Do you know if there is a orientation for being attracted to all genders except any and all feminine/women aligned genders /srs Because I swear there is but I can’t find it.
Tumblr media
Uranic or nofemsexual is the attraction to men, masculine, and neutral-aligned non-binary individuals. It is the attraction to all genders except women and woman-aligned or feminine-aligned non-binary individuals. This orientation is mostly used by non-binary individuals to describe their attraction without relying on the gender binary, but it can be used by anyone.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
Nowomasexual, Nogalsexual, or Dionic is the attraction to all genders except for binary women. Genders attracted to includes men, non-binary people, masculine aligned non-binary people, feminine aligned non-binary people, unaligned non-binary people, agender people, etc. The term was made with non-binary people in mind but binary people can use it.

Is there a term for someone who is nonbinary and a man and mainly (but not exclusively) attracted to nonbinary people and men?
There are some terms:
Opalian: describes an individual who is mlm, nblm, nblnb and mlnb.
Nowoma- / Nowoman-: having attraction to all genders but women.
Amplusic / Amplus-: attraction isn’t strict to just one orientation.
Poly- (ply): attracted to multiple genders but not every gender.
-flexible: usually one orientation but occasionally another.
Symmaic: similar gender attraction for nonbinaries.
Bi-: attraction to two or more genders.
I’d say you could be nowomaflexible opalian, amplusic symmaic or biflexible ply.
There are other orientations I would like to add (just to archive):
Adonic/Astroidian (mlnb, mln or mlx): men/partial men attracted to nonbinary people.
Diamoric/Dia-: an intentionally flexible, loose term that describes a personal identity or a relationship (sexual, romantic, platonic etc.) that is neither “straight” nor “gay” due to the presence of one or more non-binary people.
Quadrisian (nblm) - any non-binary person who likes men, either JUST men or men and other genders.
Marsian/Marsic (nblm) - an orientation meaning a NB person who is attracted to men and men-aligned people.
Proquu- A masculine enby who is only attracted to other masculine people.
Mascic - non-straight attraction to men.
Viramoric/Vir-: “a somewhat-interchangeable words that both refer to attraction to men, exclusively or primarily.
Toric (nblm): used to describe a nonbinary person who is attracted to, interested in, or in a relationship with men/boys, exclusively or not. Toric can also be used to describe relationships between nonbinary people and men/boys.
Achillean (mlm): a term to describe men, partial men, or male-aligned people who are attracted to other men, partial men, or male-aligned people.
Pluralian (m-spec): attraction to more than one gender, multi-spectrum, regardless of one’s gender identity.

Hey, I'm a gray-ace and I noticed that I sometimes am attracted (romantically) to the non-binary and butch women (but never men), but I'm sometimes scared of mentioning or discussing it at all because I'm afraid that I might be 'fetishizing'. I am also agender, and I don't know if there are any words for someone who is attracted to the non-binary? There seems to be all sorts of words for people attracted to specifically binary genders, but none for the non-binary. I am feeling a lack there tbh..
Hey Anon,
Always remember that your attractions are out of your control. You don’t choose your attractions, you just feel them or you don’t. Don’t ever feel bad for being attracted to someone.
If you are attracted to non-binary people and butch women, then that’s that. That is your attraction and that is how your attraction works; there’s no fetishizing if that is how your attraction is. Everyone’s attraction is different, but I’m sure you will find many people who share similar feelings such as your own. Trust me, you are not alone. There are many people who will completely understand where you are coming from.
I understand what you mean about orientations and gender. Many orientations do describe people who are attracted to a certain gender and sometimes that reinforces a gender back onto the person. It’s really unfair for people who do identify as agender, non-binary, genderneutral, transgender, demigender, etc. However, there have been a few terms that have developed over the years to help explain people’s attractions better. Check these out:
Androsexual: This is where a person is attracted to men, males, or masculinity. This means that a person can be attracted to someone if they emit masculine traits. So if a women presented herself in a more masculine way, then someone who was androsexual may be attracted to her.
Gynesexual: This is where a person is attracted to women, females, or femininity. Similar to androsexual, this means that a person can be attracted to someone who is feminine or demonstrate a lot of feminine qualities.
There is also a few more orientations that are similar or more specific such as womasexual, masexual, minsexual, finsexual, nowomasexual, and nomasexual. Check these out too. And there is ceterosexual for when you are attracted to people who are non-binary.
And, of course, if there is a sexual orientation there is usually a romantic equivalent. So feel free to look into androromantic, gyneromantic, womaromantic, maromantic, minromantic, finromantic, nowomaromantic, nomaromantic, and ceteroromantic for your romantic orientations. Considering your did say you were more so romantically attracted than sexually.
Don’t ever be afraid of your attractions, as you can see, there are many orientations to describe what you are feeling and if not we will find one. You are never alone, someone out there completely understands you. Look into these orientations, maybe one of them could work for you or point you in the right direction. And feel free to talk to anyone you see in those tags if you wanted to just talk some more or ask them questions.
Stay strong, Anon. Your attractions are completely fine. There is absolutely nothing wrong with being attracted to people who are non-binary and butch women (even if you are not attracted to men). And I hope more terms and orientations become more popular for people of all different genders and non genders. If you ever need to talk, have any more questions, or need any help feel free to message me anytime.

Hello, I was just wondering if there was a label for feeling romantic attraction to males and non-binary people but only sometimes feeling romantic attraction to females. Thanks 😁
Hey there!
Sadly, I haven’t seen a term for anything that specific (I actually have a friend who’s attraction could be described similarly), but I’ll do my best to help you find one that you feel fits you best.
Nowomaromantic: Attraction to men and nonbinary individuals; having no attraction to women.Torenromantic: When one is attracted exclusively to men and non-binary people– If you like either of the two above, you could tack on the suffix -flexible [eg, Nowomaflexible, Torenflexible]. This would mean that you identify with that specific romanticism, but could possibly find and/or experience an exception/ exceptions.
Polysexual: attraction to multiple, but not necessarily all, genders. (suggested by @youcouldcallmegusBisexual: attraction to more than one gender/ attraction to two or more genders (suggested by @pancake-man)Omnisexual: attraction to all genders, but still acknowledging gender [as opposed to being “gender blind” like pan-]-- The three above are all valid labels for what you described. If you feel the need, you could simply state that you are masculine/male or nonbinary leaning in terms of attraction
If anyone else knows of similar terms, feel free to add them!

A romantic varient to nomasexual (nomaromantic) and trixensexual (trixenromantic) please!
Hope you're well!! And thank you :)
Various Romantic Flags!!
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
Nomaromantic (also known as nobroromantic) is the attraction to all genders except binary men. Genders attracted to includes women, non-binary individuals, masculine aligned non-binary individuals, feminine aligned non-binary individuals, unaligned non-binary individuals, agender individuals, etc. The term was made with non-binary individuals in mind but binary individuals can use it.
Nowomaromantic (also known as nogalromantic) is the attraction to all genders except for binary women. Genders attracted to includes men, nonbinary people, masculine-aligned non-binary people, feminine-aligned non-binary people, unaligned non-binary people, agender people, etc. The term was made with non-binary people in mind but binary people can use it.
Trixenromantic or Trixenamoric refers to the exclusive attraction to women and nonbinary individuals. It could be considered a form of polysexual or bisexual. It mixes "trix" as in trixic, and "en" as in enby.
Torenromantic or Torenamoric is the exclusive attraction to men and nonbinary individuals. It could be considered a form of polysexual or bisexual. It mixes "tor" as in toric, and "en" as in enby.
I always gotta make the masc versions too or my autistic brain says it's not complete
Also tbh I find it kinda funny how we're like the same but on opposite sides of the same coin

Nowoma- Sapphic Pride Flag
Tumblr media
Nowoma-/nowoman-/nofein-/nofia-: Having attraction to all genders but women; feeling attraction to any gender except binary women; attraction to every gender but not to feingender/fiaspec identities.
Sapphic: a juvelic umbrella term for queer attraction to women (or non-men), woman-aligned people, feminine folks or non-men.
There are many reasons a sapphic can be nowoma- (nowomalterous, nowomasensual, nowomasexual, etc.), one reason is being varioriented or variangled (i.e. nowomaromantic/nowomanromantic sexually sapphic [sapphosexual/sapphisexual/saphisexual/saphosexual/saphsexual/sapphsexual; or nowomaplatonic/nowomanplatonic romantically sapphic (sapphoromantic/saphromantic/sapphromantic/sapphiromantic/saphiromantic)], another is using it to mean being attracted to woman-aligned non-binary folks but not to women. It's also possible for enbians (NBLNB) and cenelians who feel sapphic to be nowoma-, being attracted to saphboys (sapphic men), penulti-/differo- women, using sapphic to mean fem attracted to fems or nonmascs, or mestric and diamoric sapphics; the second definition of nowoma- also gives a chance to be attracted to non-binary women.

Is there a nb equivalent to sapphic/achillean?
We’ve reblogged a lot of termionology under our attraction tag: http://askanonbinary.tumblr.com/tagged/attraction
nomasexual/nomaromantic: attraction to anyone but men and masc-aligned people.  (A cute word for it is nobrosexual)
nowomaromantic/nowomasexual: attraction to anyone but women and feminine-aligned people.
maromantic/masexual: (androromantic/sexual is not well-liked for the andro root) means nb attraction to men/masculinity
womaromantic/sexual (finromo/finsexual):(you can see why gynesexual isn’t preferred) nb attraction to women/femininity
.
Diamoric is an intentionally flexible, loose term.
It came out of recognizing the failure of binary terms like “straight” and “gay” to be useful or accurate for many NB people. NB genders vary so vastly that even two non-binary people in a relationship may not feel that their relationship is accurately described as “same-gender” or “gay”, and can even feel misgendered by the implications. For example, my own relationship as an androgyne with an nb trans boy can only be construed as a gay relationship if you reduce us both to our genitals. A non-binary person in a relationship with a binary man or woman is at an even further loss. Their relationship is far from “straight”, but it’s not technically “gay” or “same-gender” either. So what is it?
It’s diamoric.
[...]
If you’re an NB lesbian and your sapphic attraction is your priority, you may never feel inclined to use diamoric, and that’s fine. But if you’re an NB lesbian who wishes to emphasize your NB identity in addition to your love for women, “diamoric lesbian” might be a label that you like.
If you’re a demiboy who loves men and ‘achillean’ is all you need, more power to you. You don’t have to use this word if it says nothing about you that achillean doesn’t.
This word is a supplement to existing language that is free to use by NBs who want or need it. It is not a word to be imposed on NBs who don’t need it.
.
Feminamoric: nonbinary person attracted to women (be it romantic\sexual\alterous\whatever other way(s) are significant to them). To be used only by nonbinary people and is, by definition, a monosexual orientation (aka: only attracted to women)
Viramoric: nonbinary person attracted to men (be it romantic\sexual\alterous\whatever other way(s) are significant to them)To be used only by nonbinary people and is, by definition, a monosexual orientation (aka: only attracted to men)
Venusic: nonbinary people (of any nonbinary identity) exclusively attracted to women and lunarians. To be used only by nonbinary people, a multi-spec orientation by definition.
Marsic: nonbinary people (of any nonbinary identity) exclusively attracted to men and solarians. To be used only by nonbinary people, a multi-spec orientation by definition.
.
Femaric: Umbrella term for everyone attracted to women/girls. Can be used as an identifier by anyone who experiences nonstraight attraction to women/girls. Can be used by binary and nonbinary people(?)
Mascic: Umbrella term for everyone attracted to men/boys. Can be used as an identifier by anyone who experiences nonstraight attraction to men/boys. Can be used by binary and nonbinary people(?)
.
Mascsexual/Mascusexual/Massexual/Viramoric/Virsexual - attraction to men/masculinityFeminarmoic/Femsexual/Femmesexual - attraction to women/femininity
And from genderfluidsupport’s orientation list: http://genderfluidsupport.tumblr.com/orientations/
There are six types of attraction.
-sexual: “I want to have sex with you”
-romantic: “I want to date you”
-sensual: “I want to hug/kiss you”
-platonic: “I want to be friends with you”
-aesthetic: “You look nice”
-alterous: can best be described as desiring emotional closeness with someone; is neither platonic nor romantic but rather somewhere in between the two
All types of attractions may be used as suffixes along with “-fluid” and “-flux”. Feel free to mix and match your own prefixes and suffixes to create the orientation that best describes you.
Proqua- : feeling attracted to feminine people when you yourself are feminine
Proquu- : feeling attracted to masculine people when you yourself are masculine
Are any of those options like what you were thinking of? Or have I misunderstood the basis of your question?

Part 1 of Ghoul Sexual/Romantic Identities
My personal headcanon of Dewdrop’s romantic/sexual identity
Tumblr media
Romantic Identity: Nowomaromantic, Gay/Androromantic lean
Sexual Identity: Apressexual (Romantic), Androsexual, Omnisexual, Situational Gray-Cupiosexual
Sexuality deep dive: He’ll fuck around occasionally, but heavily prefers sex with those he’s romantically attracted to (apressexuality). Experiences a different form of sexual attraction during sex with friends vs. sex with romantic partners. Gray-Cupiosexuality is present in sex with strangers and acquaintances, and sometimes with friends, meaning he usually feels little to no sexual attraction with them. He never feels sexual attraction when having sex with women.
