when i stayed on that place for 2-3 more years, little did i know it killed me every year. you fired shots at me until oblivion. i kept on dying and every time i do, i slowly lose my parts of you.

Brown eyes of sunshine,

Silence of words,

Hair drenched in rain,

Destruction at arrival,

A poet's heart.

You kill me;

Burn me all over;

And I do the same.

Yet I end up thinking of you,

Writing and dreaming,

Choosing rhymes over sanity.

Is it true what they say about sanity?

It ceases to be when you love.

Pages wrinkle,

I sigh-

I'm in love.

And I can't stop writing about you.

The street feels so lonely but sometimes it rains.

It will be once in a blue moon,

when I’ll see you again.

The nights are longer,

The days are shorter.

When I last saw you, it was November

But I’ve missed you since October.

Forever feels never,

And I lost you in September.

Then you just kept showing up whenever.

And I didn’t want this forever.

So it took me three months altogether,

To forget you, however

sometimes I still try,

Because on my lonely street you are still a passer-by.

Love strong, hearts aligned,

Torn apart, trust lessened.

Third one's touch, love did sever,

Once together, now gone forever.

you were always right; even it was a hidden joke at the end.

I didn’t take that for granted,

a feeling for you that never faded.
