Jason: But why can't I eat them?
Tim: For the LAST DAMN TIME, Alfred did not make them, and those are not the cookies I'm talking about!
Jason: Why call it cookies if you can't eat them, though?
Tim: Goddamnit, Jason-

Have you listened to the butt-chugging sunlight bit from off track? I’ve never lost my mind more - this grown man is insane and I can’t believe he is a professional race driver lmao
Link
So we all agree Alex has indeed stuck his ass in the open air to try this, yes? Because I think he has way too much interest in this conversation for a man who is claiming he is not going to try it. Also, him claiming he thinks it’s interesting because “everyone” is talking about it??? Who is everyone, Alexander???
(He saw this on tiktok on a fyp catered specifically for him and assumed that meant everyone was bare-assing it in sun.)
He is so absolutely ludicrously insane.
Also, the look of intrigue when James told him not to stick a flashlight up his ass 👀. He is…such an interesting creature. I need to study him under a microscope. He has no filter. He has absolutely no filter in regards to people he’s comfortable with (which I love for him, find your safe space/people my introvert king), but also, Alexander this is your digital footprint my guy.
I can believe racing is where he’s ended up tbh. What other profession would truly fit him? I feel like only insane people are climbing into these cars and going at speeds that could kill them. I feel like you have to be the sort of person willing to openly and boldly talk about suntanning your asshole in order to also be the person who boldly gets behind the wheel of a vehicle to do 200+ mph. They go hand in hand in my mind.
Anyway, Alexander Rossi you’re a freak and I love you for it.

Search Engines:
Search engines are independent computer systems that read or crawl webpages, documents, information sources, and links of all types accessible on the global network of computers on the planet Earth, the internet. Search engines at their most basic level read every word in every document they know of, and record which documents each word is in so that by searching for a words or set of words you can locate the addresses that relate to documents containing those words. More advanced search engines used more advanced algorithms to sort pages or documents returned as search results in order of likely applicability to the terms searched for, in order. More advanced search engines develop into large language models, or machine learning or artificial intelligence. Machine learning or artificial intelligence or large language models (LLMs) can be run in a virtual machine or shell on a computer and allowed to access all or part of accessible data, as needs dictate.

I like the idea of the Operators being "mature" but in the sense that, due to being molded into child soldiers, they were forced to grow up way too fast and the obvious trauma and mental dysfunction that comes from such circumstances shines through. Like, even the Tenno that embody the "look inside a broken thing and take away its pain" are unsettling in the way that a young child should not be taking on such burdens... Worst of all - they're essentially godlike creatures, so there really is nobody else that understands their struggle or can truly comfort them. Margulis tried, the Lotus tries but the Tenno are still alone in their predicament.

"If enough of us vote third party for president, we could actually GET somewhere with our policy goals!"
Baby girl you can't even get a majority of third party/independents in a single state legislature. In the past 30 years there have been seven independent/third party state governors, and of those, only three were genuinely independent. The rest either got elected as a R/D and switched mid-term when they alienated themselves from their state party, got elected as I and then switched to R/D during their terms (with some of them having served the R/D parties before), or served as proxy candidates with heavy backing and support from one of the major two parties. Even VERMONT, a relative stronghold for independent/third party candidates -- the place that brought you Bernie Sanders -- doesn't have a majority of third party candidates. And when I call them a stronghold, I mean they are the only state (I know of) that consistently elects (less than a handful of) Independent candidates to the state legislature; the place is still dominated by Ds and Rs.
"The highest power in the land can't actually be voted on so there's no reason to vote for the democrats"
Hey princess here are some high school civics question for you: How are Supreme Court judges nominated? :) By what process are they appointed? Who starts that process? :) Why is the Supreme Court considered reflective of who has won the presidency? :)

not to get meta on a thursday afternoon, but my roman empire is the sociological implications of digital fandom spaces, unfortunately. I find the drama surrounding Harlan's involvement with the fandom so interesting.... not even from an "i'm a fan and I'm taking a side on this !!" perspective but from a sociological "how-did-we-even-get-here-as-a-species," kind of angle. I've seen people online say that the interactive aspect of malevolent changes the typical creator-fan dynamic we're all used to, but theories like that only scratch the surface of the deeper questions we need to be asking ourselves!! Where does the line between creator and fan end in digital media if both parties actively contribute to its continuation? How does a narrative transcend the scope of its authors? At what point do creators “check out” the community? Is there a quantitative way to measure when this will happen? What is the arbitrary number of people consuming your art that requires you to stay at a safe distance? There are academics and users on here who have talked about this at a larger depth than I ever can, but ?? it's literally so fucking fascinating, and I think we are all part of a large social experiment right now.

Do you want somebody to care about you (a frriend)?
LMAO i guess?? i have online friends who i love and who care abt me so that isn't really the problem. i havent had any irl friends in a very very long time and ive never had an irl friend who i could actually trust/confide in. Maybe having irl friends would fix me but i think mt mental illness would not actually be fixed by being around people...... i dont know i think you don't really "recover" from what ive been through mentally but maybe friends would be nice <- Im not making friends. the time and opportunity for making friends irl has gone and past. AND im autistic and give off negative and uncomfortable vibes when people see me irl so its not happening unfortunately

Hahahaha “There’s something in the water everyone is being crazy today”
I think if everyone is complaining/giving an opinion the problem is you
Well only one person complained the rest were just creepy/crazy but this is my personal corner of the internet so if you’re not satisfied here the responsibility is on you to leave, not me to change 🤷♀️
