A sword that copies the weapons of your enemies! Reflacting Sunderer is a bizarre weapon crafted in Baldur's Gate from a mirror whose surface captures and distorts the light in mesmerizing patterns. The glass is set within an intricately designed gold frame, the hilt, wrapped in crimson leather, fits comfortably in the hand, while an opal sits in the sword's pommel, showcasing the grandeur and opulence of Baldur’s Gate’s elite families. The weapon was crafted for a Lord Cedric Amelion, also known as "the Reflector," a high-ranking officer in the Flaming Fists.

'Evenin', folks...Mr. Baggins back with a set to soothe your achin' nerves, this one featuring some of my favorite classic jazz recordings. I'd like to start tonight off with some tracks that Duke Ellington laid down in April of 1953 with Wendell Marshall on bass (plus his trademark vocalizations) and Butch Ballard on drums. These sessions were nothing short of magic. Duke's "Piano Reflactions" of 1953.

Jumping ahead five years to 1958, here is the debut album by Miss Nina Simone, Little Girl Blue, on Bethlehem Records. This is tha record that introduced me to Nina Simone, also in a trio setting, with piano, bass and drums, and it has remained my favorite, through all these many years. Forty five minutes of true classic jazz. Enjoy.

In the late '50s Dave Brubeck and his legendary quartet were experimenting with time signatures, and the results of their experimentation became the album "Time Out", which gave us one of the most famous songs of classic jazz, "Take Five". Here are Dave Brubeck on piano, saxophonist Paul Desmond, bassist Eugene Wright and drummer Joe Morello.

And to round out this evening, I thought I would include (in their entirety) the four albums that Ella Fitgerald and guitarist Joe Pass made for Pablo Records. What is there to say...two legends being legendary together. Enjoy.

Looking at the class again, I now have two notes:

First, the light brown haired girl that moves next to Midoriya has no visible Quirk. None. No mutation, no obvious Emitter effect. Which is really weird narratively. Am I blind and missing something?

Second, the girl at the back left of the class. In the anime, it looks like she’s manipulating water or something, but in the manga the material is really dark. Looks nothing like water, especially compared to the water Backdraft is using in the same chapter.

I don't think you're missing anything, she just doesn't seem to be using a Quirk in that shot. Maybe her Quirk doesn't work that way. Maybe she made the composition too busy or blocked too many people. Who knows. She clearly has one, though, since she also raises her hand for the "want to be a Hero" thing without getting bullied for it.

I did notice the black water thing, but that might simply be to help make it visible from a distance. Backdraft's water also uses pure black shading to represent reflaction/reflection.

Edit: Just wanted to explain things like I should have in the first place

The ponytail is supposed to be a substitute for his tail.

I changed the hair to a side part to match 1930's hairstyles a little bit.

I want him to be handsome, but nit conventionally hot. He's good looking but still scraggly. You know?

His nose is upturned to reflact the mickey-mouse look his nose has in the cartoon. I had to use a webpahe about caricatures to get it right.

He is looking off to the side because when I tried drawing him looking straight forward with the cartoon-accurate eyes, he looked like he was gonna gleefully murder me.

I was influenced by some other fan designs, but did my best not to copy anyone.

I swear to gosh at some point I WILL take my ipad and digitilize this.

from when the days turned to weeks and the weeks to months,and months to years.

And one letter written in a shaking hand with self control, thrown to the fire, Slowly eaten. No one will ever know her true feelings. Of her betrayal.

Also! It was an amazing glimpse into the Dog Teeth series! Ngl, the tags were a bit too much for me, but I was so curious about it and to see this little slice without all the dark stuff was nice.
