Honestly nothing is better than char who doesn’t know the genre x genre self aware
YES. YES Exactly. (assuming you are the link click annon. <3)
Lu Guang and how he knows how everything will end, does whatever he can to prevent that ending, wants control over his future so that he can receive the perfect one, all for CXS to be in blissful ignorance.
Tumblr media
Cheng Xiaoshi, in his blissful ignorance, clings to his past with his parents, the warmth they had and the void they left behind, and with that how he attempts to give every person he embodies the perfect past he could never get, how he would try every last possibility to prevent the pain of others, the vicarious pain of himself, yet he cares too much, empathizes too much, so he'll do everything, he'll do too much, and even if he knew the genre like Lu Guang does, he wouldn't change how he acts, I imagine. If anything, it would only encourage him to try harder.
... which is why, I presume, that Lu Guang doesn't tell him.
And I'm not saying everything I could here. THere's sooo many layers to this.
In the way Lu Guang tries to keep every factor under control, every variable attuned and managed with utmost precision so that nothing can possibly go wrong.
In the way Cheng Xiaoshi, unknowing of how this will end, yet in full embodiment of what is, still tries to fix what he does know - the past - tries to prevent that pain in a more... adaptive way, with hyper-observance and empathy and lkjasdfkldsjafklds a
OKay the screenshots explain it better
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
lkjadflkas okay so off the top of my head (I should really consult my notes) Cheng Xioashi wishes to fix other's pasts and give them a good ending in an attempt to partially comfort himself and his own broken past, to show himself - to vicariously experience, - that the joy he lost can be regained, preserved, and with his powers he can make that happen. Surely surely surely.
He is not aware of the genre he's in.
... kfdjajskld I tried writing nice but my brain is loopdelooping right now. My apologies.
Thank you for the ask! THis was fun to answer

hello hello hello noorie
i've heard a lot about heaven's official blessing... what is it? a manhua? a donghua? both? what is it about? it looks cool asf and all the art i've seen on it on my dash looks GORGEOUS <3
HIIIIIIIIIIII CRISTIE!!! <3
Okay so Heaven Official's Blessing started off as a webnovel, I'm reading the first book right now and I find Xie Lian to be such an interesting protagonist (I rarely see a character like him in media tbh), the writing is silly /aff, and overall so far it feels like fun little adventures with loveable characters. (So basically comfort read right now) Although I'm thinking that it might get more... er dramatic later, I'm desperately hoping for Xie Lian flashbacks that give more context to his backstory + what exactly he did and what he thought about it.
I doubt I will be able to get past the third book as of now because of the fruity covers and my homophobic parents but alas
There is a donghua that is an adaptation of the webnovel. I loosely skimmed through the first episode (I want to watch it once I finish the books and since my partner is away for a bit then I can perhaps take a pause on rewatching link click since I usually do it with her.) and it seems to be a pretty beat-for-beat adaptation
AND. THE. ART.
Tumblr media
there's a looott of pretty gifs.
THere's also an audio drama I think.
Okay and Xie LIan as a character is like the 'sad pathetic one' but also incredibly polite and kafaklsdjfkalsdjfkasdfjkasd he's soooo sillyyyyy I love him. AND ALSO the thing where it was like 'when he was younger, he got everything he wanted, so he thinks he can complete his ambitions of helping people without any opposition. That's just how it works.
THEN HE MESSES UP. From then on he tries his best, honestly tries his best to connect with others and earn respect and yet he is so accepting of his situation because he blames and belittles himself, while ALSO being exasperated and upset with what everyone thinks about him.'
I kin.
OKAY THEN HUA CHENG AS A CANNON SHIP WITH XIE LIAN
Tumblr media
Again, while I'm on the first book, the fact that Xie Lian both (a) finds Hua Cheng interesting and easy to talk to because there is mutual respect and it's the first person in so long who doesn't look down on him and (b) starts *admiring his beauty* is SOO FUNNY and like sad and also YAYAY XIE LIAN DESERVES HAPPINESS. HE DID NOTHING BUT TRY HIS BEST.
So yes overall I recommend it! <3

My dear, you are so perfectionistic it's eating you up inside.
My dear, your emotions fluctuate and that is okay, they are not to be managed and controlled, analyzed to tiny pieces, cut up with a knife so they may be 'right'. The more difficult, the icky ones which clog and clump over every available area are not to be scraped away so the remaining edges are raw and bloodied. It is okay, it is okay, little one, to let them remain and let them be. Beasts of sorts. That's what they are, behemoths to be observed from afar
My dear, not every word has to be presentable, not every action and every expression and every day of lazy butterflies must be boxed so a bow of loose glitter may be placed atop. You are allowed to exist. You are not a waste of space. For the stars, black holes, galaxies and colorful nothings fill it, yet the space remains regardless of its wonders. You are not what you can give, nor do you give little. This does not justify your existence because your life does not need justification.
My dear, what is this life if not a collection? Why must you gather all the lights and scatter them across the aesthetic pages of a worn sketchbook and call that worthwhile? Why when it brings you nothing but burnt hands and a sky without its stars. Is there not something poetic within this, icky and almost-disgusting as it may be? Does there need to be poetry in this? Ah, I see you write this down but even so does it need to be in fancy words? Is there not something beautiful in it when you step away for a moment to gaze upon what has amassed?
My dear, this body has emotions and those emotions fluctuate and what is it if not a dance of sorts? Breathe and let yourself rest. It is okay.

It would be SO FRICKING COOL if an author started a stream on youtube or smth, went on ao3, and read some fanfics for their works all audiobook style. Then they wrote a nice comment on each and every one, encouraging those watching to do the same.
It would be so wonderous and I want it to be real.
Alas, perhaps someday

I will be on tumblr less. THis is not my decision. My parents put limits on it. THEREFORE I shall move my writing and thoughts to notion, copy and paste from there.
I can see some tumblr notifications from my email. It would be appreciated if you tag me in reblogs so I can read them, and I can see any asks in my inbox as well. Other than that, given my limited time I will probably interact less. I apologize for that and I do hope you all are doing well!

If I were to make a video analysis about classic Indian cinema and their storytelling structure that NO ONE uses despite it being absolutely GENIUS...
would someone be able to help with specific movies/in general?
Because while I do come from the grand ol lands of South Asia and did grow up with quite a few of those movies... it's been a while. (And I don't know anyone's names other than Shah Rukh Khan sooo)
Any research, recommendations, and other input would be much appreciated!

I need to be known as the person on tumblr with an obscene amount of information... otherwise known as professor lobotomy.
intro post will return soon I promise
My brain can learn things and I get the most fulfillment from explaining them. It is a curse Because I have no real life practical skills despite this. So the obivous answer is ✨monetization✨/hj
SO therefore! ask me these and if I do not know the answer I will learn it and explain it. Featuring metaphors and story-fying ponderings!
🧬cellular biology (I'm most versed on caspases and apoptosis, but everything I forgot I can learn relatively quickly)
👀marketing (I'm most versed on youtube and book marketing)
🌿trees (specifically the mycorrhizal system)
🧠ermm like phycology but not and somewhat absurdism mixed with quantum physics?? If you want an existential crisis ask me the meaning of life basically.
📷link click (I got lots of CXS analysis right now)
🌹the little prince (this might end up being rambles but I have random ponderings about the nature of attachment and how worthwhile the pain that comes with it is. Do with that what you will.)
🧑‍🤝‍🧑how to do character analysis
📖how to write characters and themes + prose if you like fancy purple prose
🌿including questions about the land of the fallen fairies here because why not
🪡I can craft and recommend resources for doll making. Note that I do craft with my heart, as they say, and do not follow precision, rules or regulations.
❓ I have also been told that I am good at giving life advice. (even if my own brain is a mess lol) so there's that. I got coping mechanisms based on character building. do with that as you will.
anywhosies! Professor Lobotomy is here for asks and such!

The general feeling of... not jealousy, almost longing, but more so appreciation because you're a reader, used to reading and loving other's stories, used to being a ghost and being happy with it.
Everyone else has best friends they grew up with. I do not and maybe I never will. Being unable to socialize/initiate friendships on my own does not help. But like... seeing other people with their personalities and interacting with others and living their lives and knowing each other so well.... it's wonderous.
ANd maybe I'll never be able to have an irl conversation that's not difficult (with someone who's not my siblings) and that's okay because I'm used to it, even want it at some points because it makes my self-hatred easier.
But also... hmmm it would be nice if those sorts of things were comfortable... or if I could observe from further away while still being me enough to do such things.
(This is basically just me longing for a QPR and knowing I'm the older, friendly, awkward one in most of my friendships/life in general. I don't like being dissatisfied with things so I'm willing myself not to be but at the same time.... it would be NICE, you know?)

Welcome, non-plant beings, my creatures of night and nonsense, my dear audience, to this weird and wonderous collection of mine.
Tumblr media
I promise you won't be told a story with an answer, with some "here's how I fixed my life & the journey it took to get there" I promise that there won't be a "hope to get better" which makes now feel so stark in contrast. I promise I wont make it seem simple or linear or a sudden "aha moment" to make things suddenly seem clear.
What I promise is a story, to the best of my ability, where there are no weeds to pull. no seeds to plant, no fruits to pick. The garden will grow and die, change & cycle back to the beginning. And through it all, in this moment with the dappled sun reflecting off the dew, the weeds in a thick blanket, forgotten fruit as a feast for the birds - we are wild and it is beautiful, no matter how much they want a cultivated, perfectly trimmed and oh-so-stale-garden.
----
TL;DR - I'm currently in a Link Click hyperfixation, and I my main WIP is the Land of the Fallen Fairies. I also have a biology fanfiction and a teddy bear nightmare warrior story on the side. And I like being asked about character analysis, whether that be my own characters or any character from this list + characters from LInk Click
-----
How the fae/faer/faerself pronouns work
Open to tag games and asks and... literally anything.
Name's Noor/Noorie btw. Closeted genderfluid and aspec (queer platonic/split attraction model... or whatever this is). Pronouns are they/them, it/its and anything fancy.
----
Each of the subsections leads to masterposts for everything! (The intro post got waaayyy tooo long)
The Land of the Fallen Fairies.
A nature-themed commentary on the pursuit of happiness and fixing yourself to deserve that happiness, told by an overthinking, unreliable, houseplant narrator.
Zine
Uquiz
TW: self-hatred, suicidal thoughts, and self-deprecation.
Anuli's story collection.
Anuli's (and my) favorite stories from around tumblr
Jujutsu Kaisen Hyperfixation
As the name suggests, I am hyperfixated. I have also written essays analyzing these characters. Be very afraid. And/or come suffer with me /pos
Also also, for those who don't want to see any JJK smut, this blog should be safe for you! <3 I ship Satosugu but in a... transcend labels, queer platonic flavor sort of way. And I flipflop on itafushi. Either way they are soul mates and transcend labels. Found family dynamics and everlasting friendships/comfort people are peak fiction for me.
Link Click Hyperfixation
They are my everything. They can live in my head rent free foreverrr.
Tumblr's houseplant garden.
Growing a garden of houseplants based off this weird thing called existence, "planted" by others from tumblr.
Fantasy Frog and Toad
A story about two princes cursed to be a frog and toad because they couldn't decide on whether to be self-determined and individualistic, or be traditional and family oriented, because why can't you be both?

I want to hyperfixate on Link Click so bad I feel like I didn't do it right but also JJK was an almost painful hyperfixation and Link Click has given me nothing but joy but also it definetly SHARED my headspace instead of fully taking over. It wasn't constant but... also I got that hyperfixation RIGHT before exams and I don't share my link click hyperfixation with anyone IRL to reinforce it and I don't have a phsyical book to stare at during the night and...
... oh.
Okay.
... I"M STILL GOING TO REWATCH AND HYPERFIXATE SOME MORE! I WANT TO MAKE EDITS AND ANALYSIS SO SOS OSOSOSOSOOS BAD

BIO QUESTIONNNNS
any tips on interpreting pedigrees???
How does fermentation work 😭
whats your favourite organelle??
GL on the exam!!!!
THANKKK YOUUUU FORR THE ASKKK
Pedigrees
Tumblr media
these guys were sooooo puzzling when I first looked at them. But once you get a feel for them, they aren't too bad. (Then they become a fun puzzle and you feel so smart and smug /pos)
Sometimes they'll include the half-shaded shape, sometimes they won't. On my practice exams they don't so I won't include talking about the half-shaded shapes (which are basically like telling you which ones are carriers, when nothing is half shaded then you have to figure this out yourself.)
Okay so first off, I typically look for sex-linked/autosomal traits. If the affected individuals are usually one sex (male typically) then the trait is sex-linked. If there's siblings and only the males (typically) are affected, then again - sex linked. (I wishhh we could learn biology with intersex people included it wouldd bee soo nicceee)
ALSO ALSO, if the mother is affected, then all of their children are affected - no matter what the trait of the male parent is - then I'd think the trait is passed on through mitochondrial DNA. (mitochondrial DNA is sooo coooool I need to reread those pub med articles. But overall, mitochondrial DNA comes from the female parent only because the male parent contributed only Nuclear DNA, the female parent contributed the cytosol and every organelle in it.)
From there, if neither of the above is true, then it's typically autosomal and either a recessive or dominant trait.
If it's autosomal recessive, then typically it will skip generations/ only some offspring will have it. It's just less likely that the recessive trait will appear, bonus points if there's four siblings and one of them is affected. (Not reallllyyy how it works in the real world since genotypes for each child is independent from the other children... but IDK pedigrees on tests and stuff tend to do this.) Also if none of the parents have it but some children are affected, then one or both of the parents are most likely carriers. (and if you can see the parents of the parents, you can typically find out which one).
Dominant ones just... tend to appear more. They don't usually skip generations, and if neither parent is affected, then the children won't be affected. (You can't be a carrier for a dominant allele under most circumstances... not sure if there's exceptions)
Pedigrees take a bit of getting used to, but they are FUN once you get a feel for them. (Tbh our ap bio class is kind of cursed, we went through a few teachers that all quit. Now I'm the honorary teacher of our class and honestly... I just got a feel for them. Practice I suppose? If you remember how different traits are inherited, then you should be good) Good luck with them!
Fermentation
OKay so not going to lie here.... I usually skipped over fermentation because I thought it would be boring. Once I saw this ask, I looked at it and it's... surprisingly not that bad? (At least to me, I'm insane.)
Okie so basically what happens is
~oxygen~ the most important molecule for us, breathe they say, breath is the language of the soul, our almighty oxygen...
... mops up the waste products at the end of the electron transport chain in oxidative phosphorylation (hydrogens) and turns into water.
But, despite how unromantic that sounds... it's super important. Because without our oxygen janitors, we can't do the electron transport chain. The waste products would build up and we'd probably burst into flames or smth (honestly that is what would happen if our cells tried to metabolize glucose all at once)
So cells that do fermentation decide to forgo the whole electron transport chain, best not deal with it.
So all it has is glycolysis. (I call it the carbon do-see-do, whatever that dance thingy is called. I don't know why.) I'll include a picture here of it
Tumblr media
(knowing the names of the intermediate products is probably the hardest part.. I just... don't.)
Basically, add your phosphates to each side, split it in half, add another phosphate (not from ATP this time), Oxidize the heck out of the carbon molecules, then give those electrons to the NAD+, which turn into NADHs (One per half/three carbon molecule.), then you break off your 'caps' of Phosphates and add it to ADPs. ONce you add that extra phosphate, you make the ADPs into ATPs. Four of them total, but because you invested two ATPs, you got two 'new'/net ATPS.
I'll explain a few more concepts because I think I can do better than the textbooks if I do say so myself. (Especially the ones I got for school, mc graw hill ones.... like... ehhhhh it's so weirdly written. The book I read when I was little is called 'the way we work' gorgeous pictures and lots of metaphors, definitely one of the things that got me into biology, and helped me understand it.)
Adenosine triphosphate is basically a kitkat. Lots of energy stored within the last three phosphates on the side. (which slightly repel each other, so there's a lot of pent-up energy stored, which is why it takes all of cellular energy to make these, you have to go against the natural tendencies. The plus is that, like a kit kat, they are easy to break and release a lot of energy)
If you look at biochemistry, signal transduction pathway, transportation across the cell membrane, you use these phosphates (very negatively charged) to power EVERYTHING. Think of using an explosion to power your solar panels so you can make something. Like that. So when you do glycolysis, you're just adding those phosphates onto the ADPs to 'remake the Kitkat'/ put two negatively charged magnets together.
Basically, you're energy harvesting. The electrons hold energy, you take that energy from the glucose to give it to the NADH, your electron carrier.
HOwever, you can't do the electron transport chain. So now what do you do with the energy...
Discard it. You got two ATPs, and without oxygen, that's the best you're going to get. (Compared to around 38 ATPs with oxygen. Helpful little janitor.)
Essentially, you have pyruvate (the 3-carbon molecule you made from splitting glucose in half in glycolysis) and two NADHs that you need to turn back into NAD+ so you can do glycolysis again.
(IDk why I'm using second person now. By 'you' I mean the cell. ANd by the cell I mean I'm personifying, no one really 'wants' anything here. It just... happens.)
To do this, fermenting cells have this little trick, they basically give the electrons back to the pyruvates. Return them from whence they came. (apparently there's a good return policy)
If it's a muscle cell or yogurt or the likes, the NADHs give the energy/elections back to the pyruvate, which turns it into lactic acid.
If it's yeast, the NADHs give the energy/electrons back to one of the intermediate products of glycolysis. (I forget the name). This produces ethanol and CO2
So now you got your NAD+'s back. And you have two ATPs (net, four total). Not the... not the best but it's what you got.
OKIE DOKIE THAT'S IT. I RECCOMEND THE AEOMBA SISTERS IF YOU STILL NEED HELP /pos.
Favorite organelle

LIke the ER does protein production, but the nucleus has the DNA and such, and of course we have the mitochondria (the powerhouse of the cell they say), and the Golgi body post office and the lysosome slaughterhouses and the centrioles with their cytoskeleton and their miotic spindle.... you can't do this to me /pos.

THank you for wishing me luck! I... I hope I don't ramble on the free response questions...or use metaphors... ha.

Random ask, do you love ChengGuang because somehow their dynamic remind you of SatoSugu and because both ships (can/have potential to) end up tragically?
Also, is there a certain story or fairy tale from your childhood that made you love storytelling.....
P.s
Hi, I'm new to your blog and until now your blog is the most unique one I ever see and your metas are so great (especially from a new fan of JJK). I've been a JJK fan for almost 3 years and I can't ever wrote metas even half as good as you...(Also because I know something in my mind but somehow can't wrote them down).
Thanks for this blog of yours....🌷🌻
mklJKLJDKFLJSDKL:FJLK:DSJFKLDSG J ALKSFJIADJFLKADJFDAK L
THANK YOU SO MUCH THIS MADE ME HAPPY STIM SO HARD I HIT THE TABLE /pos
Okie dokie, I shall address the ps first, because (a) thannkkkk youuuu and (b) there is a method to my madness.
As a storyteller, I see other storytellers often build characters in themes with the same sort of narrative logic, which can usually be predicted across stories (to a certain extent due to people's different storytelling styles, but it works fairly well regardless of which story you're looking at.) In knowing how to tell stories myself, I only have to work backwards to figure out the 'deeper meaning'
(ALTHOUGH, analyzing stories is only part of the fun. I see nothing wrong with reading/watching stories like poetry is read, with the words appreciated not for the content alone, but for the subsequent feelings imparted. Stories with ease of comprehension and that vicarious way of experiencing different ideas and concepts are - in my opinion - the ones that hold the true essence and wonder of storytelling.... mmm that was too fancy... hold on...
NOT EVERYTHING NEEDS TO BE ANALYZED IN ORDER TO FIND WONDER IN IT BUT IT'S FUN TO ANALYZE NONETHELESS.
There we go.)
In essence:
The themes dictate the characters, the characters dictate the plot.
The way I tell stories is to have a theme/question and use characters as different perspectives on that theme. The characters then get a backstory relating to that theme, one that 'teaches them' that certain perspective, which they will utilize to tackle the issues the plot throws at them. (the plot should also 'poke and prod' at the character's internal conflict to showcase and test the extent of it, but one can discern most internal conflict from the backstory.
Which is why JJK was sooo hardddd, especially for Itadori and Gojo - who get little to none compared to all the other characters - and even still, Gojo's takes some inference but someone could figure out his backstory... Itadori's? All we get is the faint idea of how his grandfather raised him.)
Usually for analyzing it's easiest to pick out the themes or main character conflict first (although themes can help figure out the main character conflict, so it depends on the story really.)
Tumblr media
Take Link Click as an example. The overall theme/concept to explore is that of 'ambition and goals getting in the way of relationships and love, leaving one with the regret of loneliness'.
ANnnddd I have yet to actually write down my thots for Lu Guang and Cheng Xiaoshi, but here we go. (characters have the basic structure of - perspective, and a desire and fear that contradict each other based on that perspective) :
Cheng Xiaoshi: he represents the aftermath of this, with his parents leaving him, and the loneliness and pain lingering through his every action. He then clings to the love he receives - and that often manifests when he possesses others - which causes him to never stop waiting for his parents to come back. Overall, his perspective is something along the lines of - 'the people I care about are the most important thing, and the ambitions and goals should support that'
Tumblr media
(the best screenshot I have right now... I'm rewatching and will probably screenshot nearly everything.)
Desire: For his parents to come back mostly, but also to experience that same love and comfort again. He often tries to vicariously experience this through helping others. Fear: That others - like his parents - will leave him alone, and he can't face his overwhelming fears and emotions on his own.
He's silly and jovial yet also quite strategic (he figured out what's-the-brother's-name's powers with a word alone, and upon a rewatch, he does often try to deduce how to find whatever it is they are looking for, yet his trust for Lu Guang and the overwhelming emotions from possession 'dilute' that a bit.)
Tumblr media Tumblr media
Lu Guang: ... his is more unknown, so I won't be doing a full analysis until I have more information, buuuut there's a lot you can get on a rewatch of his 'moment by moment' reasoning. He wants to protect Cheng Xiaoshi at the expense of everyone else, and he doesn't like it when CHeng Xiaoshi is in danger/is upset with him.
Tumblr media
But my random musings for his perspective are something like: 'stick to the plan, for it's the only way for things to turn out okay, even if others and their emotions get hurt along the way.' (Cheng Xiaoshi is the exception to this. ALSO Lu Guang then becomes a REALLY GOOD foil for CHeng Xiaoshi alkajdfkjalsdf the analysis I will do of them later aljkflaksdfjas)
Tumblr media
(I get to use dividers eeee)
Okay now for your first question.
Do I like ChengGuang because their dynamic reminds me of SatoSugu and they both end tragically?
... Initially.
(They both got that 'kuch kuch hota hain' (did I spell that right?) basketball scene.
(yes my mom wanted to show me all the classic Shah rukh khan - did I spell his name right? - movies and yes I liked the first half before female love interest got.... docile? More 'oh she'll be good wife material yada yada' and blah blah blah they should argue over basketball more... and yes I think the classic structure of the classic movies - being full of backstory and such - are better than the modern ones. At least the Dunki movie brought that back.
Anywho, my point:

If you got a tragic ship, they need to play basketball apparently. No I do not know why this is a thing.)
But to be honest... I kind of like ChengGuang better than SatoSugu, which is my own personal preference really. (Also the platonic ship in my story reminds me of ChengGuang, whereas SatoSugu reminds me of the way I cling to other people)
I like the way SatoSugu were each other's comfort people, the only ones who could understand each other, and how they both teased and comforted each other.
But they got... so little time together...
I do LOVEEEEE them a lottt, but like.... ChengGuang...
They get to tease each other and be around each other and aljdfaklsdfsadf they are just so comfortable in each others' presence and IDK they give more of a queer platonic vibe than SatoSugu does and er, I just love them a lot.
I would list my reasons but that would take too long.
So instead, enjoy the beginnings of my screenshot collection:

(I reached my image limit)
To be clear, I don't think narratively one is better than the other, and I don't like ranking things I like; I'm just weak for fluffy character dynamics of any sort and Cheng Xiaoshi, Lu Guang, and Qiao LIng have my favorite character dynamics ever. (Not shipping Qiao LIng and the other two. ALso also... 'Cheng Xiaoshi, his sister, and his queer platonic bf get traumatized while breaking all of time and space' is now my favorite 'trope' and akldfjaksldfjaskdnfskdlfj.
BUT YES THE FACT THAT THEY ARE TRAGIC AND TRY TO COMFORT EACH OTHER THROUGH THAT is MY EVERYTHINGGG KLDSJFLKSDJF. THEY LITTERALY BROKE TIME AND SPACE FOR EACH OTHER.

Okieee after all that writing, we get to the second question!
What stories made me love storytelling?
I don't know if there's a story that got me into storytelling per se per se, because I've been doing it since I was little... perhaps Wings of Fire?
But the stories that most heavily inspired the stories I want to tell are these:
youtube
Song of the Sea was my childhood. It has ~ siblings ~ and ~ whimsical magic ~ and the soundtrack is all my comfort and nostalgia. The animation and the gentle pacing and the absolute wonder this movie is.
youtube
(I got the book recently and aijfaskdfaksldfaklsdf askdfjasdkfjasdfl, I love it so muchhhh)
What to say about the Little Prince? It's a masterpiece. The soundtrack is also all my comfort and nostalgia. The back and forth between the original book and the 'current timeline', the themes and the whimsy interwoven throughout, it's my everything.
