Author note: this is my first time writing for AL-AN so hopefully this is close to canon. I have not played subnatica or subnatica below zero because well I’m Broke lol, but I have watched some gameplay through it and have some knowledge on who AL-AN is. I do hope I did interpret him right though. I find it sad that AL-ANs popularity is not that big anymore, look at them how could you not love them. I put more effort into this one so enjoy!! AL-AN will be using he/they. Reader is gender neutral for all readers to enjoy.

⋆⭒˚.⋆ - AL-AN is a soft spoken, reserved and intelligent being capable of speaking in gentle tones, carefully calculated and rich of precise words that smooth over intentions like a silk blanket that drapes over spikes of emotions that refuse to pierce through the silk. AL-AN is nimble and wise with his ability to communicate with you, gliding around questions that are left unanswered, slithering past accusations and with a flick of a snakes tongue, effortlessly flowing and gracefully swinging anything that is not of interests of him answering back at you.

⋆⭒˚.⋆- While AL-AN has a talent with words, human behaviour is quite new to him, alas making it difficult to understand at times. Even through the difficulties navigating through sarcasm to other factors of human interactions create some gaps in his knowledge of humans, he begins to gain a sense of understanding and a more natural and direct response to those circumstances over time. This makes it easier to form connections between you and him on a variety of topics that are considered important, intriguing or influential.

⋆⭒˚.⋆- AL-AN as intelligent and capable as they are, can be insensitive to some topics unknowingly. Comfort is not necessarily an uncommon nor unnatural language of connection to him, more so due to a lack of it, it is hard to proceed with comforting actions or receive them. Though he makes an effort to try even when you scream and push him away.

⋆⭒˚.⋆-AL-AN’s obsession with you stems from his craving for knowledge about you, curiosity consuming him more than he would like to admit. Soon after this follows the more obvious signs of obsession. The slow isolation, the constant stress of where you are and what you are around and the small but steadily growing physical affection. Eventually these develops into blatant isolation and confinement out of your control, manipulations and mental abuse beyond what you thought he was capable of.

⋆⭒˚.⋆- They are not delusional, they know exactly what they’re doing. How to melt you down and build you again just to smash you back down into a pitiful mess of insecurity and uncertainty. AL-AN knows he’s gone to far. But his morals are thin when it comes to you.

⋆⭒˚.⋆- AL-AN keeps you beside him almost all the time. And you’re not leaving until he’s satisfied with the knowledge he has of your kind (which frankly, is an excuse he tells himself). While he does not mind indulging in the arguments you put up, he will silence you when he becomes irritated or bored, like a zipper shutting and locking everything inside from the outside.

⋆⭒˚.•- AL-ANs got you wrapped tied to him. And there’s nothing you can do about it.

Perhaps a Caviar X reader for the subnautica goodness? 👀

It had been some time since you met the mer-squid shark, Captain Caviar. You were surprised at how nice he was and it was a welcome change of pace. The…cookies, of this planet were either very annoying to deal with or hostile…most of them at least. Captain caviar actually saved you from another squid shark named Blue coral, he seemed to be that one’s boss and played no games when it came to that behavior. You were of course very grateful for the rescue and offered him your own help should he ever need it.

“Ah don’t worry about it, these salty crumblings just get out of control sometimes.” He said.

It was nice to have a friend in such an environment. Caviar was tough and ragged, but super nice and caring at the same time! He always knew what to say to make you smile. The mercookie would also assist you by either keeping other predatory fauna away or gathering resources for you to use. He truly was an amazing friend.

“Captain Caviar, again, thank you so much for everything!” You thanked.

“No need to thank me, I’m more than happy to help. I get this planet is pretty scary and it’s not easy to survive, so why not give a visitor a fighting chance ay?” He replied.

You laughed and agreed with him, had it been the other way around you would’ve helped him too. Honestly there’s not a word in the dictionary that could describe how grateful you were. You had to admit, his…well his everything was getting to you. His charm, his looks, his personality. You couldn’t believe you were falling for an alien…well, you were alien to him as well but you get the picture. You wanted to be closer to him so you rebuilt you base near his territory.

Caviar was happy to have you closer as well, certainly made the trip to visit way easier! With him having both lungs and gills he could easily enter your base to spend dry land time with you as well. Listen to music or try some of your snacks. He especially liked salty snacks the best.

Captain Caviar thought about you a lot. A being from another planet, or a Witch as you called yourself, he was so very fascinated. Maybe that’s why he saved you from his subordinates, he wanted to learn more… But over time with you, his feelings began to grow. He loved the friendship he had with you, spending time with you, helping you, anything that involved you brought a smile to his face!

Sometimes he wondered if he’d be this happy if he just let Blue coral eat you, but he’d always arrive at the same answer. He wouldn’t be happy; without you his life would be…dull. He never got bored of you, he missed you when you were apart. He desired to protect and care for you with all his being. Now of course the tough Captain caviar was never the best with these types of feelings but here he was feeling them for you.

One day you decided to go down deeper into the crystal caverns, it was quite a ways away from your base so you decided to get moving early with your sea truck. Of course this led to you not telling Caviar where you were going, bad idea.

Little did you know of the hell you’d soon face.

When Captain caviar came to visit, he obviously noticed you were gone, hauling himself up into your base he looked for clues that could lead towards your whereabouts. Then he noticed your day planner, looking through it he saw you were heading towards the crystal caverns. Oh no… As fast as he could Caviar launched back into the water and swam like his life depended on it, but he knew yours depended on it.

Sirens blared through the sea truck; it was damaged in several ways from the digestive fluids of that mer-shadow leviathan. Black pearl.

“Hahahahahah! You can try but you’ll never escape me!” She cried out with sadistic glee.

You were freaking out and desperately trying to get away as water was leaking into the sea truck, you had no room or time to make the repairs! You kept going until her lower teeth clamped onto your vehicle again, biting hard and releasing more digestive fluids that nearly brought it all down to zero. You had to get out of here!

When you were released, you decided to make a break for that one strange base you saw on the way here. You exited the sea truck with your diving gear and swam as fast as you could, but she came out of the darkness again. Laughing and prepared to swallow you whole, however Black pearl wasn’t prepared for the electrified tendrils that wrapped around her.

“Aaaaaaah!!!” She screamed.

Your eyes went wide as you spotted Captain caviar electrocuting her with his tendrils, teeth grit and a dark glare on his face. He looked at you.

“Go, hurry! I’ll take care of her!”

With no time to spare you swam faster than you ever swam before in your life, making it to that strange base before you could run out of oxygen. Taking in gasps of air and climbing up the moonpool ladder you prayed Caviar would be okay. You waited and waited for him, worry eating away at your psyche. Finally you saw him pulling himself up by your side. He was covered in wounds but thankfully alive.

You took out one of the med kits you brought and started to treat his injuries, worrying all over him but thanking your savior at the same time.

“Eh don’t worry about it, but next time you tell me when you’re going off somewhere, you never know what’s lurking below the depths! And see what happened? You would’ve been crumbs if it wasn’t for me!” He scolded you, not out of anger but from his own worry.

“Captain caviar…”

“Just…just be careful next time alright?” He breathed out.

“Alright, I will, thank you…”

You leaned against his side and he returned the gesture by wrapping an arm around you.

When riddle met you he didn't think to much of you. Other than you didn't have magic but even so that wouldn't stop him from collaring you for anything you did wrong and although you didn't cause trouble when he did collar you it didn't affect you ever which made him even more mad. But even so he couldn't help but admire you adventurous nature. Something that he never had the chance to have which made him envious of you but a part of him knew that it wasn't your fault. He would often find you helping Adeuce or cater and trey. One thing he did find interesting and aggravating about you was that you never ever flattered when he yelled at you when he got mad but the moment he really got interested in you is when riddle got mad at you for doing something wrong and in the middle of him yelling at you. You looked him dead in the eyes fully silent and just walked out and he went after you. Enraged by you being so disrespectful when he caught up with you he said. "HOW DARE YOU WALK AWAY FROM ME LOOK AT ME WHEN I'M TALKING TO YOU". To which you looked him in the eyes and said "what you gonna do kill me I've killed things waaaay bigger then you". And walked away and he was in awe he didn't have words in fact he was so shocked that his anger just left him. Later that night he couldn't stop thinking about what your said. "What you gonna do kill me I've killed things waaaay bigger then you". You've killed things. Apart of him wants to believe that your just trying to intimate him but he didn't know if it was or wasn't true either way he wouldn't let you get away with things just because of that. When he overbloted the few things he could remember was you shoot at him with a gun looking thing and he couldn't move. And Adeuce ,cater and trey firing their magic at him and the last thing his brain could conjor up was you with a heated knife stabbing through his blot monster and the rest he can't remember at all.

After overblot

After he got healed he was honestly kinda freaked out by you the image of you stabbing his blot monster was honestly kinda scary with what you had said. But after he loosened his rules you proved to be no real threat in fact sometimes helping enforcing them also. Riddle was surprised to see this new you and honestly really liked it he enjoyed you just being around even if you did sometimes push him out of his comfort zone but that was a good thing. He also began to talk to new people and be more adventurous like he wanted even if it was baby steps like staying up late or eating junk food. He was very thankful after all you really did help. Soon riddle began to take notice of a feeling whenever he was around you he was happier then he has ever been and he feels like this hearts gonna explode but no matter how hard he tried he couldn't put his finger on this feeling until he looked it up and he realized he was in love at first he denied it but after a while he had to accept it so once he did he began to invite you to small tea parties just the two of you and in turn you showed him how to be more chill and he loves every second but whenever you got close to him or accidentally brushed hands he felt like has gonna implode

When you two were finally together he couldn't help but wonder what that statement was about I mean it was long behind you two but still he had to wonder what did that mean so one day decides to ask you

Well for about a year of my life I was on a different planet I was trapped there with dangerous animals like none I had ever seen and lets just say not all of them where friendly I had to fight off leviathans and other monsters to survive all while in the water and somehow I also ended up saving the planet from a deadly disease.

Crash landing on a foreign planet filled with dangerous creatures could bring anyone to their knees.

Thankfully you have a large friend to keep you company, even if your first meeting was rather… unconventional.

Part 2 to Shallow Breathes

The sea was calm today, the soft creaking and groaning of metal resisting water pressure familiar noise as you awoke, stretching from the comfort of your bed.

In the dimness of the corridors, lit only by soft sub lighting and the ocean filtered sunlight through the windows, it was a bit difficult to completely awake, stumbling to the main common area to drink a glass of water and drink a protein pill. The air was slightly too warm for your taste, even if you were only clad in shorts and a T-shirt.

Within moments, wonderful energy broke through the fog, and your eyes focused on the water lock separating your “garage” dock from your living quarters.

You keyed it open, making a quick cup of hot sea tea, gazing grimly at the few remaining packets.

With a heavy sigh, you sat at the edge of the circle cut in the middle of your living room floor. Legs dipped down to enjoy the cool temperature.

For a few moments, you could enjoy relative piece and quiet, sipping your tea.

Your eyes closed, as you lay back against the metal floor.

Something brushed your leg-

And before you could react, something wet and rough wrapped your leg and pulled you out of your home with a smack into the water of the deep, a shriek escaping you as cold water hit you like a punch to your gut.

Your eyes briefly closed, opened in dismay and frustration as you quickly kicked back to the surface, sputtering and coughing, snorting water out of your nose.

“What the HELL Sans!”

You yelled out into the water, then felt the water vibrate with the sound of a deep chuckle.

A shadow came over the windows above your head, as you looked up to see the leviathan curve around your base, tentacles dragging with a screeching noise as his eye lights appeared below your feet as you treaded water.

You took a deep breath and dove back under, swimming down to fully take in the leviathan.

Sans was at least 20 feet long, his thick torso twice your size, as was about everything else. His bones were an oldish white, brown and black shadows highlighting scarred bone. He had a black streak over his eyes like a mask with soft blue speckles echoing those piercing eyes.

Beside his skull and ribs, his body went into a gradient of browns and blacks the further down your eyes traveled. Shoulder plates added armor along with back plating, a crest of blue membrane stretched along his forearms.

Long sweeping tentacles, a soft grey black with darker splotches, and an hypnotizing blend of blues, greens and purples under every single one.

His skull brushed along your back as he delicately nuzzled his way to press his chin into your neck, a soft purr coming from the giant creature.

You kicked back to the surface for air, Sans following as you climbed out to sit down, sopping wet. He lifted himself to rest his skull on your lap, arms circling your hips as he crooned an unknown melody.

“I missed you too,” you said softly, caressing the giant skull. You could never stay too upset with the surprisingly cuddly leviathan.

A pleased hum came from him, as he shifted to press you down upon the metal floor, head resting on your chest, his arms circling you in a protective shell of rough warmth.

“Sans, you can’t breathe up here,” you reminded him softly. It had been an odd thing to learn his name.

It was not long after your first true encounter with the leviathan, when an image, blurry and faint, yet an unmistakable face with two dark sockets, burning eye lights.

Among chirps and keens, and the sudden ringing in your ears, you heard distinct human words:

Want… keep…. safe…

The image blurred slightly. Chirps and clicks, a distorted word that ended in only a monosyllabic phrase.

Sans..

The vision has faded, but that was far from his first attempt to communicate. His vocabulary hadn’t much improved, besides a soft rumble of some sort of impression of your name.

He did so now, grumpily retreating to the water as his eyes regarding you with something you feared to call affection.

His claws reached forward, but you darted out of the way.

“No, you don’t get anymore cuddles. I’m all wet thanks to you.”

His answer caused the floor to vibrate, a displeased hum as he began to rise from the water again.

You gave him a fierce look, standing your ground.

The leviathan blinked, then huffed, retreating back to the water to wait.

A soft smile came over your lips as you hurried back to your room, the swoosh of water telling you the leviathan was following your progress. He hated he didn’t have a way to see into your quarters, but you really didn’t want to wake up in the middle of the night to see him staring as you slept.

You changed into a wetsuit, pulling on the taut material as you grabbed your flippers and mask.

An excited chirrup greeted you as you hurried back to the living room, putting on your flippers as a pleased melody echoed from below.

You had barely dipped a toe in before he was upon you, twisting and nuzzling around you, whistling and chirruping.

Y/N… pretty… keep… safe..

A soft laugh curled from your throat as you strike out, swimming wit slow kicks further out from your base, not using your portable engine yet.

Sans easily kept pace, humming as he moved beneath you, his claws tracing the curves of your body outlined by the wetsuit.

He whistled, astonishingly similar to a wolf whistle as he admired you.

You pushed his hands away with mock anger, treading water as you scanned a list for the materials you needed.

Once you had determined your needs, your hands easily found Sans’ as you swam along. Air bubbles left a trail behind as he helped tug you along, assisting you in your quest to find materials.

Even if he didn’t know what those were for.

You’d tell him one day…

You now enjoyed your watery trips rather than fearing them.

Time and opportunity was given to admire the twisting spirals of kelp and rock structure, nearby leviathans darting away the moment they saw Sans.

Your hand tightened on Sans’ claw as he pulled you down, showing the beauty of his homeworld.

A shame you wouldn’t be here for much longer.

He doesn’t know how to feel about the human woman sitting on his back. The thing that he’s finding uncomfortable is not that she’s there but that he has no issue with her there. He doesn’t find it unpleasant, like, at all.

“So whatya doing?” you ask as you scoot forward on Al-an’s back, placing your hands on what would be his waist if he were human, to peek around his shoulder, a wide smile on your face. You watch as two of his metal arms tap away at keys and symbols stream up the holographic screen. You can’t understand a thing on the screen but you stare at the green flow none the less.

“Making last minute preparations for departure.” The alien beneath you replies.

“I’m back!” you hear a woman call from a room behind you as you were about to ask follow up questions. “Hey! You’re awake. How’re you feeling?” she smiles, pulling a bag from behind herself and rifling through it.

“Fine I guess. First time I’ve ever been in a near death experience so I’m not really sure how I’m meant to feel. I’m warm though if that’s what you mean.” You smile at her as she hands you a big blanket and holds up some fur lined boots.

“That’s good, at least you’re not freezing, this place is an icicle. I’m Robin by the way, just in case Al-an didn’t tell you.” she smiles.

“[Y/N].” you grunt as you finally jump off of Al-an’s back, missing the warmth immediately. Unfortunately you couldn’t stay on his back and put the soft looking shoes on, your shoes are sad little slip ons that are barely even comfortable. Useless compared to the beautiful fur lined boots Robin is offering. “Happen to have found a jumper too?” you ask as you switch the shoes with the blanket draped over your back. Holy hell the floor under your butt is cold!

“Sorry no, seems like nobody left theirs behind when they evacuated.” She muses.

“Are you ready to depart Robin?” Al-an interjects

“Not yet, I have a couple things to wrap up… for Sam.” The woman replies, looking away with a solemn mist in her eyes. “Will you two be fine for a bit longer? I shouldn’t be too long” she smiles as she brushes away an idle tear.

“This is acceptable” Al-an tells her as you nod in sympathy. You may have a curious nature but you know when not to ask. Without another word she walks back out of the facility to do what she needs to do.

Slowly you get up to look around, running your fingers along the glowing green grooves in the wall, a chill seeping through the tips. Only moments later a shiver runs down your spine as the cold still seems to drive into your bones. A buzz forms around your body and you gasp as you’re lifted from your feet and levitated across the room. You sit in shock as you’re placed upon Al-an’s back once more. He glances back at your shocked face as you just stare up at him. You would have thought he wouldn’t want you back there once you had the blanket and could survive without him for a bit. You’re confused as hell when he scoots you up on his back so you’re close. You have no idea what to think of it or what to do.

“I can tell you are a good person, like Robin. I can tell our interests are aligned. Tell me what caused your ship to crash.” Al-an asks, taking you both to another console in the room instantly.

“Bounty hunter… I stole the ship.” You reply shyly, continuing when he doesn’t react. “I had to get away from the colony planet. Alterra was using the lab I was interning in to weaponise some virus. I destroyed their research and stole the first ship I found but! I stole a ship with highly valuable materials on it. Apparently they aren’t the types to forgive and forget.”

“They hunted you down”

“Yeah and shot out the engine before I even knew they were there.”

“You and Robin are not so different. Though she came to the planet on purpose.” He muses.

“So, where are you going? You’d asked Robin if she was ready to depart” you ask shifting to watch the screens again, your arms wrapping around him for balance.

“To my home planet. To see what has become of my people. The virus that you have seen may have destroyed them all. I need to see.”

“I’m sorry… it must be hard to lose people you care about… how long…” you pause not knowing what to ask.

“It has been one thousand years since I have seen another of my kind. I just hope I am not the only one left.”

“Well I don’t know if you need it but… if you want it I will help.” You offer, smiling at the beautiful alien.

“Thank you”

He kept you on his back as he prepped everything and once Robin returned he built the ship, becoming one with it as it formed around you both. Once he was integrated you slipped of his back and fell on your ass, giggling as he apologised profusely. It wasn’t much better for Robin, the gravity beam slamming her into the roof.

Now standing before the window beside Robin, you watch as the scenery moves and the ship lifts, aiming for the giant green gate. You have no idea what’s really happening as it launches through. You hold your breath at the sheer beauty. Colour spans around the ship as it goes faster that anything you’ve been on.

For a moment the peace returns. Asteroids and stars, nebulas and galaxies are all you can see. This might be the meaning of true beauty. Your smile couldn’t be wider.

Another warp filled with colour and you arrive in a city unlike any you’ve seen. You’re heart races from excitement. You’re so glad you’ve met Al-an and Robin.

Also is Big Spyke threatened at all by leviathans or are they locked in there with him

Hello! (I don't know good openings for asks)

For your first question; honestly I think either the guy wouldn't leave 4546b (the planet subnautica takes place on), or if they did leave that they would return. Be the end of there journey, they would have made a life there with spyke (and others), they wouldn't just leave and never return. (Even if they wanted to (and take spyke) spyke wouldn't fit in the space ship)

As for your second question; it's a mix. Spyke is very big, very spikey, and very poisonous. Making him really hard to be prayed upon. BUT one thing that spyke doesn't have is eye sight, he not necessarily blind, but it's attest a bit hard for him to see ( in this au that's actually why he becomes a shopkeeper, he's bad at hunting so he gets others to do it for him, and in return he upgrades there gear). Do to this however, he tends to stay in one spot anyway from the leviathans. So kinda, but for the most part no (tho he does get worried about us when it comes to the leviathans)

I feel like this is a good description of jack and Leona in ch 2 might just be me tho

Jack had seen you at the ceremony and saw the racket that was caused at first was judging you but he quickly realized that it wasn't your fault and in fact, you took care of the situation quickly and seemed to be annoyed by the whole situation but what he also noticed was that you didn't walk right you could move and run but something about how you walked and ran was just off he couldn't put his finger on it but just because you ran strange doesn't mean that you weren't fast you were so fast you that you ended the chase before it could go on any longer so he just chalked it up to the fact that you were in a coffin for a long time but after he saw you take care of the situation putting Riddle's and Azul's magic to shame he was impressed he could admire you for taking responsibility for a situation you didn't need to but other than that he never really got to talk to you but he heard that you were a janitor which he kinds felt back for you because the guys at the school weren't very nice and because you would have to clean up all that mess but he saw you clean and deal with the other teens despite being the same age you made sure they showed you respect but later that day he learned that you had became a student which he was honestly a bit happy for you even though he didn't know you he was still a little bit happy for you even if you didn't show it and honestly he was hoping that you would be sorted into a dorm so you could be in savanaclaw but he had heard that the old ramshakle form was now inhabited so he assumed it was you which made him furious because he knew that some dorms still had rooms and the headmaster put you in a rundown place but there wasn't anything he could do to help you he wasn't a dormleader and he couldn't get randomly involved and march up to the head master and demand that you get a better living place but he soon realized that wait why do I care so much about them I don't know them at all but he did dwell on it to much because he had other stuff to do and for a while he didn't hear anything about you but them he heard about Riddles overblot and he also heard that you had helped fight against him but that was super weird to him because you don't have magic but he decided that he would confront you later but for now he would leave you alone after all you just got done dealing with an overblot so you must be tired and you still had to go to school so he left you be but when he throught that it was time to confront you came to him talking about how someone was sabotaging the magical shift games but he brushed it off but you just said that you although you didn't want to compete you wanted to be fair because not only was finding the culprit beneficial to you but you also throught that whoever wins should win fairly and not by cheating mainly because cheating to win something so trivial compared to what you had to do which he didn't agree with but he did agree that whoever wins should win fairly but the compared to what you had to do sounded like a uncomfortable joke that was supposed to make him laugh but he was just confused and a little anxious what did you mean by that but you left and he forgot for the time being but everytime he saw you those words just kept resurfacing it bothered him but he wasn't going to ask you but not only that he noticed that you still walked weird eventually he decided to join you guys on your way to find the culprit even though he knew who it was and he was a bit a happy when you figured out that it was ruggie by yourself but the thing was that you still needed to find proof that he was the culprit because without proof the headmaster couldn't do anything about it even if he did believe you and the worst part of it was that ruggie knew that he knew that no one could do anything unless they got physical proof that ruggie did it which made things harder because ruggie was very diligent about his sabotage and made it look natural but you guys got a plan and it worked but at a cost leona overbloted and he had ruggie hostage

but not only that Jack was going to charge at leona but you caught jack and told him to stand down because not only could ruggie get hurt but he and everyone else could get hurt so he did stand down but he heard you mumble something like damn I wish I was in water which made jack a little angry you were talking about water when leona is overbloted and ruggie is being held hostage didn't you understand the severity of this situation but right now jack couldn't muster up the words to tell at you so he just looked at you and saw you reaching for your belt but the stranger part was that leona didn't notice you reach for your belt but even so he couldn't help but notice that you were just as shooken up as him you were shaking but not in a scared more like anticipation of what was to happen before jack could make another moves your arms sprang up and shot something at leona at first he thought it was a bullet but when it reached him he was stuck he couldn't move at all it was like he was paralyzed and the first thing you did start charging the gun looking thing in your hand and bolted at the paralyzed leona and grabbed ruggie who was also paralyzed up until you got him out of the sphere but before anyone knew it the spheres affect wore off but you quickly shot another what looked like an eclectic surge and paralyzed leona again and commanded them to attack and jack joined in attacking and you kept paralyzing leona but eventually people started to get tired and got angry you still ran weird but you looked no you felt different now you no longer were shaking instead it was replaced with a new type of weapon it looked heavy-duty like it was meant for combat but instead of shooting at leona you pointed it at him and a light appeared around him and leona began to struggle but you quickly slammed him into the ground which was enough to knock him out but his blot monster was still up and in response mixed in between the magic being shot at it you launched a bolder at it which made it disappear the blot subsited and leona was ok but jack was more concerned by the way you looked you seemed exited but in a violent like the other students in savanaclaw when someone tries to pick a fight with them he didn't know what to call it but you looked it but a concerning amount you looked almost blood hungry but you didn't act on it you calmed down but that's when jack realized that this wasn't blood hungry it was more of a survival instincts kicking and it just made you seem blood hungry after leona was safe jack went to question you about that cause that wasn't a normal thing to happen sure fight or flight just kicked but this was different no one gets that fight or flight that bad unless they have been throw something bad that made them that way jack got to hunting you down and found you sitting by the trees right at the end of the school field once jack got close enough to see you he saw you just observing the flora even just the grass and you plopped down on it almost like you were trying to hug it and after you fully got comfy you let out a sigh line you had been holding in your breath and closed your eyes but you had heard him walking towards you and lazily opened your eyes

And with that, you got up from your comfy spot and left to get back to the ramshackle after that jack, and you began to hang out with him and he found out that he and you had quite a bit in common he liked plants and so did you that's what you guys first bonded over but jack also admired and respect you you had earned it but you notice that jack was trying to earn yours but here's the problem you didn't have anyone to respect for a long time because you were on an alien planet so respect didn't matter to you so it took you a long while to realize that jack was trying to gain your respect but to be honest you didn't care because you were enjoying your time with Jack but also knew that it would seem like you were taking advantage of him so you told him that he didn't need to try and earn your respect because you like him the way he is and you just want to be friends with the real him and jack couldn't hold it together that was too cute and all he could mutter out was right

You guys ended up in a relationship somehow and honestly, jack knew he had feelings but he never knew you had feelings for him everything about you just made jack flustered the way you were gentle and kind but still knew when to stand up for yourself jack and you just kind of hang out he has study dates with you a lot because school gets hard occasionally but one day jack offered to let you go on one of his daily jogs but you declined and he was ok with that but he did ask you why not

Why not I've seen how fast you can go even just at a walking pace you don't have to I'm just curious

but the thing that made you the most mad was that your still had normal classes with ruggie and you couldn't just ask to transfer classes or something like that so you waited and just let the day happen and the more you saw ruggie the more it made you mad not because he was behind this but because you wanted to ask him why why would you do this it's not like you guys had talked that much but still you enjoyed this presents even if you guys didn't talk a but you soon came realize that you should have expected it its not like ruggie ever said that you guys were friends so despite the fact that you missed ruggie being around you continued on with your day when it got to lunch you ate quick and decided to walk around mainly to think about your life so far first an alien planet then a world with magic and all that it's super new to you but you wouldn't let all this pressure break you after all if you could survive an alien planet with giant leviathans you could handle this but even so you felt a bit stupid to be so upset but logically you know it's normal because you were stranded on an alien planet with no one to talk to so it was no wonder you clung to the first person that gave you attention but you just let it go you had stuff to do the next day you counted the hours until the next day but it was interuted by some loud noise it sounded like a roar right in your ear turns out ruggie had somehow let it slip that you freakout when you hear loud noises so a savanaclaw student decided to mess with you normal you would have just attacked the student but you were panicked and were also kinda moping from the betrayal of ruggie so you just ran off not really caring where you went and you ended up going to the woods behind the school near the pe field you really didn't like water after what happened so you found comfort in plants even just grass it sounds weird to normal people but to you it was the best way to calm down so you sat there hyperventilating you heard the bell for class ring and you tried to get up but you were to shaky so you just layed there for a long time but little did you know that a certain hyena noticed you were gone and he originally didn't plan to look for you but it was pe now and he couldn't help but take notice a figure in the forest and he wouldn't lie he was a bit worried you had been gone for half of the day now and even if its wasn't you it looked hurt but luckily someone had thrown the magic frisbee to far over close to the woods so he ran after it but the closer he got the more he saw of the of the person it was you. You weren't damaged well not physical but he could see you hyperventilating so he came over to you but the moment you saw who it was you weakly flipped over so you couldn't see ruggie and ruggie couldn't see you like this because you during the time you couldn't get up you had realized something you loved ruggie but you cursed yourself for falling in love so quick but it was nice to have someone who understood you did want to talk it had started as ruggie just observing you but soon turned into talks and you enjoyed it but now you had to throw that way once ruggie got over to you he got worried you looked in bad shape before and now you looked in really bad shape you were not only hyperventilating but also shaking so he insisted on taking your to the nurse

You were surprised you never expected to see ruggie like that but you were happy that you guys could still be friends even if just being friends bothered you. You realized that he might not like you or not be ready for you yet but you guys continued to talk. The next day the plan was set in motion and ring is and you made a promise to not get mad at the others no matter what happened and went on your way and yo ruggies surprise and disappointment you won normal he would be happy but he failed and you won it was a bitter kind of happiness but it was short lived as leona overbloted and he was kept hostage he could have sworn he was seeing his whole life flash before him and yo be honest he was gonna except that this was it but although he couldn't see much he saw a shadow holding something and it looked like a gun which freaked him out but instead of blacking out like he thought he would he instead fell out of leona's arms and saw picked up when ruggie looked up he saw you and saw that leona had a ball of electricity around him paralyzing him he didn't know what it was but he didn't care he was just happy to be alive but he when he went to say something you told him to rest and but him behind a bolder and surprisingly he did what he was told but he did peak around the bolder and shot at leona from there And after everything ruggie was just in shock and you offered to take him to his dorm room and helped him calm down

you guys talked about that and you guys even cooked some dandelions dishes and although ruggie like hanging out with you he noticed how intrigued you were by simple stuff especially when cooking food you acted as if you had eaten one food for years without flavoring but he let it go it's not bothering anybody after a while ruggie begins to notice stuff about himself he started imagining what your guys would look like a a couple and he started to buy you small things nothing big but still for him to spend money on anybody else is amazing and leona notices and does tease him for being in love for a while ruggie doesn't admit but he begins to think about it and he realized that he was in fact in love which made him mentally freak out and ruggie couldn't handle the pressure so he confessed and said if you didn't like him that you guys could just be friends but you accepted and things continued you helped him with chores and hangout when you guys can sometimes if you notice he stayed up late you bring him coffee and sometimes you give him little pieces of candy you know about his past he told you about it so you like to occasionally give him small gifts you like the happy look he gets you love him so much but eventually ruggie doesn't notice that your limp hasn't gone away and you don't seem to understand some social things and you get really happy when you eat something a long as it isn't fish you for some reason despise fish not that you won't eat it but you prefer not to and you also seem really ineterested in learning recipes even if they are really basic so eventually he asks and you give him the answer

So i'm gonna give you the short answer i was stuck on an alien planet and had to fight for my life in the water 

Well ok that was straight to the point normal if someone said that I wouldn't believe them but you were from a different world and also have the weapons to prove it
