map to get him back home.
He really needed to look into the GIW of that was the case. First he had to deal with getting Danny medical attention.
#dpxdc#danny and tim are friends#Tim had been in the realm like two weeks#he had gone through his emergency rations#modified his tech and batarangs#his graving hook could infact touch the ground. just like how he coated his boots#Danny jusy happened to run into him#once the realm claimed Danny. only one Danny. could exist#it’d cause issues otherwise#Danny just wasn’t expecting to see Tim#Tim did his own research#he couldn’t find anything about the Giw#amity info block#once Tim knows it’s an actual organization#well he has a whole organization to expose now#implied vivisection#implied dissection#the map brought Tim back to the exact moment he was pushed through#he didn’t tell anyone he spent weeks there#dpxdc prompt#dpxdc crossover

~(damian’s pov)~
Something had happened… You don’t know what, but…. Something had happened. Something terrible… wrong even…
Drake has been… off? As off as a caffeine addicted tech-head can be… he seems to be on the Bat-Computer more, along with Alfred…
What could Alfred be doing on the computer? You know he helps sometimes with missions when Drake is in missions, but almost every time you went down there to grab more sparring equipment, he was there… Despite your quick glimpses, you couldn’t remember anything concernable.
You only remember seeing a blurry picture of black and white from when you last saw Alfred down there. It infuriates you that you couldn’t remember anything else!
So…. you did something you’d never thought you’d ever do.
.
.
.
Spy on Alfred. You felt ridiculous for doing this, but when he wants to, Alfred can hide things very VERY well…
You could only predict how this would go…
With your background, you can hide your presence well and find out what Alfred is doing
Or
2. Alfred, whose background is quite like yours, finds you very quickly and would possibly beat you to the ground.
You hid behind a far enough stalagcite, with a modified spare staff, and used the magnify function in your mask. You felt foolish for going to such lengths, but you’re worried… Worried about Alfred. About his mental well-being… You are sure you’re the first to notice the change in his behavior. How he is more distant with everyone… How almost zombie-like his reactions are when someone talks to him. How his eyes are glazed over, looking distantly at nothing.
During your worried thoughts, you heard some distant footsteps towards the Bat-Computer.
.
.
.
Ah…. It’s just Drake- oh. Alfred's with him. Finally!
You watched as they both walked to the Bat-Computer, talking about something? It frustrates you that they have their backs to you, but you couldn’t complain… You’re spying on them after all….
Then, you saw Drake click on a folder you’ve never seen, then Alfred types in a passcode. Article after article pops up with pictures of someone you don’t know… notes pop up along with the pictures.
{Last contacted XX/XX/XXX– Through personal phone]

{Last known location– {Hope’s Peak Academy}]
{Last known activity– Entering Class bɘqqɒɿɈ ϱniɘd]
{Hope’s Peak Academy}? Who does Alfred know in {Hope’s Peak}? None of the residents here go to school anymore(you graduated early)….
.
.
.
.
.
?
Nakamura?
You… you- [Name] Nakamura?? You remembered who that is… You remember Alfred introducing you both when you first walked into the manor. How he beamed with pride as if they were his own child. Admittedly, back then, you were a bit jealous about how he introduced you both…
You remember demeaning their existence. How you were the heir, and they a leech. That you were legitimate, that his mother and father loved each other, that they were nothing but the child of a fling(you were then punished by Alfred afterwards and were told that their mothers asked our father to be their donor).
Their importance to father, to the family(you had become jealous that they were normal… so SO normal). You… you remember in attempts to connect, they’d give you lunchboxes… Lunchboxes, you’d admittedly thrown away dramatically(childishly). Origami animals… Trying to draw next to you…
In your grown age(17) you came to regret those actions in your youth. But… you couldn’t bring yourself to face them.
Perhaps from embarrassment? Or were you scared that they’ll turn you away with hatred in their eyes? That your only blood sibling hated you for the past…
.
.
.
!!
You dodge in what you could only describe as a batarang… Ah… caught….
“Young Master Damian….” “Damian.” shit…..

You know, one of my favorite things about Nightwing as opposed to Red Hood is the suit differences. Dick has a whole suit made as a one piece pretty much, high tech, and as much of am independent spirit he would like to present, this suit most definitely gets work done on it in the cave and has some WayneTech in it and what have you. On the other hand, he is as much capable of modifications and engineering his own ad ons and molding windings.
Hood's "armor", can't describe it better, and his makeshift jackets, roster of helmets and masks, are extremely modified DIY stuff. He probably has some hideout with molds and electric circuits pile for all of his little exploding helmets or electrifying suits.
Imagine Jay and Dick in a moment of reprieve after a well-done drug bust or what have you, holed up with a sixpack of beer or whatever you choose, and of all places, it's literally this very hole with Hood's Tech Board where he devises his modifications, and there is a pair heavy duty hiking boots on the table in a middle of some intricate process.
And. And Dick? Of all things, in a moment of tact flown out of the window/too relaxed to register himself, remarks, how it reminds him his time as Robin, because this looks exactly like Bruce's early DIY modified suit pieces.
BAM.
[Loosely inspired by Bruce's sketchbooks and diaries from The Batman movie by Matt Reeves. Bonus points if Dick notices similar notebooks and sketches in pencil da Vinci style in Jason's hideout right on that very table and is mesmerized by them. They remind him of simpler times. He is fond, and he is smiling.
Jason? Now, there is a whirlwind of emotions on his face, right behind Dick's shoulder.]
This is so darling. Something about Dick getting all nostalgic and feeling fondness for times long past is so good. And this being a moment where he looks at Jason and sees some of the best of Bruce from those early days omg - the passion and resilience and tenacity; fortitude for days and Dick is emotions. (ಥ﹏ಥ)
Jason put in the design for Nightwing's iconic finger stripes. They were never a thing before Jaybin took a blue pen to Dick's rough designs and drew them in and Dick adores them 1) because they look good but mostly 2) because Jason
Dick designs and makes Jason something similar to batarangs and wingdings. He sneaks them onto Jason's work table alongside one of Jason's sketchbooks with a cheeky note so that Jason knows that they're called 'little wings' omgggggggggg

𝐁𝐑𝐔𝐂𝐄 𝐖𝐀𝐘𝐍𝐄.
previously found at: batgeance.
Inspired by The Batman (2022), Joker (2019), & specifically the creative works and lores of both Jessie (@jokethur) & Abigail (@banschivs). Based largely on personal interpretation as well as original headcanons. Following a post-flood timeline. Assume divergency & artistic liberties. This interpretation operates under the combined universes of Reeves' and Phillips' films, which is to say that every interaction is explored with the assumption that it's based in the real world. Furthermore, this Bruce's world lacks powers and abilities the way that most Batman iterations and DC worlds revolve around. I'm open to writing with characters with supernatural abilities or superpowers, but those interactions will not exist within Bruce's primary arc.

the aftermath of the flood and falcone's fall. PRESENT DAY. TBD...
IMPORTANT:
i recognize arthur fleck as bruce's canon older brother and true heir to the wayne fortune. joker and the batman are intrinsically connected; one often cannot be found without the other far behind. both are unhealthily obsessive and possessive over each other and any threats to joker OR arthur are subject to the batman AND bruce's ire. do not make the mistake of using joker against the batman; or, if you do, be prepared for the consequences. i'm very attached to abigail and jessie's portrayals and when arthur or his wife nix are referenced in threads or headcanon posts, theirs are the ones i'm talking about.
my bruce is very mentally ill. in the aftermath of the floods and bruce's revelation regarding the very deep well of criminal connections and corruption in relation to the wayne family, he's going through a very huge identity crisis. who is bruce wayne? how does he fit into gotham? can he and the batman fit together? what does this mean for wayne enterprises? these are ongoing struggles for bruce right now.
this interpretation is a younger bruce wayne, a still relatively new batman and detective, and as such the wayne estate is in a sort of limbo right now. this bruce is not the playboy billionaire businessman that most are familiar with. right now he wants nothing to do with his family name and is very much rejecting the idea that he can do much as bruce; he is far more attached to the batman and what that can do for gotham (and himself).
ALT VERSES TBD...

💭 + his gear
𝐍𝐈𝐆𝐇𝐓𝐖𝐈𝐍𝐆 : 𝐓𝐎𝐎𝐋𝐒 𝐎𝐅 𝐓𝐇𝐄 𝐓𝐑𝐀𝐃𝐄
mask :
his mask contains an electronic transmitter / receiver , a communications link that connects to his personal cell phone , the batcave , and various other places ; as well as green ‘ night lenses ’ which magnify the available light five thousand times , thermal / heat sensors , and a self-destruct feature when removed incorrectly . it can also perform chemical analysis of crime scenes when used with a syringe in his glove . he keeps a spare hidden in the lining of his suit , and it attaches via use of ‘ spirit gum ’ .
gauntlets :
there are multiple small compartments hidden around his gloves meant for his various equipment , such as : lock-picks , a knife , wing-dings ( modified mini-batarangs — can work as throwing discs and knives ) , hand-held 100,000-volt taser , electrified glove , smoke pellets , knockout gas , flashing grenades , wrist darts , sonic grenades , and jump lines ( automatic and manual ) .
other items he carries are a portable laser , bolas , traditional explosives for strategic destruction , gps , portable computer , binoculars , audio surveillance equipment , sticky cameras , tracing devices , and night vision goggles .
suit :
his suit is made of a nomex fire-resistant , triple-weave kevlar-lined material ; it is tailored specifically for dick and his crime-fighting style — it is lightweight and flexible , providing complete mobility as well as necessary protection against various weaponry . it is light-sensitive , growing darker , or lighter , depending on the lighting in his environment for easier blending . it is temperature regulated , bulletproof , knife-proof , and electrically insulated . it comes with many gadgets built-in , including : comm transmitter , defibrillator and medical sensors , one-shot 150,000-volt suit taser ( works on command and as a defense system when removed from his body ) , and even a self-destruct feature .
boots :
his boots , like his gauntlets , also carry more of his equipment due to the multiple compartments per boot . located here are flares , a flashlight , a rebreather , gas mask , spare portable computer , spare wing-dings , zip-ties / handcuffs , first aid kit , and other pieces of equipment depending on his needs .
sometimes , dick carries specialized gear for missions , such as a cell phone tracking jammer , signal watch , an electric stun rifle , suction cup climbing gear , etc . , etc .
it’d be an oversight on my part to forget his iconic twin escrima sticks , which are made of a shatterproof polymer ; they release short bursts of electricity like a taser , come with a grapple hook , and can be connected into a staff — as well as many other things . the gauntlet and escrima built-in grappling hook fires a near unbreakable promethium hook and cable , the cable launcher can also be used as a taser by replacing the hook .
when dick is flying solo and has no means of transportation via super-friends or bat-jet , he uses a variety of machinery including ; a boat , motorcycles ( wingcycle ) , a motorized glider , or his car , the nightbird — all of which he’s either built himself , or modified to his liking .
the nightbird : nightwing’s pride and joy .
the vehicle includes many of the same hi-tech extras as the batmobile , in addition to a wayne tech-modified 6,064 cc engine ( 627 bhp at 7,400 rpm ) . many characters have commented that it just looks like a rusted piece of junk due to it’s usual street camouflage , a ‘ muscle car ’ body shell — which is exactly what dick was going for . it has chassis locking clamps for multiple other interchangeable , carbon-fiber over aluminum endoskeleton body shell ‘ disguises ’ ( taxi , station wagon , police cruiser , delivery truck , etc . )
the tires are puncture resistant , the shells are bulletproof , meant to withstand anything up to a 50 cal bullet and absorb the impact as to not ricochet bullets towards innocent bystanders ; each shell is also fire-resistant , and comes with protective windows / windshields that can switch from see-through to opaque for privacy . the car is connected to the batcave and oracle’s systems , and has multiple self-defense features in place , and an auto-pilot .

Fic: New Suits and Old Names
ff.net
Story Synopsis: Tim has doubts about his new name and suit, but his family reassures him.
Day Six of TimDrakeWeek: Alternate Universe / Crossover
Note: This is a Purple Arrow companion piece, which takes place on Lian's world. All you need to know is that Bruce, Barbara, and Tim raise Lian Harper after Roy, Dick, and a bunch of other heroes die. Also, Tim and Barbara are very close in age.
The first time Tim dons the Nightwing costume he feels like a fake, and worse, it makes him miss Dick immensely. There’s a part of him that wants to tear it off immediately, but Barbara is there, as always, with a hug and tears in her eyes. “He would be so proud and elated to see you wearing that suit and using that name.”
Tim shuts his eyes and tries not to let the tears fall. However, before he can respond to Babs, there are two tiny arms snaking around him and a face buried in his thigh. He releases Barbara and bends down to pick up Lian. “Hey there, kiddo.”
Lian hugs his neck as tight as she can. “I miss Uncle Dick, too.” Tim mentally nods, as far as he’s concerned, that settles it. He’s going to retire this suit and name, but then Lian’s little wobbly voice gets stronger. “But it would be so cool to see Nightwing fly again. I really want to see that and Uncle Dick would too. You have to keep it, Uncle Tim.”
Tim shakes his head and he’s about to protest when Bruce emerges from the shadows and places a hand on his shoulder. “She’s right. It suits you.”
Tim takes a deep breath as he sets Lian down, and then he just stares at his little family. He didn’t just choose this name and suit to honor Dick, though that was a part of it. He needs to protect his family in a way that Robin just can’t. Robin is a sidekick, and no matter how downright vicious Tim can be sometimes, he’s just not as effective as Robin. He can no longer be the brightness to Batman’s darkness…not after losing so many of his friends and family. He can no longer stay in the Bat’s shadow. Not if he wants to keep what little family he has left safe.
He gives Lian a tight smile. He hopes that she’ll never know how much her presence both hurts and calms him, because she will always be a reminder of what they’ve all lost, but she is very much the little light that she has always been. “I’ve made some modifications to the suit, but there are a few things I want to add before my first night out as Nightwing.” Tim does his best not to choke on the name. He’s going to have to spend some time later getting used to it. After all, if he freezes every time someone calls him that, then he’s going to be rather ineffective.
Barbara gives him another hug. “There’s something I want to discuss with you all as well.”
Tim tightens the embrace for a second before releasing her. He doesn’t know what he would do without Barbara. They’ve been friends since they were both kids, going to the same school. Even before she knew he was Robin, her friendship was one of the most important ones that he’s ever had. Now that she’s basically their tech support and helps with Lian’s training, Tim knows that he would be lost without her. Losing Dick was a hard blow -- one that Tim still isn’t over -- but losing Babs is unimaginable. Tim’s not sure if he could survive such a loss.
Lian is staring at Babs curiously, which is interesting. There isn’t a lot that goes on in and around the manor that Lian doesn’t know about. She’s a sneaky kid when she wants to be. “What is it, Aunt Barbara?”
Babs takes a hold of Tim’s hand and squeezes it. He’s not sure who the reassurance is for. “I want to take up a name, too. I know that for years now I’ve had no interest in wearing a mask, but I think with the way things have been going, you could use someone else out there. Someone who can stand beside Batman in a way that Nightwing can’t…someone who wears a bit more color and doesn’t scare kids nearly as much.”
Tim’s eyes widen as he just stares at her. He never thought he would see the day when Barbara donned a mask, but if she’s implying what he thinks she’s implying, then he’s all for it. Still, he doesn’t want to pressure her in any way, and she certainly isn’t obligated to keep up the tradition. “I take it you have a name in mind.”
Barbara smiles at him, but she looks uncertain. Tim can tell that she’s aware that he knows what she’s planning, but she still wants his approval. Tim wants to scoff. He has no idea why Babs would think that he would be against it. He nods and gestures for her to continue. Her smile brightens exponentially and, for a moment, Tim is reminded of Dick once again. “I was thinking you could use a Robin.”
Lian jumps up and down excitedly before leaping at Babs and wrapping her in a hug. “That’s perfect! Just think, Batman, Nightwing, and Robin patrolling together again. This is going to be amazing!”
Tim laughs as he ruffles her hair. “Just wait until you’re old enough to join us.”
Lian’s eyes shine with anticipation. “We’ll be a real crime fighting family, then.”
Babs turns to Bruce, who has just been standing off to the side watching them, though Tim can see the amusement in his eyes. “So, what do you think, B?”
Bruce grunts, but they can all see the slight upturn of his lips. “We should get back to Lian’s training, Nightwing. Robin will need to modify her suit.”
That’s all it takes for Lian to jump as high as she possibly can and let out of whoop of delight. “Let’s do this.”
Tim smirks as he leads her to the training mat. “By the way, I’ve got a surprise for you.”
Lian’s eyes widen in excitement and she practically screeches in delight. “What is it? What is it? What is it?”
Tim has to put his hands on her shoulders to calm her, knowing that she’ll just keep asking if he doesn’t. “Well, come on, it’s over on the work table.” She’s out of his grasp and running for the work table before Tim can say another word. He merely shakes his head as he follows at a much more relaxed pace. She’s practically bouncing when he finally stops beside her. Tim picks up one of the devices he has laid out on the table and shows it to her. “Well, you kept your end of the bargain and have finally learned to throw a batarang properly, so I kept mine. I call it a batarang slingshot. Wanna try it out?”
Lian nods enthusiastically as she practically tears it out of his hands. “Yes! How does it work?”
Tim laughs as he starts to show her how to load the batarangs and release them. It can’t be used in the field, but, knowing the two of them, Tim and Lian can probably find some use for it…much to Bruce’s and Barbara’s dismay. Tim laughs as he starts aiming it at the targets he set up earlier. Maybe being Nightwing won’t be so hard, after all, even if it does cause him to miss Dick more than normal.
The End

Batman vs Captain America
This time my point scale has been changed to account not only for every characters tools but how easily accessible they are. I used to just give each character the stuff I thought they would have on them if they were to get into a fight. Now I’m giving each and every piece of equipment a score based off of how easily they can get it if they don’t already have it. Let’s look at Batman for example, he gets a lot of points for his suit and utility belt because he is almost always wearing it and doesn’t need to go looking for it. However his Hellbat armor doesn’t give him the maximum amount of points it could because of how hard it is for Batman to get a hold of in a moments notice. This new variable will also be applied to characters that can very in power based on the circumstances. It’s basically an potential veritable that I’ve added, it’s not measuring a character at their best or even median but measuring them at their most common state and giving them the potential to move up or down. I’m doing Batman vs Captain America again so you can see how this changes the outcome. Enjoy!

Batman
Name: Bruce Wayne
Height: 6′2″
Weight: 210 lbs
Strength: Batman is at the peak human physical conditioning. He however, doesn’t have any inherent superhuman powers; meaning he relies a lot more on he’s athletic prowess. Though he is a peak athlete he has fond ways to make himself stronger, he has been shown before using mechanics underneath his suit that artificially enhance his body to the point of superstrength.
Intelligence: Batman is at peak human mental conditioning. Because of his lack of powers, Batman has to relies on his own scientific knowledge to get him out of sticky situations. Batman is a proficient scientist enabling him to use and modify advanced technologies to his advantage. Batman also possesses a genius-level intellect and being a polymath with knowledge and expertise in countless disciplines is nearly unparalleled by any other character in the DC Universe. Batman is regarded as one of the world’s greatest detectives, if not the world’s greatest crime solver, and one of the most brilliant minds on the planet by many including Superman.
Speed: Although Batman has no superhuman powers, he is at the peak human physical conditioning and is very athletic. Despite this Batman has often used technology in his suit to allow him to move faster then he could, or any non-superhuman could before installing them. This is what allows Batman to almost always evade gunfire and almost never get hit.
Endurance: Batman is very physically and mentally fit causing him to have very impressive durability. Batman has been shown to function under great physical pain and to withstand telepathy and mind control because of this. His mental fitness also results in him eminence willpower, this is seen most when despite having the potential to harm his enemies, Batman’s most defining characteristic is his strong commitment to justice and his reluctance to take a life, this unyielding moral rectitude has earned him the respect of several heroes in the DC Universe, most notably that of Superman and Wonder Woman. Batman’s also has a body armored costume that incorporates a mystery material having the properties of both Kevlar and Nomex. It protects him from gunfire and other significant impacts and it is extremely durable.
Intimidation: Batman’s body armored costume incorporates the imagery of a bat in order to frighten criminals. Batman is an expert in interrogation techniques and often uses extreme methods to extract information from suspects, such as hanging a person over the edge of a building. His intimidating and frightening appearance alone is often all that is needed in getting information from suspects.
Allies: The first ally Batman had in the comics was Commissioner James Gordon, and is Batman’s ally in the Gotham City Police Department. Robin, Batman’s vigilante partner, Alfred Pennyworth, Batman’s butler,, and Barbara Gordon are all reacquiring allies of the Batman. Batman also forms strong bonds or close working relationships with other superheroes, including Justice League members Superman, Green Arrow and Zatanna, as well as members of the Outsiders superhero team. Others such as Jason Bard, Harold, Onyx, and Toyman have all worked for him. However, because I want this fight to be more or less fair they are not allowed to fight side by with him against Captain America but they are allowed to give him information or advise throw the ear piece in Batman’s cowl.
Equipment and Weapons: Batman utilizes a vast airy of high-tech equipment and weapons. Batman’s inexhaustible wealth gives him access to advanced technologies, and as a proficient scientist, he is able to use and modify these technologies to his advantage. The Batmobile, Batboat, Bat-Sub, and Batcycle, among other bat-themed vehicles are staples of Batman’s arsenal along with other gadgets like the bat-computer, bat-scanner, bat-radar, bat-cuffs, bat-pontoons, bat-drinking water dispenser, bat-camera with polarized bat-filter, bat-shark repellent bat-spray, and bat-rope. Batman basically has an unlimited amount of both local and global surveillance, as well as unlimited housed vehicles and equipment for his war on crime back at his subterranean cave command center, called the Batcave. Batman also wears a high tech suit that protects him form damage and gives him enhanced strength and the ability to guild/fly. Batman keeps most of his field equipment in his utility belt. Over the years it has shown to contain an assortment of crime-fighting tools, weapons, and investigative and technological instruments. Different versions of the belt have these items stored in compartments, often as pouches or hard cylinders attached evenly around it. Batman is often depicted as carrying a projectile which shoots a retractable grappling hook attached to a cable. This allows him to attach to distant objects, be propelled into the air, and thus swing from the rooftops of Gotham City. An exception to the range of Batman’s equipment are guns, which he refuses to use on principle, since a gun was used in his parents’ murder. Elements of the utility belt at times include, but are not limited to, the following:
Batarangs: These are customizable throwing weapons, similar to shurikens, and are collapsible so that a large number of them can fit inside of Batman’s utility belt. There are several special varieties of the batarang, aside from the regular type. Explosive batarangs explode once they hit their target. Electric batarangs deliver powerful electric shocks to whatever they come in contact with. These batarangs can incapacitate enemies or overload electronic devices. Remote-controlled batarangs let Batman fully steer the batarang via a remote control. These are used when a straight line of sight isn’t possible. These batarangs have cameras in them so that Batman can see where they are going. Batline/Batrope/Batclaw/Batgrapple: A handheld grappling hook that shoots out a claw-shaped projectile on a retractable high-tensile cord, which grabs onto a surface. Then, this cord pulls Batman to his target. A later boost upgrade launches him high into the air above the target point if he desires (so Batman can glide from there). The hook can also pull down walls, grab enemies and pull them closer, or pull guns straight out of their hands. The hook is secured to the belt magnetically rather than being contained in the belt. It has been portrayed as a portable grappling hook line to be manually thrown onto a higher surface or vantage point for him to climb it to the targeted area. However, in more recent incarnations, his overall grappling gear is composed of a line-launching, gun-like device that shoots the line to pull Batman towards his targeted area or to pull a target towards Batman. Cryptographic sequencer: With this computer-like device, Batman can hack into computer systems, communications frequencies, etc. Bolas: Thrown around the feet of Batman’s enemies to tie them with a composite-nylon cord. Often causes an escaping opponent to trip. With the push of a button in Batman’s glove it can deliver an electric shock. Tracers: Used to track enemies Batman cannot follow closely. They also function as miniature listening devices to listen in on conversations from afar. Sometimes fired from a modified pistol. Smoke pellets: Large amounts of smoke can be deployed by throwing or breaking open these small hardened-gelatin spheroid capsules. Often used to quickly provide cover for Batman’s stealthly exits and entries. The lenses in Batman’s cowl can see perfectly through the smoke. Gas pellets: Similar to smoke pellets, gas pellets are used for incapacitating opponents. Lachrymatory, anesthesia, nerve, and regurgitant agents are deployed by breaking open the capsules. A gas filter in the cowl’s nose-piece allows Batman to be around the gas unharmed. Line launcher: A device that shoots out a steel line in both directions making a zip line, or a tightrope to walk on. Seen in Batman, Batman Returns, Batman: Arkham Asylum, Batman: Arkham City and Batman: Arkham Knight. Tranquilizer gun: This collapsible gun fires darts that are tipped with fast-acting anaesthesia, paralytic agents, or other chemicals/drugs. Glue globules: Small round globules of concentrated adhesive glue. They are used to encase enemies in a sticky substance. The globules can be thrown or fired with a small gun. Seen in Superman/Batman: Public Enemies, Batman: Arkham Origins and in the webseries Gotham Girls. Lock pick: This gadget is used to escape handcuffs and access locked rooms. It is rarely kept in the utility belt, more often in one of Batman’s gloves. Rebreather: This cylindrical device allows Batman to breathe underwater or in low oxygen environments. It is very small and compact so it fits easily into the utility belt. The standard rebreather gives 2.5 hours of oxygen. Laser: A strong miniaturized laser used as a cutting tool. Pellet grenades: These small explosives are often used to knock down walls. Concussion mines: These are powerful timed explosives, used for destroying vehicles or blasting out reinforced concrete walls. Explosive gel: A foamlike substance which can be remotely detonated for an explosion. It is contained in a spray device which also acts as a detonator. Thermite grenades: An incendiary used to burn through obstacles. The fires produced by these grenades are fueled by thermite, and thus are impossible to extinguish and burn at over three times the temperature of molten magma. In Batman: Year One, the thermite charge ignites accidentally and destroys the utility belt. Napalm: This incendiary gel is kept in delicate packets. Once thrown or broken open, the packets release the napalm gel, which sticks to whatever it comes on contact with and instantly ignites. Seen in the film Batman Returns. Taser: Used by Batman to stun his enemies with an electrical shock to temporarily paralyze them. Remote electric charge: This small collapsible gun fires powerful bolts of high current electricity. It is used to incapacitate enemies at long range or overload electronic devices. Seen in the video game Batman: Arkham City and Batman: Arkham Knight. Stun pellets: Emit bright light and loud sound to completely blind and deafen enemies. The effect wears off in a few minutes, however. Batman is unaffected by these due to his cowl’s lenses and sound dampening systems. EMP gun: Used to disable any electrical equipment. Disruptor: Batman’s disruptor can remotely disable firearms and deactivate explosives. Remote claw: Confiscated from Deathstroke, this gadget is used to join two objects and pull them together. It works by firing a projectile out which hooks onto an object. The projectile then launches a rope-attached claw, which attaches to a second object. Once both are connected, they are pulled together. Batman can use this to knock enemies together, slam heavy objects into foes, or string objects up. Seen in the video game Batman: Arkham Origins. Ultrasonic bat beacon: This device emits sonic waves that attract thousands of bats to Batman’s location. The bats swarm around him, creating a diversion, as well as sometimes attacking assailants and reinforcing the idea that Batman is a supernatural entity. It is usually kept in the heel of a boot rather than the utility belt. Seen in Batman: Year One and Batman Begins. Sonic devastator: This small device, when activated, releases high energy sonic waves that can shatter glass and completely incapacitate enemies, making them writhe in agony. It has a range of a few hundred feet. Sound dampening systems built into the cowl leave Batman unaffected. Seen in Batman: The Animated Series and Injustice: Gods Among Us. This device is rarely kept in the utility belt. Rather, it is kept in one of the gloves. Freeze grenades: Based on technology created by Mr. Freeze, these grenades encase anything in their blast radius in a block of ice. They are useful for freezing enemies to incapacitate them, as well as freezing water to create ice platforms to walk on. Seen in the video game Batman: Arkham City and Batman: Arkham Knight. Kryptonite: Batman keeps a chunk of kryptonite (in some stories, a ring with a kryptonite gem) in his belt in a lead lined compartment in order to take down any hostile kryptonians. In the Justice League TV series Batman calls his kryptonite “insurance”, but in some continuities Superman himself gives the kryptonite to him, as a sign of trust.
Skill: Batman is an expert martial artist and hand-to-hand combatant and an expert detective. In fact, Batman is regarded as one of the world’s greatest detectives and being one of the greatest martial artists in the DC Universe. Batman has trained extensively in various martial arts, mastering over 127 different types, making him one of the best hand-to-hand fighters in the DC Universe. Superman describes Batman as “the most dangerous man on Earth”, able to defeat an entire team of superpowered extraterrestrials by himself in order to rescue his imprisoned teammates in Grant Morrison’s first storyline in JLA. His skill as a detective also give him the ability to predict the next move of an opponent. As a polymath, his knowledge and expertise in countless disciplines is nearly unparalleled by any other character in the DC Universe. Among physical and other crime fighting related training, he is also proficient at other types of skills. Some of these include being a licensed pilot (in order to operate the Batplane), as well as being able to operate other types of machinery. In some publications, he underwent some magician training.

Captain America
Name: Steve Rogers
Height: 6′2″
Weight: 220 lbs
Strength: Captain America has no superhuman powers at birth, but through the Super-Soldier Serum and “Vita-Ray” treatment, he is transformed and his strength, endurance, agility, speed, reflexes, durability, and healing are at the zenith of natural human potential. Rogers’ body regularly replenishes the super-soldier serum; it does not wear off. Because of his enhanced physical faculties, Rogers is now at peak human physical condition although his is not considered superhuman in the Marvel Universe. However, the formula enhances all of his metabolic functions and prevents the build-up of fatigue poisons in his muscles, giving him endurance far in excess of an ordinary human being. This accounts for many of his extraordinary feats, including bench pressing 1200 pounds.
Intelligence: The serum also enhanced his mental faculties, this gives him a unique ability to make his shield bounce back to him. A common misconception is that the shield can “magically” return to Captain America. The “superhuman serum” that enhanced Captain America’s physical attributes also improved his cognition, perception, balance, aim, and reflexes—to near genius-level. This allows him to instantly calculate ballistic-physics and predict the probable trajectory of objects in motion. This makes him a perfect shot. He can dodge or deflect bullets with his shield without collateral ricochet to civilians, to calculate where or how the shield will bounce and when it will return to his location, or trip a running person to cause them to fall into a specific position. After his memories are altered to make him believe that he is a Hydra sleeper agent, Rogers uses his precise knowledge of the shield to put Sam Wilson, its current wielder, in a position where he will fail to save a senator from Flag-Smasher by arranging for Wilson to be forced to throw the shield in a manner that Rogers knows from his own experience will miss its target by mere millimetres, as part of his agenda to undermine Sam’s status as Captain America.
Speed: The formula that enhanced all of his metabolic functions and prevents the build-up of fatigue poisons in his muscles, giving him endurance far in excess of an ordinary human being is also the reason he can running a mile in 73 seconds (49 mph/78 kph). It also gave Captain America great agility and reflexes.
Endurance: Captain America is quite tough thanks to the Super-Soldier Serum. Also Captain America’s uniform is made of a fire-retardant material, and he wears a lightweight, bulletproof duralumin scale armor beneath his uniform for added protection.
Weaponry: Captain America’s shield is virtually indestructible under normal conditions; while cosmic and magical or godly opponents have broken the shield, the shield proves strong enough to absorb Hulk’s strength, and repel an attack from Thor’s mystical hammer Mjölnir (fun fact: Captain America is one of the few mortal beings who has been deemed worthy enough to wield Thor’s hammer Mjolnir.) without any visible damage. It is able to absorb all kinetic energy and transfers very little energy from each impact, meaning Captain America does not feel recoil or transferred impact forces from blocking attacks. These physical properties also means the shield can bounce off of most smooth surfaces, ricocheting multiple times with minimal loss in aerodynamic stability or velocity. The shield can also absorb the kinetic impact of a fall, allowing Captain America to land safely even when jumping off of several stories. When without his trademark shield, Captain America sometimes uses other shields made from less durable metals such as steel, or even a photonic energy shield designed to mimic a vibranium matrix. Rogers, having relinquished his regular shield to Barnes, carried a variant of the energy shield which can be used with either arm, and used to either block attacks or as an improvised offensive weapon able to cut through metal with relative ease. Much like his Vibranium shield, the energy shield can be thrown, including ricocheting off multiple surfaces and returning to his hand. As a member of the Avengers, Rogers has an Avengers priority card, which serves as a communications device.Captain America has used a custom specialized motorcycle, modified by the S.H.I.E.L.D. weapons laboratory, as well as a custom-built battle van, constructed by the Wakanda Design Group with the ability to change its color for disguise purposes (red, white and blue), and fitted to store and conceal the custom motorcycle in its rear section with a frame that allows Rogers to launch from the vehicle riding it.
Skill: Rogers’ battle experience and training make him an expert tactician and an excellent field commander, with his teammates frequently deferring to his orders in battle. Thor has stated that Rogers is one of the very few humans he will take orders from and follow “through the gates of Hades”. Rogers’ reflexes and senses are extraordinarily keen. He has blended judo, western boxing, kickboxing, and gymnastics into his own unique fighting style and is a master of multiple martial arts. Years of practice with his near-indestructible shield make him able to aim and throw it with almost unerring accuracy. His skill with his shield is such that he can attack multiple targets in succession with a single throw or even cause a boomerang-like return from a throw to attack an enemy from behind. In canon, he is regarded by other skilled fighters as one of the best hand-to-hand combatants in the Marvel Universe, limited only by his human physique. Although the super-soldier serum is an important part of his strength, Rogers has shown himself still sufficiently capable against stronger opponents, even when the serum has been deactivated reverting him to his pre-Captain America physique. Rogers has vast U.S. military knowledge and is often shown to be familiar with ongoing, classified Defense Department operations. He is an expert in combat strategy, survival, acrobatics, parkour, military strategy, piloting, and demolitions. Despite his high profile as one of the world’s most popular and recognizable superheroes, Rogers has a broad understanding of the espionage community, largely through his ongoing relationship with S.H.I.E.L.D. He is a talented artist, and has worked on the Captain America comic book published in the Marvel universe. Other career fields include commercial arts, teaching high school history, and law enforcement.
WINNER:
Batman takes this one again with with Captain America only having a 36.8% chance of winning. Even with the amendments to my points system Batman is still one amazing fighter.
Next Time:
Maybe a fight with Iron Man.
Let me know who you want to see fight, what are you suggestions?

Dick, Tim and (reluctantly) Damian modified some of their tech to help out. Modified grapnel guns to shoot tinsel Dick decorates the tree from the top down, whilst dangling upside down with a batline. wrapped around his ankle. Large rooms can be decorated with one of the Joker’s old streamer cannons “borrowed” from the Batcave trophy room, with the gunpowder content reduced to 1/4 of the Joker’s amount, and the strangling steel cables carefully removed.
Mr Freeze’s cold gun can be modified into the worlds most effective indoor snowmaker. “If you can aim batarangs and smoke grenades, you can place holly wreaths and baubles.”

Batman: Arkham Asylum Collector’s Edition (PlayStation 3, 2009) PS3 New Sealed
Product Details
Product Information Batman: Arkham Asylum is an original adventure with fast action and large-scale combat sequences, played from a close third-person perspective in a dark, survival horror-styled setting. The game begins as Batman delivers the Joker to Arkham Asylum, Gotham City’s psychiatric hospital for the criminally insane. The villain springs a trap and takes over the institution, with an army of thugs and a host of dangerous inmates to back him up. The twisted plot plays out in a freely explored re-creation of the asylum and surrounding island. In addition to prowling the corridors of Arkham, Batman can explore the outdoor areas, using his equipment to reach high spots and glide safely back down.
Specially suited for the game’s one-against-many melee style, the three-button combat control scheme is intended for free-flowing moves and strings of combo attacks on multiple opponents. Batman also has a belt full of useful gadgets to help even the odds, with x-ray scanners and chemical tracers that let him see through walls and follow invisible tracks. Stealthy prowling gives advantages of positioning and surprise, rewarding the hero’s caution and patience with one-hit takedowns. Experience earned through combat, exploration, and experimentation allow Batman to create better equipment, more finely tuned to the given tasks.
In addition to the Joker and his brilliant aide in evil, Harley Quinn, Batman faces other super-powered asylum patients, including Bane, Killer Croc, and Zsasz. As usual, brains as well as brawn are required to unravel Joker’s insanely inspired scheme. The story for Batman: Arkham Asylum was written by Paul Dini, writer and producer for Batman: The Animated Series and Batman Beyond. Cartoon series regulars Kevin Conroy, Mark Hamill, and Arleen Sorkin perform voice acting. The game was developed by Rocksteady Studios, creator of Eidos’ 2006 first-person shooter Urban Chaos: Riot Response.
The “Collector’s Edition” comes packaged with a 14-inch “Batarang,” a 48-page book featuring notes on Arkham’s many troubled inmates, the Arkham doctor’s journal, a “behind-the-scenes” DVD, a code for a downloadable “Challenge” map, and the exclusive “Crime Alley” map.
