The hardest decisions in life produce the most upside.
Most people put off making hard decisions and end up in a miserable purgatory because of it.
You can have whatever you want.
You just need the courage to pull the trigger and make it happen first.
The career you want takes courage.
The relationship you want takes courage.
Becoming what you want to be takes courage.
The life you want takes courage.
Without courage...
You get nothing.

My self esteem has grown because of me in therapy and because I take responsibility for my healing and creating a relationship with myself to grow my self esteem and staying away from men and decentering men. I honestly can say doing that and being celibate for years has helped me have high self esteem.
Also growing my self worth and actually having self respect where I dont accept poor treatment and hot and cold treatment from men. When they treat me horrible I leave and when they are hot and cold and dont know if they want me or not I make the choice for them and leave.
And being productive , consistent, disciplined and completing my routines and to do list has grown confidence and self trust that I wont sabotage myself.
My enemies are my same age constantly sabotaging themselves and not taking responsibility of their negative pattern and seeking help from therapist and spiritual leader like me.
I been in therapy since 18 and at 32 I did the work and its finally coming together and im healed and mental health isnt draining me and living in broken life.
I am happy , im taking control my health and creative and finding ways to create wealth and only accepting high value men and only having kids if he marry me and he financially stable to nut in me and make kids out of love.
I am laughing at my enemies because i dont need to hex them they do my dirty work because they wont go seek therapy. So ladies if you got haters the way to get back at them and is worry about yourself and love yourself enough to work on yourself and better yourself and care about yourself and do what you have to do heal and be functions and happy.
Ladies if you suffered from low self esteem how did you heal it ? Write a note and lets keep the discussion going and like and share and comment and eventually I will be doing coaching and making free digital products.
I am not worried about money because i do this from the heart as a passion and I want to help people and be creative and help women. I am still wondering if even want to make money from content creation since I want to be a virtual assistant or lash tech since i got a beauty license. So i have to see how well im at this and how serious I am before i go trying to make money. Thank for any support and follow and join the community.

Navigating the Silence: When Your Voice Feels Lost and Your Worth Overlooked
Ever felt like you're shouting into the void, only to be met with indifference or dismissal? You're not alone. The struggle to be heard and respected is woven deeply into the human experience. Whether in relationships, the workplace, or personal reflection, this yearning for validation is universal. When unmet, it can stir emotional turmoil and erode our sense of self-worth.
This exploration aims to offer clarity, support, and actionable strategies to help you cope with these emotions and foster more meaningful connections. The truth is, feeling unheard and disrespected is a shared experience, but with intention and the right tools, positive change is within reach.
The Weight of Being Unheard
At its core, feeling unheard is the painful sense that your thoughts and emotions are overlooked or misunderstood. It’s that invisible barrier that isolates you, even when surrounded by others. This emotional disconnection can range from mild frustration to profound loneliness, often chipping away at self-esteem and trust in others. Over time, these experiences can leave you questioning your own worth.
The Sting of Disrespect
Disrespect, on the other hand, strikes at your inherent dignity. It can be blatant, like an insult, or subtle, like being repeatedly interrupted or dismissed. What defines disrespect varies from person to person, shaped by personal values and cultural backgrounds. Yet, the emotional toll—anger, hurt, shame, or even fear—is universal.
Where the Two Intersect
Often, feeling unheard and disrespected go hand in hand. When your voice is ignored, it’s easy to feel devalued. This dynamic can stem from mismatched communication styles, unmet emotional needs, or power imbalances in relationships. In the workplace, it might manifest as being overlooked for your contributions or having your ideas dismissed.
The Internal Struggle
Sometimes, these feelings are rooted in internal factors. A passive communication style, self-doubt from past experiences, or difficulty expressing emotions can all contribute. These patterns can lead to a cycle of emotional distress and reinforce the belief that your voice doesn’t matter.
The Ripple Effect
In the short term, frustration, anger, and sadness are natural responses. Over time, these emotions can morph into anxiety, self-doubt, and social withdrawal. The chronic stress of feeling unheard and disrespected can even affect physical health and lead to unhealthy coping mechanisms.
Reclaiming Your Voice
Self-Reflection: Identify what being heard means to you. Is it validation, empathy, or uninterrupted listening?
Assertive Communication: Use "I" statements, like "I feel unheard when..." to express your needs without blame.
Active Listening: Show genuine interest in others' perspectives and mirror their words to ensure understanding.
Setting Boundaries: Clearly define what behavior is acceptable and follow through with consequences when boundaries are crossed.
Building Self-Worth: Practice self-compassion, challenge negative self-talk, and celebrate your achievements.
Mindfulness and Emotional Regulation: Use grounding techniques and mindful breathing to manage emotional overwhelm.
Seeking Professional Support: Therapy can help unpack past experiences, develop healthier communication patterns, and build resilience.
The Path Forward
Healing takes time, but every step toward self-awareness and assertiveness strengthens your ability to connect with others and protect your emotional well-being. You deserve to be heard and respected. By prioritizing your voice and valuing your own experience, you can create spaces where your truth resonates—and your presence is truly seen.

a bunch of people have already registered for my mentoring workshop! unfortunately this means i have to plan and host a workshop aaaaaa
#i want to think aloud through it on here at some point#but i think i am going to structure it around the theme of cultivating student autonomy#because i think one of the primary goals of mentorship is to prepare students to be self-directed learners who can set realistic goals +#evaluate their own progress + reflect on what they've learned and what they still don't know#+ take initiative without sitting around waiting for someone to tell them what to do next#so i think we will do some thinking around like#when we have a student we think of as really capable or driven what qualities and behaviors do we observe in that student#and maybe ill also share some of the research on intrinsic motivation + self-direction + locus of control#which i think is all really interesting esp in light of the contemporary College Mental Health Crisis concerns#and then we will look at a range of tools + structures + strategies that i think are useful for fostering student autonomy over time#and maybe leave them with some core principles/guiding values that i think are useful when you are trying to like#avoid jumping in and doing stuff for kids#or solving their problems for them#idk i need to think through specifics a bit more#but i feel like on this campus#people do a lot of 'workshops' that are really not interactive at all#it's just someone talking from slides#and i kind of want to show off my ability to structure more engaging workshops#but idk. gotta think about how to do it well#and how to build in lots of opportunities for like crowdsourcing strategies too

Becoming self-disciplined in all aspects of life starts with a mindset shift—believe in your ability to improve and take consistent, intentional action.
1. Consistency: Build routines that align with your goals. Show up even when it’s tough.
2. Focus: Prioritize what truly matters. Block out distractions and stay in the present.
3. Progress: Celebrate small wins. Progress is a journey, not a destination.
4. Self-Control: Master your impulses. Decide what’s worth your energy.

6. Time Management: Control your schedule. Plan ahead and be intentional with your time.
7. Achievement: Set clear, actionable goals and take steps every day to reach them.
8. Accountability: Find a buddy, set deadlines, and own your results.

You can read every book.
You can take every course.
You can attend every event.
You can watch every video.
You can be at every workshop.
You can listen to every podcast.
But, if you aren't taking the information and lessons you extract from these things and applying them to your life...
1. You're a moron.
2. You're never going to make any progress in becoming who you want to become or building the life that you want to build.
"Knowledge is power" is one of the biggest lies ever told.
Knowledge alone isn't power.
Knowledge + action is power.
...and for 99% of people, the "action" piece of the equation is where they fall short.
Chances are ... you already know what you need to do.
...But are you doing it?
That's what matters.
Knowledge isn't power.
Applied knowledge is power.

Personal Branding as a Process of Self-Discovery
Personal branding has become a buzzword in today’s hyper-connected world, where social media and professional platforms demand we present our best selves. But personal branding is more than just curating an image—it is a journey of self-discovery. It requires introspection, honesty, and a willingness to grow. By building your personal brand, you aren't just telling the world who you are; you’re learning who you truly are in the process.
The Misconception of Personal Branding Many people view personal branding as a superficial exercise—a polished LinkedIn profile, a catchy tagline, or carefully curated social media feeds. While those tools are part of the puzzle, they miss the core truth: personal branding is about authenticity. True personal branding begins with understanding your values, strengths, passions, and purpose.
Who are you beneath the roles you play? This question marks the start of a personal branding journey and, often, an inner transformation.
Why Self-Discovery Is the Foundation Your personal brand is you. To communicate your essence effectively, you must first uncover it. Here’s why self-discovery is vital:
Clarity of Purpose: Defining your personal brand requires you to ask tough questions:
What drives you?
What impact do you want to make?
How do you define success? This clarity isn’t just good for branding; it’s essential for leading a purposeful life.
Alignment of Values: Successful personal brands are built on consistency. Knowing your core values ensures your actions and words align, creating trust with your audience.
Uncovering Your Unique Story: Everyone has a story, but it often takes reflection to find it. Your experiences, failures, and victories shape your identity—and they form the narrative of your personal brand.
The Questions to Ask Yourself To embrace personal branding as a process of self-discovery, start with these key questions:
What are my values, and how do they show up in my life?
What skills or gifts do I bring to the table?
What do people naturally come to me for?
What challenges have shaped who I am?
If I could be remembered for one thing, what would it be?
These questions act like a mirror, reflecting back your true self. The more honest your answers, the clearer your personal brand becomes.
The Journey, Not the Destination Personal branding isn’t static. As you grow and evolve, so will your brand. What stays constant is the commitment to knowing yourself and sharing that truth with others.
For many, the process of building a personal brand reveals surprising insights. You might discover a hidden strength, an untapped passion, or even a new path forward. In essence, the process itself is just as valuable as the outcomes.
Authenticity Resonates People connect with people, not facades. When your personal brand reflects who you truly are, it resonates more deeply. Authenticity attracts the right opportunities, the right relationships, and the right clients.
Conclusion Building a personal brand isn’t just about marketing yourself—it’s about discovering yourself. By embracing personal branding as a process of self-discovery, you create a brand that is authentic, meaningful, and uniquely yours. In the end, you’re not just building a brand for the world to see; you’re building a foundation for a more intentional and fulfilled life.
Your brand starts with you.
What will your journey of self-discovery reveal?

The Emotional Cloud: Why We "Hear" Our Feelings More Than Our Thoughts
"Feeling overwhelmed by emotions? It’s like an 'emotional cloud' blocking clarity. Learn how mindfulness and meditation can help you tune in to both body and mind, bringing balance and calm. Discover more in our latest blog post! #MentalHealth #Mindfulnes
Every once in a while, something hits me during a session with a client, prompting me to explore a concept I call the “emotional cloud.” It’s an idea many of us can relate to: being so overwhelmed by an emotion that its intensity makes it nearly impossible to recognize or consider any logical choices in the moment. The emotional cloud descends, obscuring our clarity of thought and leaving us at…
