It should be said that my dad is a massive HP fan and introduced me to the series in the first place.

Also @multiphan OF COURSE I have made the DAB joke a thousand times. It never gets old. Your post was a golden opportunity to continue an age old tradition in my family.

It started years ago, when “dabbing” was a popular thing — of course I immediately told my dad about it. Then after that, one time my father and I were drinking together and I got him to do a dab. Except that when he did the dab he said “Me!” instead of saying “Dab!”. It was completely unplanned. I didn’t ask him to do that. And it was fucking hilarious.

Once, in a highschool exam, a maths test asked us to calculate the area of Triangle DAB, and I told my father about it afterwards and he just tapped his temple and said “I’m taking over the word.”

I have done the joke about Dabbing Da grief away. Your honored request has been fulfilled.

Also, my dad is unstoppable. His jokes are endless.
