'Damn it, Félix!' Ladybug exclaimed. 'Why didn't you say anything earlier?'

'I was curious as to why you needed my cousin so desperately as to kidnap him,' he replied from his position slung over her shoulder, still bound by her yo-yo, looking as infuriatingly calm as ever. 'You know if you just asked him that he'd go anywhere with you, Marinette. Besides, he's in London right now.'

Ladybug growled and put him down on his feet, recalling her yo-yo as she pinned her boyfriend's cousin with a glare. She was tired, and now that she got a proper look at him, he was obviously in his pyjamas with bed head, making his hair look more like Adrien's. She knew Adrien was in London, but as she swung past him earlier, he looked too much like Adrien that Ladybug couldn't help but take the opportunity to rescue what she thought was her boyfriend, too exhausted to think straight and realise it wasn't him.

'You know perfectly well why I'd go to such drastic measures,' Ladybug retorted. 'Speaking of; why did you decide that a theatre performance was the best way to tell me everything? Why didn't you and Kagami just talk to me? Preferably before Adrien was forced to leave Paris?'

'That's the way Kagami wanted to tell you,' Félix admitted, 'but I thought that the most optimum way of delivering all the information was through a storytelling medium - we figured that us performing the story would hold your attention long enough to give us a chance to make you listen to what we had to tell you.'

'Well, it did work,' Ladybug conceded, 'but I also thought I had dreamt the entire thing and struggled to put it all together. But that doesn't answer the question of why you two didn't tell me earlier.'

'Rehearsals,' answered Félix with a light shrug. 'Kagami is wonderful, but a theatre major she is not.'

'How did you convince Kagami to perform, anyway?' she asked curiously, before shaking her head to refocus. 'Ugh, tell me later. Anyway! So - Gabriel Agreste is Monarch, and you and Adrien are both part-sentimonster?'

'Correct on both counts,' he confirmed.

'And does Adrien know about any of this?' she pressed.

'To my knowledge, no,' said Félix.

Ladybug groaned. Poor Adrien was being left in the dark about, well, everything. 'Why didn't you tell him all this?'

'We couldn't risk it,' Félix answered. 'Gabriel still has possession of Adrien's amok, and therefore has control over Adrien. Telling him could jeopardise everything, including any advantage we have to defeat my uncle.'

Ladybug nodded thoughtfully. Unfortunately, Félix was right. But sooner or later, Adrien deserved to know.

'Fine,' she agreed, 'but as soon as Monarch is defeated, you have to tell Adrien everything. And you won't disappear on him like you did with me - you stay with him and answer every question he has for you, and you will comfort and support him so that he can come to terms with the bombshells you'll be dropping on him. This is your shared history - I can't be the one to tell him. Got it?'

Félix grumbled, pouting. 'I was hoping maybe that you-'

'No,' she immediately cut him off. 'Not me - you. Copy?'

He sighed. 'Fine. Now, can you take me back? I'm kinda cold.'

Ladybug shot him a deadpan look.

'You and I both know you can transform into Argos and get yourself home,' she retorted.

'But you're the one who kidnapped me,' he fired back, smirking playfully.

'I wasn't- I was trying to save Adrien-' she blustered, before sighing. 'I'm too tired for this.'

'Maybe you need some melatonin if you're struggling to sleep?' Félix suggested.

'What I need is to stop my father-in-law from destroying the universe and for him to let my husband freely live his life,' Ladybug muttered dully. After a moment, her own words registered in her mind and her eyes widened. 'I- I mean- to stop Gabriel and- boyfriend not husband-'

Félix laughed lightheartedly. 'I understood, don't worry... cousin-in-law.'

'Go home, Félix!'

you grew up in a small village, in a kingdom ruled by an evil queen who's time will soon end which was being celebrated by your peers. but, little did they know, another kingdom has arrived not to celebrate along with you all, and instead end the innocent lives of the people who live in this kingdom. the large, thick concrete walls that circled the kingdom crashed to the floor and fires were spreading everywhere. nobody else had escaped in time, you think. for days, you ran and ran and ran. far away from the kingdom that you thought was safe forever. 'what was i thinking? there's no forever, just like what my mom said.' you say to yourself as you crash to your knees, tired and barely having enough energy to run anymore. your eyesight was getting blurry the more you ran, and you brushed it off like it was nothing. you finally found the energy to run again after resting. your stomach was grumbling and you were in pain; nobody else survived except you and you were just running away from all of it. just as you were about to stand up, you fall to the ground losing your consciousness. and before you knew it, a kind-hearted prince approaches your figure and yells something out loud to the people near him that you just couldn't find the energy to pay attention to. 'fate' you thought before completely closing your eyes and fading into the dark abyss. when you woke up the next day, you were in some sort of bed. you gathered everything inside of you to stand up and walk— which, you couldn't quite do because of your exhausted legs and the wounds on them. the same prince from yesterday approached you worryingly and places you back on the bed, “what happened? are you okay?” he utters in such a panicked yet loving voice. you shook your head no in response. “another kingdom.. attacked ours.” you add to your nod, looking away with a frown. and from then on, you and the prince had become great friends; you now lived in the so called ‘isanghan wang-gug’ or in english, ‘the strange kingdom’

The Toonami Trending Rundown for February 4-5, 2022. Yashahime’s run on Toonami comes to a close with the block showcasing a doubleheader of Episodes 23-24. We’re also coming down the stretch of Made in Abyss, as the block also showcased the penultimate episode of season 2 just before.

It’s not yet clear what will be replacing Yashahime and Made in Abyss in the lineup, with the former now completed and the latter’s season finale airing tonight. In case you missed it, on the nights of February 18 and 25, Toonami will be showcasing a pair of DC Comics movies following the regular scheduled airing of My Hero Academia. On February 18, Toonami will air Injustice, a 2021 film based on the 2013 video game Injustice: Gods Among Us by NetherRealm Studios. And on February 25, following an airing of Ballmastrz Rubicon at 12:30, Toonami will air Justice League vs The Fatal Five at 1:00 a.m. 

After many years of anticipation, Part 3 of Attack on Titan: The Final Season will be airing this year but will be split into two parts. This week, the official Attack on Titan Japanese twitter had confirmed that Part 1 will be airing in Japan on March 4 as a one-hour special. The second part is scheduled to air later in the year.

Sword Art Online the Movie -Progressive- Scherzo of Deep Night, the third theatrical film in the SAO franchise, was just released in theaters this past week. If you’re interested and haven’t already seen the film, check out Fandango for showtimes in your area.

My top 5 JOY Podcasts that I got to work on

April 19, 2024 marks the final day as a JOY podcaster as I move towards their TikTok team. I did learn a lot when I was working with the Drive and Breakfast show, and moving on from this volunteer position is something that will be missed.

On my last day, I was informed that I'd uploaded over 160 episodes since the start of 2024, and somehow broke a record in January by uploading the most episodes in a month due to a three-month backlog.

This was one of my favourite episodes that I got to work on when I was with JOY Breakfast. It was a compilation of various staff members' and listeners' comments about festive decorations and when it's a good time to leave them up and take them down.

As a Filipino, my take on this is - put it up in September, put it down 1 week after the new year.

2. The facts behind 5 water myths (Jan 20, 2024)

What made this JOY Drive episode memorable is that, despite it being in my backlog queue, it was published immediately due to a request of a fan. One of JOY's listeners emailed the Drive team, asking for the episode so I did my best to ensure it was worked on immediately.

Other than that, it was a fun and educational episode about drinking water. It reminded me of the r/Hydrohomies subreddit that I was so tempted to put a little reference to ProZ's video about that social media group in the episode's title or description.

This podcast episode was an interview with Australian artist, Venice Quin about her debut EP. I liked the song so much that I added it to my yearly roundup playlist on Spotify. But what made this episode memorable was how I was able to talk about it on JOY Daytimes as the song was going to be played next on air so I got to introduce the track live on the radio. What a great way to have my JOY Radio debut.

It was all just fun and games. All just business as usual. Silly Scar, stealing Grian's helmet, flying off... Only, and it all happened so fast, in Grian's mind it plays back in slow motion and he wishes he'd done something no matter how much he knows logically that there was no time to have done anything. He flew after Scar, laughing, and saw the wings on his back snap, while he was still far too high above the ravine. He dove towards him, but it was too late, his reflexes too slow. Scar hadn't even noticed, he thought he was in a controlled dive, he was still laughing, he turned to pull up and only then realised what had happened, the look of shock only on his face for a split second before he hit the ground but Grian could never forget it.

"SCAR NO!!!!!" he screamed, again. Like so many times before. It didn't matter how many times they were brought back together, it always ended this way, and it always hurt. He knew the Watchers had only given him a second chance because it had made things more interesting. He knew he was too proud to beg for long enough that they'd even consider giving Scar back.

Joel was close to being able to leave, too. Soon, Grian would be all alone, unless he kept bringing on more friends to sacrifice. Was it worth it? How was any of this worth anything? He just wanted to forget it all, stop caring so much. Maybe that would be his reward. Maybe once he reached one hundred hours, there would be nothing left to care about, nothing left to lose.

Why had he given Scar his helmet? Why had he taken yet another one of Scar's lives, only this time there was no way to repay it? Why? Why did he care so much, in such a cruel world? Joel didn't seem to care. He was laughing at how stupid Scar had been, searching for good loot in the items scattered about.

Grian picked up the netherite helmet, and reluctantly brought it back to his head. How could he go on, like this?

"Oh Grian, don't be sad. I had fun! It was all worth it, I promise. Oh, I wish I could tell you how much... wait... Grian?"

Grian's mind froze, and his heart hammered. Shock, fear, hope, grief, confusion, swirling together as he suddenly yet gradually realised-

"Grian, can you hear me?" Scar asked. From what sounded like a direction incomprehensible yet simple.

Grian whipped the helmet off his head, and the sensation of presence lessened. He squinted, tilted the helmet into the shadows, and could just barely make out a ghostly, familiar face...

"Scar?" he squeaked, as Joel looked over in growing confusion. "Joel, did you hear him too?"

"I... no, stop being crazy, Grian!" he flew away, possibly in denial.

Grian turned back to the helmet in his hands. "Scar, how are you doing this?"

"Well, Grian, I'll be honest with you, I have no idea. But you said something earlier about that moustache bringing you back to life, right?"

"Wha- But- That wasn't..." Grian gasped as he realised that Scar's face was starting to fade again, so he put the helmet on immediately. "Scar? Are you still there?"

Silence. Grian's heart began to sink once more.

"Scar? Scar!"

Silence, for a few seconds more, then-

"BOO!"

"Gah! Don't do that to me!" Grian complained, but Scar's laughter was so contagious, so antithetical to all the loneliness Grian feared, that he couldn't help but laugh along. Maybe things wouldn't be so bad...

"Okay but seriously, I'm not sure how much longer I can stay here. I can feel this sort of slipping, fading... it doesn't matter, I just have to tell you something, while I still can."

"What is it?"

"I... I can't hear your thoughts, but I could feel what you were feeling, and... Grian. Promise me you won't even think about giving up, okay?"

"...Okay, Scar." Tears finally filled Grian's eyes. "I'll be okay, I promise."

The two of them sat there quietly, as the sun set. Grian's heart still ached, knowing that Scar might disappear at any moment. But it got easier to accept, as time passed. Scar didn't even need to say anything, just to be there to comfort his best friend.

But he knew he didn't have long. And Grian probably wouldn't want to actually say goodbye. So he thought of something else, something that could distract Grian while also giving Scar one last happy memory of this world...

"Hey, Grian... I just thought of how we could prank Joel..."

Grian listened, and grinned. He stood up, stretched his wings, and soared away under the stars. He knew he wouldn't be able to hear Scar's voice by the morning. But he was almost ready for that, now. He would keep his promise.

Important update for those of us speculating about Landscaping Your Mind!

Chapter 1 was not improvised during MCC!

Roughly 3 hours and 18 minutes into Scar’s VOD for MCC, Scar asked if he could post chapter 1 on Twitter, and Grian said he could after it was revealed. Then, Scar gives a “sneak preview” and starts reciting a slightly different version of chapter 1. At this point, Grian suddenly has the idea to “just put that at the end of (his) video” and says he’ll re-render the video with a black screen and chapter 1. Scar offers to record “a better one” saying that he “overdid that one” and tried to be more realistic with the other ones. Grian then says “people are going to be like, ‘what is this?? what is this?’” and Scar continues reciting parts of chapter 1, but a bit different. Then the conversation moves on.

I think this shows that chapter 1 was already recorded before MCC, and that perhaps originally it wasn’t going to be part of the episode. Perhaps they intended it to be, but while editing the advert they realised it didn’t fit in. During MCC, Grian had the idea to add it to the end of his video, so perhaps it wasn’t necessarily planned to be part of the story...

But here’s the thing about making stories up as you go along. You can decide later if something was relevant or not, if it wasn’t originally planned to be. The fact is that the black screen at the end with that part of the audiobook is part of the video now. And with how Scar would have posted it to Twitter if Grian hadn’t had the idea to put it in at the end, (the spooky rift ending probably already filmed too by that point) we likely would have been able to hear and react to it either way.

Grian knows how his fans react. He knew we would be interested by the weirdness of the advert, just as he knew we would like his whole weirdness theme this season. Ultimately it’s too early to tell whether or not the advert is relevant to the story of the season as a whole, but I certainly don’t think it’s impossible that it is, and in a season as weird as what Grian’s going for, it’s only natural to investigate and speculate about anything that stands out as much as that advert did.

"Where do you come from?"

It's an innocent question, when most people ask it, but there's something about the archaeologist that gives False pause.

"Far away, you wouldn't have heard of it," she answers, the same as always. She can tell she isn't the only one here with secrets in their past, and people usually don't inquire any further after that.

"Try me," he says with a slight smile, possibly amused, possibly intrigued?

Now she's unsure. He seems kind enough, but how long would that last if he knew she didn't belong in this world?

"Where are you from?" she retorts suddenly. "I mean... sorry, that came out a bit sharp, haha..."

"No no, it's fine," he smiles, "I travel a lot, not really any one place I call home, these days... As for where I was born, well I suppose that doesn't really matter, anymore." He pauses, considering something for a moment. "Is it the same for you?"

"I'm not sure what you mean by that?" she replies after a moment. There was something about the way he asked, as if there's something impossible and secret he desperately wishes to have in common with someone else. She doesn't want to give him false hope, she knows how it feels to be alone in something like that. But surely he couldn't also be from another world? Should she tell him the truth, just in case it's somehow something he could help with?

But he isn't ready to reveal his own secret yet either, it seems.

"Never mind," he says with yet another smile. "It was nice meeting you!"

And just like that he's gone, wings spread and rocket fired.

FalseSymmetry. The name sounded normal enough, but there was something... out of place, about her. Pix knew he had been a bit too forward about it, but he couldn't help feeling curious. He loved studying ancient mysteries, uncovering hidden memories and solving great puzzles. And he often had a keen sense for where something or someone belonged. Sometimes it was as if the stories he discovered were his own, though they were far too old for that to be true... But for once, there was something truly fresh about this mystery. A brand new puzzle piece that didn't look anything like the board so far, that indicated a broader scope than he had ever anticipated... That was just the feeling he got, anyway.

But there was also... an apprehension. Deep down in his gut, a feeling that there shouldn't be anything so clearly out of place, not here, not now. A fool or a coward might try to ignore or bury the feeling, but he was neither; he dug deep, investigated and probed this instinctive fear, and found it empty. Deeper still, there was his constant comfort, a foundation of the knowledge that there was always a bigger picture, his part and all others would always fit in somewhere. He may not remember where he came from, he may not know where he was going, but he knew he was part of a greater whole, that whatever he did, he was playing his part to perfection.

And so he boldly faced the fear of the unknown, taking on adventures that many would shy away from, choosing to spend his life revealing as much of the world's secrets as he could to those around him. And if he happened to discover any of his own forgotten secrets along the way, that would be fine.

So what was it, about False? Why did she seem so different, when to all appearances she was about as normal as all the other rulers? She'd seemed genuinely confused at his admittedly rather vague question, but even there her hesitation seemed almost to imply that she was intentionally hiding something... Perhaps that explained his baseless concern. He felt suspicious of her, a newcomer who seemed to be either the most guarded or the least concerned about her own past; that emotion of suspicion combined with his mysterious sense that she was an outsider in a way he couldn't understand... Fear of the unknown, plain and simple.

But she was no ancient ruin or forgotten library. Uncovering the secrets of a still-living person was a far more complex engagement, and in most cases was regarded as extremely rude. He would have to wait, for her to decide when to reveal the truth, if she ever would. Until then, Pix decided, he would look out for her. It was likely he was the only one who had noticed there was anything strange about her, and even more likely that if any of the others did, they might be less subtle about it. He would protect her from prying eyes if he could, and watch out for any signs that her past might be coming for her. If she started acting even more guarded, or reacted oddly to unexplained events, things like that. He would ask no questions, unless it was clear there was danger that she needed help with. It was the same conclusion he had come to about a few of the others already. He was an archaeologist, not a detective. The secrets of the past were his to unveil, the secrets of the present were theirs to keep.

He would not interfere directly.

(Inspired by @redwinterroses idea of Pixlriffs being immortal but not really remembering most of it, I had an idea for what if he could sort of but not quite sense that False was from another world, at first this was going to be a sort of comedy of misunderstandings where Pix has a bit more memory of the fact that he isn't normal and both of them assume the other is just like them, but as I was writing Pix's part it turned into this instead.)

so i thought since im not really writing much lately, id put a big list of all my ideas with brief summaries and if you guys wanted to see any in particular i could try to write a small oneshot of it.

1. basically peter having a long conversating with tony about the struggles of having his enhancements and explaining how he cant even kill himself because of his healing (like the scene from avengers)

2. Endgame au- “Hey peter? Its Tony- We did it. We won, pete- we won. Please Peter” then when peter’s in a coma he listens to a voicemail left by him before he left for the field trip (saved on insta) at some point peter says “i just wanted to be like you”

3. V slow (almost) major character death- three quick gunshots and a thump- peter worrying about tony’s head wound.

4. peter and harley falling in love (3k words) in tumblr drafts for harley

5. tony breaking down in the middle of a fight

22. okay so what about a situation where tony and peter are at a press event and peter gets shot. just imagine what tony would be saying as he catches him and slowly lowers him to the floor.“it’s okay, i gotcha. holy shit- you’re gunna be okay, kid. come on, eyes on me-“ keeping on talking until the medics get there, still not leaving the kids limp form. Peters eyes never leave him, glazed over but never closing.Of course, when he wakes up later, Tony will be a little teary eyed sat by his bed, probably making a joke about “god kid, you’re not supposed to outlive your old man” Peter not wanting to be alone when he dies

Stephen is crushed and leaves for Kathmandu the next day, leaving only a voicemail saying goodbye and asking Tony to not blame himself. The general consensus is he committed suicide. CA:CW and DS happen, and Tony runs into a changed Stephen in Greenwich Village.

33. basically incredibles- steve’s taken by hydra and peter and tony are in a plane when hydra attacks them, tony’s telling them to abort and steve slowly realises he could lose his family, then it blows up and tony calls a suit to peter. peters got broken ribs and bruises because of moving around and tony sends out a signal to the team

under the cut because i am a merciful and considerate soul

wilde's introduction is absolutely hilarious, obviously, but it's also so damn confusing. like, what's his game? at first you think he's going to be a one off, maybe one of those recurring characters that pops up to annoy the NPCs every so often and write about their adventures in completely skewed ways to complicate their public image (and create work for hamid, who was originally hired as PR). i got like...team rocket vibes. and i loved him even then, because i already hated b*rtie and i thought hearing wilde's take on the party's adventures would be super fun! then dover happened and i forgot about wilde for a bit, though he was still my favorite historical NPC. so for his initial ep 25 intro, while I thought he was a little annoying, it was very much "insufferable (affectionate)" even then.

and then paris. things we learn in paris:

1. wilde is a SPY. like international man of mystery hyper competent intelligence officer. but he's still Like That!!! he's still an annoying punny idiot!! he contains MULTITUDES.

2. he's a BARD and even better an ILLUSIONIST BARD. aesthetically that kicks ass, and it is such an amazing metaphor for his whole Thing. never saying what he means, drowning every word in irony, hiding his real feelings and motivations under sarcasm and puns and lies until it's impossible to take anything he says as truth. and yet he STILL manages to establish himself as a trustworthy contact for the party, and someone who genuinely is trying to do the right thing.

3. he's insanely powerful, bad rolls aside alex makes a point of that, plus there's a check against hamid that indicates a base charisma score that is like. 23-24 or something stupid like that. OP king

4. he's got a lot of enemies.

5. by the time the guivres attack on paris happens, he's already doubting the meritocracy and his place in it.

prague is where we start to see his illusion start to slip, obviously, and where the dynamic shifts from him and the party antagonizing each other equally to the party just.........poking at him while he's too tired to hold up his side of the banter. through cairo and damascus i got the sense that he was actually trying to connect with them and be helpful, but between the curse and the assumption that everything he said was meant to be antagonizing, he just...didn't, except for that perfect moment with sasha in the pun war.

and you see the results of that in season 4, where he's much more...careful, i guess? when it comes to party interactions. I think literally once a day about his line from the japan arc, where he and zolf are talking before hamid and azu come in for the rome debrief--zolf says something like "just try to be a little warmer, okay?" and wilde says "they don't like me when I'm warm." just!!! fucking!!!! GOD.

the only member of the party he had connected with at all was sasha, because she was the one that saw his wordplay as an attempt to actually joke around and make friends (something something sasha is no stranger to hiding her motivations and true feelings, something something unlikely kindred spirits, something something rome is the worst)

if you listen back to season 4, every single convo with azu and hamid he's constantly clarifying that he's being serious and he's not trying to antagonize them. he hardly ever jokes. it's a mask again, only this time instead of hiding behind humor he's just...not expressing anything at all. (except with zolf, who is the only person we see him being completely honest with).

i could get into his changes after the resurrection--how he's no longer using illusions (magical and otherwise) against his allies, and how he has committed to speaking more honestly with the people who matter to him, while reclaiming his humor as a way to express camaraderie and love--but i've already rambled enough on this post.

TL;DR: wilde was my favorite NPC from the start. after paris, he became one of my favorite characters in any media i've consumed. if he dies (again) i will personally sow myself a victorian mourning veil and you will not hear from me for a month. he deserves a peaceful, restful post-canon life.

A (little) breakdown of Anne’s return & birthday dates

What do we know:

It’s been 5 months. (I am calculating this as 145 days: 29d. X 5, mostly because my conclusions thst she was gone around 5m. at the maximum was derived from recording and counting the phases of the moon shown in Season 1 and 2)

Anne has been back 1 week in Adventures in Catsitting

Anne has been back an indefinite number of weeks in Olivia and Yunan

Froggy Little Christmas likely takes place on 24 December (I’m basing this on gift-giving)

There’s more referential details; I’m too tired to list everything (I’m not here for super intense analytics)

Reference notes: month = m. | days = d. | weeks = w.

Based on what I saw of the moons, S3a likely covers 2m., 1w., 3d.

This is based on a half moon (🌗) being roughly a week after a full moon (🌕 ) and Froggy Xmas has a definite waning crescent (🌘), meaning it’s a week+ after the third full moon since Anne’s been back. This rests in the assumption she returned on a full moon, hence why it’s 2m. — full moon#1 to full moon#2 = 1st “m.” & full moon#2 to full moon#3 = 2nd “m.”

Because this is so moon focused my numbers are moon based. That is 2m.1w.3d. = 68d. OR 29d + 29d. + 10(7+3)d.

68d. prior to 24 December = 17 October OR 17 Oct. + 14d. + 30d. (Nov.) + 24d. = 24 Dec.

145d. prior to 17 October = 25 May OR 25 May + 6d. + 30 (June) + 31 (July) + 31 (Aug.) + 30 (Sept.) + 17 = 17 Oct.

Sprig’s bday occurs soon after a half moon and it looks like a fat waning crescent (🌗🌘 << b/w that) which means it happens just over a month before 24 December OR 29d.2d. OR 31d., enough time for the waning crescent to actually thin out.

So...

25 May = Anne’s bday (25 May + 6d. + 30 + 31 + 31 + 30 + 17 = 17 Oct. || 06+30+31+31+30+17=145d.)

17 Oct. = return

24 Oct. = Catsitting

23 Nov. = Sprig’s bday (23 Nov + 7d. + 24d. = 24 Dec || 24+7=31d.)

It is very probable these are not as exact as someone else could make them. But it’s adequate for me.

Under the cut are old, old draft calculations before I actually checked Season 3a’s moon.

Now where it gets hazy is calculating just how many weeks Anne and the Plantars have been gone on Olivia and Yunan. It’s clearly been some time. My instinct is, at minimum, it’s been 5 weeks, more probable 6 weeks. (5 1/2 weeks or 39 days??)

Adventures in Catsitting is 3x03b and Olivia and Yunan is 3x07b, which puts 7 episodes (11 min.) or 3 episodes (22 min.) between them. I can’t imagine each 11 min. episode is a week apart but calculating 1 week between 2 min. episodes might make sense. (Not in a literal way, but ep. 3 occurs 1 week after the return. This is followed by ep. 4 (2 weeks after return), ep. 5 (3 weeks after return), ep. 6 (4 weeks after return). This ends on ep. 7 (5 weeks since return). All which falls roughly into my instinct of how much time has passed.

Should probably check and see what moon phrases have been visible in Season 3

So anyway, if we continue this cacluative method... we get Little Froggy Christmas at 7 weeks since return

25 Dec. minus 7 weeks = 6 Nov. as return date | 6 Nov. minus 145 days = 14 June birthday

Or if that, as I feel seems like too big of a gap than, Little Froggy Christmas at 6 weeks since return

25 Dec. minus 6 weeks = 13 Nov. as return date | 13 Nov. minus 145 days = 21 June birthday

Unlikely? Little Froggy Christmas at 5 weeks since return

25 Dec. minus 5 weeks = 20 Nov. as return date | 20 Nov. minus 145 days = 28 June birthday

there are people on twitter talking as if post timeskip won't be animated 😭 am i missing something? isn't that a major arc that has both brazil and jackadlers like why would they stop at the nationals arc- i don't even see the final arc being a movie personally. haikyuu still trends randomly even without any new news i think they'll split everything out properly

Omg haha I never even considered that they just wouldn't animate Brazil/Final Arc, that would be absolutely devastating! For me, so much of what makes Haikyuu so beautiful and powerful happens in the continuation from Nationals arc to the final chapter so I very much hope that doesn't happen lol.

And tbh, unless the show gets suddenly cancelled or something I just can't imagine that happening as like an Intentional Choice lol. And I don't think cancellation is likely either, bc you're right about the show still trends a lot. Haikyuu is one of the most popular manga series around right now, especially for a sports manga. The demand is definitely there to make more seasons.

As for it being a movie, eehhh I've seen some people theorize that on reddit too, but tbh as far as I know, there's no real evidence to say that they'll do that. They could do a movie, but I personally just hope they don't haha. I think they'd have to cut down on a fair amount of manga content to get Brazil/Final Arc in ~1h30 minutes, and honestly I kind of feel like making it a movie would leave a lot of anime-onlys feeling like everything after Nationals is "extra," like it's less a part of the overall story.

There's only enough chapters left to realistically get a 24-25ish episode season, and a 10-13ish episode season, and even then it'll need a little bit of padding. My personal preference for the best way to portray the rest of the narrative is to have the Nekoma match, plus the Fukurodani stuff, be it's own 10ish episode season, and to have it end right around the start of Kamomedai with the set up of Hinata vs Hoshiumi/the battle of the little giants. This way it keeps hype between seasons 5 and 6, and leaves suspense during s5 for anime-onlys too bc I feel like a shorter season has less of an implication of Karasuno winning the match. (like if it was 25 eps, they would know the Nekoma match isn't going to take all 25 eps, and imo it pretty heavily implies there's more matches to come after Karasuno vs Nekoma)

And then I think it would make sense to have s6 be an almost full length season with the Kamomedai match leading directly into Brazil before Jackals/Adlers. I think that would thread the storylines of Kamomedai and Brazil together nicely, and also make the timeskip less shocking for anime-onlys lol.

Like, imagine Kamomedai ends and then two years later a new season comes out and suddenly Hinata is 20 and in Brazil lol. I mean again, they could do it that way and I think it would still work, I just think the KaraNeko match getting its own season will flow a bit better.

I don’t remember if it was on twitter or tumblr that I talked about them probably bundling parts of episodes 19 and 20 together, but it seems to be what they’re doing. While my wish for this earlier in the year was to prevent Singer from having full creative control of the finale while knowing he would at least get it nominally out of respect, it’s also economical.

If you think about it, for example, Misha started quarantining about the same time as J2. And while there’s been hints of them becoming a pod after a 14 day quarantine for everyone (signs of 2 other people staying with Jensen between who was filming and who threw him a book), that also means Misha has availability. He’s billed by episode, not by day. So if they need Billie for example, or any other character, in 2 episodes but really only need a few quick shoots of them, you can have them on site for a day instead of strung across a week during quarantine.

Plus the added benefit of confusing filming stalkers and superfans from being able to chart as much out, when it’s already limited access for public viewing, shuffled backdoor filming and whatever else, functionally speaking it makes sense.

The ? is due to the fact that 28pt4 is listed on 3 different filming days and incidents, including one entirely pre-covid, and two after, one of which almost looked like it might be listed for episode 20 (the note taking on day 5 is foggy including 11, 12, 43 for episode 20 but I'm trying to read with context as best possible.

Similarly with this update, 28pt1 was shot multiple days and was the ONLY thing listed on day 8.

I’m absolutely baffled, to be honest. I expected things to be moved around but right now--

That means episode 19 is missing:

1-3, 4pt2, 10pt2, 11-17, 27, 28pts 2&5, 30, 31pt2, 33+ and any after, anywhere between 43-49 usually.

Episode 20 is clearly far shorter in filming so far but there are three official days of "episode 19" filming left and at least 4 have been shot so far, so we may see several more in the coming days. 

Reason would have it they’ll leave the same director to do all the tiny parts of ep 19 shot 28, which is really unusual on SPN to see broken into that many parts. Sometimes we get up to 4, but I don’t remember seeing 8, so I’m wondering if this is a heaven revolution kind of thing being broken down with really unusual methods. 43 will be *really* close to an ending, think “near the last 5 minutes of the episode, but not necessarily the final scene with up to several more following”, so it’s interesting that Showalter was given that to film already for 20, wondering what else they wanna pass to him. 

But even that still means “episode 20″ shooting days are going to have to cover for about 50% of shoots not complete yet (they filmed a few more but can have anywhere from 43-49 shots an ep, we don’t know how many 19 has, so still 50%~) while also doing the remaining like 90% of ep 20? This isn’t mathing out.

So either: They’re prepared to do overflow days of shooting for both episodes, or, they’re hiding from us a lot of things being shot.

Years ago Singer used to be a great director, I don’t know what happened, I’m not being sarcastic when I ask if he had a stroke or something, because like season 5 him would have slapped season 13 him for the finale. So I’m mostly interested to keep a thumb on what scenes are being given to Showalter, who’s in my top bundle of directors.

13. if you have c&d, do you play with pets? i feel like i haven’t played with cats and dogs in forever. honestly i just have no paitence. noelle fae was supposed to get a cat (there’s a food bowl + cat bed in her house) but when summer vacation started, the amount of time i spent playing ts4 decreased a lot. (this doesn’t really make sense, i have a lot more time. honestly it just has to do with my recent obsession with a certain anime/manga and some other personal thing)

i did random nightmares in may though and i had pets frequently. g5 didn’t because sofia scarlett lived in an apartment, but g2/3/4 had cici, and g1 had all the cats. but that was back in march so it’s been a while.

14. what lifespan do you use? i really want to do aging off but then i feel like it drags on. but aging legit stresses me out, sometimes i just want to sit down and do some cas stuff but i only have 2 hours in real time and there’s like 4 days left till one of my sims’ birthdays.

i have never played through discover university or watched anyone do it on youtube, i’ve read gerbits’ story about it so i think i’m pretty qualified. i’ve always wanted to do one with periwinkle acapella but i never got around to it

i tried doing a eco life playthrough but i hadn’t watched any videos and i was like..what is going on. so i quit lolx d ;;;;; i mentioned it but the whimsy stories legacy was the first time i had played with the eco lifestyle features so technically i think i know what im doing

i got outdoor retreat literally on monday of this week so i haven’t played through it yet. 

jungle adventure i still don’t know what’s going on. i remember last year before i bought the pack i was brainstorming, and wanted to do a ja playthrough with luna and cedar, who are a couple who i did a random legacy with and it was all queued to post when i deleted everything (if you’re wondering why, it’s because my queue was literally 200+ posts). except this time i didn’t save them to my sideblog so i lost them.

city living i did through psc stage 5 and also it was the first pack i bought anyways

i do appreciate that most cc hairs have a true (ish) black, thank god! and the fact that the hair update is what inspired me to update and fix a bunch of hairs with different issues is pretty nice. but will i use them? no. 

plus it takes up like 5 gb? depending on how many packs you have.

noelle is blonde and has blue-grey eyes. she wears purple contacts pretty often though (because she wants to 😌)

alari has light brown hair that is kinda curly, and she’s got pretty vibrant blue eyes. 

they’re sisters, alari is 3 years older than noelle. noelle was 19 and alari was 22 when they got spotted

they worked as models when they were young adults. their jobs involved dyeing their hair blue/pink, and they would model like clothes and stuff. anyways, they were pretty successful. like not ultra famous but they had enough money to not work for the rest of their lives. 

their modeling group was made of 4 girls, the others were named paisley autumn and they were green and red, respectively. some things are: 

paisley and alari started dating during this 

autumn was a single mother to a little girl named destiny

noelle dated many people during this but never ended up finding the one <3

when their contract ended after like 6 years, paisley and alari went to go live together and noelle decided to get into acting. so thats when get famous playthrough started!

22. if you use cc, are there any cc creators that you have like ALL of their items? this is such a good question! i hoard hair very heavily (my folder is 11gb) i so i have like 97% from most of the popular hair creators. 

i think i had legitimately EVERYTHING from simstrouble though, i went through multiple times to check and i also have all of her retired stuff. 

i have everything from ridgeport i think-? because of the fact that she uploaded all her stuff in one big zip. 

i think that’s it.. for a long time i also had everything by clumsyalienn, but then i ended up deleting it and only keeping my faves.

04/09- Fearless (Taylor’s version) by Taylor Swift. TAYLORBSWIFT. that’s all i have to say. 9/10. even though i’m kinda heartless and could care less abt boys, this album (Taylor in general) makes me feel like a hopeless, lovesick teen girl.

04/10- Blonde Tongues by Blonde Tongues. it was chill low key vibes. nice. 7/10

04/11- Super Trouper by ABBA. 7/10. good, classic ofc.

Criminal Minds Warning Compilation

This is a compilation of all submitted warnings in Criminal Minds in one place. I got frustrated having to constantly scroll through the tag so I figured I would compile them. Thank you to all the people who submitted! You guys help all of us so much :)

I am unsure if it’s complete past the end of Season Four as that’s where I’m at in the show. If I find any more I will send a warning in and hopefully eventually I’ll be able to say this list is complete. I usually just skip an episode if there’s a submitted warning as there’s little to no plot line through the show, so sorry if some of the warnings are vague.

Season One: E9 (Derailed): 10 or 11 minute mark. Pregnant woman gets s*. Elle is talking to her and she says, “I think I’m gonna be s*.” No visual, just audio. E22 (The Fisher King Part One): 16 minute mark. Woman sees a body part and v*. No visual, just audio.

Season Two: E13 (No Way Out): 6:50-7:10. Gideon and Morgan are talking to a serial killer in a diner and it cuts to a police officer v*. After, the v* is still visible. It cuts back and forth from diner scene to police officers a few times but only one has a v* scene. Visual and audio.

Season Four: E13 (Bloodline): 12-12:45. Girl has epileptic seizure. Not v* but still triggering visual and audio. E15 (Zoe’s Reprise): 31 min mark. A girl Prentiss is interviewing says she’s going to be s*. Audio, unsure if visuals. E24 (Amplification): No v*, but lots of coughing, especially in first few minutes.

Season Five: E7 (The Performer): Warning is vague. “Not safe at all. Just skip it.”

Season Six: E7 (Middle Man): Multiple warnings.  1. Very brief v* after *SPOILER* Chris is made to kill Scott. Maybe mute from Scott’s death until after Chris stands up from sink. No visual, just audio. 2. 27:40, a man v*. Might be same as previous warning. Mute and look away for about 15 seconds. No visual, just audio.  E17 (Valhalla): Near end of episode, right after Prentiss says she needs some air. Some coughing and mention of the word v*. Later when she goes to her apartment to change her shoes you can see it. No visual, just audio. E23 (Big Sea): Multiple warnings. 1. 25 min. A man can be heard v*, it then shows it as someone yells at him to clean it up. 2. When the guy is being held captive in the boat, he looks up at the unsub and then down at the keys. He v*. Visual and audio. 3. 38 min. At end of episode, Agent Morgan is performing CPR on a girl. She v* water. Not too bad visual, but bad audio.

Season Seven: E1 (It Takes A Village): About halfway through the episode, there’s a flashback to a woman taking pills, and a man forces her to v*. Happens after Prentiss starts interrogating Doyle. Not that graphic but visual and audio. E2 (Proof): Around 21-22 min mark. When Tammy is shown at the dance, she says she’s not feeling good and clutches her stomach. There’s no v* but she acts like she will. Ends when Uncle Cy goes to hug her. Later in the episode, Tammy’s mom recounts the incident with Cy but nothing happens. E6 (Epilogue): 18:40 min. Chase starts trying to resuscitate the girl. The next scene shows a guy violently coughing and shows blood in his hand from coughing so much. He continues coughing. Could be triggering. E8 (Hope): A little past halfway through the ep when the woman finds her daughter. You can see it coming. Visual and audio. E12 (Unknown Subject): 3 min. Garcia is showing them pictures of a case. It’s hard to see but there’s v*. At 4:21, Prentiss asks, “what’s that on the floor?” And Garcia replies. Also, Garcia mentions there’s salt in the water which makes you v*. Skip until intro or look away. (4:59 is safe) E22 (Profiling 101): When Prentiss says something about the victim’s friend holding her hair, the victim bends over and v*. It lasts thirty seconds, so when Prentiss talks about the girl getting s* just mute and look away. Audio and visual.

Season Eight: E2 (The Pact): After Mr. Dolan is being interviewed, it cuts to Darlene v*. She talks and then g*. Mute and look away after Mr. Dolan is finished with JJ. Audio and visual. E5 (The Good Earth): V* is mentioned and not shown, but you see implied v* as people lean over. Also just a gross episode in general. E6 (The Apprenticeship): 9:40. When the kid asks Holly to cover his shift, he says he v* that morning to get out of work. E7 (The Fallen): At the end of the episode when the unsub is pouring bleach on the woman, she starts coughing. Sounds like v*. She also continues to g* after she’s rescued. It’s not too bad but could be triggering. E8 (The Wheels on the Bus…): After the girl shoots Trent and the guy says something about his blood, she v*. Lasts about 5-10 seconds. Audio, unsure if visuals. E18 (Restoration): Beuford gives Derek the list, and Derek v* after washing his hands. Mute after he finishes talking to Hotch. It’s over quickly. Visual and audio. E23 (Brother’s Hotchner): Multiple warnings.  1. In the beginning when the guy opens the stall and the girl is bleeding, she’ll fall to the floor and start coughing pretty bad. It ends in maybe 10 seconds. Audio and visual. 2. At around 8:40 min , a guy randomly spits blood. It happens/ends just as the beginning credits start. When the little girl starts to pray at the family dinner, both the parents begin to bleed like the other victims. the dad will cough before the screen goes black

Season Nine: E1 (The Inspiration Part One): Multiple warnings. 1. At around 6 min mark, girl v*. They also talk about it a few times. 2. At 21 min, a mother g* and s* out teeth. 3. After unsub kills girl in the shower, Blake asks about the v* when she’s at the coroner’s morgue. 4. When Rossi and Morgan find the girl in the park and mention her hair, Morgan says she probably v*. 5. When Hotch says “wheels up in 30” and the unsub is taking another woman into the woods, she v* when she says he’s going to fast. Lasts 5-10 seconds and only audio. (Possibly same as first warning) E12 (The Black Queen): At around 18:55 min. When Garcia and Morgan are testing microphone signal, Garcia says she feels like she’s gonna v*. Nothing happens though.

Season Ten: E3 (A Thousand Suns): When Reid and Kate go to look at the plane crash and start to look at the pilot’s seat, a few seconds later Reid will notice there is v* from the passengers on the ground. He just says the word and there is a visual but it doesn’t look very realistic. After the crowd of people at the station are asking questions about their loved ones on the plane Morgan and JJ will mention the v* again and talk about what caused it

Season Eleven: E21 (Devil’s Backbone): When the two boys are in the back of the van, one boy v*. No visual, just audio.

Season Thirteen: E1 (Wheels Up): Garcia and Simmons are in the car and Garcia says, “No creepy weird stuff.” There’s a lot of people looking s* and leaning over bowls. No visual that was noticed.
