Obey me! but with the brothers having had always been demons, formed in kid/baby-form as manifestations of the seven deadly sins. Lucifer was raised as the right hand man of Diavolo, appointed the brother of Mammon, then Levi, then Asmo etc. etc.
A version where they are more depraved and dark than they otherwise would've been 'cause they were essentially raised in the outermost layer of hell (think VERY questionable morals, moves like uncanny valley characters, where Satan tears and rips beings apart in his fits of rage, they don't understand MC's sense of right and wrong). I wonder how Lucifer and his brother's dynamics would have been with each other, with Diavolo and Barbs growing up. Would Belphie still have hated Diavolo for his absolute authority? Would baby satan still have formed as a manifestation of Lucifer's wrath, again adding to his rage due to his circumstances?
Lilith based on mythology was described as the 'queen of demons'. If the story was somewhat compliant to that, imagine she fell into the Devildom after the whole 'fall-in-love-with-human shtick' and Diavolo fell in love/took pity on her, which the brothers didn't respect or understand at the time (why feel bad for someone who fell in love with a puny mortal?). The bitter parallels it would draw when they fall in love with MC years down the line.
Imagine that instead of just reincarnating her soul as a human, Dia REPLACED the soul of a human infant with hers (again, being very morally dubious). Maybe he saw it as an interesting experiment of sorts, to see if it would have any effect her human off-springs. He purposely kept an eye on her descendants (hence, mc being brought into the DD). Cunning, manipulative and conspiring Diavolo (Soo-won type character) omgomg
I want the brothers to legitimately handle otherworldly, gory demonic entities (think of that monster from nocturne of nightmares), sort political Devildom affairs, kill/mess around with humans instead of just sitting around attending the demon-equivalent of highschool! They're eons old for crying out loud, why subject yourself to 1000's of years of the Academy??? If anything, their attendance at RAD should be a refresher course that happens for 5 - 10 years once or twice every century or so.
AKA Obey Me! but more Devildom-centric, where the characters got to actually deliver their role in Diavolo's government, where Diavolo had ulterior motives making the exchange program (perhaps to instigate an uprising, an all-out war to overthrow the demon king?). Where the other characters are actually fleshed out instead of just meaningless plot-devices (Barbatos with his powers, Monsolo, Lilith, and etc. all had so much potential)!
Sorry I wrote a lot, this is just everything I hoped OM! would be.
NO OMG I think about this sometimes too!! like I know why they didn't do it but still can't help but wish for more
demons are often depicted as everything but sweet and kind, which is what we see in the game. dia would not be this golden retriever type character (although I love that) he's supposed to be the next king, so he would be much more devious as for lack of a better word. god i wish they explored barb so much more. like why are we brushing over him like he's part of the wall?? he's so powerful it's insane. I'm glad solomon is getting more of a spotlight in nightbringer but I hope they use it to its full extent. i also wish they explored the general worldbuilding more and made it feel more real, like there's stuff outside the relationships mc has with the named characters
i absolutely love the lilith queen of demons thing, like it makes sense as to why it was mc in specific. of course they would bring back someone that important to them over and over again
another thing that feels totally ignored is that it's hell!! most people there are there for a reason! while personally don't know where the line should be drawn for what counts as being a sinner or not, for a fact i know that mc would 100% be meeting murders down there, like actually terrible people.
you put this entire thing so wonderfully so i hope you don't mind if I incorporate aspects of this into my obey me as horror piece! like don't get me wrong I love my silly little demons but realistically they would be anything but silly lol

Books Mero read, 2022 edition
As promised (to myself?) here’s a small review for all books and book series I read this year!
The Nightrunner series by Lynn Flewelling - This series. This FUCKING series. Its so fucking good. Its sooooo good!!! It’s 7 books in all (plus 1 collection of short stories) and they’re all at least very good. It can be intimidating since it’s a pretty long series BUT they’re all  pretty standalone still. My favourite turned out to be the 3rd book, as it best meshed the adventure and intrigue styles, which the other books tend to stick mostly to one of. My only critiques really are that some parts are really.... unpleasant to read, given the situation the characters find themselves in, and sometimes these parts reeeeally overstay their welcome. Book 4 Im looking at you(....I skimmed over like half of this book for this reason). Regardless of that though, these books are still great, the characters are amazing, and the many many times and ways Seregil and Alec were tastefully described as fucking was 100/10.
In Deeper Waters by F.T. Lukens - From great to bad. Ok maybe thats a bit harsh but this book is just uninspired and uninspiring, probanbly the most “young adult” of the books I read this year? Like, yeah its cute and all, and the romance is... fine? But nothing happens in this book. There’s one actual good moment that’s when the MC is kidnapped (not a spoiler, it’s in the synopsis) and that chunk of pages was actually engaging, but then... nothing. Or essentially nothing. The ‘mystery’ the book proposes is the barest of bones of one, and the ending absolutely sucked: a sudden problem solved by an even more sudden solution, all in less than 20 pages. Idk maybe this one really was just too juvenile for me, I imagine if I read it at like 12 or 13 I’d have liked it, or at least enjoyed it more.
The Fires Stone by Tanya Huff - This is another one that felt ‘young adult’, it’s very much a fantasy adventure book, if that makes sense. An unlikely band of heroes set out to defeat the bad guy, get the thing and save the land, yadda yadda. But... it’s pretty good! The unlikely heroes are all pretty likeable and their dynamic fun, the pacing’s pretty good, the setting interesting... Everything just clicked, really, this was a fun time.
The Last Sun, The Hanged Man & The Hourglass Throne (or, The Tarot Sequence 1,2&3) by K.D. Edwards - The harshest thing I can say about these books is that the author plans 9 of em and only 3 are out. I just. Really really loved these ones, the characters are great, the plots are fun, even if they get pretty dark sometimes (mostly on book 2)... They’re contemporary fantasy and, I’ll be honest, when I first picked up The Last Sun I thought I’d hate it. A lot of swearing, a lot of action-movie action, the mc loves his quips... honestly if I hadn’t known it was gay It’s not a book I’d pick up. But I was wrong! And everything works. The world created (where atlantis had revealed itself to the world and is now a modern day city with it’s own intricacies and conspiracies) is so engaging, it really shows its own culture and how it intertwined with today’s world. And very much today’s world, the 3rd book even brings up COVID. Really... I just can’t wait for the next books.
White Trash Warlock by David R. Slayton - I’m talking about this one right after the Tarot Sequence cause they feel very similar. Not really in terms of plot, but they feel both like offshoots of the same base idea of magic in the real current world, there’s probably overlapping inspiration there. And... it’s fine! I can’t really say why, but even though I liked this book well enough it just didn’t grab me like the other books I enoyed on this list did. Maybe it’s the pacing, maybe it’s my growing familiarity with gay fantasy (this is the last book I finished out of these) but it just... fell short I guess. Or maybe it’s the fact that really this book feels very.... “american”, in the sense that it’s really about some specific american things or experiences, I guess, and I’m not american. I can try and imagine everyone’s accent as described, sure, but it’s not bringing along the baggage that’s there if you know these places first or second hand. Can’t say I enoyed the very brief but unnecessary cliffhanger though ...but I’ll still read the rest of the series, and hope they get better.
Swordspoint by Ellen Kushner - This book is all intrigue, essentially, and I... liked it? I think? It has similar problems to In Deeper Waters, where nothing reeeally happens till it does all at once, but it managed that pacing much better than Waters did, first by having the nothing happenning actually feel like a buildup, slow as it was, and second by having the story be actually about politics and schemes and intrigue, so it warrants its own slowness. Most of these characters are assholes though.
The Watchtower by Elizabeth A. Lynn - Another slow one, but this time a proper slow adventure, rather than intrigue drama, I guess. I.... don’t really wanna talk to much about this one. It’s gay and it isn’t, it flows nicely, and everythings well painted but... it made me feel a lot of conflicting feelings which left me very down for several days, but I think that was because of personal feelings as to what happens here. So yeah. Idk. Can’t really say I disliked it but it doesn’t feel right to say I did, either. The title doesn’t really make a lot of sense though, that’s for certain.
Silver in the Wood & The Drowned Country by Emily Tesh - A duology of short books that can best be described as squandered potential. Man, I liked the first book. It’s short, its sweet, sure the pacings not that great and this  is definetly a fanfic that was repurposed into a book, but it’s good! It has a feel, the way the magic things, the wood itself is decribed is good, its intriguing, it made me think “oh thats a cool way to describe these things that are happenning!”. And then the second book just. Has the same characters, has the same magic things but. Does absolutely nothing with it. The interesting descriptions? Maybe a couple of passages but they don’t make up for the bad plot and pacing this time. There was the opportunity for a great ending, one which would actually made you feel things, but it dropped the ball so hard. Bleh.
A Marvellous Light by Freya Markse - This is the first book I read this year! And really, a great way to start. Its an edwardian fantasy with a veeery interesting magic system, a cool plot, good characters, if a tad tropey. I had a lot of fun reading this one! Part of that may be the posh englishmen suddenly talking about cock, and me getting sucker punched by eplicit sex scenes which I did exxpect. Either way, the sequel just came out and I’m excited to see if it can keep up with the first one. It’s apparently about lesbians, which is fun.
The Goblin Emperor by Katherine Addison - I think this is the only properly not gay book I read this year. That aside, I loved this book!!!! Like, a lot!!!!! The worldbuilding is really good, leaving a lot of space open for exploration, but it does lean heavily into fantasy mumbo jumbo, as in, boy does this book have a looot of hard names to remember. There’s a glossary of sorts at the end but most of the times I went to it for help, it didn’t have the word. That aside, it was enjoyable the whole way through. It’s another story of political intrigue and schemig, not a lot of action, but the pacing somehow still feels so fast!! It’s about the youngest son of the emperor, who had no training and no expectations of becoming emperor himself and surprise! The crown lands on his head, essentially, and then about how isolated he feels due to his new position and how he navigates his relations when there are so many epectations of him. Its really good. It almost seemed like unearthing treasure when I later found out that there are sequels and the sequels actually do have a gay main character. Read this book.
Small epilogue: I just got back into reading this year, after not really picking up a new book since around 2019? And man. Reading is great. Ive sincerely started feeling so much better, so much more creative since I got back into reading!! Im surprised I jumped right back into reading a book a week (almost) and honestly? Im surprised at how comfy it feels. Ah, reading. I’m sicerely glad that I did so.
And so the year ends! On to more gay stuff! If you read this, thanks!!

Lesson 1: Welcome to the Devildom
In typical fashion, MC forgets that they had submitted an application to be a human exchange student at RAD, so of course they're surprised when they find themselves in the assembly hall at the academy. As one might expect, MC was the last one to know that they were selected, as their parents, their human school, their coworkers, and just about everyone else they knew had already been told this information in advance. It was unfortunately quite usual that people wouldn't tell MC things because they either assumed that MC already knew, or they just wanted to surprise MC. Still, it wasn't nice that MC wasn't at least given a heads up that they would be in a strange room, being stared at by strange men in strange uniforms.
MC's First Impressions of The Student Council
Diavolo: He seems nice enough. It's a little spooky that he knew my name before I knew his, but he's at least welcoming. Although something tells me I shouldn't get on his bad side...
Lucifer: I know he's obviously trying to give off an air of authority, and I do respect that, but I sense that he's hiding something. It's probably deep, deep down, and most people wouldn't be able to pick up on it, but I get the feeling that he's actually really insecure. I could just be projecting, though. I'd like to get to know him more and see if that's the case. He's also one of the most beautiful people I've ever seen, but that's beside the point.
Mammon: I can't believe I have to allow a stuck-up, airheaded demon to be my Devildom guide. He doesn't even speak properly. I just have to do what I always do: act nice to him whenever I'm around them, and then complain about him when he's not around.
Asmo: First of all, gay. Like, actually gay. Second of all, he's just as arrogant as Mammon. I doubt he's as sweet and charming as he claims to be.
Satan: Clearly the middle child. Also, he looks and acts remarkably similar to Lucifer. Too similar...
Beel: Definitely relatable in this moment in time. The only thing I've had to eat today is a bowl of cereal from this morning.
Levi: I like him already. I know it's toxic to form friendships based on a mutual hatred of somebody, but I do kinda wish I could vote Mammon to die right now.
--------------------------------
Notes
MC's actually quite excited to do tasks and write a paper about their experience in the Devildom. One of the first supplies they get is a notebook to document their thoughts on things as they happen. This proves quite handy in getting to know the demon brothers and exchange students, so much so that MC collects several notebooks full of information.
When MC looks into Asmo's eyes, they immediately get nauseous to the point that they almost throw up all over the fifth born.
As soon as Lucifer mentions that the House of Lamentation was originally a cursed house in the human world, MC makes it a priority to learn as much as they can about its history.
MC does not appreciate Mammon yelling at them. At all. If it weren't for their manners, MC would have told him to shut up. Thankfully for everyone in the room, Lucifer's the one to voice those thoughts.
If any of the men in the room were to glance over at MC when Lucifer asks Mammon in an angry/nice voice if he objected to being MC's guide, they would have caught a flash of arousal in MC's eyes.
When Mammon tells MC that they better know who the boss is, they immediately think, "Lucifer."
First thing that winds up in MC's notebook: "Demons like humans with nice souls. They will use their wisdom and abilities to tempt the humans so they can get their hands on their souls. Either humans will be tempted by demons, or demons will lose against the shiny and noble soul of a human and make a run for it. This is an experiment to find out who will win."
While Lucifer's statement of MC not having any magic in them is true at the time he says it, it naturally develops inside of them the longer they stay in the Devildom.
MC makes a mental note to hit the nearest dance studio and learn some moves, because they want to eventually take part in the dance battles without the assistance of the demon brothers.
MC's thoughts as Mammon talks as they arrive at the House of Lamentation: "What's insulting is that I have to be guided by someone who won't stop talking. What am I, his diary? 'Dear Diary, today Lucifer was weally mean to me. He makes me angy. I wish I wasn't so insecure. You think I'm tough, right, Diary?' Also, who the fuck goes around calling people peons? And then you want to get on my case about stopping to read the flyer just to turn around and tell me that I can look at it myself when I ask you about it? Maybe I wanted to get a part-time job to help support myself, you nitwit!"
When Mammon states that it's been 260 years since Levi gave him money and not 200, it takes everything in MC's power to not reply, "Aren't you supposed to make that number lower than what was initially stated?"
MC overthinks about Journey to the Devildom: The Tale of a Little She-Devil and Her Reluctant Companion. Is MC the She-Devil? Does that make Mammon the reluctant companion? But Mammon's the devil, not MC, so would he be the she-devil? Would Mammon like being referred to as a she-devil, or would he bite someone's head off?
MC really doesn't care about labels or status. They will befriend people based on their personality and their actions. So, it slightly offends MC that Levi makes a big deal about otakus and normies.
MC's fascinated by The Tale of the Seven Lords not because of the size of the books, but because of the fact that there are seven demon brothers that they just met, and it can't be a coincidence that there's a series about seven lords.
The second thing that winds up in MC's notebook: "Each of the seven lords is so unique. They're all so interesting in their own peculiar way. The lords are all brothers. The oldest is called the Lord of Corruption. He doesn't come across as being so bad at first, but he's always plotting and planning in secret. The second oldest is the Lord of Fools, a scumbag who'll do anything for money. The third oldest is called the Lord of Shadow, a brooding recluse. The fourth oldest is known as the Lord of Masks. He masquerades as a high-status, upstanding member of society, but underneath it all, he's an inhumane monster. The fifth oldest, the Lord of Lechery, only ever thinks of sex. The sixth oldest is the Lord of Flies, and he only ever thinks of food. Then there's the seventh oldest, called the Lord of Emptiness. He's weird; you never know what's running through his head."
Underneath Levi's speech (which can also be found on Levi's blog, as MC discovers when they type in "The Tale of the Seven Lords" in Doogle) is a t-chart assigning each demon brother to a lord. This t-chart proves extremely useful to MC.
MC likes Henry the goldfish.
Levi may have been talking a mile a minute, but MC caught the fact that Levi described this Seraphina character as seeming to be cold and prideful at first but really wanting affection without knowing how to admit it. That also makes its way into MC's notebook.
As much as MC sympathizes with Levi's predicament with not being able to get his money back, they really do not want to make a pact with Mammon. However, Levi doesn't allow MC to say this, but instead just launches straight into his plan without any consideration towards MC. So, MC really does not have much choice but to go along with it, because the last thing they want is to experience a demon's wrath before they've even been in the Devildom for a full day.

Ikevamp headcanon: Arthur's thoughts on Moriarty the Patriot (Yuukoku no Moriarty)
Essentially what if Arthur (my ikevamp husband) learned about Moriarty the Patriot given his hatred and annoyance for Sherlock Holmes 😂 This headcanon includes my magical plot device on how Le Comte gave MC a techroom somewhere in the mansion that is connected with the internet and has 21st century gadgets and chargers (If you've read my Hamilton headcanon post, its the same room). Also one last thing, she's a Sherliam shipper.
You were bringing Arthur his morning coffee when you decide to ask him if he was free for a chat. You were nervous of course because you know of how he views Holmes in a negative light. And yet neither of you can't deny that Holmes has quite an impact in the world. You also knew that Arthur didn't mind it when other writers gave their spin on Holmes since it would give him a break from the creation that has become a nuisance.
However you also knew that he's not so keen on the Sherlock Holmes adaptations and wouldn't even go anywhere near the BBC version of Sherlock.
Which is why you were nervous about sharing the fact that you love Moriarty the Patriot to him. And yet a part of you can't help but be curious as to how the author himself would think about the series.
"Arthur, you'll love me no matter what I like, right?"
"What's this? Discovered something naughty? Don't worry-"
"ARTHUR!" You laugh as he breaks the tension with his flirting.
"Of course I still love you Y/N, even if I'm a bit bothered that you like Holmes." You were half surprised that he knew at least the partial truth.
"Okay, what gave me away?"
"Hmm, where to start? Well first I couldn't help but notice ever since you got a message on your phone that you've been inside the gadget room Le Comte has installed for you. And I know you weren't studying because I could hear music and dialogue through the door. Now while I may not know what they're saying, the fact that you would get this nervous and guilty around me alone after you emerge already confirmed that its probably something to do with Holmes."
Arthur then takes this time to give a reassuring caress to your cheek. His way of saying that he's not mad.
"Y/N, its fine if you enjoy any Holmes entertainment. You don't have to experience how annoying he can be."
"Actually Arthur, he can also be really annoying in some adaptations too. Depending on the actor."
"My point is, while I appreciate you being considerate of my feelings for Holmes. I hate it even more if you have to hide something from me that makes you smile." He presses his forehead against yours.
"Even if it is that blasted Holmes." You can't help but laugh and some weight has been released from your chest.
"Aww thank you Arthur. Actually you're only partially right." He raises his eyebrow in curiosity.
"Technically it isn't a Sherlock Holmes story. It's a James Moriarty story. Although Sherlock is still in it." Now that got him curious, and you knew that at least now he was really open.
"It's a very different take on your Holmes lore and I'm not going to lie that I prefer the character designs and ages of this anime and manga adaptation. It's called Moriarty the Patriot, or that's the English translation of the Japanese text."
You then begin to explain that the series gives the perspectives to characters that were seen as villains.
"Also I have to warn you, they made Moriarty the same age, and height, as Sherlock and he might not even be the character you recognize since-"
"Y/N, don't worry. The fact that for once Holmes isn't the star has already intrigued me. Even though I based him from Adam Worth I'm a little bit more open for changes in Moriarty."
You decide not to immediately tell him about how technically speaking, Sherlock Holmes is a fanon love interest based on the plenty of subtext framing devices in both the anime and in the manga.
You two then spend the rest of the day and into the night watching the first part or "Season 1" of the anime since going through the manga would take awhile. At least with the anime being more of a summary, he can judge if he wants to go more in depth by reading the manga.
Much to your relief, his intrigue for the perspective of William Moriarty is refreshing to him. He admits that while he wouldn't take it in the direction of the show, it actually works and he applauds the creators for not just "making Holmes the center of the universe."
One of the things he especially loves is while William is the main rival of Holmes, Albert and Louis are also heavily involved. And the creative liberties done makes sense with William Moriarty's characterization in the show.
This is probably one of the few times wherein he didn't mind (or cringed) at Sherlock's introduction. And was actually entertained in how Sherlock and William first meet.
"I'm upset now", "Huh? Why?", "Because I wish I had thought of introducing them like that first."
If you're wondering if he will ever pick up on the subtextual gay flirting between Sherlock and William Moriarty, he doesn't pick it up in the Noahtic arc, but he does notice it in "The two detectives" arc.
"Hold on, is Holmes flirting? With William?" "Well darling you did make it canon that Sherlock wasn't interested in women that way."
Before he goes to correct you, the most memorable scene was about to happen and you told him to pay attention to the scene just as you hear Sherlock say "Probatio Diabolica".
"Catch me if you can, Mr. Holmes."
"Would it satisfy you to hear me say that, Mr. Detective?"
"Oh these two are definitely flirting - and I don't hate it." As a matter of fact given how they act in this universe, he was open to them being a couple (he's not a shipper like you, but he's not opposed to the idea since he sees the chemistry between Sherlock and William in this universe).
By the time you reach the last episode and you were humming "Twisted Hearts" he becomes open to reading the manga once he's free from his writing duties.
He also finds it adorable that you read Sherliam fanfiction and doesn't mind listening to you gush about your favorite ship in the Moriarty universe.

Size Difference - Beelzebub (Kinktober day 12)
I’m basing the dysphoria aspect off of my own experiences, so if you can’t really relate, then I’m sorry.
CW: top Beel, bottom mc, trans ftm mc, author projecting a bit too much, author also simping for Beel a bit too much, Beel being a sweetheart
Body dysphoria never bothered you that much. You were more concerned with how you presented socially, as well as the more inner types of dysphoria. It wasn’t until you were dragged down into the Devildom that you really began to feel true body dysphoria. After all, you were constantly surrounded by the demon brothers, and they were nothing if not attractive. Especially Beelzebub. In a strange way, he was everything you wanted to be. Not that you wanted to be over six foot with tons of muscle, but he was still basically the ideal. He’s what most trans guys strive to be, including you.
Eventually, Beel started to catch on that something wasn’t right with you. All of the brothers knew you were trans by now, but he didn’t think it had much to do with that. Beel tried to be subtle in his attempts at finding out what was wrong, but everyone knows he  is not good at being secretive about this kind of thing.
Honestly, you hardly had the energy to explain to him what was bothering you. But you saw those worried eyes of his and you knew you had no choice. There would never be a world where you would let Beel be upset, especially over something related to you. So you sat him down in his room and carefully explained everything to him. How your dysphoria had worsened since being here, how jealous of the brothers you had become, and especially how jealous you were of him.
He was surprised, but he could understand what you meant. While he may look somewhat dense, Beel is actually quite good on empathizing with others emotions. As always, he’s quick to assure you of just how amazing you are, and that you don’t need to look like him in order to be a man. Being yourself is already enough, at least, to him and his brothers. But you’re still not convinced.
And so, Beel decides to convince you in one of the few ways he knows how. He starts out slow, placing gentle kisses on your lips, followed by your neck and collar bone. It feels nice, and you relax into his touch. Beelzebub, ever the gentleman, asks to remove your shirt, which you agree to in a heartbeat. You’re a bit more hesitant to let him remove your binder, but you agree to that eventually. He moves down, his hands palming at your chest before replacing one of them with his mouth. His mouth continues to work on your chest for the next few minutes as he softly delivers praises to you.
Beel continues down once more, and you moan as you feel his mouth inching closer to where you want him most. He, again, asks for permission before removing your pants and boxers, leaving you completely bare. Lips make their way up your thighs, and you groan from how sensitive they are. From this angle, you can really see just how large he is in comparison to you. It would be intimidating if not for how much it turned you on.
His mouth finally found its place between your legs, and he wasted no time in getting to work. Beel started at your clit, gently licking and sucking at it. Your moans grew louder as the pleasure grew more intense. Then he moves his way down to your cunt where he licked a long stripe between your folds. He did so a few more times before finally dipping into your hole, forcing the loudest moan you’ve made yet. His pace is gentle but quick, and it isn’t long until you’re on the verge of coming.
Then he brings up a hand to rub at your clit, and that’s when the flood gates open. You come, hard, and he continues working you through your orgasm. As you’re coming down from your high, you see Beel reach over to his bedside drawer and pull out a condom and some lube. He then proceeds to unzip his jeans and pull out his aching cock. He must have been really pent up from all that time spent pleasuring you. It’s a miracle he even lasted this long.
Your brain begins to defog a bit, and that’s when coherent thoughts start forming once again. Beel had always been much bigger than you. That was obvious. It was also obvious that he was anatomically proportionate. In other words, his dick was huge. This wasn’t your first time having sex with Beel, so yu knew just how full you feel when he’s inside you.
A cold feeling between your legs brings you back to reality. You look down to see Beelzebub rubbing some lube between your folds, readying you for what was to come. You also notice that he’s already gotten the condom on and has lubes up his cock. A shiver of anticipation runs down your spine at the knowledge of what was to come.
With your permission, Beel lines himself up with your entrance and begins to slowly push in. Even when he’s only a couple inches deep he feels massive. And it only gets better from here. Because, once fully sheathed inside of you, you can see a bulge forming in your stomach from the size of his cock. He notices too, and he lightly presses down on it, making you both moan.
After a moment to adjust, he begins to move. His pace is slow at first, not wanting to hurt you in any way. You feel every inch of him against your walls, and it feels amazing. No one else can stuff you full like he can, and you both know it. Eventually, his pace begins to pick up to an inhuman speed. It feels as though you’re being ripped in half by his dick, and you’re loving every second of it. Both of you know you won’t last much longer, not like this.
It only takes a couple more minutes before you’re coming on his cock. The tightness around him makes him groan, and he’s coming as well. You’re lucky he had a condom on, or else your stomach might have bulged out even more. After recovering from the aftershocks, he pulls out before going to the bathroom. Beel comes back with a towel to wipe you off with.
Once clean, he drags himself back into bed with you where the two of you spend the rest of the night. Your dysphoria had been long forgotten by now thanks to your lovable giant.
Have I mentioned before that I’m in love with Beel? Cause if not, then this is the official announcement.

*reposted from my previous blog*
Request: Hi! Just read your requests for jjk are open so I decided to ask for a fluffy one with sukuna! My idea is that the reader is a sorcerer that has many tattoos and when she first meets sukuna she's kinda amazed by his "tattoos" and somehow she treats him like a normal person so they end up being closer and sukuna really falls for herIt's just an idea so change anything you want! And thank you in advance 💖
Author Note: I tried my best! I hope you enjoy your request :D. Please feel to request again <3
Please excuse any grammar or spelling. I am going based on the anime and manga.
Word Count: 520+
♡`♡~♡~♡~♡~♡~♡~♡~♡~♡
The MC is around 18-20
She recently graduated from Jujutsu Tech and fairly the youngest ones who went through their schooling due to having powerful curse techniques.
Her abilities are being able to bring any kind of art from her skin to life
She needs to have a solid idea of their power before activating it
She used to do doodles, until she decide to get tattoos to make it a lot easier and are permanent on her skin
Gojo trusts her to watch over Yuuji due to being needed somewhere else and Nanami is busy with other missions.
He has full trust on her abilities and has experience them while training her.
She has many tattoos all over her body when Yuuji first met her
He was intimated
She asks for Yuuji to switch with Sukuna, out of curiosity due to being informed that when Sukuna takes over, there are tattoos.
She appreciates any kind of art
When she catches Sukuna curse tattoos appearing all over Yuuji body, before he could even make a snarky comment
His head was turning to the side and left while she was evaluating the marks, which caught him off guard
“Don’t touch me! You filthy human!”
“Shut up! Enjoy the moonlight, appreciate the moment!”
She was not what Sukuna expected for a sorcerer to be
She was way stronger from the current students
She would ask for him once in while to annoy him knowing Yuuji could take over if necessary.
Its also letting Yuuji learn his way out to come back to the surface, because it seems its getting harder for Yuuji to come up to even hear their conversations when he switches places with Sukuna
Sukuna was purposely blocking Yuuji from hearing and seeing his own conversations with you
He would let you run your fingers on top of his skin and asking questions due to curiosity
“What do they mean?”
“There isn’t any meaning. They are apart of me.”
He actually found himself enjoying spending time talking to you because you are speaking to him as if he was human not a filthy cursed spirit much like other sorcerers.
“You were once a human. You became a cursed spirit for a reason that I am sorry whatever make you like this. It meant you were suffering sort of way.”
Sukuna would run his fingers across the skin where your mythology creatures to animals inked into your skin.
When you are cooking, both of the boys would have a chance to taste your food.
Yuuji would eat half of his food, the other half would be eaten by Sukuna who enjoyed your cooking
The moment when he realized to have feelings for you was when you were literally protecting Yuuji with your body even  knowing he can heal because of Sukuna. You had ran out of cursed energy.
“Just because you can heal later, doesn’t mean you don’t feel pain. Don’t be ridiculous. ”
Sukuna slashed them apart before even landing the death blow, he ended up saving your life because you restrained your body to create cursed energy knowing it will affect your physical body.
♡`♡~♡~♡~♡~♡~♡~♡~♡~♡ Thank you for reading!
Feel free to send in your request :D, Comments/Reactions are greatly appreciated!

FLAT SPIN CHAP 5 SPOILERS!!
OH MY GOD IGGY THAT CHAPTER WAS ABSOLYTELY PERFECT!!!!
The way he asked her to come to Barcelona… SO carlos of him I wanted to cry… AND THE WAY HE METICULOUSLY PLANNED EVERYTHING? I am sorry if you dont like / dont care about zodiacs BUT THE VIRGO ENERGY IN HIM JUMPED OUT, and I respect it soooo much. Everything he planned was so /him/, but also so so perfect for MC — the little gestures? Ordering for her? Translating everything for her? POSTING HER ON HIS STORY? God i literally melted
AND DONT GET ME STARTED ON HIM COOKING FOR HER… because god damn you Know how Weak I am and it was so beautiful, also the British breakfast once again just shows how much he cares for her and understands her🥹 i am just about to combust actually
AND THEN RACE WEEKEND? And everything with the green tractor and also MC and Sebs relationship? Once again nailed it sm god i love these teammates… and how she didnt want to fight Seb / come across like that because he just means so much to her????? Girl you got me on the floor rn…
What I cannot stop thinking about is how shes in for the championship, and as of rn so is Carlos… Will they be fighting each other further down the line or… 👀 Make up sex as an apology for aggressive overtaking again? Or podium celebration sex because BOTH of them ended up on the podium (Silverstone? 👀) So many possibilities omfg dont mind me
AND THEN LAST BUT NOT LEAST (thiugh i still have so much to say but my slow ass brain needs a bit of time i guess) the ending was just perfect… like am I the only one thinking Carlos didnt want to sleep with her pre race weekend bc he wanted to fully focus on her but couldnt with all the GO expectations around him? But now that it was done he could let himself fully focus on her and give her all the attention he thinks she deserves? God I love them sm… And the way you let all those emotions show through during the smut was just CHEFS KISS, the way they understand each other is just so 🥹🥹🥹 i have no words lol other than i’m SO obsessed..,
God i hope this all is legible its 4:14am now and i am prone to word vomit already when my brain is working so this may just sound like incoherent crap but i hope you know this chapter was SO GOOD, also the way you captured Barcelona imo was spot on like I wouldnt have noticed that it was all based on research and not personal experiences (though i guess i must confess i havent been to barcelona since i was 4 either… JSJDKFKF BUT YOU MANAGED TO CAPTURE THE SPANISH VIBES PERFECTLY THAT I CAN TELL YOU BC I JUST VACATIONED IN SPAIN LAST MONTH)
okay oh my god i am back from festival and i am finally going to reply to this without crying halfway through...
firstly OH MY GOD. you... you wrote all this... about my work?? I'm touched, I'm shook, I'm honoured, this is honestly the best feeling and probably as close to a "real" author with people analysing my work as I'll ever get and I am ABSOLUTELY here for it (especially as a literature nerd who loves to pick apart all of my books for fun)
haha I don't *dislike* zodiacs, I don't really follow them to that much detail but I vaguely have an idea of them. To be honest, the way I write Carlos is purely based on the guy we see as a Formula One driver and personality (but now you say that I totally see the virgo energy). ALSO I'M SO GLAD YOU NOTICED THOSE I am entirely convinced Carlos is a very detail-oriented person and especially when he is first seeing someone he would be really careful to go out of the way to do really subtle but meaningful things yanno?
As for the championship fight... well I don't want to give anything away but oh I *definitely* have a plan for MC and Carlos and the WDC ;)
Haha don't worry it all made sense! And thank you so much for the comment about Barcelona... it's a little embarrassing how long I spent on google for things to do in and around the city because I've never been to mainland Spain, so even if it's not 100% accurate I'm just happy the vibes were right!!
honestly just thank you so much for this, it means the absolute world <3 <3 <3

MLQC Season 2 Chapter 5 (Kiro) Part 3 [Game Initiation] & [Props and Points] Translation [CN]
***SPOILERS*** THIS POST CONTAINS HEAVY SPOILERS FOR CONTENT NOT YET RELEASED ON EN SERVER!!! READ AT YOUR OWN RISK!!!***
For the previous translations of Chapter 5: Part 1, Part 2
[Game Initiation]
Tumblr media
When I woke up, it was already light out and Kiro wasn’t beside me.
During my rest, the metal collar sent out messages about players that have been out of the game from time to time.
I gently removed the leaves and found that Kiro was leaning on a tree trunk next to the hole, tapping away on the microcomputer.
Kiro: You’re awake!
MC: Sorry, I seem to have slept for a long time…
KIro: It's all right, you needed the rest after yesterday’s ordeal.
The sun slowly sunk. I called out the game map and found that the red dots on the screen were fewer than before, and the highest score in the ranking was nearly 100 points.
The red dot closest to us was moving to the southeast, as if not intending to get any closer to where Kiro and I were.
At this time, Kiro handed me a contact lens case. After I opened it, I found a pair of contact lenses inside.
Kiro: Put them in.
Although a little confused, I still followed his instructions and put on the contact lenses.
Tumblr media
Kiro: Kilo, display location.
As Kiro’s voice fell, I instantly saw the same map screen as before, but it only seemed to appear in front of my eyes.
The difference is that in addition to the red dots, there are two pixelated bear heads on the map. One bear had a small golden flower on its head.
Kiro: I just analyzed the GPS system inside the metal collar and matched it.
While talking, he pointed to his eyes.
Kiro: Your lenses are matched with the ones I am wearing now. One of the bears is you and the other is me.
Kiro: Aren’t they cute?
Tumblr media
MC: Yeah! But if the little bear wearing the little flower was you, I think it would be even cuter.
Kiro: I don’t have to be so cute!
Kiro simply rejected me and continued to explain the instructions to me.
Kiro: Kilo, show the connection.
Responding to his command, the two bears on the screen shook their heads, connecting a red line between them.
Kiro: Also, you can check the distance between us at any time.
Kiro: Kilo, display satellite signal, zoom in.
I saw the map in front of me being enlarged, showing a huge forest which looked familiar.
There are visible bushes all around and I can actually see a young man running in the distance.
Kiro: You can open it at any time in case you need it in the future!
Kiro: Kilo, close map.
Tumblr media
MC: Amazing!
MC: But this forest looks familiar to me…
Kiro: Because this is the forest on the outskirts of Loveland City.
I looked around and felt a shiver go down my back.
Who would have thought that this game was so close to the city and all this was deeply hidden in the shadows?
MC: What exactly is this game?
Kiro glanced at me, hesitating for a moment, then turned on the microcomputer in his hand and motioned for me to come nearer.
Kiro: This game started three years ago. I heard that it was only a small-scale game, but little by little it gradually expanded. The organizer is unknown.
Kiro: There are two ways to participate in the game.
Kiro: One party is a player and points are earned by participating in the game.
Kiro: The top three can choose whether to advance to the next level of games to get more points in exchange for huge rewards. ***Sounds like the Box Office in the MLQC game XD***
Kiro: The game is divided into “zone” and “level”. Games of the same level will be played simultaneously in all corners of the world.
Kiro’s fingers tapped on the keyboard lightly and a world map was displayed in front of us on the screen and dense red dots were pinned on the map.
MC: Are all of these game locations…?
Kiro: This is just a suspicious point found based on the signal. In order to hide the existence of the game, the main messenger of the game often changes the IP address of the server.
Kiro: But the only thing that can be confirmed is that this game has a very wide range of influence and every continent has its own game zone.
I suddenly remembered the words introduced by the electronic voice when I first arrived in the forest.
Tumblr media
MC: So we are now the first level in the ninth district…which means there is an eighth and seventh district…..even a tenth one?
Kiro: Mm-hm.
Kiro: The first level of the eighth zone started 5 days ago.
He quickly tapped the keyboard and rows of numbers flew across the screen.
Kiro: It ended about 4 hours ago.
I sucked in a cold breath.
All of this is like a thick, hidden black mist, lurking in a silent corner, quietly using people’s desires as bait.
Kiro: But this is only in Asia.
Kiro: If my guess is correct, right now in the United States, Africa, and Oceania…there should also be a first-level game in the ninth district going on at the same time.
According to Kiro’s prediction, I slightly raised my head and thought about it carefully.
MC: So in simple terms….
MC: The same can be said for the first-level game, the eight-zone level and the nine-zone level in which they may be played sequentially according to the date.
MC: Then, games of the same level in the same area on different continents will be played at the same time?
Kiro: Bingo! You got it.
MC: Can those players who have not been promoted still leave here?
Tumblr media
Kiro: Yes, but…
Kiro: You need to be able to get out of here alive.
His tone was faint, but my fingers slowly went numb.
Kiro: In this game, the only way to earn points is to attack others.
Kiro: According to the degree and result of the attack, the system will make a judgment and give the corresponding points.
MC: If you…kill someone, the score will be the highest…right?
Kiro looked at me with some uneasiness and hesitation on his face.
Kiro: MC, even if you don’t know this, it also doesn’t matter.
Kiro: I will protect you so that you can leave here safely.
Kiro’s soft words are like a feather and his beautiful eyebrows were also slightly creased.
I took a deep breath.
MC: No.
Tumblr media
MC: I want to know.
He looked at me seriously, as if he was still unsure whether to continue speaking.
MC: And it’s not “I”, but “we”. We are leaving here together safely.
Kiro looked at me, but then chuckled. He didn’t respond to what I just said but lowered his head and tapped on the keyboard.
Kiro: You guessed correctly. If you kill someone, you get the highest score.
Kiro: In order to get a higher score, the participates of the game will naturally choose to directly kill each other.
Kiro: And the messenger has a way to keep such killings undetected.
Tumblr media
MC: ….Why would this person do such a thing?
Kiro: This involves the second way of participating in this game: betting.
MC: Could it be…
Kiro: All game participants will be photographed by a camera hidden in the metal collar, and then displayed on the screen for different people to watch and place bets.
Kiro: After the punter obtains the authority through a special method, he can watch the game on the monitor and bet on the participants. If the bet is successful, he can win money.
Kiro: It’s the same as betting on horses.
I inhaled sharply, and suddenly thought of something.
MC: Is this game specifically designed for Evolvers?
Kiro: Mm. At the very beginning, it was just a game for the existence of Evolvers.
Kiro: Probably many people want to see this kind of supernatural beings kill each other like watching a movie.
Kiro’s tone gradually calmed down, and the light from the screen was very solemn in his eyes.
Kiro: For Evolvers, there are still many people who do not acknowledge their existence and the huge rewards of this game are undoubtedly a huge attraction.
Kiro: Later, in order to increase the enjoyment of the game, a few ordinary people with superb physical abilities, were added to the game.
Kiro: In most cases, an Evolver has a greater chance of winning, but I heard….that the hunter with the highest score in this game is an ordinary person.
MC: How did you find out about all this?
Kiro: Well, I also saw a player who survived.
Kiro: His experience was also added to my survey results.
Kiro: But he quickly disappeared.
His brows were tightly knitted into a knot, and his eyes were full of guilt.
Kiro: Because this game has a rule that even after leaving, you are not allowed to disclose any information about the game.
MC: Then, he…
Kiro: The other party is sent to KEY through encrypted mail, and the transmission path and address were destroyed instantly at the same time the mail was sent.
Kiro: In the email, he wrote the online address of the game and the server address that he queried, and he also attached the server change rule he tested.
Kiro: Although there is some deviation from the correct result, it is precisely because of his calculation that I could find the real server address faster.
Kiro: But the next day, he vanished.
He lowered his head, like a self-blaming child. Kiro probably has been continuously blaming himself for this incident.
MC: He knew what the result would be, but he still sent you that email.
MC: I think he must believe that KEY can help more people to end this sinful game.
MC: He believes in you, and so do I.
Kiro touched his hair and smiled helplessly.
Kiro: Damn, I want to be more handsome in front of you, but I didn’t expect you to see me so useless.
MC: No, you are still the most handsome superhero!
He showed that bright smile again. Lu Kang’s memory suddenly flashed across my mind, which seemed to be similar to what Kiro said just now.
So I briefly described the scenes about the youth I saw before to Kiro.
Kiro: It’s not just this young man.
He tapped the Enter key softly, and the faces of six people immediately appeared on the screen.
Kiro: These are the six victims in the Evolver assassination.
Kiro: In fact, the second one was also a game player. He talked about the game in the post bar and disappeared in the afternoon.
MC: Is it possible that the so-called Evolver assassination is somehow related to this hunter game?
Kiro shook his head.
Kiro: The remaining dead have nothing to do with this game, so these two things exist simultaneously.
Kiro: Although they have different goals, both sides seemed to want to dilute themselves to the other side.
MC: How did you find so many…
Kiro: As long as electronic information is used, it will definitely leave traces in the world.
Kiro: I only happened to find out just now.
He turned off the computer screen and there seemed to be a progress bar on the side of the screen flashing by showing 35%.
MC: Then what did you do…
I wanted to ask what method Kiro used to break in and why he was investigating the hunter game when the metal collar around my neck suddenly vibrated.
The chilling mechanical interface was cast in front of us. The difference is that several green dots have been added to the map, and one happened to be near us.
Electronic voice: Ding dong.
Electronic voice: Now is the time for the supply of items for a limited time. Please obtain them according to the map if you need them. Don’t miss it.
[Props and Points]
Supply of limited-time items? What is that?
I looked at Kiro. He also seemed puzzled, but we looked at each other and decided to head towards the nearest green dot first.
Tumblr media
It was a relatively spacious clearing in the forest, and there seemed to be a medicine box on a slab of rock in the center.
Kiro and I stayed to the side for now. Because of the virtual positioning set by Kiro, our location will not be discovered for the time being.
Soon a figure appeared in the clearing. He looked like a young man in his 20s with dark red blood stains on his clothes.
??: Open….
*popping sound*
He didn’t finish speaking. A bubble gum-like object floated to his ear at some point and immediately exploded!
The young man fell to the ground in pain, his ears bleeding, and another man emerged in the clearing while blowing bubble gum.
There were more and more bubbles. Kiro suddenly pounced on my body and held my head, covering my ears and the metal collar on my neck all at once.
*more popping sounds*
Nevertheless, the young man’s endless and painful wailing and explosions still pierced my head.
The world returned to silence after a few minutes.
Electronic voice: Hunter No. 19 attacked effectively, earned 30 points.
From the clearing, a cold electronic sound came from the man’s metal collar.
Kiro’s somber expression was reflected in my eyes. Someone died so tragically in front of us, but we were helpless.
The man blowing bubble gum didn’t seem to feel this. He even whistled happily and stepped forward to open the medicine cabinet.
He picked up a syringe and inserted it into the vein of his arm without hesitation.
Upon closer inspection, I discovered that the man’s arm was already covered with traces of injections.
He bent over slightly. His hands were shaking incessantly, and his nose kept pouring out blood. But he didn’t seem to mind and swiped the blood with the back of his hand.
Ferocious and chilling.
A tree rustled, and the man keenly glanced forward diagonally, revealing his blood-stained teeth. He smoothly spit out a bubble which seemed to be several times larger than before.
Tumblr media
MC: His Evol has been enhanced….
The bubble floated leisurely in the direction where the sound came from and a huge explosion was heard the moment it touched the tree trunk!
Man: Huh, an illusion.
He smacked his lips, took a few steps, holding the metal collar with his hand.
Man: Display map.
The man continued to chew bubble gum and his eyes were full of bloodthirsty light. I didn’t know what button he had pushed, but then a call status appeared on the interface.
Man: I got the supplies. This thing can be increased by half an hour which is too useless.
The person on the other end of the call gave a little laugh.
??: I also got it. Indeed, it was a good idea to form an alliance. This game is not that difficult.
??: I heard that there has been a new improvement recently and it can last up to forty minutes.
Man: Forget it. I’ll try it out, see you later.
He turned off the screen, and started walking farther and farther away.
At the moment he left, Kiro lowered the brim of his hat and rushed to the side of the fallen young man.
As he approached him, he covered the metal collar on the young man’s neck with his clothes.
He silently watched the young man take his last breath, and then kindly covered the young man’s horrified eyes.
Electronic voice: Hunter No. 12  has died and his points were cleared.
Electronic voice: Out.
My metal collar said these cold words mercilessly.
Kiro’s body was trembling from anger and he clenched his fists and slammed his fist heavily onto the ground.
I walked forward quietly and lightly dropped my hand on his head. He raised his head and looked at me dejectedly.
Tumblr media
Kiro: “I must put an end to the game.”
As soon as his spoke the words, I understood immediately, and nodded fiercely.
I looked in the direction where the man just left, and then at the thick tree trunk that was blown up by the huge bubble.
The syringe inside the medicine box instantly increased the Evolver’s ability. According to the content of the call, the increase time was only half an hour.
I picked up the needle that had just been randomly discarded and found that it was the same packaging as the “Small Syringes.”
….But the effect is obviously different.
Goosebumps stood up on my skin.
The medicine in the test tube is at least ten times or even a hundred times….it’s not an exaggeration to say that it’s an enhanced version, and it really improves capabilities….
Could it be said that the “small syringes” circulating around the black market is actually just a cover, and its biggest role to play is in the game?!
The other player on the call said that it has recently been improved…
MC: The potions in this game….are constantly being tested.
Perhaps what’s going around in the black market is only a large number of defective products after testing and the main messenger behind the scenes has proved that it does contain a special “existence” through medicine.
Next, he can find the special variable through countless experiments and investigations to find the answer--
The manipulator behind this game is also looking for CORE.
All prizes are bait, enticing those Evolvers and powerful ordinary people to become natural guinea pigs.
Kiro: Miss Chips…
Tumblr media
Kiro: MC!
MC: !!
Kiro’s face suddenly appeared in front of me and I was relieved. He took my hand.
Kiro: Let’s leave here first.
As if deliberately against us, the metal collar vibrated again, but this time I saw my face appear on the screen.
Electronic voice: Ding dong.
Electronic voice: Now is the time for special missions.
Electronic voice: This time, Hunter No. 29 has been selected. All players who execute an effective attack on this player can get ten times the points.
His voice is sharp and cruel and my photo at the top of the screen is especially clear.
Electronic voice: The time limit is 30 minutes, please don’t miss it.

Stereophile magazine and vinyl
I check out their online presence every so often. They have been around forever. The first true golden ear was J.Gordon Holt the boss / editor of that mag decades ago. He made the names for a lot of products and was respected. He made mistakes (FMI 80), but I liked his opinion when it agreed with mine.
There is a column therein called Gramophone Dreams where they wax poetic over all sorts of stuff vinyl related. I was wandering through there and found some interesting nuggets. They number the columns. The first one I landed on was #54 about a light based phono pickup that used leds and photo detectors and mirrors or something. (DS Audio DS003, DS-E1)
As it was light based the author Herb Reichert goes into the usual catechism about displacement vs velocity methods in pick ups. I usually respond poorly to such useless and incorrect distinctions. All that makes NO FN difference to what you hear.
The review was revealing though of some likely biases in his world view.
As a true golden ear he worships at the altar of moving coils. The more exotic and expensive the better. In his article he said this:
"The DS-E1's lack of added texture was subtle but uncanny. The impact of this absence of imposed texture was less subtle: It made silences more intense and images more three-dimensional. The DS-E1 displayed a significant portion of the "depth and brilliance" I had experienced with the Master1." (Stereophile GD#54 excerpt)
So here he admitted a tolerance for a flaw in his MC experience. MCs add grain and texture that is better not being there.
My editorial position is that MC types are a false god. They sound good from what they add not from what they reveal. Vacuum tubes are guilty of that too but I think to a lesser degree. Nothing is perfect.
Then in another (GD#44) column the same guy has a strange time reviewing a $50 dollar cartridge, the Audio Technica ATVM95E. He liked it. He liked its ancestor the AT 95E. That led down a rabbit hole indeed:
"This month, without warning or forethought, simply by playing records with a gaggle of popular low-priced phono cartridges, I realized that some entry-level cartridges deliver spectacularly high levels of audio vérité. I also discovered that, unbeknownst to me, some under-$200 moving magnets outperform some exotic moving coils that cost 10 times as much." (Stereophile GD#44 excerpt)
Eventually he returned to the MC brethren with an $11,000 pick up and transformer combo. You know it had to be better.
Yet he says this.
"The cheap Audio-Technica made me feel closer to the performers. Neither was my heart directed to the "purpose of music" any better with the Koetsu than it was with the VM95C." (Stereophile GD#44 excerpt).
My take on this is two fold.
First is you do not need to have an $11,000 pickup to enjoy fine music to an Audiophile standard. A good TT helps, but not like his actually.
Second is that as Doug Sax and the Soundsmith GURU said MCs add distortion and pleasant effects that are not honest. It is all about preferences and favorites not accuracy.
I must add that higher level AT cartridges sound better than the AT95s he was using. The AT440 Mla and AT7V have far more depth and detail than the old beast. My current Grado Opus 3 is better yet.

I said at the beginning of the year that I would share my reviews more on my blog instead of just on Instagram and Goodreads. I’ve been reading a lot so far this year, so my reviews will be delayed on here. I’ll hopefully post five (mini-ish) reviews per week!
Friend me on Goodreads here to read my reviews in real-time!
___
16. Down Among the Sticks & Bones (Wayward Children #2) by Seanan McGuire--⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️/5
“Short and bite-size, this was the darker tale of the twins, Jack and Jill. I was surprised to get a story of their experienced through their door. If the other stories are like this then I’m doubly excited! Their story is so sad—both of these girls fell into these pre-chosen boxes and because of their lack of parental love growing up, their door offered them dangerous alternatives. Now I can more fully understand what happened in book one and why it happened.”
___
17. All the Light We Cannot See by Anthony Doerr--⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️/5
“I am normally not a historical fiction reader, but I was immediately sucked into this story created by Anthony Doerr. I listened to the audiobook alongside the book and oh my gosh. There were times where I had to stop and make sure I’d heard correctly, or certain moments in the book that just felt like a punch. Unlike so many other fiction books I read, it’s nearly impossible to have a happy ending with a book based in such a dark moment in history. Even if you think that someone will have a happy ending, or if the impossible might happen for the sake of fictional characters, you’re not safe. Also, much like in real life, so many mysteries remain after the last page of this book. So many lives that we grew to love will forever be gone and we will never have answers for them. One of my favourite characters in this book was Marie-Laure’s father. His patience with his daughter and his perseverance to keep them safe made him a hero in this novel. The love he gave her and his kindness made me wish I could hug the man. Werner was someone who lived in that in between of duty and morality—my theory is that his white hair was a representation of his nature and who he was in this story. And throughout the story, there is the great mystery of the supposedly cursed jewel. I think in showing us this, we were able to see how devastating the ravaging of museums and other, now forever lost, works of art and jewellery were during the war. I do want to say that there are trigger warnings for death and the allusions to the camps. There is cruelty braided with our characters’ stories because this is, at its heart, a book about war and how it affects even the smallest of people. This whole book is incredibly memorable. I highly recommend it! And if you’re unsure of historical fiction, I just have to say that the chapters are super short. You just have to go in remembering that this isn’t a romance novel, or a book with the perfect happily ever after because of its subject matter.”
___
18. Summer Knight (The Dresden Files #4) by Jim Butcher--⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️/5
“I’m finding that the further I get into this series, the easier it is to read and get into. Maybe it’s because I’m growing accustomed to the themes and ideas and the characters. I can’t wait to actually read this whole series—thank you, Library, for making this possible. Anyway, I wanted to punch a few characters in this book. Harry deserves to be treated so much better—I don’t understand why these people are so quick to think the worst of him. But despite everything, he still has such a level of self-control and is intelligent enough that he knows how to maneuver himself through these obstacles. Am I the only one that low-key wants him to hook up with Murph?”
___
19. Head Over Heels by Hannah Orenstein--⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️/5
“TW in this book for: Emotional abuse, allusions to sexual abuse This book completely surprised me! I was hooked immediately from the beginning and couldn’t stop listening to it! I love romance novels that can just pull me in from the very beginning. There were a couple of moments near the beginning of the romance where the MC seemed to act a little hypocritically. But other than that, I really enjoyed this one! I loved the focus on the emotional and sexual abusive side of this sport. Though I’m no expert (like seriously, I know nothing about gymnastics), I just liked that the author touched on these topics. There’s a documentary on Netflix about this topic that I really want to watch now. I thought the MC’s growth as a character as she tries to figure out her life was great. Her relationship with the young gymnast she’s training was heartwarming, especially when you learn more about her own past. I do wish the love interest had a better redemption arc because the resolution there felt a little too clean cut. If you love romances that feature sports and aren’t super spicy, but focus more on the MC’s personal growth, then you might like this one!”

20. Admission by Julie Buxbaum--⭐️⭐️⭐️/5
“This was an interesting read because it doesn’t have the usual tropes you might find in contemporary YA fiction. The main focus of this book isn’t romance (like we so often see), it’s a girl growing and accepting her imperfections, the privileges that so many people choose to ignore, and how some friendships are meant only for certain phases in our lives.
This is also a book about consequences and how it doesn’t matter what social status you have. While I felt bad for the MC, I can also see why she is dealt the consequences she experiences. This was also a great window into what the admissions scandal might have looked like while the cases were being tried. I feel like there was still a lot of privilege at the end that both undermined the main story, but also served as proof of how privilege works for the wealthy. I’d recommend this if you want to see a fictional perspective of the admissions scandal! Also, if you want to read a story about privilege from the perspective of a white, rich teen girl. (Not me being snarky—it’s actually quite interesting seeing how oblivious she is at times and some of the seriously ignorant things she sometimes says.)”

I'm not sure if this is the place to ask, but do you have any tips on how to write sibling relationships in fanfiction? I've looked around here on Tumblr, but all I find are those "You can tell an author's an only child when" posts that offer no help. I would like to give my characters siblings sometimes, but I am an only child so can't really relate, which means all of my characters are only children too. Which is fine, but sometimes you want to try something different. I'm afraid to try because somebody will say that's not right or call it unrealistic. It's frustrating when people exclude only child writers from creating their own sibling characters because our parents said "one and done".
I honestly have no idea why people exclude writers because they don’t have siblings; I bet that not all authors/playwrights/screenwriters have siblings! I know its a little bit different, but I started writing a ‘novel’ about a crime where the main protagonist has a sister when I don’t have a sister myself. I may have a sibling, but my relationship with my brother is probably not similar to someone else’s relationship with their sister.
The majority of fanfics I have written are for stories that are based in the US - I’m from England; as long as it is factually accurate, it doesn’t matter.
The same goes for writing siblings when you don’t have any.
I don’t really have much personal experience with writing sibling relationships besides a couple of fanfics. I have written fics that focus on the sibling-like relationship between Adrian/Kamilah and Harry/Edmund and my D&D MC.  However, speaking as a person that has written little bits here and there, and who also has an older brother, I am able to offer you advice of sorts; its not great if I’m honest, but I can write a little bit based on my relationship with my brother. If it isn’t helpful, then I do apologise.
I’ll add a read more underneath so that people who don’t want to read me rambling can skip it :)
- The ‘Marmite’ approach: This is probably something that I invented in my randomness if I’m honest. I’m not going to go into what Marmite is as it isn’t important (tis nice tho!), but would rather focus on its motto - you either love it or you hate it. Someone’s relationship with their sibling isn’t always like this; do I always like/get along with my brother? No. It doesn’t mean that I don’t care about him when he has annoyed or upset me. A lot of the time, at least what I’ve seen, writers often focus on those sibling relationships that are either really good or those that cannot stand to be in the same room as one another. My brother and I don’t always see eye to eye; we both have rather strong personalities that clash more often than not. We’re not best friends, and often have things that we do not like about the other. Having a story where a character and their sibling/s get along all the time is good don’t get me wrong, but it’s important to remember that not every relationship is like that.
- Siblings are not always alike in personality and appearance; my brother and I look alike to some extent - we have the same hair/eye colour, and we both have freckles on our faces, but that’s as far as it goes really. He’s super tall and I’m very short (5ft 7 is short when standing next to someone that is 6ft+) - even twins that are deemed identical can appear different and/or have different personalities. One sibling may like sports and the other may be fond of the arts! My brother, for example, is an extrovert when surrounded by people he knows (as am I), but the moment he’s in a situation where he’s surrounded by people that he does not know, he can be the complete opposite, whereas I am often more confident when meeting/speaking to new people. He won’t even acknowledge that I exist when he’s around friends, but as soon as he isn’t or those friends of his bring people over that he feels less comfortable with, it’s like I am suddenly the only one that he can talk to.
- Siblings may often react differently to situations, even those that are traumatic and/or upsetting; I am a very emotional person - I wear my heart on my sleeve, and cry at almost everything. My brother, however, is not like that. I honestly don’t think I have ever seen him cry; he probably has, but he doesn’t express his emotions like I do. We’re the polar opposites, but that isn’t to say that there are not siblings out there that react similarly to one another.
- Names: Okay, so I have never met anyone that does refer to their sibling/greet their sibling by ‘brother’ or ‘sister’ etc. My brother and I address each other by using nicknames mostly, often ones that aren’t actually nice. It’s been our routine for so long that we are no longer phased by it.
- Relationships with parents and/or other family members are not always the same. My brother and I both have an amazing relationships with both of our parents, but I know from others that sometimes one sibling does not feel the same way as the other - similar/same experiences = often different reactions.
- The topic of one parent having a favourite child is a tricky one; we always joke that my brother is my Mum’s favourite, as he seems to be able to do no wrong, but that has never caused a rift between myself and him or us and our parents. Some siblings, however, may feel resentment if a parent does show signs of having a favourite, both for the parent in question and maybe even the sibling.
- Some people feel comfortable telling their siblings things that they may not be ready to tell their friends or even their parents; I am often an open book, so anything I tell my friends I will most likely tell my family, but there have been instances in my life where my brother has told me things that he won’t tell my parents for weeks. Just a couple of weeks ago he told me about how he was interested in working abroad, but only told my mum yesterday. Sometimes siblings can feel more comfortable talking to one another than they would people outside - maybe it’s because they face similar pressure? I’m not too sure.
- Using age as an advantage is a good point too; my brother is 3/4 years older than me, and will often use his age to get one up i.e. ‘I get the bigger piece of cake because I’m older’ or ‘I have more life experience so I should make this decision.’
- Resentment of younger siblings? May be an issue - not applicable in my situation, but it can be a factor.
- Competitiveness: Seeing nearly every event/milestone as a competition. I am often guilty of this - my brother likes reminding me that he got a higher grade for his degree... so I remind him that I left school with more qualifications than him. The need to ‘one up’ each other can be there.
That’s all that I have at the moment; I am sorry if it didn’t help. Please do let me know if there is anything else that I can do for you.

[ERS] Once Again I Will Fall In Love With You - Arthur
Tumblr media
Route Preview:
Year 2XXX, Japan….
One night, I was helped from trouble by a man named Arthur who came from France. He wants me to be his guide for his Japan trip. We started to meet everyday, walking together around Japan under that guise.
One day, I found a detective novel written by an author with his name, Arthur C. Somehow, I felt like I have lived this story before….
As though the turns of pages of a mystery novel, our encounter revealed a memory from a distant past.
[This is an unofficial work based on fan-translation. Copyright belongs to Cybird.]
Warning: Spoilers Underneath.
Route Summary:
Japan, 2XXX.
MC gets cornered in an alleyway by shady men, and she’s internally panicking, thinking of a way to get out of her current situation. Suddenly, Arthur appears and calls her name, pretending to be her boyfriend to drive them away. MC doesn’t recognize him, but a sense of nostalgia washes over her, and she goes along with his act, thankful for his intervention. As Arthur leads MC away, she is confused by the aura of familiarity around him and wonders who he is.
Later on, they introduce themselves, and MC explains to Arthur that she’s helping her friend look for their puppy - a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel.
Arthur: “Wow, your name really is MC, then.”
MC: “Is there a problem with that?”
Arthur: “No, it’s just that you have the same name as my most precious person.”
Arthur looks pleased with that revelation, and offers to help find the dog, saying that he has experience with the breed. She accepts, and as they leave to look for the dog, Arthur grabs her hand, saying that it was to make sure they didn’t get separated and to keep he from running into trouble like earlier. They soon find the dog and return it to its owner, and MC thinks to herself that Arthur was just like a detective, finding the dog super quickly after just looking at a map.
As the two walk home, they get around to making idle chit chat. Apparently, Arthur had recently moved to Japan from France, and was living in a hotel. MC insists that she thank Arthur for his help, and he jokingly asks her if he could request anything. She agrees, as long as it was within her ability to fulfill. Arthur teases her for a bit, but all he asks is for MC to guide him around town next Saturday, since he’s still new to town.
Saturday rolls around, and MC leads Arthur down the main road near the train station, saying that there’s nothing really notable about the town. Arthur doesn’t mind, telling MC everything seemed fresh with her around.
MC becomes suspicious, wondering why he seemed very familiar with everything even though he says he’s new, but Arthur catches her staring at him and asks her if she was falling in love with him. MC answers with a very blunt ‘no thank you,’ and Arthur tells her it was a shame that she hasn’t.
They spend the whole day together walking around, shopping and eating, and when it was time for them to head home, they stop in front of a bookstore that was advertising a mystery novel written by Arthur C.
Arthur asks if she’s a fan of mystery novels. MC tells him she is, and that she enjoys the series, going on about how all its different elements and how the story somehow felt familiar to her. They talk about novels a bit more, and then Arthur brings up their next ‘date.’
MC bluntly tells that she never said anything about this being ‘a date,’ or there being a next time. He points out that he wouldn’t have brought it up if he knew she hated spending time with him, and he laughs, saying that she was still cute, even though she wasn’t being honest. They go back and forth with each other until MC decides to humor him, thinking that Arthur was just lonely since he was travelling alone.
Time passes, and MC keeps spending time with Arthur, all under the guise of ‘guiding Arthur around Japan,’ but there were also days when they’d just get food together after work. MC is convinced that Arthur’s a lighthearted flirt, but he felt so familiar to her that before she knew it, it became natural for her to be by his side.
Two weeks after they first met, Arthur and MC are taking a walk together when she brings up how Arthur would be returning to France soon. He asks if she wants to come along, but MC brushes him off, telling him to stop saying strange things. She thinks back to how he mentioned he had a ‘precious person,’ and she assumes that he was referring to her lover, but as she thinks that, she experiences a sharp pain in her chest.
Suddenly, they hear the sound of a young boy crying for his mother, and Arthur wonder if it’s a lost child. They spot the boy, and after Arthur calms him down, they both help him find his parents. Arthur points out that the boy has dirt on his shoes, which couldn’t have come from any of the buildings that surrounded them. MC then brings up a public garden overlooking the city where families frequented, and leads them to it. There, they quickly find the mother, and she thanks Arthur and MC for finding her son.
Arthur teases MC about how she’s become a detective herself, but she demurs, saying he’s much better at it. She laughs and asks for a high five for a job well done. Arthur is a bit taken aback, before laughing and giving her a high five. MC thinks to herself how that was the happiest smile she’s seen on Arthur, but then he goes on to say that she must have already remembered.
MC’s confused as to what Arthur was talking about, and suddenly gets flashbacks to a scene in Arthur’s Main Story, where they similarly share a high five for a detective job well done.
Tumblr media
Chance Meeting End (Sweet End)
MC brushes off the flashes of her memory, thinking that it must’ve been from a mystery novel she had read and how she must have been unconsciously imitating it, since the detective and the assistant in the novel also share a high five after solving a mystery. MC tries to play it off, but Arthur caves. He admits that he thought it would be fine if MC didn’t remember anything, but he takes that back, saying that he has something important he needed to tell her.
Arthur explains it was natural for the story to feel familiar to her because the character of the assistant was modeled after her. He then leads her to a nearby bench, where they sit down, and Arthur asks her to listen to him, even if his story might seem ridiculous and hard to believe.
He asks her MC is she believes in reincarnation, and continues to talk about how they had already met in her past life, back in 19th Century France, after she had wandered through a magic door in the 21st Century. He explains how they lived in France with a myriad of people, and MC recalls having dreams of a European mansion where great historical figures lived. Those days were fuzzy in her memory, but she still felt great happiness during those times. Arthur also reveals that they’re vampires, and pretends to bite MC when she asked if he was joking. She pushes him away, and tells her wouldn’t actually bite her.
MC wracks her memory and realizes that the reason he came to Japan was to look for her. Arthur confirms it, saying he thought it would be easier to search for her in Japan since that was where she was from in her past life. He also tells her that if he couldn’t find her there, then he’d write a book, just in case it triggered any of her memories, and have her reach out to him instead. MC then connects that the author of the mystery novel she’s been reading was Arthur, and Arthur reveals that he’s the Arthur Conan Doyle.
MC’s surprised, and Arthur laughs, saying that she really hasn’t changed over the years. He says everything is exactly the same, although he thinks she’s even prettier than before. She then realizes that the ‘precious person’ Arthur mentioned was her past incarnation, and it finally dawns her that he has  been searching for her for the past hundreds of years.
Arthur tells her that there was no way he’d think of anyone besides her for the rest of his life. He pats her head, saying that even though she couldn’t remember everything, those memories were still in her somewhere and he’s glad for that. However, MC thinks about how long he’s been looking for her, and she wants to remember everything in order to properly return his feelings.
MC shares her thoughts, and he tells her it was fine with him, but in exchange, she has to make a bet with him. Arthur plans on doing his best to court and seduce her, and if he succeeded, then he wins. If MC kisses him, then she loses, and as a consequence, will have to fall in love with him.
He then continues on, saying if memories were no good, then he could always try to make her body remember, and he pressed a kiss on her cheek.
Arthur: I’m going to make you fall for me again. Are you prepared?
MC laughs to herself, thinking that she’s probably already in love with him, but she still confidently accepts his challenge.
MC: (Even without my memories, it feels like my heart already belongs to Arthur.)
She recognizes that even though she’s bound to lose this bet, since it’s Arthur, it was surely going to be fun.
MC: (This happiness that feels like it’s going to overflow… Surely this also belongs to the ‘me’ right now, even if I remember nothing.)
Tumblr media
Fated Love End (Premium End)
MC regains her memories from 19th Century France, and they end up back at Arthur’s hotel to catch up.
MC sees the manuscript of a book he wrote on his desk, and Arthur confirms that he wrote the book based on their time together. She’s surprised that Arthur C. is, in fact, Arthur, and explains that he wrote the book, hoping that if she read it, she’d reach out to him.
MC recalls a bet they made in her past life, where she says that if there was such a thing as reincarnation, she wanted to make a bet as to who can find the other first. If Arthur finds her first, then he wins, and if MC finds him first, then she wins.
After regaining the memory of their bet, Arthur smiles and says it’s a very long running bet, but he doesn’t bet on anything he doesn’t have confidence in, and he intends on collecting his reward from MC now.
The kiss, and MC wonders to herself what would’ve happened if she hadn’t recalled all her memories, if Arthur would have just returned to France, but she decides to be content with what she has now, with the happiness she feels being in Arthur’s arms.
Note: This is where the paid Epilogue begins.
Tumblr media
Secret End
In France, 2XXX.
Arthur is packing his bags for his trip. Isaac walks by and asks if he’s going to Japan again, and he confirms it. He tells Isaac that even though he’s been all across the world in search of MC, Japan just felt like the right place to look. Isaac asks him how he’s so sure, but Arthur just teases him, saying that Isaac was being cute for worrying about him. Arthur looks around the mansion and sighs, think that even though time has passed, everything remains exactly the same. Almost as if the mansion was waiting for MC to return.
Some time after, Arthur is in Japan, strolling along the city and wondering what to do now that he was in Japan, and starts thinking that it would’ve been much more fun if he was there with MC. He says to himself that he wants to see MC again, and just as he says that, he overhears some men harassing a woman. He decides to check it out and help her.
As he approaches, he manages to get a glimpse of the woman’s face. He stops dead in his tracks in complete shock, and without even being aware of it, Arthur calls MC’s name. MC turns his direction, and he’s a bit surprised that even the name was the same.
But then he notices that MC was looking at him like she would any random man that just called her name, and there was no sense of recognition in her gaze.
Tumblr media
Arthur: (Ah, so she doesn’t remember… Of course. Even though I had already prepared myself for this scenario–)
Arthur is a bit disappointed, but he quickly gets over it, thinking to himself that even if MC doesn’t remember, then he’ll make her fall for him again. He approaches MC and saves her under the guise of being her boyfriend, even throwing in a cheeky wink along the way. As the scene ends, Arthur thinks that finding MC again had to be fate, and that even if she doesn’t remember him, he’ll make her fall in love once again.
—and then the time that remained frozen until now, once again resumed flowing.

hiii, could you possibly do some "first times" HCs with Ikesen Masamune? (obviously both him and MC have prior experience, but just their first time together!) I loved the one you did for Yuki! Thank you! 💕💖💞💘💗💝💓
Hi lovely Anon!  Thank you so much for this ask!  Masamune is so much fun to write for and I always have a blast doing it.  Happy reading!
Warning:  NSFW/18+: explicit/graphic language - reader discretion is advised
First Times With Masamune (Ikesen Headcanon)
Your relationship in general:
CHEMISTRY 101
You and Masamune together is like fanning a flame, adding fuel to fire: both of you burn brighter in each other’s company
Masamune is already rowdy to begin with — he gets downright unmanageable in your presence (Hideyoshi doesn’t know what to do with him and is ALMOST on the verge of giving up)
The other warlords all remark that the more time you spend with Masamune, the more of his qualities you take on (especially Ieyasu, Hideyoshi and Mitsuhide)
What they don’t realize is that you’ve always had a wild streak, it was just tempered by what society expected of you (e.g. growing up feeling like you had to be an obedient child, respecting authority figures, conforming to society’s image of what constitutes a good student/employee/etc.)
They never could do away with your smart mouth though, as Nobunaga can attest to
Masamune, who gives zero f-cks about what anyone else thinks about him (aside from you) and does what he pleases, is only drawing out from you what was already there to begin with
You were initially scared out of your wits in his presence, but then soon realize that it all just feels so…natural
Of course, you still have a very different stance compared to Masamune when it comes to physical violence and war
But rarely have you ever felt such simpatico with another human being, whether back in your own time, or here, 500 years in the past
All the other warlords, while supportive, are secretly envious of Masamune’s relationship with you (except Mitsunari, who doesn’t really know what’s going on): it’s almost criminal for a couple to have that much fun and look at each other with such smouldering passion in their eyes
Of course, all of this translates into HOT SEXY TIMES…
First kiss:
Were you always this turned on from a kiss alone?
Masamune is a skilled kisser - knows how to make you melt with just the soft press of his lips against yours and his tongue will bring you to your knees…literally
The moment you feel him slide that tongue into your mouth, you are gone, putty in his hands
Cocky bastard knows he’s good at this.  He’s had enough experience with women swooning in his arms from his kiss alone
What he didn’t expect was how affected he would be by yours
Once your lips meet, he’s suddenly ravenous, hungrily exploring every inch of your mouth and sucking your tongue into his.  He’s gently sinking his teeth into your lower lip and tugging playfully
The rest of his body responds in kind: he’s grinding into you, hands freely roaming over your clothes (is that his erection you’re feeling against your thigh through his hakama?!)
Masamune can’t quite put into words why he’s responding so fervently to you, he just knows he never wants to stop
Perhaps it’s the grip of your fingers on his hair, tugging gently as if to tame a wild animal.  Or perhaps some hidden note in the warm fragrance of your skin that he detects at the base of your neck.  Or the way your moans are reminiscent of a kitten’s purrs before he greedily swallows them into his mouth.  There’s just something about you that brings out the beast in him
”I love you.”
The first time Masamune tells you he loves you, it will be completely spontaneous
You find yourselves in another near-death situation (no surprise there), the two of you looking wild with ripped clothes, disheveled hair and dirt on your faces
And when you each finally catch your breath to take in the sight of the other through wide eyes, you crumple against one another in belly shaking laughter, both trying not to embarrass yourselves further by becoming incontinent as well
When the laughter finally dies down, he’ll suddenly reach out to gently brush the mud away from your face, softly saying, “I love you, kitten”
You are dumbstruck, frozen in place.  Never once did you think he would be the first to say it.  You love him to death, but were afraid to tell him because he just didn’t seem to be the type to ever settle down with a single partner
Masamune surprises even himself when the words leave his lips as naturally as breathing: he’s never made this kind of declaration before nor even had the inclination to do so.  But then again, he’s also never met someone quite like you before.
The man has had his share of women, but they’ve been a rotating door of one-night stands with the sole purpose of sating a physical need
The thought that you could be the one to “tame” him actually frightens Masamune a bit: suddenly his reckless behaviour on the battlefield can have consequences.  What if he never returns to see you again?
But it’s already too late.  If the words didn’t seal his fate, the passionate kiss you give him in return does.
The first night:
OH.  MY.  GODS.
While neither of you are virgins, your first night together makes you wonder what the hell it was that the two of you were doing with other partners in the past, because it certainly never felt like this
You didn’t know sex could feel this good: the two of you are so physically compatible, the chemistry is insane
We are talking hot, sweaty, wild sex
All inhibitions fly out the door and nothing is taboo.  There is no room for self-consciousness when you are making hot, passionate love with Masamune
Your nails leave crimson trails down the length of his back, while his fingers dig a bit too deeply into your hips as he’s thrusting passionately into you from behind.  You won’t notice the bruising on your skin until dressing in the light of the afternoon sun the following day, having needed to sleep in after an entire night of going at it
As things usually are with Masamune, your first time together will be unplanned: the mood is right, the stars align, and you fall into each other’s arms as naturally as the seasons cycle
Once again, it all begins with laughter.  And then, in the midst of shoulder-shaking heaves, you catch a glimpse of something in that cerulean eye, an instance where he’s completely serious, earnest…and irrevocably in love with you
He says your name.  Not “kitten” or “lass,” but your name.  Whispered like the word itself is sacred and powerful, and perhaps it is, because in that moment, held in the sway of whatever magic was conjured up by that spell, you fall on him, lips hungrily seeking Masamune’s, hands working feverishly to tear open the collar of that blue kimono, needing to feel the heat of his skin beneath your greedy fingers
Masamune is taken aback for all of 2 seconds.  You’ve never been this forward before, and he is used to playing the role of aggressor, especially when it comes to amorous activities.  But he finds that he quite likes the change and is open to becoming your prey for the evening
Sex with Masamune feels like some animalistic courtship ritual, cycling between periods of playfulness and passionate solemnity, with your naked bodies naturally finding themselves in a myriad of different positions where both of you will have the chance to experience what it’s like to dominate and be dominated
Some of the many positions/activities encountered on this first night together include: face-sitting, 69, doggy, cowgirl, missionary, lotus, reverse cowgirl… god, there are so many - some positions aren’t even named yet (now you know why it took all night)!
This man will leave no stone unturned when it comes to the pursuit of pleasure
Oral skills are top notch (the guy loves to cook, so of course he’s going to have some kind of oral fixation) and he enjoys giving as much as receiving
Your blow job is the best one he’s ever had, hands down.  The entire time, when he’s not moaning and groaning, Masamune is trying hard not to entertain fantasies of cutting down the lucky guy you got to practice on with his katana
Speaking of moaning and groaning, the man is loud and doesn’t care.  In fact, he would like nothing more than to turn up the volume so that everyone knows what a good time the both of you are having
You won’t mind swallowing: the man eats his fruits and vegetables and has healthy, home-cooked meals
Magic fingers.  Masamune has had ample experience mixing, kneading and shaping culinary delicacies by hand.  Finds that G-spot like its got a GPS tracker.  You never knew you were capable of squirting before
Dimensions: a beauty to behold, his cock is long and thick, curving slightly upwards to hit just the right spot when he’s plowing deeply into you from behind.  Nice.
Energizer bunny: Masamune can go all night…and he does the very first time he’s with you (you can bet he’s making up for lost time)
Loves to cum on you (and later on as your relationship progresses, in you).  The first night, he paints your stomach, breasts, inner thighs and ass cheeks during four separate rounds of love making
Best aftercare ever: Masamune will wipe you clean, bring you water and whip up something delicious in the kitchen to help you revive (hard core sex does tend to make one ravenous, after all).  Prepare to drift off to sleep with your head on his chest, the steady beating of his heart the sweetest lullaby

PEEPS THERE IS MORE
WHAT ARE. THE. FUCKING. REPRESENTATION. OF. PAIN. IN. ART.
Sorry I’m overly excited rn
I love this. And I’m sorry but I’ll tag peeps here too bc it’s really interesting, tell me if you want more in the future or if you want me to stop tagging me lmao
@whumpthisway @whumpster-dumpster @untilthepainstarts @ashintheairlikesnow
Let’s dive into it.
SOO how does art represent pain and how does it allow us, spectators, to feel it and why do we represent it in art?
Art and stuff, when I use the word it’ll be about every representation of it, paint, fanfic, writing, films, series.... everything.
first of all, maybe when we experience art we aren’t just communicating with the author and the characters but also with the other readers somehow. Like there is a community behind any form of art
heroïc pain, comical pain and the experiment of pain in stories about real people --> restitution of sensation of pain, (recent phenomenon apparently)  are the three main thing we’re gonna talk about here
What is a hero and what is its link to pain?
stoïc heroes are the ‘best’, those who take pride in toughening up, very often a mannly trait, there is historically a superior power in play. They’re heroic bc they fight till the end knowing that they can’t do anything (see La chanson de Roland, the agony of Charlemagne’s nephew, it’s apparently a really good agony/whump thing)
Action is superior to affection when you’re a hero (martyrs hello, we’re talking about st Sebastian, our true gay icon, I love him)
------ Tbh this is basically the base for whump, but not the cool part. We want our whumpee to go further. The strength is cool but I don’t just want this, I mainly wanna feel the pain and no one is that hero. It’s often more the tipping point that gives me whumperflies --------
Philoctet here. Who is the guy? Heroic af, but he is an ass. So anyway he is wounded and he has an ulcer and yeah that’s why he screams and smells and his friends just let him to die on an island (lmao) bc he has invincible weapons so they just go away with it (savage)
So he is the metaphor of a patient isolated in their pain, that’s cool. Also there is a caretaker in the story. True antic whump peeps.
-----------Now comical pain(?)  (not whump related here)
Can we really laugh about pain? we’re talking about the ripping a bandage kind of comical pain in caricature. How can some kind of pain affect us while other makes us ‘laugh’ or at least be amused...
We then laugh more about the idea of humiliation, for example in comical theater, laughing at the pain as punishment for the ‘bad’ characters. Also laughing makes people superior, so when we laugh together it binds us together, and then pain can be bounding but anyway that’s not the point.
The real question is: how the fuck do we have an insensibility to pain when there is a comical situation?
let’s talk about someone who falls and it’s funny cause they slipped on a banana peel or smtg. bc there is a social convention in the funny situation. Also pain isn’t really obvious, it’s often ambiguous and we can’t really have empathy so yeah, we maybe don’t relate that much? and also small kids don’t seem to find it funny apparently bc they’re not really aware of the comical situation.
I think that this kind of things would be more interesting to do it as a psychological/social study on why we find things funny related to culture and our background, more than our relation to pain
------------ Now, the historically modern kind of pain tale, the one more related to whump, when the goal really is to describe the pain, often trying to get the spectator to relate.
The body has a new place in art. Historically the soul was really the center of art while nowadays we are more in a somatic art, the body is the focus.
Cenesthesia is the internal perception, the general sensibility we have toward our internal feelings. And it’s a general tendency now, Hunger, K.Hamsun, Nausea, Sartres, they focus on those internal feelings. Another great book: ‘La doulou’, Alphonse Daudet (he suffered from syphilis) and he described in a diary all the pain he was feeling, and he tried to be really accurate. Again, great writing material ig.
Léon Werth: The white house is an auto-fiction, basically the story of a guy that has an ear infection and his surgery then the fever. The whole story is about post-op sensations. Interestingly enough, the character doesn’t even have a name, the whole story is only to describe the pain, and the main character is really interested in his own pain. He uses GREAT analogies tbh, like there is an industry in his ear and everything, that’s.... that’s good shit. But like, he isn’t bad about it, he is just weirdly okay with it? he only describes things as he feels them, he has some kind of dissociation from his pain.
This is basically one of the example of pain descriptions in modern art, when the person in pain becomes the spectator of its pain
Dolor y gloria, Pedro Almodovar --> good PTSD shit, how emotional pain becomes physical pain. Two narratives at the same time: the main character with chronic pains as an adult, but then there is the other story: how, as a child, MC was influenced by his past
on an unrelated note, the teacher just said that main character and his mum are hot lmao that’s bi energy af
Well now she’s dissecting a cinematic scene and it’s not really interesting so I’ll try to express what I took out of this.
Seriously, it wasn’t as cool as I expected it to be, I thought she was going to focus more on how we relate to pain. That’s unfortunate, bc I’d love to have an external pov on whump. The actual psychological effect of seeing pain, and why it’s truly appealing to us. Why the fuck do we enjoy it.
It was more of a dive in the representation of pain in different arts. Some good whump references in it I guess. But nothing really psychological and it’s kinda a shame tbh.
Oh but some cool things maybe(?), some interviews of neurologists:
WHAT IS PAIN AND HOW DOES IT INTERACT WITH THE MEDICAL WORLD?
(also there are people specializing on pain out there which is fucking rad and metal lmao)
Scientific pov: Pain is an experience. Sensorial, emotional and physical. the pain isn’t really localized in a part of your brain. Sure, things are processed in the thalamus but it’s a very large zone already, there are so many ways to feel pain, and so many structures in our brain, it’s almost as complex as memory(!)
-The facial expression of pain and why it’s ambiguous? How to see the pain? There are literal descriptions of non-verbal cues, and how to detect pain (there are even photo stocks of facial pain expressions lmao to try and educate our brains). And often, the more you’re affected, the more you’re ambiguous in the way of expressing it.
Frowning is one of the first ways of expressing pain, muscles have a kind of order in the way they react.
Our anatomy teacher now: words of pain. As doctors, it’s often unclear how to understand the levels of pain based on patient expressions. So we have precise forms to help, but we need patients to be really educated to have enough vocabulary. Unfortunately sometimes as we already stated, pain can be anesthetic in a way, and hard to describe, and trying to fix the pain in time is near impossible. We would even need to do a linguistic study on pain and stuff to make sure we can be precise (and write more whumpy things lmao)
Here, a take on pain as an alarm system. Dramatic consequences ensue when there are lesions of nerves, so it is obviously a very useful and protecting tool. But then what about neuropathic and chronical pains? They’re basically when in a house, the alarm goes off all the time for no reason. And then the definition of a protecting system is really wrong
What are the bias medical professionals have? The more a patient says he’s in pain, and the less they’re believed (it’s almost an auto protecting factor: we shut down our empathy and it conducts us to underestimates the pain, and this is terrible bc the more you’re in pain, the less you’re going to be actually taking care of!)
The logic and chaos of pain: either persistence of a physical issue or malfunctioning of nervous systems In a western, there is a tendency to have pain representation when an arrow gets in the flesh, then when it’s extracted, but we mostly won’t even blink when the character just isn’t in pain anymore bc we have that representation of pain being linked to trauma. (whumpers, I think there is where we have something to say: we actually understand the role of pain after the trauma)
And knowing that pain is linked to something is a very relieving factor for most patients. Thus the known placebo effect: if we actually say to patients that there is a cause to their pain, they almost always have better results with pain management!
Placebo also works the other way around peeps, if you think that smtg is going to be painful, oh boi. It’s gonna hurt like hell. Like more than it should... you get the hint
The human mind is fascinating

2, 6, 7, and 12 for the anime meme! :D
Thank you so much from the ask @a-kid-named-hiro!
(Questions can be found from here.)
 2. What’s a memorable anime scene?
This is kind of hard, because there are actually quite few scenes that have managed to move me such a way, I would still remember those so vivid manner. Because to me, memorable scene must have been one that has managed to pull some emotional strings upon me. Just not ‘woah, that’s so cool!’, but some other feelings too.
My anime movie pick would be Pokémon -The First Movie’s moment when Pikachu starts to cry over Ash, when he just turned into a stone. There was just something in that moment when I thought Ash had died and wouldn’t ever come back, leaving his Pikachu all alone in the big world.
Tumblr media
My OVA pick would be Ansatsu Kyoushitsu: Deai no Jikan’s opening sequence where Karasuma walks to Koro-sensei’s cell. The music, mood and visuals just move each time something within me that makes me think fondly of that OVA.
Tumblr media
Lastly, my anime series pick would be Fukumenkei noise’s moment where In NO Hurry to Shout make their first band appearance on the stage and Alice goes berserk when singing. The raw emotions she conveys with her singing hit each time deep chord in me while the fact her bandmates try to keep up with her at the same when playing instruments is amazing.

6. What’s an anime you’d recommend, and why?
Already answer to that question in here, but since here is ALWAYS room to recommend other animes… I’ll this time recommend only series that have more than one season and which I’ve watched fully thus far:
Overlord, is quality isekai where the MC’s motives are selfish and while that sounds like a premise of highly intelligent and cool a-hole MC it isn’t as simple as that. The MC Ainz is in fact monster and since he is stuck in his skeleton body, he decides to make a nation for his people (who aren’t either humans) or everybody who decides to bow to him…which kind of happens by accident? His original goal gets pushed to the background, even though it’s still there and while Ainz certainly isn’t stupid…well, misunderstandings happen and let’s say Ainz makes fake-it-till-you-make-it art. While the story focus at first fully upon Ainz and his peers, the story and world-building expand quickly into very interesting fantasy story. Also, the animation? High quality.
Tumblr media
Bungou Stray Dogs, is interesting series that is mixture of detective, criminal and fantasy shows. The fact all characters’ names are based upon famous authors and their superpower-like abilities are based upon their books’ names? How wicked that is. That little trivia is interesting, because the creator has managed to add those authors’ quirks and such into these fictional characters, while still the series has its own unique story to be told. Mafia, detectives and cool fights? Bungou Stray Dogs serves that all and the animation style is very unique in its own way. The seasons also manage to be their own arcs that still tie together nicely.
Tumblr media
Free! Iwatobi Swim Club, is series that started as full fan-service course, but the further the series got, the more plot it gained. It has very good themes underneath all the smexy boys, who actually represent real athletic swimmers. I think that is something very wicked, that despite Free!-relying to fan-service, it doesn’t go over the top of it most of the time. It still has story to be told. We see lot of interesting characters grow and us, watchers, can rely when they struggle with school and all life choices they’ve to make. It also shows school hobby that you once loved dearly, actually requires quite lot of hard work if you wish to make it as a career and live can have other plans for you when you try reach that dream.

7. What’s an anime you’d never recommend, and why?
Already answer to that question in here, but I also want to mention Tensei shitara Slime Datta Ken: Kanwa - Veldora Nikki. While Tensei shitara Slime Datta Ken -series itself is excellent anime, that Kanwa -Veldora Nikki is basically very, very poor commercial recap track of side characters commenting events and they are just…boring. It’s just…awful. So, I strongly suggest to skip that if you’ve just watched the series to NOT mud your experience over the main series.
12. What was the anime to get you into anime?
Tokyo Mew mew. Though, back then when it got me into it, the English dub of it was going strong, but I still watched the Japanese version and preferred more it.
Tumblr media
For a long time, I was exclusive only in Tokyo Mew Mew fandom, even though I watched couple other animes. But the ones that really changed me from casual watcher to real fan of anime were probably Fullmetal Alchemist and Soul Eater.

(Tought, I still don’t watch that much anime, but I can say the way I view animes and everything related to those have changed from the time when I watched Tokyo Mew Mew.)
