Thank u for enjoying my art! The setting is less of an AU and more like scattered ideas I have over time, upon hearing oomf's request I knew it's my opportunity to finally illustrate them so I took it!

Here's all the ideas behind the AU(?) keep in mind, they can be interpreted as platonic, that's my preference:

Ok I got the thoughts(tm) about them as smilk is very much implied to be the Devil to pv's Jesus. I'm obsessed w the idea of him making deals or taking someone in as his pupil, especially if it involve some form of contract loophole or word play. Making deals w a near-godly being isn't sth new for lily, as demonstrated in the red dragon story line. Quite faust-esque.

To answer your questions: The deal was made after an alternate ending of ep 2. Ef didn't die but he's unconscious n bed-bound due to some kind of spell smilk cast on him, this is so in the story lily won't kill smilk on sight n is desperate enough to make deals w him. Pv started having nightmares n frequent visions/hallucinations which worried lily greatly. Eventually leading to him sleep-walking toward the trees w an axe n having several mental breakdowns, which led to lily once again dipping into dark moon magic n summoning smilk's soul. In this setting she never received the guardian power so she only have half of her magical prowess, the only reason the summoning ritual worked is due to smilk wanting her to find him. Maybe someone slipped in a book about dark moon magic somewhere in the faerie library *wink wink*

Their meetings took place in dreams/ the fairy kingdom, call it secret trysts if you will (except both parties hate each other lol). No one knows but pv n gingerbrave is slowly catching on. Smilk is aiming for lily since she's the key to both of his objectives: elder faerie's guardian power and pure vanilla's half of the souljam+having her by his side might prove useful when it comes to silent salt. Lily on her part feel powerless but upon hearing smilk's proposals decided to do whatever she can to stop him from tormenting her friends.

The exact detail of their deal will be left up to interpretation but yes it is ritualistic. As the story progress we would see smilk latch on to lily like a parasite via a spiritual connection, maybe a strange emotional connection too. They are still someone else's soulmates after all, it wasn't fate that brought them together but free-will, this is the story of two people ripping fate apart through blood and tears then stitching it back together sinews by sinews. They'll dig their own grave and lie in it together. Lily's whole theme is freedom so it'll be interesting seeing her try to pave her own path all while questioning if she's making the same mistakes again or not.

Funfact: the comic was supposed to end on page 4 but then I realized "pv" got more screen-time than smilk so I went back n drew 2 more pages. The pet names/hand kissing weren't there in the initial draft lol

In the setting, some pet names smilk gave lily included: "lily bud" or "lily buddy", a reference to her skill but also due to smilk believing lily has yet to reach her full-potential. "Little dove" since I'm weirdly intrigued by the idea of them being Columbine and Harlequin. Most of all, he would frequently call lily "his". His student, his partner-in-crime etc... It doesn't matter, it's a way to remind her she belongs to him. Lily on her part absolutely hate any nicknames he gave her, she's very much aware it's another form of control and smilk's twisted way of defining her. Usually she'd keep quiet but one day she'll probably throttles him or sth along those line.

tell me about Defended By An Assassin im curious

Defended By An Assassin is a voltron canon-divergent-but-still-compliant-enough au i wrote in ye olden days. My hyperfixation has ended and am also out of motivation to finish it fully but a i still have a rough outline of the au notes. (I think it also helped me discover my gender so its kinda special to me despite it all)

The au mainly sees that an Altean ship w/ both a Galra and Altean inside it crash landed on earth in (an unspecified timeframe i never got around to calculating it) and the humans find their remains along w/ the cargo of raw Quintessence they were carrying w/ them. The ship lands on Russia and they hire a shady doctor i have titled as The Doctor to study the remains.

The Doctor then proceeds to (in predictably shady fashion) run human experimentation w/ his findings to form a being w/ both Nix (Galra) and Kaos (Altaean) genes inside a human combined w/ the Quintessence. Eventually the test subjects shift to children once it becomes apparent that they are the most receptive to it. Test subjects are kidnapped from all over the globe. Usually orphans that people won't miss. And young enough to still have all their baby teeth. Enter: Keith Kogane from texas yeehaw.

(In this au his dad died WAY earlier and he was plucked freshly from the chared remains of his house)

Keith has a fascinating dna which shows that it's half Nix dna. This is a new discovery and The Doctor really really wants to talk to the guy who banged the alien but hes fucking dead. But the results are already there w/ a human-Nix child, so why not add in the Kaos genes in there as well?

The vat of unidentified pure liquid energy they found in the crash (aptly named Ichor) proved to be very useful in this regard and The Doctor created more children with these human-Nix-Kaos cocktail and named them all Titans to aptly keep up w/ the theme.

These Titans then in ususal test subjects loosing their identity way were fashioned new names based on the theme. Also the whole shady experimentations were also very unethical (to say the fucking least) so a lot of people who funded the research but were kept unaware of the reselts are Very Not Happy abt the children thing. And oh! Would u look at that? The exposure to Ichor has led the Titans to develop strange abilities that can be harnessed in specific situations. Sure would be a shame if someone were to say, use this to silence the opposition.

So The Doctor basically made magic alien-energy-human 10 y/os who he manipulated into doing his dirty work and continuing his research on them.

The kids manage to get rescued and the facility destroyed cuz the fight involved Eris blowing up the afformentioned vat of ichor. Then the kids proceed to fuck off and disappear into various corners of the world to never talk to eachother again and bury all their problems and try to reintegrate themeselves into society.

Enter again: Keith Kogane, after having spent a brief stint as #02789nXs, before being Eris, spending half her time as Raven to assassinate people then back to being Keith again. He is Not adjusting well to society and then gets adopted by Shiro. He's now in the Garrison and James (Hermes. He was a fast little shit and it kept w/ the theme) is there and it was truly a devil's sacrament moment.

Then Shiro goes missing in a space mission and he gets himself kicked out if the Garrision. There is also a giant blue lion in the middle of the desert did they mention that? Wait what- SHIRO?!?!!! Who the fuck are you people. Dont come into my house and just- fine make yourself at home. Welcome to my cave w/ drawings and this big ass- how the fuck did you do that what the fuck. Are we in space. Is that earth. Is that a wormhole. What the fuck.

And now hes working as a fucking Defender of the Universe in a mecha lion w/ a 10000 y/o princess and Coran who call themselves Alteans but they are. Just. They're fucking Kaos people. And the main people are they're up against are called Galra, except she knows for a FACT that those bitches are Nix and there us also the uncomfortable fact of being half of the species (along w/ other things) that are taking over the unuverse. Shes not telling that to Allura.

And the whole thing about Ichor Quintessence comes up and hes just really trying to not deal w/ the mortifying ideal if being known and neither half Altean-half Galra prince Lotor or the Blade of Marmora are helping with it.

Some other notes is have written down abt this au:

Keith is 100% trans but no one knows in which direction. The Kaos shapeshifting powers are not helping w/ the problem even in the slightest.

During the Titan days there was some kind of love triangle thing going in w/ Eris, Hermes and Apollo and no one could tell who was into who either so it was just a source of angst and pining for the three of them and embarrassment for everyone involved.

On the plus side, Apollo and Hermes made Keith realize he has a thing for boys w/ blue eyes but on the downside: Lance fucking Mcclain

Lotor and Keith have a very complicated relationship cuz they are just dealing w/ similar things and Keith wants to help him w/ his place as a Galra/Altean but at the same time hes not ready to deal w/ his own issues either.

The whole returning to earth to find it under invasion moment has most of the Titans out of hiding and helping w/ their powers to beat the galra. Apollo is there but his name is Solace and the James-Keith-Solace pining trainwreck is back baby.

Keith also has very complicated feelings abt his mom.

The fallout of when Keith explains his human-galra-altean heritage to everyone involved one broken nose, several instances of the phrase "What the quiznak", 3 broken tables, 5 messed up lab equipment and many moments of awkward standing around by team voltron + Kolivan as Allura screams at Keith.

At one point Acxa just gets adopted into the Titans group. She's not even an honorary member they've 100 percent accepted her as one of them. Yes there was an initiation ceremony that involved a lot of stomping and chanting that called a lot of noise complaints. Yes Lotor was also in the corner as the actual honorary member wearing a hat that said "INTERN".

Thomas (Zeus) was literally the only one with the braincell in the Titan days and did not get paid enough to deal w/ all the bullshit. He has also been called many variations of mom/dad several times and has mainly accepted his fate.

The Titans also have these cool tattoo like patterns on their bodies that glow whenever they're using their powers.

Also Kosmo is the Titan's mascot and everyone (Keith) is willing to kill/die for it.

first of all. anzu also has to say. this series is made by rejet, which is a subsidiary team under idea factory.. you've probably seen anzu talked about the neptunia series before, that's also made by idea factory under the team compile heart. now. anzu likes to say compheart is the good of idea factory and rejet is the bad of idea factory 🕊 like sorry for getting you interested in the weird vampire men. but you could be playing a neptunia game and having fun right now. u could be playing fairy fencer f if you want a more serious tone one also written by compheart and having fun right now. if u want a vn you could even be playing date a live right now.. anzu doesn't even know much ab dal, but it is written by compheart so anzu has faith that it's probably better than what the bright minds over at rejet are doing/j

second of all... anzu should probably put a TW list somewhere before you even begin looking into the series at all but it'll be so long anzu doesn't know where exactly to start. so anzu will just generally go and say this series has very dark themes and topics, and also the whole point of it are S-M (/sadomasochism) scenarios .. and all endings you get are solely based on whether you make more sadistic or masochistic choices. certainly, the games get more lax later on, and the characters are admittedly nicer .. depending on character as well .. but you'd also miss a lot of context if you just jump into a latter one..

now is there a plot to this thing.. yes.. is it good?.. well... some people certainly like it, anzu less so with how much it complicates itself in some of the latest titles.. though to anzu's surprise, anzu really liked the setting and writing around the very last game (chaos lineage), even though anzu had No expectations from it at all after the game right before it (lost eden) ..

anzu will try . to explain most things without spoiling too much as well if you're still around and reading. and also trying to keep it short. these are all otome games and there's 7 of them, though 2/7 are less so story filled and more just for funsies ☝️

all games have a set in protagonist with a preexisting character and setting that isn't just a bland faceless nobody named yui. first game (haunted dark bridal/hdb), first introduction to everything, she's the daughter of a priest that was sent off to a manor given her dad had to leave for europe.. the manor seemed empty and haunted, and upon entering she's met with a family of 6 vampire brothers that she now cannot leave out of.. ayato, laito, kanato, reiji, shuu and subaru.. the first three are triplets, and the game's first run forces you to choose between the 3 initially, which anzu likes to call 'this series loving to force you to do the worst first' (as in second game also follows through with a similar limited choice of a first playthrough COUGH). blah blah blah .. you learn that yui was offered up as a sacrificial bride to these vampires because if one of them manages to fall in love with the right person, they can ascend into a stronger vampire, and become the new vampire king after their dad... 500km of text of yui abuse later, yui and the vampire of your choice can fall in love.. question mark. and then alls well when it ends well if its not the third ending for any of them. god bless

2nd game (more, blood/mb) introduces 4 new vampires of another family, ruki, kou, yuma and azusa... you also learn that the whole ascension thing refers to the people involved as 'adam' and 'eve' .. and azusa keeps calling yui eve no matter what throughout all games forth. this game also happens in an alt timeline, where yui would've not chosen any of the initial brothers until that point.. the game forces you to do a route of the initial 6 guys first, but you will get to meet the new ones regardless because in the story parts they'll keep popping up to try and take yui away.. in their own route, in the prologue they manage to kidnap yui instead to their own manor, and the whole 'vampires fighting over you' is still present, with one of the initial 6 appearing in each of the 4 new ones routes as well..

anzu has to add just that anzu thinks most if not all match-ups made for this game are very good.. unbelievable amounts of bias, but kou appearing in laito's route is such a good view into both of their characters, how alike yet distant and different they are as well.. cough. but for the others too. ayato and ruki's beef is timeless

third game (vandead carnival) is one of the silly ones. so anzu will skip it for now. fourth one (dark fate/df) introduces 2 new guys that are not vampires for once, and the series turns into extremely plot lore story based onward from here. while you knew a bit about the world setting very generally previously, it all turns to very focused on that from now.. you get to keep going between the human world and the demon world constantly in this game in all routes, and you'll learn about the 4 demon races and how these 2 new guys (carla and shin, brothers again. of course) are a 5th race called the first bloods that have dna from all other races and can seamlessly use the powers of all kinds.. they hate vampires and their whole beef with this kind is lore related to the initial 6's dad that just fucks things up anywhere everywhere all the time. for fun 💔. so won't go much over it.. a lot of the characters are also much nicer by this title and .. not to be a party pooper but anzu kind of prefers them being insane so. anzu personal bias towards preferring the earlier ones .. sorry for being the main target demographic of the first game. /j again this one's also in an alt timeline.. yadda yadda.. they really like throwing this alt timeline stuff everywhere.

fifth game (lunatic parade) is again a silly one. so skip for now ✋️ sixth game (lost eden/le). boy oh boy. anzu really doesn't like this one.. but many do so. anzu cannot fault anyone, its very storyfilled, you get a lot of interactions between the guys and their bonds and friendships and getting over hardships together etc in this one. but man. anzu really doesnt care and its not why anzu is here 💔 so well. by this title, the initial guy's dad dies so one of them is forced to become the new vampire king with his powers now bestowed upon them, the new vampire king is different per each route, generally being the guy you chose if its one of the 6 ones, if its the 2nd family of 4 or the firstbloods, then it'll be one of the 6 sons that most have ties to the one you chose .. and there's a lot of back and forth of them not being able to control their powers well, struggling to keep things still and fine and well and .. yeah . a lot of story and worldbuilding. certainly, anzu understands why people care about it but.. not for anzu, so don't have much to say about it. this one also introduces a new guy, kino, and anzu loves him a lot but he is utterly terrible and probably 'the worst one' in anzu's book. regardless, anzu still likes him a lot. uhh.. dont have much to say about kino, his whole existence is a walking spoiler if you dont know anything prior/j

LAST GAME! (chaos lineage/cl) now. man. yeah. after how let down anzu was by LE, anzu had absolutely no faith in this one but decided to do it anyway... and anzu was certainly hella surprised and liked it despite, it again focuses a lot on story and character interactions. this game happens before LE begins so the prior vampire king didn't die yet, and it sets up to test the bonds of adam and eve by creating a miniature garden sort of closed off universe where yui and all 13 vampires are thrown into.. they all have misplaced memories, and are all placed into 3 new families that are All over the place. the purpose of it is also to make the brothers fight each other, even if normally they wouldve never fought one another to death.. it has a lot of angst of this whole situation, and also yui's struggles that (guy you chose who is implied already yui's boyfriend by here) cannot seem to remember her or any trials and hardships theyve overcome so far.. but through the power of bonds, you manage to restore the memories of the others here and there... it's a very interesting setting, the game's system was now remade into chess piece choices and no longer S-M, a lot of things were changed with this one. which anzu expected to hate just about everything of it, but anzu really was very pleasantly surprised by it.. given this game happens before LE, you also have no clue who kino is again, and the game acts as an introduction to his character again.. which anzu is extremely glad for, he deserved this and needed it a lot.. 😭 it's not all that much different from LE, but anzu really believes they made his character and struggles show and get handled way better in CL.. plus you still get told just about everything of his past, his wishes and whatnot as well in this game too.. so there's not that much missed from LE, honestly, in his route ..

phew. okay. now the other 2 anzu left off.. they're way shorter than all the rest and focus solely on yui going on a little amusement park date with vampire of choice. it has tons of minigames, but they're nothing incredibly breathtaking, most of them feel like flashgames from 2010 ❤️ which isn't a bad thing, anzu honestly likes them.. these games also seem to be disliked by some people more generally agreed than the rest? from what anzu's seen at least. but anzu really likes the atmosphere they have and how lax they are.. these two also feature sub stories where you hang out with main vampire of choice and all the other ones in short scenarios.. most of them are either cute and sweet or funny, anzu really did enjoy most of everything these titles had to offer 🙏

cough............. you asked for character explanations as well, so anzu will also try to briefly explain what they're all like.

it's hard to characterize yui, she's very different between games and routes and even endings. MB especially seemed to try and take a lot of liberty with her character, at times she's rather the more sadistic one that ends up putting the vampires in situations... certainly you'd also have an easier time looking for an analysis of her character from others who like her, anzu personally doesn't care about her that much to put it all together.. sorry 💔

ayato is probably the face of this whole series.. he's a hotheaded character that does everything just about as he pleases and sees fit. personally to anzu, he's very funny and also the most normal of the triplets... while he is very carefree, even if he doesnt admit it or does it just to seem high and mighty, he's also caring and trying hard for his sake or others, especially in the latter titles

laito....... laito is an entire specimen. anzu fears saying a wrong thing about him to give off a wrong idea about him. he's a pervert and he takes that title to heart, that's most of his character on the outside, but inside he's very troubled and struggles a lot. anzu relates to his inability of understanding human concepts (especially in hdb) highly, which is also why anzu is so interested in him. even if he may say some things, thinking he fully understands them, you can just tell they're said in such an inhumane way that do not at all express those said things, and anzu loves it.. he becomes far more understanding of things like these in latter games, and anzu can understand why people can thorougly enjoy helping him through to understand things like love and such, but anzu equally is fully apathetic to a lot of human held values and concepts, so the more understanding he becomes, the lesser anzu is interested in him.. i.e past MB, anzu doesn't really care about his presence that much .. </3

kanato... anzu will be honest, anzu did not read many of his routes, so anzu cannot give a full well written thing about him. the favoritism will show through 💔 he's a very spoiled brat type of character that demands things from all those around him, and he's quick to run his mouth over the littlest of inconveniences. whenever he expresses his gratitude or love it feels very either tsun or more said in a manner that makes him sound like the best guy ever for daring to be so kind.. anzu thinks he's also funny, a lot of interactions between him and his brothers, especially ayato and laito, are very comedic, and you can also tell despite it all, they weirdly so also care about each other

reiji is just ibara saegusa 2 if you know anything about enstars this guy is just the 2nd coming of ibara. cough if you don't uhm...well. um. he's very authoritative, hes the guy generally keeping everyone in place in the sakamaki family, and without him things would be even more chaotic. .. anzu also doesn't care that much about him to be able to give insight off his own routes 💔

shuu is the all time favorite of everyone walking these lands. not anzu though. unlike all the rest of them anzu has never done a route of his so. uh. 😭 he exists.. he sleeps a lot.. hes pretty chill honestly.. from what anzu knows, his routes are also much less terrible than the rest so well..? he's fine but it annoys anzu he clipped his mp3player on his choker boy you did not need to do that, aint no one taking your mp3player from you/j

subaru is the youngest of the sakamakis. this guy has no temper. anzu did some of his routes because they also include kou.... he's highly the most tsundere character this series has to offer. if you dare say he's caring in any way shape or form for anyone he will just punch a wall. he punches walls a lot... he's kind of like that archetype of emo guys in 2012 mixed with a tough one, if something goes against his wishes (that is not life threatening) he will just go HAAH? punch a wall and retract back in his emo coffin to sleep in. like a real vampire ⛓️🔗🌙🥀🦇

new family. yay. ruki is the oldest of the mukamis, he's very calm and composed and is very good at bringing his family together and offering advice for this and that.. he reads a lot, he probably has the entire library or alexandria up in his brain, he can cook well, and he sounds just like about the perfect husband until you do his route and he starts acting like an alpha male 💥 okay. jokes aside he's still very nice and caring, in his own dark academia way of being. anzu likes him this is why anzu is bullying him 💔

kou is the 2nd in line for the mukamis.. hes an idol, he sings and dances, stars in movies, variety shows, photoshoots, etc, just about any job an idol can get. hes very active in his idol field and would you look at that this is the first guy with a job isnt it. /j .. he's somewhat of a pervert at times as well and highly a tease, though far off what laito's character is in comparison.. given his backstory and how he was raised, he starts off believing everything in the world is 'give and take', so he takes advantage of his own forced ideology to make yui give herself up by offering things. you generally get to make him loosen up on this idea, and by LE/CL he becomes quite a wet flop of a guy. in a good sense hes like a puppy .. cough

yuma is the third son, he's very big and mighty and acts the part, but also much like subaru he's also quite caring in his own.. weird ways ❤️ he likes farming, he has a garden wherever he goes, he likes offering his fresh well grown vegetables to those close to him.. while he seems more emotionally unavailable at times or very upfront without a second thought, he means well, but he has troubles expressing himself ........ very well shown in backstory memories with him, or how he is and acts to all around him in MB. anzu also thinks hes funny 🙏

the last and youngest and tiniest of the mukamis.. azusa .. is just a little guy ☝️ and this is the one thing the entire fandom agrees upon 🙏 in anzu's opinion hes the nicest one out of all of them. he's a masochist and likes cutting himself.. but besides this and his own antics of the sorts, he is the most caring and understanding at all times.. if you are to do any of the mukamis routes, even if it's not his, he's almost always on yui's side and jumps to her defense before anything regrettable happens. however do not be fooled of his little guy status, kou is absolutely far more of a loser that can't do anything compared to azusa.. he may be little guy in status and mind, but absolutely not the babiest unable to do anything of the mukamis. kou's loser status needs to be acknowledged more 💔 and azusa is undeserving of such labeling

carla, the older of the firstblood brothers.. anzu cares about him just as much as shuu. however, he can be very funny sometimes in his absolutely otherworldly antics.. when LP starts, the plot to it is that yui's heart was stolen and even then he wishes to not go retrieve her heart and save her life and he only goes because he's heard there is a limited edition panini sold at the parade and he really wants to try it. thanks carla for your services. he speaks in old people dialect (?), he's very scary and his presence absolutely shows through at all times.. he's very imposing and hard to say 'no' to..

shin, the younger tsukinami.. now anzu loves shin so much. but everyone else in the world will not agree with this/j he's like koga oogami minus the yugioh.. if you dont know enstars again well. whyre you on anzus blog!? /j .. given he has first blood powers, he can transform in anything between a bat, a snake, a crow or a wolf. he is very dedicated to his alpha wolf form and is the only guy we even see transformed ever.. he normally also has a tail which is very cute. in his initial route he's a total sadist but anzu also wouldn't label it as that bad compared to others.. and in later titles with an established relationship hes equally cute and flustered about it and tsun.. expect a lot of 'its not like i care about you or anything's .. to anzu he's incredibly funny. a lot of his interactions with the other guys (outside of DF) are golden.. anzu also finds his voice and way of speaking funny, and his little hehe laughs are also downright contagious at times. he is great 11/10 and anzu wishes more people liked him :(

the very last one. kino. its hard to categorize kino without writing spoilers. he is a far more spoiled brat character than kanato in anzu's opinion... he has a 'friend' by his side names yuuri though he treats this guy more like a servant than anything.. he's on the deepest ends of sadists this game has to offer especially in LE. in anzu's opinion. ... he is possibly one of the strongest guys out of the rest, but it's also equally funny he's a total complete raging phone gamer. this guy plays gacha games and spends all his money on it and he WILL tell you about it. it will now be Your issue as well. and you also have to play his games too. you cannot escape him. extremely cunning.. extremely teasing.. gamer man. shin's VA hates this guy. 10/10

The last little guy is called matthew and isnt based off any dreams but more based off the feeling i get when i realize im dreaming. Ive never lucid dreamed but ive always had like a moment to realize "this isnt my life" and im just like viewing whats happeining o_0

All together i made a story for when they get sort of seperated, Xiety, the mind is seperated from the two in a apocalyptic world they have control over and hides the heart (matthew). The body being basically a carbon copy of itself just wanders around this world. Jerri cant remember how they got there or where they are from, but they die, over and over and over. Until eventually, they find the heart, in some rubble, and they sort of gain concious enough to realize "um im stuck in infinite zombie reality hell and this is NOT my reality" they take the plush and try to survive, but xiety kinda catches on and feels betrayed by this. He cant comprehend why on earth the body would want to live knowing what he knows (news flash only the mind knows what he knows of their og reality) HENCE the breaking out and being stuck in a infinite inbetween of constant realities woooo. Jerri and Matthew try to find to find the og reality, going through different bodies, meeting different minds and dying in ALOT of them. It becomes kinda clear that in most realities NONE of them do they live or are happy LMAO

that was like a shitty simplification BUT BESIDES ALLAT they litterally stumble into heaven and meet gods and Reapers and souls BUT they cant stay which SUCKS cuz imagine losing it it and one day people see you for yourself and you cant STAY cuz ur technically not dead just abstracted into peices and yaddah yaddah more ocs hehehe

15. How do you write smut scenes? Do you get very visual or detailed? How important is it to be realistic?

i approach writing smut fics as character/relationship studies more often than not, so i tend to get very detailed about the relationship dynamics and character choices more than the actual sex acts. i think that realism can depend on the fic and what exactly it's trying to convey. sometimes a fic needs a realistic beat of awkwardness or benefits from things not going smoothly 100% of the time, or maybe realism feels more fitting for the characters being written. but sometimes some guy just needs to get sucked n fucked y'know

20. Have you noticed any patterns in your fics? Words/expressions that appear a lot, themes, common settings, etc?

i definitely write a lot of trauma exploration with stuff that doesn't get directly explored in canon (daisy post-hive, mike with his father & paige, laurel and ambulances, etc). this has incidentally lead to me writing a good handful of panic attacks and trigger exploration fics. i also write characters being ill a lot just cuz it's fun to make them miserable :) and also bc it's fun to delve into how they accept the care of others and how vulnerable they will or won't allow themselves to be!! i've also noticed that i tend to make characters call each other nicknames or pet names more often than i thought lol

58. What part of the writing process do you enjoy the most? (Brainstorming, outlining, writing, editing, etc)

i love brainstorming (especially when you've come up w a really good concept and all these other related smaller ideas just start naturally branching off of your Core Thing and it's like YESSSS and u feel like an evil wizard having a breakthrough kinda). i also love the actual writing bc it's like yayyyy characters in situations!!! i'm making them do whatever i want they r my barbie dolls and they can't stop me!!! BUT i think my fav (and the most aggravating and stressful) part is editing :3 i just love when you get to the point where you piece things together in just the right way and it all starts falling into place exactly how you need it to, or you find the perfect word or perfect phrasing and it's jsut like YEAHHHHHH THIS IS WHAT ITS ALL ABOUT!!!!!

Probably my favorite of the locked ones, I revisit and even just think about this one regularly. Very interesting to see this relationship from a POV other than the two involved parties, and it's weirdly sweet to see it romanticized the way little Petyr would have wanted it to be.

This entire blog, good lord. I reread these alllllll the time. I’d dare to call the middle a comfort fic. Subby/bottom!Petyr and scar worship TM? My two favorite things! Yes please. Smut warning for the middle one.

"no. youre right on time." scene, and then it ends w ghirahim saying hes "far too quick" at the end of the game. what im getting at is that hes trying so, so hard throughout the game to be the hero zelda needs, and he gets better and better and better (albeit at his own expense). i DO think the impa scene was the major turning point and fucked up his view of himself ("why would i need to take care of myself when she still needs to be saved?") but point is. he is trying so hard. yes hed be tired and itd almost certainly be self imposed but sleepy? LAZY??? did you play the game past the opening .
