While working for Mammon, Fizzarolli is ridiculously skinny. When he doesn't have a shirt on, his ribcage is visible. It's all part of Mammon's need for him to have the perfect figure.

When he's free from Mammon, he finally starts putting on weight and reaches a healthy spot.

because when I look into the mirror I dont see myself, yeah yeah I know thats Kyle, I've seen her enough but Kyle, I dont see them, they've been forgotten, to scared, to far away, even if I cut my hair, bind my chest and buy male clothes directly from the rack.

I look into the mirror and there I see her again, even if I don't eat, even though I wear exactly what my brother does, in the mirror there is the different Kyle, that one, the one the others see, the thin one, the pretty one whos important, the extrovert the one thats fun.

but im not that, so, I dont look in mirrors anymore, thats easier. then I dont have to see her either, that way I can be them.

So Hard to lunch psychologically, but I try to split my cal in two meals. In order to not starve and want binging to have energy to work. But as I loved my nut choco bar yesterday, I wanna it again, but obviously a lil run necessary.

I don’t manage to reduce dinners and don’t manage to not run if I eat + than 600cal a day…

An@ routine such complicated to become usual… but better and better. I think I’m loosing but don’t sure coz dysmorphophobia☠️😭

Hey undertale AU while I try to feel better.

Feartale

Premise: All monsters and their powers are baser on a fear. Idk what fears yet, but I know Sans is getting eyes because that's what I'm scared of (also, in the game he's constantly keeping an eye on you.) Instead of gaster blasters, they'd be big eyes that shot at you.

Since Papyrus is related to him, he'd get something similar like mouth (like, he'd have mouths on his arms and legs and the only place there isn't a mouth is where it should be.) His attacks would just talk shit about you and the words do damage. Or they bite you.

Undyne definitely gets fear of weapons. That's just her thing (maybe she has spike all over her.) No need to say what the attack is.

Alphys is obviously fear of doctors. Her attack would be needles and shit.

Mettaton would represent the whole uncanny valley thing. Fits too well with the whole robot thing.

Toriel, since she lost her own child, represents the fear of death. Her attacks would be blood related and I might add in a dead body as an attack, but I'd add a tw first.

Asgore is just gonna get the daddy issues treatment. Jokes aside, this is a real phobia. Asgore represents abiphobia (phobia of fathers). His attacks would probably be related to childhood things like stuffed animals and toys.

Now Asriel and Flowey obviously have the same fear, but it might not make sense at first when you meet Flowey. Asriel/Flowey represents a fear of change. Yeah, Flowey reset multiple times and changed so many things, but in the end he still clings onto the hope that you are Chara. He desperately wants things to be the same as they were before.

And Chara represents a fear of loosing control

And now there's you, just a scared little child have nightmares of all these monsters (yes, the au takes place in Frisk's dreams). No matter how much you explain to your parents that the dreams are real, they keep saying that they aren't and they can't hurt you. But how does that explain the cuts and scraps you have when you wake up? Or how you swear you saw Sans outside your house? As you dream, you start to learn more about this little world that you see in your sleep, as these fear become less scary.

Now, to add in a bit of mystery, let's talk about Gaster. Gaster represents two fears. Before he was shattered across the dreamscape, he represents dysmorphophobia. Now this fear is a complicated one, so I'll specify I mean dysmorphophobia as in fearing having a disfiguring condition. His attacks were originally just oddly morphed faces, and the cracks in his skull practically littered his face. But now, after being shattered, he also represents the fear of being forgotten. Parts of his body are now slightly transparent and a part of his head is missing. His attacks are now both the faces and attacks that go invisible after bouncing around the screen once. They move in a predictable pattern though, don't worry.

Trigger Warnings Headcanons

So, I'm making my first attempt at neurodivergence and mental issues headcanons.

Disclaimer: I'm not a psychiatrist, and I can't make an accurate diagnosis, so I'm just sharing with you my experience of living with several mental illnesses and personality disorders, as well as the experience of communicating with people with such features.

I hope this text won't offend anyone. I don't have any malicious intentions. I just wanted to present you with some of my thoughts.

Important: the word "neurodivergence" here describes everything that affects the human brain.

TW: here are pretty sad things related to such a phenomenon as mental health issues.

Trafalgar Law

It seems to me he has PTSD.

I think, although it's not precise on the current topic, he was drug-addicted for a while to cope with emotional pain.

Depression (with suicidal tendencies.)

Mild vibes of obsessive-compulsive disorder.

In my personal opinion, he has paranoia, which causes a low level of trust in people. That's why he could reject possible interpersonal bonds.

Roronoa Zoro

I believe Zoro has alexithymia because he explicitly has problems expressing his feelings (at least describe them verbally) and sometimes identifying other people's ones.

His craving for self-harm is too disturbing for me. Yes, he doesn't do this directly, but it seems that he deliberately creates situations in which he will suffer physically with a hundred percent probability. As we know, self-harm is not only direct self-injury. It may be a conscious or unconscious creation of situations by people in which they will feel bad. But why, Zoro?

Donquixote Doflamingo

PTSD (nightmares, flashbacks, irritability, etc.)

I want to mention his problems with anger separately.

Although we can suspect him of having sociopathy, he's able to build a close relationship with his found family, so I dismiss this theory.

However, it seems to me we can explain some of the sociopathic traits of Doflamingo's character by the fact that at some point, he received a traumatic brain injury.

I have a headcanon that, sometimes, when he gets into a rage, his only external expression is laughter. And that SMILE fruits is his revenge on the rest of the world.

And I think he has hypersexuality caused by a painful desire to spread his influence on other people in an attempt to regain control of his life, at least in this field (I know it sounds weird.)

Charlotte Katakuri

I think he has dysmorphophobia. Seriously, his mouth does not disfigure him at all — on the contrary, it adds an exotic zest to his appearance. But this is my personal opinion, and he sees this feature in another shade and perceives it differently.

Perhaps I will continue this analysis (???) later (with other characters too: for example, Sanji, Luffy, Ace, etc. You can suggest others to me.)
